Dynamo Swim Center in other cities:
Schedule is not followed and lane closures are not always posted or marked. Regardless if you are in the middle of your workout, you can be harassed to get out of your lane to make room for a dive group whenever they show up. The dive group instructor acts like he owns the pool - the group shows up whenever they want and rudely piles their equipment at the end of whatever lanes they want to use. Myself and the only other woman in the pool were forced to stop our workouts early to make room for this group. 15 minutes later, after I showered and dressed, they were still not in the pool. In an attempt to avoid this happening in the future, I asked the dive instructor what time they are usually in the pool and was not only talked down to but was told I was being rude though I was the one forced to stop my workout and kicked out of my lane.
- No regular & formal feedback is provided to parents or students to improve and progress- I didnt see much progress in my kids and finally my elder son dropped off with no motivation- Once I moved to new state, I see lot of change in my both kids- Unfortunately, my kids has to spend more time in learning techniques in new state to progress to next levels. Its a waste of time and money for us with Dynamo.
I would give zero star if I could. The pool has been dirty and nobody from management wants to take the responsibility. I even shot a video of the particles, bugs and mud in the pool. The filter has not been working for quite sometime and they just skim the water with a hand net filter.

2022-02-06Cold water, understaffed and only open crazy hours. One hour a day is the lesson pool open after driving 25 miles. No locker to safely put my wallet so I guess the next swimmer could pick pocket

2021-05-31Great club, with attention from the receptionist, to all staff and great coaches. Nancy is awesome, knowledgeable and passionate. She teaches masters and younger kids! Nick is very creative and motivate the kids to be their best selves and keep improving! We are very happy at Dynamo!

2016-05-09I love the small class sizes and the caring instructors. My daughter was in swim lessons for a year at another place but was still terrified of the water. Within a month at Dynamo, she was loving swimming and now after a year she is swimming almost completely independently!

2019-08-18Frankie and his team at Dynamo Swim in Alpharetta off Abbotts Bridge are great. Patient and attentive. They start the lessons on time and do a fantastic job working with each child. Weve been there for the past 4 summers with a 6 year old and now 3 year old twins and highly recommend Frankie and his team. If I could give 10 stars I certainly would.

2015-08-01I have seen more progress from my 4yoa daughter in 3 classes than from several sessions elsewhere. The teachers do a good job of not coddling the kids and making them do it themselves. This works so much better to show the kids that they can do it on there own. The teachers are right next to the kids so if they do have trouble they are safe but the dont hold the kids. Also teacher to student ratio is low so they get more attention. Very happy with them!

2017-09-30My daughter is attending over 6 months.. but i dont see any progress in her swimming even though she is fearless in water. Reason being they change coach each session. So it is like starting from scratch. i dont understand how will kid progress when there is no continuation. I spoke with head coach and staff.. they say that they will look into it but nothing is done.

2019-01-17All the coaches here are amazing! This is a great place to not only exercise, but to also practice swimming for upcoming meets. Everyone here is friendly and the lifeguards always try their best to ensure your safety.

2018-03-24Age head coach NICK is incapable to lead the team without showing his favoritism toward few kids. He thinks that he is the one coaching kids actually most of kids taking private lessons from GT assistant coach from China. It is funny to see him acting like he is somebody but most parents and kids know he is just a lucky guy happens to be at Dynamo in perfect time.

2019-05-10DONT TAKEY YOUR BABY the water was too cold for babies. When I asked she said water temp is for everyone to enjoy, totally understand however they shouldnt have baby classes. Focus on big kids and adults.
