Great food. A welcome change from eating same old fast food chain Mexican. It is fresh and made in front of you. I had the quesadilla and it tasted great. It is made a little different from authentic Mexican in that it is seasoned differently and the chicken is in small chunks and not shredded, but still delicious non the less. :)
Great atmosphere. Clean tastefully modern interior design. Of the 4 times Ive visited, I have always received friendly fast service, fresh well prepared delicious food. One of my favorite places to eat whether dine in or carry out.

I would like to say this restaurant seems a little familiar almost put you in the mind of chipotle or Moes. The food was good and the portions was similar to the other restaurants with similar menu items. The price to me was a little expensive. I had a bowl with rice, Chicken, steak, and corn salsa. It cost me twelve dollars and change. i would recommend this eatery for a Friday or Saturday night with gang, but definitely not a weekday deal because of the prices.
This restaurant was great, the atmosphere was relaxed and the view of the downtown square is wonderful. The food was delicious and the employees all had great attitudes, especially the pretty blonde Brittney. She was very professional and knowledgeable. This was our first time eating at Diablos and she answered the many questions I had and all with a smile. We asked her for suggestions and ended up with the most delicious quesadillas ever. I will definitely be back and Ill be sure to spread the word about this awesome place.

I went there today to eat lunch. The place is very nice and clean and very family oriented. Its a awesome menu to pick from and I look very much forward to going back again very soon. Also, the employees are very courteous and friendly. The food was awesome.
UPDATE: taking this rating back down to a 2. The food is BLAND....if you don’t get the spicy peach habanero sauce on the side you will have zero flavor!!! Not sure why they are so allergic to using salt? If it’s a sodium issue that they’re afraid of then throw in more fresh herbs? Also they’re really going through a rough patch training their employees.prices are way too high for tacos. In our town. It’s really outrageous.UPDATE: I am updating my previous review of Diablos from 2 start ~>5. We eat here often for lunch(since they opened) and they have great customer service. The employees memorize their regulars and orders. Very friendly. Also the food, while simple is always fresh and consistent. It’s nice to see that they make the effort to engage with their customers and improve service. They are a welcome addition to downtown Bainbridge. I can’t wait to make a date night with the hubby and try their margaritas.
They put to much cheese in my quesdia it was like 1% bread and 99% cheese. if I could I would give 0 stars, and the people were HORRIBLE! and I even asked for no extra cheese. I would so not recommend this place for your kids.
I went in with my father. He had the pork quesadilla and I had the steak. These are by far the best tasting quesadillas weve had in a long time. The staff was very friendly and even offered us samples of the meat before we decided on them. I would tell anyone that has not been there to stop by and check them out. Food so good it almost melts in your mouth 😊😊😊.
Absolutely delicious & better than Moe’s in my opinion! The chicken was cooked perfectly, they have chipotle ranch as a topping which is my favorite, and the chips are light & thin.😊 So happy to see a great new restaurant come to our little corner of Georgia! Awesome job 👍🏼🥇
I brought a steak bowl from them and it was awful meat was cold and tuff, I asked could I have a refund they simply refused..I know not having my business want matter!! Ill never go back!!
Service was not the best. took about 20mins before we got to order our beers sitting at the bar. ladie didnt even open the beer had to open it with my opener. placing an order for food was about half hr
The food is amazing! The staff is great and the atmosphere is fun. I could eat at Diablos every day. I just wish they had more seating, especially for large families.

This place is pretty good. My only gripe is the queso (melted cheese) is always cold. I dont like that. The rest of my food is hot, & my cheese should be hot too.
Food was OK, Im a picky taco eater from taco land (south west), so they still get 4 stars. Hot salsa was not really hot to me. Had the steak tacos.

Out of queso. The food was okay. Big portions. Similar to moes and the rice wasn’t fresh. Granted it was 8pm. I would say it’s just okay.

2022-06-04I was expecting something totally different from all the reviews I read prior to going. Its a cafeteria style Tex-Mex quick serve restaurant very similar to Moes. Food was fine, except the prepackaged lettuce which always has a funny taste. It was pricey but so is everything these days thanks to build back better...

2021-07-05This place is pretty good. They have a small menu, but its so customizable that you cant really tell. Located right on the square in Bainbridge, its centrally located for a good day of downtown shopping and lunch. The interior receives a lot of natural light from the big picture windows at the from to the store. However, I suspect When it gets dark the track lighting will take care of the lighting needs. The seating options were booth, booth and chair combo, and straight table option. They also have a little lunch counter bar option for those that are eating alone. When you enter, you go to the counter and decide whether you want tacos, burritos, nachos, quesadillas or bowls. Then you choose your base- beans (2 varieties) and rice (2 varieties) the add your meat option (steak, chicken, beef and one other option I cant remember) then choose from 15 or so fresh veggie additions. Then you get to sauce options for which they have 6 or 7 options. They also have queso. Then you get to pick out your drink. For three of us it came to about 30$ (including tip) and everyone was full and got exactly what they wanted. They also had cookies available for desert. You pay at the end and they give you your drink cups and food and let you choose the table you want. This is a good place to take people who have a wide variety of diets (keto and,vegetarian for certain, and possibly paleo).

2019-01-18Tried this for the first time. Great tasting food. Give portions, you will not go away hungry. Servers were very friendly and helpful. All in all, a great place to try if youre in Bainbridge. Parking can be a bit of a pain, since its on the downtown square... with it, tho.

2022-02-22Ill say that I was more than a little hesitant to come here based on my experience with the dope heads that work at the Dothan location, my wife insisted... BUT! I was pleasantly surprised! These folks were on it, theyre friendly and the food was not spoiled like at the Dothan location. If Dothan was more like this Id probably eat there more often.

2021-12-16Came here with 5 vegetarians. They ran out of tofu! Other than that, this place was amazing. Good flavor, vibes and prices. I personally like this place better than Chipotle or any other southwest style grill. Im honestly a little surprised this nice of a restaurant exists in Bainbridge.

2020-09-03Diablos was better than the chain restaurants of the same style. The manager was a delight to talk to. Cycling cross country promoting saveawarrior.org and this was the perfect lunch break for the day. Thanks for the fantastic food.

2021-12-16Awesome food, great options. Got the burrito with tofu, tofu is amazing, I’d say the tofu is better than Chipotle’s. They also give you chips for free, which is great.

2021-08-07It was great, but it would be better if the staff wore a mask, being that they are in close contact with customers food. I seen a young employee leaning down and talking as she wrapped a customer burrito. Please consider this, thank you. Concerned customer!
