I was helping my mother buy a pair of shoes and the cashier was very rude to me. I was speaking to her and she totally ignored me. But she still ended up having to deal with me. Very rude cashier.
Great selection! Found exactly what I was looking for.
This is an awesome shoe store. The parking lot is large and has many handicap parking spots. The parking is free here. The store is extremely clean and the employees are helpful and very friendly. The different selection of shoes here is quite amazing and the prices are quite competitive. I had a great time shopping here, and it was an awesome experience.

Have never had a nicer man help me out. Have spinal stenosis and have to use a walker. He even picked out shoes for me to try on. Emerell was the best and I will be back. God bless him.
If your female and an adult, this will be your playground. If your male or a kid the selection is pretty limited. Just trying to find a pair of quality leather shoes for my daughter proved to be too much for DSW. Hit Academy Sports a mile down the road for the rest of the family.
2019 was my first time at this store in Newnan, Ga.. I will never shop at another shoe store again, because DSW designer shoe warehouse has any and every type shoe you are possibly looking for, and at a decent price. The price is about the same as any other shoe store, but the difference is when you walk in you’re overwhelmed with the amount of shoes in this store, and instead of buying one pair, you’ll come out with multiple pair and looking great. Friendly atmosphere and clean at a reasonable price. I will definitely be back.
Fast and efficient employees that are eager to help you find anything from elegant footwear to a simple pair of tennis shoes. If they dont have it in stock they can order it for you and ship to your home. If for some reason you have to return something it is a simple process which is so different from any other store. You can find elegant and unique footwear to all brands of tennis shoes andbsandals you can ever imagine. And dont forget to check out their clearance section in the back. They also carry purses and wallets and other essentials like socks and shoelaces in case your need them. You go once and you will be hooked.
Love DSW I can never leave without 2-3 pair of shoes my husband likes some of their Gym Shoes ... he’s a Nike guy sometimes they are a little pricey but worth it I never have trouble finding the shoes I want because I’m a 6-61/2 size shoe and sometimes they have cute small purses at reasonable prices.

I love DSW because I can view and try on dozens of kinds of shoes in one place to find exactly what I need. It saves so much time. I’m just sad we don’t have one within an hour of where I live so I have drive catch one when I’m traveling.
Always new selections at reasonable prices. Sales associates are knowledgeable and always give great customer service.
Not a whole lot of selection especially looking for like womens hiking boots or a more specialty shoe. And when you do find something the prices are still pretty high.
Too expensive. The one shoe that I saw online that I was hoping to get looked like very cheap quality in the store. Plus they had very few sizes.

Looking for Mens Dress shoes for work, and this is not the place to go. Maybe their other shoes are fine, but this is not the place for great, leather, mens dress shoes.

2022-05-06We visited on yesterday and want to thank Sarah for her lovely attitude and the personal attention she rendered us during our time in the store. We did not have to walk the entire store searching out the shoes my Mom was interested in. Sarah retrieved us enough selections to enable us to sit comfortably and take our time trying them on. We appreciate that young lady treating us with such kindness more than you know.

2021-02-22Such a great shopping experience. Needed to run in 20 minutes before they closed and was greeted warmly. Most employees would be annoyed but not here, they asked me what I needed help with. The young man that worked there even told me about an online coupon and saved me $10. Such a great place get shoes.

2021-06-06Family favorite shoe monger! There is not anything spectacular about the store location nor the management. But, the shop girl had a lot of insight and was optimistic about working behind the counter at the register for the whole day. The con, if its true, is the online selection misleads the warehouse selection meaning, you cant try the online shoes on before visiting ! O well. -rlb
