Reggie and the rest of the team were incredibly considerate, thorough, and communicative. They got me in and out for a rotation in less time than expected, and everyone I interacted with was very kind. I would recommend anyone go here to get their wheels/tires serviced - especially if you have the pleasure of working with Reggie.
Companies should send their employees here to train for customer service. The way Christian and the crew took care of everyone and found solutions for every issue that came their way was amazing. I hope they get the recognition they deserve.
Never disapppoints. Best customer service you will get at any tire shop. Ive visiting their shops for over a decade. This newer and closer location is perfect.
I went in to get a particular set of tires but they dont have those in stock, and they couldnt match TireRacks prices.I asked how much for them to install tires and then I was quoted $320.Thats $2 per wheel size (19) for removal, $2 per wheel size installation, and plus shop fees that came up to $320 to remove and install 4 tires.This has got to be the best price in town...for them! No thank you big cooperate. Im gonna go support local tire/auto shops.
I wanted to write a review specifically for this discount tire because of an employee there. Cristian was one of the best employees ive ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I came in because one of my tires had a bubble and the other one was flat. Cristian helped me get the cheapest tire available in the market. My rear left tire unfortunately could not be repaired and I had no money to get two tires... Then Cristian looked beyond what was only money and was able to see someone in need. Cristian did not hesitate and idk how he was able to but he was able to fit a new tire free of charge. I dont think i have had such a positive customer experience anywhere else. Please if you ever come to this location lookout for Cristian he might be your blessing as well!

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful! I came in to have a tire patched for my Audi and was very pleasantly surprised to find that they patched the bad tire as well as rotated all four at no charge. They even applied some tire shine! I will absolutely be back again soon. Thanks guys!

This is a brand new location. I stopped in to schedule a tire rotation. They put me on the schedule immediately and the job was completed to perfection in less than 30 minutes.

Don’t fall for the lifetime balance/rotation warranty! I have purchased my last 7 sets of Michelin tires exclusively from Discount Tire spending about $6,325. Each time I was persuaded into purchasing the Lifetime Balance warranty at a price of $16 per tire. Found out that my tires were too old and too worn out for their organization to honor the “lifetime” purchase I made. I intend to take my future loyalty to another organization that honors the purchase of a lifetime balance/rotation agreement, or offers an equitable adjustment when they cannot fulfill the agreement.

2022-04-14I have been to one Discount tire other than the Johns Creek location in the past. They were good, but the Johns Creek location had PHENOMENAL service. I purchased tires online on Sunday (they were not in stock) and set up an appointment for the first available online which was Saturday.Monday afternoon Reggie called me to let me know that my tires were in and that I could schedule earlier than Saturday. I scheduled for Wednesday, had to reschedule once and then arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment and EVERY SINGLE gentleman that I spoke with were courteous, made sure to greet me with a genuine smile, and keep communication open with me. In my brief time there (they finished in approximately 15 min which was half the time they originally quoted) it was apparent these gentleman work well together, and seemed genuinely happy and excited to be working at this location.Additionally, I witnessed a customer who was frustrated that alignments are not offered at discount tire but (Jared, I think) was kind with the customer and was able to deescalate him and still provide him with the other services he was interested in. I was truly floored, and envious to be honest. That is not an easy task!Kudos to each of you for being awesome and for management that obviously works hard to maintain that culture! Keep doing what you are doing. You have earned yourself a whole family of customers here!

2022-05-02Started my Monday morning with a flat tire🤦🥴 Luckily I live right next to this Discount Tire, rolled in and waited for them to open. Reggie was BEYOND helpful. So calm, collected, polite, knowledgeable!!! The other staff in the building greeted me with big smiles and was so helpful and kind to the other customers.And it was ZERO charge to fix my tire that I apparently drove over a screw! This was such a great experience.

2022-06-04Needed front tires for my car. Purchased online and made an appointment. They were ready for me at the selected time. Had me out of there in less than 30 minutes. Store is brand new (Johns Creek location) with a comfortable waiting area. Staff was friendly. Highly recommended.

2022-05-23I was super impressed by how friendly and professional the entire staff was at this location in Johns Creek on State Bridge road. The facilities are modern and clean, and the staff went out of their way to answer any questions and help. They helped me by switching a set of tires off my vehicle and bolting on a new set on Friday. On Monday, I noticed that my TPMS was not working and they asked me to bring in my vehicle to fix it. On the way there, my monitoring system suddenly starting working— I think it just needed some time to recalibrate. Anyways, highly recommended! I’ll be back for tires when I need them.

2022-03-12I had picked up that lovely chuck of metal in my tread and brought in the truck to see if they could fix it. The tires came with the truck so I thought for sure Id have to pay for the repair as even my dealership charges for the fix. 2022-03-25Went to this place twice recently, once was with my son for his car, and this morning was my car. The people there are nice and care. For my sons car, they noticed one tires pressure was very low, they told us to keep an eye on it. So we droved a little, then back to the location, sure enough, the pressure dropped again. They fixed the tire with no time. Thank you!

2022-02-25Ive taken two of my cars here in the past couple of months and both times the service has been excellent. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I pulled in today since I suspected I had a leak in one of my tires. They checked all of my tires and repaired the tire that had a nail in it for free. Great service!

2022-03-05This location is great and new. The guys that work there are super professional and nice. I ordered the wrong size tires online and they assisted me quickly on the right size and waved a 3 dollar difference. I’ll be back for sure. No more Walmart tires
