This place... Im honestly not quite sure how you can mess up the simplest order. I just wanted some chicken tenders and fries. All I got was way over cooked fries, under cooked fries and hard as a rock chicken tenders. Please do not waste your time at this place. They cannot handle making simple food so why trust them to make anything else.
We had a great visit! Comfortable booths, great food, friendly Italian hospitality, excellent prices. Very relaxing atmosphere.
We are always welcomed warmly. The product is very reminiscent of actually getting coffee in Italy. The quality is top notch. Great environment with slow jazz playing in the background, and extremely kind staff. Bonus: they stay open much later than most coffee shops around. Will return.Edit (5 months later): my 5 star review still holding strong. The family-friendly atmosphere and the care that the staff puts into each creation they serve you is simply unparalleled. Do yourself a favor and go visit this place!

This little café is hidden away in a larger plaza, but it is worth seeking out! We tried their espresso beverages; I got the iced latte. I was really pleased! They have lots of other coffee options (drip, cold brew, pre-packaged) as well as food and ice cream options that we didnt try. I will definitely return to give the food a try. Support your local businesses!!
While visiting from out of State we went with another couple to Eatalia this evening. We were delighted with the warmth of this beautiful husband and wife couple. The white hot chocolate was delicious. The cheesecake was creamy and not too sweet like authentic European pastries, unlike overly sweet desserts found in most sweet shops and restaurants. It was a quiet place to enjoy friends. We sat for three hours and never felt rushed. We observed the benevolence extended to a person in uniform being given a free purchase. We will share this little Gem with our friends living in the area.
Lovely space. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The owners are genuine, kind, and Christian. I’d say they could improve on their cleanliness. I won’t be surprise if they score low on their health department test.
We were looking for a new coffee shop and wanted to try this one. Overall, it was okay. The crepes were a little doughy. The espresso was good.The biggest thing we noticed were the multiple flies. It wasnt as clean as we were hoping it would be.

I just literally came from there about 20 minutes ago. The two young ladies, but more specifically the one Young lady. She was super sweet. I asked her can I get a crepe cause I know it was late and theyre about to close. She said sure and I just told her to pick a drink for me that whatever she made me I would drink. She was Super Super awesome about it and she made me like the best drink and I still didnt ask her what it was but it tastes like bananas and caramel. And its a frappe. Theyre so good the crepe is so good. The girls were so sweet and I truly appreciate them.

Best ice cream I’ve ever had. The ice cream was hand made. The guy behind the counter was cool and I liked the atmosphere. Plus they’re one of the only dessert places open until 11pm. Definitely will be back.
Last 3 times I ordered thru doordash they cancelled my order. Will not try again.

The ice cream is good but the portions are embarrassingly inconsistent. I just got charged 6 bucks for basically a small scoop with a ton of whipped cream. This isn’t the first time, either. The dude does alright, but the weekend girls don’t have a clue what they’re doing.
Amazing! This place is so cute and inviting inside. The service was amazing. I had a large Americano and it was prepared perfectly and not watered down like some chain coffee houses. The prices were incredible reasonable. ❤
This place is wonderful! It has a European cafe feel, and the owner is friendly and welcoming. Plenty of seating with a pleasant ambiance. The selection is amazing, and everything Ive tried so far has been of the best quality. The coffee here is worlds better than Starbucks, and obviously made with love. You wont leave here disappointed with your experience. I hope they are around for a long time to come; its my new favorite coffee spot!
We have had a hard time finding quality ice cream in Acworth and finally found Eatalia online this year. And, they did not disappoint! We wanted dinner first and their homemade Stromboli was fantastic. Then their crepe and dessert selection looked so yummy but we opted to try the rolled ice cream. It was delicious! The owners were incredibly personable and friendly, and took great pride in what they were serving. Go check them out!
Everything here was excellent. We had 3 different stromboli, 2 different ice cream flavors, and a cafe au lait. The ingredients were fresh and the vegetables in the stromboli were sautéed perfectly. The N2 ice cream is similar to a rolled ice cream and is made to order. Whatever you get definitely add Nutella! The coffee is illy, which is found all over Europe but not easy to get here, it’s better than you are imagining reading this…go get some.
Cute dessert and coffee place. Will definitely be back! Fresh made ice cream and cake was delicious! Next time Ill have to try the crepes. Nice staff, clean environment, nice atmosphere, and great desserts and coffee. Highly recommend.
Me and my wife came here on a whim and we were skeptical at first because we didnt have a good experience with our first time trying rolled ice cream. Everything on their menu here sounded good, so we came as we wanted ice cream. Well this is not ice cream, the texture is way different and with this place being Italian, I believe the texture is Gelato instead of ice cream. Very, very tasty and highly recommend you come try the gelato here. I will definitely be back as it is some of the best Gelato Ive had.
Eatalia has the most amazing handmade ice cream I have ever had in my life. I kind of wish we had never discovered this little slice of heaven because my waistline is going to pay for this new addiction. In all seriousness, we will absolutely be going back.

Great coffee and great macaroons! I used to come all the time but then I stopped coming since I got too busy, but I came today and the barista remembered me and my order! I love this coffee shop and it’s becoming my central perk. Love ya!~ your star customer!
This was my first ever visit to this shop, and it was amazing! I got a vanilla frappe and you can taste the difference. Much better than Starbucks by far! They’re so warm and inviting, I will definitely return to this shop. You can taste the love, care and quality they put into everything they do. 500/10, highly recommend.
Wonderful place. You can really tell the owners have poured their heart and soul into everything about it. The chocolate ganache cake was unbelievably rich and the coffee was great. I think everything was reasonably priced, especially the breakfast sandwiches which were basically the same price as other big name chain restaurants but much tastier. I will certainly be returning often.
When we walked in the first bad sign was that we were not greeted at all and not even eye contact was made. Then we ordered and waited. And waited, and one of the 2 girls at the counter left the store altogether. The other girl was left there alone and we were handed our desserts but not the espresso or the shake we had ordered. We made our way through the dessert and were almost done having still yet to receive the rest of our order. The other girl finally returns with a publix bag in hand. I guess her publix run was more important than a paying customers order. I came up and asked where the rest of our order was only to find out they forgot and were beginning to just now clean the blender to even be able to make a shake. I said forget it......first and last time well come here. Note to owner: maybe letting children run a cafe is mot the best idea.
Just stopped in for our first visit. Really enjoyed our coffee and our kids LOVED their hot chocolate. Really cute place and fantastic drinks. They also have smoothies, nitro ice cream, yummy pastries and deserts, and have some Stromboli options for lunch. Great new spot and definitely worth a visit.
Great fraps and lattes ice cream is delicious. The man and the ladies Durning the day are awesome they make you feel very welcome and are super friendly. And the 2 younger girls are super cute and friendly. I come here several times a month and will continue to do so
If you blink you will miss this wonderful place. Not only were the pastries delicious but I dont have to go to Starbucks anymore. Just turn into the Publix Shopping Center and look down the mall strip; you wont be disappointed.
This is the BEST bakery North of Atlanta! I found this place thru Google and we stopped in tonight for dessert. Amazing service & food. They have the most fantastic crepes in tons of different combinations. (I had bananas & Nuetella) my kids had HUGE brownies & rolled Ice cream. They have French Macaroons, cakes, baklava & much more.. It was a very inviting atmosphere for quality family time. We played a couple games of UNO & just spent time with our 2 boys.

First time here and Id highly recommend it. My eldest daughter and I had crepes and my wife and younger daughter had the ice cream. We also had a brownie because they were fresh. It was all very good and the girls behind the counter were very friendly and attentive. We didnt try the stromboli but the girls said they make them there and they are very good. They also said that if you would like to have one that is special, meaning you want extra cheese or extra spinach or anything like that, you can call ahead an hour or so and they make it fresh, otherwise they are pre-made and frozen.
This was my first experience. The food , dessert and cappuccino were very good and the presentation of the food looked beautiful and scrumptious! However, the food prep area was not wiped down. Bathroom was filthy per my friend. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We stayed over an hour and a half talking and there was only one other customer. If he cleans this place immaculately, Ill go again.
Cute little coffee and dessert shop in Publix shopping center on Baker road. Delicious coffee, sweet treats, ice cream and crepes. They are open from 5:30 am until 11:00 pm. Would love to see them make a go of it. The owners are very nice. Atmosphere is great for reading, talking, or working
This place has a great atmosphere for family and quiet working. That’s a hard balance to handle but they do both. Also, the chocolate chip cookies are delectable. They have an array of sweet treats and specialty coffees. The staff is so polite and helpful.
Loved it! Do yourself a favor and get a crepe. We drove over 30 minutes to visit here (sight unseen), and it was worth it! Stromboli was thin crust and crispy, a welcome change from the more common chunky pizza dough style. Can’t wait to come back!
We were excited to eat here based on the reviews. This was not a good place to eat. The serving areas are dirty, the bathrooms are dirty both male and female, the staff was very pleasant. The food, velvet cake, chocolate cake, and baklava were frozen and not tasty. The coffee was just okay. If you are stopping by to try this place out just skip it.
We were so excited to see this cute coffee/ice cream shop open in the neighborhood. The service is wonderful, they remember us every time we visit. Its definitely not as clean as I would prefer. I would not be surprised if they were getting negative feedback on a health inspection. Luckily, we mainly visit for the ice cream and drinks, nothing that requires cooking. Last time I visited the music was horribly loud and I left because I couldnt order without shouting. Over all, a great place. I think they are still working out processes and procedures. I hope they figure it out soon, we need places like this in Acworth.
The service, ice cream, coffee, and desserts were so fantastic.Only complaint is that it is pretty dirty. Bathrooms had no toilet paper or soap to boot. If it were clean it would have a 5 star review!I indulged in all above items and didn’t get sick (yet).
Awesome! Came here out of curiosity and was very impressed. I got the rolled ice cream and my friend got the piña colada smoothie and both were great! The mango rolled ice cream came in a huge container still had some piling over. The service was great and the servers were very friendly. Definitely would come again and definitely recommend!

We just visited this cafe and was so excited to try it, being Italian we were looking forward to their selection of treats. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the establishment was a real issue and a shame too, because we would love to come back as the ice cream was delicious. However, if were going to go out to eat, the establishment has to be clean-no excuses! No one wants to take a chance on getting sick.Its just that everywhere we turned we saw something that was dirty: all the glass had fingerprints/smudges inside and out-especially the pastry case, the ice cream prep area had spills, tables and floors were dirty, even when we looked up-the vents were dirty. We ask that you please clean it up so that we may come back.

So happy to have such a charming and special place nearby now! The family is so sweet and accommodating, you can really tell how much love they’ve put into this business. We had the vegetable and Italian strombolis, chocolate explosion, and a banana Nutella crepe. Everything was absolutely fantastic and we will definitely be back! :)
I have been wishing for a local coffee shop in this area and Eatalia did not disappoint! Good food, great coffee, and a really nice atmosphere for studying, work, or meetings. We will be back!UPDATE: My mom saw roaches near the serving area a few months ago. Not sure if that has changed since then.
Really cozy comfortable hidden gem excellent coffee and a surprisingly diverse menu. Serves illy coffee and is the only place around i know that serves it. I had the iced mocha and my gf had a mango smoothie both were excellent. Talked to the owner and he seemed extremely genuine. Would absolutely recommend trying this place if looking for a cafe.
Great coffee - we just cant go there ... Dirty! From the bathrooms forward. The staff sits around on their phones as we wallow in dirt. I see other reviews stating the same dirty problem - but they havent cleaned up their act. Even through the virus!
In others’ reviews they complained about the sprinkles on the floor under the topping station, and yes I saw them, but they made the ice cream fresh in one of those refrigerated pans that freezes the ice cream instantly. And the toppings did go flying a bit. But I saw there were wheels on the freeze carts and I asked about the sprinkles on the floor and was told it is rolled away nightly and swept. We got a variety of desserts: cheese cake, Macarons, baklava, a warmed cookie, vanilla lattes and ice cream. All were exceptional!! The location is odd, but the place is like a cute coffee house hidden in a shopping strip mall. The workers are family and professionals and take pride in their work and customer service. You would be remiss to visit the acworth area and not enjoy this place!
We wandered into this new cafe near our home this morning and I’m so glad we did! The owners are so friendly and welcoming. I felt like a member of the family! Our coffee drinks were so yummy and expertly made with the coolest espresso machine I’ve ever seen. We were admiring their beautiful homemade desserts when the owner insisted we take a peice of tiramisu...on the house! It was so generous of the owner and the tiramisu was absolutely DELICIOUS! We will DEFINITELY be coming back here time and time again! Thank you to the owners!
My friend and I tried strombolis which were just ok. But the icecream! Rolled nitro icecream which you can kind of pick your toppings for. I had smores with kitkat and my friend had butterfinger. They were the best icecream Ive had in Georgia. I also got some cannolis and macarons to take home to my hubby and he loved them! Very authentic. We will be going back to try crepes and coffee next. Also, super friendly environment.
Quickly going to become our favorite go-to when we want a bite to eat and a moment to relax. The staff is friendly and helpful, and often give samples if you are trying to figure out what you want. I havent tried anything there I dont like yet. The inside is nice, clean and cozy, perfect for chatting or getting some work done. They open early and close later than most places in the area which is a bonus.
I keep wanting to like this place. Ive tried at least 3 times.I guess when you live most of your life with Italian bakeries and (fresh) pastries and Italian friends and family nearby...you have a certain level of expectation for cannolis and other Italian goodies.Also, the last time I went in I was with a close friend who was completely grossed out by the restroom. She said, it wasnt like someone just recently messed it up. It was old, layered on grossness. So that kind of turned my stomach. 😕 I truly hope they can get it together because I think this area could use a place like this. But Im not sure if I am going to try it again.
I just started driving for a food delivery service and noticed almost every night Id have a pickup for this place. Decided to try it out myself; by far the best desert Ive ever had. It will be hard not to get myself something while Im picking up customers orders now lol

Enjoying sweet treats at our friends new cafe. If you are in Acworth, its a must to stop in. They truly have the best cappuccinos, various cheesecakes, mouthwatering crepes and much more! They are open early (5:30am) and stay open late (11:00pm).
This Atmosphere is so quite, warm, the service is AWESOME, the staff is so warm welcoming and the place is soo clean and all their food is baked freshly and taste the best their coffee beats Starbucks by far I give this place a 20 out of 10!! Great food and service. Dirty. Denied use of bathroom due to COVID 19, but no staff were wearing masks, gloves and no plexiglass shield between prep staff, cashier and customers. Will not return, even though all food and coffee are great.

It says that they open at 10 am on sundays I got there and nobody was there, then I called and the guy said that they opened at 10:30 so I waited, and now almost 11am not a sign of people there. im not coming back if the employees cant follow their schedule hours.

My husband and I just found this most extraordinary café!! Havent had coffee like this since we were in Italy and Germany and the nitro ice cream, strombolis, pasteries and general ambiance earn 5 Stars! We will return many times.
My first experience coming to the Eatalia Cafe & Creamery was defiantly a memorable experience. It was really kind that the employee specially made a coffee which had a heart on it for my father. Love this place!

Stopped here for an iced coffee after a day at Red Top Mountain State Park... it was delicious and the piece of coconut cake was heavenly!!! I think this will become a regular stop.

Everything here is GREAT. Stop here often.They will absolutely get my 5th star if they clean it up a bit (tables, floor, walls, and anything with glass - those pastries will thank you and stick out even more and they dont like to be seen through all those fingerprints). Please. This is all you have to do. Everything else is on point. I want to keep coming back.

I always take my kids there ,they like the ice cream and me personally I love there coffee and their wide variety of cakes always get greeted at the door with a big smile to be honest they exceed my expectations every time I go this is the real hospitality, I highly recommend this place excellent service delicious cakes, amazing coffee.

Really though we would enjoy this ... The tiramisu was dried out to the point where it was like rubber the macaroons were gummy the only thing we enjoyed was the coffee ... Service was friendly and prompt unfortunately the product wasnt very good

The attention was excellent, the girls at the counter were very kind and diligent. Fresh food and a spectacular combination of flavors, we enjoyed their sandwiches that deserve to be congratulated by the chef, also an excellent mocha coffee, as well as a delicious mango / peach smoothie. Finally for dessert, some really luxurious crepes with chocolate and strawberries. I will definitely visit them again.

2022-02-01Wonderful place for coffee and dessert. They serve food also but we only had dessert and coffee.Their ice cream is fresh made right in front of you, very neat. Lots of dessert options.Nice atmosphere with comfortable booths.

2021-03-16I want to come back here!😋😋 I was the last patron of the evening and the nice lady waited on me patiently as I tried to make up my mind what, out of all these good choices, I wanted. I chose the crepes with berries( fresh berries were sliced) and strawberry ice cream. I was not expecting to see the crepe made before me and the ice cream!! Made out of real cream and absolutely delicious!!😋😋 I will be returning here and Yes, I recommend it!!Excellent service and excellent fresh food😋😋😋I returned to eat here and ordered the steak n cheese stromboli. It is large, delicious and it qualifies as a meal. The ice cream is one of my favorites here.

2022-06-01The best cappuccino in Atlanta. Not too hot, not too cold and the perfect amount of foam! Pure perfection!!! Just remember to take also a great crepe with Nutella and paradise is closer than you may think!

2022-02-21The smoothie was excellent, the food was great. I didnt even get the pastries or ice cream but it looked awesome and smelled great so I know when I am in the area and want to get something sweet I will definitely check this place out again.

2021-08-17Decadent and rich ice cream made just for me! Delicious. All the sweets look yummy. Will be back for crépes and cannoli. Mmmmm.Update. After many trips, havent found 1 thing I dislike. They change some items regularly, today lots of different small bite baklava, pistachio, chocolate... all yummy, still 5☆.

2022-04-24Says everywhere that theyre open on Sundays, but its 345pm now and lights inside are on, but everything is locked. There were several different people who walked up, and looked confused. Not sure if its a temporary close, for someone to take a break or what, but either way, they need to make sure to post an appropriate sign on the door, so people know what the deal is. Ive heard this place was good, but apparently I wont be able to find out...

2021-03-04Such a disappointment for place with so many good reviews. Their steak and cheese Stromboli was completely undercooked.. the dough was still raw as pictured below! The bananas inside of the Nutella crape were mushy and made the whole thing taste gross. Glad I was just passing by and never have to give them another try 👎

2021-02-17This place is amazing!! They have great coffee and desserts to die for. A wide range of different coffees, cappuccinos, expresso, smoothies and other beverages. They also have a large selection of cakes and pastries and Ice cream. Their meals are filling and fairly inexpensive. The atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful. They have two large sofa couches and a few padded horseshoe style booths. Free WiFi and a great staff. I love this place.

2020-09-14I will never order again from this shop. I selected a cake to be ordered for my sisters 1st anniversary and it was from the cake section in the menu list and it turned out to be a pastry they delivered. They should mention size/weight/image sort of thing for clarity of people ordering first time. I dont even live in USA, so its was a bad luck for me ordering from this shop. I dont suggest at all for online orders. I hope owner reads this and updates the menu.
