This Walmart is on my list of most visited places here in Savannah. I am not a huge fan of the layout but I do love the store itself. It is so much easier to find parking here and they have a great selection of pretty much everything. I do not recommend going on paydays or the days after payday, mostly because that’s what everyone does so you will have a wait. Be patient and enjoy your shopping trip, the associates are always very nice so you won’t be disappointed. I came here to find a backpack and there was a variety of many different ones and colors. Even with school starting. I was surprised to have such a selection.
The shelves were well stocked and we found everything but one thing we were looking forThey could use some more cashiers that move a little faster...not a fan of self checkout unless theyre planning on giving me a 10% employee discount for doing their job...
Just visited the money center, but this is the ONLY Walmart in the are that I have never had a problem with. The guy in the money center (I wish I could remember his name) is friendly, professional and very efficient! Thank you, young man, you have helped me change my general attitude against all Walmart locations!
They need to open more registers. Especially during holiday season. The place is a mad house every time I walk in there. Employees dont really help you locate items youre looking for. They say if you dont see it we dont have it. Then I spend 30 minutes or so finding the item. Nothing is in its right spot and when you tell them you seen it for one price they dont honor it.
They were out of most of the items for which I was shopping. I was very disappointed with the selection. The cat food aisle was almost completely empty. They didnt have the color of towels I had bought there previously. The selection of both womens and mens long-sleeved shirts was very poor. They had lots of camisole tops for women, but no regular tank tops (the kind that hide your bra straps). The handicap stall in the ladies restroom was roomy and had good bars, but the door was hard to open and close, there was no purse hook on the door and the toilet was extremely low. I wouldnt have been able to sit down or stand up, without the aid of the bars.
I was traveling and I needed a couple of things. Since I have never been in this Walmart or that area before I was lost. I had an associate named Zoe help me out. She pointed me to where I needed to go and gave me some information about things to do in this area. Super helpful and nice which I’m not used to seeing in a Walmart. Especially! Especially where I’m from. If it’s review time I hope he’ll give her the max percentage raise!
Affordable computers and guitars is in both c64 at the Jacksonville Beach Boulevard Flea market come see us any Saturday or Sunday between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. we can save you money on computers guitars and laptops we also buy and repair so if you have something you want to sell or get fixed bring it let us see it we look at it free figure out whats wrong and tell you that doesnt cost anything repairs that dont need parts are usually $50 or less
Cant even keep all the self checkouts running got 25 registers and even before pandemic they had one or 2 cashiers which is all they have now,they make you ring up,pay ,and bag your own items but they can pay someone for security so you cant get the employees together even when they are completely in the wrong ,they yall security after cheating you or being rude when you get upset with them ,how bout do right in the first place, bought a 400$ tv a yr ago ,broken out of box and wrong tv ,had a heated disagreement because they refused to refund or exchange for what we bought,thats theft and the security wanted to come towards me I wasnt stealing the store was,also why can yall afford someone to hastle me at the door about a receipt ,if you dont trust people ring it up fir us like a billion dollar company should be doing in the 1st place, Walmart has gone way downhill and seems no attempt to make it any better your lucky if you even have a buggy when you go in ,best to just grab one on way in outta parking lot all walmarts have become a disgrace yall know yall can do better than this and yall know it and customers deserve better
We lost my mother who lived with us on December 10, 2020. My baby boy turned 9 January 21. My mom always showered him on his special day, and he had been REALLY missing her. So many friends and family gave him money to celebrate with to the tune of $130! He LOVES automobiles 🚗 and dinosaurs 🦕, and Walmart had something PERFECT to suit his taste!

I found everything that I needed at this location today. I even found some shorts that I love. I had been having trouble finding Cricut supplies at other locations but it was all here.
This Wal-is the worst in Savannah area,Or food from a Walmart I suggest Abercorn and Wilshire the neighborhood Walmart market they have a very well stocked grocery environment the employees are wonderful to deal with the manager is very friendly, for all other Walmart shopping I suggest that you go to Pooler Georgia to the Walmart there wonderful people to work with
I prefer this walmart over the others in the Savannah area. It is easy to get in and out of. Smaller, but has everything you need!
I had about 11 items from the clearance section. Only four had the price on them. I tried to find one of the scanners that Walmart use to have but for whatever reason Walmart pulled them outSo the poor cashier had to scan them. I bought the 4 that had prices on them and 2 more that didnt. So the cashier had to void 5 of themAlso looked in the garden section and almost every plant was really dry. A couple of other things I can never find the GV low calorie peach/strawberry 12 pack and can never seem to find the 4 pack low calorie peach GV brand or the Yoplait low calorie peach. It is also hard to find the Ramunds jello with the fruit on the bottomWhile I was in that section I asked an associate about the machine was to fill up the gallon jugs and she said they didnt have one. After checking out with over $200 of groceries I roll right past the machine that fills up the gallon jugs. So then I had to get back in line for that. And when it was scanned it came up with full price instead of the refill price. And what is the deal with the Ballpark hot dogs. Walmart is only carrying the beef franks instead of the meat ones.
I like what this walmart offers & pricing BUT employees are LAZY, attitude ridden, & stay on phones. Probably only ones actually working here is loss prevention, secret shoppers & customer service. Dont even ask for help.. youll get nowhere.
Like this location a lot better than my Pooler store. Not as crowded and the shelves were full!
Delayed delayed delayed. After waiting 5hrs I finally cancelled my delivery. Terrible service. All the Walmarts in savannah need better management.
I love that they have a lot of stuff that you would need. But I hate the lines, it takes too long to check out even in self check out

Ive been in a lot of Walmarts. And that has to be the worst one its a super center without the super its like theres nothing really in there it has the same departments but they have like nothing in them not hardly I dont know its crazy
Not a huge selection of anything. Things are always missing labels/tags. Youll find one piece of clothing you like but not know where it belongs and if they have any others.
The shelves are a little sparse, far too often these days, but the overall shopping experience is good. The people there, if not overly helpful, are very friendly and genuine nice people. They seem to appreciate their jobs and do the best they can. Some more so than others. But good!I do enjoy shopping here. No big problems and very friendly staff.

To be fair, this doesnt feel like a Supercenter. This is more like a regular Walmart, as in before they had supercenters. This Walmart offers everything you would expect to find at one, however this is about half the size with about half the selection. At first I was really thrown off but then it was actually a breath of fresh air. Walmart often has 50 options for any single item, but at this store there was maybe 3 or 4... It was less overwhelming haha! The fruit and veggies were surprisingly fresh too! I would recommend visiting if you were going for something simple.
I was pleasantly surprised to find everything on my list. I paid less than I was prepared to pay. Thats always a plus😊

As always, there is little ti no help. When you finally get help they dont know anymore about the store than you do.
I do not recommend purchasing a computer from this store. They have them visibly advertised for sell but then try to coerce you to purchase a more expensive computer because they’re the only one’s “available”. I feel this is false advertisement and a deceptive practice. They refuse to sell me the product they have physically advertised for sell on the sales floor.

The pharmacy tech was very nice and helpful. He was extremely patient and kind especially to the customer ahead of me that was on her phone the whole time.
So I drive all the way over here because youre online page for this exact store says you open at 6 that is a lie that is mismanagement and that is waste of gas on Wednesday you open at 7 thanks Walmart thanks a lot
There were a lot of empty shelves. That could be due to problems with not enough trucks making it to the store. I think customers should pay lower priced since we have to use self check outs and bag our own groceries. Thats ok if you only have 1-5 items, not so good if you have full buggies. That can be very time consuming. I dont think they should replace human beings with computers!!!
I go here for all my bill pay and they are pretty quick.
Got some great picnic foods! Breads, meats and cheeses, and salad and beans! Loved it!

Store , parking lot , and customer service is awful !!! The buggies are horrible to operate and security are standing around talking to the cashier ....be careful I see meat, milk. and cheese being left on registers for long periods of time
One of the cleanest, most organized Wal-Marts I have ever visited.
Employees are rude and will walk right into you. Most of them are just standing around in groups talking or staring at their phones. Never a register open no matter how far the lines are backed up. Always a line at self check out because only half of the check outs work. Constantly out of products. Some products I used to get there have been empty on the shelf for a couple months now. Just a bad place to shop. But if you are willing to wait in line 30 minutes to buy one thing the prices are good!

Trash Walmart. Tried to purchase NyQuil and no one was by register. Door greeter just shrugged her shoulders without attempting to help and never even spoke when I came through door. I walked to other workers and they also were useless and couldn’t help. Ended up leaving medicine and going to different store. Second worse Walmart in area.
My experience unbelievable. I am disable, was raining hard and there where no mobile cart so I became off balance and one your associate got me a chair ,and went outside in the rain to find one she wipe the seat dry. If it werent for I would not today. She works in the apparel department name ZOE and I thank her

Now this location had exactly what I was looking for after my previous order was lost in shipment. This location actually saved me the disappointment of explaining to my 10 yr old granddaughter for the second time why her birthday gift was taking so long to get to her. Instead I located the exact bike at a lower price at this location, and it made both of our days complete. Thanks Southside Walmart Store.
I like the convenience of a neighborhood store even though I live across town. However, I dont understand why the shelves are being stocked during busy times making it congested, crowded and uncomfortable. I patronized the store in Tucker, GA for years before moving back to Savannah.
Purchased a thousand dollars worth of items. No help checking out girl watch me struggle with two carts full. It stopped working asked for help could not tell me it only lets you check out 154 items at a time. Started a new ticket completed and wheeled it out with no help. Will not return to store that does not help you check out.

The customer service or shall I say professionalism is non existent. I thought customers come first . When I asked a worker for help finding an item, the young lady said she didnt know and that was it . She didnt make an effort to assist me at all.
Has everything you need and dont need in a smaller place. They have LOTS of self checkouts and theyre always open. They also have a couple PAID cashiers😁Can always find a buggy and their employees actually say hey.
So you place a order online and when u go to pick it up you do exactly what the instructions say to do...... but they leave out the sitting in your car for 45 mins before you have to get out and finally walk in. You walk in and your stuff is sitting on the counter and the employee is just standing there playing on their phone.... what the hell is wrong with this younger generation of workers? I hardly every do reviews but when you work 14 hours that day and this happens and are ready to get home and you cant because of lazy employees, that would piss any and everyone in that same situation off. If I could give negative stars, that employee deserves it

Not from this area but the few times Ive came the store has been clean and stocked. Only two stars because the customer service here stinks came here yesterday to make returns and the girl at the desk, Curtashia or Cortashia, was huffing and puffing the whole time saying I cant do this or I aint going to be able to do this under her breath. She does a few returns for me then someone comes and they switch out the next lady didnt even speak/greet me. Then says her register went down or something happen where she cant do returns send me over to a guy add another register same thing doesnt speak first thing he says is okay what are you trying to return fast forward to today and I have a message on my phone from my bank saying one of the transactions was declined from going back on my card. Dont know exactly what that means but I will find out at the bank tomorrow bc I have the return receipt with that exact total.

Im sure this is my second bad review on this location this year but the services hasnt improved. Poor customer service and the two cashier working werent really working. They were avoiding work and holding a full conversation infront of guests.

This day I went in looking for inexpensive sandals, tennis shoes, flip flops. Not much of a selection with only 2 aisles for shoes, 😥wanted to pick up a couple food items which selections werent in stock🤨.. didnt feel that this closer location is a supercenter 🤷🏽♀️ instead Ill head over to Montgomery Xrds for all my shopping needs👍🏽
I cant wear a mask and the wall Mart employees recognize me and dont give me a hard time, most of them are nice, the girls at the self check out seen like they are tied of dealing with customers and just wanna go home! This Walmart always had issues with stock.

Asked for help 5 times at the unattended jewelry counter.Hour and 1/2 later was told the only person there stepped out that had the key I literally stood there for over an hour and a half.He must have took all his breaks for the week in one day. I was there long enough to notice that guy walks around and playing clothes monitoring stuff control watching me so I finally asked him if he had a key so he would quit staring at me. Never did get a key or any help needless to say. This was Walmart on Ogeechee road. Someone went to the one near the Savannah Mall and made my purchase there within 15 minutes in and out
What else can I say but its your stereotypical Walmart. Out of most of what I came to get and I still spent $50. Be prepared to check yourself out because there were ZERO cashiers.

This Walmart is undeniably the best Walmart in Savannah. Me and my wife came in the store and we’re really confused by the layout but young lady named Zoë, pointed us in the right direction and smiled the whole way. She really went above and beyond to make sure our experience was pleasant, especially after being at other Walmart’s in the area. I really like this one and will continue to visit this one whenever I am on this side of town. Thank you.

The Walmart is well-stocked but its a little hard to get the wheelchairs if youre disabled and theres almost no one that will help you take anything to your car or off the shelves theyre great its talking but they just act like they totally ignore you as far as help goes retrieving an item if youre disabled my friend and I both are and its we pretty much have to load our own car and help each other out through the store telling your employees to an assist putting their items in the car when your handicap would be wonderful

It never seems to fail. Walk into a Walmart for something and it does not have a price on it. I suppose that along with no discount for self checking myself out. The added burden of looking up the store to find the price for the item is my responsibility too as the customer.I wonder how many employees at this Walmart are on some type of assistance?

Its Walmart. I take out my calculator everytime I go and there are alot of prices in the wrong places. I dont know if this is a mistake or intentional but its very frustrating. Never have the right price I rang up its always a big difference. Happened again done!

The restrooms were very clean. I actually found a motorized cart that was charged! But it was difficult to drive.It is very old! I found everything I was looking for except DIET A &W ROOT BEER and no diet orange of any kind. Seems ALL WALMARTS NEVER HAVE DIET ROOT BEER OR ORANGE. And the staff was very attentive!!

Not good. Returned because a good portion of my groceries were missing when I got home. I didnt notice leaving the store because I had numerous jugs of water and thought the cashier handed me all. When I returned with my receipt and offered to wait until the tape was reviewed they offered to give them if I were to pick up the items and return with them. I did. I wont again. At every turn I am reminded you can not count on anyone to do the job FOR WHICH THEY ARE BEING PAID!
I use this store regularly and I have always been pleased with everything but recently I was extremely happy with a costumer service representative named Jeannie who went above and beyond to find my online order that was lost. It was a pillowcase with a photo of my 4 year old grandson and his dog which had died the week before. I am very happy with Jeannie and her efforts in finding it for me. Thank you so much.

If youre placing an order for a quick pickup or delivery... Good luck .. four times in a row theyve canceled orders on me and the one time they did get it they missed 7 out of 16 items Including carrots, stating that they were sold out....
They get worse and worse every year in the customer service side of things! Plus the prices are not great and no real sales like other big chain stores! Unfortunately the only place anymore cause they run everyone else out of business! We as the customer are the only thing that can make them do better. Buy online at other retailers or shop at others if you have them in your area!

This store rocks ..easy access ...easily seen from the road.. Its one of the SUPER STORES we all have heard about .Colossal is the word ...!!!!handicapped parking lot..well lighted !! Police protection on duty..electric buggies for those who need help.... every department is well organized .. Every family needs IS HERE ..its a one stop and shop for WHATEVER you need at home .Lots of friendly staff.. lots of registers as well as self check out .. clean bathroom ... good customer service area ready to serve..Great call assist customer system !

Wally World is my favorite place to visit. When feeling bored, I go there to walk around and explore. Very seldom I leave without a purchase.
Okay it might be due to the times, but there were a lot of empty shelves in the store. Also they only had two lines with a cashier open on a Saturday afternoon. The lines were backing up. They did eventually open two more lines after we got out of the check out.
The employees they are very helpful especially in the pharmacy theres one in particular Cyn teria Thompson shes always very helpful to me when I go in there as far as getting from medicine for me and bringing me out once I finish buying everything
It sucked not getting everything you need, cause they dont have it. Even after two trips, different days, still arent carrying a lot, hmmmm are end times upon us ☺
This is a good Walmart super store location. It is easily accessible off the main road (Abercorn St) with a well lit parking lot and an efficient, Covid Aware staff. Plus they stay well stocked and organized which is a huge time saver!

This Walmart was very clean. I also wanted to purchase some jewelry from the jewelry case. I was dreading it as most Walmarts dont ever have an attendant at the counter. This Walmart did! I was happy with my purchase and out of there in no time!
The people that work there are great. I dont like how Walmart is slowly getting rid of cashiers, and the weather here in Savannah IS NOT THE SAME as the one Walmart in Arkansas/Arizona (dont remember which one)! A little more ac would be nice
I was treated very rude by the customer service employee and a manager named Arthur, their policy advertise returns are good for 90 days just purchase the items today they pretty much treated me really bad, really bad customer service.

It is kind of cute in ways. They have out Halloween stuff, Thanksgiving stuff, and Christmas stuff all at the same time. The have some awesome costumes still available. The Christmas aisle for decorations is filling in nicely. They even had an entire side set up with Fall/Thanksgiving decorations. I should have taken a picture of the checkout area. It was very slow for a Sunday, and I was able to go straight up to a cashier and check out.
The store was clean and organised. they have lots of self checkout kiosks. nearly everything I can think of was well stocks. I didnt feel like most employees wanted to be there however which is outputting. I would recommend the store but not to expect the neighborhood feel.

Very nice place to shop. Late night, only one checkout lane is open. Also, Walmart and EVERY merchant that provide scooters for patrons should have someone whos responsible for ✴️keeping each scooter charged continuously✴️ on each shift that the store is open and even as its closing. They have people who keep up with the carts. They must focus on ✴️charging the scooters after each use if they are going to provide them for their customers. Crucial!!!✴️

Very disappointed in the pharmacy. I was given a generic of my medication without being told prior. I found out after I arrived home. I had a very bad experiencewith a genericmedicationa few years back, and consideringthis is a very important medication, and a generic has only been out for one month, I would have preferredthey asked me. Will not ever use Walmart pharmacy again. Walgreens you have a new customer.
I love this phone because its closer to my home almost people of nice the evening, Crossroads Walmart and I love the managers very nice people easy to talk to shake you off whenever you try to ask him a question and also love the Walmart marketplace and have a question they do not turn away from you the answer the question if you have a location that you need to check it was show you where its at thank you Walmart

Actually store employees are helpful and pleasant. However certain customers were extremely rude. Including no respect of six foot rule. Vulgar comments heard being made towards white people yes from the african culture. Not all but certain ones particularly ones that think i owe them something. Walmart please step in
A nice store. Very convenient 24 hour access. It is clean and well organized. There is a grocery and store side. It has a money center and Subway that is open during regular business hours. Both Management and Staff are helpful, courteous, and friendly.
I was pleasantly surprised by this super center, especially a few days from Christmas. It was very clean, every employee had a smile and said hello, I was approached by a few asking if I needed help...generally all of this is the opposite! NO WAIT for a Cashier which literally made me about die of shock and to top it off, the Cashier acknowledged me instead of looking as though she hates her job and was very talkative and very sweet. Glad I drove the extra miles to go to this Wal-Mart just to avoid the very opposite of everything I just said above. Worth the extra miles guys!
One of the cleaner and friendlier Walmarts in the area I prefer going to this location simply for the fact they usually have stocked shelves employees generally seem a little friendlier its a smaller store so you get a little bit more attention and its usually a little bit cleaner
I always have a great experience at this Walmart. Today there were no wheelchair carts at the door, but the Greeter saw me coming and brought one to me. I was there to get a few more things before Hurricane Irma hits and I found everything I needed and the workers were restocking the shelves as fast as they could.

Electronic department customer service is horrible. Its frustrating when you ask some to help you. And leave you without help when they need to unlock the merchandise. That you are trying to purchase. The shoe department tried to help. But the older lady kept walking around helping others. And the young man that said he was coming. Took off his vest and walked around the electronic department. I left and went to a different Wal-mart and got what I needed.
Store is really nice and clean. The workers were very helpful as well.
I stopped to pick up a few items and I was in and out in under 7 minutes (I am a man and this is how men shop). Masks were being worn and the Isles were uncluttered. Smooth, fast visit.
Found some wonderful deals. Im glad I just went driving because I happened on this Walmart and I needed a ladder and I got one for a great price.

Great place to shop for clothes and household goods
T.f he overall experience is like any other Walmart. The staff is what makes or breaks the experience. The staff here is basic, nothing special. They are just doing their job. Id like to have seen at best my cashier smile, but not in this trip.
Clean but only ever one check out open and it causes major foot traffic jam. Cold food gets too warm waiting for the huge line.
Good location, parking, and entrances. Not very busy. Needed assistance and when requested the lady there went above and beyond. Gave us all that we needed and more.

This is a fairly good Wal-Mart store. The lines are never too bad and customer service is normally pretty decent. Conveniently located right off Abercorn Street across from the Savannah Mall means its a busy area but mostly clean and safe as well.
You can never get a manager on the phone i called like 10 different times trying to find out about merchandise i order no one from the that department never picked so, i asked to speak a manager they never came to the phone as well. I called back for the gm name the young man said it didnt know their name. The department i was trying to reach which was the jewelry department they said the person was working but they never came to the phone. Smh
I was in your store this afternoon and at least three of your employees had masks on, but not covering their nose. Not much use if their breath isn’t contained in the mask. I know it’s a nuisance, but this is about life and death, really, not about personal convenience.
Employees seems to be all sad for some reason, the management should do a pizza party or some, I came across Sandrine as I check out and she was very polite and helpful she caught me kinda lost but great me and square me away.. definently will love to get help again by her and the such a happy persona. Clearly enjoy helping other.

People will disagree with me, but I dont care. The mask policy of Wally World is a draconian use of power that clearly shows - in my opinion - that the rule makers of Wally World have no idea about the proper way of wearing a mask and dont know the difference between recommendations and requirements. They probably have no regard for the safety of their employees, as well.1 - The CDC recommends wearing a mask if you are unhealthy or presenting symptoms, not if youre healthy.2 - Are the employees being allowed to periodically take off their masks, change, or sanitize their masks? The constant use of a mask without a break in usage is showing evidence of causing and exacerbating dental and oral problems and other health issues such as elevated carbon dioxide levels and some cases of Legionnaires disease.3 - If a person has facial hair of 2+ days of growth, a mask offers negligible help in the prevention of disease.4 - The best filtration capability of any publicly available masks filters particulates down to a size of 30 microns. A coronavirus particulate is 11 microns. It is too small to filter for even the best publicly available mask.
This Walmart has the rudest employees they are the most unhelpful and and treat you like you are bothering them. This store is in poor condition and looks junkie all the time and all you see is employees walking around staring at you but yet not helping you it will not go out of their way they will not go the extra mile. coming to this Walmart makes me never want to go to another Walmart again and that makes me want to spend maybe that extra couple dollars to go to Target where its nice and clean and peaceful and I believe they have customer service there too...
Instead of having common courtesy and telling a customer POLITELY that they cant do this or that. Women in yellow vest had attitude and when we were trying to explain bc weve already had a bad day and we were sorry she said she dont care and kept having an attitude.
This is the strangest WalMart Ive ever been in. Things were not where they are in most other locations. It was smaller and didnt have as large of a selection as usual. Things were thrown on the shelves. It looked like a clearance store.
I went to Wal-Mart for some specific things. I am disabled so I need a scooter to get through the store. When I got in there no scooters. I tried to stand and wait a few minutes but non became available so I left. They definitely have a shortage of them. Its not the first time I have left because of the same issue. Nobody really cared to help me either. Havent been back since!
Was visiting my son. He took us there. I ordered crab cakes. They had been processed in a blender. The cake was like trying to eat paste. Very nasty.
Everyone was friendly and inviting. I didnt even feel uncomfortable like I do when I go to the one on Montgomery Cross Roads. This will be the store I visit if I need anything.
For the love of Buddha and baby Jesus add some damn cashiers and/or self check outs. Please! I rarely go there but when I go, I spend more time trying to pay than looking for items I need. There are tons of people walking around towards the front and standing around the door and CS but 3 cashiers open.
Hard to find things. Organization was poor compared to other walmarts ive shopped in. Better flow needed so people spend less time hinting while trying to rebreath carbon dioxide under that masks creating health issues. Also no place to sit when asthma attack created under those masks.
This place is horrible went here to purchase a tv told them the one I wanted they sold me just the box I asked where the tv was they told me it was in the packaging I told them there was no way based on weight alone employee proceeded to carry it to customer service desk so I followed him up there he talked very secretly with his manager not a word was spoken to me then was handed my refund and told I need to shop for one else where
I like this walmart. The store was nice and comfy when i went in. Everything i needed was in store.
Clean and organized. There is one very big issue I wish would be fixed. The people in the store trying to sell you phone or internet service. They are rude, abrasive and will shout you out if you say youre not interested. The latest person screamed in my face, loud en5for the entire area to hear, youre not interested in saving money? Not only was it embarrassing, but at that moment I wasnt interested in anything other than getting through my shopping. Please keep these people out of the store. Let them set up outside, so cust5can shop without being harassed. Its just a waste of time I dont have. Please do not let these people bother your customers, we dont like it.
Sucked, I wanted to buy ammo and targets. I had to walk up front twice and find a lady in a yellow jacket to try and get somebody with key to come wait on me. When he did , he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Did not sit well when Im trying to spend money with you. I almost walked out.
The best one stop shop in savannah, its huge! may get a workout pacing the place from beginning to end. Just watch out, you may go there for socks, but end up buying a shopping cart full of merchandise you didnt know you needed.
...its Wal-Mart. Not a bad location, large clean store with produce, clothing, etc. No garden center at this location. Staff usually helpful, but has a few idiotic door greeters who refuse to wear their masks properly.
I waited a whole hour and a half for a grocery pick up. The staff was nice and apologetic but I missed an appointment thinking it was going to be a quick and easy pick up.

I had some trouble getting some help to find some my surprise Im disabled and it was just hard for me to get it but I finally got some help and they come help me get it off the top shelf and stuff so that part work out there slowest to check out onto a self-checkout I give a $50 bill they walked off with it had to be 10 minutes when she came back I dont know what to do anyhow I didnt give a $7 change
Wouldnt let me see a manager about a price match of their online prices. Had no issues at a different Walmart, poor customer service! Going to a different Walmart for now on.

Its an amazing place where you always can find something that is going to be useful either at home or in a garage. On top of that Walmart always got (almost) the best incentives, bonuses and they beat all the prices in other supermarkets. So, if youre low on money and urgently need something to buy - come to walmart. See yall.

15 self checkout isles less than ten regular checkout lines. Only one has an actual cashier. I come in to shop and see a smiling face, or even one with an over worked underpaid look. Great going Walmart you are succefully climbed to the top of the creating a longer unemployment line category!
I used self-checkout & had a phone card which required assistance from a sales associate. It took several minutes for help to arrive. I had asked another associate for assistance but their response was it wasnt their department (aka not my problem). After help arrived, I tried to pay for my items only to have another error/ wait for associate message to appear on the screen. When someone finally arrived again, they didnt look at me, didnt acknowledge me in any way, & just swiped their card & left as if I wasnt even there. I felt like no one who was working there wanted to be there. Its probably an upper management thing, but if the people who work there consistently have a bad attitude, it rubs off on the customers & makes you feel worthless. Basically, if you want a soulless experience, shop at WalMart.
Nice. Overall great experience but... Did have a lady come begging for help paying for baby stuff, twice. That was annoying as she like followed us to baby area and asked again barely speaking english. Saying she was a single mom etc. After approaching us for 2nd time had to explain I am disabled mom who is not able to work and must pay for my own sick child and my husband is only one work so we dont have extra funds to pay to help her. Wal-Mart what can you do and what do customers do when you have a begger harassing your customers?
This is a uniquely laid out smaller Supercenter Walmart. Takes a minute to get used to it and can be a little confusing to find things. Howeverz it is always best and clean and staff is friendly and helpful. Often has some unique items that you dont find in other stores. Be prepared on your first visit to take a little extra time to find departments. EX toys and garden are in the middle of the front of the store close to check out lanes. I go there all the time ams still get turned around.They didnt have the paint I was looking for but I got my 9.5 GV alkaline water which the Neighborhood WM new me is always out of. Its for my cats yall. They own me.
Its ghetto. All the workers seem mad and not helpful. The lines are long and hardly ever have any cashiers. The meats are old, the vegetables look terrible. Just go to aldis.
The lady at the entrance was very friendly and offered to wipe down my shopping cart. Also, the young man working the self-checkout was helpful.

My favorite spot to be. I love Walmart I just cant stand being in them lines when they have 25 cash registers and only open up 3 what type of sense does this make. Why did you waste all the money on a bunch of cash registers and you never open all of them. HELLO
Clean store. I was able to get in, find what I needed. Checked out at the self-service lane without having to wait.
Service was good but I couldnt find everything that I wanted for dinner.

Walmart is losing its touch. It is getting more expensive and depends where you go the variety is not there. The staff remain friendly but the food items are declining. Walmart needs more organic and good choices without going up on prices so much.
They have no cashiers only self check. I dont work for Wal-Mart. Never wanted to be a cashier. There were people standing around who work there. Im not doing their job. To many other places to shop.
Nice, organized, and stocked. I love a Wal-Mart thats not messy.
Always clean with courteous employees that are very helpful. Its my favorite Wal-Mart in Savannah.

2021-12-16It was a usual visit to Walmart. There are many items that are not on the shelf because of the incident out at sea. I can happily say that the bathrooms were clean which is a major plus in my book. It wasn’t that crowded either and there was only one long line. Overall it was a decent experience.

2022-01-04I don’t know why I even bother using Walmart pick up anymore. Every time it’s either I am missing stuff or the produce is old/rotten… I mean look at the picture. The lady that loaded my car was super sweet. Whoever picks the groceries… Clearly they don’t care or they’re trying to get rid of old stuff. Several other veggies were bruised or bad. I give up.

2022-04-14This site is typically very timely and accurate with fulfilling orders. Today they fell short!!! Order delayed without further notice. I called to inquire about expected time for pick up. Young man taking the call was helpful and saw I received my order. However, upon putting away the groceries, there were many missing items!!! Some of which is needed now.

2022-06-08In general the people who work at 14030 Abercorn in Savannah, Ga are friendly. However, I have to give a special shout of appreciation toMs. Rose. On Tuesday, 5/24/2022 I had a problem that involved transportation. She happen to be standing on the side of the customer service desk when I went back into the store in dismay. I approached the desk to vent, I mean this was not their problem or job. However, she not only listened to my vents but she went above the call of duty to help get a solution. What a wonderful expression of not just customer service but compassion and empathy.

2022-03-27Is no rating an option? AVOID!!!! The worst store. I waited patiently, PATIENTLY for the cashier to help the customers in front of me. Whatever they were doing and not ringing up a single item, I don’t know. So after patiently waiting I ask the cashier do she know how much longer…. She looked down at me and was VERY RULE AND NASTY… I had a lot of groceries and items and that’s over $300 Walmart looked in sales. I will NEVER go to another Walmart again and I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS STORE!

2022-05-18The customer service was closed at 8:35 so I had to buy a second pair of shoes for my grandson. There were no registers open. It took almost 30 minutes to get through self check.
