Placed order online, was called shortly after and was told they no longer deliver to the neighborhood I work in “due to safety issues” and refuse to deliver even to a business here. My boss orders from them regularly and they do deliver here, person on the phone was rude and hung up when I explained that they do deliver here regularly. Unprofessional and won’t do business with this place ever again
Just take my advice and save your money. This is the most dirty, unorganized, rude individuals I’ve ever met in my life. Instead of waiting for two hours(yes literally two hours and dominoes does not care) and 10 deliveries before my food arrives I went in person tonight, I understand being understaffed(although It did not look that way when I went in tonight) If you don’t like your job you should find something different. People paying with their hard-working money shouldn’t have to deal with a place like this. It clearly needs new management and new employees. I will never order from here again and will advise other people to do the same. Smh I really hope these people don’t make more than $10 an hour lol
Deliveries are frequently over an hour. The Delivery Tracker says, Quality Check and sits there for over an hour. No one answers the phone if you call to ask about the order. The website wont let you review until your order has been delivered, but that takes too long or otherwise doesnt get delivered at all.
This is the absolute worst pizza joint in Warner robins. Customer service is a joke, delivery took 2 and a half hours, pizza was cold and hard. When I went to the store to complain they put a credit on my account so I could get the same order for free as compensation but when I go to order it a few days later the credit has magically disappeared. Dont give this store your money, just go get digorno and save yourself the headache.
Waited an hour or so until our pickup order said it was ready, when we arrived it was apparently lost. Waited at least an additional 20 minutes for the food. Meanwhile, one guy is dancing, listening to music on his phone while putting stickers on boxes, a lady was going on about her mani/pedi descriptively to the other employees, guy in a black shirt seemed to not understand what was happening, tried to compensate for all the mishaps with napkins and soda. Turns out we werent the only people having issues, others had been waiting even longer than we have for their food. Shorter white guy making the food was actually doing his job, and probably the jobs of a few others. Get all the way home, our marinara & cheese oven-baked dip is literally just hard cheese in a pan. Hard and undippable. Went back up to get it fixed, guy carrying the entire store on his back helped get it right. Literally such a terrible experience, wish I could give it 0 stars. Didnt know Dominos paid people to stand around and screw everything up. Only good employee seemed to be the guy cooking and making food. Go somewhere else.12/30/21
Bought some pizza, didnt receive it, saw the driver stop at the wrong building on the tracker, and called the store. It was showing complete on the tracker and was told the driver was still en route and that they will call the driver.1 hour later called back because I didnt receive my pizza. I was told the driver just left to make another delivery and they will deliver my pizza shortly. Never received it.Im not here to donate food to families in Warner Robins. That is why I got rid of Door Dash. Thanks for taking my hard earned money with no product. I will send a dispute to PayPal when it clears because I cant rely on this store to deliver pizza that I paid for or be truthful about it.
Wish I could give zero stars! Called after 1.5 hours to see where my pizza was and they said “well if you don’t want it, give it back to the driver” wish I could have but it never showed up for me to get the chance! This place is horrible and I will never order from here again… obviously I’m not the only one having this issue. The reviews are awful…
This place should be shut down. The Manger is rude and was unwilling to help me with my problem. The tracker said my food was leaving the store and 35 minutes later I still didnt have my food, then it said it was delivered and I still didnt have my food,called to find out where it was and Manger lied and said it just left. When I got my food I had no icing for the cinnamon twist and my sandwich was cold. My pizza looked like it had been dropped. I will not order again.
Today, October 22, 2020, I ordered a special for the family. The order was delivered in an adequate amount of time. Within 5 minutes of the delivery, I called the store that the icing for the cinnamon bread was not delivered. The manager was called to the phone. He said that he would have the icing delivered right away. It is now 30 minutes after that promise. There is no icing delivered to my house. Two weeks ago, my husband made an order at 8 PM. By 10:30 PM it had not been delivered. The order tracker indicated that it had been delivered. He called the store, they claim that the driver could not find our house (we have ordered frequently in the past). Then they said that the driver left the order at the store. We got absolutely no contact from the store when they discovered this. They did refund the amount paid, but we were still without pizza. I dont know what is going on with this store, but the service is absolutely unacceptable. I was not going to write a review because they were going to correct the forgotten icing right away. Well, obviously, they are NOT taking care of it right away. I could have driven to the store and back home several times now. Be wary of ordering from the store on Moody Rd. in Warner Robins.
I am a very loyal customer that has ordered delivery many times...most of the employees that work at the dominos by my residence know me by name and know what I want to order... however, tonight the manager of the dominos on moody rd in warner robins ga 31008,... Didnt want to answer the phone after 10:59 pm to take my order. I tried ordering online and the dominos on moody rd in warner robins ga must have closed early because I wasnt allowed to order online due to a screen popping up saying what date and time I want delivery or you can choose... I want delivery now. Either option you click on sent me back to the previous screen and wouldnt let me continue the checkout process... I believe the manager working tonight, 08/19/2021, decided to knock off early because I had to order online through the Watson Blvd location in warner robins ga and the delivery driver from moody rd showed up and told me the manager is purposely not answering phone to take orders...... this is how a company looses customers and I hope corporate handles this manager for the sake of my zip code and the poor delivery driver that looses money because of her!!
Was told 30-40min for delivery. Its been an hour and according to the tracker my food hasnt even made it to the oven yet. Try calling the store and sat on hold for 15min and nobody picked up. Hung up and tried again and nobody picked up. Now my husband has to drive to the store to find out where our DELIVERY order is. Worst customer service EVER!
I was trying to place an order by phone and i barely understood what the girl was asking me because she was eating, and i was asking her to repeat again, that made her mad and cut the call without tell me if my order was made or not.. she was super rude omg i think i will change to pizza hut instead....
Ordered 5 pizzas and alot of other stuff the pizza was dry as hell like they was scared to put cheese or ingredients on it the the other 2 pizzas was ok cold but atleast they had cheese on it and i see why it was cold cause inwasnin the drive way working on my car when the delivery man pulled up with loud music and sat in his car in my driveway for about 5 to 10 min before he even got out his car
I placed an order at 2pm and just received these old hard pizzas at 3:10pm. The app said it left the store at 2:26 pm and I called to complain at 2:43 because I live 7 minutes away. The girl on the phone was rude and could care less and now they won’t answer the phone. I want a refund or a remake. Dominos has lost my business.
My brother placed an order for 2 large pizzas. One pepperoni, one philly steak n cheese. I searched the full large philly to find not one piece of steak on this pizza and the 1st one we ordered 2 weeks prior was delicious but this was a load of onion and green peppers and cheese. Next time Ill ask to make sure it has steak on it. Big disappointment.
The production time on the app and in store pick up were different. The pizza was not ready when I arrived in the store although the app uncared it was ready for pick up. The pizza was overcooked with a burnt crust. The burnt crust impacted the taste of the pizza. The customer before me mentioned his pizza was overcooked. The counter clerk apologized but did not offer to remake it. I would have reordered my pizza however the staff appeared stressed, confused and overwhelmed.
Tried carside for the first time. It was horrible! It took them 10 minutes to recognize Id arrive even after I followed directions on the App to check-in. My pizza was ready upon my arrival so I do not understand why it still took 10 minutes despite the fact that I was the only customer there. Then my pizza looked like it had a piece missing and was not round...almost like it was pieced together to make a whole pizza. Wish I could post a picture of it.🤬🤬🤬
Had a disappointing experience during the evening of the SuperBowl. Pizza took over an hour to arrive. We understood the delay because of the evening being busy. Our food unfortunately arrived burnt, cold, and our pizza had no sauce. I tried to call in and also wrote the customer care team to try and reach out regarding a refund or a credit for a future order. I sent in pictures with our email as well and chose to be discreet with our concerns to give them a chance to make things right. When I called the store this evening to talk to a manager I was told by an employee that they couldn’t find my account, nor did I have any credit available for above mentioned issue. Unfortunate that this couldn’t be handled with a little more courtesy
Will never never eat with the Dominos in Moody Rd again. Called order in of 2 med pizzas. They couldnt even get 2 pizzas right. 2 days in a row theyve been undered staffed (this came from a mgr) with 2 hour waut times to get a pizza. Sorry. They didnt appear to be that busy. Pizza makers not even wearing gloves. Do you realize theres a virus out there. Sally .(a mgr) was rude about fixing my order ..I wasnt gonna wait 2 more hrs. for a pizza even when the person that took my order told her what i ordered. She told me i had to bring all the food back before she could refund my money. So we refunded my card and rerang the food i recieved.. I wouldnt have been so angry if they would have just answered the phone instead of putting me on hold for 15 min. And when i tried calling back they just kept hanging up the phone ..I will auggest to my friends and associates not to purchase food from this establishment
Ordered online and requested order to be left at doorstep and to receive call or text when order arrives, approximately 1 hour later; never received call or text but received a notification that the order has arrived, they delivered to the wrong address then refused to answer the phones after over 2 hours on hold on 3 different lines. Wonderful experience if you arent hungry or want to feed your neighbors anonymously.
We order from yall at least 4 times a month. You sat your order will be ready in 10mins when I come to pick it up. Wait in the car you say. Ok you will being it out you say. Nope 30 mins later i have to go in and get it because you forgot. Happens everytime. If your not going to remember to do what you say your going to do. Then let the customer wait inside so you dont forget you sent them to the car and now their pizza is cold.
I drove to the business to order some pizza, pay for it and have my pizza delivered to my workplace because l was running out of time. I am just 5 minutes away, still it took more than one hour before l received my order. On top of that, the wrong pizza was delivered to me. And to make things worst, when l called to report that to the pizza place on moody rd the smart punk who answered the phone hung up on me as he kept insisting that what was delivered was what was ordered. I ordered my food and l know what l ordered. What a great note fir customer service. I am in sales and l know about customer service. If l ever talk to a customer the way this guy did to me l am more than certain that l would be fired if the customer makes a complaint and my boss reviews the audio tape to hear the conversation and forget about having a job the next day if l ever hung up the phone on my customer. Some businesses suck some businesses flourish. With that kind of customer services lets see where it will take them sooner than later. I am sure l am not the only customer it happened to with no apologies or refund.

I call back and ask to speak to a manager and hear i dont kno he wants a manager? Random person picks up the phone and offers a medium pizza when i just spent 50 dollars on garbage! My order online didnt get thru so ordered and paid at the store and waited for them to bring it out when it was done. I had to go back in and ask for it and it was cold and had been sitting on the shelf for awhile. no offer for not bring it out within 2 minutes of being made so they dont live up to add on TV. Very Disappointed
We are new to Warner Robins and we wanted to order pizza from Dominos for the 1st time here. We placed the order online in order to take part in the deals and we paid with a credit card. We called after an hour of waiting and the manager said he cancelled the order because he called a number listed on our PAID order and said some one picked up and said no pizza was ordered! He also said he calls all new customers in the area. So, we replaced the order for a second time and called to confirm the order, the manager then informed me that he was going to have to see I.D. on our paid and verified order before he was going to allow us to have food we paid for! I have ordered from other Dominos in GA and in several states and I have never been treated like a criminal on a paid for order. Very disappointed.
Daniella would not take my $50 with a $16 order. I would’ve received $34 in change but she said we can not take $50 bills. I said ok and pulled out my debit card. She refused to receive payment without me showing her my ID for my own debit card! It’s no place online that says bring your ID with your form of payment. I was highly upset and disappointed w/ the customer service. Oh I forgot to mention that she had headphones in while taking my order. Highly unprofessional! This is the 2nd time this has happened this month and I will not be returning to this dominos! I will definitely drive an additional 10-15 minute across town to the other dominos. Thank You
We order from here every once in a while and it’s always been good until today. My roommate, who is 9 months pregnant, ordered us a pizza on her card and called up there to ask if it was okay for us to pick up the pizza. The manager cancelled our PAID order because my roommate did not physically have her card with her (it was with her mom). I have never had this issue with Dominos before. He kept saying this was “their policy” but we’ve never had this issue before. I’ve never been asked to verify a card while ordering pizza, unless it was online. Especially over an already PAID order. Over a damn pizza, no less.
Some food items are really good!! I enjoy their sandwiches. Their pizza tastes awesome, but I often times find it to be extremely doughy or undercooked, even when I select the well done option. Thats my only downfall with dominos right now. Its even that way with their cheesy breads.
We order carryout here regularly, often during busy times, always ordering and paying online. The food is great, always exactly as ordered, always on time per the online pizza tracker gadget, and Im always in and out in a minute thanks to the friendly people. Cant beat it.
Absolutely love our favourite:Half veggie (roasted red pepper, mushrooms & spinach) +Half meaty (chicken, ham & mushrooms) large hand tossed pizza🍕Satisfaction every time😋Can’t beat it.Once every 6 weeks or so when we want a night off from cooking.We do carry out and it takes only 15-20 mins.Always hot, tasty and delicious.Thank you.😁
Hmm how hard is it to read an order and make the food?? Obviously very hard, waited over 48 minutes to get my hearty marinara with Italian sausage in a bread bowl only to discover I got an Alfredo with Italian sausage in a bread bow!!! Not what I ordered then call to complain no refund but “we’ll gladly give you credit towards you next order or remake it and get it out to you but just to let you know it’s going to be an hour to an hour and a half” what is wrong with people I mean duh I ordered because I was hungry not to get a credit for next time and I mean I already paid so get it remade and get it out to me ASAP or give me my money back so I can pay for Puzzahut...I already waited 48 minutes the first time...and the manager what a jerk couldn’t even pretend to be empathetic and was rather rude to the point he actually made me get angry and I never get angry..heck last time they screwed up my order I was as nice as could be!!
Worse Domino’s location I have ever been serviced by. After placing an online order from my office, the delivery driver tells my kids they can give them pizza if they can’t show my debit card.This is a very poor business process that needs to be revamped. Severely disappointed!
Called to place an order for pick up, person who answered was rude. Then when I get my pizza its cold and made horribly. Hardly any sauce, lots of dough bubbles and no crust seasoning. Simple pepperoni pizza. You could tell he rushed through it. Wont return and wont suggest anyone else waste their money there either.
Great place and great food. Cant give five stars because every time i order Marinara sauce i never get it. And they charge extra for extra sauce cups. I had to call them last time to make sure i got it. C,mon guys. Not that hard to throw the sauce cup in the box or bag.
Not sure who I talked to but she was very short and not seemingly wanting to help. I’m new to my location and she talked to me as if I should’ve known that they didn’t deliver here. Then she hung up after I said to cancel my order. Very unprofessional. This is not how you conduct business...

2022-06-08Lately they have definitely not been doing satisfactory at all!! They never answer the phone. They send pizzas that are not right. One night we ordered and they took the order and everything and then never brought it to us. It would have been nice to get a call or something. Not just do nothing while we wait on an order. 🙄🙄

2022-03-06I am not one to complain BUT…Ordered thru the app (which we do ALL the time with great service) tonight after an hour and a half of waiting and being notified order complete with no order delivered I tried to call sat on hold 20 minutes got in my car and while in line got a call our order was on the porch. Two hours later we get home to cold pizza I had to cut. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had here.With all that being said I know people are struggling now but find a way to let customers know how backed up you are!!

2022-04-14Always order from this location and never have a problem. Hot pizza that is just like i order it and the delivery time is usually spot on. Only 1 or 2 times it took longer than expected. Delivery drivers have been pleasant. I recommend this place

2022-02-14Took over 2 hours to make my pizzas. Once I was notified my pizza was ready. It took another hour of waiting. My pizzas were ready the whole time. Went home with cold pizzas. Next time Ill save myself the hassle and get from another place. Never ordering from this dominos again.

2022-06-08Ive ordered from this dominos a few times in the past and have never had an issue, seriously though my order considered complete, never got my order I have tried calling only to get absolutely no answer. This review is based solely on this instance, maybe that seems unfair but I never got my order and was charged for it. Why? Idk, Ill never get an answer because they dont pick up the phone. Some kind of call or anything would have been great to know whats going on but no, nothing at all

2022-03-05Theres a full crew working back there but somehow half a dozen people have been waiting here long after the tracker says thier food is ready. Why am I sitting here? Because delivery is not an option so if a sudden. So come on down and wait for them to eventually cook a friggin pizza. Ive gone to so many dominoes and this is the worst.

2021-04-15We use this Dominos Pizza location for large orders for our church youth group. The staff has always been nice. The orders are ready at the specified time and they are hot and fresh. The pizza is priced right and we dont break our budget buying from here.

2022-06-13No communication, called the hotline bc their lines weren’t working at the store and the guy was rude. My husband and daughter went to pick the pizza up after 2 hours and they said we didn’t have to worry about it they’d deliver it. The pizza never came and no one would answer for us to get a refund 5 hours after the order was placed (we were trying to be pleasant for the promotion they had going.)

2022-05-25The absolute worst pizza place in Warner Robins. I am baffled at the absolute lack of professionalism and integrity this “pizza place” has. If i wanted terrible customer service and no pizza i would have went to a prison. Maybe in the near future they could possibly change their ways , but i doubt it.
