I purchased four tires from this location about a year ago. I recently had a nail in the tread of one of the tires. Brought it back today and they were able to patch it up within an hour, free of charge. Darryl was very polite and helpful. I will definitely come back to this location.
Totally awful experience at this location. This is the first Discount tire location that I had such an awful experience. I had to cancel my appt for the next day due to work obligations. I called and was told I could come in and wait. I arrived at 2pm and was told Id be ready by 4:30 at the latest. I didnt receive my car until 5:30 pm. No one bothered to update me for 3.5 hours. I went in for a tire rotation and to have my tire checked for a slow leak. When my keys were handed to me, I specifically asked the manager if my tire was checked. He went into the garage and upon returning, he stated, They checked it several times and didnt find a leak. This fiasco occurred on Thursday. It is now Monday. It took four days for my tire to deflate again. Suffice it to say, Ill definitely choose a different location. Im new to the area, and so, this location is closest to me. When I utilized the Discount tire in Hiram I never had a problem. This is the 3rd vehicle over approximately 10 yrs that Ive purchased from Discount tire. Im appalled at the poor service and disrespect of my time.
Evin was great and had excellent customer service. I called in as a returning customer with a warranty and needed rear tire service, Jared started assisting me only to turn me around after driving from midtown Atlanta. I knew I had paid for warranty and Jared said it wasnt valid which wasnt true! Evin fixed the situation and honored my warranty! Thanks again Evin and Jared next time remember hygiene is also a part of customer service. (Bad Breath)
I came in to order a tire. There was a bit of a wait but its understandable, since there were only 2 desk reps that were helping the customers that were constantly walking in. The rep that helped me made sure to acknowledge the other customers waiting and to thank them for their time without being aggravated. I thought that was important.
I made an appointment for 8:15. I was seen right away and my car was pulled around to be serviced quickly. My wait was very short probably an hour or leSs. I always come here for my tire needs. Highly recommended.

Definitely not the service I expected. Luckily I had a run flat tire because they told me that they couldn’t help me for 24 hours. What a joke. I’ve been to multiple Discount Tire stores in Texas and they would have never showed that lack of customer service.
Horrible service they refuse to change my tire because I didn’t have an appointment. They let their customers come in with an appointment even tho they were late and put them before me. Even tho I didn’t have an appointment I should not have to wait 2 plus hours for a tire change. A complete waste of time. Get a better system

So I went here to get a tire patched and the guy told me that he couldnt do it because they were not enough thread on the tire I mentioned to him that I just bought that the tire was only a month oldand Ive worked at a tire shop before and i knew it could be patched. So i didnt argue i left and went somewhere else and they didnt have a problem patching it. I know what it is. He wouldnt get much commission. I woyldnt recommend this place.
In and out in 15 minutes for a 4-tire replacement, with a pre-booked appointment and purchased tires. The associates are very friendly and helpful

Had to Come back 3 days later when I realized that the Balance, tire rotation and fix a flat Wasn’t performed even though I was told it was all good to go .Waste of 2.5 hours and another 1.5 hours today (3 days later )What in the world . How can they miss this and I have an orange Jeep ...Anyways, they got the “second” star because they fixed the problem today
I wanted to share what a great experience I had at this location. Ordered my tires online and requested a price match from another store - got that request honored within 24 hours with clear details on how to get the rebate when my tires were installed. The evening before my appointment my tires had not arrived at the store so the manager called me to let me know and worked to move my appointment to fit with my schedule. The day of my appointment, everyone in the store was friendly, helpful and working quickly and my car was done ahead of schedule. You can tell their staff all cares about thorough communication and that goes a long way these days. Will return again and happily refer business to this location. Thanks!
I’m currently at the location. My post about the customer service I received. The salesperson Trenton looked at my tires and gave me his honest opinion. I needed 4 new tires. I didn’t have much so we went through several options even applying for the credit they offer. Well unfortunately i didnt qualify however Mr. Trenton still help me get tires under my circumstances. The quality of the tires and fast service was outstanding. Also the time was a Wednesday after around 4pm. I would definitely recommend this service to anybody even if you have to drive a distance. I would not go to any other locations becuase he didn’t try to offer me the most expensive tires or persuade me to spend more than i needed too. This a great place to get tires.

All staff is very friendly. Prices are pretty good and with most purchases you can get roadside hazard on your tires you purchase from them for a minimal price which is a warranty and if you pick up a nail or the tire beyond repair they will replace the tire at no extra charge. I love this place. Visted you guys today, and still very impressed with the service I get here. Thank you.

I was referred to the Spring Rd location for tire sensor replacements in Smyrna by my repair shop (FastLane). Prior to visiting a tire went flat so I decided to get the flat repaired and the TPMS fixed. I could not be any happier with my visit starting with the online scheduling, facility cleanliness, interaction with employees, and the cost for service provided. I will definitely be back when the need arises.

I have been coming here for a few years now, the service is always consistent, so friendly, they really try to make conversation with you. Today I came in without an appointment and was in and out 45 minutes before my quoted time. It’s never fun to have a tire problems but if you do discount tire will take care of you!
I have stopped in many times to get the free air service. With all the rain weve had lately, I finally decided to get new tires. I wanted Michelin tires and learned that they are a certified dealer. So I gave them my business. I was very, very pleased. After shopping the price, I thought their price was fair and the service was great! My car rides like new. I recommend Discount Tires for your next tire experience.
Stopped in midday on a Monday asked to make a appointment to get a tire fixed. Was told to just come back at 8am and they could get me in and out. I asked multiple times if they could me in n out, making sure he new I could not wait in the morning. Showed back up 7:50am next day, called to the counter around 8:30 to be told they should get to it by 10:30. If you can’t be honest about timing can’t trust you to do anything else!! I left, will pay another company to fix the tire, even though it’s under warranty from them
These guys are the real MVPs. They’ve fixed flat tires on my cars so many times over the years. They are always super busy, but very friendly and give great customer service. There prices are the best for tires and they also match any competitors price. They’ve earned my business for life.
Best tire buying experience Ive had! They are a well run machine. Very quick service. Everyone I spoke to was professional, knowledgeable and friendly (which I feel is rare these days). They include perks with your tire purchase (Free pressure checks and rotations). The warranty certificates are 100% worth it as well. Atlanta roads are ROUGH on your vehicle. I had a pot hole take out two of my tires. They replaced them no questions asked. Did not have to pay for the new tires or labor. There are a lot of options out there but I cannot recommend this location enough.
After leaving a dissatisfying review for tires plus, I wanted to applaud Discount Tire on their service. They were absolutely slammed both times I went in there but handled it beautifully. I can see why they are so busy. Very friendly, efficient, and reliable!
My experience with this company is low on the customer service side. I needed a new rim or wheel replacement and new tire. My vehicle was towed there and a two day wait for part to be ordered. I decided to replace all 4 tires. I day of install I waited 4 additional hours because the manager on duty placed my key and paperwork last after all the walkims, told me I had to wait there with service team while the vehicle was being work on in order to drive that night. Then the wrong style rim was ordered. I asked for the same type wheel now my vehicle looks ridiculous with a sport rim on a work truck. Very disappointing
My brother usually takes my car here, but this was the first time I went on my own. The staff was very friendly, mask mandate was enforced as well as social distancing. The employee who helped me out and was very very friendly and explained everything to me thoroughly. He made taken care of and answered any questions I had. Prices are also fair and my tire was installed and rotated in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I’ve never had this experience in a discount tire location. I got a screw in my tire. I called them around 8am and explained my situation. He told me to bring it in and they could fix in in about an hour. I got here at 8:30 waited in line for 20+ mins and it is currently 12:15 and my car hasn’t even been pulled in.
Filled my tires free of charge. Super friendly and fast. Love this location.
Ended up not using the services due to time restrictions but had a great interaction with Evin. He was very helpful.
I went to this place because I ran over a nail & this was the closet place as my tire went from 35 psi to 0 psi in less than 5 minutes. The guys here are all nice & courteous! We are in town from Louisiana to watch our grandson play in baseball tournament. We came out of hotel to find we had flat tire. Discount tire was recommended to us and we are so happy they were. We were a walk-in with no appointment and they were awesome. From Carlos at the front desk to the young man that repaired our tire at no charge. We would highly recommend them. I bought new tires from my Discount Tire Center here in Houston for the drive to Georgia and my ride all the way there was horrible. Vibration over 65mph for 11 hours. Booked an appointment with Discount Tire in Smyrna close to where I was staying. I arrived late, but they saw me within 15 minutes of my arrival anyway and casually realized the tires were not well balanced. They corrected that and days later my car was like a jet on the road back to Texas. An unbeliveable difference. Nice guys. Great customer service and in a beautiful area.
Slow even with a 10am appointment it took 2 hours or more to plug a tire. It took them an hour before they even looked at it.
My experience was pretty pleasant! They have a check in line outside to avoid overcrowding in the store and the employees were all very helpful and masked up. They also fixed the nail in my tire within and hour and at no cost. I will definitely come back here for the great service!
Ive been going to Discount Tire locations in Atlanta for almost 20 years now. Their website is extremely efficient and full of information, which is a main draw for me. You can basically complete your entire experience online, short of showing up for your quick and easy appointment. Their pricing is straight forward as well, which I appreciate. I also really like the knowledgeable staff. On multiple occasions I have spoken with them for advice, and they are always very helpful with extra information that you cant really find in online reviews of the tires. This most recent time, Brad, at the Smyrna location was extremely helpful. They are also doing a great job managing a contact-less experience during covid. 5 stars. Every time.
Toby at the Smyrna location was polite, honest and respectful. After looking at my tire that I thought needed to be replaced, he told me I didnt need to. He lost out on a sale today, but made a customer for life if I ever need them again

My boyfriend and I were on our way to dinner around 5ish and one of his tires popped. We went to Lexus first, but they were closed. We went to discount tire (Smyrna location) right next door, but they were also closed. Fortunately, Steven had agreed to help us to fix our flat tire... even after business hours. Very grateful for these guys!! Highly recommend this place.

It was great...the guys were very helpful when they didnt have the tires in stock that I ordered. They were able to get me a better replacement for less than what I paid originally and got me in and out in about 30 minutes.

Can only super recommend this place. They took care of me many times. New tires, repairs always very fast and professional.
They put my tires on the wrong side so I had to make an extra trip back to get it corrected. Then they put the wrong tires on! So basically, they got in wrong twice. The owner seemed like one of the employees there was not very apologetic and took forever to come out to assist us. It was such an inconvenience and the only person that had a genuine concern was a Hispanic guy, I believe his name is Carlos. He puts in orders and he decided to change our tires himself to make sure it was done properly.

Stopped by here earlier in the week (Monday) to replace a damaged rim and spoke with CAM. Got an estimate and 3-4 days of wait time for my new rim to come in. Was notified ahead of time that there was availability and scheduled the swap. Got a flat before my appointment and had my car towed here last night! I arrived at 11am today for a tire change. I was never told about any wait time.After choosing my tire and continuing with the purchase I was still never informed of the wait time.I paid partial card and the rest cash.After purchase was complete then I get informed of my 2hr wait that I was not expecting.After deciding to wait the 2 hrs because I am here now, unfortunately I had to wait almost an additional hr just to get pulled in the bay. This experience was absolutely horrible and the only reply I get out of the manager is, oh sorry. Your car should be next. I witnessed 3 other cars get pulled into the bay before me. This location sucks...I have been dealing with discount tires for years.
Second visit here and the same high level of professionalism. It’s apparent that they invest in and train their people and leadership. I had a nail in a tire I didn’t buy there (original tire from factory with car) and they repaired it free of charge. And an appropriate repair, not the quick repair, they took the tire off to fix.I had bought two tires from them previously and impressed. Not the lowest price but reasonable. Now that I see the other services they provide, makes me feel good about what I paid.I listened while I waited and they treat threaten all of their customers professionally and honestly. They never pressured anyone or me. The tire they repaired will be due to be replaced and the salesman never tried to sell me one, he said I had a little life left vs. other shops which would have said “you have to replace them.” I appreciate that.I would recommend this store. The manager was out the entire time taking to staff and customers, nice touch. Shop was very clean and organized, sign of a good shop.

Great experience. I had 4 new tires put on in 30 minutes. Mounted, balanced and all. They price match as well. Paris was extremely helpful..very bright young man. They offer a warranty for an additional price, but why not take as you never know.
The manager at this location is fabulous. I was a new walk-in customer and he helped me pick out tires that would be a good fit for my car. He also gave me an appropriate estimate for when it would be done. I sat in the waiting office while my tires were changed, and the manager continued to greet every customer politely and triage them efficiently as they arrived. He also handled a difficult customer with a lot of tact. I was impressed by his service and demeanor throughout the afternoon. I would highly recommend this location to any of my family or friends.
Couldnt have asked for a better experience. My appointment was for 2:45. I was out of there with new tires just before 3:30. Everyone working there had on masks and stood reasonably back and there was hand sanitizer available in several different locations.I only bought 2 tires. They told me I would need to replace one more soon (correct) but didnt push me to do it today.
Like 10 nails found their way into my back rear tires on my subaru. It being AWD, I always change all 4 tires when I do.10 out of 5 stars for this place.They took me with no appointment because it was sudden, had the car in the bay 30min BEFORE their projected time, and the car done 1 hr BEFORE their projected completion. The online portal to monitor the progress of my vehichle was so convenient and answered a lot of questions, and it kept me from distracting them with phone calls for my questions.I got a set of tires that last 60k miles (10k more than my previous Hankook tires) for almost $200 less than I paid the last time I changed my tires.I will return here for tire changes from now on. Excellent value, excellent service, excellent process. Well done!👏 and THANK YOU.

Made an appointment to get all four tires changed. They said theyd get them from the warehouse the next day but ended up getting them in later that day. When I went in for my appointment, they had me in and out within an hour.Fantastic service! Thanks for the help Darryl!
I had the absolute worst experience at this location. I checked my car in with the manager, Brad at 9:30 am and was told my car would be ready at 11:45 “at the latest.” I thought this seemed like a long wait to get tires changed but I said I’d sit and wait. At 12:00 when the car still wasn’t finished I went to a service rep for an update and was told “looks like you’re one of the next ones to be pulled in.” Irritated I sat down thinking at least I’ll be leaving soon. At 1:30, fed up, I approached the manager who told me he didn’t know why the car had not been pulled in yet and that I should be getting pulled in yet. After I reminded him that I was told 11:45 he sarcastically asked me if I wanted to just take my car. Which, of course, I did. After that there is no way I would’ve paid them for any service and will definitely not be going to this place again.
Today (On my birthday) I got a flat called in was told they had my tire in stock it’d be a quick swap since I had their tire warranty/insurance ... 2 HOURS LATER ... I’m still waiting. Ironic ALL the cars pulled in ahead of me were white people. The store manager is very RUDE, insensitive & a LIAR!!! I came to this location because I ALWAYS come here & normally always get excellent, quick, HONEST service. After today I’m sure this will be my LAST time at this location anything else happens I’ll be DONE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! The warranty isn’t worth the headache.

I had a blow out the day before on my front rear tire...got home safely and called around to find replacements. I needed 2 replacement Kuhmo tires for my Kia Sorento. The DT call center directed me to DT in Smryna GA on Spring Rd. I got to the location next morning at 8:45 am. Now mind you this is the Friday before memorial day (memorial day weekend) 😳😳😳. So I waited for 4 hours but the store was busy as hell when my turn came they discovered that it was a system error and my tires were NOT in stock. The manager upgraded my tires and gave me two extra tires making it a full set of four since I was concerned about my tires not matching. The wait was hellish but they were working to make it happen.

Love this company. They have saved me on multiple occasions and have always given me the best price on tires.I came in to this location the other day with a flat that the dealer said was un-repairable and it was $200 for a new tire. Instead, I brought the flat to discount and they said said my tire was fine and that the small hole was totally repairable (not in the sidewall). They had me in and out in about 10 minutes, charged me $0 to fix a flat, and saved me $200 that the dealer wanted to charge. This one instance reminded me (again) why I will buy my next set of tires from them..I have been doing business with this company for the last 10 years, while we lived all the way across the country.

So discount tire didn’t fix my flat tire at another location. I drove on the highway and received a flat tire. Tried to make an appointment with a nearby Discount tire in Smyrna GA but they had no appointments and it stated online they were only taking walk ins. Since they open at 8 am I waited in the front park since 7:15 am. As soon as they open I explained my situation to the manager. He told me appointments come first and they are busy to try another discount tire even when I explained to him online you all state you are taking walk ins and they are no appointments. I am a soldier trying to get to drill and the manager turned me away and wouldn’t help me. So I asked the assistant manager and he assisted me and stated that they were taking walkins and I received a placement tire. Thanks to the assistant manager Taylor. Taylor has great customer service skills and was an amazing help. The actual manager should definitely work on his customer service skills.
I had my car towed here after getting a flat. They fixed the flat for free, even though I told them they could replace good replace the tire if need be.I will be getting my tried here from now on.
This is my second visit to discount tires. The first time I was turned away from Costco because I only needed and wanted 2 tires. So I went to discount tires and Im very happy I did. The first experience was good and Im back to get 2 more tires. I was running behind due to traffic and even though I arrived 25 minutes before closing the attendant Ron was very friendly and helpful. I have had excellent customer service with everyone at Discount tires from Andrew, Taylor, and Ron and Pat. Pat is a honest and thorough guy. Great job Discount tires Smyrna 👍 Spring road.. They have an online store that is different than the site for the brick and mortar stores. I found a set of tires there that they sold for a higher price on the store site and they matched the price. Tires were swapped out quickly and they provide free balance and rotation. I have almost always purchased my tires from this company is nice I started driving many moons ago and have never been disappointed with the service. Just like any mechanic, it can take a bit longer than expected to get the work started but that just comes with the volume of work they do. Buy the certificates if you have an AWD.
I have gotten tires repaired/replaced on two vehicles here, and both experiences were great. The first was an appointment to get all 4 tires replaced, and we had barely finished our breakfast when they let us know that the car was ready. Last month I took my other car to them for a leaky tire. I had to wait a couple hours to get the tire looked at, but I was a walk in on a busy day so it was fine. The tire had several nails in it, so it had to be replaced, and that process was easy and the price of the tire was super reasonable. I will be going back when the tires need rotating instead of going to the dealership!
These guys are the best. I have a car with an odd wheel size and was looking for a good all season tire. They were very helpful in directing me to the right tire, ordered them for me and when they came in set my appointment to install then. I dreaded the wait, especially given my experience at other tire stores, but these guys were spot on and had me in and out within an hour. If you need tires - go here and give them a shot!
Called to cancel my appointment after shopping around(I found a better deal at Costco for the tires I actually wanted) and it was over 100$ cheaper for way better tires. They didn’t even try to attempt to price match me or convince me to stick with them. Seems like my money’s chump change here at this Smyrna location even with 5 cars in their system. I know if I was in Athens they would have way better customer service. ✌️
Walked in 9 minutes late to my appointment, which I called and said I would be a few minutes late due to bad weather and driving on a spare tire. Not only did I get an attitude from the guy on the phone when I called but also got attitude when I arrived. Then, the guy proceeded to tell me he would have to get me in as a “walk in” cause I was late and they have a 15 minute grace period........I was 9 MINUTES LATE, he ignored that fact when I said it and told me he could get me in and out within an hour and half. I’ve used another Discount Tire location before and had a great experience and the guys were super helpful, but this location needs major training on customer service etiquette. Least to say, I walked out and am walking into Weaver Tire in Marietta who already has a cheaper tire at $125 with installation, that is the exact same tire at Discount for $154 with installation.
I have never walked into one of these locations and had the experience I just had. I walked in immediately noticed on 1 person at the counter on a call (Carlos). He never once greeted or even looked up to knowledge my presence, not even the other customer standing on his opposite side. That gentleman was later handled by another. I continued to patiently wait for Mr. Carlos to finish his call. The part were I walk out is when he finished the call, continued to type on the computer, continued to ignore my presence then make another call! Thank You CARLOS I sure Goodyear or Firestone will not mind the additional business.
Excellent service, awesome customer experience, and knowledgeable! Definitely would recommend. My appointment was at 12:45 and they were done installing my 4 new tires within 35 minutes.
Our trip to this Discount Tire served its purpose, but we had somewhat of a negative experience here. We drove up because we had a flat- the kid checking us in would not pull his mask up over his mouth to talk to us because he had allergies. Im not going to name his name but if a manager is reading this, you should ask around and see who it was because this was so incredibly inconsiderate of our safety given the times were in. We literally could not turn around in our car, otherwise we would have.Im going to give one additional star because the other kid who actually changed our tire, Paris, was so incredibly professional and thoughtful. He should be considered for a raise or more responsibilities because he exemplified what true customer service should be like. He got this Discount Tire the only star it deserved- Ill name his name since he deserves recognition.
Bought my last 2 set of tires from this location for my Truck and Car but when I pulled up to get air in my motorcycle tire i was told they dont service motorcycles. I explained that I just needed some air but per the store manager its against their policy. Ive had my motorcycle tire inflated at this same location every 6 months or so, so i was caught off guard. I would think a tire store would be invested in motor vehicle safety no matter how many tires it has, especially for just a squirt of air. Wont be buying my next $1,000 set of tires from Discount TIre.

Today i took my daughters vehicle in to have a tireserviced. The store manager and an awesome caring gentleman assisted me. They showed me what the issue was and gave their recommendation. What i appreciated and noticed most was he was genuine ; he reiterated throughout our conversation that he want ed me to be safe. I have been a patron of discount tires for at least 12 years and have ALWAYS received exceptional service. I am very thankful for this company , and that whether in Michigan or Georgia they remain a World Class Company.
This place is the worst! First encounter, I purchased a set of tires and realized that they had removed my chrome air caps and replaced them with plastic ones. They also misplaced the lock for my tires which caused me to have to buy another one from the BMW dealership. I did get reimbursed but it was still an inconvenience. Second encounter, I called for a tire rotation and was told that the wait time would be approximately one hour. However, when I arrived, I was told that it would be a three hour wait, which is ridiculous! Long story short, there will never be a third encounter. I had to give at least a one star review in order to post, but truthfully, this place isn’t worthy of a half star.😝
Brad was awesome, spotted a serious issue with my tire when doing a free air check. Showed me what was wrong, explained my options, helped me get a rebate on a set of new tires for a great price. Super helpful in getting the new tires put on in as little of a wait as possible. Thank you Brad!
I made an appointment to have my tires inspected, rotated and balanced. Everyone was professional and timely and in less than one hour I received a text message that my car was ready. The man behind the counter explained that the services Id requested had been completed but also that one tire was going flat and had been repaired! Thank you Discount Tire for being thorough and customer focused!
Worst location I’ve ever been to! I was there cause I had a flat tire was told there will be a 2 hour wait only to find out 2 hours later the associate never checked my vehicle in. Than waited another 20mins watching them service another vehicle that arrived after me. When I got out my car and went inside to address the situation with the manager, he never came out of his office. Finally, they charged my tire outside of the garage which didn’t appear new so I asked was it a new tire and with an attitude the associated told me, yes the tire is new and walked away!

Women Beware unfortunately we know many of these shops take advantage of women and this one’s no different.I came in with some rims to buy some new tires ,I’ve never bought rims before so they took upon themselves to throw my wheels away. I found out what they really do is put them on other cars,but of course they told me they throw them away.“” Its something how society just capitalize on taking advantage of people,make sure you ask plenty of questions before hand. Because they say it’s your responsibility but I don’t know how .I would think since you’re in the business you would help the customers but those days are gone.
Took the car in to get 4 new tires. They snapped off a wheel stud and refused to cover the cost of replacement. They simply said that it wasnt their fault it snapped off. Regardless of whether or not that is true, the lug snapped off when the car was under their care. Any reasonable customer support would cover the replacement. I would find another place to buy tires where they take more care to not break things on their customers cars.
Had a nail in my tire they fixed it for free. This place is friendly and ppl seem honest. What else you want?
Best service Ive ever encountered at a car shop! Went in expecting to need to buy at least 1 new tire due to a nail in there (another shop told me it was not able to be repaired). Im sorry I didnt get his name but a gentleman was able to come right out and assess the tire. He said due to its position, it was able to just be pulled out and was not leaking so I didnt need to buy a new one! Its hard to find an honest shop these days, but these guys are great! I will absolutely be back when I actually do need new tires! Thank you again!

We ordered our tires over the phone with a team member at the Chamblee location. The day before our appointment, we called to see if they could schedule us sooner. We were informed that the Chamblee location was without power do to a recent storm. Long story short, we were able to move our appointment to the Smyrna location, pick up our tires from Chamblee and have them installed all within a matter of a few hours. The staff at both location and on the phone were amazing to work with. Big thank you to Carlos P. and Steven E for getting us in and out. Great experience! We will definitely be using Discount Tire in the future!
Because they didn’t fix the problem. I came because the air pressure light was on. They told me I need to replace 1 tire. I replaced it. As soon as I turned the car back on, the light came back up! I told them about it. However, I was given the ok to leave! I took the car to my mechanic. He found a leak in another tire! I took my car back to discount tires and they said ok if your mechanic said there is a leak let’s replace it! I asked him to assess the situation himself. He was hesitant! Very unprofessional. I get that they want to run their business and sell tires. But you need to do your job well.
I made an appointment and they saw me right on time. The staff was very friendly and professional. I got a great price on new tires and this was an overall fantastic experience. I definitely recommend making the trip over here if youre in a bind and need new tires fast.
Have been going to this place for 4 years now; and experience has been just amazing; Honestly and true advise with an utmost customer care.2017, My BMW 1 xdrive front tires threads were worn more than the back ones & Usual BMW asked for immediate change ..went for a second opinion and the location manager came with all tools to measure, gave me a far better pricing than BMW, but ultimately said ..these are good and it will go another 10k miles without a blink;Yesterday saw a nail in my run flats in BMW X3, stop by at the location again with there amazing touch free service during COVID-19 , and they were so precise with a clipper that it saved me a $400 bill for run flats..when all businesses are struggling for sales a single dollar is value ..still Customer service comes first location and company...WOW !! the Location Manager laid Flat with the clipper for 10-15 mins trying to pull the nail and just leaks again and again ... with repeated ask for a payment, the answer was simple ..just write what you feel about us ... keep coming back whenever you need us.
I had a tire that was almost flat when I showed up at this location this morning. I received a pleasant greeting, the store was neat & clean. I thought I would have to either pay for a patch or replace my tire, either way I just knew I was in for spending some kind of money today. To my surprise they patched my tire, free of charge, and even pulled my car around for me. This was the best service I have ever received from a tire repair/replace shop. I will definitely be purchasing my replacement tires from here. Very pleasant staff and I was in and out in under an hour. Thanks guys!

Discount tire is the best! They have the best service and deals. Their staff is more than happy to work with you and your schedule. If theres a wait, you can leave and they will call you when your car is done. The facility is spotless, including the bathrooms. They also have a phone charging station, lots of comfortable seating, and a refreshment stand.
Awesome customer service. The guy who mainly dealt with us, Christopher, was on it and super helpful. He upgraded our tires because they didnt have all 4 of what we needed in stock and gave us the same deal with the same price. Also, they had us in and out in 30 minutes! Last time I had tires changed at Pep Boys it took almost 2 hours and that was just for 2 tires. Will continue to go back for sure.

Very prompt service. Was in need of two tires before going out of town. I usually go to Sears, but they didnt have the tires I needed in stock. Had a flat tire on my BMW M5 due to a pot hole. BMW roadside service was over 2 hours behind schedule. Called these guys, they had me in toe within 30 min and got 2 new tires (had to replace both due to AWD). amazing service, fast and friendly. Highly recommend. Will go there again if I need to.
I ordered some tires and had to wait a week to get them installed. I get there and the man I spoke to told me I couldn’t get my tires changed because I ordered the wrong size. I was able to pull out the receipts and show him that the mistake was not on my side because I had in fact ordered the correct size. Long story short, I’d have to wait another week if I wanted to get new tires there.
Very friendly staff! I called that morning and asked if I could walk in at 4pm which they said was no problem at all. They greeted me as soon as I walked in and offered me coffee/water. They were able to find out that my value was what caused the tire to go flat. They fixed my valve and pumped up all of my tires with no cost at all!
I visited the store near Johnson Ferry rd last year and bought an entire set from Brad. I learned he moved to the Smyrna location and so I decided to go there. He is kind smart and helpful. He refused to let me leave with my steel belts showing on my tire. He didn’t have my exact tire in stock but he found one that would work and gave me a little break on it to help me afford it since it was more money then my original tires purchased last year. I am so grateful for them and mostly for Brad. Ask for him when you visit the shop on Spring rd near the stadium.
Fast, friendly, fair, and reliable. This is what I want in a tire shop. I bought a set of tires here a couple of years ago as a special deal with lifetime service. I just brought it in to get serviced for the first time, and Scott helped me. He was really knowledgeable and led me through his initial inspection process. He then explained to me using a nifty visual diagram where my tires were in their lifecycle. Even though I missed a couple of rotations, they still honored the deal and rotated, balanced, filled, and inspected my tires at no additional cost to me. John performed the service, and was informative and professional. I came in early in the morning without an appointment and was out within an hour. They also offer free cold bottled water while you wait. Overall, I am very happy doing business here!
This was my first time using Discount Tires for my Tesla. The sales rep Paris was very kind to explain everything to me about my tires and giving me the initial quote. If you want great tires and great customer service go with Discount Tires and speak to Paris.

This location deserves a 10 out of 10. Customer service is awesome, especially Brent, Jarod, and the service technician that worked on my tire. I came in thinking I had a punctured tire but it turned out to be a damaged rim causing air loss. The service technician explained and showed me exactly what had happened. They were nice enough to send my rim out to a repair shop and put a loaner tire and rim on my car until the rim comes back fixed. Brent, the assistant manager explained it in detail to me and has already called me the next business day to tell me my rim is back and repaired.Now comes Wednesday and they are super busy but I had an appointment. In order to speed it up, the store manager, Scott, came out and changes out my tire/rim himself so I wouldnt have to wait long. Thats some darn good customer service.First class service in a timely fashion. And that is why discount tire is my one and only go to spot for tire issues.
Steven (manager) and the men at this Discount Tire are extremely professional and provide exceptional customer service. Even though the circumstances that typically bring me to them are not the best, everyone there helps me make the best of it. They are also having 10% off for Black Friday so I’m ready to say hello to some rims. I suggest to Make your appointment if you’re able so it cuts down on time.
Book an appointment, unless you want to be treated like the bubblegum on the bottom of someones shoe. Walk-ins are an after thought in this location. After being told it was a 2 hour wait, I dropped off the entire wheel so that they could just replace the tire. When I came to pick it up, they werent as busy ( no one in line, and 2 bays empty). Still told me it would be 2 hour wait just to put the tire on the car. Something that takes less than 10 min. Ended up leaving and putting the tire on my car myself. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment. Otherwise, be ready to get the least amount of help possible.
Had a great experience at this location. Had a tire with some pretty serious road hazard damage. It was only six weeks old and the manufacturer recommended I take it to Discount Tire to be covered under the manufacturer road hazard warranty. It was nice to walk into a place and have them know exactly what I was talking about (warranty wise) after getting the run-around at another tire shop *cough* NTB *cough*. Even though this place was further from my home, it was worth the trip.
This location is very busy. 3 hour wait times. Also if you purchase the warranty, its good because it allows tire replacement. However, I swear they give you every excuse in the book to just repair the tire, when if it has been repaired 3 times in 5 months that should be a red flag and for our safety replace it without question. There is one guy who no matter when you come has zero customer service.
Went here with the intention of purchasing 5 new tires for my Jeep. The gentleman who was “helping” me seemed annoyed that I didn’t know what I wanted. Just kept showing me pictures of tires on the computer which I’m perfectly capable of doing myself. The whole reason for going in was to possibly get some insight on what to order. He answered the phone in the middle of my sentence and started assisting someone over the phone. I’ll try elsewhere.
My left drivers side tire needed replacing on my 2017 Toyota RAV 4.. The rep that assisted me throughout the process really showed that he cared about my issue.I was told my car would be ready by 9:30am. The service was done by 9:15am!I HIGHLY recommend this location for your tire needs.Excellent Team of guys that work there. Excellent customer service!!!
I have been to this location many times for tire rotation and new tires. Customer service is always on point, the prices are great and they price match competitors, and if you have an appointment they get you in and out quickly. I advise to always make an appointment. They are almost always busy
The level of customer service exceeds a five rating. My tire blew out on 75/85 and I googled a near by tire place, and discount tire came up, somehow I was able to make it there. The young man name Pat assisted me, apologized for my tire incident, when he had nothing to do with me breaking down. He made sure that I was taken care of, and I was out less than an hour. I am so thank for him. If he is apart of the leadership team there, he deserves it, because everyone there had a pleasant and caring attitude, Thank you Discount Tires❤
Called 30 minutes before they closed, having blown a tire on 75 as I was passing through from Florida to Ohio. Not only was the customer service phenomenal, they had the tire size I needed in stock and got me back on the road before they closed. I can’t tell you the last time I’ve had such friendly and efficient service at a tire shop! Definitely recommend!
Took care of my situation. They made accommodations for me to pick up my tire then put the tire on my car. They also made sure to check the air in all my other tires and put air in the ones that were low.
I had an appointment so when I pulled up I was checked in within 5 minutes and the total process was 45 minutes in and out. Evan was really nice as well. I would recommend this location.
I went to get a tire repair and the tire was under warranty. The store manager informed that the tire couldnt be repaired but I could purchased a new set tires. I will never buy another set of tires from Discount Tires every again.

This place is amazing. Very fast, professional and efficient. Tanner was so very nice checking me in and helped me understand what was going on with my car. Paris could not have been more professional and made me feel safe getting on the road again. I got back to work and told all my co-workers to visit the store. I first paid $400 ish to get all 4 new tires for my car. This included some warranty. Since 1 year or so ago. ..till now, ive spent only a total of $40 to get tires replaced. 10.45 each time.They take appointments and some walk-ins. They are incredibly fast!
Great, fast service. Very friendly employees. I had a slow leak in a tire. They fixed it in under an hour. Didnt try and sell me on any other services. I had a great experience. I will def be coming back in a few months when I need new tires.

Steven was very welcoming and professional. I walked in without an appointment needing my two front tires looked at due to the low tire pressure sensor coming on. Steven assessed both tires then told me that they would do a FREE flat repair and rebalance all four tires. I was thrilled to hear the word free. Lol They got me in and out within no time! I’ll definitely be going back in the future!

I have always gotten my tires at Costco because I always wait for the Michelin or Bridgestone sale. The prices are good during sale time, but I dread the lines. Ive waited up to 5 hours for new tires and up to 4 hours just for a rotation or tire repair. Costco does not take appointments until after noon, so walk ins at 10am are first come first serve, but dont even think about trying to get there at 9:55 because there will already be 4 or 5 people in front of you. Also, appointments after noon for people who work are extremely tough to make. Today I walked into discount tire right at 8am and was probably 3rd or 4th in line. I was out with two brand new tires before 8:50! Mind blown! Discount tire will forever have my service. Everyone there was very helpful and the tech working on my car even came out to tell me that my car was almost ready. Costco has a bad habit of not even calling you when your car is ready. This is a no brainer, this place is the #1 place to go for tires.
David and Dale were amazing. I came in for a quick tire repair. They handled the repair in a timely and professional way. Did some extra work and still didnt charge me. They definitely earned my future tire business.
Very professional, fast, energetic, and HAPPY team here. Highly reccomend. Dropped my car off in the middle of the night after a tread emergency. Was able to schedule my appointment for the following afternoon and reserve the tires I needed online before I ever even spoke to anyone. Once i arrived i was greeted promptly and was in and out with balanced, new tires in less than 45 minutes. I couldnt ask for a better scenario after what i expected to be a big inconvieniece. Also very impressed with the selection of tires available, other tire shops i have used in the past have left me with very few, very high priced options.
Sooooo! I normally don’t do this but their customer is phenomenal! So I thought I should write a review because they really deserve it! Okay, so my first time here I ordered rims offline for my Challenger and when the rims arrived at their store they called me to come in and get them put on. First off they came so fast. I thought it would take a week but the rims got there in like 2 days. Which I was very excited about because I had been in a wreck and had gotten body work done on my car, had a new paint job which I changed the color of my car from royal blue to black, got new tints, the whole works, so I was too thirsty (anxious) to get my new rims on. So when I went and got the rims on and I left the tires started smoking while I was driving. I hadn’t got far so I just turned around and came back. Long story short my rims were rubbing on my tires, so they were saying I had to get different rims which I wasn’t too happy about because I was just ready to go be fly in my new ride. I admit I gave these guys a hard time, but they were so approachable, nice, friendly, helpful, professional, and respectful. The guy helping me showed me other options and he promised that he could have the rims changed out by the next day. So I left my car and came back the next day. When I came back I was so happy! The rims that the guy had suggested were 10 times better than the ones I had originally picked out and they were more expensive but for the inconvenience he did a price adjustment. He also noticed that my back tires were in really bad shape so they GAVE me two rear tires for FREE! All because I was inconvenienced with the first set of rims! I was more than happy. He also offered to give me a $50 certificate but I refused because he had more than made it up to me as far as I was concerned. And as I stated I was very sour at first and gave this guy a very hard time because I was pissed at first but when I left that day I ended up apologizing a million times and even giving the guy a hug on my way out. But wait there’s more... Today was my second time going in. I had a nail in one of my front tires and a flat tire in my truck which had been replaced with a donut for one of my back tires. It was extremely busy being Friday. But all the guys working there were so nice, friendly, informative, patient, welcoming, fun, energetic and seemed to really love their job and loved serving their customers. Even with they hectic flow of people coming in not once did I see them get frustrated, rude, or annoyed with anyone. I mean the customer service is just outstanding! And I really mean this. The guy that stuck out the most to me is Steven. I’m not good with names but I remembered his just because he was so awesome with helping me and while I waited for my car I watched him interact with the other customers and he was genuinely happy and eager to assist. If only everyone at their workplace responded in such a way. But anyway. I thought I would have to buy three tires but I only had to buy two because the tires are under warranty so the tire with the nail in it was free to replace and the flat tire was also free to replace. So I was more than happy. So with that being said, this is undeniably the best tire shop I’ve ever been to in my life. Not to mention it’s right up the street from my house. If I were to move I would still drive to this specific location because these guys are simply the best. Straight facts!
Was disappointed to see that not a single employee here properly wore a mask. Most did have one, but it was either under their chin or not covering their nose. Some, though, did not have anything on at all and very few observed distancing. They did see me on short notice, so points there, but they did not follow the guidelines when every other Discount Tire location I’ve been to has been much better in this regard.
Service was great! While changing the tires I bought, the tech broke the lock/lug nut on my tire and didnt want to replace it, but I told them I wanted my car back the way I brought it in...so they are ordering me a new one tomorrow from Cadillac.
Im a repeat customer for a reason: their customer service is simply the best. Ive had them price match Michelin tires or me with their competitors twice with zero issue, and they are insanely friendly and professional and get you turned around in the time they tell you it will take.
Fantastic location and their manager Steven Eastep really helped me out in a big way in a very bad tight spot for me. He made me feel welcomed and at home and I thank him and their entire staff for the work they did on my Jetta. It was an unexpected occurrence for me but they made my experience truly genuine. THANK YOU SO MUCH...definitely use this place, theyre fast and highly effective

Very professional and efficient. Excellent customer service. I was out in about 1 hour. At the counter, I was told that the tires I had reserved were actually NOT in stock, so with NO extra charge, they went ahead and gave me an upgraded set. Certainly would recommend this location to others!
Best service of any tire retailer/installer in the country!! Hands down this company does it right. I always buy new tires with DD because they guarantee them, they tell you all the details, answer your questions and best of all: treat you like a God, as it should be. They even waived the tire disposal fees on my last purchase!
I have never left a bad review for Discount Tire store and this location is no different. They are very prompt and very professional. Great deals on fantastic name brand tires. If youre not loyal to a specific brand and do yourself a favor and ask them what Discount Tire branded tires they have because those are made by name brands and just dont have the brand name on the tire. Theyre usually significantly cheaper then the exact same Tire with the brand written on the side of it.
I drove past multiple tire shops to get to the one with excellent customer service. Got a screw in my tire and they fixed me up quickly without a charge. Customer service is still alive!

Awesome customer service. Blew my tire and I called and they had my tire in stock and when I got there it was a bit of a wait which I didn’t mind but they got me in and out in about 15 minutes which is awesome compared to other places.
Had appt for 1 and I was leaving at 1:30 for rotation and balance. That was efficient! This is an edit of a review that I had given last year which I had given them five stars. The only way it would let let me leave another review if I edit the one that I already have. I had an appointment today August the 24th at 1:30 p.m. when I got there the gentleman said that I did not have an appointment here. I dont know where he thought it would be because this is the only store that I have used and its the only store that is listed when I get emails it is listed as my store. I made an appointment from the many solicited emails that they send me. The only thing he was interested in doing is giving me an appointment on August 26th at 11:15 or I can pick another time after that if I wanted to get this service done on Thursday I would have made this appointment for that day instead of August 24th at 1:30. Now I have to rearrange my schedule has I already had to do to make the 1:30 appointment on August 24th now I have to rearrange my schedule to make the appointment on August 26th at 11:15. I felt like the gentleman should have tried to find out where the appointment was and he should have tried to accommodate me he did none of that so you get really zero stars for today /8/24 2021 I have to do one star because it wont let me put no stars.
They take care of you. They dont try to scam or sale you on something, but rather help you get the best tires for your budget. You will have to wait awhile if you miss your appointment tho. Be there on time for best service

When I arrived, the sale person cant find my online order and so he recommended me a different set of tires for my car. He also promised me $25 trade-in credit for my three used tires. He sold a set of new tires, but he charged me additional 4 tires disposal fee and $20 trade-in credit for two used tires instead three. I dont mind the different in cost, but I really hate when people lie and not being honest up front with me. Plus the new tires installed on my car are poor rating. I have been a loyal customer with Discount Tire over 10 years and trust their services. I understand a business goal is to maximize profit, but they dont have to lie to make small marginal profit. Im no longer confident in their business practice and I will be extra careful next time dealing with these people.
Discount tire is great. I had an issue with a set of KO2s on my Tacoma, and they replaced them under warranty as expected. My new Pathfinder ATs have been holding up great, and Ive been to this discount tire for 3 rotations now. If you have an appointment, youre in and out quick, and they take care to make sure the work is done right - no ugga duggas to finalize torque, they zip it on with the impact and then get out a torque wrench to make sure your lugs arent damaged.
Slow service. I’m standing in line and the guy at the counter was taking people in line behind me when I had an appointment. I thought this was rude and unprofessional. The guys that worked on my car did a good job, though.
For the first time in at least ten years I caught a nail in a tire and despite my frustration I received great customer service from this location. They werent able to plug my tire (with 4000 miles on it and my new car) but they did offer to install my full size spare for free. Now I just have to order a tire, but when I do it will be from this store. Thanks again!
Ive taken my Ford Focus RS and Dodge Viper here along with my fiances Lexus RX400h. Each time I am treated with great service, great prices, and the team takes good care of the vehicles. I wish they had lifts as watching them use jacks is a bit worrying, but I have never had an issue. They also have a free air station outside if you need to have your tire pressures checked. it is almost always busy, so expect to wait unless you get an appointment. But they have waters and take good care of you in the waiting area inside. I would recommend this location to anyone needing tire work done on their vehicles. Including any exotic car owners, they mounted my 345 wide tires with no issues or extra costs.
They did their job and nothing else. Put two tires on and left grease smeared all over tires and wheels. Handed me a part(jack pad) that fell off while my car was there but they didnt cause it?!? Have tire warranty with them so will use again if I have a problem but after that Ill be done with this location in Smyrna.
Im so very thankful for this establishment! They really helped me out with my tires and went above and beyond to make sure everything was fixed. The customer service was amazing and pricing was even better.
I read several reviews about how great Discount Tire was and I also agreed because Id used them for many years with no problems. Well my last visit at the Smyrna, Ga Spring Rd store has left a bitter taste in my mouth. On Friday I went to get a set of new tires. When the tire tech removed the lug nuts he broke one of the wheel studs. In all 45 years of driving Ive never had this to happened. Rather than Discount Tire accepting the blame, they shifted the blame on someone else. I was asked if Id had brake work done recently, I said NO. Then I was told, whoever removed my tires last cross-threaded the stud. REALLY??? I really hate to think that me being a woman was the reason for this shift in blame because Ive talked to several men about this happening and they all said Tire stores always fixed the problem when that happened to them. I read a review this morning where another customer had a completely different experience at A Discount Tire. Discount Tire accepted the blame for this customer and fixed the stud. I will call the manager when the store opens on Monday. I will give update with results. Janet J.
Ultra professional. Fixed a flat tire for me same-day very close to closing. Really saved my neck. While waiting, I listened to the staff very calmly and very expertly explain to another customer why it was dangerous to fix thier tire due to it being too bald. Despite the customer being frustrated and borderline hostile, the staff was incredibly understanding and kind in spite of the customer not being so... I am truly impressed with these people and will happily be getting my next set of tires from them.
Who knew they did fix a flat for free.Ron was amazing. God Is Right in less than an hour for the repair back on the way traveling for vacation. Could not have asked for a better interaction with a tire store ever! Thank you Discount Tire and Ron!
Husbands tires needed to be air checked and inflated. The situation was handled by a courteous, knowledgeable technician on a timely fashion.
I love this location!! The Manager Scott W and his team were very professional and courteous! My vehicle was in need of two back tires plus the rims were bent.. Scott was able to get tires in the next day and rim repairs for FREE!!!!
I spotted a nail in my tire and was assisted by Steven through curb side assistance. He was very helpful. This location has a great system set up, keeping the customers’ health and safety in mind
One tip. Dont come on Labor Day weekend... came at 10:30AM, left around 1PM. They cant help that though. If anything, its a testament to how many people trust this place.Besides that, awesome guys and great service. Brent was easy to work with and knew his stuff. The tech working in my car was great, too. Hes worked on it multiple times and Im always more than satisfied. I wish I would have caught his name...Black hair, glasses, and either of Asian or Hispanic descent. Grade A stuff.
All I ask for is what I was told. And ask to notated in our conversation. I spoke with a John for discount tire on Friday afternoon as I was shopping around. He told me a deal that I could not resist so I told him I will buy two tires instead of one. So since the tires wasnt in stock at the spring rd location,I asked could I drive to the location where there were. He assured me they will be in Saturday.also offered me to borrow a used tire till I had time to come in and get the tires we discuss.He quoted me a price with warranties included. I get to spring rd discount tire this morning , and speak to John. John, at this location , tells me I must spoke with john in the call center because what Im asking for cant not be accommodated. Warranties isnt arent to be discuss on the phone, which in my case they were. And prices of the competitor I been a loyal customer for was lower but because of the deal of the warranties I chose to shop in a different direction. I will never deal with discount fire 🔥anymore on the account of being burnt.ask anyone who reads this demand the service your are told when speaking with a representative of discount fire.

Very positive experience. Fast friendly and efficient. Jared is very nice. He exceeded my expectations. Came in because I picked up a nail on my way to work. They made the repair and rotated and balanced, all in about 20-25 minutes. Plus this is a beautiful new facility. Will be coming back. Thanks Jared.

I have been 2 times to this location. First time is to fix up my punctured tire. I was ready with the mindset of spending some money to fix it up. When I drove over there the tire tech just checked my condition of tire and he said he would fix it up free and I was relieved. After that the tire tech informed me about the danger of tire tread level that is currently on my tires and also suggested some optionsThe next visit was again for a nail in my tire and this time I decide to change my tire since tread has come to the danger spot. Then on I looked in some options and for the right budget I was in and out within an hour for 4 wheel change. The staffs are helpful, sound knowledge on tires and courteous.

I had a worst experience in this store. I dropped of my car to change the tire and they called me back in sometime to ask if I had the wheel lock key, I told them I am not aware if it and they were like if you cant say anything in 5 mins we will start working on other cars, so I ended up calling my car showroom and they said it will be in the trunk .I called them and informed that it should be in there and they said sorry we don’t find any. I had to rush back to discount tire and when we found a key and gave it to the guy who was doing the service he was like nahh, this is not the one go find other one. I found the key and gave it to him ( the key was in the trunk, the person servicing my car never made any effort to search it , if he had opened the trunk and searched in there he would have found it).People working in such shops should know the basics on where to find the wheel lock key. Worst experience and would never recommend to anyone. I was not treated like a customer instead they made me do the work of the staff. They wasted my time literally I ended up going back and forth to home and to this service center. They screwed my day. I would give a 0 star to them.
Today Im rear back tire blew out around the corner from discount tires smyrna. Walked to, then explained im situation and within helped me mins and after I back to my car, replaced the tire, drove back to discount tires then full service all 4 tires plus the spare. Excellent service and great people skill. This is my store Im coming with all my tire and car service thank you.
Damaged my brand new wheels when putting them back on the car and offered literally HALF of the cost to repair the damage discount tire caused. Insanity. Mavis costs more but takes better care of my car.

And the service technician gave me a thorough explanation of the process and recommendations on additional services to consider. From start to finish everyone was courteous and attentive and made a task that I’ve been dreading pain-free. I definitely recommend making an appointment prior to your visit as I was able to get in and out in less than an hour with my appointment. I will definitely be using Discount for all of my future tire-related needs!

Always take care of me and I have to say Evin and everyone I have met working at the front-desk are exceptional!I originally came here because my friend who is also a Porsche lover and owns plenty of nice rides, recommended discount tire. He was not wrong! I would highly recommend this specific one. I really feel like I can trust them, they take care of me and back up their work! Old school mentality that I will always support and appreciate in a large company like this. Hard to maintain and these guys have!

2022-08-02I had a nail in my tire, I have always used Discount tire in Tennessee because that’s where I am from. I had to drive back to Tennessee that day for work and have always been able to get a tire plugged/patched within 10-20 min. I got there at 10:15 am and they gave me an estimated wait time of 2:15 pm. I had to call off work in Tennessee to just then be told at 1:30 p.m. that they could not do it because it was in the wall of my brand new tire. So I needed a new tire plus they wanted me to purchase a $140 maintenance package on top of that. All this would have cost me $470 plus tax out the door. Brand new car. Long story short, I kept air in my tire all the way back home and my guys patched it, NO PROBLEM ( same company) in 10 min for $0 DOLLARS. This place is a joke. Thank god I got a second opinion.

2022-05-11The best place to get tires. I recommend this place to all my family and friends. It’s a reason why they have so many great reviews. Back when I purchased my tires a few years ago I added on the road hazard warranty. Today was the day I had to use it. Based on the placement of the nail that punctured my tire, the tire couldn’t be repaired and had to be replaced. With the warranty, I was able to get my tire replaced at no cost. The techs were very kind and friendly. They were a little behind on appointments but you can tell they try their best to get you in and out.

2022-06-20Came in today on desperate need of 4 tires. Quentin told me it would be a wait and I was fine with that. Evan helped along the way and Juan finished the process. Exceptional customer service from the time I walked in until I was driving off in my car. 10/10 recommended. Also, the assistant manager apologized for the wait time and my patience which I thought was amazing being that I already knew beforehand. Good job guys

2022-06-10Had a small tire leak for over a year and finally decided to get it fixed. They were super nice and easy to deal with but on top of all that they fixed the leak completely free! This wasnt even a tire I had purchased from them, this was my first time bringing the car to them and I will absolutely continue to do so after such a pleasant experience!

2022-03-11Went to Fiscount Tire this afternoon because I picked up a screw in my front right tire. I had purchased a set of tires from another discount tire in East Cobb but these guys treated me like I was the best customer in the world. They were very busy but took me got me in and out in a couple hours which is as much as I could hope for on a busy Friday afternoon. The staff was exceptionally friendly and courteous and professional.Trenton was the guy that checked me in and he was fantastic. Highly recommend these guys.

2022-06-25Bought my tires Friday afternoon on their site for installation online while at work. The site is very convenient and easy to use when finding the correct tire size. Came in the next day around 9:40am as a walk-in, waited in line under 5 mins. A link text was sent to my phone to track the status of my car. By 10:16am my car was done. Everyone was professional and pleasant. Everyone knew what they were doing. Great experience, great prices.

2022-07-29This experience at discount tire in Georgia has been 1000% better than my 1 in Ohio, they worked with me kept me updated with everything since they had to order a rim, due to the one they had didnt work die to a misprint. I had to comeback the next day for a tire due to a small hole no one would of seen and fast and great service just all around
