Cluddered, short handed and lots of people standing in line. But the cashiers were good with moving people through fast and efficient.
Would have given it 5 starts bec I love this place and the people who work there but....why have mandatory mask signs on the door if youre not going to enforce it? And why di the employees bother to wear them if theyre not going to wear them correctly??
Would give 0 stars if I could. Ever since day one of opening new store it has never beenstocked much . You would think they were going out of business. Dark and gloomy . Only go if family dollar doesnt have what I need. The franchise ir owner or whoever needs to take an interest in this store. I hate going there. Ive heard other customers complain about it also
Need to hire more employees! Was there today and the line was long! I guess ole boys shift was over so he just shut down the line? I had eight people in front of me. I just laid my one item down in the floor and walked out!
I love Dollar General, but I dont like the one near Cartersville, you dont have another cashier and more people that can put away stock so that they are not so crowded .
Normally a good place to get in and out really quick but the past few times have been so bad as far as lines to check out that me and my wife actually put our items back and left.
I have taken dumps that had a better atmosphere than any Dollar General Ive ever been in. That being said, this one is the worst.
I go there to buy some brilliant shine for my wood furniture and I think is pretty good it own brand so I really like it and I really recommend. Service people is really friendly help 😊 thanks
The store was ok. I know they have a job to do but it was crowded while they were stocking. My time was 9am being in there. Then check out the lady was on her phone the whole time she was ringing my stuf up.
Nice little place off 41 to pick up a few things.but dollar general is pretty much a cookie cutter store.very little difference between them.
When they only have one cash register going and the line is to long makes it hectic, too much stock on the floor cant get top items
The store is a bit too small for the growing population of Adairsville. Staff is great though and is clean and well stocked. Well, too stocked. Its like a maze sometimes
Cleaner than most, staff pretty friendly and they dont blare rap music from the speakers like the Cassville store. My top choice for a DG.
Dollar General has it all. If you dont want to hit the big box stores ( i.e. walmart), than this is the place for a quick stop shop. Some stuff is hard to find, but just ask someone and theyll show you right where it is.
I went in here while I was working and couldnt really shop because i couldnt get signal in there which is required for my job. Its all dollar generals and its ridiculous. You cant even access the DG app while in the store.

Needs to stock up on alot of things and I know its Christmas time but this one and the one in Rydal never stock up

They are very patient. I had 2 buggies of clearance items and they were very helpful

Its a typical Dollar General. They have pretty good prices on their merchandise and sometimes you can find sweet deals on seasonal and holiday items.
A little crowded & service tends to be slow. But theres a good variety of items.
Pretty easy to check out. All the usual Dollar General stuff. They have a Red Box here but it usually has a wait on the weekends.
Would rate lower but there is not a 0. Horrible / rude customer service. So bad employee refused to give her name or her supervisor name when requested & was not wearing name tag.
The people are nice and friendly. The bad is that prices are different than what is tagged on the shelf on many items.

2021-03-28I felt like the employees were following me around the store, assuming I am a thief (Im not), Then the cashier had an attitude whenever I ask her to remove an item due to it being incorrectly priced.. So I will try to find a different store before I ever go there again. Jesse loves yall, (the people that were judging me)...

2021-02-06Love the electric no touch doors! Great pricing and friendly service. Good variety of products. Hate that they stopped carring Mayfield products. Only 4 stars because a lot of times they dont have but one register open causing customers to stand in a long line. This makes running in for something quick, no longer an option for me. Still a good store.

2021-01-10Love this store! The store manager, Christina is amazing. She speaks to you when you come in, you can tell she loves what she does and the store is always clean and organized. A great group of workers there that speak to you, helps you anytime you have a question and is always so friendly. Whats not to love about that?!?!?

2020-12-11You will stand in line every single time you go there for at least 30 minutes minimum, The one manager(blonde) is very rude & hateful. Will have a line out the door LITERALLY and she will be just standing there. They definitely need a new Bigger boss & more employees, its a busy store so 2 registers should be going!! Not 1 & everyone else on there phones out in the parking lot! Oh & if you even try to use a coupon, there entire system crashes and they will not let you even use the paper ones on Saturday! Stuff is always down every isle you cant even walk down most of them at times. If you are in a rush DO NOT GO THERE, This whole Dollar general needs redone with a new manager! The shift leaders are not bad, its the big boss. Get more employees & fire her!!!

2020-09-03The location in Adairsville, Ga has some major issues. A couple of weeks ago, I went in and noticed how busy the check out line was. I went on doing my shopping but there was still a long line at check out. I was tired and had no patience waiting, especially when I saw the manager helping out a vendor instead of waiting on the customers. I brought that to her attention and with an attitude, the lady said she was busy working and didnt have time to check customers. I have always been told that customers come first BUT NOT IN THE ADAIRSVILLE STORE. The manager is a tall, kind of heavy set blonde women. Plus, she didnt have a mask on!!!!!! I was laughed at as I was going out of the store but came back in and stood my ground.From a very disappointed customer,Leigh Ann

2020-02-01Used to be a great place to make that quick pit stop. Now trying to find anything is literally impossible and there new self checkout is a joke. The same card I pay with will not let me pay through self checkout and so I waste time trying to get help from employees and I get cant Im on break though luck. Wow how things have changed in this place in less than 6 months, better off going to the huge stores and driving the extra 10 miles it will be better worth it.

2020-12-18Great staff! The self checkout has been messed up for at least a month and normally there is only one cashier so the line gets backed up pretty bad especially here at the holidays. I wish someone would fix it

2020-06-29I shop here a lot because it’s close to my house but the cashiers are so rude and never up front at the register. I worked here for a total of like 4 days and in those 4 days I was treated with disrespect. The managers get to do what they want, when they want to. They told me that I wasn’t allowed to use the bathroom during my 7 hour shift! That is just ridiculous. They never called me by my name, just “hey”. I hated working there so much.

2020-12-10We are in the middle of a pandemic and this dollar general could care less. I only saw one employee wearing a mask and even though the sign said mask were mandatory they were not enforcing this rule whatsoever. They do not prioritize the safety of others.
