“Dicks Sporting Goods Sandy Springs” Very disappointed in the misleading price match guarantee. I called and inquired about a racquet that the sandy springs location had. I spoke with Andrew, who found the product, and then said that they would price match the racquet that I was needing. I did tell him that Wilson was currently out of stock and he proceeded to guarantee a price match. I drove 45min to pick up the racquet, but instead I was told by the #7 check out clerk that they will not price match. This was a disappointing experience for me. I do hope they remove the sign “lowest price guarantee” from the front door because it’s a lie.
I visited this location yesterday (8/22). There was an elderly gentleman working but he walked off on approach. Another associate named Lamontis was close by and he assisted me. The shoe I was searching for wasnt available in the size I needed or so I thought (it was mislabeled as another color). Lamontis checked another location and as I was preparing to venture to the other location, he double-checked and found the error with the labeling. He located the size I needed and saved me a 30 minute trip. He was most helpful and made my shopping experience more enjoyable.
Great staff here. Shay did an awesome job helping me to find some Adidas jogging pants for me and my son. She went out of her way to please me as the customer even though I interrupted her while she was stocking the racks. It was so refreshing to be helped by a person who smiled and treated me like I was the most important person in the store,which is so rare in retail stores. Thank you!
Walked in and found a pair of shoes I liked. Felt like I was inconveniencing store employee to find out if they had them in my size. He scanned the shoe, said we dont have them, and that was the end of the conversation. Insult to injury, on my way out, you cant even walk out the front door. You have to weave your way through the checkout counters. Ill head elsewhere.
Great place to by all sorts of outdoor activities vary reliable I have always go here for sport acquit meant and it is heavy duty. My family loves going here to get stuff. You can get your bike fixed here. And it is family friendly!!!
Wouldnt let me exchange without receipt when i had bought it just the night before and simply wanted one size up. it was ridiculous then after finding the darn thing because just overnight it went to 50%off i was able to swap out but extremely frustrating. shoes clearly never been worn and they could have easily have done the exchange without all the hassle.
I try not t come here and be in a hurry. I like to linger and browse around. Its that good. Last week, I picked up a Schwinn hybrid bike for $270 that I love. Cant wait for Spring!

I need to take something back and switched it for something else. The staff is always speaking always helpful if u need it. The cashier was nice and polite.
I would love they had some ab machines that I could buy but everything is in great quality and price Ive gotten some terrific waist bags that I go out with when its too hot out.The other supplies were quite nice.
This is a GIANT store. There is a lot of great stuff here, and a very knowledgable staff. Because its so big there is often a REALLY good clearance section to dig through for deals, as well. But, it can take some real digging if youre an unusual size.
I was treated rudely after driving 40mins to get a pair of soccer shoes for my 7 year old that was not there when we arrive after being told they would hold them for us . I understand mistakes happen, but when you are in the wrong treating customers poorly when they arrive doesn’t help the situation . Bad location wil not return.
We drove from lagrange to buy a pair or foot ball cleats. Called ahead and made sure. Got there didnt have them. Left called back and said they only carry all red with chrome red online even though I held the version that was way to small. Also was only gold for 17 minutes. And thru 4 people. No wonder they keep losing business to academy and the local community
I had difficulty in finding out my size sports shoes.... In case if you get the shoe size, please check whether its of men or women... Because usually if they dont have the size of any, they replace with the other genders(3*)for the reason.....other than this all stuffs are good & value for money...
Never have enough staff. Waited for 15 minutes for someone to help in the shoe department, but only one person working and 10 people waiting. Poor management. We will take our business to the Lenox location where they always have staff.

If you need the right baseball equipment for your kids, this is the place. The selection was good and Doug’s service was helpful and made sure that my sons new bat was the size and weight.

Taking over the space previously occupied by Sports Authority, Dicks Sporting Goods offers a wide variety of products covering the gamut of sports, from lacrosse to golf. We enjoyed perusing the well-organized aisles and taking advantage of the excellent customer service.

Zero customer service. They should just keep the store online. Ordered a ski bib for store pickup and 2 hrs later the item was still not ready, so I called. They put me on hold for 15 minutes as they checked on order and then disconnected me. Terrible customer service.
Worst customer service ever. I was in the shoe department and received help within 2 mins. But the person helping me never came back. After waiting for 10 mins I walked around and found her helping someone else. I waited for 20 mins before leaving.

2022-04-02Horrible staff working the front. Rude and intimidating to me as I walked in. Young guy and a older guy today were just straight up bullies in their behavior. The entire store looks like they are mentally clocked out. People on their phones not even paying attention to me as a customer. I walked around a few times and found horrible size runs. The place is doing a terrible job with inventory management. When I was leaving, I had to walk past the two intimidating male employees and it was all locker room talk. The cashiers were talking about their personal lives. I could tell that nobody wanted to be there. What happened to the customer experience? I went ahead and went online and found what I needed much cheaper with free delivery! Thats what Im doing from now on. This place sucks.

2022-06-23I usually don’t prefer write reviews but I had to share this with experience so management can do something about it.I’ve never seen a golf professional at this location, I went at 10am or 12pm or 4pm, regardless of what time I go, I never got a professional golf help like regrip or questions on clubs.Why do you maintain a golf section when you doesn’t have golf professional to help customers.I will never go to that location!

2021-12-17I love this location. The staff is always helpful and I always have a lot of questions. I admit to being picky, but I tried on 8 different pairs of shoes before finally deciding on a pair. They could not have been more accommodating, and the selection is awesome for all sorts of specialty sport shoes. Amazon is great, but its nice to try on a pair of shoes in person. Well run place!

2022-02-23Employees didnt come to help. I was waiting for 20 min for someone to help me find shoes. One of the employers just pointed me towards the shoe section, that was all the help he offered. There was another girl that came after me and was also waiting for a while and nobody came to help her.

2021-05-07It was my first time coming to this location, and I must admit I am very impressed with how fast the service was. First off, the customer service in the shoe area was outstanding and the lady went above and beyond to help me find the right shoe (brooks) to get. Also helped me to find dry fit sleeves in the same area. I will be returning for future purchases.

2021-10-19We called Dick’s about a problem with our order. We were treated with no patience or respect. The lady told us that we probably didn’t pay for our order... when I asked to speak with the store manager, Mike, it got even worse. We end up calling to the customer service and Jody was super nice and helpful. Definitely not going back there again. Shame!

2020-06-12I don’t normally write reviews but I felt compelled to write a review after the positive experience I had at this store. I was looking for a pair of athletic shoes and ended up having to return my shoes two different times without a box. I thought there was no way the store would take a return (much less 2 separate returns) without a box and they ended up accommodating my request and refunding me my money. I dealt with Michael, one of the managers. This store takes customer service seriously and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.

2020-06-13Entered store and greeter was really polite and pointed me in the direction of shoes when I told him I was looking for running shoes. I enter the section and there was a family being serviced. No one acknowledged me. I walked around and proceed to look at shoes....still no one acknowledges me. I head to the section right by the stock room. A gentleman enters the stock room right by me.....STILL no one acknowledges me. Doesnt end there. I turn to leave and stop and grab another shoe, still hoping someone will speak and ask how they can help me. Two employees are standing there talking too each other and one looks me in the eye, and still no service. So I leave with no shoes. Thank you for your excellent customer service. Will definitely not be back.
