Salesperson was very helpful! She had our merchandise waiting for us. We called in advance to make sure it was in stock and she had it waiting for us when we got there.
Holly (my personal shopper) always gives excellent service and puts forth a great effort to get you what you want, make sure it fits properly for comfort, recommends brands based on needs, and overall just kind. She keeps my size specifications in a notebook and calls me when there are items I have expressed interest in are available or on sale. Also, Greg in mens dress shirt section is great. Always treated very well in this store and it is a very nice looking retail establishment. Im shopping here more and more, YES, men do shop and many of us like nice clothes for both work and casual.

Standard department store but had plenty of sales. The gentleman in men’s clothing was incredible! I believe his name was Greg. He took care of my family for a very long time, very personable, knowledge of clothing lines, super patient and happy. Far above the normal level of service in a U.S. department store. It was much appreciated.
The people are always polite, and the selection is decent.
I didnt feel the love, as I have in years past. Its hard to get a salesperson to help you out. In the mens section I was ignored when I needed help seeing about sizes for suit jackets. The holiday selection of man gadgets is not as good as it has been in past years.

Great merchandise and super friendly employees. Although, there were a few who didnt acknowledge my presence. I was greeted by two gentlemen whom extended superb assistance in the mens department, as this was the entrance where I came in at. I stopped in the mens department and looked at some of the specials and the gentleman there folding clothes I would say hes in his early thirties was ready to help and told me about the specials and just a delightful sales associate. All the best to him and his endeavors
Shopping at Dillard’s in Newnan is always a spectacular experience. The employees are kind, friendly, and attentive. I appreciate the ambiance of this store as it is clearly managed quite well. I would like to especially point out the professionalism and knowledge of Sammy in the fragrance department. He is an absolute gem! In addition, Hannah in the makeup department spent so much effort helping me to pull my brows together with the Anastasia products. Thank you Sammy and Hannah as you made my shopping experience a pleasure. I can’t wait to visit this store again. The entire store is amazing!

As usual, the store was clean and sales clerks were friendly and helpful. The store was well stocked for Christmas and a few sales ongoing. If you are a Dillards card holder you will he notified periodically about clearance sales where permanently reduced items are an additional 40% off. The traditional sale like this is New Years Day. Ive noticed over the past couple of years that Dillards is starting to carry some different merchandise like Levi clothes. I dont necessarily associate Dillards with this level of clothing but more like calvin Klein, NMDJ, Reba McIntyre, etc.
The bathroom is always clean. My wife shops here and is always pleased with her experience.

The gentleman that help me today was exceptional. older black gentleman i believe he was in the army .very dapper put me on a nice fragrance he had on.called Y by YSL.and helped me to put together some nice outfits.
I ordered a charm two weeks ago and was told that I was going to be called when my order was ready. Here I am calling them which it takes forever for them to answer the phone to tell me that, that particular person that works in that department (James Avery) can only see if my order was ready which I was on the phone with the “manager on duty”. I am a very Unsatisfied customer being that I only shop in Dillard’s when there are sales. They have lost a customer.
Great store: clean, beautifully merchandised and excellent staff. Dillards has the best sales and I always feel safe in the store. I only wish they would expand their home department to include furniture, but as it stands it deserves 5⭐️.

Wonderful service, and their mens dept. was top notch. The had a HTF cologne that I like too. I had a shirt to exchange, I had bought it in Ohio while on vacation. It was $30. less at this point, so I just returned it and got the correct size at the better price. Awesome.
One of my favorite store where one stop gets you all in retail shopping. Never miss their January 1st blowout sale. Always crowded but the sales are worth it. Its hard to decide if I like the Atlantic Station store or Newnan location. Both locations are surrounded by all the top name brand stores and trendy eating establishments
Can’t speak really for the rest of the store but I’m in LOVE with the Estée Lauder counter. The girls I’ve managed to speak with have been so awesome, every visit I leave with products that have become staples in my routine. They aren’t pushy at all and are honestly so helpful. I can’t see myself going anywhere else- I have purposely not ordered online just so I can specifically buy it from this counter!
My daughter had the receipt for a dress, but didnt have the tag or my wifes debit card; however, the night manager was really nice and understanding. She went out of her way to work it out with us. Ill definitely shop here again.
This store is extremely clean and organized. I loved purchasing from Cheryl in the handbag section. Her multitasking skills are impeccable. She has a great eye for detail.

I visited the womens department on several occasions looking for a pantsuit for my sons wedding. I did not end up getting my outfit there, however, the customer service was outstanding every time I went. Thats something we dont find any more, but I found it there!
This is my go-to store when I am in the mood to shop for a new outfit. I can always depend on getting quality feedback from the sales associate that assists me while I am shopping. Its extra nice when the items I choose are on sale.

I went one time to this store to interview for a job and they had the heat turned up so high I was literally sweating at my interview. Needless to say I didnt get the job and I havent returned. Maybe they have air conditioning in the summer. I dont really know lol. Anyway their prices are high just like Belk and Macys.
This was my first time at this particular Dillards. I look forward to coming back out here. There were plenty of chairs in the shoe department for my mom to sit down because she cant be up for a long time. I can only come here for the sales though.
It is a very nice department store with high prices. But if your a short curvy lady like myself and you prefer classy bathing suits there is no where else better to go to in newnan.

I was in Dillards on March 17th, 2017. I was with my dad shopping for a watch, for tomorrow is his anniversary. We met with a worker named Alice. She is amazing. She helped us find what we need and is super friendly. Please, somebody give her a raise. Alice is genuinely a kind and outstanding person who only wants to help. I will definitely come back!
This place has top-notch employees. The staff is always happy to help. The mens department is typically well-stocked, which makes for an easy in-and-out shopping experience.
Dillards has lost my trust. Historically I have shopped there for 95% of my clothing & 100% of my handbags...and oh my, I love my Brahmin’s handbags. I bought 8 Brahmins this year from Dillards. This year’s black Friday sale was amazing. The new year’s sale yesterday, 1/1/20, was horrible & I wish I hadn’t wasted my time. I was shopping for a Brahmin bag for my best friend. I arrived outside 30 minutes before opening. I was about 5 feet from the door. Three minutes after the front door opened all the Brahmin bags were gone. The employees had made their pre-purchases the day before (i was told by an employee) so little was left (which is fine) BUT, several of us agreed that the sale price before extra discount was increased. All this to say, don’t advertise the new year sales as your “biggest” sale of the year. It just isn’t! And, maybe Dillards can do something to thwart customers from grabbing arms full of bags and then after deciding what they want. One man had 8 bags on his arms and another bragged she was going to sell her huge armful of bags online. Can you say UNETHICAL!!! People amaze me..
The selection here is not good. Prices are usually over priced on everything for the quality. Only shop here because of a gift card that was given to me. Belk is a better place besides not finding cashiers.
I love Dillards...especially the beauty area! It has many stuff in stock and brands that I love. Theres a lot a variety at any department and you can find really good deals.

Customer service is a joke, I ordered some shoes I never received, called customer service, Kim told me to come in and receive my refund, when I arrived she was no longer there. Some guy named Shaun who claimed he was the store Manager told me that the shoes was delivered and Dillard’s part was done and I should take my issue up with the people they used to ship the shoes which was fedex. I took it apon myself to contact the corporate office to receive the proper service I should have receive in the store, my thing is if you don’t like your profession, find another one...

I was in the store on Wednesday, January 4, 2017 in Newnan, Georgia shopping for a dress. The associate was the best. I found a dress and attempted to use my American Express card and the charges were declined. We tried a second time and the charges were declined. Becoming frustrated and embarrassed, I paid cash for my items. When I got home, I called my credit card to see what the problem was only to find that I had been charged? Really. I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this corrected. Apparently there was a problem with Dillards system (information discovered after speaking to the manager at Dillards) and I should wait 24 to 72 hours to see if the pending charges will be dropped! Really.Suggestion - the Associate should probably offer to call the customers credit card company and let the customer speak to the company and see if there is a problem (not rocket science,)if I were using a Dillards card, I would have been afforded the opportunity to speak to customer service and make some arrangements.Secondly, as the customer, I am not going to keep calling to resolve an issue that nobody can actually describe the who, what or why of, but I will get my money back.Clean it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

She did not mind shopping through the inventory to help me pick out the right dress for the occasion. 2022-04-16I went in today to get some dress clothes, its been a while and I was not sure on sizes. Three separate team members helped me, and made sure I was good before they went off to do everything. They explained sizing for dress shirts and made recommendations so I could find pants that fit right. I had a great experience today.

2022-04-09I’ve been buying my makeup from Lancôme here for almost 3 years and Lina never disappoints. She is always so sweet and helpful and she keeps me in the know about new products and events!! Whenever anyone asks me about what makeup I wear, I ALWAYS send them to Lina!! I trust her with my life! I’ve always been happy with my purchases here, and I look forward to many, many more years shopping with her!

2021-09-08Mostly found what I was looking for but I guess I was looking for dresses between seasons since the summer dresses were on clearance and they were already putting out the formal winter dresses. I needed a dress for a semi-formal outside October wedding and couldnt find an appropriate dress. But did find an awesome Im a Dog Mom t-shirt for 60% off so that was cool!! They always have nice stuff there and keep an eye out for the pink tags, they are the items with the best markdowns. Salespeople are very helpful in helping you find stuff that you are looking for, too!! 😊
