The back left side of my truck was making a loud ticking sound. When I had an opportunity to check it, I found a bolt wedged in the middle of the tire. Fortunately I was very close to a Discount Tire facility on Roswell Road. Austin who was working at the front desk went outside and checked my tire and told me it was repairable. 20 minutes later I was on my way and my tire was fixed at no charge. While waiting, I also had an opportunity to learn a little about the history of Discount Tire from Austin and Stephen and I was very impressed about what they had to say. Kyle who brought my vehicle to me was also very helpful. What a crew and what service! When I need my next set of tires this will definitely be my place.
This place was awesome! They put some used tires I had bought on my truck for $100. They were extremely busy but still got me taken care of in 1 hour like they promised. The guys were really nice and they actually charged me what they said over the phone, which is a first! Most of these tire and brakes places rip you off and break your stuff, but this place was great! Using them exclusively from now on!!!
Best Discount Tire location that Ive been to. After dealing with another location and many issues - Coleman, Jason, and Stephen made sure that my car was safe to drive and went the extra mile for me the whole way.I really appreciate these guys and their team! Wouldnt go to any other Discount Tire.

I have used Discount Tires for the past ten years and am always pleased with their service and professionalism. Fast, friendly, and efficient. What more can you say? I went in looking for tires today, the guy helping me was so nice and showed me all of my options and helped pair me with a set that would he best for my driving style. As this was my first time buying tired I had no clue what to look for or get. All of the employees I came Into contact with were very sweet and I am very happy with the service.
Good gosh, its like the Chick-fil-A boys turned into Discount Tire men, everyone working there was so friendly and clearly working their butts off, despite how busy the store was and how cold it was. I didnt have an appointment but had a nail in my tire and Jason was there to help me when I pulled up. He checked out my tire, helped me update my personal information inside, and told me the expected wait time. The text message updates were most helpful as well! The waiting room was clean and I had such a great experience overall. I will definitely be back for all my tire-related needs!
Owning a Corvette has its issues with rims and low profile tires. The rims are prone to being damaged. Unfortunately, it’s happened to me once too often. Discount Tire has a rim repair service with quick turnaround and they got it back and we made an appointment for this morning. When I arrived, Stephen immediately came out, greeted me, took the car into the garage and changed out the rim. He used a jacking puck to raise the car, making sure doors , hatch, and hood were open. When he put the wheel back on the car he checked torque on all the lug nuts on all the wheels-all with a smile and great attitude. In and out in an hour. True professionals. Discount Tire is the only place will I go to take care of the wheels and tires. Hopefully, the potholes will get fixed and I won’t be back until I need a set of tires.UPDATE: Another cracked rim and once again Discount Tire took care of it in the same professional manner. In and out in an hour by appointment. The best around!
Im a loyal discount tire customer and have been the last 8 years or so. Bought my tires at a sister store in Tennessee and this store still gave me a rotation for free. I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 last Saturday and was out in 10 minutes. Impeccable service is always appreciated.
Jason and team are amazing..I got a flat on the way to my wedding. They were quick and friendly. Literally 2 hrs before my wedding. Highly recommend these guys. As a business owner, employees like this are hard to come by. Yall the real MVPs

Sadly, I have to edit this review. I went to this Discount Tire because my tire pressure monitor light came on. They checked it, said it was okay, and sent me on my way. While the customer facing employees were beyond good to me I found out later that day that there was in fact a nail in my tire.
We received a quote for tires within 15 minutes of arriving on Friday afternoon and our tires were installed in under an hour on Saturday morning. Staff is friendly and helpful and the service was great and fast. Thanx!
Bought 4 tires from here back in December and it’s June now and found one of my back tires have a small issue with a sidewall and kept leaking so I called in and talked to a person named Colton or Claiton and he said they could give a discount on replacing that tire and signed me up for 30 min from when I called which is fantastic. However when I came to the location the price was double the price of 1 tire when I bought them last and no discount on it at all. I am writing this review to let people know to not trust everything someone says to you it may save you some money to search other options when you can.
Took our car to them to get new tire pressure sensors. With no problems starting when we brought it in. The battery is now dead and wont start. Rude customer service when we called to inquire about help.
Easily one of the best tire shops in east Cobb. They are quick, accurate, clean comfortable waiting area, professional service advisors, good price, get the job done the first time, I was in and out in no time with a new set of tires on my 2020 Chevrolet Traverse. Will be back for sure!

I go to the Woodstock location and even a separate Marietta location and this discount tire has by far the worst and longest customer service. I needed air put in a single tire. Only three cars in the bay. Waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Still waiting.
Coleman, Ryan and Stephen not only provided excellent service, they saved me $400 by determining that Pirelli provided me a 100% Road Hazard warranty. Great crew as has been the case for years.

My son went in to have one tire replaced on his car and they took advantage of him and upsold warranty on all of his tires increasing the total by almost $200.00I will not be back to this store, very unprofessional. You dont take advantage over young adults.

They took all 4 tires off my car …. Then told me they don’t have my tires in stock and tried to sell me 242 dollar tire when I was buying two tires for 180. Don’t waste your time. Word to you guys check the size Becuase clearly it matters.

Great tire installation. Had my car in the bay within a few minutes, even though I was early. Swapped out my tires quickly with zero hassle. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I tend to go through tires pretty quickly, so Ill be back before you know it.

Nice employees, average wait time. I scheduled an appointment on a Thursday at 11:30 am to get my tires rotated and it took about 45 minutes. Not real fast but about what I would expect.
The staff is so ridiculously nice it almost makes you wanna have a flat tire just you can stop by and see them.

I cant rant and rave about this place enough. Absolutely the best place around for all of your tire needs. Serivce is always fast, people are friendly. They are very reasonably priced, has free air checks. You can insure your tires here for a steal of a deal. They are truly above and beyond.
I had the best experience ever at this Discount Tire in East Cobb GA on Aug 5, 2021.They were able to replace my tires at my appointment time without a wait and explained my estimate options well. They did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Trent was my rep and was fantastic. Steven and others were incredibly nice also. This was the most wonderful customer service Ive ever seen.
Customer service is hard to fake. I purchased 4 new tires that they didnt have in stock. They called me a few hours later and said they received the tires in and could book the install that same day. While I waited the 30 minutes it took to install, I observed the staff, and every one of them exhibited top notch customer service. I literally looked up their stock ticker to invest because this type of positive experience with anything associated with vehicle repair simply doesnt exist anywhere else. I, unfortunately, found out Discount Tire is a privately owned company. Keep up the great service. You have a new lifetime customer.

First time visiting this location and couldn’t have had a better experience. Online appointment was fast and easy. Had what seemed like a really bad looking puncture. Trenton not only diagnosed the situation quickly and promised to pursue the “repair” vs. “replace” route. I had a right turnaround - not only did they patch up super quick, even comped me the full service!!. Spacious waiting area, super clean interiors and exceptional service. Definitely recommend!
I got the second warning sign for the tire pressure and I dropped by Mercedes Benz Marietta Service center. The reception guy said that my tire pressure number was not big deal not trying check my tire. Even if the proper number should be 42 but mine was 34. This morning Discount Tire technician found thin nail and patched without any charge. Now I can drive safely!! Thank you so much East Cobb Discount Tire!!
I happen to be passing through town on family vacation when I got a flat tire. I was able to make an online appointment and order my tires. When I called the next morning, I spoke with Jacob who was able to get me in even earlier. I dropped off my car, went to lunch and my car was done in less than an hour and I was back on the road! The fastest, most streamlined service Ive ever had with a garage! I only wish we had then around my town! Thanks for making a bad situation much better. Its greatly appreciated!
Quick and efficient service. I ordered online, made an appointment and when I got there, it was easy to check in. Changing my tire and disposing of the damaged one took around 15 minutes. They were running a little behind, but I was late for my appointment anyway. I really appreciated how they weren’t pushy. The technician warned me that changing one tire on the 4 Wheel Dr. car will have its effects, but he was not difficult about it. He just wanted to let me know
There is only a single 1 star review from a Mr. Shawn Jenkins ......he clearly does not know a thing about tires because he claims they “overinflated”. When really he probably checked the tire pressure right after driving the car. Bear in mind heat and pressure makes things expand. You check them when their cold so go back to physics class Shawn .....Luke the Manager, Juan, and Stephan are 3 really hard workers and know exactly what their doing. Really friendly guys and they will take care of you every time if you are reasonable and nice, they treat you exactly back the same way. I had a job done a little sloppy. Jake the manager took care of everything perfectly for me and very reasonably took care of everything, felt very appreciated. What counts more than anything if something ain’t done the right way I will always feel that they will fix it or make up for the mistake as they displayed forMe today. That is what I call real quality; no business is perfect but if they take care of you then that’s who to stick with. This is the better location and you will be happy with the service. They take great care of you and I really appreciate the care from Luke, the head manager. Juan needs a raise by the way because his customer service is off the chain, a very nice guy. I remember him each visit because of it but I don’t blame him if he don’t remember me, they do a lot of service. Thank you Luke and Juan!
I came to this Discount Tire for a second opinion on my own tires and they went above and beyond for me. Luke was awesome and made sure we knew exactly what condition my tires were in, and helped us understand which would be the best option for me. Stephen was also great and helped out when I had more sensors out than originally thought. If youre looking for somewhere professional and friendly, this is definitely where you want to go.

When youre a college student like I am, you try your best to make sure you save as much money as you possibly can. Thats why when I woke up with a bolt in my tire, I panicked. This thing was massive and it came only two weeks after Ive already had a nail removed on a different tire. My luck just hasnt been on my side at all. So when I went to discount tire for them to remove it and patch it for me, it wasnt to my surprise that they said it couldnt be done. The plan was then to replace my bolted tire with my spare tire in the back until I come back to buy new ones. Then that couldnt be done because the spare happened to be 11 years old. At that point, I figured I had to buy a tire just to get back home, but these awesome guys from Discount Tire (I forgot the guys name specifically who helped me) hooked me up with a tire. Now, it isnt the best tire, but all I needed was one that holds air for the time being so I have something to use for the next few days while I get ready to buy all new tires. It was some next level customer service that I had not even thought would be a possibility. Its safe to say that my stressful day was made easy thanks to some guys who just wanted to help a guy out. Ill definitely be coming back here soon. After that experience, theres no other tire place that I want to give my business to.

I hit a curb (hard) today and scratched one of my tires pretty badly. My tires were ready to be replaced so I started calling around to get quotes. I am driving up to Boston tomorrow and needed to get in ASAP. I spoke with Jacob and he said I could drop it off as a walk in. I was in and out in less than an hour for an amazing price! 10/10 recommend.
Excellent experience, as always, from the team at East Cobb Discount Tire. The tires I wanted were in-stock and ready for next business day install. The tires were a better deal than Costco, Sams, or the Toyota dealer, but even if they were more expensive at Discount Tire, Id still buy from them because the install is so smooth and I know Im going to be treated so well when I go back for the rotations and other services.
Friendly service but if you cant honor appointments you shouldnt make them.I am at 45 minutes past appointment time and I am told my car is next.Have had better luck at other locations so will not return.Now at one hour and five min.Zilch communication but I got a guy looking into.Never took more than 20 min any place else.At Hour and 15.Asked the guy behond the counter.He walked away and did not return so I asked Luke who says 10 min.

I’ve been using discount tire for years and bought my last 3 sets from them. After a not so great experience the last time I went to the branch I was using for those last 3 sets I decided to make the drive to East Cobb for my new tires. I’m very glad I did and it was definitely worth the additional drive time. Overall it was the best experience I’ve ever had at any Discount Tire I’ve been to. The guys went above and beyond and this is the only store I’ll be using in the future! Ordered my Ridge Graps on Sat and they were in by 11 am Monday they also immediately price matched with no hassle at all.Also had an issue with my spare tire lock that was old and seized up and buddy put some cardboard down and crawled under my truck on the cold wet pavement to free it up so they could change my spare. I think I would have definitely got a “yeah sorry man your lock won’t come off so we can’t change your spare” at that other store branch. Communication was excellent and they actually called me as soon as my tires came in. Im on an account with multiple names, vehicles and numbers on it and that always seemed to be a problem at the other store even if they made a note to call me, they would almost always end up calling my dad or someone else instead. Tires were balanced properly the first time and I have no vibration at all at any speed. I enjoy driving my truck again!
Been going to Costco for tires for a long time, but needed a repair and Discount Tire was closer to home. The experience was perfect - was able to schedule an appointment, was in and out in less than an hour on a Saturday, and they clearly explained everything and took care of everything. Very impressed with the staff and the overall experience. Well be going to this Discount Tire from now on!

The Discount Tire staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable and very helpful in making a tire purchasing decision. Tires were ordered and delivered the next day. The scheduled appointment was extremely quick. The Covid-19 protocols that were in place were greatly appreciated. They checked you in at the car, had you pull the car in and out of the garage, and made the checkout process quick and easy.

Brand new facility and I was thrilled to see them open up close to home!! Yall. Let me tell you. I had just run through the carwash when I headed to Discount tire. The absolute gem of a man told me I needed from tires and while walking around my car he wordlessly took the blue tape off of my back window that was left by the carwash. They got me my quote and sent me on my way. I have been a customer of discount tire since I was old enough to drive. Thoughtful customer service will keep me for life.
After being disappointed several times by the service I received at a national tire chain (now based in NY), I came to Discount Tire to resolve the problem. Both Clark and Luke were polite and professional in assuring me that they could get my tires balanced properly. Best of all, they absolutely delivered on their promise! Work started on my vehicle just before the stated time, the shop team did a great job while being careful with my vehicle. When it was done, I happily purchased lifetime balance and rotation even though I had bought it along with the tires at the other store. Discount Tire will now be the only place that my family goes for new tires or tire services.

I came in needing my tires rotated and the employee working with me (Trey) told me that the tires needed to be replaced because I never rotated them before and the tread had worn off. I could only afford the rotation, and because safety was his first concern he gave me 2 tires for free. Trey told me safety meant more to him than me being able to pay for the tires. I have never experienced this kindness from any business before, and as a 22 year old who has been taken advantage of by car businesses before, it was really noble of them to give so freely and without condition. It honestly made my day! I recommend these guys not just for their great work, great prices, and great facilities, but for their character and kindness.
I showed up as a walk-in at 4pm, having discovered a nail in my tire. These guys stopped to help me, took time to discuss options (for my six-year-old set of tires), and squeezed me into their schedule to complete the replacement same day. Incredible professionalism and kindness in a pleasant, clean shop!

My first time here. I had a nail in a tire and another business said they would plug it for free and they did. Place was busy but service was friendly and with current safety efforts well in mind. As a drive up without an appointment I had to wait a bit over an hour but didnt consider that bad. The also checked all other tires for wear with recommendations for expected stop distance and likely remaining tire life. Nice job!

That was one of the Best Customer Service experience I’ve had in a long time.I wasn’t looking forward to visiting a car place with all their upsales and extra add ons. The last tire place I visited felt like a scam and they were all over the place.However, Trenton basically offered the service I needed and made my visit very comfortable. Excellent customer service and clear communication throughout. I appreciate that they would put my car inside overnight (had to tow to the shop, tires slashed); the special order tires also arrived a day early and they got them on sooner than I was expecting!
Great experience here, and much better than my one at a local Goodyear 4 years prior. Ordered the tires online, they arrived at the shop the next day, and installation took about an hour. I ended up purchasing a new set of rims and David Gallimore and Luke went out of their way to find me a full size spare for one of my older rims that was serviceable.If you want an honest tire shop with great service, hit ‘em up.

Have now bought two sets of tires from them and in both instances could not be more pleased. 2nd Review - Last month had an issue with four tires on a 1995 Jeep.... huge shout out to Trey Perkins at the East Cobb store. He was very patient with me (multiple visits and phone calls) and helped me find the perfect tires at a great price. Another great experience!
Woke up to a flat tire on my Dodge Charger one morning, & I was pretty distraught since I knew that I wasn’t prepared for the extra expense of tires at that moment - but I highly recommend this place! Trey was super helpful, down to earth and overall made my experience great here! Got quality tires at a great price and even with the curbside service it was quick and painless!
The five star reviews are correct. They are knowledgeable and efficient.Another place had not balanced my tires correctly. My car was shaking. They balanced my tires within 10 minutes. Drove hundreds of miles with no issues. They do quality work at this location.

Very satisfied.I scheduled an early morning appt to get new tires installed on my honda insight. I was greeted promptly as I was getting out of the car and worked commenced not long thereafter. From the moment i got to there to getting in the car to leave after the work was finished took about 30 minutes. Three times Ive gone to this location and all three times theyve been incredible. First time they fixed our tire pressure sensors for almost a thousand dollar less than the dealer quoted us. The next two times they fixed problems with my tires without charge. All with a friendly attitude and great service. Ill never go anywhere else.
Went to Discount Tire after running over a large screw and the tire went completely flat while driving. They replaced it right away, for free, since I had roadside hazard on the tire I previously purchased from them. They were super helpful and fast. I appreciated that they treated me the same regardless if the service was free!

I wish I would have gotten the guys name so I could reference it in my review because he was great! Its hard to find great customer service these days and he definitely provided it (he wore glasses and his fiance works at a hospital/ lab) random I know, but in the midst of Covid he and I were talking and he mentioned his fiance being an essential worker which I thanked him for being an essential employee and asked him to thank his fiance for me as well. Anywho, back to the review. I was extremely impressed with all the precautions Discount Tire has taken to ensure the safety of their employees which trickles down and ensures the safety of their customers. Many businesses arent taking this virus seriously and putting others health at risk so I must point out that Discount Tire is doing the right thing. The tires I wanted werent in stock, but the great employee who helped me (again, I wish I got his name) pointed me to even better tires with a better warranty which also fit my budget. Ive had my tires for about a week now and so far, so good, Ive been driving like a bat out of hell since they were put on my car 😃
I think this business may just have THE BEST customer service that I have ever experienced in my entire life. Everyone I came into contact with was super nice and went out of their way to help me. I will never go anywhere else for tires. If they opened a restaurant, I’d only eat there. If they opened a shoe store, I’d only buy my shoes from them. They opened a pet store?...I’d have way too many cats, a couple of dogs and probably a bird or something. They opened a liquor store?!?! You guessed it... I’d need rehab. In case you’re wondering, I recommend this business and I’ll tell anyone who’ll listen.
Outstanding experience! Clark greeted me at the front door and welcomed me...that was just the beginning. I told him that I had a nail in one of my tires but thought I need to replace them. He took a look and confirmed that they needed to be replaced. He offered a couple options. They got me in and out in UNDER an hour. When Stephen checked me out, I noticed the invoice was LOWER than the price quoted (WHAT??) he went on to say that they honored a competitor (NTB) roadside warranty due to the nail in one of the tires and that tire was replaced with NO CHARGE to me...to say the least - this is our familys GO TO tire shop going forward. Thank you Discount Tire GAA 35 - VERY PROFESSIONAL every step of the way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this facility.

Mavis tires next door they are much cheaper than this place. This place dont do the price match i told the guy after my tires was install that i could have got the cheaper tire from next door at mavis tires but he still did not do any price match. 😔
Had the unfortunate case of picking up a nail somewhere near here and lost tire pressure fast. I pulled into Discount with 19psi and asked if they can do a flat repair on my front right tire. After several minutes they deduced that the tire on the car isn’t load rated for my custom car and their computer won’t allow them to reinstall it after the repair. The tire is a performance Michelin PS4 and matches all correct specs and is on its second set of the same tire for over 7,000 miles and 20,000 miles on the previous set.I basically had to go next door to have my tire repaired on my now 15psi tire. 3 stars for courtesy since the guy was extremely nice about it and clearly his hands were tied but highly recommend either a waiver system that allows people in my predicament to get back on the road on a tire that’s already been proven to be safe and reliable.

After being quoted more than three hours for a tow truck, I limped my car into this Discount Tire with a pancaked rear tire. I was tired, upset, and on the verge of tears - probably a demographic these guys are very familiar with - when Brad came outside. From the get go, he was calm, reassuring, and explained exactly what they were going to do. Within minutes they had my car inside and were able to patch it.No matter which location I go to, these guys always manage to take a very stressful situation and make it a really delightful experience. I actually left with a smile on my face!
This shop is a needle in a haystack. Luke, Clark, and Stephen delivered excellent customer service, as well as the multiple folks I talked to in the bays. Believe the ratings ( should be a 5/5 ). In addition to the awesome attitude of everyone here, their scheduling system works like a well oiled machine eliminating 2-3 hour waits and drop offs. Will only come here in the future.
Can’t say enough good things about the folks at Discount Tire, and specifically this location. I struggled with a tire sensor light on my Toyota. Given the number of years I’d had the car, the sensor batteries had died and the sensors needed to be replaced. After driving off the lot two different times, the light came back on again. On the third trip, they swapped them out with a different manufacturer. Unfortunately, the same issue occurred after I left. I called them immediately and they got on the phone with an expert at HQ and the manager even came to my house on his lunch break to reset them again. They knew I was leaving on a trip later that day and wanted to get it right for me. And while it’s never fun having to make multiple trips to a service provider, especially when things aren’t going right, they guys at Discount Tire were always courteous and certainly went above and beyond in coming to my house. They have earned my business, and hopefully others’, for life.
This place is a very good place and very good customer service. they have really took care of my tires and I also bought new rims. I think the manager and the other employees there they was very very nice and make you feel so good coming in to talk to them about your car.

What a great experience yesterday, 1st off i had a early morning start with me almost early for work. That changed when out of no where i got a large metal thing stuck in my tire, by the time i knew it i was riding on a very low tire which ruined it. Thanks to Luke the manager at this location my morning got much better. He gave me up most respect and attention. He knew my morning was going crappy. I got a new tire a 4 tire protection plan and a super great price all in less than 45 mins of me showing up and them having other customers. Exceptional experience. The store is clean, the staff are attentive, polite, friendly, and smart. There was no attempt to oversell or steer me towards more expensive products that I did not need. I used to replace tires of my cars and SUVs from Samsclub. My son suggested to take his car to Discount Tires for new tires. I am really pleased with Clark who patiently showed ratings of different tires and price. Never pushed to buy tires where he can get more margin. The guys replaced the tires much quicker than Samsclub and very courteous. I never got such a treatment from Sams club tire department. I strongly recommend Discount Tires for your tire needs

Luke was super helpful and great at explaining things. I was about an hour late for an appointment so had to wait a minute to get checked in, which was totally okay with me. When they did come up they already had all my stuff ready and put me directly into a bay.

I literally passed two other tire places to stop here because of the reviews. I WAS NOT disappointed, I was overwhelmingly happy about the entire experience!First, I walked in the door and never actually made it to the counter. Juwan came around the counter and greeted me with a warm smile and a hand shake! My car was taken immediately into the garage. They took all 4 tires off and inspected each for leaks (even though I only had an issue with one) Juwan talked to me about tread wear and where my tires are on a scale. There was no pressure whatsoever and he gave me a quote on the spot. There was a screw in one tire that they fixed, they checked the others, put the correct amount of pressure in all 4 and replaced the tires. Juwan came outside, gave me a business card and to my surprise, the entire visit was FREE!!! In and out in 20 minutes and no charge!! I don’t leave reviews often but the experience was superior to any I’ve ever had with customer service

I guess this Discount Tire location is paying writers to craft these glowing reviews because they bear no resemblance to reality!My girlfriend had discovered two flat front tires late on a Friday, so she took her car to this location the next day. She knew that she needed to get new tires on all wheels, so they installed them and sent her on her way (overinflating her new ones by several pounds each, btw). The next day, one of them went flat, so I filled the bad tire with Fix-a-Flat for her and she was forced to take it back in on Monday, taking time off for work that she didnt have. The shop determined that she had a crack in the wheel, something they failed to check out when she originally came in with a FLAT. You wouldve thought that would be a clue to anyone who does this for a living! They needed to send her wheel to be soldered, so she had to get a Lyft home. When she caught a Lyft back to the shop to pick up the car, they gouged her on the price for the repair of the wheel. When my girlfriend suggested that the failure shouldve been identified on the front end (instead of wasting her time and Lyft money), the manager haggled with her about how it wasnt their fault, then begrudgingly offered a $25 discount on a $150 repair. As she was about to pull out of their lot, she noticed that these incompetent jokers AGAIN overinflated her new tire by 10 pounds. With several MALE techs watching, she let the air out of her own tire. After watching her complete THEIR work, one of the guys told her We couldve done that for you. Un-%$#*ing-believeable!!! Needless to say, she will never darken the door of this (or probably any) Discount Tire, and her next phone call will be to their corporate office! Heads-up ladies: Not only will you get lousy, condescending service here, their stupidity may cause a blowout that puts you in a ditch or worse!

2022-03-19I have to give them full marks for their customer service, quick resolution of issues, excellent and transparent communication, and Incredible agility of the crew that works here who is always caring for the customer and being completely honest with them. The cars move in and out so quickly it’s amazing to see the speed at which they work. I know I can come to this location and not be forced into to buy new set of tires unless I really need them.

2022-04-09I am a very difficult customer; sensitive to getting an excellent install and balancing. Add to that Tesla specific concerns about jacking the car. This facility handled the car well. The balance is loff and after two attempts I plan to take the car over to Costco and see if they will balance the wheels.

2022-03-18Update: this location is not great about appointment times. This is the second time I’ve had a long wait after setting an appointment. Here is the lesson I’ve learned about this location: if you set a morning appointment, you will be close to on time. (My 10a appointment that I was on time for, they took the car back about 10min later) BUT the later you get in the day the later they get. My 1:15p appointment took them over half an hour to even take the car back! And while I wait, they are continuing to take appointments over the phone even though they are running behind.So, just know that you’re going to wait. And wait…They have good prices, and their service has always been top notch! I am a huge fan of discount tire and have been going for years. I always buy the insurance and a few years ago I ran over a nail on my way home from discount tire. When I brought the car back, they immediately took it and put a new tire on and had me back on the road fast... and they are always super nice. There are few places left that have service as good!

2021-10-14I was originally going next door because someone referred me to them, but when I saw the activity outside Discount Tire, I was impressed with the way they were working and pulled in. I was taken care of by Jacob and he was fantastic to deal with. I was able to get better pricing on what I needed here than I could from the big tire place online that drop ships tires to you or your mechanic and was taken care of at my appointment time. Jacob and his crew went out of their way to ensure that everything I needed was done quickly and within my budget. I came back to take care of one loose end and again was taken care of like I was part of their family. I highly recommend using the team at Discount Tire!

2022-04-27This store didnt cause the issue, the woodstock store did. I dont even know what to say about this one, I made sure the sales rep i brought the rims and tires to knew that this make of rim was easy to mess up (if you dont know what your doing or dont care to). He agreed and said hed make sure to let them know and get someone on it. The dismount head doesnt do that to rim edges, the pry bar does.

2022-04-23I was actually pretty amazed with the customer service here. I went in because of a slow leak in my tire. I didn’t have an appointment but they were able to work me in right away. They found 2 nails in my tire and patched it up without any issues. Both gentlemen that I spoke to were very friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable. They even kept me updated with my progress. I’ll definitely be using them again for future tire needs!

2022-01-24Great fast service, the free tire pressure checks are an awesome perk of getting services here. Employees are very very kind and helpful with making decisions, plus the prices are very reasonable and affordable. I definitely recommend getting their warranty, one of my tires blew a week after getting it replaced and they treated it as an emergency and got it replaced for free the very same day. Highly recommend!
