Well never thought I would ever have to write a negative review for Dunkin, but here we are!! My son and I got the same Iced French Vanilla coffee but instead received watered down terrible iced coffee and says original coffee NOT French Vanilla! Its terrible, my son ended up pouring a full cup out and throwing it away because the taste is awful!! You managed to make the worst coffee ever today, negative stars was what your service was aiming for so its too bad that I can only give 1 star!

Tried to place an order in the store to use an in-store only Dunkin Reward. Cashier said she could not take the order at the counter since she didn’t have cash in the register (we were going to pay by card) even though the lobby was open and accepting take-out orders. Cashier did not offer to place the order at the drive thru register that was active.

I only received 1/2 my order without realizing it, but was made aware before leaving driveway. Asked if employee could run it out to me, and was told NO. In fact, the server was very rude about it. Im sorry, but the error was on her part, and then to have attitude....not pleased. Customer service is EVERYTHING people!!!

After a very long wait, staff at the window approached me to advise that a woman reported that I skipped in the drive thru line. Not that I owed an explanation but the woman was IN THE STREET, not in line and I waited behind her for a while before getting in line. I thought she was parked at the daycare as she had no blinker on. The car directly behind her assumed the same as they went around her too. A word of advice to staff: You arent the coffee police. Tune was wasted asking me about skipping that should have been used to move the drive thru line along🙄

Their coffee is great but this is why I dont eat the food. Everytime I asked for a bagel with LITE cream cheese, I get this messy bs instead. I almost threw up. This morning I specifically asked for a PLAIN bagel, NO cream cheese & this is what I get. I think the people that work there needs to take a comprehensive test.

I placed a pick up order on the app, they had the front doors locked so you had to use the drive through anyway. I waited in the drive through for over 40 minutes, just to be told they didn’t have French vanilla, that’s okay, I’m flexible. Finally get to the window and they give me the wrong order. Not waiting in line again. This trips a total loss.

Everytime my husband goes to get a coffee it is not what he ordered. He went this morning ordered a white chocolate mocha iced latte extra ice gets a cocoa mocha with little ice.
