Stood in here for the better half of 30-45mins, it’s super slow. I stood waiting for my drinks for 20 mins alone (this does not include when I had to wait to pay or for my refund) waited on 2 drinks and after 20 mins I asked when I was going to receive my order and I was told “I’m not sure when they’re going to be made” by an employee. They were making multiple drinks for drive through in that time but didn’t really take care of drive through either. Their last inspection score got an 84. On top of this employees had multiple personal drinks sitting out. Someone’s drive through order was made and sat for 20mins before they ever made it to the window. Also some staff were wearing masks the wrong way and some wore none at all. In the end I waited the better half of an hour and walked out with a refund, don’t waste your time here.

Service was Awesome! Got a strawberry shake and cappy blast, and they were made just the way we asked....thick. Would recommend this store to all my friends. The girls at the register, and one who made the shakes were Great!

Arrived at 8:45 pm on Wed, May 4, 2022, hours state they are open until 10:00 pm. Door was locked with customers inside. Second door was open. When we entered the staff member threw his arms up and yelled at coworker for not locking both doors. We were told service was only drive through. Tried to place an order at the drive through (sign was broken) and told they had no ice cream cones of any kind. Rude staff. Wont go back.

Love the coffee and donuts except at this location. They need to improve on their donuts quality, and now their coffee quality. Ive been to other locations and when I order vanilla cream filled, and they are full of cream, Not this location. I will not be coming back, Seriously going downhill here. Today, 7/2/22, my coffee I got and checked out when I got home had curddled cream and was literally un-drinkable.

Little young dude working in the morning on 4/29 did not give my daughter her change and rolled his eyes at her when she asked for a bag. He needs to be fired. I get sorry service from him last time which is why we havent been in a while

Got an Iced coffee, went through drive thru. My personal opinion, what I ordered was at all great. Starbucks has you beat!

Has REALLY improved in the past couple months. Now, my coffee comes out great each time and Im not in line for half n hour. Whoever stepped up to the plate deserves a raise.

Friendly service from the second you step into the store. Hot, fresh coffee prepared as ordered. Store was very clean.There is a drive-thru which wad very busy; but, moving right along.

The people are very nice. They told me about the free doughnut promotion..giving out something free is very rare nowadays.
