I was very baffled that Dillards does not take Visa Gift Cards as a form of payment. I had to put the items back and I could not even order from the store itself. The Manager was extremely helpful and so was the female associate that worked in the shoe department. Dillards will lose a lot of business by not accepting other forms of payment, its unfortunate that that such a well known department store has such outdated systems in place.
I love this store. The childrens department is amazing. The purpose of my visit was to find uniforms for my toddler. I was able to secure a pair of blue polo pants. As I entered the store, I spotted the UGG display table. I fell in love with almost every shoe that I saw. My plans are to purchase at least two pairs before the end of the year.
I experienced the epitome of customer service when I came looking for a sports coat in this store. An employee named Tray was extremely professional and helpful - employees like him will help keep retail alive as online shopping takes over. - dude deserves a raise or promotion.
Super convenient location and still one of the best places to purchase holiday decorations around. The store is fairly easy to navigate Ave usually adequately staffed so you dont have to walk through several departments before you find someone to assist you. This makes a huge difference when you are short on time and patience. Is definitely recommend this store.
My visits are very particular. I am addicted to retail in such a different manner. This dillards store in particularly speaking has the closest up to date releases. In which makes me happier to spend my money here. The service that I receive is well appreciated. This is my first stop when buying most things to maneuver day to day.
The shoe department sales staff was the worst. Walked in to the department 10 minutes before closing looking for a pair of flats to immediately buy to put on. Did not even want to try on. I held them in my hands for over 5 minutes while the sales man walked past me avoiding eye contact. I eventually got his attention to ask for my size and his response, we close in 3 minutes. I understood that and was looking to immediately buy if he had my size. Needless to say he went to the back and faked checked and came back and said he did not have my size lol. Clown! He should not have applied and interviewed for the job if he did not want to work.
Terrible customer service and return policy. They made us wait for almost 15 minutes to return an item. They also refused to let us return an item even though we had the receipt and it was purchased two days ago 🤦.Also, this location lacks inventory compared to its competitors. I would not recommend ever coming here.
Yikes! I used to work there when the associates actually cared about making money. Specifically the mens department. All the associates stayed behind the cash/wrap or were busy talking to other associates. Another customer had the same complaint and the associate didnt even give her bags.
Dillards is by far my favorite department store. I always have the best customer service experience. Sales associates will actually help me shop for items, offering suggestions all with a smile. Makes we want to go into a store just for the hospitality. The selection is always beautiful with top designers at reasonable prices. Did I mention the sales? Best deals in retail!
The worst place to shop for Clinique skin care I had purchased foundation and skin toners and had received a free gift from Clinique, but I decided to return the foundation and buy eye cream , the sales girl Debra Lowe there was rude bullying me when I went to exchange the Clinique foundation for under eye cream , but decided to buy from Belk as I had reward coupon from them Debra said she can beat the price of Belk if ty are having discount but when I showed her the rewards coupon she said she cannot help me with the discount but since I had got free gift from Clinique she refused to refund the money to me as she wanted the free gift back without which she refused to refund , today I went back to give her free gift back and told her that I hv never seen a worst sales girl then her who is bullying Clinique customers for returning back free gifts , I hv been using Clinique skin care from last 26 years hv always got it from colonial mall Belk from valdosta ga , hv never been bullied for refund or asked to return back free gift from Clinique, what a shame Debra lowe taking back the already opened free gift hope she doesn’t pass it on to another customer my used free gift , sad and pathetic is all I can say to be treated like a common criminal for the free gift which Clinique gives and till returned nit to refund the money to customers .
This place gets two stars because of the brown skinned slender black lady in womens who was so busy looking at what I had in my hand, that she walked right by me 5 times without saying a single word...but she greeted two white women like they were the best thing shed seen all day! Had it not been for me buying the dress for mother to be buried in, I would not have spent a penny in that department. Disgusting!
I enjoyed my shopping experience. I was able to browse without feeling watched. I found some great deals. They had a nice variety of things to choose from. There were some items I wanted to purchase but had to watch the budget.They had a good mix of now clothing as well as things for the Spring and Summer.
I visited the Ladies and Juniors departments here a couple of weeks ago (7/15 to be exact) and the young lady at the register was so pleasant and refreshingly kind. I wish I’d caught her name but I believe she was from Mississippi. I just wanted to publicly recognize her amazing customer service efforts!
The Atlantic station Dillards is my go to place for shopping always. Shah at the Polo section is the best employee there. He always helps me pick out the most up to date items for my husband. Thank you Shah for making a pleasant shopping experience for me at Dillards. I highly recommend that if you go to Atlantic Station Dillards, than go to Shah!
Great Customer Service from Mackenzie in Intimates! She helped me find my correct bra size and brought me several different options to try on. She also wrote down my sister sizes to help me find bras in the future. She was patient and attentive and I left with two items that will definitely make my life easier! I had a very positive experience here!
The service was outstanding...The prices were great. The sales associates in the womens section was remarkable. She was very responsive, personable, product knowledgabe, considerate of others time and all of that. The manager was professional, fair, and no nonsense, both of them made my experience awesome..
Looking for a womens size formal dress for a gala. Very few options. I used to shop here before they reduced the entire womens department. I was shocked. I was able to find a possibility with the help of Alexis. She was extremely friendly, communicated well and provided exceptional customer service. Dillards Diamond!
The largest and best shoe department in midtown. I have been coming to this store for more than 10 years just for the amazing shoe assortment which is highly curated but just right. They have their own brands plus all the favorites, from Uggs to Coach and everything in the alphabet in between. You will not be disappointed this is my favorite hangout for shoes. Ask for Tony, shoe dept veteran and expert he is the best with years of experience, I wont shop with anyone else. Amazing shoe shopping experience.
I really shot at Dillards but I went to go get some cologne that I had been wanting. The young man who helped me at the fragrance counter was nice and he hooked me up with samples I definitely will go back to buy from him. Dillards is always such a nice store clean attractive but they are very pricey and need more sales
I’m a service member, was in town visiting family. While shopping I constantly being asked if I need help every area I went and was followed around the whole time at first I thought the staff was being helpful in hindsight I was being racially profiled I will not come back here again I told all my army buddies to never come shop here, I hope the store manager sees this review you shouldn’t have a staff that make people of color feel uncomfortable. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!
Everything you could want in a department store. Have a jacket tailored in the mens department (even if youre not a man). The service is attentive and enjoyable. Ample parking is always appreciated in Atlantic Station. Great customer service at the fragrance counter and in mens suits. Skip the place if theyre having a sales event. The blaring music and general chaos isnt worth the sale prices. I like to pre shop when they have an event and skip the madness.
This morning I visited Dillards to do some shopping for my daughter. I needed assistance with customer service and they were very rude to me. I spoke with a manager who was very apologetic and attempted to make things right which is why Im not giving a 1 star, but a 2 star. The young lady in young womens clothing (who witnessed the ordeal) was very nice and apologetic as well.
The staff in the jewelry department was very helpful and resourceful in assisting in my search for a birthday gift. They have a small variety of jewelry trees to choose from though. They actually cared about helping me in my quest for the perfect gift. Overall good shopping experience.
I had never been in a Dillards before but I will again for sure. I went into the store looking for branded workout clothes and as I entered the store I noticed that it was beautiful and well maintained. As I passed through each department sales people said hello to me and some even said Happy Holidays. The lady in womens wear didnt just point to the athletic wear, she walked me over and showed me around the department and gave me information on certain brands and told me to let her know if I needed more help. It was a great experience and I really like this level of service. I will shop the store again and recommend it to people I know.
So I’m upset with #Dillards 1st of the year sale i always get my shoes from. They have no returns .. alright cool let me exchange the shoe... I bought 6 pairs of shoes, i need to swap 4 for a HALF larger size and they’re telling me no. I’m usually an 8, I purchased the size based off the previous years I’ve purchased from them and most being an 8.To me that’s a scam. I understand they’re trying to prevent people from buying shoes and getting a refund but i literally want the same shoe in a bigger size. This will be my last year shopping with them. Out of the thousands I’ve spent over the last few years smh.
My initial experience was lack luster to say the least, however after having Ms. LESLIE STANLEY take over for the associate whom name I wont mention. Leslie Stanley was AMAZING she personally made sure all of my needs were met, as well as delivering exceptional guest service experience from start to finish
I went to Dillards and lets just say that I will be smelling fabulous in four different fragrances so they have everything here and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, be careful they may talk the money right out of your wallet if your not paying attention. In a good way not a bad way I really enjoy Dillards I will definitely be back in there.
The best Dillards that I have been in! I have not seen staff that is more friendly and willing to help than this location. The deals were great and because I loved it so much that it made me spend more than what I was planning to! Lol! I also went to the mall if Georgia location a week later and it was like night and day as that location while bigger didnt have as great of deals and worst of all the staff needs to be retrained as it looks like that they are selecting who they will greet and who they will help and I felt like I was being profiled. The sales attendant at the mens section greeted nicer dressed couples while me and my daughter who were wearing just shorts and a t-shirt they ignored. The attendant in the Murano section literally walked in front of us glanced and moved on. I got his attention to ask a question about the deals they were having and said its all over the store you just have to look!? After that he saw another couple and greeted them and asked if they needed help. Yeah not going to the mall of Georgia Dillards again... Now on it will be the Atlantic station one even though its a little bit of a commute for me from Lawrenceville!
Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. They make you feel like YOU work for them not THEY are working for Dillards. I was very much amazed to see such unpleasant behavior. Will not be returning to Dillards again, and especially not this location. These people do not deserve their jobs. They should take some training on proper customer service, especially at a location like Atlantic Station.
The customer service was horrible in the shoe dept. I had to wait for someone to appear. One person walked right pass me as though I was not there. The other told me to wait and walked to help another customer, and when she came back my way I had to grab her attention. She asked if I was returning the shoes because they didnt fit or if I just changed my mind. WHY DOES IT MATTER? She then said the only option given to me is to refund you by gift card. I inquired why and she finally told me the only way to get cash was in Gift Wrap. So I go there and I have to deal with another rude person, who commented I dont know why she sent you up here! Well hell if I know either! True, any other department store would have given me cash in the department I returned the item to. By the way, I PAID CASH, SO I EXPECTED CASH BACK, NOT A GIFT CARD. THERE ARE NO DILLARDS IN MY HOME STATE. I do not appreciate the GiftWrap clerk who took her own sweet time, making me wait while she conversed with other employees. She finally handed me the cash without counting it out. No thank you, nothing. I wont be shopping at Dillards, not Atlantic Station or elsewhere, on my future trips to Atlanta.
This Dillards has the largest shoe department! I love that about this location because thats the only reason I visit the Atlantic Station location, however the shoe salemen never offer assistance of any sort! They dont even introduce themselves to at least let you know who they are and if they could be any service to you!
Horrible....love Dillards grew up on Dillards. ...but theres this lady in mens shoes who is horrible..... Everytime!!!! Sent me to stone mountain Dillards to buy shoes when they had them at the perimeter mall Dillards....and this was done on purpose.... horrible attitude.....only likes to go above and beyond for people other than her race!
I stopped by the mens shoes section on May 18 at 6:30pm. The employee, a man, was sitting in a chair in the shoe section watching a video on his phone. I get it, its slow sometimes. But he saw me browsing shoes, makes eye contact with me and then walks in the back without any acknowledgement. I like J&M shoes and I typically buy the from this Dillards but this time I just walked out. Ill find someplace else.
On Monday the 29 of April I went to the suit department to inquire on returning a sport coat that I purchased on the 27th. I was humiliated by Mr. Antonio Davis. He was rude from the start and became even more belligerent when I asked for further clarification about the return policy. He cruised at me and insinuated that I was going to going to hell. I felt profiled and discriminated against. After I asked to speak to the manager he yelled “BYE” at me and sent me to the wrong floor. I have anxiety about entering Dillard’s. My family and I have shopped at Dillard’s since my infancy but Mr.Antonino Davis sullied the Dillard’s name forever. I hope he gets help with his anger problems and doesn’t take it out on anymore customers. Please be wary of the suit department because you might become another victim or Mr. Antonino Davis hate.
Ridiculous. I have been twice in a month and BOTH times I was approached by parking police asking me if i worked at there when I parked. Once I came out and had a warning on my car. Maybe pay attention to the people smoking weed in the lot instead?? I used to be a loyal customer but I’m sick of their behavior and since this is the closest one to me, I’m out.
Beautiful store but the mens fragrance counter salesperson was atrocious.. She was poorly dressed in leggings and boots and I wasnt sure she was even an employee. When I inquired about a very pricey fragance and my need for a less expensive comparable one she said Well, Its what he wants. Would he do it for you?She proceeded to abandon me for another customer and I wandered around the counter looking for help. I worked for Dillards for 12 years and this is not at all the standards I was taught. Shame on you Atlantic Station Dillards for allowing such an awful person to work your counter at Christmas. Going to Ulta.
Suits! Daniel Garron is the Selling Business Manager in the Mens Tailored Department in the Dillards in Atlantic Station. Daniel consistently goes above and beyond to ensure his customers satisfaction (including meeting clients from out-of-town on his days off). He is unequivocally one of the most hardworking and caring associates Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. If you need a good looking and well-fitting suit in Atlanta, I recommend Daniel without hesitation.
I have to admit I never shopped at a Dillards until my best friend started working there, and I was pleasantly surprised at the great selection. Dillards is like an upscale Macy’s in my opinion you will find great name brand apparel but the décor and atmosphere is much better at Dillards. Gone are the women with the coupons they received in the mail, or the teenagers junking up the jr. section. I found the most amazing Made of Honor dress for an amazing price at Dillards. I have been hooked ever since; they have great sales as well as a great selection of products.
I do Not appreciate the service here sometimes. Not only do I have issues here, but they are inexcusable. I come to the offices and I can find no staff to help me check out my items. If I tell the manager, they might get dearly upset as to why I am saying something and my reasoning or as to why I’m saying it. I’m not sure why their service is like this is as to why it seems as though the employees don’t put their pride in coming to work on display to present to the customers.
A massive department store conveniently located in Atlantic Station that has a wonderful array of different designer and casual clothing brands with almost anything you could look for the staff was helpful but not pushy and exactly what I would want from a store like this

2022-01-11This security guard follow me around the store like I had stole something. I went upstairs to pick up my packages I order online then I came back downstairs to look at some polo outfits for my husband. He was staring at me so I walk over toward Levi’s then he turn his head walk off if you follow me Ima follow you right back embarrass your robot cop toy boy self. Dillards how dare your security guard me around the store I see why y’all store empty it’s because of your fake security guard following everybody around.

2022-03-06At first, I was impressed. I went for a suit coat and the gentleman helping me was very good and helpful. To his credit, hes a skilled salesman. He tried to sell me a $500 coat that didnt fit well because it was the closest to my size and it was all he had. When I didnt buy and asked him for more selection he just left us there. I guess he figured why waste his time.

2022-03-20I experienced the rudest salesperson in the Dillard’s Atlantic Station shoe department on today. He showed zero customer service skills, was not helpful, talked as he was walking away and definitely was not interested in any follow up questions that I may have had to ask. I honestly felt as if he was being rude on purpose. I will never ever visit this department again because of him. I didn’t catch his name but he wasn’t the salesman wearing all blue, as he appeared to be kind and helpful to his customers. Apparently, good help is hard to find. Dillard’s, please do better our money is worth too much to be treated so poorly.

2019-10-31Had a wonderful shopping experience at the Polo department and sales associate Floyd helped my wife I with a much needed new wardrobe after significant weight loss. They just received and stocked up on all the latest new 2019 Fall fashion designs by Ralph Lauren. Make sure you ask for Floyd and tell him Daniel sent you.

2022-01-26This Dillard is absolutely horrible. Truly a horrible place to work at. Management is a total failure. The mens department manager, Leslie, is a disgusting old lady who treats her staff like slaves. She cannot keep an employee if her life counted on it. She makes her friends come to steal from the store and profits off of it. And the current store manager is spineless. Jessie was a much better Store manager who cared for his employees. This store is constantly losing employees due to their unethical treatments. PLEASE don’t shop there or apply for any positions in this place.

2019-06-29Everything that you need is here! Designer purses including LV, MAC cosmetics, perfumes, shoes and more. Very friendly associates that will help you find anything that you are looking for. There are three levels to this store. Lingerie is on the top floor. Nice selection of sunglasses and accessories.
