Worst Dollar Tree EVER! The staff is rude & obviously too young to be working in customer service with their lack of skills. One guy was on the phone SOCIALIZING while 2 more just socialized with each other. They did not greet a single customer nor were they helpful. I stood in line and right when I placed my stuff on the counter, the cashier WALKED AWAY while a male cashier just stood there talking to another female cashier. The socializing cashiers were flirting with each other while the line piled up. Will not be returning to this disgraceful place again!
I left this store disgusted and never wanting to return and it’s the only Dollar Tree in my area. The oriental cashier was ringing up my items and then gets to cheese and cracker packs (Which I believe usually has 5 or 6) and says “wait this isn’t right it should be more than this.” I reply that my daughter was holding it because my small carrying basket was full (8.5 mos pregnant btw) and I asked my daughters to carry the snack they wanted and that she probably dropped the other 2 or 3 playing with the perforated corners while carrying it. She then looks at my daughters and asks “did you eat these while you were walking through the store?” In which I intervene because I don’t nor have I ever let my children walk away from me in a store let alone eat and shop. I sternly said to her we don’t shop and eat and I wouldn’t allow you to go and get a new pack with the full amount if I watched my children eat them. This was basically calling me a liar because she tried speaking with them again a 5 and 8 year old who have a great deal of manners and respect once again if they’d eaten them. I will be contacting corporate and any other entity I have to because this type of behavior is simply unacceptable. I doubt she even lives in the area, but has the nerve to accuse myself and my children of lying about a pack of cheese and crackers that cost A DOLLAR. New cashiers PLEASE! Another customer after came out of the store and spoke with me about how rude the cashier was as well.
Horrible staff and manager. Employees change here so often that you probably won’t see the same person again in a week. Very rude and I’ll mannered. Will never go back to this one again.
This is terrible. The cashier has really strong accent and can’t count properly. I can’t believe she was not fired after we spent 5 minutes telling her, and the manager came, that she made a mistake.
Store seems to have new management. Old store manager was a very nice woman named Scarlett and always helped, but new manager seems to be very rude and doesn’t wear her name tag so I can’t think of her name.
An employee named Peggy was so rude and ignored me two different times when I asked her for an item. How hard it is to answer when you chose this job in customer service.

I love the people here. They are super friendly and even though i dont go often anymore they still remeber my name which makes me feel super welcome. They also have really cute stuff there. So over all its fantastic.

2021-06-25Manager at this dollar tree is very rude. Walked past my son and rudely took a balloon from his hands. Also, She saw that my son wanted a toy from the clearance section and from a corner, she rudely said “you can’t touch that toy if you’re not going to buy it” trying to infer that we were going to buy it without paying. Should not be a manager at this store if she does not know how to acknowledge customers nicely. Other customers saw the way she said that to my son and walked past him almost knocking into him.This is not okay at all. Should be fired. I have been coming to this dollar tree for years and have never had a problem coming here until that manager rudely accounted my son. Should be fired

2021-04-25I don’t give out 1 star easily, but Peggy at this store absolutely earned it. She was annoyed that I asked her for help with helium balloons even though there was no one else in line. Then, after I asked for a specific color, she became very rude and started talking to another customer about me in Spanish. I kept a low tone and continued to talk to her nicely, which only made her more rude. I then told her that there is really no reason to be rude, to which she replied that I don’t know what rude is and if she really wanted to be rude she would call me fat. I am absolutely flabbergasted that a store keeps an employee like that still working there.Just wow!

2021-04-29I had a horrible experience with a lady called Peggy in this store. She is a very discriminatory and demeaning person. She behaved very rudely, mocked my special needs child and proceeded to ask me if i had special needs as well. She went on further to announce that should i have special needs i should announce it upon entry at the store.She mocked me repeatedly whilst in the store and at the cashier.When asking where i could lodge a complaint she threatened the other employee not to attend to me and stated “she will deal with me herself”I was surprised to see many complaints about her on google and yelp yet she continues to work there. It is people like these who prevent inclusion and acceptance in today’s world.

2020-09-03Dollar tree is known for cheap shopping and it is but a lot of the times I find great stuff in here. They have great deals on batteries for example. Anytime I need to stock up on batteries I go here and I get great deals. Also a good place to shop for parties. Such as balloon, candles, and etc. Overall I would definitely recommend checking this store put if you have not already done so. And the staff are also great at this specific location.

2021-01-11Terrible service had to wait in line for 10 minutes while employees were on break. Then proceeded to tell me if I do not wear a mask that I will be kicked out of the store (meanwhile I walked around the store for 30 minutes prior to the comment) and had not been told to put on a mask once. Employee then proceeded to accuse me of being part of a group of teenagers and threatened the teenagers with the same comment. The employee then proceeded to tell a story of how her 2 year old child got a cold and has monomania. This is completely unprofessional and an insult. Will NEVER Shop here again.

2019-09-20This is the first dollar store Ive been to. I been going to this Dollar Tree for about a month now and everytime I visit, the super friendly cashier with the awesome smile is there, I think her name is Imanah or something. Ive read others reviews but Ive never encountered the staff referenced, I always have a great experience and spend a good amount of time loading up on all the $1 items. And yes everything is a dollar I asked that question and felt silly after the answer was given.

2019-06-23The dollar tree at this location I will never return to. I have been coming to this location every since I moved to Johns Creek. This time it was an african women at this location that treated me with such disrespect my children thought I was going to act unseemingly. I took a breath and I walked out. I had just gone shopping payed for my items and i asked for a bag. She snached a bag from her bag area tossed it at me and walked away. I was flabbergasted like my children looked at me with there mouths open like OMG😲. I was shocked SHE SHOULD BE FIRED. I dont care what kind of day you was having you are in customer service/sales. I did nothing but kindly ask for you to bag my items which you should have done any way.
