We bought a brand new grand Cherokee L from Don Jackson. Felix and Sean were both outstanding to work with. Felix was extremely helpful with finding the right vehicle for us. Sean really landed the plane after everything was concluded and we had a couple of minor issues to get sorted out. It was pleasant to continue to get excellent customer service even weeks after the deal had been completed.
We all read reviews and wonder is this a real person? Let me first say I really hate car shopping. Usually ends in a long drawn out miserable experience……..until I met Darryl at Don Jackson. We just purchased a used car off their lot. Darryl and the finance manager Eddie did a fantastic job.I hate wasting my time. They had paperwork ready to review after test ride and ready to go. Darryl went out of his way to make it a very smooth and easy transaction at a very fair price……even in these tough car buying times.I had an especially tough week and they really made the process to get into the vehicle as smooth as possible. So if you are looking to buy a car…..go ask for Darryl and see what inventory they have. Its well worth your time…..and the honest of a fair deal.
I recently purchased a 2021 Ram Limited from Big Carl Herdt at Don Jackson. Carl was truly amazing to work with, especially since I purchased the truck sight unseen from 400 miles away. He took the time to do a video call with me and helped me examine the truck remotely. He even arranged to have someone drive the truck to meet me as I was on the way back from vacation and it would have taken me an extra five or six hours to go to the dealership. The finance manager was also amazing! I couldnt rate this dealership any higher and its primarily due to the great work of Big Carl! Thanks much!

I can’t say enough about the integrity of Danny Jackson, Jimmy Fults, Felix Brown and the rest of the crew at Don Jackson North. Last week, Jimmy Fults assisted me in purchasing a used Lexus. It was getting on in miles and I understood I was going to be putting some work into the car. We negotiated a price I could agree with, completed the purchase, then I left the car at the dealership while they took care of some things on it that needed addressing.After a few days Jimmy called me to inform me that the service manager had noticed some huge mechanical issues I had missed during the test drive. Jimmy said the decision was made that I would be refunded the full amount of the purchase and sure enough a refund check was issued shortly thereafter.I was floored, and extremely impressed the dealership didn’t let me leave the lot with an As-Is broken car. Years ago I worked at a large metro dealership and I can tell you without a doubt that dealership would have let me leave with that vehicle. Most dealerships would do the same.I couldn’t be happier with the honesty and professionalism that I experienced with Don Jackson North. Eric Palmer at this location was wonderful! I was so upset from a previous dealership I went to purchase a Jeep wrangler and Eric listened to all my needs. My husband and I have been to a few dealerships. Don Jackson really is the best place yet. Every body was super nice but the real reason is that they made sure that we had every incentive, every discount offered and they were very thorough. We might not ever need a new vehicle again but we like how we were treated at Don Jackson so much, that we will definitely make the drive for any service needs or any concerns with our cars and trucks. Great place! Definitely our only and last dealership well ever have.
Fantastic customer service and great experience with my sales guy. Went out for a test drive and then said yes this will work. After financing got involved they said they couldnt hit the number that I needed for payment so I left. 30 mins later my sales guy called and told me they had it all worked outReturned to the dealership and was signing all the paperwork for the truck and noticed they were selling me the same model truck but completely different without telling me and they said this was the only way payment could work to my number...really horrible experience-bought over a dozen vehicles and never experienced or expected something like this to happenCant really explain this experience other that just WOW
Worst experience I’ve ever had. Drove 3 hours to see a truck that was still available got to the dealership at 4 didn’t leave till 8:30. Told me I needed a co-sign and that he had to be present drove all the way next day in the morning they told me to re submit my credit application and now they said I don’t need a co-sign. Leaving to get the truck half way there they said somebody is looking at it and is getting ready to finance it. They were supposed to let me know if it sold if not they were gone deliver it never got a response. Talked with all the managers never got a response from anybody. Worst dealership wasted two days for nothing!

I typically never post reviews, but with my disgraceful encounter with Corey today, I just had to.I will spare the details, but I’ve never for more discriminated, belittled, and disrespected in my life. Terrible experience while visiting this dealership, and I would never do business with them ever. Please beware. I’d take my business elsewhere than purchasing from this dealership.
Very nice clean, shiny new building. I cant speak on the rest of the staff because for the most part all I got were cold looks and unfriendly stares, but I cannot say enough about my sales guy Corey and the finance manager Mike. These guys went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. I was buying 2 vehicles at the same time and it was a little tricky, they stayed til well after close that night to get the deal done. They even let me go ahead and take my new truck home that night before the deal was done and it was officially mine (I dont know if I shouldve said that, hope that doesnt get you guys in trouble) but, that just goes to show you how confident they were and that their customer service is unprecedented! Thank you guys for doing what you do!
As a former service advisor, I have high expectations when I bring my vehicles in for service. I have been to two other dealerships closer to me but will continue to drive further to Don Jackson with our 3 Mopars for service due to the exceptional service we’ve received. Everyone from our service advisor Chelsea to the managers to the technicians have gone above and beyond. They will earn our business in sales also when it’s time to buy again. If there were 10 stars I’d give them 10!
The third or fourth time I’ve had my Jeep serviced here and I believe everyone that works in the service department wants to kill themselves. I swear it seems like they would hide behind each other to avoid smiling and actually treating a customer like they were wanted or appreciated. It’s an atmosphere unlike any dealership I’ve ever patronized and right now all I want to do is pray that a service department will open somewhere closer to where I reside. It’s just depressing to go here!
My husband took me too Don Jackson dealership today. I need a bigger car. We went through several cars. I had to walk up to get a salesman to help. Schoolfield was the salesman I drove a car I really liked. I was up front with the salesman and I told him I was upside down in my car, I would like a bigger car. He said we will make it happen. We went inside I provided all my information he requested. It was quick and easy because I had it readily available. Schoolfield came back with an offer, it included a 2500 dealer discount along with a good trade in on my car which is what blue book says it’s worth. I asked for a first responder discount which he said I don’t know, I said there is one and he found it which would be 500 more off. I’m close to paying the difference in what is owed on my car so it wasn’t much to finance. I met the finance manager Steve Bernstein. He gave me his card said to call him with anything. The deal was taking a longer than expected and due to night shift I had to leave. I was told they would contact me with in an hour. I was told by Schoolfield he was going to make this happen.So I had high hopes. Excited! With in an hour no return call. Call Schoolfield went to voicemail so I called Steve Bernstein, he answered, I identified myself, he told me was with customers and he would have to call me back. I am customer. Not to Bernstein. I called my sales person after waiting on a return call, no answer, however he called me back. Said give me 5 min I’ll call you back. 45 min passed I called him back, he said they wouldn’t finance the jeep I was looking at…they wanted to take 16,000.00 off the jeep to finance. My trade in was at book value with a warranty and with what I was putting down and the extra discount I got through first responders, I may have paid over 1500.00 with my difference. If a loan company wants to take off 16,000.00 to finance a car then it isn’t the customers problem. I would be careful here at this dealership. Shady is what I have ready in the review, poor customer service, General Manager does not take accountability for his sales men or this company. He won’t answer. I’m not sending this review because I didn’t get what I want, sure I’m disappointed, however it was the manner in which it was handled and poor professionalism the sales man and finance manger along with General Manager exemplified!!!! You say your going to call back..do it be up front. Be real. I wouldn’t buy from them I won’t buy from them!! I will find another dealership who wants my business!!
Ive bought alot of vehicles in my life, but ive never had an experiance like the folks over at Don Jackson North. Good people, very friendly and most important they do buisness the right way! I recently had my truck checked by the service department. I had some issues that took place with that service. I want say that experience was turned around by the follow up of the service manager Scott. He addressed the problem that happened and made it right. He exceeded my expectations and changed my perception. Im very pleased with the work done and I will be bringing my Truck back. In this day an time of people not standing behind products and work Scott and his team are not the norm they are stand up guys. It started off a little rocky with the in transit order and the lack of communication; but Caydin took over and turned the experience around and even meet us 100 miles away to deliver the Jeep Hightide. He was a very professional young man and took the time after his work hours to show us the ins and outs of the Hightide....highly highly recommend him. Great experience with Caydin.
I had a pretty decent experience at Don Jackson. I called about a certain vehicle and when I arrived the person I talked to on the phone wasnt available. I ended up dealing with Jason Ryal who was a good salesperson but I feel he couldve done better with prices and other things. They fix some of the repairs on the vehicle I was purchasing but they didnt even bother with the main problem I had with the vehicle. They also gave me a loaner vehicle while they work on my vehicle which I appreciate but it was dirty and had a bad odor. They also wouldnt give me a full tank to leave on but no big deal I guess it just business. Overall good experience just wish they would appreciate their customers more.
This dealership appears to be a good one and certainly provides good service. They only received 4 stars because they did not call me when the van I brought them to service was ready. I only knew because I continued to check back. Big Carl was very helpful in their sales dept., and even though I did not buy a car, Carl answered some questions and gave some helpful advice.
Found a 2015 Ram online and Mr. Phillip was able to get me in for a test drive that very day and I ended up taking it home with me! The buying experience was quick and simple. Everyone from Salesman, Rafael, to finance, Stacy, were all extremely informative and helpful. Even another salesman, Jimmy, went above-and-beyond to help me in whatever way possible to ensure I was satisfied and helped me get my rental back to Enterprise. Only downside was that the gas tank on the Ram I purchased was barely over quarter-full. But overall, great experience!Thank you to all the staff.
Ben in the parts department, has gone above and beyond for me. I was a picky buyer , needed a trailer hitch and camper top. It was written into the deal. He had the hitch put on as I was signing the deal. This was On his day off. He has communicated almost daily with me for the camper top. Never mislead and has delivered on every promise. This was my first time buying a truck and my experience could not have been any better with the sales professional I worked with Dustin Deloach. He wasn’t aggressive, answered all of our questions and was a great listener. It was refreshing to work with someone who had a relaxed approach and who took the time to explain their business model and pricing. When it came time to feel good about our trade in and overall price for the truck, everyone walked away feeling good without all of the uncomfortableness that often comes with a negotiation.
I stopped by Don Jackson North, on a Wed. night. I was just checking to see if they had any jeep gladiators on there lot. The store was closed, as expected, it was 10 pm. However; a manager was just leaving, for the evening. he stopped and greeted me and gave me a card and assured me, that he would sell me a gladiator if I came back, to see him. Well, I did the next day. He put me with a awesome salesman(Brandon) who was very familiar and knowledgeable with the vehicle i wanted to purchase! which is very important, to me by the way! After my test drive, I was ready to make a deal. No haggling! I was told by the manager, if i came back, he would sale me a truck. He did exactly that!!! DELIVERED SERVICE!! is what I got at DON JACKSON NORTH! I got my jeep gladiator!!
So i came in to purchase a vehicle Jim was an amazing employee there he is the one who showed me all the cars that i was looking at. HOWEVER Eddie the person who handled my transaction WOULD NOT give me the listed price on there website even when i came in to the store with the add (which specificly says if you want this price on the vehicle bring the add with you into our store to get it) outright refused to give me the price on my vehicle that was listed and i came in to buy against what there dealership is advertising so i had to buy the vehicle for over $1500 over what it was listed for online, and now after 30 days my temporary tag is about to expire and i called the tag office because i still hadnt received my tag and come to find out that the dealership never sent my tag transfer information to them. Overall and very shady place only concerned about money and not the deals that they are posting online and has no consideration for there customers. even though i ended up purchasing a vehicle from them. i can guarantee you i will not be doing a trade in or any refiancing through them based on there complete disrespect for there comsumers and customers. and as a person who manages a place that works on cars i am absolutely appalled at how i was treated and disrespected!
Sitting in the sales managers office (Malone) having a conversation and his cell phone rings. He answers it and starts having a conversation on speaker phone with a man about a jeep renegade. Absolutely no consideration that I was sitting right in front of him . After about 5 minutes I got up and walked out as his conversation was not ending. I heard his cell phone hit his desk as I walked out as if he was frustrated with me! Perhaps had I been a man I would have gotten his full attention. The sales guy said he would call back and didn’t . I called and left a message with no response. I called the next day and the salesman did answer the phone, when I told him my name I was hung up on. I called back and was told he was with a customer. I left a message and still no response of any kind. This salesman has “Jackson” in his name so I would have expected him to represent his family business better with common courtesy. Absolutely horrible experience and do not recommend! Customer service is non existent.
I bought my RAM remotely. My salesman Dustin performed flawlessly. I am a tough customer to please. I have purchased 5 RAMS in the last 10 years and this has been the best experience to date. My deal was more complex than most because I had my RAM customized. Everything was exactly as agreed upon, on time, without complication. Don Jackson has their act together.
Basically buying a car for me has rarely been a good experience. I have terribly anxiety issues, and with my ADHD car buying can be overwhelming. Wondering am I asking the right questions? What should I be asking? Is this dealership trying to pull anything? Why such a good price ,etc. However, after succuring an appointment with the dealership, through Phillip, and making sure it was the car I wanted. I went in to the dealership, looked at and inspected the vehicle, compared stats on the research I compiled about the car with the car dealers info. Within an hour and a half, I had my keys in hand, a deal was struck, and I couldnt be happier with my purchase! Unless anything drastic happens in the future to change my mind, I would go to Don Jacksons Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep... For all my car buying needs!
Not having the exact jeep gladiator I wanted on the lot I decided to order one. My sales person Brandon Bell was very helpful explaining the 8-10 week time period it takes to order a jeep gladiator, and when it arrived it came in with exactly what I wanted. I was very happy I made the decision to wait and order and Brandon did a great job getting this done. It arrived exactly as he had specified. I understand if someone comes first to buy the vehicle you were looking at getting. However, if someone sets up an appointment with you and drives an hour and 20 minutes to come see it. Atleast have the respect to call the customer and tell them the vehicle has sold. I would of been perfectly okay with that. Not only I had to drive the an hour and 20 there and back. Had to waste gas which isnt cheap and put usless miles on a car that I am trying to trade in. A simple call would of been great.
Painless purchase. Found the Jeep I wanted online, everything was done by text messages, even the appraisal. Picked up the check and spent less than an hour at the dealership. No pressure nor harassment at all 👍🏼👍🏼Jimmy was on point. I do recommend doing business here
Although it was a little bit of a drive to get to, it was a pretty good car buying experience. No high pressure sales tactics, no junk fees like so many of the other dealers we went to. And the vehicle we were looking at online was there at the lot and available for purchase when we got there. That seems to be another difference these days when one car was sold online as we were taking it for a test drive.Long story short, I would do businesses here again.
Worst dealership experience ever. Not only do they FALSELY ADVERTISE but Philip Malone is extremely rude. Got the certificate shown below from True Car and when I get to the dealer Im told the actual price of the vehicle is $68,000, not $46,947. He then proceeds to tell me that the price shown is for the vehicle if it was stock. The pictures clearly show a modified Jeep. This is exact definition of FALSE ADVERTISING
Everything was great- I got a Jeep 4XE and everything was easy, from walking in the door, to test drive, to the mountains of paperwork ( which is always required with any deal)!My only complaint is my hybrid was not charged up and ready to go when I picked it up the next day. Oh well.
Just bought a Jeep Gladiator today from here. I have bought my share of vehicles in my time and I have to say this was the least stressful and smoothest transaction ever. Luke was my sales rep and he was great. If you’re looking to buy a car, give him a call. Eddie is finance was great too. He got me a great rate and didn’t make me wait too long. I was in and out with a new ride after a trade-in in right at hours! Highly recommend!!!
This is the ONLY Jeep dealership that actually helped me and didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They actually took the time to help me figure out how to get my Jeep fixed under warrantee.Shout out to Paula for her professional AND friendly service. She was beyond patient and helpful and knowledgeable.She made sure I could get my Jeep fixed the weekend I was out of town. she told me step by step what to do.ALL the other dealerships told me I had to wait 3-4 weeks (not possible when you’re car needs fixed!) and that was it…no assistance or help at all in a stressful situation.The other dealerships are seriously rude and unhelpful. I cannot stress this enough.Don Jackson dealership itself is TOP rate.It’s worth the extra drive from Atlanta or anywhere.Try your luck at Ed Voyles or Landmark that will “sell you” whatever you want, but trust, they don’t care about you after the sale. They will not help you when you need it the most.

I purchased my 2020 Jeep Compass in April 2020. I have nothing but good things to say about my continued experience with Don Jackson. I had a great sales experience where there was zero pressure placed on me to buy and this was in the height of Covid after they had just opened. In November the Jeep had some issues but the service team took care of it and even put me in an amazing upgraded loaner Jeep. They remind me of all the reasons I love Jeep and will continue to own one.
Felix was my salesman. I was recommended to him through a friend that purchased a truck at Don Jackson. Felix was his sales person. I got approved over the phone. They offered to deliver my car to my front door. However, I decided to travel to Cummings to pick up my car. Everyone was helpful and Chris the finance person was very nice and personable just like Mr. Felix Brown. I would recommend my friends to purchase their next car from Don Jackson Chrysler Dodge Jeep.
Took my Jeep in after being rear ended, and my headrests needs to be reset by the dealership. They accommodated my busy schedule, repaired my Jeep in a super timely manner, and also checked and noticed my car had a recall for a catalytic converter. Chelsea in the service desk told me it was already ordered, when I picked up my car and it would just need a day to schedule to change out for a new one. Great service and that’s very valued from a tired night shift nurse with two under three. Thanks you all for the great service!
In my previous experiences with dealerships, I’ve felt rushed through the process just so that they can get my sale. My whole experience with the Don Jackson team was nothing but pleasant! We drove in from Augusta, so they stayed late just for us to buy my dream Jeep. Everyone was honest with my husband and I as a young couple and didn’t push anything on us when it came to additional products and bells and whistles. We walked away without feeling overwhelmed, and we’re so thrilled that we came to them for our Jeep. We can’t recommend them more!!
Worst dealership with terrible sales and service dept EVER!! They messed up a deal that resulted in me going elsewhere to get a new Dodge truck. I have been trying to file a claim to have rims fixed from a blow out. I have an insurance policy that covers them. They have had my damaged rims for over a month! Have not been able to get a call back for an update from anyone in the service dept! Went by the dealership today only to find out they had NOT done ANYTHING!! Go anywhere but here!
I had a great experience buying my truck here. The sales reps are great. Ester is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to and Corey, who ended up doing the sale, didnt try to sell me something I didnt want, really going the extra mile to find the perfect vehicle for my budget. Mike from finance is great too, taking lots of time to explain the process to me.
I went in for an oil change for my Jeep. While I was there, I purchased running boards for the same Jeep. They were installed quickly and efficiently. My oil was also changed as well. All the selection, none of the hassle. These guys know your time is precious and will not waste it trying to talk you into something you dont need. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and will work with you to obtain the best deal that fits your budget. My salesman was Randy, and in all the dealerships I have been in (which is many) Ive never had a more pleasant experience. I cant recommend these guys enough if you are looking for a Jeep!!
Probably the worst car buying experience Ive had to date. Called ahead to check to verify the vehicle was in stock, drove an hour, test drove the vehicle, advised I was interested was told to sit down after filling a credit app out, the sales associate was very dismissive and not communicative with me at all, I waited an hour and 48 minutes before they even pulled my credit with no update until I went to personally find the sales associate and advise that Im happy to leave to go purchase this vehicle at another dealership since they were extremely dismissive with me and did not value my business.Would not recommend. Im aware it was a Saturday and there were several others ahead of me, but ALL car buyers, even single women which everyone knows are rarely taken seriously at dealerships, should be treated as if they are respected and valued customers even if they are not buying a brand new $50k vehicle. The finance rep was equally as dismissive and was not thorough whatsoever. Situation would have been made better had it been for more communication, Ive bought over 20 vehicles, I understand it averages about 2-4 hours when purchasing a vehicle but there was absolutely nothing but excuses that I was told. It was interesting the process was finally rushed through after I had to threaten twice to take my business and my money elsewhere.
We had the best car buying experience with Don Jackson. We contacted them on a Sunday night about a Jeep we saw on their website. We didn’t expect to hear back until Monday morning but within minutes we received an email from Eddie Lopez giving us details about the vehicle. We called Monday morning, did a test drive and Monday night we closed the deal. Excellent customer service from Eddie, he is friendly and knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with him. Eddie and every team member we met exceeded our expectations!

The entire process from start to finish was wonderful. Fantastic young man was our salesperson, Steven. He was courteous, professional and worked so hard for us. Stacey and Teddy in the office were exceptional and also went above and beyond what was required. The car was a present for my daughters 16th birthday. They had it detailed and brought on the showroom floor with balloons, a big red bow and Happy 16th Birthday and our daughter’s name written across the windshield. Ive been trying to buy a Hellcat from these people for almost a solid week now. Ive had 2 phone calls from a very sweet lady named Annie who has been trying to help. Ive had 1 phone call from some guy who ask me what I was looking for as he yawned several times. I was told Ill let them know what youre looking for and someone will call you back. That was 2 days ago. I called the dealership myself last night and spoke with a lady unsure of her name who also said she would let the sales manager know of the problem I am having and someone would call me today. As of right now...crickets.. Im not sure if its because Im 2 hours away or maybe they just dont want my money. Very unhappy at this point. Either way to you Annie and to the lady I spoke with last night thank you for your trying to help.
New member to the RAM nation and first time visitor to the Don Jackson service department. I walked in midday with no prescheduled appointment for a routine oil / filter change and multi point inspection. Everyone was friendly and the service was quick compared to other places. The service department was rather busy so my total service wait time was just over an hour. Overall, it was a positive experience with Don Jackson North! Ill be back for sure!
Me and my wife went in looking for a Jeep Compass that we seen online. Randy came up to us and I thought oh boy a pushy salesman. I showed him what I wanted to see but it sold the day before. We found a couple that we wanted to test drive. He gave us the keys and we drove them both and we picked out one. Boy was I wrong about him never felt pressured by Randy and was shocked how smooth everything went. I would definitely recommend them and I would buy another vehicle from them. Process started off great love my car but it took 30 days to fund my deal still haven’t received my tag on top of that nobody wants to help when I call it’s he’s not available or I’ll find out and I have to call them back the next day just to restart the process. Bought a 2016 Lexus RC350 put 1500 miles on it had to get oil changed... hmmm than after that I notice my brakes aren’t very good so had them checked those also need replaced after only 1500 miles... than I get a call and my taxes weren’t done correctly so now I have to pay $350 out of my pocket to cover that. After I put $4,000 down and financed $36,000 I love my car just want help.

Reading the reviews looks like majority have got good sales assistance but mine wasnt the same.One of the worst engaging staff as if they dont want to sell cars.We were in to see the jeep line ups and these are some of the comments we got - go online and check it out we dont have them in stock. You pay 5k above MSRP. Why you want to get a Jeep wrangler if you arent off roading I mean WHAT?So all who buy jeeps must be leaving in the mountains or forest then.. it felt we werent welcomed and therefore we left.Hope this is addressed for future customers that visit this place.
Excellent experiences in both sales and service. In sales, they gave me a much better price than the Atlanta dealerships I also priced ($4K cheaper than one of them) and the sales experience went off without a hitch.On service, I had been told by Landmark Jeep that I needed rear brake pads + turned rotors (after having charged me too much for another simple repair). After those experiences, I decided to come to Don Jackson instead for a second opinion/to do the work. They were honest and said that all 4 brakes were fine and there was nothing to do yet on them. I will do all future maintenance here. I will drive past 2 other dealerships to come up here because I trust them that much more.
Great customer service, excellent price (new purchase and trade-in), and a team willing to make the deal happen. If you havent given these guys a shot at your business, you are missing out. Randy Davis (sales) listened to my needs, sat through several critical test drives, answered all of my questions (even those he didnt know off hand), followed up on time as promised over several days, and ultimately closed the sale through consultation, not selling. The 2021 Ram 2500 I purchased checked every box. Ill be referring anyone in need of new or used vehicle to him first. I bought my truck solely over the internet and the phone. Which is an absolute nightmare on both ends. However Big Carl did make it happen. I also got an awesome deal on a great truck! It was one of the best prices in the US. I flew from Colorado to Georgia to get it. I highly recommend if you are interested give Big Carl a call and see what he can do for you!
Took my Pacifica in due to what I believed was a bad battery bit also a possible bad alternator. Due to current staffing issues I was told they may not get to in until Wednesday. Paula in service was amazing in finding a way to get me in for a quick battery check and change (it was a bad battery). All still under warranty so it was an all around win for me. After searching for the perfect Ram and dealing with several pushy and rude salesman I came across this dealership and Phillip Malone. He was very ethical and not pushy what so ever. He treated me like a customer and not just a sale, unlike the many other dealerships I called. I was an out of state buyer and he handled everything over the phone so all I had to do is sign once I got to the dealership. He even picked me up after I flew in. The truck was even better than I imagined and dealing with Mr. Malone and his co-workers was a pleasure.

The sales rep was great, thank you Zack Buchan, who went over all of the features and benefits of my new truck. My time in finance was superb, thank you Eddie Larsen, was able to get added protection with an extended warranty. I spoke with the sales manager to discuss my trade and different options, thank you David Quick. I got to meet the GM, Danny Jackson, who was quick to answer my questions and service my needs. I also was put in contact with the Service department who got my bed liner installed within a few days. I even was introduced to the owner, Derek Jackson. I just had new all terrain tires installed with steering stabilizers, lifters, and a new new steel front bumper and wench. The service department was fantastic and Michael the tech and Ben took great care showing us how the auxiliary lights, and wench worked once installed.

I have attempted to spend in excess of $115,000 for two vehicles over the last 12 months at Don Jackson. Both times they have made it incredibly difficult and have zero industry knowledge. I bought the first vehicle at another dealership, and will now be going to a different dealership for the second. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM DON JACKSON!!!
My husband and I came in to look at a Grand Cherokee posted online for sale which we ended up purchasing. Everyone was really pleasant and it really was a good experience. We purchased the vehicle cash around February 20th and still have not received our hard plate. No updates and the run around every time we tried to get updates on the status of receiving our hard plate. We had to get an extension on the drive out tag. Its May 5 and were one day short of the second drive out tag expiring. No way you can file for an extension on the drive out tag a second time. We happened to call DOR in our county and they told us we can finally pick up our hard plate with $20. Weve brought a couple of cars recently and the tags were mailed to us.
I went with our daughter to buy a used car and the process exceeded our expectations. Philip Martin assisted us with the purchase. He was available at all times to answer questions and provide information as needed. There was no pressure at all. I would recommend Philip to anyone needing help with a car purcase.

Service advisors can be hit or miss. But Jason is great. He really listened to my concerns about my Jeep, and has a great attention to details.As a whole, the service department is great. The staff was very friendly and the waiting room was comfortable and clean. Not to mention they have free ice cream which is super nice on a hot day.
Big Carl was a great help when it came down to purchasing a car. I never experienced stuck easy car buying process. Great conversation and very professional. Only issue I had is that, it took the don jackson title department to long to send over my title to the DMV so I could get my tag. Other then that, definitely go see Big Carl. He will help you out.

First service since we bought the vehicle here. Pretty good overall, but would have liked a call back once the car was ready. I dropped it off for an oil change and tire rotation and finally called since it had been there for four hours. Much better experience than with the Sales people!

First off, everyone was super friendly (yes, I know they are trying to sell me car), regardless it was a great environment for me, my wife, and my kid. hanging out in a dealership for hours is rough, but it we got a tour, snacks for the little one, and more. Zach Smith sold me my new Ram 1500, something Ive always wanted, and it was a really good experience. Im in sales, and I HATE the aggressive tactics, and I just felt like he was right with me in regards to understanding what we needed, and how I wanted the whole interaction to go. Also, there were multiples things I needed after I left and he answered the phone or text messages immediately, even after the sale. I highly recommend Zach Smith (be specific, there are multiples) if you go end up needing some help, hes worth it.
Absolutely best car buying experience. I was extremely frustrated because my vehicle motor went out. I had no idea what car I wanted. Just needed a new car. My salesman was Trey. He was patient, upfront and honest. He earned my trust. We looked at my options and I was excited with the decision. The manager was Eddie a very funny guy. We laughed and signed paperwork. I bought my first brand new car here and I will only buy my cars here from now on. The staff made me feel like everything was my decision and waiting very patiently while I took my time making all of the decisions that come with a new car. I never felt pressured or hurried along, which means the world to me. Jeremy Robinson doesnt sell cars, he instills a sense of confidence and security to everyone he works with. If you buy a car from here tell them to get off their a**es and get your permanent tag to you asap otherwise youll have to be managing them to get your tag to you and will have to be dealing with the tag office to get a temporary tag extension which everybody knows how it goes at the tag office. Absolutely unreal if I knew Id be going through this I wouldve just went to another dealership to get the car I wanted!
I have had ongoing issues with my ram truck and Jon in service has taken care of all of my problems. At first it was a misunderstanding but Jon was very quick and helpful to make things right. He even gave me his personal number to keep me up to date on how things where coming along. Now that’s good service!
Shady business practice. My husband and I casually discussed selling our Jeep and stopped by Don Jackson to see what they’d offer on the sell. We spoke with a salesman as well as Danny Jackson and had such a pleasant chat with them. Danny (the GM) gave us a written offer on his business card and said that he’d stand behind that offer for 30 days and that when we got serious about selling... to please come back and see him because he’d love our business. We were very encouraged with how nice a guy he was and how good the conversation was. After shopping around, we determined Danny’s offer to be fair and that we liked him so much, we wanted to take our business to him. My husband and I called him several times and left him voicemails, messages at the front and sent him an email to try to get in touch with him... over the course of a week, we never heard back. So, I went in person to speak with him... they would not allow me to- said he was too busy. I was greeted by another salesman who was very nice, but, gave me an offer $6,500 less than Danny gave me just 2 weeks prior. I took out Danny’s written offer and the salesman said “no problem, I’ll be right back.” He made me wait forever and came back claiming that because it was a new month (September 1st), the value of my Jeep had diminished exponentially (in less than 2 weeks) and that they could no longer stand behind that offer and the most he could give me was $6,000 less than what Danny offered, then, went on to say, “and, we will have to do it another day since I’m sure you don’t have the title with you.” I took out the title and put it on the desk and said “I’m not taking a dollar less what what Danny offered, he put the offer in writing and you guys need to stand behind that or bring him over to talk to me.” (Danny was sitting right behind the glass and never came over to talk to me) The salesman said “fair enough.” Went back to the manager office FOREVER... and, came back with a title transfer paper and odometer paper for me to sign... then, said “sign these two papers and we will get the sales paperwork written up.” I said, “no where on here does it say what you’re giving me for the Jeep... I need something in writing prior to signing the Jeep over to you.” He looked at me funny... and, went and got a paper with the price. Then, after I signed the title over, told me they don’t print checks in house and that I could pick the check up the following day and that they’d call me when the check was ready. The following day, I didn’t hear from them... it was 2 hours prior to close, and I called to inquire about the check. I was told that the courier driving the check from corporate called in sick so, it would be available the following day. The following day, I called and was told the check wouldn’t be here until Monday (a week later). (Mind you, not once did this place call to communicate with me about my money, yet, they already had my Jeep out on their lot as available inventory.) I blew up and told them that was unacceptable and that they needed to overnight me a check immediately... after going back and forth, they agreed to overnight it. Extremely sketchy, terrible communication and the seemingly super nice GM never bothered to communicate with me in any way... all around, just a complete bummer of a situation. So, now, we move into a holiday weekend and the check won’t officially hit my account until a week after they purchased the vehicle from me... which is ridiculous. I’m not sure if the entire thing was a marketing ploy to try to go back on the written offer, but, it was ridiculous and I will not take business to them in the future as a result.
I have never experienced such poor customer service. I’ve been trying to bring my Jeep in to the service department since end of September. I’ve left several messages, last one was for the manager and still no response. Bought my first Jeep from there in 2020 and that will be the last.

I tried to purchase a Jeep from Don Jackson. The two sales people I had contact with were terrible at communication. It was like I had to chase them down to give them my money. I have 20+ years of sales experience and some of that was in the car business so I can appreciate a good sales person. Unfortunately I never found a good sales person at this dealership or anyone that would even half way help me buy a vehicle. Fortunately I found another Jeep I liked at a different dealership and purchased it with ease. I even upgraded from my original plan and purchased a more expensive Jeep. Don Jackson had the exact Jeep I wanted, but they apparently didnt need my business even though this wouldve been an extremely easy sale. They even ran my credit app because I got a notification from Credit Karma (P.S. I have great credit so that wasnt the problem) and never heard from their finance department either. You shouldnt have to chase down a salesperson to buy a car. This was all just ridiculously bad....thats all I can say.
Ester was a wonderful sales person. Very personable and fun to work with. She got me the truck I wanted for what I needed for and was sooo helpful the whole way through and got me out the door that day. I definitely recommend her for your sales person if your doing business at this dealership. Out of the whole car buying experience she definitely made it worth while and pressure free for me and I really enjoyed dealing with her compared to most sales people trying to pressure you into a decision your not sure about yet.
Nina Waite was my salesperson and was amazing! I’ve bought a lot of cars over my lifetime. Nina gave me by far the best experience. I felt I was buying my new Cherokee from an old friend. If i could give them a negative review i would. We had a truck picked out and they got it approved after 4 days of waiting. Then they lost the truck we signed the pre agreement for! 🙄 was nothing but one lie after another. Never believe michael. He lied from the first day, i told my husband i wouldnt buy a candy bar from him or any dealership he works for! Go up the road save yourself the bs!
I didn’t end up leaving with a car but I just wanted to say how AMAZING Kari was. She gave us the absolute best service I could’ve imagined and was the sweetest. She was so personal and easy to talk. To say were disappointed with the customer service at this dealership is an understatement. My husband and I are both in the process of purchasing new vehicles. Weve been looking at 2016 or new models of explorers and rams. When I looked at a few vehicles online for me last month, the sales rep we were hooked up with was unresponsive. We asked for out the door pricing, more information, and got nothing. We wrote it off as someone bad in sales. When we found a Ram yesterday online for my husband I called to see if it was available and we were told it was, we were extremely happy with the price, and we hopped in the car to get there before they closed. Half way there they called back to say they were mistaken, and that the car we originally called about actually sold but there was another one for sale, similar in style, 51,000 miles, etc. My husband told her on the phone exactly what we were looking for in the truck and she confirmed it had everything we needed so we continued to head that way under the impression it was similar and that, as she said, they would likely work on the pricing. We got there, not only was it not the same style truck, but it had 33,000 miles on it, which is fine, but were still confused as to what she was originally looking at. We already knew what else they had on the lot but went inside with her. She was not knowledgeable about the trucks or features. She mentioned they had two or three more coming in about a week so we asked her to find out from her manager exactly what they were so we werent waiting on something that did not fit our needs. She went into another office and after 10 minutes she never came back. We ended up just telling her just to email us what she finds.. and of course... she didnt. Its been an extremely unpleasant experience, which is unfortunate, because its a beautiful new dealership with great cars on the lot, but weve had bad luck getting someone to actually work a deal. Basically lost out on two car sales this month from our family.
I purchased a Ram 1500 this week. From start to finish the purchase process went quickly and smoothly primarily because of the expertise of my salesman, Corey, the Finance Manager, Mike, Parts Manager, Ben and several others who pitched in to make the experience very enjoyable. Interestingly enough, I saw my truck on a Social Media ad and when I arrived at the dealership I was able to buy the exact truck advertised at exactly the advertised price. No bait and switch here.
I purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler from Don Jackson CDJR north in March 2021. The entire process was pretty average until it came time to finance. They only showed me payment options that included an extended warranty, Don Jackson advantage (rip off), and Ally gap insurance.I went home read the fine print and cancelled my VSC (vehicle service contract), Gap insurance, and tried to cancel the $1900 Don Jackson advantage because it’s literally them charging you 2k for a ceramic coating they put on the vehicle before you purchased. It offers you nothing long term. You cannot cancel it. So buy your Jeep at Carvana.I cancelled the VSC on April 15th and my auto finance company has yet to be refunded. It’s May 23rd. I’ve emailed 6 times and called 5 times only to get sent to a vm. I have not gotten any response but I’ve confirmed with Zurich (the VSC provider) that the policy was cancelled 45 days ago and refund should’ve been sent within 5-7 business days.Just save yourself the hassle and go with Carvana.
Would not recommend this dealer drove 40 miles to look at car get there they say oh we dont have this car its been sold. The car is still advertised on autotrader and dealer website get a email this morning with deals on cars guess what that car is still being advertised drove away from this place... its a joke how they run it drove towards my house to another jeep dealer I saw had a car I liked called they held car for and it was a better deal then this place a fully loaded jeep for about same price I wont be giving this place any businessI still get emails even after telling them I dont want any emails and emails on the same jeep they say they didnt haveRun away from this place
Don’t waste your time at this dealership. I went to look at two cars, and test drove one of them. I was impressed with the car and told him I was going home to get cash to pay. They sold the car before I could get back, and I only live 10 minutes away. The second vehicle, they said they couldn’t find the keys. When I called the next day, they had sold that vehicle also. Allison is absolutely phenomenal. I had an issue with an associate and her response time was beyond belief. I didnt even make it out of the door before she made it to me handling the situation with the appropriate care and kindness. She made up for the associate and ensured me this was the place to buy your car. I recommend Don Jackson to everyone looking for a reliable and affordable vehicle. Corey Johnson is also a great salesman. Very relatable, mannerful, and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 for him and Allison! Thanks you two!
They leave cars on the internet that they’ve sold months prior. I was told by the salesman they are called lures. They even dropped the price on car gurus 5 days ago on a truck they sold “months ago”. Then they showed me a truck they did have that was 5k over what I told them I wanted to spend and was told “that’s the crazy price, in case someone comes in that doesn’t negotiate. We can do around 5-6 thousand less than the sticker usually”. I know it’s a tough time for dealerships but it won’t get any better pulling stuff like this.
My Dad and I came here for me to buy my first vehicle out of college, and the service we received was second to none! They salesman and office staff were kind efficient and not pushy at all, which I love to see. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone and will be returning here for all future car purchases.
I wanted to buy my son his dream car - frostbite dodge charger SXT- for his 16th birthday. He has been waiting for this day since the 5th grade. I called the dealership on Saturday, spoke with Stacey, and the car was delivered the following morning. It was the easiest process. No more waiting in dealership lobbies for 5 hours to buy a car. Once I completed an application on line (which took literally 5 minutes) and spoke to the finance manager (literally - another 5 minutes), it was a done deal. Thank you so much Stacey for making this happen......we made a memory that will last a lifetime. DREAMS DO COME TRUE @ Don Jackson!!!!!
I absolutely love the car I purchased from them. I would of liked to see some more care from them seeing that I am in the customer service field myself. The car I got broke down 10 mins away from the dealership and they blamed the alternator or a battery problem. I was told if they are bad I would get refunded the money for fixing. Drove over 6 hours home and the next day took it to the shop. Bad battery of course. So I paid 140$ of my own money to buy it and over time I didn’t hear anything back. From the text I sent to the person who sold it to me to the phone calls I made to the dealership and I would be placed on hold with no one to answer it for minutes. I know 140$ isn’t a lot but I’m 20 years old and I don’t live with family anymore so all bills go to me. Just wish they cared alittle more.
We called this dealership in advanced to see if a vehicle was available, and Cory confirmed that it was. He told me to ask for him upon arrival. We drove an hour to see the vehicle. Upon arrival, we requested his assistance and he never came to speak to us. Another representative went to find Cory as well as the keys to the vehicle we were interested in. The gentleman walked passed us about 3 times without Cory or the keys. After waiting about 30 minutes, we walked the lot, and the car that we were interested in was not there, and no one came to help us. Very disappointed at the dishonesty and lack of customer service. I will be following up with the corporate office.
I worked with Big Carl Herdt to buy my new truck and he was great to work with. I started out with a different salesperson and the deal almost fell through. Thankfully I was able to get linked up with Carl and it was smooth sailing from then on.When I forgot my sunglasses in my old car, Carl went out of his way to retrieve them and ship them to me for free.Carl definitely made buying my new truck and easy process and Id recommend him and the Don Jackson Dealership very highly.
I have tried to get in contact with their service department for at least 5 months now. After multiple messages, I haven’t heard a peep from them. We didn’t buy our Jeep from them, but it needs a simple fix that is recommended to be done by a dealer (which they are the closest one to us). I am extraordinarily glad we didn’t buy our Jeep there, because I can’t imagine what it would be like to process a warranty repair with them. Extremely disappointed in their service/customer service.
Corey Johnson hooked me up with a 2014 RAM 1500 back in January, and I couldnt have been happier to have made my first car purchase as a college student; however, the engine soon (within 500 miles) showed a misfire in Cylinder 5, which was evaluated by a mechanic and diagnosed as a cam/lifter failure, a common issue for the 5.7L Hemi engine. I called Corey to see what we could do and he verbally confirmed multiple times that his service department would take a look at and that there shouldnt be a reason it wouldnt be free-of-charge. They charged me $100 to move a coil pack and run an emission scan on it to identify that it was an inner engine issue but they wanted to charge an additional $450 to take off the intake and investigate further!!! Buyer beware, I wouldnt recommend that anyone buy a vehicle from this dealership, as they dont care about you after you drive off the lot and will lie to get more money out of you.

Purchased a 3rd hand vehicle from them for a fair price. Ester was my handler and shes really pleasant to work with. She kept me informed all the way through the purchase process and didnt try to strong arm me. Trey in finance didnt try to oversell me with additional things which I really appreciated. Had issues with the vehicle and Keith from the maintenance team helped me out and included a tire rotation and oil change for free. Shout out to Ester for being so accessible and easy to work with. Shes off on Thursdays so dont bug her unless its an emergency.
Very friendly, yet genuine. No BS just down to business without the games. After several disappointments over the previous few days at other dealerships, Cale was as open and honest as they come. Bought a Ram from him and enjoyed the entire experience. Strongly recommend Don Jackson North.
This dealership will never have my business ever again! I have a 2014 Ram 1500 it was running rough and their shop hooked the computer and done some recalibrations and they told me to see if that fixed the problem. This was on a Saturday.They told me to call if the problem persist. I called Mon early they said they would call me back and never received a call. I called the next day to talk with the General Manager about why no one would call back and would you know he would not call me back. That really good business. Hope they are happy SCREWING ME OUT OF $65.00Oh they offered me a free oil change if I would come back.
Factory ordered a Challenger widebody and was warned from a sales person to watch out when it arrived. Boy was he right! He stated that they could sell the car easily so I would be overpriced. After dealing with that nonsense I felt awful about my purchase and their management lets say could care less about the customers and more about the buck. Sadly trouble only began there when over a month later they had not taken care of the loan payoff for my trade and my credit took a hit. Bottom line there are better dealerships you can choose that dont give the brand name a black eye!So Mr Jackson if youre reading this I hope you take better care of your customers than this.
I’m so glad I got the Ram I wanted! Because my fiancé and I had a very unique situation, it was a team effort and it took a little more time than normal but these people work magic. I had a really good experience with the team there. Reed was my sales rep he was very laid back and allowed me to tell him what I wanted. I feel like he just tried to see how close he could get to that. It did take a little longer than I thought it would but they were very busy so I understand. I highly recommend checking them out. I drove down from South Carolina and I plan to do it again when I need to buy a car for my wife.

You can Trust the people at Don Jackson DJR Service department. They have always been upfront with we. I have service on my Ram 3500 at least once a month (every 12,000 miles). Because of Don Jackson DJR, I continue to be able to push my Truck and feel confident it will preform to its potential every time.
Bought my jeep . Next day it had codes for evap issues (couldnt get it fixed because the next day was Sunday and they already closed) and then I got it home to florida and it started misfiring because the spark plug wire had been routed so close to the header it melted it. That cost me $350. All they said was *the warranty covers it* first of all it does not. Second of all the warranty hadnt even been activated yet and doesnt get turned on till after 30 or 45 days. Got the car with an empty tank of gas. Was told they changed the oil for me and the oil is almost black. Thanks. Salesman told me he drove the jeep on the weekend ..but had he actually driven it significantly as claimed it wouldve definitely fried the spark plug wire. So after communicating they stopped responding to me so Im out $350 after only owning it 2 days..I got the emissions parts and installed them another $85..then the oil change $60. Id heard great thing about Don Jackson. But at this point you wonder what kind of business is this ?
To my ultimate surprise, internet shopping with the Don Jackson sales team offered a phenomenal purchasing experience. The sales manager Phil Malone ensured the internet price was guaranteed and even greeted me upon arrival.I highly recommend my personal salesman Big Carl, who was every-so attentive to each of my inquiries, and was very knowledgeable along with being extremely easy to speak to and relate with. Hes works diligently to ensure the needs of a customer are met. Somehow he even knew I needed ice cream and it just magically appeared! Ask for him personally - you will not regret it.I also met a young, aspiring salesman with a great big smile by the name of Zack, who was ever-so congenial and eager to learn both about customers and the sales process. So if Big Carl is unavailable, lend your business to Zack as to provide him with additional sales experience and help his customer data base grow.Although paperwork is always cumbersome when making a car purchase, Mike Komlo (the financial officer) changed the dynamics of this dreaded process and made it an amazingly pleasurable experience.If youre looking to purchase a car, research the Don Jackson Chrysler North internet inventory (just as I did) or just go see them. I received a fair, guaranteed price and an outstanding experience.I only have one regret now - that I do not live close enough to choose them as my service center for my newly purchased vehicle!
Where to begin? Actually getting the vehicle was a fairly easy process, after that was the problem. When I got the vehicle back home the ac didn’t work, the ac compressor was bad, the radiator fan was bad and condenser was bad. The heated and cooled driver seat didn’t work as well as the heated steering wheel didn’t work. There was a door light at the bottom of the door that was actually taped on. ALL of this after the car had been “inspected”. They did pay for me to take it to a dealer near me to see what it would cost to fix all of that which came out to over 5,000 dollars. Which then they wanted to try and sell me the extended warranty so I could essentially pay for them not inspecting the vehicle. They didn’t want to pay to get the car fixed so they agreed to take the car back on their “7 day money back guarantee” that by the way is no longer on their website. The owner said that they were just going to take the car to auction because clearly it was a bad car. Once we returned the vehicle, it took them WEEKS to pay off the loan that was on the car. The finance department as well as the owner gave me every line in the book when I would call to see if they had paid the loan off yet. But the worst part was, they put the vehicle back on the lot for the same price!!Anyways, the loan was paid off, even though it was past the due date. The ONLY thing that saved us was our salesman who clearly had a conscience. Thank goodness for that. With out question, worst experience of my life! Don’t waste your time!!!
Okay, listen up. I am 75 years old so I have been around the block a time or two. You will never have a more pleasant and fair buying experience than when working with Ester regarding a vehicle purchase. She is the most patient, honest and straightforward salesperson I have ever worked with. She will work hard for you: No, she is not a miracle worker: Not every deal is possible. Regardless of the outcome, deal or no deal, you will truly be impressed with her outstanding professionalism.
Tried to purchase a truck and work on details. Brought my truck in for an appraisal and never heard back from my salesman. I text to follow up and was ignored until 5hrs later I was told that someone was already making a deal on The truck. Waisted my time when I could have already purchased other vehicles I was interested in. I knew I wasnt a Dodge person and now I know why.
Absolutely worst experience I ever had from a dealership. I arrived to the dealer and test drive the truck that I was interested in. After showing interest, the salesman and I begun the paperwork to purchase the truck. Shortly after the salesperson told me someone else was filling out paperwork to buy the truck also and whomever had the best offer would get the truck. If they arrive to buy the truck first, the they should have first opportunity to buy the truck or vice versa. I did not appreciate the dealership way of conducting business. Buyer beware and stay away. Who knows how they take advantage of people in finance.
I have many years experience working for dealerships. The gentleman in service seems short tempered, over worked and stressed. Please take time to return calls and when someone calls you, please don’t hang up on them while they’re still talking. Extremely rude. Would love to have my son’s truck towed there to have fixed but seriously thinking of paying more money on a tow bill to have it towed somewhere else who can assist me.
Saw a used Kia Sorrento online and headed up to the dealership. Salesman Jason was perfect to work with. Polite, courteous and knowledgeable with zero pressure from him. Decided to buy the car and we sat down with the finance manager Trey and there was a mistake on the paperwork. We pointed it out and he Immediately apologized and made the correction. All in all it was a great experience. Five stars all around. We will be back here for our next purchase.
Bad communication! I filled out a credit app for a Hemi Dodge Charger. I only received one call from a finance manager confirming my information. NEVER heard back from anyone and everytime I call I get a voicemail. I guess its okay because MOG Dodge sold me my Charger and they provided excellent customer service. Would NOT recommend this dealership!
I have to say that Im pretty happy with the car we purchased, however, getting the permanent license plate from these people has been like pulling teeth. Its been over 2 months and our SECOND temporary tag is about to expire, so the car will be inoperable until these people get it together and get our tag sent to us. We can not get another extension and ive called multiple times trying to push the matter, and whoever their tag person is , is always rude.
ZERO STARS.. this place is a complete scam!!! COMPLETE SCAM . we drove over an hour after talking to Carl on the phone and verifying the car we wanted was there to come in and buy tonight .. HE TOLD US IT WAS THERE FOR US TO BUY... we drive over an hour to walk in and be told by E Lopez that the car sold OVER a WEEK AGO! Carl greets us and pulled up with I will be happy to sell you a brand new car
Esther and the sales team were so personable and helpful while at the same time giving us space to process. We were contemplating options for our family’s transition to children who are old enough to drive so we needed some extra time to think. Trey was so knowledgeable with financing options and made the experience so positive even at that point of the process of buying a vehicle.
The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I brought my van into be looked at and the man I spoke with told me he was too busy to look at my car. I was also told he would give me a call back to set up a time I could stop back by and I haven’t heard back from him yet. I was really hopeful that with this being a new dealership that the people would be friendly and go above and beyond to make a good impression for themselves but that was not the case for Don Jackson North. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! And I am not the only person this has happened too!!
Ester is an amazing sales person, she’s kind and extremely helpful. Ester is definitely the person to go to...Ester doesn’t pressure you, she completely understood our situation and did everything in her power to get us what we need. Best experience we ever had when purchasing a car!!! Would definitely Buy another car from her in the future.
Cory Johnson is amazing! We had the WORST day ever and he did everything within his power to make sure we found what we were looking for! I love the patience he had and the determination to help us. Our car caught fire on the way to the dealership to trade in. THEY STILL TOOK THE CAR AND HONORED THE DEAL! It was completely ruined by the fire. But Cory still stuck by the deal and he was so kind!!! I will absolutely come back for my next new or used vehicle!!
Dropped by looking for a part for my Dodge that none of the parts stores carried. The parts department here was extremely helpful and gave me a great deal on a part that is difficult to find. I usually avoid dealerships at all costs, but I am going back next week to have them fix an issue on my Journey just based off of this experience. Highly recommend.

The linked me with a new Salesman, (Greg) although new, he was very helpful and financing was a breeze. Definitely one of the most pleasant car buying experiences Ive ever had. I would highly recommend Don Jackson. The finance manager was very knowledgeable and all the staff was friendly and courteous. I was even able to upgrade my tires as well. 2021-12-14We had an outstanding experience buying our new Jeep Grand Cherokee L at Don Jackson. Randy Davis worked with us and we got a great price for our new Jeep and our trade in. He was very helpful and never pushy during the entire process. Randy took the time to explain everything and then showed us how to use all the features on our new Jeep! As well, everyone at the dealership were really friendly and took the time to say hi to us and our kids while we were finishing up our paperwork. We highly recommend shopping for a vehicle at Don Jackson and working with Randy! We will be back for that Gladiator later next year!

2022-02-12DECEPTIVE DEALER TACTICS- purchased a used jeep gladiator from them remotely. Since it was being purchased remotely, i specifically asked Phillip Malone ( internet/bdc manager) if there was any kind/type of damages. He emailed back that there were none and vehicle was in showroom new condition. After purchase, the vehicle was delivered and heres a list of the damages on the showroom new vehicle they sold me:The entire undercarriage of the vehicle is covered in mud/rust/scratches and looks like its 40 years old.-The premium soft top for the vehicle is missing/was not in the vehicle upon delivery- at least 20 rock chips on front of the vehicle ( hood/grill)- paint overspray ( black) on entire cowl near the hood, seems to be a defect from the factory- black paint/mark on drivers headlight that will not come off- large scratch approx 3 inches on driver front fender- large scratch on driver door sill- passenger driver seat looks to have a tear in the leather that had been repaired- mud inside of air intake and air box- mud on top of engine and underneath engine cover- mud covering the alternator and other electrical components in the engine bay- mud covering the entire underside of the vehicle from the bottom of the rims up to the hood liner. In some areas there is mud up to 3-4 inches thick- scapes/dents on skid plates, frame, tow hitch, and undercarriage-multiple areas of rust on the undercarriage, especially where it had been scraped/damaged-vehicle is low on power steering fluid, coolant, and has 1/16th tank of fuel.Obviously this vehicle is nowhere near showroom condition and the dealer was blatantly deceptive about disclosing any issues, even after being specifically asked.i spoke to the gm on 2/1 who requested pictures of the damages. I emailed immediately after. Sent 2nd and 3rd follow up emails, called multiple times. left several messages and have not heard anything regarding a resolution for over 10 days. I also contacted jeep corporate and filed a case. Jeep corporate has also tried to contact the gm ( Danny Jackson) multiple times and he has not responded to them either.

2022-03-04I would have given this dealership a five star rating if it wasn’t for one of their employees. Upon purchasing my 2012 Ram the team did a final inspection and the truck checked out ok, minus one small thing. The fuellevel sensor was bad which was a minor fix. They asked me if I could leave the truck so that they could put a brand new fuel pump on it. The Gm also gave me a 30 day warranty if anything where to happen they would fix it at no cost to me. He also provided the proper written documents to support his promise.Now for the bad part I drove all the way from Ellenwood Ga to purchase the vehicle. The next day I return to pick up my cash purchase. After calling several times to make sure it would be ready. The service department told me Shawn had been given my key and told to contact me earlier that day to pick up my truck. Which he never did. When I arrived. I asked the lady at the front desk if Shawn was in so that I could pick up my 2012 Ram. After finding Shawn in his office gossiping with another employee. Shawn looked me in the face and ignored me until he finished gossiping about the $40,000 dollar pay cut he took at his previous dealership. I asked Shawn if he received the key to my vehicle. He rudely told me that I needed to have the last six numbers of the vin ,or he wouldn’t give me the key to my truck. I guess I look like a YOUNG BLACK THEIF who would come still a 2012 Dodge Ram. He then told me that if I didn’t have the vin he wasn’t going to help me. That’s not all after I told him I had my Drivers license and ask if he could look it up that way, my documents I left in the Ram the previous day. He told me no, and that if I didn’t have the vin there was nothing he would be able to do. Shawn then picks up the office phone calls another employee, and states that he has a black gentleman in front of him. Whom he was not going to help, and there was nothing he could do for me. I then walk into Phil’s office, to advise him of what had just happened with Shawn. The only thing Phil asked me for was my name and phone number. He pulled up my info, found my truck and walked me right to it. No vin number needed. Shawn is the Asian guy at this dealership the only person on the property I met who had a racist mentality. Everyone else did their jobs with great respect and a smile. I purchased the truck cash and because I was black and dressed down, I couldn’t get Shawn to help me retrieve my vehicle. Wow it’s sad that this still goes on. Thank you Phil, Trey and the Gm for your help you guys where amazing and professional. But because of Shawn I would never purchase another vehicle from Don Jackson.

2022-06-02EDIT: I originally left a 5 star review but due to recent events, I have updated my review.A month after I had purchased my vehicle, I still hadn’t gotten the tag. I contacted customer service 3 separate times over a week’s period and never once got a call or email back. By this time. My temp plate had expired so I was having to drive a family members vehicle for several days before I was able to go to the tag office and explain what happened, so I could receive a tag on site. The change in rating is due to poor service.This was my second time buying a car from here and this time was even better than the last. Eric was our financial manager and pulled all the strings to get us the best deal. He wasn’t pushy and was very patient with us. We got the car of my dreams. Even the body crew did great. We forgot some stuff in the car being traded in and they almost immediately called us to let us know, instead of just tossing it. Eric even called me the next day to check on us to make sure everything was okay with the car still. 12/10 would recommend

2022-06-05I love this dealership! My buying experience was the best I ever had purchasing a vehicle. I anticipated that getting my car serviced would be good, but it was actually great. The service team are very friendly, the waiting room is very open, comfortable, and thoughtful. They actually stock it with water and snacks! It was clean and relaxing and I enjoyed being there. That’s another first! My car was ready quickly and I was on my way. I highly recommend this dealership. A+ all the way!
