CVS in other cities:
This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. Their drive thru is always closed or only half operating. They place signs that contradict what’s asked. They had a sign that says lane 2 pick up and drop off only. Then when I get to the front I’m told I would need to go inside for pick or drop off. What’s the point of the drive thru?! f that’s the case then have a sign that says drive through shut for prescriptions and drop offs. Seriously a waste of my time and not organized.
Pharmacy Service is terrible. They do not staff this store properly for the volume. They have put prescriptions on hold without calling me on multiple occasions causing me to have to return unnecessarily. When the pharmacist wait on me, they are remarkably unpleasant like they hate their job. Hire more staff CVS. Location is the only thing keeping me at this store.Update; they did it again. And when I called today to ask a follow up question, I was on hold for 22 mins to speak to the pharmacist. My spouse called the Ansley location and was speaking to the pharmacist in 2 mins. I am moving my prescriptions to Kroger.
CVS Pharmacy Ponce Midtown place. Probably the least helpful pharmacy staff Ive experienced in years. CVS turned around their pharmacy counters from dismissive and uncaring to extremely caring, helpful and attentive. This store seems to have missed that memo. Staff have been dismissive and unhelpful during these uncertain times when some assurances are most necessary.Never using this store again.
Terrible customer service! There’s never enough help! I came in to print photos, and the front register area was empty and all the vendors doing there delivery are just sticking the store. I will never come back here. I just moved to the area and this is the service being offered. It sticks period.
Clinic is a RIP OFF!. My daughter went to get something for a UTI. The visit cost almost $200 to see a nurse practitioner and get an antibiotic. Weeks later we received an additional bill from Quest Diagnostics for $169.00 for lab work, 4 test and only 1 was needed. RIDICULOUS! Going to a regular doctor would have been half this price with labs. Beware if you are uninsured and decide to use a clinic. I advise to save money and go to a real doctor and not get RIPPED OFF!!
I would give a negative 5 star review if I could! This place is out of Buspar medication over 7mg! For like 1-2 months, they’ve been out of all dosages of buspar and one tech told me “you’ll need to ask your doctor to change your medication because we don’t know when or if we will get it back in stock.” I was horrified! I contacted Walgreens nearby and sure enough, they have it in stock. I found out that CVS is being cheap and they refuse to change manufacturers even though their current one isn’t making anymore buspar or is extremely low in supply. I’m extremely furious about the fact that my insurance partnered up with cvs Caremark and is forcing patients to get their meds (if it’s a 3 month supply) at cvs only and nowhere else. I have to go between cvs and Walgreens now to get all of my meds and CVS isn’t communicating about how they plan to resolve this so called “buspar shortage” drama that doesn’t even exist (if they would change manufacturers, there wouldn’t be a freaking shortage!). You’ve been warned! If you have buspar regularly prescribed to you, be prepared to be told either they don’t have it and don’t know when they’ll get it (if it’s above 7mg) or they are low in stock on the 7mg. Can’t say I didn’t warn you. Apparently the other cvs locations are being cheap as well. Save yourself trouble and go get your buspar and all your meds at Walgreens if you can!
Ive been visiting this pharmacy for over a year for my prescription refills, so the staff know me. Unfortunately, own staff member flat out told me that they do profile people that come through and if you dont look a certain way, they will assume youre just there for drugs and they wont refill your prescriptions. In other words, theyll say- sorry, we dont have that in stock right now. This time, it got out of hand. About a week ago or less, I had a prescription that needed to be refilled (keyword: REFILLED. It wasnt anything new or unheard of.) and its about to be Friday, no refill yet! Theyre telling me it wont be available until next Monday. I know for a fact they are thinking Im up to doing drugs for fun, but thats not the case. Im in nursing school AND my doctors know what theyre doing, but do the cvs pharmacists care?! No freaking WAY. They will make it impossible for you to obtain your prescriptions even if youre a regular customer there and even if they know you well. If you dont have trouble getting your prescriptions refilled, give it time. They may give you your meds the first hand full of visits, but then they start thinking something is suspicious if youre on those meds daily and continue to get refills. HELLO!! I am seeing a doctor! These are lifelong conditions! Either you cure me of my issues or stop playing games. I am so fed up with these fools profiling me every time I show up. Once I get my refill, Ill definitely be finding somewhere else to go. Ill also be reporting them for withholding my meds from me when thats not their job. If they want to withhold meds, do that to someone who has a drug addiction problem. I dont have that! Its taking them a week to get my medicine and Im pretty sure their manager is hiding behind a computer screen, scratching her rear end and not doing her job. Its true, they will give you hell about refills. Doesnt matter if youre black, white, blue, purple, whatever- youre still not getting your meds. Theyll be happy to throw antibiotics at you though, but youre not getting your other meds. Idiots!
After a long day at the Beer Fest my girlfriend lost her VERY EXPENSIVE keys here. We thought all was lost, but 2 days later the store called and told us they were there. They had scanned her CVS card and called the number on file! That was awesome, and very unexpected these days...
Dont bother coming when the pharmacy opens, expecting to have a prescription filled in a reasonable amount of time. Nobody else was in the store and I was told the wait time is at least an hour for people who wait in the store. This was after the pharmacist checked to confirm they have the prescription in stock.

2022-03-02Literally just had the worst CBS experience of my life… It took an hour to get through the drive-through and get my prescription, and when I got to the window there was no apology, no explanation, the woman was so insanely rude and wouldn’t take my new Insurance information, so I had to put $90 on my credit card and hope they can be reimbursed after. I have been using this pharmacy for years and I will definitely never be back after this experience.

2022-04-05Excellent service! Isaiah assisted me with my photo order. Although they couldn’t find my order, he immediately re-printed it. The manager also gave me some extra care bucks for my trouble.

2021-12-09Hannah, the Pharmacist, was a life-saver! I needed a booster vaccine before heading out of the country in 3 days. I’d gone to 2 other pharmacies and was quickly dismissed as a walk-in. When I arrived at her pharmacy, she was such a trooper! With no hesitation, she asked me for my vaccination card and was so friendly in her greeting. Some things happen for a reason. And while I know there are rules various pharmacies have to abide by and the pharmacy had the ability to take me as a rule, her spirit snd energy was such a contrast, it made all the difference. I want to thank Hannah for her work snd customer service. She didn’t know, but she calmed me down and actually made getting an injection a good experience. I’m the head of hr for a healthcare startup and if anyone from CVS is looking at this, Hannah has the behavioral competency patient service that should be modeled.

2021-09-21This is specifically for the pharmacist Govri. She did a good job and answered all of our questions. Remembered us and gave great customer service both times. 4 weeks apart. Such a consistent and yet high level of customer service should be appreciated.

2020-10-08I have had to go to CVS three times in the past week to get some pictures developed, and I was extremely impressed by the great customer service. The young brown haired woman has helped me the past three times and she has incredible professionalism and customer service. There was an issue today with developing my Polaroid camera pictures and the CD that came with it. The supervisor got involved and was very professional, apologetic, and helped get me what I needed. I was very impressed with how they handled the situation.I will say the computers in the store that I used to develop the pictures on my phone took forever. I ended up just doing the printable pictures from the CVS app. Printing the photos was inexpensive, and I got them within the hour!I will definitely be coming back to this CVS! I hope these people get recognized for all their hard work :-)

2022-04-25Don’t even bother trying to call them, you’ll just be on hold indefinitely. That and this location is basically just a homeless encampment now. What a joke.

2020-07-29Had a quick and precise experience at the pharmacy here. I walked right in and asked a question about eye irritation. Erin showed me where the saline drips were and suggested the best for my described irritation. It was quick, clean, and safe. I’m new to the area and I frequent the other shops. I’ll be back here for the by 1 get 1 1/2 off stickers I saw hanging off everything... you can never have too much lipstick, for example. Well... I guess...

2021-03-08If I could give a rating of 0, I would! Pure and absolute GARBAGE!!!! The local General Manager, Michelle Scott and shift supervisor Jarvis, are both unprofessional and obviously ill equipped to handle issues that may arise with a customer!! I have been a long-time loyal customer, but Ive decided to take my business elsewhere due to my experience at this location! I absolutely refuse to continue spending money with a company that doesnt understand the value of great customer service! Im moving my prescriptions to another pharmacist and biding CVS a farewell!!

2021-03-29Horrible customer service. I wish I could give this place less than 0 stars. Got a rapid test here in the morning. The man who was supposed to help me with my exam was incredibly rude and would attempt to ignore my questions until I bothered him enough for him to actually answer. Then, never received my results. I called the store multiple times and was either put on hold or informed that I would receive my results in the hour (never did). It’s incredible considering that someone I live with tested positive for covid and despite cvs knowing this from the survey, no one seemed to care or tried to help.
