Ive ordered from this Dominos countless times with minimal issues. Ordered DELIVERY this evening. I ordered a medium pizza, cheesy bread, and two 8 piece wings. When we got the food, the dough on the cheesy bread was SEVERELY undercooked, basically raw dough and there was hardly any sauce on the hot wings. I called up to this store to let them know my order was unsatisfactory and JOHN, the so called manager, hops on the phone and says I can bring my order back up there and that hes not going to just give away $23 worth of food. Excuse me??? I didnt ask for free food. I asked for my order to be made correctly. As I explained to not one but two people, Im recovering from Covid, hence me ordering DELIVERY. He then proceeds to HANG UP in my face. When I called back up there again, the young lady I talked to for the second time says I will have to bring the order up there. I paid $38.00 for food and my family couldnt eat it. Then to receive customer service like I did??? I will NEVER order food from this Dominos again. When I said I was coming up there to speak to JOHN personally, all of a sudden, he was getting ready to leave. Coincidence?!!!!
This specific Domino’s location is the only pizza place I have ordered from that consistently, every single time, puts meat somewhere on my vegetarian pizza. I’ve found bits of bacon underneath my cheese, or chicken inside the cheese. It’s disappointing because I love their thin crust.I understand that the employees are overworked and underpaid and it’s not really that big of a deal. But I’m going to refrain from ordering here in the future. It’s a good pizza restaurant for people without dietary restrictions or preferences, but if you’re vegetarian or pescatarian as I am, it’s a safer bet to just order Pizza Hut or Papa Johns.
This Domino’s has it going on! Nicholas was super friendly when I ordered AND when he delivered it! The pizza was hot and delicious! I called to thank them and the manager, Caitlin, was super sweet and told me she personally made my pizza. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
Horrible pizza and even worse customer service. They will lie and say they dont deliver to your location when they just dont want to deliver. Dont waste your money here.
I was really nervous ordering from this dominos bc of all the bad reviews. We got our pizza in the promised time, which was less than 30mins. Our delivery guy seemed nice. We opened the box, half scared, and inside was not only a perfectly fine pizza, but it looked like one of the pizzas they would put in their ads. Whoever made it, took a lot of pride in their work...seriously. Ordered Buffalo sauce as one of the topping and it was nicely put on the pizza. I only ordered half of it that way bc I was afraid they would put a huge puddle of it on the pizza but that was far from the case. The only complaint I can even think of is that our pizza had no sauce, but I think it was bc I ordered Buffalo sauce as a topping and they maybe thought I meant I wanted it instead of a sauce. It was fire that way though, and well be getting it that exact same way from now on!!!
Terrible service and terrible management. Will be contacting corporate because their managers way of handling things is threatening to call the police, Then screaming belligerently out of the side door all while her employees looked at her in amazement.All of this because we wanted to cancel our pickup order (which she refused to give us a refund on) and the names of the rude employees we spoke to over the phone.I wouldn’t waste your time nor hard earned money with this place of business. Definitely wouldn’t want to work under such management either!But to the younger guys working the window, you are awesome and you deserve better than the environment you work in, big thank you to you !!!
It took an hour and a half for 2 pizzas to be delivered when the estimated time was 34-44 minutes. This is the second time this has happened.
I havent eaten at Dominos in years. Tonight I thought Id give it a try. Incredibly disappointing. The pizza was overcooked to the point of being burned in some places. It did not seem like a hot fresh pizza straight from the oven. I wont be going back.
Don’t BUY from this dominos location. I order well done wings, pizza and cheesy bread. My wings were NOT well done. Well done is when the wings come out of the oven and go’s through another cycle but half way. The wings were actually under cooked. My pizza was too crispy like it was just sitting in the oven waiting to be taken out. Cheesy bread was okay. Customer service on the phone was very unprofessional. I asked to put the order under a different name due to someone else picking up. Name was incorrect. This restaurant needs to better management.
I ordered a pizza and waited for an hour and a half. they did not call anyone to say they had arrived. they claimed they waited for 10 minutes at my door however i never even let them through the gate to my neighborhood. I called to figure this out and they hung up the phone on me. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life.
Pizza is solid, bread is good! Pasta was honestly disrespectful. Half full, barely any protein and it was DRY. Almost no suace at all. This brand also has an amazing method of steering you away from making a complaint. Avoid the place
We ordered two medium pizzas, a stuffed cheesy bread, and pasta. One of the pizzas we orders light garlic parm sauce and there was so much sauce that my husband could not even eat the pizza, the other pizza looked old, there was not even enough pasta to feed a toddler, and the cheesy bread was not even cut a little bit. I called and asked to speak to a manager and explained the issue, told them they could come pick it up, but I want my money back. The manager then gave the phone to a separate employee who was not a manager and I had to explain things a second time and had to ask for my money a second time TO WHICH I WAS HING UP ON!!!!! I am calling corporate in the morning and something will be done about this. If I could give no stars and write a review I would.
Pizza was hard and dry, pasta was very dry, cinnamon twist was rock hard and the chicken wings were under cooked. This was just my order from yesterday. Previously brought the wrong order to me multiple times. Tried giving them a chance to redeem themselves but I am just wasting money there.
The customer service was great. The order was processed and delivered quickly and efficiently.The food was terrible. The garlic bread bites were swimming in oil and the chicken wings were the worst attempt at wings Ive ever paid money for. This is one of the worst locations. Ive been hung up in twice while trying to resolve the issue. ordered and was told no one answered the doormat which is not true an employee sits by one door. A reciponist by the main door. was told the location was for a home. which if you google the location. its a business. everytime Ive ordered from this location. there are issues. and the female manager w short hair. has always been extremely rude and nasty. they truly need to find better management.

Very bad customer service at DOMINOS Atlanta hwy Athens GA 30606– unacceptableIt was Pickup order – Instead of three toppings they gave me two topping pizza by charging me full for 3 toppings– I have to drive there 2 times for same pizza issue and experienced rude attitude of their Manager, They spoiled my entire evening.I was travelling and on the way I ordered pizza for quick bite at 3190 Atlanta hwy, ste30,Athens GA30606,Order of three topping pizza with Jalapeno, Pineapple, SpinachWhen I picked up order around 5 pm, after some time I found there were only two toppings pineapple was missing so I spoke to MOD Summer – She asked to bring back pizza to see as a proof that was ridicules.We returned pizza and that rude lady didn’t mentioned single word of apology , She didn’t offer us any other option like price adjustment instead she told me that this is not her fault and she cannot do anything else but to wait for another 25 minutes in my car in cold and rainy day to take that redo pizza.That was very offensive experience at Dominos Atlanta highway Athens GA 30606.I have cancelled my pizza order and went another place for my dinner….Refund has not been credited in my account yet…it will take 4-6 days that’s what she told me.This is unacceptable from Dominos brand we are very disappointed with service provided by “DOMINOS”.
They have a real issue with reading the order and making it correctly. The biggest issue with this location is the ability to properly fill any order. I have ordered delivery multiple times in the past few months and have never gotten all the sauces I ordered and PAID FOR! I do NOT trust them for delivery because Ill either have to drive to the store to get what they left or wait another hour for the delivery driver to come back. Dominos insurance is a joke and this location proves they dont care at all if your order is right or if youre satisfied.
I ordered 4 pizzas and was told it would take 35-45 minutes and after an hour I called back and asked about the order and was informed that it should have already been delivered. I checked the door and there wasn’t any food. After this I Was told that there in fact was no order. Would not recommend a friend at the same address ordered from papa Johns and actually got their food.
Incompetence at its finest!!! I ordered a meal for my family and was going to surprise my daughters with the dessert breadsticks. They not only left off one icing but the icing cup that came with the order. The remedy? Call the store for a store credit of .75
Didnt receive half of my order. Didnt get my 2-liter sprite, 5 packets of cheese, 5 packets of red peppers, and 2 dipping sauces. Also, I tipped 5 dollars. I WANT A REFUND AND MY TIP BACK PLEASE!
I ordered pasta, a sandwich, and cinnamon twists. The sandwich that was delivered was wrong, my cinnamon twists did not have their icing, and there were very little noodles for my “pasta”. I called the store and spoke to Leah the manager. She didn’t seem very concerned at all; I got no apology whatsoever, all she could say was that we would get a $10 credit, which would be ok I guess if we would ever order from here again. She never offered to fix anything so they are losing my business going forward.
I had some words with the manager about my order and now they say they dont delivery at my residence anymore I was just upset about the order and only thing I ask them is why my order did not come to my house and she said she thought I said that I was going to pick the order up every since that day they continue to tell me they dont deliver at my address but I know thats not true because they used to come here all the time I used to spend a lot of money with them on a regular basis at the time the reason I did not get my orders because they were short of drivers thats all they had to tell me and I would have understood that but when you just playing out lied and said you thought I was going to pick it up I am diabetic and I was sitting here waiting on my food so I dont appreciate that
Have ordered from this Dominos for years, normally ok. Tonight received 2 pizzas in poor shape upon our opening the boxes. Folded over and obviously mishandled. Person in charge stated driver says nothing happened before delivery, so sorry. I took photos but haven’t been able to attach.
Avoid! Fraudsters mark your carryout order done in the app to keep their stats up—then they will start making it when you get to the window. They don’t care if you complain—management will never know.
I rely on Dominos when I dont feel like cooking or going out. The delivery drivers are so nice and friendly, the food always hot, love the coupons, etc. Try the Chicken Carbonara pasta! Its great. That new cheeseburger pizza is amazing!
Usually service is quick and we like ordering from them. Not sure what the deal is tonight. Placed order at 5:35PM - quality checked at 5:54 PM - it was not delivered until 7:15PM. Again - usually they do a great job and food arrives quickly.
We are regular customers to this Dominos and up until the last few times we ordered, it was 5 star service... we ordered a fairly large order and were shorted a few items and the food we received was poor quality..so, I lodged a complaint with corporate. They decided to comp our next order... We decided to try Dominos again. Once again, they messed up our order. The pizza was horrible and the pasta was sent in a metal bowl instead of the bread bowl we ordered and had 1 piece of chicken and no alfredo sauce. They completely forgot ANOTHER sandwich AGAIN and ended up having to send another driver out to deliver it (At first, they were going to just refund it or make us come get it until I got upset with them!!!) Again ...I let their corporate office know and this time..it went ignored. We decided, after being begged by teenaged children, to give this location ONE LAST TRY today... Honestly.. I am afraid of what disaster they are going to deliver this time... If its as messed up as it has been the last few times.. we will absolutely be DONE doing any business with Dominos.
Dominos Ive seen homeless people order your pizza and you cant even show enough appreciation to give them a .10 cent napkin Ive seen it with my own eyes its a shame and disgrace
Im usually not one to write reviews but I feel like this needs attention. Over the last few months I have made several orders and there have been several instances where items I ordered never arrived with the driver. At least three times when I ordered the lava cake, they failed to bring the icing after I paid for it. Also, once I paid for a 2-Liter and the driver forgot it, followed with, Youll get a free drink on your next order. That of which never happened and I never pressed the issue. Bottom line is that this Dominos location regularly forgets items and its a shame. A simple check over the order before leaving would fix these issues, that of which is suppose to already be happening--but clearly not.
The pizza is great and delicious!!! But I will NEVER AGAIN order a pizza to be delivered for one they charged me $4 for delivery when I live down the street (10 minuets away from the store) and I’m still waiting on my pizza and it’s already been an hour... when I called the lady said “ oh he has three order to deliver from he gets to you” which the lady that took my order should have mentioned to me that he had other deliveries to do.. so my pizza would have been delivered at this time... 😠 never again very bad business!!!!

I usually like Dominos. When Ive visited this location in the past, its been acceptable. However, my most recent order was less than stellar. I placed an online order for a well-done pizza, and the one I received was droopy, doughy, and under-done. It was obvious that the baking time was not extended to accommodate my request and the amount of sauce on the pizza was overkill. I can usually eat an entire pizza in one sitting, however, this time, I could only eat one and a half slices. This isnt a usual experience for me, but its one that will stick in my mind for a long time. Should I ever eat here again, Ill be sure to emphasize my specifications.The Cinnastix that I ordered were good.
The pizza is good but the management here is terrible. I ordered Lava Cakes as a carryout order. Just Lava Cakes. I wait 20 minutes then drive to the store. I show up and their inside isnt even open so they make me go to the drive through. I pull up and the guy says that they never put the order in but he is putting it in now. He makes me wait 10 minutes for just lava cakes. The management here is horrible and it is poorly ran. Give us a new manager please.
Here are my first 2 times ordering through Dominos in Athens.1st time ordering pizza (8/20)The ordering was fine. Pizza got here at a decent time and the driver was adorably nice so that was a huge plus. The pizza however has very little sauce and toppings and what toppings there are are all in the center of the pizza. Definitely not how I expected their pizza to be.9/5 - Labor Day (woops)So I ordered pizza tonight and I completely forgot that it was Labor Day. Delivery time said 30min online and after watching my pizza sit at quality check for almost an hour I decided to call the store. When I told them I realized that it was Labor Day they informed me that delivery times were actually an hour and a half.So I said if theyre going to be that long then why make them an hour before theyll be delivered. I dont care when it gets here tonight just that its tasty. They said that I should just cancel my order because it will probably be cold by the time I get it and then thanked me and hung up.Really?
I ordered a pan pizza with steak and jalapeños. Food arrived quickly, but the pizza was very poor quality. I couldn’t eat it, as it did not look like it was made properly. I spoke with management and they graciously refunded me the purchase price, while also adding store credit to my account. I then ordered a chicken and jalapeño pan pizza the following day, and the cheese looked strange along with oversized chicken pieces—I had to throw away much of the pizza. I’m very disappointed with my experience at this Dominos!
After ordering over the phone and getting the incorrect pizzas, being on hold for a manager for 15 minutes with no answer, and driving up to the store to finally speak to someone, I still got mediocre service at the store. The team remade my pizzas with ZERO compensation for the mess up. It was a waste of my time and I was very disappointed in the experience. After receiving my re-made pizzas, they were made very well. I just wish that had been done the first time.
Placed an order online and then an employee called five minutes later to tell me that the order would be over a 3 hour delivery wait, i told her Ive already paid and we would try to wait it out and that i just asked to make sure it is fresh. She told me it would be made now and sit on a rack for 3 hours. I told her to cancel my payment!
Great I ordered the 12 in. With ex.cheese mushrooms and light on the green peppers. It turned out great and it was cheaper than ordering the small recommendation made by server.
Normally no complaints with this location, however, today was different. The price was acceptable until I was told that they could do a buy one get one free, but Id have to hang up and order online. Then, when I didnt want to do that, found out that they are now putting a $3 delivery charge on the order. Never have before, and I pointed that out to the stoned sounding phone guy. He then decided to argue with me that everyone always gets a delivery charge. I work in retail and you dont treat customers like that. Plus....its ridiculous that a $12 pizza ends up being $20 because of fees and tips. (BTW.....I have no problem with tipping).
I love this dominos specifically. They always get the order right, they always deliver wonderful, mouth watering pizzas. I feel so selfish when I order a pizza. I haven’t left a good review and so I know I had to this time. I’m currently on my third slice of pizza and I just can’t stop. I love you, Dominos. Anyone who wrote a bad review is blinded by the glorious pizzas that you produce, don’t let them bring you down.
Ordered online about three-four times now, and has been way better than Pizza Hut. Always super friendly when they deliver it and overall a nice bunch of people. Pizza is always hot and on time, even got a coupon when it was late (didnt even notice it was late). Overall a very nice experience!
Worst Dominoes in Athens. They dont care for customer service. When ask to speak a manager you get attitude and no care what so ever. Really disappointed. I will be going to other Pizza places... Corp. you need to do something about this location.
Awhile back I had had a really long, frustrating day and I decided to just go simple for dinner and get a pizza. And heres Jason, who smiles as I walk in and asks my name and helps me find a good deal on what I wanted. Jason remembers my name when I come back a few minutes later and hes very nice and genuinely friendly. I feel bad when I see employees forced into fake politeness, but Jason seemed like a genuinely nice guy. Anyway, he made a big difference in my mood, and the pizza was excellent.
Ordered a pizza. Wrong pizza was delivered. After over ten minutes of waiting on hold we were told it would be an hour to get new pizza out. Obviously this location doesn’t care about correcting mistakes. Pass.
I usually have a good experience but this time they barely drizzled my wings with bbq sauce. Im used to them being smothered in sauce. I was really looking forward to my wings. Really dissapointed.
I was a big fan of Dominos till today. When ever I buy Pizza I always buy from Dominos. But today Michael turn this whole scenario upside down. He made a pizza which seems like made of cardboard, pizza dough was NOT properly proofed and it was dark browned and over cooked. Way too less toppings too. It was a total waste of my money and time.
The worst pizza I have ever ate!!!The toppings are put on as if they were made of gold!!The workers are lazy and dont act like they want to be there at all!I now drive a little further to a different store, what a big difference it is!I still LOVE dominos just not this dominos! So do yourself a favor and go to a different store!!
This Dominos is amazing! The food is always fresh & delicious and the delivery is always within 30 mins! Its better than any other nearby Dominos in quality & speed, in my opinion.

Not pleased at all with the services, placed an online order told it was on the way out the store called and talked to Wesley a manager hour later to confirm the time and he wanted me to still receive a pizza that was cooked an hour before they decided they wanted to deliver it. I was a regular customer but after this incident I would never spend another dollar with these unprofessional discriminating restaurant!!!!
Staff lacks basic customer service skills and understanding of essential restaurant functions like paying attention to your surroundings and customers. Arrogant and blatantly ignore customers and have attitudes, cannot follow order requests. Ridiculous.
Ive been ordering from this Dominos for a while now and my orders are usually messed up but today when I ordered the delivery driver came up to my door and I handed her my money and then she handed me my food and then proceeded to walk down my stairs so I figured she was going to get change but instead she got in her car and drove off so I called up there and I wanted to speak to a manager whoever I spoke to was rude and I told her that the girl didnt give me my change and she said while it was only $8 but do you want her to come bring back your money I told her no that she can keep it and they have lost my business Im in the process of contacting their corporate office I understand that $8 may not sound like a lot of money to everyone but it was the attitude on why she didnt ask if I needed change so I guess theyre telling their employees to not ask if we need change anymore theyre just going to take your money and run
I always order Pizza from this location and I have never had a problem. They are fast and the pizza is always delicious the delivery guy David is super nice and awsome he always gives my dog a treat.
Frustrating was how I would rate my experience. This is the second time I tried to enroll in the Piece of the Pie Rewards and once again I get This is embarrassing, unable to process your request. Please try again later or words to that effect. Where I should already have 2 orders credited to my rewards, I have none.What good is it to advertise a rewards program when its impossible to enroll?Pizza and delivery was great, by the way. My favorite is the hand made pan pizza.

I have had this Dominos location deliver to my house several times after dark and then tonight I ordered and they refused to deliver it to my house after Id paid for it so now Im having to get in my car at 10:30 at night to go pick up a pizza. I wont order from them again.
Went to this location and the open sign light was on but the doors were locked and the time I went was still within store pick up hours. Incompetent. Location needs to be shut down. To top it off I got food from them a different time and I received a spoiled chicken alfredo which was delivered smh.
Took forever. Delivery man went to other side of town to wrong street. His excuse was I should have used gps I guess. The guy at the window that was waiting on me was very nasty attitude after getting my food I wanted some crushed pepper and Parmesan cheese and the guy didnt want too give me those and said to me I needed to hurry up and leave because someone else was behind never ever again will they get my money.

2021-12-01This place is very terrible, I wouldn’t waste money on what they call “pizza” or anything you order from there really.We thought we would try the new dips that they have and while they weren’t terrible the so called bread that they serve with it is just nasty, undercooked and doughy with NO taste.I’m short go for Little Italy for pizza

2022-07-30The dominos pizza tracker told us our pizza was ready. Apparently it was not. So the app and tracking is worthless. They asked us to pay and pull into a spot and they’d bring it out. Yeah right. No one came. Walked inside to get it and the doors were locked. So I walked up in the line of cars and told them I’d like them to check on my pizza. Magically it was ready. Got in the car and realized it was wrong and had to take it back. What a night.

2022-06-27Visited this location on 6/26 and received the absolute worst customer service in history. I try to be very understanding with fast food because I understand most places are short staffed, I placed an order for curbside pick up & I ALWAYS pick up in the front of the store. When my order wasn’t brought out I called & no one answered so I went in. Only two people were there, the Manager “Summer” & another manager “Javontae”Summer’s demeanor & customer service skills were very poor as she asked me “Did I need her to spell her name” when I asked for her name . Then proceeded to tell me to leave her store before she calls the police.Reading other recent reviews it appears as this location has been performing poorly so I don’t expect upper management to do anything pertaining to this review.On a better note, Javontae (The other manager) actually did everything he could to diffuse the situation. It would be great if he could train Summer on conflict resolution. I’m unsure how she made it to a management position with such poor customer service. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it & if you want respect you must also give it. I will definitely not visit this location again nor recommend it.

2022-05-30My daughters birthday party was almost ruined delivery showed up an hour late half my guest had left waiting to eat. Then I was told I would get a refund and have yet to get it since April 24th . I have gone to the store several times and get a different excuse every time . I was told even though I placed my order three days prior to the party that if they have other orders to come in on that day my order went behind those which is highly unacceptable poor customer service no one had bothered to follow up with me at all in reference to the refund .

2022-05-24Well its pizza so... no high expectations ever, rarely am I surprised by a great pizza. Its the bottom of the barrel as far as Im concerned and tonights order was a one star experience. Never get their tomatoes on anything, they are canned and unflavored except for the high msg flavor. My fault, I should have remembered. BUT in my defense I ordered them on a sandwich. Who puts canned tomatoes on a sandwich??!!!... uh, DOMINOS !

2022-06-16I made an order on my app. 4 pizzas. As I went there for pickup and I checked all pizzas to see if they was made correctly. Glad I did. The all veggie turned out to be a cheese pizza. The person had to see the receipt to see if I was lying. Np. Clearly says veggies. Just seemed like they was acting it was my fault cause of their mistake. I didnt even get Im sorry for thier mistake. Things have really gone down hill on customer service. So sad.

2022-04-04Poor, staff was rude. order took way to long, wings were colds when recieved them. it said the delivery driver left the store at 11.16pm and he arrived at my house at 11.40. why soo long. and the girl that works there completely hangs up in my face when I called to let known the wings were cold and delivery took too long. #Boooooo will not be ordering from them anymore

2022-01-11I know theres alot going on right now in the world and I dont want to do this to them but last nights pizza we ordered was overcooked badly and sent by delivery to us. Pepperonis were completely blackened like it was left in oven and forgot about til the driver picked it up. I could understand a little overcooked but someone looked at my black pizza and said f it since we were delivery and sent it on anyway.Im still trying to wash the taste out of my mouth and if you value your taste buds in the slightest youll stay far away from this establishment as I am going to from now on.

2021-10-23Real good pizza chain pizza, especially when ordering it with extra cheese. We always pick it up at the store, and it is ready in about 15-20 minutes. The employees are always friendly, and our pizza has always been made exactly the way we ordered it, which hasnt always happened at other pizza places here in Jefferson.
