My son purchased a car from Chuck Adcock today that I found on the lot yesterday. Chuck held the car for us overnight without a deposit. Very straight forward and professional sale. Highly recommend Chuck. Price was very fair and very happy with our experience.
This place is amazing. Its cheep and still has good cars. If there is something wrong with the car youve purchased the mechanics will fix it and they dont charge like other mechanics. They only charge you for the parts needed and the labor.
Ive done business with Chuck at Dons for years. Always great to work with, and 5 cars later, I can tell you they have always been fine. Never a problem. Highly recommend these guys!
I give Chuck a 5 star because he always finds a way to make things right and he is always 100% honest i was in the process of buying a car and a couple weeks later it gave me a problem that neither one of us were aware of long story short Chuck made things right for me and my family I highly recommend Dons used cars

I personally have nothing against this place but I want to make it known because my fiancé is too timid to do so herself. There is a mechanic who goes by “Filo” who was super creepy and hit on my fiancé multiple times despite her telling him she was engaged and was not interested, so much so that it got to the point where she is terrified to step foot in that place and now avoids the place like the plague. He has shown up at her old place of employment just to see her and talk to her and she was so creeped out that she quit her job and had to find a new one just to get away. I’m sorry to anyone else this gentleman has made uncomfortable in his advances but I would just like to make it known as long as he works there I will keep telling everyone I know about it. Other than that every other aspect of this place was great. My future mother-in-law loved it but now she refuses to step foot here because of this “Filo” guy.
START SPREADING THE NEWS............@AutoCreditCente - DO NOT BUY HERE…………Car purchased 2 weeks ago for my 21 yr. old son; SAVED HIS MONEY, to purchase his dream car, that is now becoming a NIGHTMARE!! He drove the car from Commerce to Decatur, he drove the car once to work the next week, as well as drove it 3 times the following week, the car breaks down on the 3rd day of driving. We have the car towed back to Commerce, after calling several times, we were asked to contact Mark; after speaking with Mark he tells us it was the drivers fault……….REALLY!! So I went to my Carfax Report , YES I bought a CarFax report, with the Money Back Guarantee, only to find out it is only worth the paper it is printed on, even if it’s worth that much!!!! They were of no help, because nothing has been reported on the engine of the vehicle……………………. You didnt know this when you sold the car!!! Fast forward, in researching I found out this has happened several times, and this Mark person, relayed the exact same message……………to at least 5 other people in the past 6-8 months…………..REALLY!!! Getting ready to start a class action lawsuit, if I can get enough people.............already have 3, please spread this to your page, and let’s see what we can do to keep people from taking our HARD EARNED MONEY!!! Sorry to say, we probably will end up having the car repaired, because its what my son wants!!! Mark didnt know who he was messing with by messing with Mrs. Higgins!!!
Clean cars compared to other dealerships. Fair price for the miles and year of the car I bought(08 Honda Civic). No pressure to buy at all.
Cars are junky and overpriced , I am so sorry ! I honestly thought this was another car lot I had visited in Cornelia, Ga. These guys are very nice and were really very helpful in trying to help me find a car. Once again the cars are not junky and overpriced, my experience with them was awesome. I am still looking and had just gotten them confused with another car lot here in Cornelia. Please forgive the bad review cause yall are awesome !
My husband bought a truck, and the transmission went out about 2 months before he paid it off. This company towed the truck to the shop, put transmission in, and my husband only had to pay machanic fee, up front. The rest was paid along wit reg payment.
Great people and will work with you as long as you talk to them. Dont ignore them just keep in contact with them and he will work with you. He fixed my truck I got from him for cost of parts

2021-02-04Great! Chuck is the manager and he has many years of experience selling cars and treating people well. He and his team do their best to clean their cars and make them presentable for the new owner. They remove the seats and carpet and clean the entire vehicle. They check for mechanical problems, fix those problems, and pass a better quality vehicle on to the customer. Chuck even wants you to have the cars independently evaluated. They offer easy finance terms, many clean cars to choose from, and apart from the BUSINESS of selling cars, a lot of nice people trying to sell cars and make some money. The mechanic waldo, nickname?, is actually very knowledgeable and talented at fixing cars. He seems to know everything about many different kinds of cars. He also works independently and can be trusted to fix it right, and goes above and beyond to keep you on the road.

2019-03-29I have bought 3 cars here over the years and never had issues with any of them. They were all dependable and lasted me for years. Chuck has never steered me wrong. If I asked about a car he was honest with me about it. I would highly recommend this place for low down payments and easy payment options with option for early pay off.P.S. not kind words, honest words. :)

2021-06-05I went in today with cash in my pocket for a down payment.I was told before I even test drove the car I found that they would not sell to me.I travel and restore historical homes.My family lives here and I was the owner of A plus glass and mirror on cherry st in commerce for 7 yrs.But because my license had my address in South ga I was turned down flat .I didnt even explain i just walked away I will spend my money else where ...lost a good customer 😪

2020-01-11Chuck is an awesome person. Ive had three cars from this establishment. The first one was in accident at no fault to me. I came back and purchased another one, it stopped starting within a week, not sure what caused it but I called Chuck and he had it towed. The mechanic got it to start but when I came to pick it up it wouldnt start, so Chuck made a deal with me. He let me trade even with another vehicle. I couldnt ask for a more kind hearted person.
