Update: I tried them again this morning. My coffee was made perfectly and the drive thru line went pretty fast to.Usually I love Dunkin. Yes there is always a wait but Im not even mad about that because they are always really busy. I Usually go to Dunkin in Jesup because its closer but I was in Hinesville for an appointment today. The store is filthy. I leaned against a cabinet while I was waiting and I literally stuck to it and my shoes stuck to the floor every step I took. I have my dunkin coffee perfected and I always order the same thing no matter which store I am at. This dunkin did not have it made right. I didnt complain or send it back so thats on me. But the main reason I will never be back to this store is that the employees are extremely rude. There was one in particular that was making sandwichs, she was so rude to every customer she delivered a bag to. The one that really got me was an elderly man that was just trying to figure out if the bag was his order or not. I understand that they are busy and probably under staffed like every other business but theres no sense in going out of your way to be mean and rude to others.
I just had the most horrible experience this morning. Ive had a few bad experiences there, but today takes the cake. I placed a mobile order at 10:35. I turned on doordash and got an order. At 10:45 I could tell it was going to be awhile so I left and picked up my order and delivered it to the customer and returned to find that my mobile order still wasnt ready. There were MANY unhappy customers in there at the time. I asked for my order and at this time it had been 30 min. A couple min later, they handed me a coffee. But no donuts. So i went to the 2 girls at the register who were basically just standing there and I asked for my donuts. One of them yelled at me that they lost the stickers and what did I have. She was very hateful and causing a scene. So I yelled back that it wasnt my fault she lost the stickers and if I could cancel the mobile order, i would have 20 min ago. As i was leaving, she was still bickering with me and she screamed I hope you have a wonderful day and I did the same and the manager yelled at me not to be yelling at her employees. I said she yelled at me first and she said she didnt care. This is in a packed restaurant and she threatened to come over and thats when i said hold up and got my phone out and started recording and they shut up. This is ridiculous. Im a paying customer and these are paid employees who think they can treat us any way they like. Even threaten customers. But I bet that those same employees will be there tomorrow. I will not be ordering from them ever again.
We waited ten minutes for them to get out order together at the window , then when I got my iced matcha it tasted like straight milk … I mentioned it to the guy at the front and told him it tastes like milk … we pulled around to the front and I walked in just so they wouldn’t have to bring out the drinks and donuts to the car and I hear the “nice “ guy mocking me . I said that was me who you’re mocking. Horrible customer service from him( I wish I got his name) but Kandace was very helpful and fixed everything .
I was a customer at this store for years, but I finally decided I was done spending money at an establishment where the employees are disrespectful and incompetent. They run out of products on a regular basis, use the lobby as a storage area for the employees’ personal belongings, and ignore customers. It takes FOREVER for orders to be filled, and the beverages are often made incorrectly. And, please don’t expect an employee to correct their mistake…they will just get defensive and imply that you’re unreasonable to expect the product you actually ordered.Just a short distance down the road at Starbucks, they actually understand customer service. Mobile orders are made in the timeframe specified on the app, and the app notifies you in advance if they are out of an item. Best of all, the crew at Starbucks is actually acquainted with phrases like “good morning ” and “thank you.” Seems simple, right? Don’t expect anything friendlier than an eye roll from the employees at Dunkin.The manager is well aware of the behavior that occurs in the store, but since she also rolls her eyes and talks poorly about customers, I’m sure she doesn’t find it necessary to correct that behavior in others. Brings a whole new meaning to “lead by example.”
I used to stop by here everyday. They would know me as soon as I drove up. It has went terribly downhill. Drinks taste awful!!! Food is not good. Even the donuts are dry. I even tried one more time yesterday just to see if it had gotten any better. I took a few sips of my drink and threw the rest out. I always order just a simple iced coffee. Nothing to mess up. Not sure how they still receive so much business.
Place is trash. How are you out of chicken at 10am. You don’t even tell the customers that you’re out of something until after they pay, on top of that you only offer store credit for your mistake instead of giving my money back. The order was not correct, missing the details that make your food from just a meal to the thing that’s jumpstarts your day. This is one of the worst Dunkin donut establishments I’ve been at and I don’t understand the 4 start rating just go to Starbucks at least they get it right.
Coffee is always great. However, the last two times Ive ordered donuts, theyve been wrong. Granted, not very picky about donuts. Still would go back, just need to double check more.The reason for my rating is one girl working the window. I asked for two, smalled iced waters last minute at the window (my fault) and she got attitude. She seemed agitated and rudely said Id have to pay for it. I didnt mind paying extra for it. They werent even busy. Any time Ive ever last minute ordered water at Starbucks, they never make a deal about it.🤷♀️
Usually very good. One of the better dunkin donuts for sure. When the main manager is working, or the young one, things run fast and order is correct. If you happen to go when the manager who spends her whole time outside talking to people is there, it will take awhile to get your order, and its a crapshoot if it will be correct
Well I saw a roach on the counter picking up a DoorDash order. Im already not a fan of Dunkin, now Ill never order from there. Starbucks and Krispy until I see or hear bad news from one of them. I should have taken a picture as proof. But eww it was a roach. And no it wasnt a big water bug, it was a small roach.
Ordered curbside pickup and waited for almost 30 minutes for my order to come out. After 30 minutes I went inside to check on my order only to realize that my order was sitting on the pickup table with my ticket clearly stating “curbside” on it. My frozen coffee had began to melt and my breakfast sandwiches were cold. When I asked to have it remade the employee asked what was wrong with it. After explaining everything she began to remake the order but she clearly didn’t believe she needed to judging from her attitude. Their customer service is horrible. There had to be at minimum, 5 people working between the window and the dine in counter and no one brought my food out. Mind you, the drive through wasn’t as busy as it usually is. They were actually standing around chit chatting when I went in to see about my order. It seemed as though no one even thought to check on why the order had been sitting there for so long.
Not normal like this but i went to order and a very rude girl was giving me attitude the whole time huffin and puffin because it was 10 mins to closing. then handed my boyfriend his cared and said “HERE” very rude and obnoxiously. keep your own issues home and don’t be rude to people for no reason.
This location is great. Been a few times while on my trip. Every time I have been to this location it’s been a pleasure experience. Last night I was craving my iced mocha latte with whipping cream and all. Well the expresso machine was not working so the young lady stated she would try to make me a mocha iced coffee. Let me say it was amazing. Thank you for being awesome!! Karter loved his pup cup also!!
Please don’t visit this Dunkin’. Previously this was my favorite dunkin, they fired all the employees and regularly get new people in. Everyone working is amazing and super funny and sweet but the management is absolutely terrible and corporate doesn’t care. They will mess your drink up 90% of the time, they are swamped and under almost no real guidance. until Dunkin replaces the store manager, DO NOT go to this Dunkin.
Believe the 1 star reviews. Manager runs it like its a coffee shop just for car show enthusiasts. There were a bunch of people with sports cars in the parking lot and the lobby was busy. My order got put behind all of them, and I wasnt frustrated until I realized the lady running it was in the car club. WOW is all I have to say. Stood in line 25 min for a latte... No thanks.
We ordered 24 donuts for out daughters 1st birthday. We asked for 6 brownie batter and 18 assorted but we received 2 dozen random donuts. We only got 1 brownie. Then we tried contacting them to see how we could get it fixed. No answer from the several phone calls, facebook message, or instagram dm.Update: Its the next day and we are finishing the donuts sold to us. It turns out one of them is a spicy donut and an other is completely plain. They were informed it was for a 1 year olds party, why would they think we would want to play spicy donut roulette?
I’ve been coming here at least once a week for the past six months. I usually don’t have any issues but the last few times, something with my order has been off. This time, I asked for my sandwich on a croissant, I get all the way home to find it on an English muffin. The time before that, the cheese on my sandwich was ice cold, the time before that, my hash browns were burnt. I spend too much money here to continually have these experience. Unfortunately in hinesville, we don’t have too many other options.Update 12/9: removed a star because I went back and asked for my sandwich on a croissant and received it on an English muffin a second time. It seem like it’s more of a decision than a mistake at this point.
They seem to always give “rushed” service!Yes I understand that the driver-thru is the main service area now but they’re making too many mistakes by being in such a hurry.My final straw was today when giving me my change, the young man dropped a portion of it and told ME that it’s probably UNDER MY CAR after I opened my door to try to retrieve it.So,, you want ME to scour on the ground for my change that YOU dropped but I clearly and properly HANDED YOU my money (which included change) for my order??!!!??Also, they have a bad habit of eating in the donut prep area which is why I only order drinks from them and on one occasion the lady was eating the donut and wiped her hands on her apron because she didn’t have on gloves. 🤮The Jesup location is on point but it’s too far to drive for a Dunkkachino.DO BETTER!!!
I visited this store on average about 3 times a week for my morning coffee ever since it opened. In that 3 yr+ time I may have had 1 mistake on an order and that was a different sauce on a sandwich - which ended up being better. Staff is always polite and store always looks clean. If the place is very busy, I simply log into their app and place a to-go order and bypass the line at the front counter. Very convenient.
Went here this morning and ordered 50 variety of munchkins , and was happy when I saw the size of the container and knew the kids were going to be happy. But when I got home there was only three kinds out of 9 that they have! Glaze , chocolate, and old fashion.. and the kids were asking were are the jelly , and powder ones? How can you just give someone three kinds? Very disappointed
Dunkin has great coffee, but they lack enthusiasm and professionalism. The girl at the window spoke so softly through the speaker, and when I asked her to repeat what she said, she caught an attitude with me. It could have been that she was having an off day, but she brought it to work with her. Despite that, the coffee we ordered was awesome. It was hot, and prepared just like we asked.
I love the staff.. and the coffee. Just had the ghost pepper donut.. big red gum is spicier... ths donut had no heat.. not even a tingle.. i feel like it should be spicy..its saying ghost pepper.. some heat is needed.. i feel like it js false advertising .. you know what to expect when you hear its ghost pepper. ..heat..This was a huge disappointment...
We were out for a drive and decided to go by Dunkin donuts. We havent been here in a while. So we picked up a half dozen donuts and the Mrs a hazelnut latte. I wanted a chocolate milk but they were out. Oh well, i needed a sweet fix for the day and I got it. Thank you!
If I could give zero stars, I would. I do DoorDash and after expressing I didn’t want to wait in the line, she said I had no choice. Not a problem with the COVID going on. So I got into the drive thru line and the lady had an attitude. And not only that but she got my customers order wrong also. Terrible customer service. I never come here because I don’t like the coffee, but I won’t accept orders from here anymore. Don’t get me wrong. The drive thru was exceptionally fast. Just rude people
I enjoy stopping in here in the mornings and talking to many of the workers briefly as they seem to always be in a good mood (Savannah especially) . Ive never seen cockroaches as one person has tried to claim, which seems weird because the store always appears clean, even the rest rooms. If there is a down side, it would be the late afternoon, when wait times are often longer. But then, since business is slower, their staffing is lower as well, so its to be expected I guess. Overall, I cant say Ive had any issues that were not minor or easily fixable on rare occasions. Easily one of my least problematic places in town.
I dont actually dislike Dunkin Donuts. This is my favorite place. I dont even mind the extra long wait, but, I couldnt use my coupon for my coffee and they do not prepare enough Bavarian Cream donuts daily. I feel a company shouldnt send out coupons if the consumer isnt going to be able to utilize them before the expiration date.
Visited this morning on the second Tuesday of the week, Brooke, the shift leader, was awesome and enthusiastic the whole time and made me a killer iced macchiato with caramel swirl. 10/ 10 will definitely be visiting againThank you for the awesome experience in your store. Cant wait to visit again
For better worse there is not much to say about this particular Dunkin donuts. Pricing is fair and the same as at any dunkin donuts but the service honestly is nothing special. The donuts and drinks are very solid and they are always good in my opinion. But at the staff needs to be increased or something tweaked a little bit because service can be a little slow as soon as demand picks up. Overall though a good experience.
Very friendly staff, but the place is always in disarray and it seems that there are never enough people working there. Im not sure if thats the issue or not, but everyone seems to be rushing around in the back and unable to man the front counter. Its okay though, like I said everyone is really nice and they always make me great drinks FAST once they are able to take my order (:
Dunkin Donuts has always been good in terms of drinks, prices, and food, but I hated the vibe. Too many untrained teens when it came to customer service and manners; however, I feel the customer service has improved here! I was greeted and felt comfortable. The cashier even saved me money by telling me to order a cup of water instead of paying for the bottled one.
Worst experience. You ask for things to be put on the side, and they repeat it back thinking you will get what you ordered and they still dont listen. I do not care how busy you get or because this covid stuff, still not an excuse to make peoples orders wrong or not even offer to fix it!!!! And a allergy was mentioned and they still put that item in the box and everything had to be thrown away due to cross contamination... Ill never be back, it doesnt take a degree to take someones order.
I love Dunkin coffee. And used to go pretty much every morning. But I refuse to go to this one any more. The coffee almost always tastes burnt and there’s either zero flavoring when you ask for it. Or there’s enough to send you into a diabetic coma with one sip. I gave this Dunkin many tries because it’s in a convenient location. But now I buy my own ice coffee for home. Or I go to Starbucks up the road. Knowing I’m going to get a coffee I can finish/enjoy is worth the few extra bucks
This Dunkin has done a great job serving customers through the Drive-Thru during the Covid pandemic. The wait isnt terrible even when the line is super long. The employees working the window have been extra nice too! I love that theyre wearing masks and gloves. Great job!
Originally gave 4 stars. Unfortunately, this morning one of the crew members gave me my iced coffee with a huge piece of plastic floating in it... didnt notice it til half way thru the drink. Disgusted to say the least. A little attention to detail goes a long way. Wont be frequenting for awhile. Too many kids working the counter.
This place... really just depends on the day. They have great food and drinks (donuts, croissants, limited time food, coffee, smoothies).On one hand, they (most of the time) have very friendly staff. However... Like most places, this place suffers from staff issues as well, inadequate or staff that dont know how to schedule properly, and in the end, we, the customer suffer for it with long wait times and the dreaded lines.The cooks however are most of the time on spot with their skills and get your food cooked and this is where a lot of people end up with mixed up stuff, after the cook, sometimes, the food is handled by someone else on (or off) the line and in the end, gets mixed up. Keep up the great work cooks!
Very bad customer service. The manager Sharan or Sharon or whateverher name gave me the wrong order and didnt check it before giving it to me. I repeated the order I needed and the customers name twice and she didnt own up to her mistake. She called me rudely about 25min later and I had to go back and switch the order for the correct one. She gave the order I returned to another customer which is a major concern especially with this COVID 19 around. VERY dangerous and unsanitary to give another customer someone elses order
The food is good for the most part but they are incredibly inconsistent with their coffee. A third of the time it tastes decent, the rest of the time it is extremely sour and bitter to the point that drinking it would be considered cruel and usual punishment. Its really frustrating and annoying playing Russian Roulette with coffee.
I love Dunkin but this franchise is awful nearly every time I go they are out of what I order. Today I went at 9:45am and saw there was a sign saying they could not make frozen drinks so I ordered a caramel iced coffee was told that they were out of caramel flavoring until tomorrow then I ordered a toasted almond one which came out white bc it was all creamer with a splash of coffee. I wanted a French cruller donut they were out an apple fritter they were out finally I chose a Boston cream. It was a complete disappointment this morning and all I was trying to do was get running on Dunkin
Had a craving for a donut so we ran through the drive thru on a Sunday morning at 9:45am. I got a Boston cream donut and a strawberry banana smoothie. The donut tasted like it has been sitting on the counter for 3 days before they gave it to me. The edges of the donut were hard and fell apart like stale bread when I bit into it. Couldnt even finish eating it and those are my favorite donuts. :( if I wasnt in the drive thru I would have gone to the counter and asked for my money back.... and I have NEVER asked for my money back at any restaurant before. Husband ordered a chocolate frosted donut and a large iced coffee and his donut was the same. So disappointing.
The service was terrible... the young man at the speaker took my order, I said thank you.... no response... I pulled up and paid, he ha fed me my frappe. I said thank you, again. . No youre welcome .. no thank you come again...The frappe I asked for was horrible...I would suggest sending them to hinesville to learn how to treat a customer and make the drinks we pay a good amount for.
I keep getting disappointed over and over again good always cold and or nasty. When they first open up it was good. How all I get is cold good food 6:30am, why is that.? My money just went into the trash again. Ill stick to the one on Richmond Hill in the mornings. If I had time Ill take this nasty cold food back. Never again, they has so many chances, I promise its the same thing every time. Richmond Hill DD I love them.
Two years ago I gave this place 5 stars. Ohh how I have enjoyed going here every morning. I will tell you now that I am not happy and I will not be returning every morning. This is the third day in a row I have gone thru the drive thru and at first the lady is nice but as soon as you get to the window you are ignored and not even given a total amount due, a hello or enjoy. Dont get me wrong I dont need to be cuddled at any establishment but a damn acknowledgement would be nice. Also on my Nephews account because I did not want to delete my past review.
Met a very RUDE employee at the drive thru. I pulled up with a smile and said Good Morning I could tell from his expression that he heard me yet he greeted me with the price of my purchase. Then I said Good morning and he reluctantly smiled and waved and said Hi. His name is Louise.
It’s always hotter then Satan’s a** in this establishment. I’m surprised their employees don’t sweat into my precious coffee which is the elixir of life. Maybe that’s why people complain about their coffee being messed up I’d mess it up too if I was suffering from a heat stroke with a baby a** fan “cooling” it down. Like damn you can afford to throw all your donuts away everyday but you can’t have some decent air. Damn..Maybe you should’ve paid the ac guy to fix your ac, just sayin...
Was called to provide service to the A/C equipment, service was provided, professionally accomplished and completed. Owners have now refused to honor their responsibility to pay for services rendered.Service Contractor’s BEWARE ...These business owners / management will make promises they do not intend to keep.
Poor service, employees to rushed or dont care to package their products properly. Throwed a chocolate iced filled donut in a bag, no wax paper to protect it and shoved paper napkins on top of it. What a mess...gave them 2 stars because at least they gave me a chocolate coated napkin. See the picture.
I like this Dunkin Donuts not only because its the only one within 30-40 miles but most of the time the employees are very pleasant its always packed usually up until six seven oclock in the evening then it starts to slow down a little bit but they do move through the customers pretty quickly the customer base is all kinds of people there has been a few times where my coffee did not come out as good as it did the day before there are times my coffee comes out perfect it taste great I enjoy it then theres other times that my coffee comes out a little bit Bland not sweet enough or too sweet but I would say 8 out of 10 times they make my coffee the right way theres two disgruntled employees every time I go in the evening they seem to have some life issues going on horrible people skills not very collaborative with customers which is ok but perhaps a thank you or have a nice day would help out the customer base or at least feel welcome enough to come back
You know what grinds my gears about Hinesvilles Dunkin Donuts is that I am never asked if I need anything else! Every freakin time I go there I am left standing there because I need jelly for my Gosh Dern Breakfast Sandwich!!!!!!!!!!!! What is Up with THAT! I literally have to flag someone down if I need something else walk in or drive-thru!

2022-03-15Absolutely horrible....I order through doordash for a sausage crossiant with extra sausage and only received bread, egg and cheese. Door dash was amazing with my refund. Ill never order again. No sausages on a sausage, egg, cheese sandwich!

2022-05-06I used to love this place. Like 3 or 4 days a week kind of love. I havent been since the holidays, for two reasons; excessive waiting and receiving room temperature coffee several times. Fast forward over 4 months later and its only gotten worse. Placed a mobile order at 9:18, arrived at 9:39 & walked out at 9:55. Not at all convenient. Waiting over 10 minutes with no one around and I wasnt even greeted.

2022-02-05I go daily for my iced coffee. Service is okay could be quicker in the drive thru. The tiniest little drive thru Ive ever seen but construction isnt their fault. Cant say much about the food but I fully enjoy my lunch, iced coffee.

2022-06-11This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this Dunkin location, but after today I can say I won’t be back for a while. Terrible service in the drive-thru on 6/11 at 4:25. Chris has an attitude. I held my card out while he talked to another employee, and I had to get his attention, which he didn’t like. He handed both my drinks out without speaking or looking at me. His head was literally turned around, and then when I said thank you he looked at me like I was crazy. Not to mention, this location really needs to trim the hedges in the drive-thru, as the turn is already right for trucks. I had to basically put the passenger side of my pickup in the leaves. Shannon needs to get her location in shape - I will be reaching out to corporate.BELIEVE THE RECENT 1-STAR REVIEWS! This location used to be amazing…

2022-05-01Everytime I go to Dunkin I remember why I stopped going. The donuts are stale and they overcharge people. At least give us Krispy Kreme quality. The customer service is average. I bought a chocolate milk from them and it was sour. The phone number doesnt work either. 😒

2021-04-23Ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich. Selected for 2 fried eggs with bacon and Swiss cheese. This sandwich was missing the main ingredients and was un-toasted. Ordered through DoorDash and was given a refund (Thanks DoorDash!) but still so unhappy with this Dunkin location. That was two chances from me, both with incorrect orders.

2022-01-20I thought you guys only had Donuts then I found your breakfast menu it is phenomenal. I got the maple bacon bacon egg and cheese something or another.. it was fantastic I will definitely be back for breakfast more often..

2022-02-07Ordered a sausage egg cheese croissant and the egg was still frozen and they gave me 2 damn tatter tots only 2 lol. Aside from that it took forever which I getthey busy. The staff at the register was nice though.

2022-02-27I used to really like them but theyve gone down hill the past few years. Whether its an online order or in person order, they always gets forget something or just give you the wrong order. They may be cheap but the quality is so low that its not worth it anymore. Just go to Starbucks instead.
