I almost always stop and get breakfast after getting off work. Over all they do well but just like any other place they have their hit and miss days. I will say this though my order is always right and Im always greeted with a friendly face on a good day.
The rotisserie chicken bites basket was horrible. French fries were all that was good. The ice maker machine might need to be cleaned... my Sierra Mist drink did not taste right.

Drive through is fairly quick. Food is good but u hate the dang whipped cream on top of my milkshakes... If I wanted it ID ask for it dont put stuff in my milkshakes ... Prices are a little high as well
Girl in the ice cream area was not wearing mask, i think the manger yelled Missy as the girls name asking her more them once to put on mask, girl simply stared at everyone, I waited over 15 min for a cone that I believe the manger made while apologizing for the missy girl
This place was disgusting. I went straight to the rest room to wash my hands before ordering. Absolutely disgusting. Bathroom floor was coverd with urine and trash, toilet was full of you know what! No soap or paper towels and coverd with dead flies. So I just turned around and left. As I was leaving I noticed trash all throughout parking lot exit and into the woods. Definitely will never eat there
Food is good, service not so great. Always ask for condiments at window then NEVER GET them. No syrup for pancakes, no utensils, no napkins. Yesterday I get coffee- ask for coffe with cream and Splenda. None in bag so I assume they put it in the cup. Get 10 minutes down the road and take a drink and gag— nothing in the coffee! So this morning I go back with the coffee and explain what happened yesterday. Thinking I may get a complimentary coffee— but NOOO! Cashier at the window tells me she can give me cream and Splenda but no another coffee. Ok- what am I going to do with a cold , day old coffee? Sorry, not very good customer service!
I passed by here over a year and a half finally yesterday I stopped to buy lunch however it was breakfast! I was surprised it was delicious I ordered a full hash brown and a biscuit tenderloin, also gravy! Everything was fresh and delicious! The tenderloin was so tender and the biscuit tasted homemade so soft too . Not skimpy but a real biscuit!!I’ll be back I have been telling everyone how satisfied I was with my meal from this Dairy Queen!Get service as well!!!
Dont bother. Go to Alto or Cornelia. 2 employees arguing and cursing each other. Ask for grits and got water with a few grit grains. One employee with a mohawk was arguing with someone in the drive thru cursing at them. Need a new staff for sure.
Theyre grilled chicken sandwich and onion rings were very good. The reason for my three-star review is that they were not following COVID protocol. all the employees had masks, but you cant say they were wearing them period they simply have them hanging under their chin.

Had a survey coupon from a different DQ, the coupon does not specify that it must be used at the DQ it was obtained from, the attendant was very impolite when informing me of this and refusing to honor the coupon.

Some of the best fast food around but it isnt so fast. But given that every time I have been there, every thing has been fresh of the grill hot, I am OK with that.
It took a while to get through the line and then when I got my Sunday barely had any ice cream in it the people were nice and Ill try it again and see you know the food was good but Ill try it again
Around 4 pm Wednesday may 29th we had come in to get blizzards and fries. The food was fine, but the blizzard was not blended all the way. It was like half cookie dough and oreos, and the bottom was completely vanilla ice cream. The dinning area was disgusting though. Flies everywhere and just about every booth and table was dirty. So far, no one has cleaned the tables off and theyve had maybe one in house order.
I typically love me some DQ....this location isnt a good representation for the brand. I ordered a mushroom swiss burger combo. What I got was a rubbery burger with cold cheese and dab of some onion sauce with a slither of a single mushroom. I know its fastfood but come on. Where is the QC??
Bad customer service and they dont blend the ice cream good half was strawberry cheescake and half vanilla and my chicken was not done. This place should be closed down and restarted. Worst fast food restaurant around. And to top it off they let a non service dog in the restaurant. The dog was not well behaved.
Past fours times our orders were either incorrect or just plain old food. They even gave us broken utensils when we order ice cream. Poor quality and lack of attention to detail. We do not recommend going to this DQ location in Alto.
It was a good experience aside from the restroom floor. There was more than enough urine on the floor which caused my arm crutches to slip, causing me to lose balance and fall into the glorious puddle that caused me to slip. Ice cream was good though!
There were flies everywhere and the only thing that was good was the bread and the fries also the honey bbq chicken was too fatty that place should get shut down
The parking lot is dirty the drive-thru is dirty the hotdog is overcooked the onion rings were bad but we could have been cooked a little less the woman taking a lot order was very short with us in other words we felt like we are being a bother to her could have used a little more finesse on her bedside manner there weve only been there two times in the past couple years and it was good the last two times before this time found every experience can be different
Well just ordered a caramel milk shake it was so runny it was all down the cup along with employees hair stuck to the side of it. My significant other got a cake shake again the cup was just covered in shake and no napkins....
Great blizzards and the ice cream cones are straight (as opposed to leaning way over so much you cant eat them without a mess)

Ordered a large blizzard. Got a milky blizzard instead. ended up throwing it away, very dissatisfied. they tried the flip over a trash can but poured out before handing to me. Negative 5 stars if I could
My husband and I stopped in for a late lunch. We were the only ones in line and stood around for a few minutes. No one from the kitchen would acknowledge we were there so we finally left.
Ordered a birthday cake a week ago went to pick up and they dont have it the cake maker is sick but nobody bothered to call and say we cant do it . When asked to speak to the GM they took my name number. The GM cant even talk to me. What a shame
I ordered a peanut Buster Parfait that was messed up the first time, and they didn’t put the 3 sections of hot fudge only TWO SMALL ONES, I should have just got a cone.
Fries and chili cheese dog was cold. The a1 burger was ok. Went to order a blizzard after eating the employees disappeared. So I left unsatisfied.
This particular location was very dirty and didnt have any paper towels and smelled terrible in the bathroom and the trash was overflowing I watched an employee go in and come out she didnt seem to care. Im glad I didnt order any food after seeing the conditions of the bathroom.
We waited at the counter for several minutes and none of the workers would take our order. Several workers made eye contact and knew we were there, but never said anything to us. We finally left without getting to order.Bathrooms did not have any soap or paper towels and dining area needed attention.
Stupid owners sold it - been there since we were kids. This is really ridiculous. I guess they are replacing it with a Dunkin Doughnuts - which really sucks. Thanks owners for selling out and taking away a very popular and very good local tradition. At least you could have just sold it so that it would have stayed a DQ. Franklin restaurants are for the most part rubbish with a few exceptions. DQ was a favorite.
Yesterday 9-21-18 @about 6:00 PM. The young lady who is taking orders was also delivering food outside, was also delivering food to the tables inside, this young lady was absolutely doing almost everything. Therefore it made everything seem like the inmates were running the asylum. Orders were not correct but I admire the young lady.I am a business owner myself. I classify people as either ducks, or Eagles. Ducks do just enough to get by. Eagles go Way Beyond the Call of Duty. This young lady is definitely in Eagle in the making. I wish I had gotten her name,
Place used to be pretty good. Not any more. How many times can a person get a drive through order wrong in at the same time. Lets go for 5 next time. 🤦♂️.I
The flys are from hell....you cant even eat outside without swatting!!! Just wasted my money on food I couldnt even eat. Inside dinning is worse. You are constantly smacking your legs... horrible!!! And Im a local just 5 miles away.
I really like their new Berry Blizzard. Glad they finally have a flavor besides chocolate and candy. Wednesdays are senior discount day.

They dont even deserve a star. They were busy playing guy with dreads pulling up shirt and teasing girl at drive thru red curley head girl handed one blizzard and ran to back and while I am still sitting in drive thru they all run to back. I will be sure and show owner picture of blizzard I was served

2022-02-20Stop in a couple times a year. They are still doing good. Friendly staff. Fast service. Fresh. They are changing some lighting and replacing ceiling tiles. Over all its a clean store. Could use some patch work on the entrance road.

2022-02-18My husband and I went tonight with our toddler and ordered a banana split and a milkshake. We wanted to do dine in to spend some quality time and was happy to have the dinning room to ourselves. We waited for 20 minutes and never got our order. We requested a refund and left. This isn’t the 1st bad experience here.

2022-06-21Ordered 3 chicken strips baskets that was mostly gristle. Fries were warm but seemed to be old and asking the staff for anything seem to be putting the out. Hopefully next trip will be better.

2022-06-13Got a milkshake and a blizzard in the drive thru and the blizzard was already half melted. The girl at the window was very polite and that is the only reason Im giving two stars instead of one. The manager came to the window with an immediate attitude stating I just made that blizzard! I went to show her the blizzard and she said she knew it was melted, took it, and slammed it into the trash annoyed. We got a refund for the blizzard and left. This is not the first time we have gotten melted blizzards but it is the first time Ive said anything to the staff about it. Definitely will not be back for awhile due to the way the manager acted.

2022-02-10Ridiculous service! I ordered the DQ cheeseburger meal deal, and it comes with a ice cream sunday, I AM LACTOSE (ALLERGIC TO MILK) so i asked to substitute it for a NON-DAIRY DILLY BAR which at every other DQ lets me switch it ridiculous. BASICALLY IM PAYING FOR SOMETHING I CANNOT EAT! They also need to let someone with a people person personality to run the drive thru not one that doesn’t know what they are doing 2/10/22 I WILL NOT BE BACK NOR MY FAMILY

2021-09-01I stop by for lunch. I ordered a 1/2 # meal and a banana split. They served me a banana split with something on it that looked like melted marshmallows that was suppose to be whipped cream. The #4 meal i got was a single and the dr pepper tasted like water down Syrup. The only thing that they got right was the onion rings and by the time I had to go back twice and get things made right they were cold. So I ended up chucking everything. I will not be eating there again.Not only that but they have condensation from the ac that has leaked for so long that the ceiling tile has crumbled away and it now leaks down through the menu board on to some of the kitchen equipment then into a trash bin on the floor. This place needs to be looked at by the health inspector.
