I really appreciate Ms.Destiny! After calling for two days and constantly being placed on hold for long periods of time wit no help she was a great surprise. She was very helpful and honest I will be sending anyone looking for a vehicle to her I know she will be a great help
Destiny was absolutely by far the most professional and the most personable sales associate I’ve ever dealt with. Despite me having a financial hardship she never made me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable when looking for a car. DriveTime is LUCKY to have her! Outstanding mannerism for such a young lady!
I bought my car with the help of Destiny Vaughn. This was my first time buying a car and it was a SUPER overwhelming and nerve-wrecking process. She was very patient with me, and answered all my questions. She didn’t even complain when I made her have to reprint pages so many times, haha. This process was very smooth with her help and I appreciate that greatly.

Hey I would recommend everyone whos anyone go here and finance or buy their car. They so sooooo reasonable with the prices and the cars are actually very well kept and they look like a brand new car lot.I was helped by Ralph J. He listened to my needs and showed me only what I looked for. Which was great because I know alot of other lots I went to the tried to get me in just anything just to make a sale. But Ralph took his time and helped me. Ontop of that I got a great steal for this vehicle. I got a 2019 Hyundai Elantra 66k miles for only $19,070 dollars. And I only put down $1000 and drove off the lot. Ralph helped me tremendously
Terrible! Absolutely terrible. Initially purchased a vehicle at this location. Drove off the lot and check engine light came on not 50ft from the exit of the dealership. Brought it back and received my down payment back. Decided to giveve them a second chance. Found a vehicle recieved an online down payment and monthly payment. Walked into the dealer and was told an extra $4,200 down for the vehicle I received the estimated down payment and monthly payment for. This is bait and switch practices. Unacceptable and a waste of time. BBB will be contacted immediately. Additionally be careful they will ask you to review the location before walking out of the door, in hopes you won’t go back to edit your review.
Dont go to drive time. They will give u a high as APR rate meaning a high interest rate to pay off the car. I got a 2017 for fusion se of 80,000 miles. Over the year I notice my payments wasnt a big of a deal to the 2017 car. So this year 2022, I was able to trade off that car with at 2018 Ford fusion sport with 40,000 miles. DONT DONT GO THERE. WASTE OF TIME AND SAVE YOUR MONEY AN ACTUAL DEALERSHIP. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT FOR DRIVE TIME.THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME IM AVAILABLE FOR TRADE. LIKE BYE I GOT A BETTER DEAL AND A LOW APR RATE AND A BETTER CAR.SAY NO TO DRIVE TIME!!!!!!!!!!! DONT DO IT YOUR SELF.

I had an amazing experience here at the morrow location. I walked in not knowing what type of car i wanted and my salesperson William help me a lot. They were all professional and the process was so quick and easy. This is my first car and I’m happy i chose drive time. Special thanks to William and Jay!
I recently went up here to the morrow location and I had an appointment for 4pm but I came a little late due to a minor issue. When I got there it was three people there and they literally all just stared at me, only the lady spoke or whatever but when I walked in the dude that I thought was going to help me was looking completely clueless like do you want to help or no ? Not only that when it was time to talk cars the same dude that was looking crazy didn’t even want to help me fr , he seemed very bothered in a way which is very unprofessional. I was only there for like 5mins and he gave me a bulls*it excuse and I left. Won’t be going back AGAIN ever. They are very weird up there. Need more professional and wholesome employees….
My husband and I drove an hour and a half to see one of the cars we found online only to find out it had been sold before we arrived. We were incredibly dissapointed and a little worried because we had scheduled their last appointment of the day, and had been looking for the right car for a while that would work with our budget.But thankfully one of the staff, Kendric, was generous enough to stay over an hour after close to help us find a different car that was everything we wanted, and go through the entire purchase process with us. He was very patient and understanding if our situation. Make sure to ask for him if you visit this location.
This place is truly a blessing. All the staff where great. ESPECIALLY our agent Mr.Ronnie Custis. He made us feel welcomed regardless of our credit. He really went out of his way to put us in our desired vehicle. Even when we ran into to a road block the company still made it possible to drive home in our new car..You guys are awesome!!!!! I had the BEST experience ever at this location... I had a wonderful opportunity to work with such a bright young lady name, Sydnee... Sydnee made me and my mom feel right at home and comfortable with purchasing a car.. She was very knowledgeable and resourceful in answering all our questions.. Just bought a car today and literally haven t had it more than 4 hours and it has cut off on me on the side of the road have been trying too get intouch with the so called 24/7 roadside line they provided and it appears as if they are closed Lemon law is in affect and they have violated it big time this is ridiculous and a lesson learned never will i ever use drive time services again bad taste baad taste they have given me ...i should have read reviews before coming here
I had an appointment scheduled but from talking to Ralph Jennings he seemed uninterested and not friendly. I personally think his customer service skills are horrible. I want someone happy and that want to sell me a vehicle. So I went elsewhere yesterday and brought a suv with a Sales Representative who was joyful to sell to me and treated me like a welcomed guest..
First of all, I made an appointment for to see the car I wanted 2 days ago. I get here and they act like they have no clue who I am or what i’m here to see. Then Like I said, had made an appointment and 2 minutes in to my conversation with the salesman he gets a phone call from a customer calling about a car on line. He completely throws me to the side while i wait while he talks to this person on the phon about cars they might be interested in. I sit there for about 10 minutes of him helping another customer when we were in the middle of finding me a car when I just decide to leave because they start talking about financing options as if I was not even there. He does not apologize or anything. Why do I need to make an appointment/reservation for a certain time and get there on time if I’m not even going to be first priority when I’m already in the middle of being helped. It was very unprofessional.
The staff was very professional! Brittany Smith was Excellent she made my experience easy and stress free. From applying online to scheduling an appointment, follow-up calls and making 2 trips to get the car I wanted from another Lot, the entire team is top notch. I cant forget Nicole she was great too!
We had a great experience. Alan -Michael Dunn was working with us on one vehicle but he discovered that there was a better deal on a different vehicle and offered it immediately as another option. He definitely exceeded my expectations due to my past car purchase experiences. I will be recommending this location to family and friends for their next car purchase.

I completed a online application and was approved. I initially had a appointment with Ronnie but he had another customer so he allowed Jeremy Holt to take care of me. My shopping experience was a positive one from beginning to end. The employees here are great and honest. I love my 2018 Chevy Malibu.
Alan Michael is the best salesman Drivetime has to offer hands down!! This is the second time i have purchased a vehicle from him! Each and everytime he has an exceptional and professional attitude! Everyone knows buying a car can be a time consuming and agonizing process he made it easy for me! I enjoyed the time and friendly conversations which made my car buying experience even better!Shortly after my purchase i had a minor complication with my vehicle. I called and spoke with Alan Michael in reference to the issue. He did not hesitate to come to my rescue! Needless to say he was amazing! He fixed the issue himself and I was on my way within minutes! I highly commend him on his job performance! He goes above and beyond his call of duty!

2022-05-11DO NOT GO TO THE DRIVETIME IN MORROW!! They will sell you a LEMON!! I bought my Mazda SUV from Drivetime a few months ago and when I bought the vehicle the salesman (Ralph) who sold me the car told me that the car was in great condition and it had only been in one minor fender bender accident which had been fixed. After about a month of having my car I found out that there is severe rust on my brakes, suspensions, underbody frame, tailgate hitch, and several other parts of my car. I took it to a mechanic and they said that the rust is so bad that it is eating up my frame to the point that is basically falling apart and the car is unsafe to drive! I went up to Drivetime to let them know they sold me a lemon and try to get them to either fix the car or give me my down payment back but they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They told me that they “wouldn’t have known about the rust” but if you supposedly “inspect your vehicle thoroughly” the how could you have not known about this amount of rust?!! I tried to speak to (Ralph) the salesman that sold me the vehicle but he ran to the back and hid when we came inside and refused to come out and speak to us. His manager came out and was very rude and basically told us to figure it out because she couldn’t help me. How could you sell me a car for over $20,000 that is unsafe and falling apart? This is unacceptable and so unprofessional. AGAIN DO NOT WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

The minute we walked through the door her energy was on 100 and she took care of us right away. Thank you for your outstanding assistance with helping my husband get a second vehicle.
