Awful. Save yourself the headache and seek your pizza indulgence somewhere else. This location is obviously suffering from a management problem, as evidenced by the complete apathetic atmosphere apparent among the employees and their interaction with customers. Poor quality food. Slow to non-existent deliveries. No ownership of a problem by ANYONE. And never once did anyone offer an apology.Never again.
This is the worst Dominos ever!!! I placed an order at 6:45pm for delivery....9:15pm still no pizza!!! I called the store several times only to be placed on hold at one point I was on hold for 30mins. I kept calling back still no answer, I finally pressed option 1 (which is for ordering only) just to be told that it was an outsourcing service and they only place the orders for the store thats all. Huh???!!!If you dont have enough staff then close your store. Why should the customers suffer???I will never order from this store again!!! I will rather give my money to Papa Johns or even Pizza Hut!!!
This location is a joke! I placed an extra order on a Friday night and NEVER received it. I called the manager and was told it was already on the way but never got it at all. The next day I called back and was told my next order would be free. Today I called to get my free order and got attitude over the phone and was told I owed nothing. The poor delivery girl arrives at my door asking me for the delivery fee which was never discussed over the phone and I had no cash. Long story short I would never order from this unprofessional place again!
Done with dominos. I wish I could rate it negative 0. Worst customer service ever, Rude, Nobody knows whats going on. Wheres management? Placed my order, paid for it, they sent me a confirmation on line for delivery, this was 10:45, I get a call 5 mins later saying they have no drivers, dont have time to prepare my order for pickup by 11:00 and are canceling it. They need to get their on line app together with the store. I had a 50.00 order. The guy that called when I asked what time they close he had to holler and ask a girl there. They dont know when they close?? Really.. worst Dominos anywhere. If someone gave a good review, their family must work there. Disastrous Dominos!! 🤮
Waited over an hour for my order. Called the store to get a status update as per the website it hadn’t even left the building yet. Had to call back because the person who answered the phone never returned. Then on my second call, the person who answered the phone hung up on me as I was trying to find out if my order had even left yet. Call back again, someone picks up the phone and immediately hangs up again. I was told that there was only 1 driver, and that there were 3 other orders ahead of me….that did not answer my question as to if my order had even left the building….she just hung up on me instead of answering the question. It’s not cool to hang up on your customers folks!
The WORST Dominos location in Cobb County. I ordered two pizzas for my sister at 9:00 PM. It took them an hour to “prep” the pizza and about an hour more for “quality check”. Then I received a text saying it was out for delivery by a driver named Toyna. Another hour later and no pizza. I saw on the map that Toyna had returned to the store. Another 20 minutes later and the status changed to “delivered”. My sister checked everywhere around outside the house. No pizza. I called them, it was then an hour before closing. I was kept on hold until the store closed. Absolute waste of money and time.
I wish I could give this place ZERO stars!! I placed an order for a large pizza at 8:30 pm and I didnt receive it until after 11:00 pm! Absolutelt absurd!!! I understand if their short staffed but at least call and give me the option of picking it up. I will never order from this place again...save your money and go elsewhere!
Incredibly poor performance relative to our order. Estimate on the app was 39-49 minutes for deliver. Took over 90 minutes. Food was cold when delivered. Eriq, the manager, was useless relative to resolving the issue. Received multiple texts indicating different drivers had left the store with our food. I dont know what their problem is, but even though we have piece of the pie rewards for multiple free pizzas, we will be buying from somewhere else.Decided to give them another chance, but service remains terrible. Evidently they are not ready to provide reasonable service.
Store #4129 is a disaster! Got my order wrong again did not offer to give me a free pizza in the future or anything like the old manager use too. They were so dysfunctional no one seemed to be in charge. Not one person was wearing a hair net, two had hats on but their dreadlocks hung down to their shoulders. NO ONE WASHED THEIR HANDS AFTER HANDLING MONEY, PHONES OR COMPUTERS. I will be going to Pizza Hut from now on and I will call the health Department.
I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering, but Im thinking its dominos what could wrong?EVERYTHING!!! If I could give zero stars I would. My order took 3 hours (yes you read it right) to get delivered. They didnt even have the courtesy to call, the tracker was stuck at quality control for 2 hours. I called them to see what was going on, after being on hold for 20 minutes, I was told we only have one driver your order will be next the driver will be back in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, my order finally comes. Well lets back track to the 2 hour quality control they must have made it then and just let it sit. My order was COLD and chicken bites were burned. Do yourself a favor and order from another location if you can.
Ordered for my family at 6:30 to celebrate my husbands birthday. The e-mail I received stated the order would be delivered in 14-24 minutes. At 8:15 my order still had not arrived. I called and waited on hold for 10 minutes for the. To tell me it would be another 3 hours before my order was delivered. I live 9 minutes away. If they would have called their customers to let them know the delivery time was not correct in emails and it would be 5 hours after ordering that we would receive the order I would have cancelled right then. Very poor service. Now I have hungry kids that should be getting ready for bed that I need to find food for.
Unfortunately under staff, but folks there give you excellent customer service, still owe me a pan pizza and salad, trunk didnt make the week I went, prior someone nice there offering me , the stuff for a bad delivery; drivers fault taking nearly two 1/2 hrs or so for Delivery; when I went to make good on it unfortunately their delivery truck goofed. Once again people that are there are very nice and give it their all for you. I am in system to pick my stuff whenever I have time.
Ordered online for delivery with expected delivery of 30 minutes. An hour later I checked their checker and it showed the order was in quality control. 30 minutes later still in quality control so I called. Took at least 10 minutes before someone answered and said they were not doing delivery tonight!!! I understand every place is understaffed but don’t take orders for delivery if you aren’t offering delivery.
This is a sorry store I placed my order online got a confirmation at 10:00 .a hour and a half later they call me and tell me they cant deliver my order I say ok ill come get it they said sorry carryout closed at 11. So Ive been waiting on my food for over an hour when I could have just went to pick it up or went somewhere else but they took that long just to say sorry you dont get to eat tonight. Thanks
Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with a sprite October 17 at 4:15 pm for delivery and I called said location at 5:30 pm to ask why my order has yet to be delivered, the young man who answered the phone was clueless as to where my order was. He said it could be in the oven it could be out he has no idea. It’s already been over an hour and they told me I had to wait another hour. I asked to have my order canceled and he said it had been canceled. I asked when I will receive my refund or confirmation for this cancellation and he laughed as if it were funny when my family has been waiting on our pizza I found nothing funny asked to speak to a manager he told me no! And hung up the phone in my face! I would like to speak to the owner of this business or the operation manager! It was unacceptable!
9 out of the last 10 times I have tried to get food from this place has been a terrible experience. After over an hour of waiting for my food I called and was told that it would be 2 more hours!!! They were going to leave me hanging for 3 hours if I had not called!!! Order cancelled. I will not give them another chance.
The slowest pizza delivery I’ve ever experienced. When the order was placed it said about 75 minutes expected. It’s been 2 hours and 15 minutes and still no pizza yet. When I called after 90 minutes I was told it’s leaving the store right then and 45 minutes later, still no pizza. Don’t take online orders if you can’t fill them!!
So when you order a pizza at 9:40pm it must be too close to quitting time to get the order ready and delivered? This is the 2nd time this exact problem happened to our order within a couple of months. The first time they made it right but that was after being put on hold for 30minutes and using another phone to call and declining to be put on hold. This time we never got an email or call saying the order was cancelled on their end, and its 11:19pm now. Thanks for the almost 2 hour wait… we will not be ordering from this location any more, lesson learned!
Dont know what happened with this place, but DONT ORDER HEREUsed to be fast delivery, in fact my review a year ago was a 5 stars rating, but the past few times Ive ordered there have been either huge delays/no drivers at all. Dont know why this hasnt changed in the past few weeks but its honestly dissapointing.Dont order here, dont waste your time.
This place has gone downhill, no, taken a nose dive. They need some quality control. I have gotten pizza more than once that was doughy almost raw. Thought maybe the first time it was a mistake. Not to mention the times things have been forgotten or left out of our order on a couple occasions. I used to like this location. I will not be back.
Never again. Second time I’ve waited for more than an hour and a half. Ordered food 9:20 & pizza was ready by 10:10. Took a nap, got up & Called at 10:30 & 11:00. Pizza Never moved. Canceled order because I’m sure it was well over cold at that point & employees sounded like they had no clue when it would get to me or even leave the store for delivery. I definitely give up with this place. If getting delivered, I wouldn’t recommend.
If I could give a ZERO I most definitely would! This is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received! I ordered from this place at 1830 (6:30 PM)and was updated through the app that my meal was going through quality check at 1900 (7:00 PM). I called after my wife informs me of the time, by then it’s 2000 (8:00 PM). I then have to wait over 30 minutes for someone to answer the phone. Of course by this time I’m already having to find another option for dinner for my family, another problem in itself. When I finally get a hold of someone and ask for a manager the unprofessional woman who answered the phone seemed very nonchalant. When I explained all that has transpired, asking why wasn’t I informed, she goes on to say they are on a 4 hour delivery time. None of which was ever communicated to me. When I asked her simply why wasn’t I called to be informed of this delay, her response was “We can’t call you because then we would have to call everyone else and there are other orders ahead of yours”. I couldn’t believe this was coming from someone who claims to be a manager. Of course her name wasn’t given and of course I canceled my order. Problem is, my household has used this location before and they may have had a delay here or there, but had the decency to call to let us know. I’m not sure who they have working there as of late, but they have officially lost a loyal customer due to it. I have been in customer service for over 18 years and would never inform a customer that I couldn’t contact them for an update on something they have ordered from me or are waiting on. This is completely unprofessional, shows no care or concern about my business, and will not be tolerated. I will be sure to not recommend this location to anyone and will be sure to give my business to a company that actually wants and deserves it. Completely dissatisfied! ZERO STARS!!
We ordered dinner on a weeknight and after 2 hours it still hadnt arrived. I called and the manager said theyre currently on a 4 hour delay and couldnt call to notify us because then I would need to call everyone! Wow, what a terrible way to value your customers. Theyve loss my business completely.
My order was placed an hour ago and it said it would be here by 4:50. It is currently 5:30 and it has been quality checking since 5:09. I am beyond disappointed. Hoping it does not take as long as some of the other reviews say. Will not be ordering again. My boyfriend had the same problem a few weeks ago. I should’ve taken my business to Little Cesars up the street.
Just ordered a pizza and it’s been on quality check after a hour and still not being delivered so we both know I’m about to receive a cold pizza and that’s nothing new here! I’m actually surprised when the pizza is hot once I get it! Then you call the store to complain everybody has an attitude. I’m the one buying cold food you are paid to be here and you’re mad. That’s crazy this location is the absolute worst in delivered orders!
Placed an online order. I got a message confirming my order. I was told it would be about an hour. About an hour and fifteen minutes later, I called and was told it should be arriving any minute.......thirty minutes later, no food! I called again and was told to give it fifteen minutes. Twenty minutes later, still no food! I called and cancelled my order. Listen, if youre short on drivers, message me. I would have picked my order up!
Made and order 2 hours in advance. When we got there, the screen said the food was ready.I gave out our name and they said wait a minute. As we waited they discussed amongst themselves where the pizza was... After 10 min I was still waiting without anyone telling me what was going on... when we asked thats is when they confessed that it was still cooking... we left!!!!! Pizzas are 5/5 but the service at this store 0/5. We ended up ordering at the Dominos next to Starbucks on powder springs rd. It was a big mistake trying out this new store.
I know that it doesnt really affect this store by getting a bad review but they are so unprofessional it really is a shame. We waited for one hour for our pizza and then called to check as we are only 6 seconds down the road and they said we were next up. We waited another 30 minutes and called back up there and said can we just pick it up and they said no we would have to change the format, so we said just let us get our money back so we can go get something else we are hungry and they said it takes 5 to 7 days. Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We then ask to speak to the manager and they hung up on us. We are business and if we treated our customers like that we would not be in business. This is what we all have to deal with unfortunately.
Ordered online. Waited over an hour and finally called to find out it was a 2 hour wait for delivery so we decided to pick it up. Guy says ok it will be ready within 20 minutes. Get to the store 20 minutes later and they hadn’t even started our order yet. Cancelled our order and left, wont be back.
Very poor experience. EVERY time I place an order here it NEVER comes out right. Always an issue, either not getting my toppings right, or when they deliver, not bringing half my order! Took me over an hour and a half to get 3 medium 2 topping pizzas. Nothing special about my order, nothing complicated. Same toppings everytime I order. Hate that they put the wrong toppings on and had to wait so long for them to make another. Get home, and find out that over half the pizza didnt have any cheese, let alone extra cheese that I ordered!Will not make the same mistake again! Dont waste your time with these people. Frozen pizza from the grocery store is way better.
Usually I have a great experience with this location, however, I placed an online order that advised delivery would be up to 2 hours!! With having a pretty hungry family I called to request they change my order to pickup and refund the delivery fee. They told me they would have to void the entire order and recharge my card without the delivery fee. That wouldnt have been a problem, but I wouldnt be refunded the initial money for 3-5 business days!! So, my card would have a total of a $50 hold just because they werent able to give me $3.50 refund on a delivery fee. You would think in 2018 their system would be more advanced. The manager was nice about explaining the process, but definitely not a great customer experience.
Never Ever Order from this location, PERIOD! I ordered 2 pizzas and have been waiting over 2 hours for my pizzas and never received them. Manager Steven was nasty and No help to me! I will be calling Corporate tomorrow! Please Beware, Do Not Order from this Company! AWFUL SERVICE!!

I ordered online delivery and watched the tracker. Then receive a call from dominos asking if I could pick up the pizza because they only had 1 driver. I told them no I wanted it delivered. They said it would be another 1 1/2 hours before the pizza would be delivered. On a Saturday you should have more than one driver. They have lost my business. I ordered from Papa Johns and they told me 45 minutes till its delivered. P.S. I could not post without selecting 1 star. But I give them zero stars.
If I could give this Dominos location ZERO stars, I would. I ordered a pizza at 11:20pm. 1 hr later, there was still no sign of my pizza. I called in and they claimed they were “busy” and would have my pizza delivered in 25 minutes. Around 1 am I officially gave up. Long story short, they NEVER delivered our pizza. DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION ANY BUSINESS. They should be shut down for their lack of customer service.
I ordered via the Dominos app. After I pay for my meal I am told that my cinnamon twists have to be remade because someone put Parmesan cheese on top of them, and that it’ll be eight extra minutes. I was offered no apology, no compensation for the extra wait time, not so much as a coupon, only thing I got was the chance to hear them joke about how funny it was to them that there was Parmesan cheese of cinnamon twists. I was completely dissatisfied with this experience, especially since I have been a long time customer with Dominos. Very disappointing.
The app gave me a problem ! the store stated the order did not go thru & i had to repeat the order for the 3rd time due to the second (2nd) order did not attach the coupon . I have been waiting over 45 minutes just to resubmit -placed order & additional 10 minutes for carry-out !My first order was placed at 5 ish pm i atrived at store at 6 :50ish pm !If it was not pouring rain outside , i would had departed and went somewhere else !
I ordered a pizza and Alfredo and they said they couldn’t deliver my order, and that is okay with me I was going to pick it up but the cashier had a nasty attitude the whole time telling me I couldn’t receive my order. When I tried to agree to cancel my order but I was hung up on with no call back.
Do not waste your time with this restaurant delivery times are ridiculous it will be in the quality check status for over an hour the last time I order from them I waited for two hours for the food to be delivered I ended up getting in my car driving up to the location and still had to wait another half hour after I got in there don’t waste your time money and energy this place is definitely not worth it didn’t even get an apology for the manager at that location
This is not my first time ordering from this dominos but after multiple counts of my order being wrong and how late my pizzas arrives I have had it. The manager was passive aggressive towards me when all I wanted to know was why my pizza was 2 hours late. Not to mention the driver was even more aggressive towards my brother. If anything order papa Jons because they know how to make pizza and I bet they well deliver on time. At last this time they got my order Right 😡.
Its kinda sad when you have to write a review about a pizza place. Generally its all the same. You place you order, you pay, you get your order. Simple right. Well heres my recommendation for this place. Dont order online. We got a coupon in the mail saying, Dear valued customer we are sorry about your late delivery on your last order, please have 50% off on your next pizza.) Clearly this is sent to everyone because we hadnt order Dominos in almost a month, but whatever half off on pizza, but it required you to go online. Online, the thing they have been advertising like CRAZY! I mean Ive used it before but I dont really care for it because basic pizzas are harder to find on their menu. I dont feel like I should have to build a veggie pizza or supreme each time, I want to just click on it, show the toppings, add, edit, whatever, you know simple stuff; but thats just my opinion. Long story short after placing our order at 7:55, I received a confirmation email....30 minutes later, stating that our order would be here in 30 minutes, which it was, an hour after I originally placed my order. Evidently each store has to operate their online website, and clearly the person who was operating there must have been taking a smoke break. When we finally got our pizza at 9 not only was it cold, it looked like the driver had eaten all the toppings, I MEAN IT WAS DEAD. Sadly weve used this Dominos before, and everything was fine. If anything thats why Im giving them a 3 star review, and while granted you know I could have written a positive review for the times Ive eaten there, again I say this is a pizza place, ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.
Guy on the phone was incredibly rude. I dont usually complain but this was the second dominos I called in a row with an incredibly rude worker on the phone. Also told me they couldnt deliver to my location when I know they do since they have plenty of times in the past. So he was clearly just lying too. Oh well, dominos just know that your workers are costing you money.
Ordered 1 pizza and bread twists and was quoted 26-36 minutes for delivery. The pizza didnt even leave the store until 30 minutes after it was out of the oven then 30 minutes after that the pizza arrived SOGGY and COLD. Had to put it in the oven and even then it wasnt good. Took 1 hour 15 minutes from placing the order to get to my door. Id bet $100 the driver was baked more than the pizza was, barely said a word, seemed completely zoned out.
Ive been ordering from this location for the 4 years Ive lived at this address.. The service and quality has gotten progressively worse and worse.. This time the driver not only showed up with only part of my order, but he actually refused to leave the part he Did Have.. I will never order from this location again; and I will.avoid ordering from dominos in general..
This location always greets me with a friendly greeting! I order online so most of the time it is ready when I walk in the door. When I have to wait, it is fun to watch the crew members hard at work making pizzas. The team members also give a friendly greeting to returning delivery drivers.
Absolutely the worst Dominos that Ive ever dealt with. Double or triple the time they tell you, cold food when it finally arrives, and missing items. Order 3 pizzas and only get 2... How does that happen???? Just moved into the area and was excited to have one so close. 4 orders in a month, and 4 mess ups. Unfortunately, tonight was the last time that Ill order from there. Just horrible.
We have ordered mostly delivery from this store consistently for almost five years now. No business is perfect or without issues, but management always fixes any problems with our order. They make great pies and the drivers are also very courteous, respectful, and friendly. I definitely recommend this location!
The pizza is great but this time the service poor. When I arrived for the pick up, they werent sure which order was which. They said the order was almost done while online it showed ready for pickup. As I waited they screwed up two other orders. This was a first time for poor service but it makes me not ready to try again.
Always pretty much on time & friendly. If you have a problem they try to correct it right away or like same day or night as you ordered.My one complaint would be the cost for like at least 2 dipping sauces especially for cheese bread/sticks or any other item that has dipping sauce. 2 for free would be ideal for a family, but at least 1 dipping sauce if you ask how many pizza order is feeding or whatever. One should automatically come with whatever uses dipping sauces even for pizzas. 2 depending on size of pizza. People would order sides more and the dipping sauces. When you eat at pizza restaurants you at least get 1 depending on number of guest or pizza size. Same should apply cause we are still getting pizzas for lunch or dinner or party. I know the sauces aren’t that expensive when you by them wholesale or even like a gallon from Sam’s club you can make up for it with cost of pizza and other items you offer. Thanks for hearing what I would change.
My family used to order from here frequently not knowing any difference. At one point we ordered from another Dominos and learned that this specific one has a tendency to overcook their food. We have since stopped ordering from here and started to driving to one that is further away but doesnt overcook their food.
Ordered one each of the chicken nuggets for me and my wife one night along with 5 sauces. Cost $36. I left the driver a $7 tip. The Nuggets were burned and the driver forgot ALL the sauces. Severally disappointed! Fortunately the manager remade them and brought them to us himself. The Nuggets were perfect! Thanks Brandon for fixing the problem and making up for the problem. Cheers!
I’ve worked in the pizza business so I know how stressful and busy it can get but there have been multiple times where I get cold food I don’t usually complain about how long it takes them because I understand but it annoys me that they can’t just wait to make your food closer to when your order is up for delivery so it’ll atleast be warm when delivered.
If i could choose no stars, I would. Apparently if you order white sauce VS red sauce, its counted as a topping now. I didnt know sauces were counted as toppings. Spoke to a manager and he was rude as hell. Managers should have more customer service & understanding. Nevertheless I think Ill get my pizza elsewhere.
Ordered a pizza told 20 minutes, 45 minutes later called them to check on the order. Told we have no record of it and they dont deliver to this address. After telling them they have delivered many times to this address they retake order and told us 30 minutes. 50 minutes later called them to check on our pizza and they dont know if its on the way. But we get it for free when it gets here. Hour and a half later still no pizza. We went to get pizza from another company and are now eating it. To hell with Dominos
First of all, when you call in, people will answer you with things like yeh, and uh-huh... very unprofessional. Second, 50% of the time the food looks like it was slapped together hastily and thrown into a truck. The last time we ordered a thin pizza with three toppings, at best, Id say they used one small handful of cheese over the entire pizza and $1 worth of toppings thinly scattered - a $4 pizza tops, for three times the price. Sorry, my money is worth more to me than that - going elsewhere.
Never ordering from here again , first time I called they said they didn’t deliver to my house and gave me the number to a different location. I called the number they gave me and they directed me back to this location I spoke to the same guy and he said I never spoke to you before and we do deliver to you .. both times that I order the wait is 2 hours!! I’m sick at home and can’t go out with my kids if not I would get up and it myself . It’s so inconvenient!
Horrible service waited over an hour an a half called several times to wait just to be hung up on repeatedly for my husband to end up driving up there to be told they dont have a delivery driver and proceed to be handed food that had been sitting on the counter for however long under no warmer I got a refund and will never be doing service with this location again

2022-02-28Whoever this franchisee is they need to get on it before the people running this store ruins it to a point of no return. I won’t make a long post as my experience is indicative of those posted by others regarding the bad customer service, delivery and quality of the food. Back in December I experienced some of the worse customer service I have ever received from this location and today i decided to give them another shot but my food was burned and the salad was bitter and outdated. The gentleman that delivered my food today however was very polite.The manager sent the driver back with a fresh salad. This is a step in the right direction.

2022-01-14I called to check on my order because its after 8 and we ordered 6ish. A young lady said why you talking so loud. A young man snatched the phone, I asked if thats the way you all speak to your customers. He said because you are yelling, I told him I would like a refund. I asked for the manager the young man hung up in my face. I never yelled, I never raised my voice all I was doing is sitting waiting patiently on my pizza. And the quality check was @7:19p and its 8:11p, I needed to know if I needed to pick it up but I got this exchange with the employees. But thats fine you just sent our business to Little Caesars on the opposite corner. We will never come back here.

2022-06-07Not quite sure whats going on with this location but weve been having problems for the past year with their pizzas not being delivered. We would place orders and wouldnt find out till almost an hour and a 1/2 later that they dont have a Delivery driver. And today was the last straw. I called in to check on the status of my pizza because the pizza tracker was not working.. The customer service who answered the phone said its on its way I said do you need my name so you can see what pizza Im calling about, she says no its no its on its way and I said I didnt order delivery we are picking it up and then she just says 9 minutes with an attitude. I understand they dont feel theyre getting paid well enough to work at dominos but The service at this location is at the bottom of the totem Pole. Very disappointed.

2022-01-31The driver left my food on the wrong door. And when I called the store the lady lied and said that he had just left with my food. It just so happened my husband was out side getting the trash can and saw my Foo on the next door neighbor door. So werent and git it and sure enough it was what I ordered. My food sat outside over an hour and it was cold when I did get it. Now let me say this I do not tip on the app because I want the driver to get cash in hand because the store still takes part of the tip so I like to give cash to the diver and I tip very well. So the diver who did this not only loss out on his big tip but also caused me to write this review. This is not the 1st time this store has botched up my order.

2022-02-10This has to be the absolute worst excuse for a pizza delivery company! First of all, youre a pizza company. There are many of those. So, the only thing that sets you apart from the rest is your customer service, which, I can say, for this company is deplorable. If you have an issue with drivers, then have the common courtesy to contact your patrons to at least let them know that you are running behind. Not only do you not contact the customers, you dont even offer an apology. You just deliver a late, cold, product. This was a waste of $50.00!!

2022-05-05This is the worst place to order from if I had one closer I wouldn’t order from this store like how you always manage to mess up every order that I place. This order you forget to send my pizzas to the house and when I call you act like you can’t hear on the phone . Then when I come in the store you don’t see how the driver didn’t deliver the pizzas. The owner of this place needs to get this store in order before it’s goes under and has no business all these bad reviews

2022-05-25Attempted twice now to order from this location. We have ordered here MANY times for years with no issues. Both times, our orders have been canceled because of issues with the delivery driver.First time, order was canceled without any explanation. I had to call and wait a long time to be told that the driver had an emergency and they were closing at 11pm instead of 12am.Today I placed my order at 9:59 with a 23-33 minute delivery time.. order stayed on prep for an hour before my husband called to check the status and for the second time in one week we are hit with something being wrong with the driver.. Now here we are left with disappointed kids and wasted time.. Smh... Very unprofessional…

2022-01-14I have never dealt with anyone as disrespectful as the girl and boy working tonight, at 8:00p. We ordered pizza at 6pm and hadnt received any notifications about the pizza. By 8p, my mother called to see if we needed to pick up the pizza. The girl answered the phone and her first words was woe woe woe you loud in my ear. My mother apologized and said that she was calling to ask a question. Before she could ask anything, the girl handed the guy the phone. She asked for the manager, he didnt get the manager and said you sound like you yelling. She assured the guy that she wasnt yelling and asked for the manager again. He hung up in her face. By the time I reached there to get my refund, I wasnt surprised that we received an attitude like that judging from the loud color hair in her head and the nonchalant attitudes. If they were doing their job and not in each others face, they could have have outstanding customer service. After receiving my refund, 2 minutes later, the guy calls and say you have to get your pizza because there is no delivery drivers 🤣 this facility is a joke! There is too many restaurants around to be treated like this by Dominos staff.

2022-05-03I would post pictures but I don’t have any food after 2 hours of waiting! One hour of calling being left on hold no answer! Quality check is one helluva check on a pizza for over an hour. Despite all this when they do deliver the food it will be cold, burnt, or soggy and wet…..never satisfactory service! This is most definitely the worse Dominos I’ve ever dealt with! Why’d this dump have to be close to my house! I’ll start ordering from Pizza Hut from here on out!
