Always Always!!! A Good Experience! And the Employees are Super Nice and Professional!
Took my Mercedes-Benz to 3 repair facilities to get a resolution to some annoying front end noises. Ty called me personally and asked what was I hearing. He test drove the vehicle and tightened a few bolts afterwards and the noises were gone. Great job
I received a quote in September of 2020 for new front brake pads and rotors for $262.48, I returned in April of 2021 with the same quote, and they told me it was going to be $391 because the person who quoted me was wrong and it wasn’t enough money. I have used this mechanic and bought new tires from them over the years. I live in the city of Atlanta and drive about 35 min out of my way to come here. Needless to say I will not be returning, and I am very dissatisfied with their new team, and lack of empathy for their customers. This company does not honor their word, and I would not trust them if I were you. There are many other mechanics that will stand behind the price they give you, and provide better service.
I was from out of town and had a nail stuck in my tire. I had a long trip ahead of me and D.W. Campbell got me right in, first thing in the morning, to get the nail out and patch the tire. They did quality work and got me on my way. I cant thank them enough!
First time here. Working on Dobbins ARB and had a nail in my tire. Came in just before they closed. What a pleasure. Very friendly management and staff. Professional and knowledgeable. My truck was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I appreciate small businesses and highly recommend this one.

Bought a set of tires there a few years ago. Best price locally. In and out quickly. Great customer service. Not my first visit and not my last.Now today, I go by needing some help with my spare tire. They took the wheel and tire into the back. 5 minutes later, Im good to go. I came in to get my tire pressure checked just for maintenance. Mack the manager was very professional and friendly assisted me to Guy and he did a great and efficient job of putting air back in my tire. Definitely would recommend tire issues to these gentlemen. Very professional.
They pretty much destroyed my car. Last year I went into this place every week between July and September. My car‘s motor died this February. I feel like every time they fixed one thing they messed something else up. The prices were outrageous. They sold me a battery only to have to replace it three months down the line and did not honor the warranty. I really believe I was getting a bad battery to begin with which also messed up my starter and I had to replace that too. They quietly switched Management last year and that made me wonder based on the service I was getting. A few months before that a customer came in there to complain about their services and spoke about getting corporate involved and the next thing you know these people were gone. Not sure if this was an independent franchise but something had to have happened. Mechanics that had been there for years suddenly disappeared and their successors did an even worse job. Had I known then what I know now I would have just taken my car into the dealer. I’m so sorry I used this service. I’ve had backyard mechanics do a better job than this place.
Highly recommend getting service done here! The staff are extremely personable and they went the extra mile to help me when I was a walk in that needed a new brake line. Not only were the prices very good, they got me fixed up on a Saturday right near closing time. Much appreciated Mack!!
Best auto shop I have ever been too. I was refereed by a colleague who had nothing but good to say about them. Went in for an oil change and I explained my colleague sent me here and they knew him by first name, even by a nickname. Knew this was going to be a good place. Techs and Manager were super helpful and very professional. Explained to me that my brakes and rotors were toast. Explained that is was something needed ASAP. I was hesitate about the price he gave me so I called around to other places and even the dealership. Price was right between the dealership and a cheaper place. Figured that a middle price was best and with the service I already had they would do good work. As I hoped great service and had my car back at the end of the day.I would recommend D.W. on Cobb Parkway to anyone. Great service they explain what you need now and what you can put off until later. Very happy customer!
This shop has been my family go to place for all four of our cars. The staff goes out of its way to make it as easy as possible. They keep us informed as to the repairs needed, ask for authorization, and explain the procedures. They are always rotating our tires for better mileage when we are in. They often do minor things, like light bulbs, for no charge. This is a business that knows about service, and I refer friends to them all the time. Great experience.
I have not been to this location for over a year. I was surprised that the guy behind the desk was not wearing a mask. There were a few patrons there skidding tires in the parking lot. Very unprofessional!! I was quoted one price and when it was time to pay, it was a few dollars more. I am not sure if I will return.
Positive and attentive environment with clean waiting room. The manager Kyle went above and beyond to make my engine swop out as pleasant as possible. He made an unfortunate situation seem much more manageable. I would definitely recommend this location and will be coming back for any automotive needs.

I have been getting my car serviced here for almost 7 years and have ALWAYS received friendly and reliable customer service. The store manager Matt, and the service manager John, are trustworthy, never try to take advantage of you by adding in unnecessary services, and do a great job of explaining any issues your car may have and if its urgent to address them. SCAMMERS!!! Please go somewhere else!!!! I went to get my car serviced because I had a check engine light on. After a $122.00 diagnostic fee, I was told by Corey that I needed a whole new transmission quoting me $2750.99 plus labor totaling $$3164.99. I took my car into Speedy Transmissions for a second opinion. They not only diagnosed my car for free but fixed my car for $625. My car is running PERFECT thanks to Speedy Transmissions. If you need ANY transmission work please head to Speedy Transmissions and leave these scammers alone!!!!
Very helpful and considerate customer service. I ordered tires as mine were out of stock and they arrived quickly. Upon arrival they called me to inform me they were in stock. Service was quick. No complaints.
I will never ever recommend anybody to buy tires from them. Pathetic customer service. Three years back I bought a set of 4 tires form them.These tires only have 16,000 miles on them and already failed the thread test at my car dealership while semiannual maintenance checks. I have got thetires rotated and aligned during every semiannual maintenance at the car dealership. When I took the car to them, I was denied of any help as I havenever taken the car to them for tire rotation and alignment. They said the tires are not rightly aligned and that has caused the weathering, even without mechanically checking it.Good and easy excuse to shrug off your responsibilities. A mistake well learnt, do not go to any off the road tire shop.
I had been to good year for getting my flat tire fix. It was an urgent requirement and I tried calling around 4 places to get the work done but all I was told that there is a wait for 1 - 2 hours. Finally I called Goodyear and the person who answered my call was very polite. He told me to come right away. The staff is very polite and friendly. They fixed the tyre in about 25 mins. It was quick and hasel free. Would recommend this place for its service.
Ive gotten tires here a couple of times. My car has to have a certain size that isnt very common. That being said, the only kind that they had in stock were more than I wanted to pay. So they ordered a cheaper brand for me that arrived the next day. The service didnt take too long, and I got a good nap on the very comfortable couch since it was so early for me. I also want to point out that these guys are very kind to women. Going to a car shop can be fustrating, especially if you are a woman. They are so awesome in how they treat you that they got an award or something for it.
I went to get four tires changed and was told it would take 1 hour. But after an hour my car was still parked in the same spot I left it. I went inside to ask whats going on and the guy told me in unprofessional way just wait. When I asked how much longer the guy short guy with a baseball cap told me I can leave if I want. So after wasting an 1 hour, I just left. This happens all the time at this location. If you cant do something on time then dont say it will be done it that time. Thats a lie.
I have used a couple different DW Campbell Goodyear Service locations for all my non-warranty maintenance for more than 20 years. My experience has always been great. Specifically, Kyle Holloway at the 1930 Cobb Pkwy location is AWESOME!

Looked up tires online, got a total price quote which included labor. Drove over there and the price was over $200 more. They added balancing without mentioning it. When I said something, the price came down but was still well over $100 more than my quote. Unfortunately, I didnt bring the quote with me, but I just checked it again and it is as Ive explained above.
You won’t regret being serviced here. Very friendly staff. They always have great communication. I have been going to this location for almost 3 years and never had a complaint!
The hard to find honest repair shop - the folks at DW Campbell have always taken amazing care of my familys vehicles. Friendly, warm, efficient, and they never try to sell you what you dont need. I would recommend them to anyone.
This place has gone downhill. They are careless with their air hammers and cross threaded my lug nuts. I bought my tires from here and have only had them rotated here, so it was definitely them. Didnt feel like fighting it so just paid the $58. Could have been worse.
I took my truck there because they usually did great work. Now my truck was having problems so I brought it in on several occasions finally on 12 11 2017 a ticket was created but no work done because there was always an excuse the light was not on , try too cycles of gas done. Finally on 12 21 2017 truck began too shut down so I brought it back in they were not sure what the issue was so I stated if your guessing I hope you guess right because I dont have money to come back and than theres a problem. My son whose in law enforcement pick me up every time they looked at my truck. so this time they kept it over night. I paid $633 and my truck is worse now than when I first took it in. so returned 12 27 2017 was told the guy was not in come back 12 30 2017 at 9:00 I did I sat there until 12:09 thinking they were working on my truck than I said how much longer and Matt stated oh Im sorry the guy is not here. I want my money or my truck repairs correctly. will be filing a claim with BOB also fox 5 or an lawyer what ever I need to do to get this situation taken care of.
There is a new manager here who was was very helpful and accommodating in fixing a minor but aggravating issue. No waiting at all and the team was great at getting me in and out of there is a very short period of time. Very convenient and will definitely be back.
I just called this shop and spoke with a Romualdo because I was recommended by Matt at DW Campbell Tire & Auto, this character tells me I need to take my car to the dealer. I just need a freaking ASE mechanic that can diagnose the possibility of water in my gas tank. Keep in mind this is a potential claim towards the company who screwed up my car, but they are requiring paperwork that needs to be filled out by both myself and the ASE mechanic so the moment I told him about paperwork thats when he changed his mind and advise that I take my car to the dealer. If the idea of you as a mechanic having to fill a piece of paper triggers you to recommend me to the dealer then theres something very strange going on with this shop if you ask me; therefore Im going to have my friends at Fox5 investigate pay them a surprise visit.

Such a great place to drive by and not stop since it is tainted with poor management and bad decisions. Just hope all the other poor souls who visit here get out with less of a burden than I did. Who would think that a automotive shop that was once traveled to and by far out of the way of so many others could cause such chaos in someones life that it would also affect their childrens lives as well. I didnt but I know now better.

Alex at this facility gave and rendered superior guest service. Not only was he knowledgable about his job, but went the extra mile to do some further checking on a tire that was supposed to be repaired earlier yesterday off the highway. Coming from Detroit I was paranoid and scared. Alex found 2 jails, and supposedly one nail was found yesterday. What a blessing, oh my. Please acknowledge and commend him on his undying effort. He saved us from a potential disaster

I have been to this location multiple times for different services, and each time they have been friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend it for tires, auto repairs, or basic car maintenance.
Knowledgeable and quick (if you get there early morning). Wish they had vehicle pick-up and delivery like some of the other shops in the area.
There prices are higher than any Goodyear ive been to. They matched the pricing from a different goodyear. I should of been getting a tranmission fluid change, oil change, antifreeze change, and aligment. They want $480 and the other Goodyear was only $320. They matched the $320 but I dont think they did everything. I think they skipped the aligment. Hopfully they did change the fluids I asked for.
Only my first time coming in, but the staff here seem honest and eager to provide great service. Time will tell if I decide to stick with these guys.

Five stars I was on a trip pulled off of the road due to a noise coming out of my driver side Tire these folks thats the problem and fix the issue free of charge and sent me and my family back down the road safely thanks guys

Its a mechanic shop so they are going to sell you services, tires, etc. Its gets a little annoying. Service is quick though and atmosphere is decent.

2022-04-20At Goodyear Tire today I purchased two new tires for my vehicle, had a front end alignment and purchased new windshield wipers blades.Steve Lynn the Store Manager were very helpful with my service check in and out. Every item was in stock and the service was completed within 50 minutes.This was my first time here and my wife had come here before. They were very helpful with the service that she needed. The waiting area was spacious and clean and I would recommend thinking place to everyone.

2022-02-14I recently took my car in for a service issue and from the second I walked in the door I felt as ease. Steve took the best care of me. He made me feel like I was not being swindled. He gave me an estimated time on how long it would take and they beat it by half! The professionalism by Steve was top notch. I won’t go anywhere else in the future.

2022-02-04Displeased with the service here. After receiving a quote, I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. While their service was fast, when checking out I was charged for additional additives and more premium oil that I did not ask for. After the Service Manager “gave a discount” I was still charged for a portion of services I did not ask for. I recommend taking your car elsewhere to avoid the upselling.

2022-07-21Two weeks after changing my cars oil at this location, the engine was nearly destroyed because of a stripped oil drain plug. I initially reached out to the center June 27th to no avail. I reached out to your corporate office on July 12th to no avail. As previously said, I am not asking for a new car. Im asking your organization to show a drop of decency and respect to a - formerly - loyal customer of 20 years. Please review my claim and respond to my email. It is the absolute least you can do.

2020-10-07About 9 months ago, I took a Chevy Express van in for an oil change and because it constantly pulled to the right. When I picked it up, I was told it needed new struts but fleet had declined the repair. The van is fleet owned. Due to the condition of the suspension, I was told it would continue to pull to the right. Fast forward 9 months and the tires have worn out in an irregular pattern. It didnt display the usual symptoms of bad struts and I didnt buy their explanation originally, so I took it to the Chevy dealer this time.Last week the dealer replaced all 4 tires and said the alignment was way off but that the suspension was fine. It drives straight for the first time in a year! I find it truly incredible that what was so worn out 9 months ago, the dealer finds acceptable now. I wont be back.

2021-04-081.Customer service is terrible. 2.I went in for an alignment and a tire plug, which I was told couldn’t get the tire plugged due to where the nail was located. I ended up getting a new tire.3. I doubt they balanced my new tire or did the alignment because three days later my car vibrates when I slow down after hitting 40mph. With my work schedule, ever time I go back they are closing. I finally made it to Good Year to have them look at my car again. Only to have the three men working in the store to ignore the fact that I was standing at the counter waiting on them. I stood the for like 10 minutes and nothing. So I left. I don’t know if I even want to go back there, I will just go to another Good Year. They need to do better.
