This 5 star rating is for Jessie! He helped save my experience at this location. I ordered a peach refresher and it didn’t taste like I’d hope and I normally don’t call to report such things but this time I did and I’m happy I did because Jessie understood my concern and suggested another flavor for me whichWAS THE BEST! Omg! If I can have him make all my drinks I would!Thanks Jessie for your dedication to customer service!
AVERAGE...Come a long way from when they first opened...The burned out attitude is apparent... Mechanically friendly service...Offer lemons for tea through the app but never have any as if they actually never reorder lemons on purpose...No mocha or caramel drizzle on your ice coffee with whip cream unless you ask for it, nor it is offered.
Awful customer service experience. Two teenage boys left alone to run the store with only the drive thru open.I was greeted and as I started to order the young man taking my order started laughing (clearly at a joke his buddy had said) and didn’t hear a word I said. They were out of donuts so we just got iced coffees with cream only. THE WORST ICED COFFEE EVER. This is what I always get from Dunkin’. Iced coffee with cream. I have ordered it at least 100 times. This was the only time it has been bad. It was basically a glass of cream with a little coffee. Undrinkable.I will never return to this location. The two high schoolers who were left alone clearly did not care about quality and the manager should be replaced for allowing this to happen.
Got to last window of drive thru in Acworth location to find out the cook didn’t even made an attempt to use a mask. No masks, no hair net, no gloves, nothing. Everybody else were at least making an attempt, but not the person directly preparing and handling your food. We are fighting a world wide pandemic, and still seems like is too much to ask people to try stop the spread of this virus. I waste 15 minutes and $16 to throw everything in the trash.
THE WORST DUNKIN’ I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! Consistently out of everything I order, I come here 3-4 times a week, and the staff is always fooling around (usually 6-8 working at a time, yet still can’t get orders correct or out in timely manner). Manager yells at staff in front of customer during many occasions. Loves to hand out cold sandwiches or uncooked breads - I come because it’s very close... but wouldn’t recommend stopping when there are many other better choices (:
They cannot make a basic cup of coffee correctly....like one with just cream and sugar. I have been there twice, had a 15-minute wait in the drive thru only to get two horrible cups of coffee on two separate occasions. I will not be going back and Im so disappointed because it is really conveniently located.
**Edited to 4 stars. With time, this new location has gotten much better. I still get a weird coffee from time to time, but that happens at all Dunkins. Quick drive thru most days and decent service.Drinks are horrible. I’ve gone about 6 times, and each time my iced coffee was undrinkable. Drive thru is so slow that every time I go, people pull out before ordering because of the long wait. Do yourself a favor and go to the Dunkin that’s a couple miles down the road in Kennesaw.
First we went through the drive through and it took like 20 minutes to get through. When we placed our order the guy couldnt find half of what we wanted. Once we got our order we didnt get what we ordered but didnt want to through the line again. The donuts were hard and tasted a week old. Never going back there.
I love this dunkin and would give it a 5 but the service has gone done in the last few weeks. Im notnsure what happened but I loved them bc of how fast they moved. I would be in and out no matter how long the line was. Lately though, Im sitting in a line for 10+ mins. I dont know if the staff is different now or whats been happening but ai really miss how quick and fast they were.
Ive attempting going to this location 3 times now, hoping that something has changed. The first time I went was opening week, then about two weeks ago, and I just got back about 15 minutes ago. I went through and ordered the same thing I order every time I go to any Dunkins, a Large Hazelnut Coffee with Cream & Sugar and a Turkey Sausage Flatbread. The first time I went through I placed my order and when I got to the window they were out of Iced Coffee, understandable, it was a new location. I tried to order another beverage, but they were out of Hazelnut. At this point I ordered coffee, black. They then informed me that they are out of Turkey Sausage. Now, Im angry. Im late for work, the drive through line is taking forever. I get a doughnut and my room-temperature coffee and drive off.The second time, I went through I didnt order my flatbread, felt it might be too much work and didnt want to be in line forever. I spent 27 minutes in line, on a 30 minute lunch break for one horribly mixed iced coffee.This time will be my last. I try to give companies the benefit of the doubt, but this place has failed and failed again. I ordered the usual (see above) and the iced coffee is almost undrinkable. The coffee tastes old, there is a layer of sugar just sitting at the bottom of the cup, its grainy and not mixed properly. I ordered a Flatbread, paid for a flatbread, and got a wrap; at least it was Turkey Sausage since Im allergic to pork. The total was $4.33, I paid the person at the window $20.33, he RUDELY handed me my drink, then my food, and shut the window. No customer service WHAT-SO-EVER. I sat there for a minute and he re-opened the window What?! at which point I asked for my $16.00 in change back; took the better half of 2-3 minutes to get my change, he handed it to me in silence, and I left.I wont be returning, which is heartbreaking because its so close to where I work. I cant continue to give money to a store that doesnt have good coffee (as a coffee shop!), that takes 20 minutes to get through a drive through, that the food isnt right, and the customer service is horrific.Maybe in a few months if I ever see an Under New Management sign, or New Staff sign out front, Ill try again.
This is by far the worst dunkin I have ever been to. I’ve given this location 3 shots and each time they failed to give me my order in a timely manner and everything I’ve gotten has not been worth the money I pay. It took around twenty five minutes each time for me to get my order and then my drink was disgusting and my donut was dry. I will definitely not be giving them my business again. If you want good coffee and donuts go to the dunkin at crossroads or the one further down 41.
I come here every morning. most of the time i get a bagel with extra cream cheese, and they put it on there no problem, but recently they’ve been just sticking the extra cream cheese container in the bag with a knife so i can do it myself. not cool. i eat it in the car on my way to work. it’d be endangerment of myself and other people if i were to try and spread the cream cheese while driving. plus, it’s not my job. stop being lazy and do it yourself.
I have given this location 3 chances and every time they fail. Looong waits, orders wrong, and shorted food. I realize its fairly new. The staff is overwhelmed and very unorganized. The person taking the orders for the drive through doesnt communicate what they are doing, to worried about other things besides the window. Take 1 order at a time then move to next instead of trying to do to many at once. Management please get a system.
I ordered a hot dark roast. I picked up the cup a mile down the road - cold cup. I thought, “Huh? Must have upgraded their cups”. Nope same cups with a cold coffee. I don’t know how you can serve hot coffee cold. Seems like the one thing that should be gotten right. On my way out of town and didn’t have time to go back so I’m leaving this review.
This place is great ! There was one day where I came inside because the drive through was packed , and there were kids running the inside and they werent paying attention to anything and I waited for a long time , people got their coffees before me who ordered after me, so that was annoying. But I always have a good experience in the drive thru!
Just had the big and toasted meal... waited too long to end up with uncooked microwave bacon! If youre going to serve a barely prepared, cheap sandwich, maybe you should lower the price.Not impressed, especially this being a rather new location! Cashier was friendly though, hence my given stars.
About a 15-20 min wait in the drive thru and 5 minutes at the window as workers seemed to be overwhelmed and not getting orders correct. All this for an ice macchiato that tasted like burnt coffee beans. I understand it’s a new location but don’t plan on stopping here again anytime soon.
They take so long to get through the drive through! If you say half and half the same exact girl corrects you EVERY time and says we dont have half and half we only have cream. WHAT PLANET ARE YOU LIVING ON!? Please get a new staff! People are trying to get their morning coffee and end up being late because they get stuck in your line you have designed to trap people
The window attendant was super friendly and since no line behind me in the drive thru, she took the time to make conversation. The donuts were not the freshest so I am at a loss when is the best time to get fresh donuts. They run out in the morning, theyre not fresh in the afternoon or evening. Bummer. Not just this location, the others too!
0 ZEROOO STARS THATS WHAT THIS LOCATION DESERVES!! ADVERTISED ITEM ARE BEING ARGUED WITH AND EMPLOYEES ARE PLAIN DISRESPECTFUL AND RUID. I WAS ALSO TOLD EMPLOYEE GAVE ME A MANAGER NUMBER WHICH WAS ONLY TO THE OTHER EMPLOYEE IN BACK WHO WOULD NOT COME OUT TO ASSIST. MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY APP WHEN CLEARLY TOLD NOT TO!! Corporate sent almost no response as well. Somebody needs to address this location ASAP!!!
This is the second time in 3 or 4 visits that we have chosen to eat in versus drive through or take out. The last 2 visits the tables were all dirty. This time there was a clump of hair on the floor near the table we were sitting.The service was ok, I mean it was apparent the staff who attended to us either didnt care or really didnt want to be there. Ill drive the 3 -1/2 miles further down the road to the next Dunkin from now on.

2022-01-30This DD is always pleasant and quick. Little tight in the drive through for a full size pickup but it can be done. Stay left in the drive through line so cars exiting can pass on your right. I don’t even feel guilty at all knowing that the people in the expensive fitness place next door can see me! Enjoy!

2021-07-15We placed our order at the counter and received our coffees and donuts quickly. After about 10 minutes I went to the counter to ask if our breakfast sandwich was ready. The girl who took our order said she must have forgotten to put it on our original order, which was $15, not sure how 2 coffees and 2 donuts adds up to $15. Anyways we had to repay for another one because we never got a receipt with our original order. After ordering again the girl said absolutely nothing and also got the order wrong again. We just ate what was given to us because at that point I could tell she either didn’t care or didn’t know what she was doing.

2021-10-22This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever in existence. I was wondering why it was so quiet with no customers when I first pulled over. It is due to their poor service. It took them forever just to make a bagel and even after that I was given the wrong order. I went inside to let them know and the girl/manager walked away from me without apologizing or saying anything.Not sure if I was treated that way because I am black and they just didn’t want me inside there. It was the most rude and degrading way of treating people.The store was also dirty, there was trash all over the floor and food and coffee stains all over the floor. Stay away from this store if you are black or you will not be treated well despite the fact that you pay for your food/services. I will never go back to this dunkin donut, not even if coffee is half of a penny.All the employees seem like they didn’t want to be there. I will not recommend this place at all.

2021-12-14Tables are NOT wiped down between customers, staff wear masks below their noses🤣. Ordered my coffee with cream and sugar, came with no sugar, had to wait to get sugar packets and then ask for something to stir it with ☹️ duh. Coffee was bitter and donuts tasted stale.

2021-04-03Why do the employees here have to be SO incredibly rude? Mobile order- We ordered a cold foam that had almost no foam. Asked her to add more foam. She opened the lid and dumped 1/2 cup of cinnamon on it. Politely asked her again to make it with foam. Eye rolls, dumped the drink, remade it with no cream or sugar, and never once offered an apology. I also ordered a plain bagel but didnt receive it with my order. She said, Thats because we dont have any plain bagels. I had to ask if I could get another kind since I PAID FOR IT. Ive given this place multiple chances but its bad service every time. No more.

2021-08-29I really don’t know if he is the manager, I didn’t get his name but he looks as someone from India. He was very rude, he doesn’t know how to treat people and he makes the place looks very bad. He didn’t’t let me talk or explain the employer what I was asking for and he start yelling at me saying that I should cancel my order and being rude without know anything. I will never go there again and I am sorry someone like him can represent a Company like Dunkin. You should check his actitud

2021-07-26Poor customer service. Didnt get greeted at all. Young girl acted like she didnt like her job. My coffee was not made correctly and the cost of it was higher than other location. Bathroom looked like an old gas station bathroom disgusting. Wont go back. Location was Acworth on cobb parkway.

2021-08-26I visit this location at least 3 times per week on my way to work and Ive had a pleasant experience every time. They always have my drink or order ready for pickup and are very friendly.

2020-10-18Went in there around 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.Extremely crowded.Waited 10 minutes in line and was almost to the cash register to place an order when a girl behind the donut counter said anybody that just wants donuts I can help you.Got out of line to get six donuts to go.Then she said the cashier will ring you out.I waited another 10 minutes figuring that she would get to me only to find she was just helping out the people in the line that I just got out of.Asked for the amanager and she explained that was how they were doing things when it got crowded.I said you mean to tell me that once I got my donuts I had to get back in line to pay when no one else was doing that and the girl behind me got her donuts paid and was out the door before me.I will never go back to this location again.Terrible terrible customer service.
