I waited an hour and half for a steak I never got ! Tryed to call prior to going to drive thru and was on hold for 30 min. Pulled up to window ordered and was told it would be 20 min. When i went in to ask about my food 30 min later owner caught an attitude and told me it wasnt ready. Finally after an hour and half she sticks her head out the window and says its almost done !! Come to find out she gave my food away and wasnt even going to tell me. Ive spent a ton of money at this place! And i will never again. She will be shut done before to long !
Service was pretty awful. Place wasn’t busy but couldn’t get drink refills. The food was mediocre, wings could have cooked longer. The sauces we tried were great though. Only reason for more stars was the sauce flavors were good. Everything else was just subpar.

It was okay. Prices were above average for the types of food. But service was awful. Never got my fries with my sandwich appetizer came out with the food couldnt get refills server reached over peoples plates instead of walking around the table. At least the food ain/ greasy

We went there yesterday and one star is too many. The food was wrong, my husband ordered bone in wings they came boneless the fried green tomatoes were aweful. I sent the sweet tea back as it was so sweet you could not drink it. All the waitress did was complain about everything and the music was so loud we could barely hear each other. We will not go back.
I only left 1 star because you have to, to leave a review. I visited here today while I was in Baxley and believe me I want be back. My boyfriend ordered the Cajun ranch burger, HAD NO FLAVOR AND WAS BURNT !! I order 5 wings and some fries which was cold. We waited about 20 minutes for our “fresh cooked food” lol because it was pretty cold to be fresh cooked. We had to wait on someone at the window for a long time when they finally got there they were very rude and then forgot my change. All I’m saying is don’t waist your time here.
We ordered nachos and loaded waffle fries both items were very simple to prepare and both were WRONG!! The food wasnt good and the service wasnt any better. I give it one star because I have to rate atleast one star to be able to write a review
Honestly it just wasn’t that good. The wings and burgers were just not good. And the service was just not good our waitress was sweet but the manager that came to the table said the gold rush wings taste nasty anyways. Not a good way to sell the wings to anyway $53.00 for something that wasn’t good.I’m giving them a 1 star bc I can’t give a 0
To many wants to be a manager and not do there own job. Not a team job also need to do something about there food.
I have few experiences where I give a bad review.... that being said mine and my wifes order was not right and her food was cold when they did get it right. Not only that it took over 45 minutes to get our food. Even the appetizer that came out with the food that took forever. All we wanted to do was eat some good food but this was not a good experience.
Called in order for 6 burgers and drinks before they opened - was told they would be ready in 20 minutes. Great. I get there and pay for my order. Waitress gives me the drinks. I am waiting and waiting only to be told they gave part of my food order to someone else. Waitress said it would only be 3 or 4 minutes. 20 minutes later drinks watered down, fries and burgers COLD in the part of my order they did have ready. I had to flag a waitress down to be told it would be another 15 minutes at least because there were order ahead of mine. Oh no. Will not go back again. I understand things happen but it is how you handle to resolve.
We were greeted once we entered the door. It was a lil busy but our server was exceptional! She met our needs and kept refills in our glasses (which is an added plus for me). She was professional and friendly. She is the reason for 5 stars. Because.... the food was not what I expected. I ordered the 365 Fingers tossed in wimpy and steak fries. I recieve my order but the fries were basically floating in a buttery sea of liquid. I asked for a plate to get the fries out of the sea and our server was ever so kind enough to bring me a small boat with fresh fries and expressed her apologies. I would say the best part of the food was the all u can eat wings special (on Thursdays) because it is an awesome deal for the amount of food you receive. The atmosphere has changed a bit since Bubbacoos came in there but it still has a comfortable feeling none the less. It is also clean and tidy. Like all restaurants they were practicing the social distancing as prescribed.
First Time Experience... waitress was pleasant to deal with. She was not pushy in us ordering, and was keeping drinks filled.Wraps are the biggest Ive seen of any establishment... be prepared to have an appetite. Loaded waffle fries were full of cheese and bacon. Worth visiting again.Was fun seeing their expression when I pulled up in a bus... fortunately, there were only two others, not a load full lol.
Excellent food and service! You also get a lot for your money. The burgers and fries are sensational. The quesadillas are perfection! Service is great, too, prompt and polite! A+

Food took longer than expected especially when there were only 3 other tables with 2 people at each; wings were hot (temperature) but fries were cold; server only came to table 1 time after our food was served (which was about 15 mins after); the 365 salad is awesome & tasted great with or without the extra blue cheese dressing; love the atmosphere & decor; always clean every time Ive came.
Foods good, service is great as long as Amanda is working. The locals that frequent the bar are top notch. My favorite restaurant (and one of the few that serves alcohol) to eat at when Im working in Baxley.
Horrible service a few weeks ago. It took 35 minutes for wings on a Thursday at 12pm when Thursday is supposed to be an auce day. They where not busy at the time.Attempted this place again recently. Horrible service yet again (another 30 minute wait). The waitress did not have an idea of what she was doing. Not confident in her job at all. Didnt refill drinks, and couldnt remember anything that was said. So then she began writing everything we said word for word...I dont think the food industry is for this poor girl.Finally after receiving our meals and bill, she was not truthful as for the daily lunch specials. We where told lunch specials where auce. We ordered lunch specials but where then charged for drinks and fries.$20 for auce wings is a RIP off. Baxley or not...
Nice restaurant, great place for children, they had games to play while you waited on your food. The wings were good and you had 100 kinds of sauce variations to choose from. They had more than just wings.

The best place in town to eat hands down, food was mouthwatering service was as good as a 5 star New York restaurant.
The orders for the three people in our party were not received together, but were brought out over the course of the meal. The excuse used by the waitress was that more wings were being cooked, but when the meals were presented the just cooked wings were cold. The wings were small, with some looking like they had stretched the order by cutting several wings into two pieces.
Food is ok, but high for Baxley. Especially the spirits in the bar. Kitchen closes too early, and same for the bar. 11pm seriously! and 10 last week. No deck or chairs for anyone that goes outside. No Wifi in the bar, signal from restaurant is not strong enough to reach both facilities. The AC needs upgrading to a bigger system, not strong enough to handle the area when there is a good crowd. They could do so much more instead of just working with what the got.

This resturant is great!! If you love chicken wings. There us a huge variety of flavors and not to mention they cook other foods like steak and seafood.... love this place

RUDE, RUDE and RUDE- We have only lived in Baxley a year but visit at least once a week. We had a “special” invitation for their ribbon cutting- We were turned away at the door and told we could come back @11 am tomorrow- BY THE OWNER!!!- ( Was not even 7pm on a Friday night) We have heard nothing but horrible things but I always make a judgment for myself and do not listen to what other say. Thank you sir but we will not be back tomorrow or the next day or next- We will take our business else where and not support your ALL your businesses in our little town .....
We go every week, Monday is $0.50 wings night and Thursday is all you can eat wings. Sometimes they are a little slow bringing food out, but at least its fresh.
Every time I go I get food poisoning my order is always wrong and takes forever I ordered my well done it was still pink inside and burnt outside. Very pricey and hardly any refills on my drinks.

The wings are hit and miss. Sometimes they are big and juicy other times they are small and tough. A great restaurant would guarantee consistency.

2022-06-10Came here to enjoy food. This place was trashed. The tables were dirty so there was no where to sit and when they decided to send a waitress over to clean she delivered nasty menus on the table. It was horrific and as i’m looking at the grill I see old food piled up from previous customers. This place need to close if they cannot keep it clean. After I expressed I didn’t want to see trash while I eat the lady got an attitude. I guess she live like this at home that’s why she was upset. If I could give this place a 0 I would.

2022-06-15Food was good. Service was amazing. Kelsey was our waitress and she was the only one working. Even so, we didnt want for anything. She was literally in 5 different spots at one time. Drinks stayed topped off. She checked on us. This woman was running the entire restaurant by herself plus a cook. At one time, she had 7 tables with each table having multiple guest except one. We will be back!

2022-05-22Food was good, however, if you’re in a hurry, skip this place. It took our server 17 minutes to get our check and a to go box (mostly because the girl was too busy walking back and forth talking to the other employees) And for reference, when we were there they wasn’t busy at all (3 tables with 2 people at each table, including ours)

2022-03-14Food was ok. Prices have gone up like everywhere but you dont know current prices unless u scan QR code for current pricing. That sucks! One waitress was friendly, the other not so much. Barely any bacon on our burgers and what was there was charred. Waited forever on a to go box and check. Not my best experience 😢

2020-02-16Not good! Ordered 2 burritos with shrimp & steak hibachi. No taste to food, shrimp was half raw & old crunchy rice inside each bite! Told the server I didnt want any old hard rice in my food but thats exactly what we received. Paid 24.00 for slop! They ought to be ashamed of themselves selling people their garbage!

2021-12-12I been coming to this place from yrss!!! I am not a review person but today the service and new owner made me type this review we went in with long 20 people there service was quick , the owner was itself was on floor serving food asking individual with respect to each and every table if everything was okay , if they are missing anything she was so much on ground while talking to everyone in restaurant, food was amazing as well as the new management this place needed new management and I am glad they took over , after that Christmas parade this place was packed they moved whole store so we can sit all together. THANK YOU !!!

2021-11-13We had fried green tomatoes, salads and boneless wings. Amber our waitress was attentive and polite. Salads was very surprised it was very good. Will definitely be back. Overall a good experience.
