Drove up to Augusta from far far away to get this BMW I thought was a great deal, dealt with a salesman who was literally not interested in getting a car off the lot. Ended up going to another dealership the next day and getting the BMW there! They claimed I was approved for a loan but no hard inquiry ever appeared on my credit report! This place is literally full of ish!

Bought a car from DriveTime in Augusta, GA. Less than 6 months later we needed to have a motor put in it. That in itself was a hassle with their warranty department SilverRock. Well now the car needs a another motor and a Turbo. We have 6000 miles left on the warranty and we’re advised by SilverRock to use the same dealership that put in the last motor. Which was Fairway Ford in Evans in GA. After contacting Fairway Ford, we were told that they still haven’t been paid for the last motor they put in our car. No one locally wants to do their warranty work. We are stuck with a car that we can’t get fixed. Absolute worst experience buying a car.

Unlike other car dealerships, reserving a car doesnt mean any thing here. I got a ride 2 and a half hours only to find the car I thought I had reserved had been sold the day before. I had done research and finally found a good reliable car that fit me and my price range and this was the closest one to me so I thought itd be worth the drive but it clearly wasnt because I left empty handed. Had things been run differently here they wouldve sold two cars now theyve only sold one. I wont do business with any drivetime nor will I recommend them to anyone and will if anything deter people from here.

I needed a car really bad to get my son to the doctor appointment the following day because my van had put me down going to another of his appointments the same morning. My credit wasn’t really good, so I went online and did an application and was approved!! If I’d known then what I knew after I got the car I would have canceled all of my son’s appointments for the year until I got my credit together!!!! I had to put a very large payment down and on top of that I was what you call under water? When I got my credit together I went to a bank and I was told the only way to get it right was to get refinanced but I had to pay the difference because I was over charged for what the van was worth, so I continued to pay the $589 monthly. The only good thing that came out of this, was that I had an accident and it was totaled lost and I had gap insurance!! Now the vehicle that I have was financed through my bank at 4% and I got what I wanted from a car lot that I wanted it from!!!

Place was ridiculous just left me standing in lobby and had me waiting for no apparent reason three people in there no customers. Then finally walked over to me and handed me application never asked what brought me in how did I hear about them never spoke about cars just got my info and said 2,000 down. Lmao really well went right down road handed another place 800 and drove off in a new car two hours later. Dont recommend this place at all

Great customer service! Very professional sales associates! I dont recommend their financing though; Bridgecrests APR is quite high; If you want to purchase a vehicle through DriveTime, you may want to apply for financing through another bank first.
Their professionalism and eagerness to help you with purchasing a car is less than impressive and almost non existent. No one even introduced themselves to me before having forms filled out. Sat there for an hour before they even knew I had a trade in. Biggest waste of time and the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership.
After some online research and stops at a few bigger dealerships that couldn’t meet our requests, I took my son to DriveTime. We were immediately impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, and transparency of everyone we interacted with. It was one of the easiest, stress-free car buying experiences I’ve had. The GM, Hinton, was extremely helpful and friendly. Our salesperson, Audrey, assisted us in finding the right car at the right price. She was very knowledgeable and proficient at her job. Everyone there seemed sincere and accommodating. I highly recommend DriveTime and will definitely return the next time someone in our family needs a vehicle.

We had an appointment and when we got there DL was waiting to take such great care of us. We knew what kind of car I wanted and he did everything in his power to make sure I left yesterday in the car I wanted. And he did just that. Yes it took awhile because of some issues but we were very patient with him and he was patient with us. And DL is a very laid paid individual and he makes the time you are there enjoyable.

Today I purchased my very first car from a dealer ship and I will say my sales representative Mr. Donald Howard made that experience very easy and very pleasant. He showed that he was interested in helping me find the perfect car for me and my family safety and family size. I am very happy with the service given to me today by Mr. Howard and very happy with my purchase.
We went to the dealership looking for our family a new suv. Everyone was warm and very friendly from the moment we walked in. Kalib our salesman was so wonderful through the entire process start to finish. He listened to everything we needed for our familys new vehicle. Very funny guy! Mr. Donald Howard had excellent customer service. But DL was very nice nasty. He started off friendly then everything went downhill. For that very fact talk to anyone but him. Overall, I was satisfied with my car so thats all that matters I guess.
I really enjoyed the whole experience of Drivetime... I had my corolla for 5 yrs almost 6 and only had minor normal wear and tear nothing major... overall great purchase... ready to buy again

The staff are very helpful and friendly, we had the pleasure of working with Ashley. She is very professional. We were able to get a newer car that we both liked. It was time consuming but when you are buying a new car it has to be. I would recommend this company to others.

2022-05-17I must say me and my husbands experience at drive time was amazing! When we walked in we were greeted and ask if we wanted water or coffee while we waited. Antonio Alvarez was amazing, he was very knowledgeable and he didnt have any type of attitude when I asked questions, from the time we walked in on Friday and came back on Tuesday to purchase our vehicle he was very very pleasant to work with if I could give him 10 stars and a chefs kiss I would! And I can not forget about Loywanda Fields she was amazing as well, thank you so much!!!!
