Im a trucker and parking can be difficult at times. I was coming off of hometime and was forced to run at an hour I dont typically like due to having parking issues as its the only way I can get loads out if where my hometime is. This walmart gave me no issues parking my truck and staff was more friendly than I could have asked for. I understand it can be difficult for some walmarts to allow Truckers to park as some can frankly just be disgusting and leave messes everywhere but I greatly appreciate the assistance in parking and letting me stay overnight. Even got to go grocery shopping.
Store is too crowded with only 3 lanes open. Funny story, this short Latin Man almost got his head twisted by me. Good thing hes Wife (who was embarrassed by him)& Kids were with him. He was arrogant & annoying. I will be shopping more online this summer.Whittlesey Walmart.
Ahhhh Wal Mart-what can I say that hasn’t already been said? The store (at least late at night) is a mess, the restrooms are a mess, it looks as though the grocery and pharmacy experienced a tornado. The employees present in the store may or may not be of assistance and may or may not know where items can be found. The only checkout lanes open late at night are the self checkout lanes-however this allows for a fairly smooth checkout experience. Positive-the only 24 hour grocery and market in town, when the family is sick with the flu and some emergency Theraflu, paper towels and soda is needed, I know I can find it here. That being said-what’s up with the guy in the leopard skin cape running up and down the aisles, the emaciated gentleman pulling an equally emaciated chihuahua (dog dressed as Santa!) in a red wagon through the aisles? One wonders if this store should employ it’s own security (like Target, or Dirt Cheap, or any of the local markets). But it’s a free country I suppose.
Right now I take a taxi cab where I need to go. Before I go somewhere I always call to see if they have my certain product Im going for, if its in stock. This Walmart never answers their phone in any department. With a taxi cab it gets very pricy to go round trip. When you get up to Walmart and find out they may not have your product in stock, thats where your wasting money on a taxi. When you go to this Walmart, the staff is very friendly but, dont ever try to call a Walmart because they wont answer!!!!
Beware!! Zero Stars!! Sorry, lazy, and disgusting individuals that work curbside pickup. Too sorry and lazy to bring items out to certain pickup lanes. Asking people to move closer to the door for just a one item pickup. Please become educated and find a better job. Horrible customer service!!!
The cashier allowed the white customer in front of me to walk out with a 30.00 large roll of toilet paper. She did not scan all her items. In return she double checked to make sure she scanned my items and scanned one of my items twice. They are robbing you blind even at the self checkouts. But with money you bring in every minute at 413 million dollars, who cares?
Lines almost always at self checkout backup to the produce section. Impeding entry to rest of store. Or line backed up into the isle going back into store making it difficult to cut across store or get to certain products. Besides self checkout which after you do their work for them they want search your bags and verify purchases. Also only 2 or 3 other registers open while leadership stands around and watches
The whole auto care departments needs shut down or fired. They lie about wait times. Then they tell you after you have been there 2 hours (which is apst your wait time) that they don’t have the right filter to do your owl change. They shoudl have told me this up front. An apology doesn’t not help or fix incompentency. They should have the common sense to look up in their system the parts to see they hve the parts to do it.
Me & mama go to Walmart at least once a week.We usually during the week before noon if possible. The Walmart on Gateway.Inside where the greeters are they supply sanitizing wipes and mask free if you forget and need one.The store is clean and the staff friendly. Now the Walmart on Victory drive has a lot more self checkouts and staff there to lend a hand with the self checkout if necessary.
Went to Walmart this morning to get my wife a picture made for mothers day the associate in the photo department John acted like I was bothering him when I asked a question and I asked him where another product was he said we dont sell it you can probably get it somewhere else very bad experience.
Well walmart has done it again, bought an item at one price when it was marked higher, they honored the price and did the right thing. Went back was gonna buy another item the same thing but this time they wouldnt honor it. First we cant override anything after 11pm, ok but I was checking out and started all this before 11. Next it was too much of a markdown so I couldnt have it. Third excuse was the number of the items on the shelf was not enough or too many to override, whatever MeMe decided basically. Sorry excuse for a yellow vest and person if you ask me.
Not nearly enough cashiers (only 2) or customer service reps (only 1). Long line for Money Center with 1 working. Shelves were not stocked at all. This is typical of every Walmart I go to & not just because it is the Holidays! I shop at Dollar Stores now! They have plenty of help. They also patiently assist Disabled people with checking out problems! Dollar Tree had a cashier on every checkout lane!
The store was a mess dark and dreary inside and no registers open just help yourself lanes and that is lazy management but there is some good news in the garden center was a very nice young who ask me if he could help.me he was working on palets of stuff and he was very busy he stop just to help me he was So pleasant to be around and it was so hot out there .He made me feel.so nice thanks to him my shopping experience was greatly improved so thank you garden center 😊
I would love to give a 0 star but I cant these people at this location act as if they dont have a job to do I bought a beef brisket froze it unfroze it over night to cook and its spoiled cant get anyone to answer the phone why even have a phone for this store they never answer it really
It was very nice, I had a very pleasant young lady to help me in the aisle. Meanwhile a male worker came through with a pallet I politely let him pass but no manners at all. Sometimes its just the little kindness that makes all the difference. The young lady that helped me with my spaghetti sauce made all the difference. The place was well stocked and I got everything I needed.
I try to completely avoid this location. The lines are so long due to no self checkout and low staff, there is no reason for there to be 4,5,600 people in the store shopping at a time with 6 cashiers. The 100 people lines going around the store is absolutely ridiculous. The savings of a couple dollars isn’t worth the 45+ minute wait unless you are buying $400+ worth of groceries, I just hope you don’t want ice cream.
Me and my wife visit Columbus and had the best experience until we visited Wal-Mart. We went in to grab some items and ran across two associates in the dress room area, which was closed to customers and these associate were sitting down on their cell phones boosting about something online. They couldnt even help an elderly lady who needed assistants. Another customer had to show her where the item was. Two other associate were working so hard. We assumed they were on break but, when we came back 45 minutes later they were still sitting there on the phone gossiping. I was disappointed because they didnt even assist the other associates at all. Sorry Wal-Mart you got some lazy employees. Looking for a Target after that.
What can I say I just love Walmart. Although during rush hour there can be a bit of a line but I mean its rush hour. Most buyers go shopping at about that time. I buy most food from Walmart and most of the time I get everything I came in for. I love the selection of graphic tees they have and socks. A great place to get all of your household needs. Just be weary cause it may be packed.
Stopped by today to get some Sandwich Meat and Cheese at the Deli.James is an amazing Guy working that Counter! He works very efficient and is very friendly and patient with every individual Customer. There were several People waiting and he addressed every Customer individual and with kindness. It is not the first time I noticed what a wonderful positive attitude he shows working at the Deli Department.
My 5-star review goes specifically to Ms. Gwen, who was working around 9pm on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at this Walmart location. Gwen went above and beyond bagging our items into groups of similar food, cleaning, and pet products. She was friendly and asked how we were doing when we approached her register, while she was helping checkout the person in front of us. Gwen also completed everything in a very timely manner and left us feeling relieved for such a quick and easy checkout experience, which we would normally avoid by going to self-checkout, since in the past, we’ve never encountered customer service as fabulous as it was during this trip. Thank you, Gwen!
This store is the absolute worst. Wanted to get a bike and asked for help. The associate said someone would be there to help me and 30 mins and no one ever came. My husband ended up cutting up his hand so he could get the bike for me. Asked the associate about insurance on the bike and he acted like he didn’t know what was going on. Almost as if he doesn’t work there. Garbage store !
This walmart all year has been a big disappointment. When i first moved into this area it was very good. the next worst. and this year even worse. The employies park right up front in the parking lots making customers park in the far back. They never have the shelfs stocked correctly its like a child threw items on the shelfs some times the only good area that is upkept is the clothing area with hanging shirts. and even that isnt really fantastic.None of the workers know where the pick-up area is for online shopping, they will just say go outside to pick up, when i put in the order for In-store pickup. They ALWAYS have items in the middle of the lanes because they dont stock stuff correctly or just to lazy to do so.
Today on SEPTEMBER 22, 2021 at the MONEYGRAM area of the store I had to stand infront of an empty service desk this morning for over 15 minutes & when I was finally seen by an attractive young light skin woman with long braids. Unfortunately there was absolutely NOTHING attractive about her attitude. She was very unprofessional as though me wanting a service done there was inconvenient to her. Long story short I suppose that she needed to get back to whatever see was doing that was more important than her job. I didnt receive my service there. I drove to another Wal-Mart where they dont hire as many ghetto people. The service I required was taken care of quickly & professionally. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Not too busy at this time(1500). Only issue I had was with customers that drenched themselves in colonge/parfume.Took twice as long to find my items because the oppressive stench of too much cologne kept driving me out of the aisle that I need to be in(come on people,a little bit goes a long long way).Decent number of cashiers actually on duty today.Walmart needs to eliminate self check out unless they are going to offer discounts to use, or pay wages to customers that use them, we are not employees and should not be expected to self check.
Never impressed however one of the guys in electronics, and only one, could answer my questions. Im so over Walmart and their sub-standard products and employee training, especially in Electronics. They are always out of laptops n tablets. We get them in person so we can take them to my family in another country. That is why we cant order them, get the wrong product or a damaged product then wait again to receive another one because we have plane reservations for a certain date and do not have time for the back and forth. We found what we needed at Sams though. These stores may be owned by the same company but, trust me, they are two different shopping experiences.
The visit today was very good as I just stopped in to see if MAYBE they had what I needed - because Walmart is cheapest for that product. And, amazing!, they had ONE left. I did have to wait in line for a bit (the lines are ALWAYS an issue at ANY Walmart), but I got what I went in for and was out in about 15 minutes. Cashier was cordial with all the pleasantries, etc, so good visit on 5/19/2021 at about 1745.
Terrible experience. Cashier had a rotten attitude and so did the gentleman in the electronics department. Items are priced incorrectly and no one wants to take accountability for it. I wont spend my hard earned money in there again. Also, there were only 2 regular registers open besides the self checkout. Dont blame it on COVID because that nonsense was going on before COVID. I shouldnt have to wait in line for 35 minutes for 5 items. Totally ridiculous!!
It appears that the company is prepared to give up being #1 to a hungry company offering the same services. Customer service is non-existent. Associates stroll through the store without acknowledging the customers presence he/she just passed. And management rarely is spotted walking the aisles. Even when management walks the floor, they do not speak either. Just as Sears, K-mart, JCP once dominated, Walmart seems poised to not learn or improve how customers are treated.
I can always find what Im looking for at walmart. Groceries, household items, plants and the pharmacy are mainly why I go to walmart. I end up leaving with what I came for and at this particular location, I feel has the most helpful and nicest employees. I was with my daughter and needed to pick up some cases of drinks and this nice young man who was of course, an employee overhead me talking about how heavy they were, stopped to help me. He loaded what I needed on to my cart and he wasnt even asked. I appreciated that greatly.
Love Walmart but depends on which store I visit. Sometimes the wait in line is exhausting and sometimes the stuff I want is out of stock and I have to go across town to another store. I cannot find a staff member or price scanner which I like too use but at this day and time I somewhat understand.
Shelves were scarcely filled with food items. Selection was poor. It was crowed and only half of the customers wore masks. Lines were long. The lady who checked us out was tired and talked about her time to go home. Didnt see many workers stocking shelves and the ones I did see were working slowly. This was on a Sunday after church. This may be why it was like this.
After several years of going to this Walmart I’m finally calling it quits. It’s one of the busiest in the area and routinely only keeps 2-3 cash registers open even during rush hours. On top of that most of the employees have no sense of urgency to complete any of their daily tasks. Sorry but I have more important things to do than to wait in line at Walmart for an hour. Despite being conveniently located next to Sams Club, I’m will to drive somewhere else to avoid this frustration.
Walmart. I would like to thank you for selecting Adrian and Matthew as employees. These two young men are great assets to your teamThey assisted me without hesitation, especially AdrianHe helped me get the large item from the top self. He went and personally found someone with the proper equipment. Adrian assisted me putting the large table set in my car. I was so grateful to them both. Your Walmart isnt one I normally shop atBut, because of the outstanding service 🙄I will come back. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
This is one of the larger stores in the area and has a good selection. Typically when you look online this is the only one that has the item in stock. Also they have Blackstone grill/griddle items when most are sold out or do not carry the brand. A Walmart is a Walmart but this one is a little better due to the above mentioned items. However, long lines are typical. Sometimes it is faster to go through the full service line instead of the self scan line.
Use correct change . I went and spent 71 bucks and gave the cashier a hundred dollar bill. He gave me back 25 dollars and 3 dollars in quarters and when i looked i was still a dollar short. So after i lose the 3 dollars in quarters in my truck and got shorted a dollar the product cost me 74 dollars not 70 . 😒
Quest Diagnostics is located in Walmart on Whittlesey Road. It is my go to bloodwork place because they are quick and very helpful. Walmart, especially this one on Whittlesey Road, is our go to supermarket and if you can’t find what you need here, you probably don’t need it!
I purchased two televisions last night. And I would just like to make it known that Kevin was very professional and courteous. It was so pleasing to interact with someone that wanted to help without the attitude. He then helped load them in my car still keeping that good attitude. Made my shopping experience great. Thanks again Kevin.
When I visit Columbus and as a #CSUmom it is so convenient to shop here. They have a good selection, nice wide aisles and pretty much anything you need from your walmart location. Somehow I always find myself here when Im in town. Its great for college students and moms too!
The Walmart thats on willacy they work was on the floor didnt know what things was. A line was long it took you almost 20 to 30 minutes before you was able to get out the door only one cash register was open until they open another register everyone do not like self checkout I dont sometimes you dont know what youre doing so I prefer to go to a cash register with with a cashier
Just moved to the area in August 2020 and because of the pandemic I had decided to start taking advantage of the curbside pickup as soon as I heard about it. Here it is July 2021 and I am still using the service. The staff is very friendly and this option is so convenient.
Management at this location unfortunately provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. When attempting to remedy a faulty gift card, they made it very clear that they preferred not to help and that they had “other things to do.” They yelled at both me (in public) and the customer service representative from Walmart’s gift card vendor who was attempting to help local management issue a new card (after local management suggested that I remedy the situation by calling the number on the back of the card, again). The representative on the phone couldn’t believe we were being treated in such a manner. I spent an hour and a half patiently trying to get help while two managers continuously walked away in the middle of a conversation, after turning around and forcing me to talk to their backs, while the third said she was going home and was no longer interested in helping. One also referred to me as “this” to another employee before storming off. I might have understood management’s disrespectfulness and laziness if I had been unpleasant but that certainly wasn’t the case. I highly recommend visiting another location, or another store altogether, if kind customer service is needed.
This location used to b really well run. Now, stock is scattered, located haphazardly it seems especially in hygiene dept. Hard to find lotions etc. Stock not placed right under price (again...hygiene dept). Some employees think theyre too good to help you; like youre bothering em & in their way. Checkout is just ridiculous!! HIRE ppl already! I know folks need jobs & are looking. Yall just arent hiring. Ill go back to $ gen, at least I dont stand in line long!!! Very disappointed this stores location has gone downhill so much.
Walmart he just gone downhill. There were used needles in the parking lot. Self-check out always has a line out to the produce section. Not enough registers open and always out of stock of certain items. It’s hard to quit Walmart, but I am calling it quits. Save your time and sanity and shop elsewhere.
The store used to be neat, organized, clean & even in the midst of a pandemic still stocked pretty well. Now this store is a disgrace. They allow PETS to enter & be put in shopping carts where chilğdren are supposed to be seated. I say pets because no where on the animals the this is a service animal vest or identification?I will be glad when this store is properly managed again.
I can usually find what I am looking for but if its busy youll have to wait a while in the lines. I had two items and paying cash waiting in the Express lane. I had to wait 10 minutes for a customer to check out at the 1 ONLY CASH register . Not happy about that because not everyone has a card to pay with or extra money to pay fees attached to a cash card. Also, not all Walmart stores are like this one. Great store but needs better coordination.
To the manager with the long dreads and baggy pants who decided to take a personal call while on the job and avoided to help a customer out. This manager needs to get reported for very poor customer service and lying to a valued customer who said “I cannot open the lock glass box because pharmacist owns that area and they are closed” however that was a 100% complete false and I heard from other employees it was untrue and how lazy and terrible of a manager he is.Very disappointed.
This review is about Walmart pickup. Its a great service and very convenient. However, Walmart needs to purchase a new inventory system. Not once have all in stock products been available without substitutes. This is a problem because when the order is placed, the items show has in stock.able to use their pickup or delivery service without stocked items the night before being out of stock within just a few hours.
This Walmart Is Always Stacked With Every Product On Their Shelves and Store Is Well Cleaned. The Self Checkout Is Fast. The Restrooms Are Super Clean and Looks and Smells Disinfected. The Staff Is Always Willing To Direct You and Willing Yo Help You Anyway They Can.
The people are nice except for some of the managers are kind of jerkish nine times out of ten and they have really uppity nasty attitudes on victory drive especially the personnel manager and the one on whittlesey a heavyset manager theyre not very nice hey but Miss Crystal at victory drive is ridiculously nasty with her attitude and she has the nerve to call herself a manager
Horrible that store was a hot mess only 2 registers open. I made it to electronics to checkout and Ashley was the cashier, she was amazing!!! I watched her multi task( it was super busy) and she did it all while smiling, super friendly and professional.. That yound last deserves a raise and perhaps a managers position!
Very bad service. I went to return an item I lost the receipt for and got some very unprofessional ratchet services .although I had my ID I was turned away for a return of a non working vacuum cleaner. Sad to see walmart turn to such a all ratchet style employees but what can you expect for them wages . Wouldnt be my store of preference
I am from Ft.Hood, Texas. The Walmarts there are well stocked with everything 99% of the time. This Walmart compares favorably but they need to keep more chashiers available. It is always a battle to check out in such a busy Walmart when only two to three registers are open and the self checkout is always very busy with long lines there as well. Other people may have differing opinions and experiences at this Walmart, but as described above, those have been my experiences there. 4 stars is all I can manage.
Its usually pretty much a good place to shop when you have quite a few things to graB but Im afraid as with anything the service will dwindle with time but all and all they have so many do it yourself counters you will probably never miss the customer service personel.
We were there around 6pm today(1/4/2021). I know this is most Walmarts but having roughly 4 or 5 checkouts open plus the self checkouts makes it almost impossible to social distance yourself from others. Seriously come on Walmart I appreciate the mask requirements but you do know it is still suppose to be 6 feet of distance between people. You make that really hard at the checkouts. Solution more cashiers! You could have every other register open and management assuring that people keep six ft apart. So instead of 4 or 5 registers open you would have roughly 10-11 open at this size of a store. Possibly more at larger stores. There would be better social distancing for customers and it would provide more work for your associates.
One star off. They have tables and chairs. Why arent you open. This is nothing more the then trying to keep people afraid and coast saving. So tear it down your current building and put a 20x20 building and plant trees to help consume all that carbon put into the air while you cause people to sit there running their engines waiting to be served! Please open up!
It was raining at the time everyone was uneasy. But the staff put everyone at easy. Even when the lights wrnt out. The staff was calm. When the lights came on staff members moved everyone quickly and safely. They tried to keep everything dry as possible. A very good team. Thank you.
Its a Walmart it has basically almost everything all the other Walmart will have give or take a couple items pending on what type of population is living next to it. Other than that it was the usual Walmart shopping experience but Hayden I learn something new today that Walmart no longer takes Samsung pay/Apple pay/Google Bay and they try to keep all of that now in house with Walmart pay. Its sad
First of all, I am disabled and no one would want to live in my body even for an hour. When I arrived, fresh from having an MRI which made me hurt even worse from laying flat, I saw a ride along cart and got on it. I was having a very hard time walking. The cart was over half charged but the only one on that side. (Of course plenty were left out in the parking lot, guess I should have gotten one of those.) Anyway, as Im starting to go, a greeter tells me, maam, that was is being charged, and needs to continue charging. Made me feel like I couldnt use it. So I took it back, and hobbled to shop best I could. I couldnt get everything I needed, because the pain was excruciating. She did not offer to find me one, either. The more I hobbled around, the more it irritated me. I should have gotten her name and contacted corporate. I know who to contact as I used to work for Wal-Mart before I became fully disabled. I am so disabled, I had a tough judge and they concluded that I couldnt work ANY job. But this lady made me feel as if I couldnt use the cart which was well over half charged. I know she was a medium complicated, a bit heavy set and wore glasses. I will still contact corporate over this. I had a helper with me, but couldnt stay in the store long enough to finish shopping. My helper had to just take my groceries to checkout for me as I hobbled back to my handicapped parking spot to wait in the passenger side. Its already bad enough that the store was out of a lot of stuff, but the thing I am really upset about was being treated like I didnt need the cart. Next time I will be quite rude instead of my usual nice personality. That lady should be put in the backroom on cap 2 where she belongs. A greeter, who is part of AP, should be very nice and accommodating. When I worked at Wal-Mart I always went above and beyond for customers. Customers are who buys the things that pay employees. If I didnt live 40 minutes away from a Wal-Mart I would go back and get her name. I do plan to, but will go ahead tomorrow and contact corporate. I will not go back to whittlesey rd Wal-Mart ever again, except to get her name. None of my family, nor myself will ever shop there again. Do better, and dont treat people less than, it will only lead to write ups and dismissal. Very dissappointed and hurt honestly. Wish that lady had to live in my body for a whole week. She would be crying in pain every day and see why she should treat people better. And anyone reading this, when you are treated badly at any Wal-Mart, go and complain to CORPORATE. The managers may not do anything, but corporate takes things like this seriously. And know that the Wal-Mart employees make at least $13 an hour now. They should be doing MUCH better. Blessings to the good people still out there.
Ordered grocery pick up previous day for 8 am but was told to wait. 5 hours later no response so I had to call to get them to do my order then had to wait 40 minutes for them to forget again. Turns out they were playing on their phones. Not this first time this has happened at the same place but makes you wonder what management is even doing
Worst walmart Ive ever been too, close the entire store down to a few self checkouts not only at closing its almost all the time no matter how busy. If I had any other choice in this area Id take it. Even during midday only a couple registers open except for self checkout and the line still runs through produce and around the corner. But since they have a strangle hold over most of the country what can you do but keep lining the Waltons pocket?
Luckily, they had everything I wanted and needed and weren’t that busy, making my trip somewhat pleasant overall. The reason I rated Walmart on Whittlesey Blvd. three stars rather than 5 stars is because what I did find, I had to dig for due to everything being completely unorganized. Additionally, since everything was so disheveled and out of place, I had to scan everything with my cellphone using the Walmart app in order to know how much certain items cost. Since it’s the 27th of December, one could easily blame this on the Christmas rush but sadly it’s like this all too often.
I went in the other day to get my tires rotated. About 10 minutes after 8 a.m. no one had opened the auto center yet so I called. I was put on hold and about five minutes later I saw someone come unlock the door. Apparently no one had been scheduled to open that morning as they were five employees inside arguing over who is going to have to clock in early and go to work. I decided to come back another day. I called today to make an appointment and was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Ill be getting my tires and service elsewhere from now on.
I had bought tires from this Walmart and it appears the belt has broken in 2 of them. I came to talk to their tired apartment impossibly buy 2 more tires... I got here at 12:40 waited till after one oclock to be told I could not come back until 230 ( he took my name and number)... I came back at 2:20 and then they proceeded to help everyone else but me and then the wait became over 2 hours, and I even got the store manager...and never got seen. This auto department is an embarrassment to the Walmart supercenter chain. Avoid it at all costs. Im complaining to their corporate
Not enough lanes open to check out, one entrance and exit at the same door is a safety hazzard, marking off parking spots for soldiers, while it is kind, is terrible for pregnant mothers and disabled people, and no employees were readily available to ask questions. Walmart is whats wrong with the USA!we were able to purchase everything I. One place, so that was good... But not good enough. If I was not riding with my husband I would have dropped everything and left.
This location is always clean. Customer service is always A+ from the cart associat and everyone in between. Good morning good afternoon and have a great day. Never fails I always hear this from associate from time I walk in the store and if a associate is passing me as I shop.
The aisles are constantly blocked with personal shoppers and their carts as well as stock carts and stock personnel. Often the personnel are standing around talking so you have aisles blocked by equipment and employees who show complete indifference to customers trying to navigate the aisles. Or, all the carts seemingly abandoned blocking the aisles and no personnel to be found. There are nasty spills on the floors causing slippery surfaces and gumming up customers shoes. Only two produce dispensers had any plastic bags available in the produce department. Then there are long lines at the full service check out as well as self service because there’s not enough of either. And once again, employees at the front of the store standing around talking to each other or sneaking a look at their phone. All of this, mid afternoon on a Friday, not after a super bowl Sunday blow out or ice- snow-sleet panic buying in the south...Add to that shopping environment rude customers who do not follow minimum etiquette guidelines and you have the big box supermarket from the other side of darkness. I won’t be back.
I was there to get a sim card for my phone and service plan but could not get help from any of the employees. The item I need was locked up Wich is weird considering it is no good if stolen cause it has to be activated. After asking 5 different employees to get us someone to unlock the item so we can buy it and standing around for a hour waiting for said help me and my brother left disgusted. Walmarts customer service really leaves alot to be desired its a shame old Walt is probably rolling over in his grave seeing whats become of his once outstanding store
There are always minimal cash registers open and the lines are really long. I’ve waited 20 minutes in line to pay for my items before.Today, one of my items did not have a price on it, the cashier stared at me like she didn’t know what to do. I asked her if she could find another employee in that area to do a price check. Her response “ probably not, but you can pay for all of your other stuff and walk back there and find the price then come back up and pay for it.”
Typical fast food To merit a real review requires the restaurant to do something out of the ordinary. They did not. They met my expectations with ease. They have changed the croissant to something heavier with less yeast in the dough. It is not very flavorful not is it as light or flakey. It is more a biscuit than a croissant.
Horrible experience....the Asian man in the store kept coming around straighten each wig we touched while already being assisted by a sales representative...too close without wearing a mask...I told him that he made me feel uncomfortable coming close without mask....he ask me not to come to store again....very unfriendly establishment...I dont know how a place like that is still operating.
Do not go here. Unless you want to wait at 1 register for an hour at the least busy time while there is a line back to the pasta aisle for the self checkout. Lousy excuse for a supercenter. Can’t even buy a bottle of Oil in less than 30 minutes because they won’t open registers.
Possibly the worst run Walmart Ive ever been to. Lines stretched to the middle of the store. No cashiers were added despite the crowd. Even the self check out (where only one of the two areas were even open) line was back to the middle. Mask policy was not being enforced nor were social distancing rules.
I went with my daughter shopping for my things and hers and we shared a shopping cart, as the rules you can only buy an amount of certain items, well Im not a hoarder and always think of others, but when I went to pay my daughter went to get an item she forgot, when I was approached by a young lady, I believe her name is Chequetta or close to that and removed my daughters item from the shopping cart I explained that it belonged to my daughter shes coming right back to pay for them and she said that she had to removed the item from my cart no matter what, and proceed to say those are Walmart rules that she didnt care and just ignored me and continued talking to someone else. This very young rude lady should of ask or at least waited for my daughter to come back as I asked her, and not assumed that I was a hoarder also to learn that not everyone is the same. Walmart need to train their employees better or choose them well. Needless to say, I wont be returning to this store again, out all of the walmarts I have visited this one has the worst, rudest customer service ever. God bless
This Walmart is clean with helpful employees. BUT, please fix your A/C. It is very uncomfortable shopping in a hot store in the summer. I feel very sorry for your employees who have to stay in there for hours working. Not a great environment for anybody. Air circulation would also help considering the covid situation.
I found everything I needed quickly and was able to get through the checkout pretty fast as well, although they didnt have many registers open. In my opinion, this is the best Walmart in town, although during rush times, like black Friday or anything, I would probably avoid the entire area. Thats just me though.

2022-04-26We did a pick up order. I got an email at 5:45 that it was ready. My husband was there at 5:50. We checked in like were supposed to. No one came. He called the pick up center and the person who answered the phone was very rude. After 20 more minutes he called a store manager who came out and offered excuses as to why he had to wait for an hour to get our groceries. At 6:50 he still did not have the groceries loaded. I got the email that groceries has been picked up at 6:36.This has been THE worst experience ever with Walmart pickup. We will NOT c be Back to this store.

2022-05-27Walmart is a great place to shop. love the store, but lately you see more imployes standing around in groups talking rather than working and the price of everything has gone sky high. we know the prices are mostly because of the government but Walmart should fight the government to do whats right for the customer seeing as how they got to be a multi billion dollar industry.

2022-06-10Had a pick up order that was given to someone else and when we questioned it they told us it wasn’t given to anyone else and made us wait 15mins before they came out and told me i was right and they would re-shop our order. A hour later of waiting we got our order. We had tons of substitutions that we would have not agreed if we were given the opportunity to reject and when we called customer service they were rude. Asked for a complaint to be sent to the store itself and they refused to give us any way to track the complaint to make sure we get contacted. The pick up staff at the store were polite and we understand mistakes but this service was extremely sub par.

2022-06-20The lines are so long even when you go early. Walmart has enough money to pay cashiers and have more line open so people shouldn’t have to wait 30 minutes to check out. I put my stuff down and walked out because it’s not worth my time to wait that long. If I could I would give them zero stars.

2022-06-1540 minute wait time for propane exchange. Lady who was supposed to help didnt seem motivated to. When asked about it she went through her radio for assistance stating that she had the key for someone to grab and open the cage. The lady who ended up helping me was nice and apologized for the wait.

2022-06-14This supercenter was very busy and besides the self check aisles, which were plentiful and backed up with customers, there were only two lanes for check out with Walmart employees. Both were on their phones the entire time we were in line. The store was very disorganized.

2022-05-21Its always clean and they have all the normal stuff a Walmart normally has. Employees definitely work hard to keep the shelves stocked as every time I go I see at least 3 people adding to the shelves
