Dunkin in other cities:
I was appalled by the sloppiness and the lack of attentiveness. In the thick of a mid-breakfast rush. At least 5 of the crew members were doing nothing. I ordered a large Dunkachino, and at this moment I’ve been waiting 15 minutes. I am also observing crew members eating a plate of French fries brought in by a neighboring store, while they are preparing food, and drinks for the customers. I am not surprised on this visit, due to the fact that these conditions have been present in all of my recent attendances. Do not come to this location if you are in a hurry, or have any desire for well prepared food or sanitary work habits. The location in Winder will work remarkably faster, and the extra 10 minute drive will no doubt save you 30 minutes.Update: I waited 30 mins, got up and notified them I had been waiting for so long. One employee agreed to make it and compensated with an extra free coffee. Added on a star, for a single employee who understands how to care for upset customers.
I have literally wasted almost 40 minutes at this location. I ordered a sandwich, 2 donuts and an ice Carmel crazed latte. This is my go to drink, I get to the drive thru window after waiting 15+ minutes in line. The drink is made incorrectly, not whipped cream and the girl at the drive thru tells me I have to ask for it...NO! I ordered a drink the same way I always ordered I have never had to request whipped cream because the drink comes with it unless I requested one without whipped then it should be made exactly how it is made! On top of that it does even taste like a latte, it tastes like too much creamer and water like a watered down ice coffee.I go inside to have them remake the drink and return the sandwich because at this time it’s already cold, no apology or anything. Get the drink remade only for it to still taste like watered down ice coffee, so now I’m back spending another 20 minutes in drive thru to return it. I’m done with this location.
Quite disappointed with the morning crew on 1-30-21. We are avid Dunkin’ goers and today was very disappointing. We arrived and ordered around 11:20am, and currently still waiting for our coffee. We’ve been up to ask, and they were quite rude. There was a shorter boy with a Dunkin mask on behind the counter clearly rolling his eyes about us “inconveniencing” him. We have just received our coffees at 11:36am. While we waited, there were numerous people in the drive though, driving away. As well as inside, people were receiving drinks and donuts before us. We also witnessed a lady bring a large tray of fries from next door to add a distraction to the employees. I’m all for rewarding good work... but this was not the case. The attitude of that employee with the wrap was very distasteful. I work in the service industry and I know how difficult it can be. Making a coffee and stop eating fries on shift is unacceptable. Very disappointed.
Im generally very forgiving with mistakes. It happens and theres usually no reason to be upset about it. However, the amount of mistakes I experience at this location is insane. I have a dairy allergy, so I always specify no whip cream and almond milk. Without fail, they always put whip cream on my drink. The label says my exact order and they still get it wrong. I am starting to believe they dont even check the label. When I ask them to remake it due to my allergy they treat me like an inconvenience. Today I watched them remake my drink with dairy after I had just told them I am allergic. I came here for convenience but Id rather walk into Target to get Starbucks.
I’ve gotten coffees here multiple times and they’ve been ok. The coffee I got this morning was DISGUSTING. I got an iced coffee with vanilla, cream, and espresso. It was literally sour. Not bitter, sour. I’m so mad that I spent money to take a sip and throw it away. Never again. The powder lattes at Racetrac are 100 times better than this coffee. And whoever took my order was so rude. I hate this location
Twice I had to leave without my orders that I paid for online... its a good scam they running here... order online, pick up in store... but store cant refund your order if you want to cancel it... its a petty amount of money, but the having to leave my coffee behind at 7:45 a.m. is what kills me and ruins the rest of my day... also please STOP POURING A MEDIUM ICED LATTE ON A LARGE CUP TO FILL UP THE REST WITH WIP CREAM WHILE THE DOME TOP IS EMPTY, I PAID FOR A LARGE ICED LATE NOT A MEDIUM ICED LATE ON A LARGE CUP... THOSE 2 ONCES YOU SHORT US OUT AND STILL CHARGE FOR ADD UP...
They made us pull forward to wait for our 2 lattes and then forgot about us. After 10 minutes, and 3 cars behind us getting served, we went in to get our drinks. They were just sitting there behind the counter. There were 4 employees - all young. The guy was crazy rude. Not a single apology. He escalated the situation rather than diffuse it. Never going back to this location.
Love this little place! Their coffees are really great and so are all of their breakfast options. I like to mix and match with the egg and cheese sandwich by switching the bread out for a blueberry bagel. The staff here is so pleasant, which is nice first thing in the morning. They are always very quick and the price is right. Its also very convenient for me.
I go to this Dunkin’ everyday and they used to be great. They always mess up my food orders, they are never correct. They ALWAYS hand me my coffee with syrup and coffee all over the cup and never wipe it off or give napkins, but they know it’s dirty because they will hand it out by holding the lid. This happens to me everyday. They do not do well when they get busy (which is extremely rare), the lines get backed up easy, they’re slow and simply can’t get orders right. I will not be returning.
I normally would not stop because of accessibility, but on Veterans day I stpped to indulged and took advantage of the free donut. On arriving I was a little timid as I showed my ID. The cashier put me at ease and said you can get up to 5. Well I was shocked at the generosity so I wanted to purchase someone to drink. Again I was again a little timid because I am not a coffee drinker. Out of ignorance, I asked for apple cider. The professional cashier did not laugh and suggested a water. I accepted. Got back in the car on 316. The warm blueberry donut spelled so good that I pulled one out of the pack. Ummmm ummm good. Even though it is hard to get there, it is worth the trip. Looking forward to traveling on 316 in the future.
As expected. Coffee, donuts, service...all okay but not outstanding. Also if you go through the drive-through the staff is forced to read all of the donuts to you if you dont know what you want. I find this utter lunacy! They have all of those digital boards why can they not make one with the list of donuts and as theyre sold out they get removed. It slows down the drive-through, disheartens the staff, and is utterly a tremendous waste of time and efficiency.
I usually LOVE DD. I get the beyond sausage sandwich & they close at 900 pm. At 745pm they told me the oven was off! Thats BS. If youre open until 9 then at 859 if someone walks in YOU make the food. I cant count how many times Ive had last minute customers & made their food.... & they dont ever read the ticket & put the wrong things on sandwiches or mess up coffee
We come here quite often, but lately the workers aren’t filling the drinks all the way to the top! I’ve had it happen with a regular ice coffee many times. This time it was a large iced macchiato.. one of the more expensive drinks at $5+. All we ask is that you give us the money’s worth.
When you order a couple of toasted bagels, a drip coffee, and another hot drink, you expect them all to be more than warm. So, a couple of slightly-higher-than-room-temperature eats and drinks, and we were both very unimpressed with the establishment. The donut was as good as I remember, but that was the breakfast desert after a very poor breakfast.
These employees do not know what the phrase “light ice” is. I’ve been there five times ordered the same thing. A large iced matcha latte and I say light ice Atleast twice and they acknowledge it and then put so much in there that I can’t even stir it and I take three sips and it’s half way gone. Lazy and dumb. It’s not a hard job
What do your employees do because obviously they don’t make donuts every time I come in they barely have donuts if any donuts at all. Like right now it’s 10:13 in the morning and they literally have 3 different types of donuts left. We stood there for about 3 minutes while the employees talked to each other not once ever greeted us nor did they even seem to notice us just walk off and leave. Will not ever return here again!!
Chelsey, GM Manager at the Monroe location does a great job with the resturant appearance. The lobby and restrooms are always clean when I visit. Staff is ultra friendly and helpful. When I walk into a resturant I want to be treated as a friend or family member. This store definitely do a great job at fulfilling that objective.
Im a huge Dunkin fan. Go there at least once a week. The crew was more interested in what pics they uploaded onto social media. They were using profanity, big time. A few F bombs, one of the workers were referring to one of their friends as a c**t. Only reason why I gave it two stars, is because the coffee was so hot and delicious
Dunkin usually gets my order right, but today they messed up. I asked for small hot coffee with 4 creams and got a black coffee with 4 sugars. Its sad that one has to check everything you order through the drive thru. The millennials that work there either have ADD or are off on cloud 9 on their eye phone.
I have no idea how this location has as many stars as it has. Getting a correct order is less likely than winning the lottery. Drinks are never made the same way twice. Have a particular bread choice picked for your sandwich? Forget it, bud, youll get the only one that theyre not out of today (it wont be the one you wanted).
I would not recommend anyone to work here. They overwork and underpay people. My coworkers were friendly but the management is horrible. They fired me because I was not in compliance with them wanting to throw me into something that I couldnt handle on my 5th day of training. I worked Production and that is the hardest and most underpaid job at Dunkin Donuts. I had a coworker tell me that they threw a nee recruit into working a shift BY HIMSELF after only being there for 3 days and he quit not to long after. Its a shame.
This place is the worst Dunkin’ doughnuts I have ever been to. We ordered a Croissant and a glazed doughnut. They gave us a bagel with butter and no doughnut. On top of that I ordered a medium iced coffee with Irish cream swirl and NO sugar. And I got an small iced coffee with Irish cream swirl and sugar. And I am saying somthing when I mean this is the worst because I have been to every Dunkin’ doughnuts in Florida, now Georgia, New York, and Washington.
Always out of things... 3rd trip in a row that they have been out of at least 1 or 2 important things, completely out of EGGS (on a Sunday!), out of Splenda, out of croissants... etc. Espresso machine is down frequently as well. This location needs to get on top of their inventory STAT.
Its hit or miss with the coffee/service but the donuts have been so bad stale the last few times the kids wont even eat them. I caught my son 7 throwing over 1/2 his in the trash twice! & my daughter 2 feeding hers 2 the dog. We will stick with publix bakery they love them & are cheaper from now on.
Worst service ever. We told them exactly what we wanted to get and the girl got Confused. We then had to repeat our order 3 more times and she finally said it back correctly. We get our food, none of it was right. Gave us the wrong coffee. Forgot the hashbrowns. My wife proceeded to tell them and the girl gave us an attitude. We ordered a number 7 which was a chicken biscuit with hashbrowns. How hard is that? This is not the first time this has happened. We were really excited about the new Dunken Donuts. But its not even a convienece let alone a plessure to go there! Ill stick to starbucks for coffee and their biggest competition, Chik-Fil-A, right next door for breakfast.
I went there for breakfast sandwich for myself and a friend, let me say when I got to work the rolls were burnt. Want another day and I asked them to please not burn the rolls, guess what it was burnt,.I was late for work but I went in to let them know. I am fed up with their service. 😔

2022-02-07Mostly only pleasant experiences here. They’re usually pretty fast and most are friendly. There is one employee at least that is extremely rude. He has rolled his eyes to me on several occasions. This morning it was for asking to get the donuts we prepaid for on the app. He apologized at the end about the mistake but after staring at me without asking what I was waiting on like I’m supposed to read his mind (this is the second time this has happened), it was too little too late. He has a disgusting way of talking to people that doesn’t belong in a customer service based job. The other employees are great though so no shade to this Dunkin as a whole.

2022-06-18I don’t know who needs to read this. This place could be booming. I remember when it was brand new and shiny. It’s so incredibly dirty and so full of stains everywhere. The furniture needs to be deep cleaned, the trash can is so so gross. Please take some pride in your work place.

2022-03-30Recieved 2 incorrect orders back to back. First time going through the drive through, I order a sourdough breakfast sandwich and recieve just bread and cheese with bacon, then the second time around to fix the issue, I recieve cold bread, cold cheese, 1 egg, and 1 piece of bacon ripped in half. I usually let these things go, but it was an easy fix, which all it was missing was the 2 eggs, and somehow I end up with something I can’t even eat. I was very patient and polite going through the lines both times so I would expect something better.

2022-05-17Coffee is suppose to be hot not brewed into the cup for faster service. If you dont let it brew all the way it doesnt taste right and colder wont be back

2022-03-1030 plus minutes in the drivethrough line. Once youre in the Drive-Thru, there is no way to get out. Extremely so service every time we have gone, even when we went inside and there were no other customers.

2021-09-19Placed a mobile order for a dozen assorted donuts and nothing else. Come in 15 minutes later, patiently waited as they were extremely busy. 45 minutes later, watched the inside total clear and still no donuts. Why even order online if you can’t get the items. Especially something so simple.
