I dont normally shop at Family Dollar simply because its not convenient. But I stopped at one today after an appointment. You have to give the store a big shout out for its low prices on name brand cleaning products, paper products. A lot of their stuff is cheaper than Walmarts prices. There wasnt a long wait at checkout. The employees were very and helpful. They actually asked if I needed help finding anything. Ive never got that in a Walmart store before!

Wonderful experience every time I go. The manager, Ms. Thelma, cares about her customer. She never fails to amaze me. The store is always fully stocked.

This store has the rudest manager ever. I called to see if they carried a particular item, Ms Thelma asvised me they do, i then nicely asked for the price and the quantity of theof item, her exact words were, Im NOT going back there to see 😲, I then asked if she could send someone else, she said No, can you just come up here yourself and see? I explained that I didnt want to waste money on an Uber for a item that may not meet my needs and that was the reason I called instead of just coming up there. She didnt check for the item or send another store associate to check either. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Love this store. everything is unually in stock, wide range of products. floors and shelves are clean and orderly. the BEST thing about this store is the employees. THANKS FAMILY DOLLAR CREW !!!!!!

I love going to Family Dollar when Ms. Thelma in there. Shes really nice and make sure you get excellent customers service every time I visit.
