D.W. Campbell Tire & Auto Service in other cities:
Wanted to give them my business, but can’t believe they are charging $80 to mount 4 tires, and a additional $100 to balance 4 tires and $90 for a alignment. Don’t go here, go down the street to Firestone they mounted balanced 4 tires and did the alignment for $162 out the door!! Half the price. Sad people don’t care about there customers but Firestone gained a customer for life!
I have been to this Goodyear location twice for a wheel alignment service. Steve got me in and my vehicle taken care of in no time. You can tell by talking to the Steve and the other employees here that they are professionals and genuine. I would recommend to anyone needing their services to give them your business. You won’t regret it.
Great service, as usual! My wifes car tire had a screw and the crew ad DW took great care of us! Sadly I took her car to another shop and they only wanted to replace two tires rather that plug it. But because DW Campbell was there for us we are only using them to repair all of our cars. Thanks!!
I dropped my Frontier truck because I heard some noise from front. After an hour later, store manager called that it is because the shock broke and the body is rubbing tires. Because of that, the tires are separating. And manager recommended me to replace shocks and tires but I asked to replace shocks onlyWhen I picked it up, the manager told me that he test drive the truck and it still makes the noise. And he said, he doesnt know what caused it. So, he put some lubricants on the joints. Thats it.BTW, the tire was separating because it rubbed curb.
The guys are honest and helpful. Ive been coming here for years to get general maintenance on my vehicles. My last visit was for four tires as I noticed quite a bit of loss in traction on the recently wet roads. Within a couple hours of dropping off my car, I get call telling me I only needed two new tires. They suggested I put the set thats less than 18 months old on the rear and the new set on the front. Most places wouldve gladly just took my money. Thats the type of service that keeps me coming back.
Worst repair shop on the planet. These guys have burned me every single time!!! Work gets completed and then it brakes a few months later. I spent $2600.00 on a front end and less than a year later my new tie rods brake! What a joke! Funny how the original tie rods last for 200,000 miles but the one from Goodyear last 10,000 miles. Would not recommend this company to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!! And this is not my first issue with Goodyear. I would have given them zero stars, if possible!!
After spending $835 in June, the problem with my car persisted. Took it back in September and spent another $350. Talked to Tech on phone to let him know that the car was running just as it was before I brought it in. He advised giving it a couple of days for timing to adjust. Took the car back after two days, and the service manager said there was nothing they could do. I spent over one thousand dollars for nothing.
Another great service job completed completed with swiftly, I was out of the door faster than anticipated. Chris was extremely helpful and broke everything down for me. I keep coming back because I know my car is being taken care of as well as great customer service. Other service shops should take notes!
I had my first occurrence of car trouble. I had to abandon my car overnight for it to be serviced in the morning because it broke down in front of Good Year which is where I usually go for my oil changes and preventive maintenance. The next morning I spoke with a float manager named Brad who tried to charge me approximately $1200-$1300 for my repair without using diagnostics. Ill just say, his attitude and boastfulness was completely unprofessional so I waited the next day for the actual store manager by the name of Chris. He thoroughly took care of all of my needs and cut my Bill in half. I was so pleased with all of the customer service I received that day and thankfully Chris came to my rescue !!!!!! Finally! Someone I can trust! Thanks Chris!
Took my 2003 Sienna for its usual oil change, I called and talked to them and had a friend take it as Im handicapped and ill and they did a fast, timely job, ready when promised, checked and topped all fluids and checked my brakes. I knew my brakes were fine but was shocked when they didnt try to sell me a brake job - probably the easiest thing in the automotive world to upsell to single elderly women because we have faced our mortality and dont want to die in a fiery car crash but they didnt ... that alone sold me on Chris and Denton at DW Campbell on Canton Road in Marietta. They were polite, friendly, professional, used the correct premium oil I expected instead of a cheap sludge, the price was very reasonable, ready when promised - cant ask for more.
It was my first time utilizing this particular good year. The staff was friendly and honest. Did not feel pressured to buy anything, nor was I presented with anything unnecessary. They also were able to service my vehicle although I had not made an appointment. Definitely will be coming back in the future.
I took two of my vehicles to get repaired at DW Campbell and the customer service was great. After one vehicle was repaired I still noticed a problem and took it back the next day. They performed a quick check and corrected the minor problem free of charge. I will continue to use them for servicing both my and my wifes vehicles.
They did a great job and am very satisfied with this Goodyear location. Vernon was very helpful explaining what needed to be done and since it was going to take several hours they gave me a home and picked me up when the work was complete. This is the only place I bring my car for anything it needs.
Ive been having a problem with my truck starting lately so I got a new battery and changed it myself. Unfortunately this didnt solve the problem. So I took my truck in to Goodyear to see if they could find a problem. Not only did they look at my truck immediately, but they were very polite and happy to help even though I didnt have an appointment. They did a complete test of the electrical system in my truck and talked me through each test and the results. The tests they ran didnt show any problems with the alternator, ground wires, or anything else of consequence. They did find one anomaly with the battery though, producing more cold cranking amps than it, and recommend I replace it with a higher quality one.Even though they didnt conclusively find a problem, I appreciate that they didnt try to manufacture a problem like some repair shops do. They also told me to go and try and get my money back for the battery I had already purchased or exchange it for a different one so that I wouldt get charged twice.I will absolutely go back to this Goodyear and recommend that anyone with a problem go here.
I would not trust this place. I took my car over today with a nail in the tire to get it patched. After a couple hours the guy called me and said the nail was too close to the sidewall and I would need a new tire. His mistake, I worked at a tire shop for about 3 years when I was younger so i knew that was bs because i saw where the nail was and have patched many like that myself. Either they dont know what they are doing or they are crooks trying to sell you something you dont need. I feel the latter. I took my car to the tire shop i used to work at on the way home and they laughed when i told them the story, needless to say its fixed no thanks to Goodyear. To the response...this wasnt the only occasion this has happened. My co workers have came 2 times before me when I looked at the nails in their tires and it was the same thing, I worked in a tire shop for years, I actually measured the puncture when they pulled the nail out, it was 1.25 inches from the edge of the tread. Not even in question whether it can be patched or not. Your guys either dont know what they are doing or what I believe is they are dishonest and trying to upsell.
I have been a customer of D.W. Campbell Goodyear since 2011, and have never had better service and professional care of my auto. I drive a 2000 Chevy Tahoe, now with over 228,000 miles on it, and have always gotten friendly service and advise from the members of the Team at D.W. Campbells. Not only are the tires of Goodyear superior to others, they last longer and give better ride. You cant find a better tire/auto service than D.W. Campbell Goodyear.
Its pretty obvious from the quality of the repair work that the D.W. Campbell mechanics care about cars and their customers. They take excellent care of my 10+ years old Neon--he runs like new! They are honest, knowledgeable, give great advice, and clear, concise explanations. What I appreciate most is that they will advise you of any problem they see that could make the car unsafe to drive and result in a costly repair, but they will NEVER up-sell you. Since Ive been taking my Neon to D.W. Campbell, my maintenance and repair costs are much more affordable than when I was going to the dealer. If you want mechanics who will take excellent care of your car, go to D.W. Campbell.Disclaimer: I have no stake in D.W. Campbell beyond being one very happy and satisfied customer with a car that purrs like kitten, runs like dream, and is a joy to drive!

2022-02-14I recently took my car in for a service issue and from the second I walked in the door I felt as ease. David took the best care of me. He made me feel like I was not being swindled. He gave me an estimated time on how long it would take and they beat it by half! The professionalism by David was top notch. I won’t go anywhere else in the future.

2022-03-31I was a 15 year customer until finally realizing I was in the wrong place. Between employees sending inappropriate pictures of themselves to female customers, front desk employee stealing from the company was just the beginning. I took my Nissan Titan to have clicking noise that I expected to be related to fan or belt. Was informed that my engine has expired. My reply, What do you mean engine has expired? Answer, it sounds like you have slung a rod or bearing, you need a new engine. we can sell you a engine with 90k miles on it for 9,000 dollars. No thanks, took it to Nissan dealer....fan clutch repaired for $750. Car runs like a top now! You need to run from this place!

2021-12-07My van was leaking antifreeze like crazy. The thermostat wasnt registering the engine as overheating. The staff were very friendly and able to look at my car within minutes. There was an issue with the parts delivery but the desk person sent one of his guys to where the parts are stored and brought it back. There were able to fix the van in less than 2 hours. They had other cars so I thought I would be stuck there all day like other places. Mechanics were honest and nice! Thank you!!!!
