Dr. Gregory was very professional, charismatic, and informative. This was my first chiropractic visit in nearly 6 years. I had displaced my SI joint several days before the visit, and was subsequently immobile for days. My mobility before and after treatment was night and day. I was immediately able to return back to worry free running and regular activity. Thanks to Dynamic Sport & Spine for big follow through.
My family has been seeing Dr. Salzmann over 10 years now. Shes the most educated Chiropractor Ive ever known, and Ive known too many. Shes very up to date with the latest thinking, and a couple of years ago did more studies to qualify for ART, (Active Release Technique). You probably understand that our muscles and facia have a lot to do with torqueing our joints into painful positions, and addressing these issues will determine the success of chiropractic. Many chiropractors do no soft tissue work, some do some, but Ive not seen anyone nearly as informed and thorough as Dr. Salzmann. Thats why she costs more than some other chiropractors. Shes been really great with my kids when theyve needed the rare adjustment over the years. To say I trust her with them says everything. I highly recommend her.
I have been suffering from chronic neck and shoulder pain for over a year. After just one visit with Dr. Diana Salzmann I felt amazing relief! After two visits my life has been changed. Not only does Dr. Salzmann identify the issue but also takes steps to correct the problem instead of just adjusting, providing temporary relief. I am amazed by her technique and am so grateful that I was referred to her.
I’ve been seeing the doctors here for several years now. I had low back and shoulder issues over the years and Dr Salzmann has been able to not only get rid of the pain but also taught me exercises to prevent future issues. I started practicing Brazilian Jiu-jitsu at 44 and found that Dr Gregory specializes in helping people perform their best in a multitude of martial arts. He has built a custom program for me to help with specific issues I have had due to the constant framing and pushing involved with a new student. I highly recommend both of these Dr’s!
I went in on the recommendation of another of their clients. I had flair ups with my elbow for years from a previous job and it would resurface every few months but recently my pain was causing me issues at work and at home and was excruciating. Dr. Gregory worked with me and showed me exactly what the issue was and how it was causing my pain. He set forth an easy to understand and comprehend exercise program that I could do in 10 minutes a day and within the first fist the pain had subsided and within the week, I had no pain at all. 4 months later, I still do the exercises to gain strength and improve mobility and I have gone the longest I have ever gone without pain. Your fooling yourself by letting the pain go on, or to use medication to get by day by day. They don’t hound you with visits every other day or week, they set forth a term of treatment with the goal of getting you back to 100% first and then using your best judgement moving forward. Highly recommend Dr Gregory and the staff
I was originally referred to Dr. Gregory through my insurance as in network provider. My first consultation was very thorough, and Dr. Gregory really took time to review my range of motion and explain different pain points. His approach also focuses on soft tissue and he uses physical therapy movements to release tension and pain. Everything I didn’t know I needed, just wish I went in for an appointment sooner!
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Szalzman! I’m not kidding when I say she has changed my life after just two visits. My lower back has been hurting for months. My ankles and knees were a wreck. The traditional chiropractor wasn’t helping because yes he would put my joints in alignment but the nerves and muscles surrounding that area are left in the incorrect location. I can roll over at night with no pain, walk up and down the stairs with no knee pain, touch my toes, etc. I wish I knew about her way before now. Thank you Dr. Szalzman!
Dr. Diana and Dr. Cameron have one if the best (if not the best) practices Ive been to. Their friendly, timely and adequate management of patients and the appropriately equipped office combines perfectly with the knowledge and preparation to provide each patient with the necessary techniques to overcome most of/if not any ailment. Would recommend 100%.
Dr. Diana Salzmann keeps my body from falling apart because of the additional running Ive done in the past year. I especially enjoy her enthusiasm, knowledge, and sense of humor. Every visit, she assesses where Im at with my movements, mobility, and pain levels. The soft-tissue work she does makes such a difference, which you can see when Dr. Salzmann reassesses after her work. She has figured out and treated every single problem I come in with, and Im even making progress with chronic low back issues. She explains whats going on in a way I can understand too. I feel completely comfortable with her, and I dont say that easily. I hope to refer more people to her in the future!
Dr Diana Salzmann has helped me heal from a bad car accident. Her knowledge of the human body from her training and experience has helped me recover from whiplash and lower back issues. I feel safe and secure and have trusted her to guide my way back to how I was before the accident. I’m very thankful to have the opportunity to work with Dr Salzmann!
I started seeing Dr. Salzmann in 2017 to address sports injuries related to training in Olympic lifting for the Georgia Games. Her bodywork not only relieved the chronic pain I was experiencing; it also really improved my flexibility and my lifts. I continued to use her practice on-and-off for two years to improve my mobility and address sports injuries. Two key things to know re: Dr. Salzmann:1) She is not a typical chiropractor, trying to sell you on X visits per month for the rest of your life. She wants to come up with a treatment strategy and get you fixed. Her goal is that youre healed and pain free, not that youll come back in forever.2) Her Active Release Therapy work is phenomenal. She uses ART to improve flexibility and mobility and it really works. She does pre- and post-tests in every appointment (measuring mobility at the beginning and end of each session). As a result, you can really see the difference her work makes - e.g., being able to reach 2 inches further, squat deeper, or turn further. In addition, Dr. Salzmann is just very fun and personable. There is never any sense of judgement for whatever your injury or issue is, and she is always clearly invested in helping you get better. I recommend her very highly.Update re: Dr. Gregory:I went back to Dynamic Spine and Sports in 2021 to address some pain and injuries Id acquired barefoot running and strength training. I chose to work with Dr. Gregory because of scheduling issues.Dr. Gregory excellent. Like Dr. Salzmann, he uses pre- and post- tests to assess your progress in each visit and has excellent ART technique. Truly, it is sometimes like magic - you walk in with pain, soreness, or lack of mobility and walk out with it gone. Like Dr. Salzman, his goal is to get you fixed, not have you come back forever.Dr. Gregory has an incredible enthusiasm for his work. He approaches pain and mobility issues like a puzzle to be solved, using questions and mobility tests to pinpoint the exact causes. He then addresses them in-office, but also provides detailed instructions for at-home treatment, so that you can do your own ART to keep addressing your issues at home.I highly recommend Dr. Salzmann and Dr. Gregory to anyone with sports injuries or chronic pain!
I am fortunate in that Dr. Salzmann was recommended to me by my physical therapist, and that is a rarity when those two professions will work together for patient improvement! Dr. Salzmann is one of the best Chiropractic healers i have ever visited (5+ chiropractors in 4 states). She has been able to work things out and down to minimum visits or as needed....and i feel better than i have in a decade! She is personable, listens well, asks all the right questions, is extremely talented in her abilities, and all with a wonderful sense of humor! Thank you!!
I have been seeing Dr. Salzmann for nearly two years (had to stop for a year due to powers beyond my control) for my sciatica and other long-term problems. I can say, without any exaggeration, that she is one of the best doctors I have ever visited. Not only is she extremely personable and kind, but she knows what shes talking about and is open to discuss and explain it. I see results from her adjustments immediately--which is almost as great as the huge grin she gets on her face when I test out my limbs! Its so nice to be moving without pain for the first time in...well, years. Its also nice to know that I understand my body a little bit better too, and how to take care of it when Im away from her office. I highly, highly recommend her.

2021-09-29Dr. Gregory utilizes evidence-based practices in both assessment and treatment. IMO a chiropractor certified in Active Release Techniques is a true healer. Dr. Gregory has gone above and beyond in my care by adding me on schedule after a busy work day or allowing me to bring my young child with me for convenience. Also, a visit to the Marietta square is always a delight. Ive never had a problem finding free 2 hour parking just steps away from the clinic. I highly recommend!

2021-04-28I lived with knee pain from running for 8 months, after my first session with Dr. Cameron Gregory I was practically cured! Firstly, the knowledge this place and their doctors has is outstanding. After Dr. Gregorys first thorough exam of me, I learned so much about my body. He adjusted me but more importantly (I think) did soft tissue work on me. This was one of the reasons I picked Dynamic Spine and Sports, because of their knowledge in the subject. I was sent home with a plan, a follow up appointment and ever since Ive been following my at home routine, my body has stayed aligned and pain free. Dr. Gregory kept the door open for any future appointments but didnt pressure me to keep coming back after seeing progress so quickly. I will definitely be back at some point, but Im so grateful to have found this place!

2021-05-10I have been seeing Dr. Gregory for a little over 2 months now for a shoulder and lower back issue. Dr. Gregory has a unique approach to his practice and I absolutely love it. Some traditional chiropractors will just have you come in once or twice a week to adjust you and send you on your way. This way does not give you anything to work on outside of the office. Dr. Gregory has greatly improved my day-to-day life by giving me relief in the areas of pain. He also gives you exercises and tools to take home so that you can work on improving yourself outside of the office as well. He has extensive training in active release therapy (ART). This technique helps separate small tissues or muscles that are a lot of the time the root of pain in the surrounding areas of the body. I highly recommend seeing him for any issue you may have and he will get you headed in the right direction.

2021-02-19I am so grateful I’ve found Dr. Gregory through the recommendation of my massage therapist. I have been nursing neck and shoulder pain for years. I have invested in an expensive night guard for clenching, many hours of physical therapy, many hours of chiropractic. Dr. Gregory‘s approach is different in that it is his goal to see you as little as possible not as frequently as possible. He welcomes your feedback as to what you feel is going on with your body and applies it with his own knowledge for a full body healing. He is kind and gentle. His Training in active release technique (ART) is truly beneficial to your body. I never knew soft tissue and the smaller muscles in your body could contribute so much to body pain. I am on my way to healing and very thankful.

2021-04-07Dr. Gregory is phenomenal. I have scoliosis and have always been weary of chiropractors because I was afraid they would do a few quick adjustments just to get me out of there. Dr. Gregory really takes his time and tries to work the muscles and tissues and tries to alleviate the discomfort associated with my scoliosis and im very optimistic in my treatments. I’m so thankful for him!

2021-07-29Dynamic Spine and Sports Tx has been a life-saver! Ive wrested with low back pain for years following workouts. Ive been to various chiropractors, PTs and orthopedic surgeons. All of which assessed my body while in a static position or doing obscure exercises that do not generalize to workout setting. None of these practitioners ever the time to observe me doing my workout and determine what muscles I may be recruiting incorrectly. Sure.... I could do a glute bridge just fine but after several box jumps or weighted squats my back was KILLING me! This is impossible for most practitioners. They are doing a drive by session, giving you 10 minutes of their time and then moving on to the next patient. However, Dr. Gregory took the time to trouble shoot why the correct muscles would activate with certain exercises and not with others. He has an extensive amount of knowledge and awareness for how the body functions as a whole and he is able to provide new trial methods immediately. Dr. Gregory is known for doing this with ALL his patients. Come to find out, my low back hurts because its taking the load for my glutes which will not activate doing CERTAIN glute exercises. He then developed a hierarchy of exercises, specific to me, that will encourage mind-muscle activation which now carries over to my workouts. Other practitioners have been unsuccessful with this because they were looking at x-ray, an MRI, a static position hold or at best using a specifically targeted exercises that didnt generalize to my workout. I am forever grateful for finding Dynamic Spine and Sports Therapy!!!

2021-01-28Dr. Gregory has been amazing for my son who is a very active HS athlete who trains year round and was struggling with some soft tissue issues. Since we started working with Dr. Gregory, my son and my own flexibility has improved dramatically. I would highly recommend anyone who is struggling with various mobility and pain issues to visit Dynamic Spine & Therapy and see Dr. Gregory.
