I love Dunkn but I also love when they get my order right and thats not often at this location. I tried the new grilled cheese, opened it and it was just a hot cheese sandwich (microwaved). I went back and asked if they toasted their grilled cheese and the young lady said yes so I showed it to her. Her response was Ill toast it for you 😳
I got up early for a surprise for my colleagues at school this morning. My plan was to buy 2 dozen assorted donuts and 2 dozen assorted bagels with assorted cream cheeses. I was told no bagels or donuts would be ready until 9am. This is the first Dunkin with no donuts or bagels Ive ever heard of. What a disappointment.
Love going to Dunkin and I go two or three times a week or more. I always go for an ice coffee after my morning work out.
Usually not that bad but I came today and the girl on the intercom did not know what she was doing. Order came out extremely wrong too. Coffee did not taste good either.

I get my morning coffee here 5 days a week because its so close to the office. The quality of product and service is frustratingly inconsistent. I literally order the same thing every morning and its never the same. At some point the convenience of location isnt going to matter to me.
Worst dunkin donuts ever! Ive been two Sundays in a row from out of town with Noone in the drive through and Noone ever came to the intercom..I sat there for 10 mins..so I pulled up to the window and still Noone came. Im highly disappointed. Twice! And there was a car behind me who also left! I will never go back there again!

The only issue I have is that the coffee never taste the same. Some days my iced coffee take very weak, like to much water was used while making it. Other days its too strong, no matter how much creamer you add. I gave two Stars because there is never an issue to fix, or at least try to fix the situation the best they can.
Its a hit or miss with them when you used the order-on-go app. Sometimes they get it right but other times like yesterday nothing was right. Smh I love Duncans but the employees need to pay closer attention to the orders from the app.

How many days in a row before having coffee carriers is a stocking priority. Why if course rude Dunkin lady. I can somehow balance 5 coffees while driving. Smh.

Very pleasant experience with Raven & co-worker. Both were genuinely kind, helpful. The coffee was lukewarm but they had no problem making that fresh, hot coffee Dunkin is famous for. Thank you both again.

When I first got here to Albany they have some delicious frappuccinos that have like coffee and whipped cream and chocolate now since the pandemic you have new workers no mask with the giving out the wrong order I understand the cup is huge but oh my gosh can I at least get a decent frappe

I truly believe in giving others the benefit of the doubt and realize that people need their jobs in order to support their families etc. That being said I feel that it is important for people to inform others when the service rendered is not being conducted according to the standards expected. At this Dunkin Doughnuts Mrs. Babara is a very nice lady, always have a smile, and accommodating. However, it is very important that the individuals at the drive thru windows follow that same pattern. Earlier today I ordered a coffee flavor that was promoted according to the sign outside. In fact I was heading home, but noticed the sign and pulled in specifically to order the coffee flavor being promoted. At the drive thru I asked for that particular coffee and the individual taking my order said we dont have that flavor. So, I asked her about the sign promoting it outside, and basically she proceeding to show an unprofessional attitude. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years, and as the saying goes, the customer is always right, in other words, Even if the customer is a complete jerk, which at times businesses and establishments come in contact with such individuals,but still you dont go back and forth or get a attitude with them. If you cant deal with a person asking you a simple question in a calm voice, (for example: why do yal have a sign offering a product that you no longer provide?,) than you dont need to work in customer service at all. Its not about you and your person feelings its about the customers who you work for and pay for a product that provides you with job. And its about the investors who gave you a job to work. I will not total give up on this Dunkin yet, but only because Mrs. Barbara has always been so nice, but it will be a long time before I return. I really hope management can give some customer service training to employees, and train some of them how to make a decent cup of Joe.

Go during the day when its cool outside and enjoy the outdoor seating. The decor inside is nice, but its busy. There is no shade for the outdoor seating, though, so if the sky is blue the sun will likely be beating down on you from almost all directions and the cars will be passing by regularly through the drive-thru.Either way, Ive not had a bad experience here yet. They do get pretty busy and the employees seem to multitask pretty well from what Ive seen. I imagine the ones who cannot get weeded out pretty quickly.i had an extra large hot chocolate yesterday. It was milky, frothy, and delicious. This isnt your hot chocolate made from water at home. I like to make it from cream and milk at the house with a special pack of Ghirardelli and special hot chocolate marshmallows, but this was very acceptable and rich, but not too sweet.My wife was with me again and she just had a black coffee. It was extra pungent. I believe she said it was the Americano and it supposedly had an extra shot of espresso in it. Either way I did not even want to taste it because of the smell. It just wasnt for me and Im not knocking them for that as I did not order it.The doughnuts were looking good, but I figured the hot chocolate was enough bad for the day.One note, though. If you happen to be travelling through town on our bypass do not be tricked by the sign. This location is not close to the bypass by any means. Its probably 2 miles from it in any direction.

Im from NJ and love DD. Thank you for coming to Albany. Just was there today and got my dozen of donuts wrong and since they are sealed hard to check driving. So you might want to or waste 13.00 on donuts no one likes 😡
Literally the worst Dunkin’. Ask for a drink and always get something I didn’t order. Too many bad experiences to put in one review. Officially canceling this Dunkin’ location.
It was great my friend locked her keys in the car and while we were waiting one of the employees came out and asked if we need some water or if there was anything she could do for us we thanked her and told her we were waiting on roadside service.
I thoroughly enjoyed the ham egg and cheese croissant. My go to drink is just a plain large hot latte.
2.2 miles or so off of exit. Have to go into a small town and visit this Dunkin along a gas station. Dunkin does have a drive thru making it easy to order. With this location being adjoined to a gas station it also made it a convenient place to stop and refuel. Rated at 4 star due to distance/route from exit.

Friendly and fast service. And btw, people do make mistakes. No one is perfect. So if your order if ever wrong, dont have an attitude. They will fix it fast and for free, unlike some places that wont be mentioned.

2022-04-04There were people outside of this location begging for money. One even had the audacity of trying to open car doors while patrons went inside to grab their coffee. The two staff members didn’t care about their jobs, or how they treated treated people at all. We witnessed somebody in the drive through order a large iced coffee, and they gave her a large. When asked to correct it, they added more ice (so much so that there was virtual no drink). Then come to find out she was supposed to have oat milk the whole time. They told her to come inside if she wanted anything fixed. As for our order, the coffee tasted sour (I do not even want to know why). This location has no business being in business. 0/10 would not ever recommend.

2022-04-13My morning experience is ALEAYS GREAT!! I had to patron the Dunkin on Dawson Rd and definitely didnt experience the same courtesy or fast service. The lead person in the mornings is always kind and delivers excellent service time and time again. No matter how busy it is!

(he enjoyed watching the traffic going by on slappey and the building of new bus station across the street.)thank you for an enjoyable experience with my godson! 2022-04-18Dunkin will always get a 5 start raising from me. I grew up on dunkin and I will continue to get coffee or anything else from here until the day I die honestly. There coffee is the best and its not over priced compared to Starbucks and now redowl. Love love love me some dunkin.

Peach passionfruit refresher 😍 and stuffed everything bagel bites may be my new treat!!SUGGESTION: 3 and 6 count options vs the current 2 and 4 count options.I ordered the 2 count and my mouth currently wants just 1 more bite.I left the receipt, so I dont have his name, but the gentleman with blue eyes was an all star for customer service!! 2022-02-07Worst place to get coffee. The staff in the afternoon is the worst. The general manager is great. I complained about my service and she refunded my money. They still need to clean house and better train these part-time employees.
