Felix was very professional. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the timeliness in which he arrived. I was told 72 minutes and he arrived in approximately 30 minutes. Pickup was towed. Excellent service.
My car broke down on Rt 95 in Townsend, Ga and Eastside Towing came and picked up my car. Terry was the driver and he was so professional and great. He went beyond the call of duty. I am so grateful for his kindness and am so glad he towed my car. I would highly recommend Eastside Towing & Repair. They care. Thanks again Al
They did an amazing job for me and my wife. Geico assigned them for roadside assistance and they arrived fast. My car was stuck in between a main road and a lower ground in between a sidewalk. John, in a profesional fashion, got my vehicle unstocked without causing any damage. In addition, he called first response services which diverted the traffic while he was getting the vehicle to safety. I give them five stars for an excellent job. Will recommend to friends and family.
When I couldnt get Firestone Complete Auto Care, or Mavis Tires and Brakes to service me, I called my insurance company, and they dispatched Eastside Towing & Recovery to the rescue. They were very prompt. As soon as I put the request in, I mean as soon as I put it in, Josh called me within a minute. He gave me an estimated time He should be there. When he knew he was going to be later than expected, he called. I didnt mind it. I was on the beach, enjoying myself. He was so kind, and very professional. He was training someone. The trainee person was also very nice, kind, and professional. If youre ever in Brunswick, and get a flat, or breakdown please call this place FIRST! They are open on Sundays, even if you dont see it on their website. I HIGHLY recommend them. They took good care of me, and got me home safely.
We had a tire blow out while on a trip to GA on I95. Our car had no spare but with runflat tires which doesnt help when tire has side wall damage. Our road side service put us in touch with Eastside Towing in the middle of the night. They were prompt at coming and our tow guy-Andy was awesome! His southern hospitality was very welcoming, especially at the time we were so tired and deflated by the flat;). He towed us about 60 miles to our hotel only to find out the hotel overbooked and no room available. Andy stuck around willing to take us anywhere else if needed. Luckily our hotel was able to upgrade us to another nearby hotel. I dont make many reviews but felt this was worthy to a tow company that well deserves the recognition. Thank you Eastside Towing and our pleasure to meet Andy.
They were professional, on time, and when they brought a bigger truck that wasn’t able to fit they quickly brought in a new smaller truck to load my car onto and towed it. Very friendly and quick with everything! Highly recommend!
Thank you to Eastside Towing and Repair. I broke down I was not able to get in the towel truck was to high for me to get in. There was no one that could give me a ride home. I was going to have to find another towe company. Thanks to Nicole their dispatcher she decided to help me out they have a taxi service and she pay for my taxi ride home. Highly recommended towing service in Glynn County / Brunswick, GA area. State Farm always uses them to tow my vehicle and I was always impressed with how professional they have been. Paula, the dispatcher, was very helpful in coordinating a tow for me along with insurance when I was stranded with flat tire on side of I95. Cody was the driver, he called me on my cell quickly and was there within 30-45 min. Thank you for the help. Would recommend this company!
I believe our driver was Andy. He was extremely helpful. He also made sure we didnt go to a truck stop where they wouldnt service our vehicle. He made sure we were towed to a location where our vehicle would actually be serviced. He took us to Walmart where they did a wonderful job above and beyond service from both. Thank you! My dogs absolutely loved him.

Due to an unfortunate incident with my truck and camper I required the services of Eastside towing. The tow truck driver was nothing more then nice and professional. His first concern was for our safety as sitting on the side of I-95 while cars and trucks flew by us is not a fun place to be. We then had the mechanic and their shop staff. We where 400 miles from home and they could have said anything about the truck and we would have had to pay it. They were 100% honest and told us it was a simple fix and the truck was ready the following day. Additionally, they took the time to make sure our camper was in a gated, secured area while they worked on our truck. Was really nice getting that Southern hospitality from good honest people while we where in a bad situation. Great job.
I called to get a recommendation about my Jeep, he was honest which I greatly appreciated. Instead of having me bring it in to them and than charging me to check it out, just to say we cant work on it, he told me where to take it. Thank you Eastside!
Today I needed a tow. Everyone knows its not a good feeling being stranded, unable to get where you want to be. Anthony with Eastside Recovery got to me quickly and communicated with me to let me know how soon he could get there. He was very kind and really made me feel like I was being taken care of like I was his own family. He said Im going to treat your car like its my car, like its my baby. He was very well prepared to pull my car, a 96 Pontiac Trans Am, onto his flat bed truck without rubbing, scraping, or scratching anything. I was very impressed by how prepared he was. Everything he did was of the highest quality. Even though my car has seen better days and shes got more than a few character marks Anthony was very careful to make sure he didnt add any of his own. I could not be more impressed with the service Ive recieved. Ive had a few rows, all of them good, but this one definitely stood out amongst the others. My insurance sent them to me to get my car out of mud. Robert did everything he can to make sure he got my car out the best way possible! He was very patient wasnt in a rush at all getting my car out. When he dropped my car off to the shop he shook my hand and told me to have a good day! Now thats some great customer service! I want to make sure Robert gets recognized for his work!
Used our insurances roadside assistance for the first time ever. They sent out Eastside. John was the driver. He called me right away and told me his ETA, which was very quick considering how far from Brunswick I was. It was early morning, still dark. He told me I could go ahead and get in the truck, which was great since it was so cold. The truck was nice and clean, the cab had plenty of room, he was quick in getting my car on the back, and he was extremely courteous and polite. I felt very comfortable given the situation. Even though we had no choice in who towed us, I was extremely pleased with their service.
My mother and I were driving back up to New Jersey after visiting my sister in Fl. Our van broke down and just died on 95. We called these folks for a tow, but they did so much more. The tow truck driver (Stephen) was kind and funny. He made us feel better as soon as he picked us up.Paula at the office was charming and kind. It was already late, and I literally saw FIVE mechanics working on our van at about 7 that night, trying to figure out what went wrong!!! I have never seen such quick action, 5 serious men trying to get us back on the road.Paula and her husband dropped us off at a nearby motel, since more work was needed on the van. In the morning, they said the van was ready, and they sent someone to pick us up at the motel!!! They fixed the van (a crankshaft sensor), and got us on our way.These people treated us like family, kind and warm and friendly. We actually hugged the office gals before we left, thanking them for doing all they did for us.Best part?? The repair and tow was so damn cheap, we nearly fainted!!!If you ever need help in this part of Georgia, CALL NO ONE ELSE!! You will not be sorry, I swear!
I would to thank Eastside Towing for their prompt, honest, and professional service. About a month ago I called my roadside assistance for a tow from Glynco Ga, to Savannah, GA an hour away. I quickly got a response from Stephen and he got to me in less than 30 min. Stephen was very professional and assured me that my car would be fine. At that time I could not go with the car I had to trust that Stephen was a man of his words. He called me while enroute to get the receiving person number so he could call them when he got near. Once Stephen completed the job he called me to let me know he dropped the car off and who received the car. Thank you for the great service.
Had a tire blow out on my commute home from Jacksonville tonight. Husband shows up to change it only to find my lights had killed the battery also. Andy came to our rescue with a jumpstart & super quick tire change. He showed up exactly when he told us when he called to let us know he was on the way & was very professional & courteous! Traveled over 1100 miles to Florida from NY to move my Mom pulling a trailer packed full. The trailer tires were both in desperate need of repair when we stopped in GA for the night. Stephen O. from Eastside Recovery was just fabulous. He was kind, generous, and treated us with the utmost respect. He helped us by going above and beyond. Last night I had a problem that I needed help. My insurance company sent Eastside Recovery and I sure am glad they did. I ended up dealing with two drivers and they could not have been any nicer. I just want to say they were fast and the driver was knowledgeable about my vehicle.. He changed my flat tire within 7mins.. I was back to work and on my way.. Awesome... NO STRESS AT ALL..
Had to use my insurance roadside service for the first time. I needed a jump at the rest stop on I95 early in the morning with my 2 young kids. I was qouted an hour from the insurance dispatcher for our service. A few minutes after hanging up Andy from East side called and said he would be there in 20 mins. Andy was very prompt and courteous and got me back on the road. I could not be happier with the service I received from Eastside.
Unbelievable service from Eastside towing. John came to the rescue when we had a tire blow out on the way home from Disney World. He really went the extra mile and helped us locate a hotel at 2 AM when there were NONE available. Would definitely recommend this company if you are in a jam.
My sons vehicle broke down and the towing service towed his vehicle to Eastside Towing and Repair. Anytime your vehicle breaks down while out of town, you feel vulnerable and at the mercy of the repair shop. From the moment the owners opened the doors, they made us feel comfortable and assured him everything would be ok. They got right on the repair, diagnosing the problem, knowing he was on his way to school in Florida and had to be there the next day. They diagnosed the problem right the first time, repaired it, and had him back on the road within 2 hours of opening their doors. I would also like to shout out to the owners sister, Paula. I just wanted thank you guys for sending Ms. Nicole out to help me and out Explorer Big Family this morning! Nicole was awesome and took great care in quickly setting up the truck for process and was problem-solving with me to get it home safely.I am sure you guys know what personable, smart and kind employee she is but I wanted to double back to be sure :)what you dont know is how attached my daughter is to this vehicle and how Sha has missed it and worried about its safety.Nicole took her time to make sure Big Family was secure during the loading, transport and unloading. Came and got our truck and camper along I95, towed both to their garage, fixed a blown transmission line on our truck, on a Saturday. Great bunch of guys! Left my wife and our dog wait in the waiting room
I had easy side recovery sent by Ford to pick up my car and they would not drop my car over 26 dollars instead they took it fifty miles back to there lot and then ran my bill up to six hundred dollars. DONT USE EAST SIDE RECOVERY. They should be called East Side Crooks
Prompt dispatch through my insurance company. Excellent service by the dispatcher and the recovery tech upon arrival. Courteous and respectful and extremely helpful throughout vehicle recovery process. I highly recommend Eastside Towing.

The tow guy was amazing! After sitting on the side of i95 with my 2 young kids for 4 hours even after calling triple AAA (they couldnt find one of their providers) this man got me and my kids, my suv, and my trailer to a local hotel and autoshop. He made sure we were set for the night. He made sure we had a hotel first before dropping car off. (All other hotels I called were booked. ) I couldnt get through to the motel 6 (what a crap motel, but after sitting on the side of the road with 2 kids for 4 hours, at 1am, you just need a bed! ) Mason, Karsen and I thank you so much!
Broke down on 95 south gave wrong exit number & still very patient about finding us on a Sunday Night. Stephen picked us up & took us to the shop(to so we could see where they were located), than drove us to the nearest hotel.We couldnt have asked for any better service than this. The next morning by 9 am they have our truck up and running at a very low price for the repair. Thank you all for your help on getting us safely home.
Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I tried to get an estimate on an auto repair, knowing that I needed a new alternator. They would not tell me if they could fix it as it took a special tool that some other shops did not have. They would not quote me any prices over the phone. They insisted that I have the car towed to them and then they would look at it and tell me if they could fix it and how much it would cost. When I tried to ask them for a quote prior to paying to tow the car there, the owner hung up on me.
I will never do business with this company. Its sad to see a company that lets their employees run rampant and spread hate and disrespect when theyre representing a company or business. One of their employees James has used very foul language and been very disrespectful on social media and public forums. I thought about not leaving a review and tarnishing this company but its clear that they support it by allowing him to represent them and their company. I will steer everyone I can away from these people and their poor mouths and disrespect especially towards women. I would give 0 stars if allowed because looking at other reviews it seems that the owner has an attitude problem as well.
We had to have our car towed yesterday morning. The gentleman (Terry) was prompt, polite and efficient. Would recommend using them.
Very Rude!!! The owner unlawfully marked up the price $535 and after I came in with the Georgia laws in hand to show him what I could be legally charged, he yelled to get the hell out. P.S. He Unlawlful charges 20 dollars a day for storage when they can legally only charge 15 for a vehicle weighing 10,000 lbs or less.

2022-04-04I was 5 hours into an 18 hour drive, on a Saturday, when I had an issue with a water pump/hose. I contacted roadside assistance, they put me in touch with Eastside towing service. The truck driver was incredibly kind, and helped to ease my anxiety some. My car was towed to the shop at 12:30 pm and I was back on the road by 2:30pm fixed up brand new. The gentleman were kind, helpful, honest and fair. Thank you for taking good care of my family and my vehicle.

2022-03-05This tow service was coordinated through my insurance/Roadside assist coverage. In less then 30 min of requesting assistance, someone was on their way. Prompt and reliable service provided. Andy was very polite and professional. Would definately recommend.

2022-05-12I highly advise not using this company. Very rude and incompetent. Not only does their equipment not work, but when they tell you that another truck is on the way, they will drop you like a bad habit leaving you stranded for hours and never so much as give you a heads up about it. When calling them two and a half hours later to find out an eta, I was met with a very rude person who claimed that it was the insurance company’s fault. So basically they don’t care. Bare minimum service. It’s all about which ever jobs are more lucrative for them with zero consideration of who they leave stranded. I was told that they could have sent someone if I was paying out of pocket but because my insurance was paying for it they moved on to the next preferable job (which I still can’t figure out how that’s a valid excuse when I was never even given the option to pay out of pocket). It’s despicable that they wouldn’t at least give me the opportunity to call another tow company that could help me before Waiting on them for hours. A simple apology may have sufficed but because they got so defensive over their own gross negligence, I am morally obligated to leave this negative review in an effort to warn others. The driver was a nice guy and I’m sure it’s not his fault he’s working with faulty equipment an incompetent management. It looks like they have pretty good reviews too. Must be having a bad day today I guess. I’ll probably be reporting this to the better business bureau as I wait for a more ethical towing company to come help me get home.

2022-08-09This company was tragic, they should be avoided if your traveling with an animal and need a tow..my 10 pound dog may never fully recover because of Eastside towing.UPDATE: my dog was in the throws of heatstroke and the representatives of Foreign Motors called you to complain about her condition. Your employee knew I had a dog as he met her the first time he came to service my car. He should have told me about your inhumane pet policy at that time instead of making us wait for hours and mentioning it after he hooked up the car.

2022-06-07First off my review is a bit late I used there service on August 29, 2021, But better late than never me and my girlfriend and our 4 kids 1 kid having Autism had a bad tire Terry the wrecker driver/mechanic was absolutely amazing I had one lug nut that was stuck on my white Ford Explorer that I could not get off Terry worked on it until it broke free and saved the day he was very professional and personable and understanding of our situation he shared his story about his son that had autism this man really saved the day for us Thank You Terry and sorry for the late review this company is worth it give them a call!!!

2022-01-03My driver was Ryan and he was very professional. He reassured me everything would be taken care of and transferred my car whereever I wanted it to go. He transferred my car with such care and really knew what he was doing. He really represented the company well! I will definetley use them again in the future and would refer them to others. 2021-12-27Every insurance company should use Eastside Towing for roadside assistance. They realize how aggravating it can be to be stuck on the side of the road and make sure they get to you as quick as they can. Charles called me right away and showed up when he said he would. He was very professional, friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this company.

2021-11-06We were traveling and our keys got locked into our rental car soon before we had to leave for the airport. Our insurance contacted Eastside for us. They showed up quickly. Felix was our technician and he called to update me. He was fast, courteous and professional. Felix was aware of our time crunch and got us to our flight on time.
