Fabulous experience - my car was brought from Duluth to Marietta. Dorian was amazingly patient with my 81 year old self and I drove my electric BMW I3 home with confidence. Hey I want to say that I had the best experience at echo Park and the people are extremely nice Veronica Lee was amazing and Jesse helped us in some ways that we didnt think we could be helped and Travis was amazing I just love the treatment that we got there awesome. But one thing none of this would not have happened if God did not want it to happen because we prayed about it and this is what God got us.
I found the entire process easy and quick. I was shown and test drove the truck at the time scheduled and I was greeted by a welcoming sales professional, Austin. He was able to answer all my questions and discussed additional warranties and in a non-pushy way. This was truly the best experience in buying anything in a long time .
I was a bit nervous, being that I am first time buyer and did not want to get the run around. So if you’re like me, definitely come here. I worked with Terrence and he was great. He was patient, personable, knowledgeable, & above all, kind. I would recommend anyone to this business. They are worth the look!
My experience buying a car here was incredible! After a months long search for a new car we suddenly saw their inventory pop up online because they were a new dealer. It had exactly what we wanted! We worked with Larry and he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable! We ended up leaving after our first day with them just to compare a few more vehicles elsewhere but we could not find a better price or history then what they offered. When we came back to buy it was like being greeted by family. Everyone was so patient and walked us through all the steps and dealt with our millions of questions. Larry was such a great and kind soul and validated all of our feelings. If I had to buy another vehicle this would be the first place I checked and Larry would be the first person I called. 5 stars for sure! And Go Bears Larry!
Absolutely incredible experience. First off, you dont become the highest rated car seller in the area just off of luck or paid advertisements. These people know what they are doing and actually care about their customers. My husband and I had been out car shopping for the day, each place trying to rip us off as bad as the next, but thankfully we werent going to be pushed into a sale. When we pulled up to EchoPark, there were not bombarding sales reps and it was peaceful. We walked in and were greeted with smiling faces and a warm welcome. Terrance was introduced to us. He was incredibly nice and calm. He listened to what we wanted and showed us a 2020 Hyundai Kona, which was exactly what I wanted. We test drove it and then sat down to talk numbers. Again, he actually listened to what we wanted and what price range we could afford. He brought Jesse, the finance manager, out and he worked with us. He was able to get us lower rates and a monthly payment than what our insurance company was offering. We took the deal and they helped walk us through the rest. We will 100% be returning customers when it is time for my husbands new car. Terrance and Jesse were incredible and I cant recommend them enough. Please go straight here and save yourself the headache that other dealerships cause.Thank you gentlemen, from the bottom of our hearts!

With the nation’s inventories down lower than I’ve ever experienced, looking for a replacement vehicle for my old car (*RIP Rogue!!) has been an unusually difficult experience.HOWEVER....Gabriel, Cody, and the VERY NICE people at Marietta’s Echo Park location were great!Covid has me skittish about being out & about.So finding what I wanted on their website, then popping over for a look-see was a sensible path. No one approached us on the lot; we wandered around unaccosted until we were sure what we wanted to drive.Inside, masks were present on employees, though some buyers were not wearing masks. Just steered away from them, as the place is large and seating is separated well.Gabriel, our sales person was NO PRESSURE. Which I appreciate, and honestly, is why I chose to buy from them. He got the car I initially came for, let us check it all out, then asked if we were ready to drive it. He was very respectful and wearing a mask the entire time. He had good sales sense, standing away from us while we talked through things.Buying a car is a huge decision. I appreciate that he gave me all the time I needed, to go back-and-forth between vehicles, talk to my husband, call my fix-it guy, and go back-and-forth between the vehicles yet again!!!! He was nearby but left us alone to figure it out.Ultimately, I chose the vehicle that Gabriel and my husband both had suggested that I test drive. *NOT* the one I came for!! It saved me a lot of money, and is no doubt a more reasonable and safe car investment. I appreciate Gabe reading what I need, and not pushing the higher-priced choice onto me. Who does that??! A salesperson who wants you happy long-term, not just for him to get today’s higher commission.Cody in Finance also did not give us a hard sale. I needed to go home, not only to get my paperwork and feed my dog 😁 but also to THINK. Cody said they’d hold the car for a bit, which I appreciated because a) it was a fantastic deal and b) many people were there looking & more had appointments. I wouldn’t have held it for some slowdecision-maker!!I came back an hour later, sure about the decision I was making. It *was* a super deal — I have been looking online for weeks. So there’s that. But in addition to it being a great buy, Gabriel and the other people at Echo Park were so *pleasant* to deal with.Other places I’ve gone right now are sooo annoying : asking constant questions, hovering, seeming uncomfortably desperate for a sale. I know it’s a hard time for them, with no new inventory and low used, but if I’m annoyed, I’m extricating myself quickly. The Echo guys were very laid back, like they were just around if I needed something.Now, I will say, I got the hard sale on warranty and gap coverage and extras like that. (No doubt they are good packages, but I have all that covered in another way). The pressure to buy them was applied pretty strenuously. By that point, though, the deal was essentially done, waiting for my company okay to come through, so it didn’t affect as much. So I can’t say “no-pressure” at all....but “no pressure” in the car-looking and -buying itself. 😊They have some weird things you may wanna check out first - like, no third-party financing except for a certain few agencies, won’t take a credit card over $500, stuff like that.But none of that is Gabe’s area, so DO feel good about making an appointment with HIM and know you won’t be pestered!!
They were very professional and got the job done efficiently. We also got a new car for an amazing price. Our salesperson, Ugonna Onwukeme, was especially wonderful. If you want a great deal with a great car, I recommend her as the salesperson to go to.

Quickest, Easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had! Staff was super friendly, Veronica and Ty had me in and out of there in NO time. Gave me a great payout for my trade in and even detailed my new car the next day since I arrived to late in the evening to catch the detailer.

Wesley Amada is the salesMAN! We drove over from Alabama to find our 2019 Acura MDX. We had such an easy car buying experience with Wesley and EchoPark. We found the car on Thursday afternoon, starting chatting with Wesley over the phone, negotiated the price, got approved, filled out paperwork, etc., all before arriving on Saturday morning. Our appointment was at 10:00 a.m. Test drove the car and was driving away with with our new to us MDX within 2 hours. Wesley is very knowledgeable, not pushy and easy to work with. He is responsive and easy going. Excellent experience at EchoPark!

Pros: prices are appealing, multiple locationsCons: finance dept. is disorganized, staff is low-energy and inefficientCame in preapproved with Navy Federal and worked with a guy named Wesley who had me sign my check incorrectly after I asked him *twice* if he was absolutely sure I was supposed to sign next to the “Endorsed by” line. A week after Id already left the lot with the car, I got a call from Wesley asking me to bring a new blank check by because “we” signed the original one wrong. NFCU wasn’t thrilled about issuing a second check, but agreed on the condition that I get the original check back to void it. I brought the new check to echopark only for Wesley to tell me that he was unable to return the original check because the finance dept. was gone for the day. So, I left with my new check and told him I needed the original returned to me first. Days later, miraculously, my original check cleared. Still no word on why the original was suddenly sufficient, but I was just glad to be done with the whole thing at that point.Its now been two months since I purchased the car and just last week, I received my vehicle’s title in the mail. It came directly to house… instead of going to the DMV like Wesley told me it would. As such, Navy Fed is not listed as my lien holder on the title. So now I have to go to the DMV to sort that out too. All in all, I like the car I bought but its been difficult to enjoy owning it when I have to worry about what else might have slipped through the cracks.

I could have bought a brand new car for the same price I paid here. The price on the car was nowhere close to the total. About $5000 more expensive then the price online and on the car. Everyone was really nice, but I regret wasting my time and money here, when I could have got a brand new car for much cheaper.

Great experience. All vehicles have under 50k miles, no previous reported accidents, and one previous owner. My salesperson Dee (Marietta location) was real transparent and looked out for my best interests as a first time buyer. Told me what to take off of loan agreement to get the lowest rate possible without sacrificing.

Absolutely awesome purchase, Austin gave us a great rate and also the price was excellent. The vehicle price was 3k below MSRP, and our interest rate is 4 points below Carvana due to his recommendation that banks favor car loans with a warranty. He was also really pleasant to talk to. Very easy buying experience, will definitely recommend.

I usually dont do dealerships after many bad experiences. I must say this dealership did not hassle my wife and I. They even found a better rate than what we came in pre-approved for. Cars inventory is pretty good and service is good. I only left one start off because there is always room for improvement.
Two stars for wasting a serious buyer’s time. Loved the positive reviews I was seeing so inquired about the car I want. The dealership was quick to respond, ask me whether I had a trade and set an appointment. I was happy to “take their tour” where they tell me “how things work here” but after showing me the Carfax (which I’d already reviewed) they informed me that they don’t accept financing from other than their approved lenders. Then they seemed surprised that I wasn’t informed of that on the initial call. Huh? Out of the box you ask me ask about a trade because it enhances your position as the seller but you don’t accept my financing nor will you even attempt to match it when it improves my experience as a buyer? When I asked why was told it takes “too long -60 days - to get them their money.” I smell a rat and some serious collusion when the dealership dictates the customer’s lender. That cannot be in the customer’s best interest and could go a long way towards explaining their “lowest price” offering. Buyer beware.

On Sept 6, I drove from FL to GA to visit my family. I have been searching for a bigger car for my family of 4 and the next day I was driving nearby my sister house and saw EchoPark stopped and walked in, was greeted and everyone was very nice and professional made me family so comfortable. I knew already what I wanted which was Chrysler Pacifica. Salesperson Dorian Sinclair pulled it up we test drove and I was already sold. Terrance Smith is one of the best car salesmen Ive had the pleasure of working with. No pressure, professional without being stuffy, friendly and a good listener. The gentleman in the finance department was eager to negotiate a good monthly payment with the lender (which included gap coverage and a 5-year bumper to bumper warranty). Welcoming staff as soon as I got there. I knew what I wanted and was test driving the car within 5 minutes. They had the car waiting at the front door even! I wished it this was my first stop before visiting other dealerships.My car buying experience at Echo Park in Marietta was the absolutely the BEST car buying experience I had ever had! As soon as you walk in, you are assigned a salesperson (no appointment necessary). My salesman, Dee Richardson, was absolutely amazing! I was given the VIP treatment at hello. Dee listened to what I wanted and he quickly gained my trust. He never steered away from my wants. There was no-pressure to buy, the process was quick and painless, no hidden tricks or surprises, and they have the best selections of pre-owned vehicles in town at an unbeatable price. We did have a little hiccup when it came time to purchase; which was no fault on their part. My bank declined the charge which needed prior approval because of the large dollar amount. The location closed at 9pm and Dee and his team, Jarvis and Cody, ended up staying an extra hour over until I could get things squared away with my bank. That night, my teen son was able to drive home in his new car.

I have been shopping for a new car for the past 3 months and was not having a great experience finding exactly what I want. After leaving the brand dealership i was close to just settling and making the necessary changes later on once I got a car close enough to what i wanted, then i stumbled upon Echo Park. HANDS DOWN THE MOST PLEASANT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. I found the exact car i was looking for and exactly how I wanted it. Upon calling to see if it was available for a last minute test drive, the team was extremely responsive and was happy to squeeze me in. Austin was amazing, cool dude and extremely transparent about the entire process. Left the lot in my new car with a better APR than i anticipated. 10/10 recommend. Im willing to update this if my issue gets resolved. I bought a car yesterday, good experience with Dee the customer experience person I worked with. Found a Honda CR-V 2019 XL-E, drove it home no issues. Had it parked for about 4 hours, went to drive it again, and got all kinds of warning errors for all of the monitoring systems (tire pressure, brakes, collision, etc). So the car is clearly not safe to drive. Not blaming the dealership for that.HOWEVER, Ive been trying to get a hold of someone since last night to sort out what to do with the car. I get directed to someone before I can get to anyone who helped with the car, and told that Ill be getting a call to help sort through my issue. They were supposed to call first thing this morning - its almost 11 am, Ive tried calling 3 more times and have still not gotten a call back. I currently dont have a car, and my rental is still at the dealership. So pretty frustrated with the lack of communication regarding this issue.Again - if this gets resolved willing to update my review.Thanks.

The experience and customer service here is definitely top tier. I showed up just to check out the new location and their inventory, somehow I ended up leaving with a vehicle that I thought I didn’t qualify for… Austin really made the whole process and transition so smooth, the experience isn’t anything like any other dealership and their hassle. I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone looking to get a used car that feels practically new and no high mileage, definitely get your time and money’s worth! Austin and Dorian are truly amazing!
I dont buy vehicles often. I tend to hang onto them for a long time. Also, I used to work as a car salesman many years ago. I typically dont enjoy the car buying experience, partly due to pushy sales people and even pushier car sales managers, like the ones I used to work with and for.However, I didnt experience any of that at Echopark. My sales rep Jade was personable, friendly and never pushy. She was knowledgeable and did an excellent job of helping me with the purchase of my new (to me) truck. Her sales manager was courteous and helpful as well.Also, after taking delivery of the vehicle, one of the tires slowly lost pressure on day #1 and the customer support manager (Devonte) was awesome and set me up immediately with a new tire.I have purchased many vehicles in my life and I am pleasantly surprised with my great experience with the staff at EchoPark.

Just bought a 2020 EcoSport from Echopark this Dec (2021). Best and easiest experience of car buying in 20 years. Cars were already severely discounted so there really wasnt a need to haggle. Deshrick Dee Richardson helped me and my wife out, and made the process extremely smooth. Zero pressure because as Dee explained the associates at Echopark are salaried no commission employees.If youre in the market for a newer used car, I would highly recommend Dee at the Marietta store.

Terrible experience. I reached out to them because of a listing on Car Gurus. As soon as I expressed my interest in the vehicle I wanted a bombardment of texts began, even a voicemail came through… anyways, I set up an appointment to meet a representative at 6:45 pm. I get there after driving 45 minutes in Atlanta traffic to be greeted by a receptionist who couldn’t care much that a potential new client was there. After he takes my phone number and confirms my appointment proceeds to tell me that they’re on a waitlist and it will be 20-30 minutes. I asked him what was the purpose of scheduling an appointment and his response was that they were busy and made too many bookings for that same time slot. I decided to wait for 30 minutes while I walked around the lot, walked by several staff members and neither one of them seems to care that customers were around (I guess you only matter when it comes to talk about buying the car). Only until after 45 minutes the person who I had communicated with originally reached out to ask if I was still around… so my “salesperson” didn’t even acknowledge that HIS client was already there until after a while. You guys can have good prices, but the service levels are terrible and clearly the staff seem to care for the commission and not the client.
We finally found the Jeep we’ve been looking for at the Echo Park in Marietta and had the pleasure of working with Dee on the purchase of our vehicle. He was so thorough and made sure we were completely satisfied with the whole experience! I would definitely come back to this dealer again!
My actual buying experience at this dealership was amazing.. however the financing/ after work has been the worst I’ve ever experienced. I came in with a preapproved amount that easily covered the amount of the car and the dealership made an error on their end while communicating with Navy Federal. Now I’ve had my credit ran multiple times without consent (for a car I’ve made payments on), and I am being asked to refinance a car I already purchased at an higher interest rate or to bring cash. I am being threaded with repossession if I don’t refinance with one of their lenders or bring cash. The only outside lenders that they use are USAA or Navy Fed so military please be careful!

I loathe car dealerships and after several horrible encounters, I decided to give this dealership a try before resorting to Carvana. I went in with my guard WAY up, expecting them to see me as another woman who knows nothing about car buying, and from the moment I walked in, I could tell this would be a different experience. My salesperson Dwight was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he didn’t try to handle me. There was no back and forth, no “let me check with my manager”. They gave me a fair price for my trade and their cars are priced to sell. I even had to leave before the deal was done to go get my children and I didn’t get any pushback. They made the transaction so simple and restored my faith in car salesmen. I will definitely purchase from them again. The only downside was that I didn’t get to keep the big bow they put on my car for me 😂😂

This place is really good. They had the right car 2.5k below what other places were asking. They provided Carfax report. The guy helping me was Dee. He was very professional, informative, and very helpful. Their team was able to find me a rate 3% lower than the pre-approval quote I came in with. Overall experience was pleasantly delightful.The only reason I cant rate this a 5-star experience is because of the persistence people other than Dee had trying to add on extra insurances.

I first posted a 5 star review, but since I’ve purchased my car, the after work has been extremely subpar and frustrating. I’ve been trying to get someone to contact me for a WEEK to find out why they haven’t paid off my trade. They’ve had my car for a month…only requested a 20 day payoff and yet, my trade hasn’t been paid. I’ve been getting the run around and no returned calls. I guess it’s going to take me going into the dealership before I get resolution. I would say don’t buy a car from them if you have a trade bc they’ll drag their feet doing their job. So unfortunately, my once positive attitude about this dealership, is now not.
Although I was in a bind financially, Dee was a huge help. Understood my situation and worked with me every step of the way to ensure I was satisfied with everything. Definitely would recommend this dealership to anyone who needs a vehicle.

My wife and I really enjoyed purchasing our vehicle here. It has a great atmosphere, and Terrance made us feel welcome. Im sure well be back again in the future!Edited: I adjusted my rating due to the difficulties we experienced getting our tag. It was nearly three months before we were finally able to pick it up. We contacted the dealership a month after the DMV paperwork. They stated that they were having trouble with the title paperwork and gave us a new temporary tag.Another month passed without the DMV receiving the paperwork they needed. I tried multiple times to contact someone at the dealership again, but I was never able to speak with anyone. I did get an email from FedEx which ended up being for a letter stating the paperwork we needed was being sent to South Carolina rather than Alabama. Thankfully, the paperwork actually went to the correct place, but the check that was sent with it needed to be corrected (addressed to the wrong department). Our DMV representative attempted to contact Echopark by phone and email with no response. I also tried multiple times and didnt reach anyone until the end of the following week when our second temporary tag expired. The DMV was able to give us a third one, but if they didnt then we would have risked being pulled over.Overall, I was most disappointed by the lack of communication when things fell through. A lot of our problems were likely because we purchased the vehicle out of state, but I dont feel comfortable recommending this dealership at this point due to our post sales experience. We did still enjoy the sale itself (although one should know the warranty does increase the price a good bit). We havent had any trouble with the vehicle yet either.

Got two cars here they sell used cars with very very low mileage for less then the price my car I bought was 19k worth 23k if I was to sell it. Not bad for a hybrid I use the car for Uber and I save so much in gas now!

Larry got the vehicle I wanted without hassle . He was very patient and made sure that I got all of the bells and whistles I desired in my new vehicle . Originally I was going to get the Q5 and it was all shined up ready for me to purchase upon arrival . I did my credit check online so that I didn’t have to spend much time at the dealership , upon arrival I noticed that it didn’t have the moon roof I desired so he listened to my wants and found the perfect vehicle . I previously owned an Acura so I know it holds good value. Make sure when you visit , you ask for Larry in sales and mention Jesse in finance so he can work out the perfect numbers for you ! One more thing ! Larry treated my family and I to bowling and dinner tickets ! Larry , Jesse , and Austin are the best ! I most also mention Carrie Anderson who led me their way ! They have late appts for us working folks too . Ask for Larry in sales when you visit !

2022-03-08As soon as we entered EchoPark in Marietta, my husband & I were greeted by Wesley Amada. He guided us to find the perfect car to fit our budget. We test drove two cars and finally decided on getting a BMW X1. Wesley went above & beyond in working with his team and the banks to get our financing to where we wanted to land. He displayed great customer service and was very helpful throughout our whole experience. We didn’t feel like we were at a dealership or pressured to buy, which is the feeling you get from the other dealerships you visit. Bathroom was very clean, especially for someone that drove from another state. I appreciate the team and overall it was a easy and pleasant experience. I will also mention that the communication between the initial purchase to Westley being the main contact has been great. Will consider buying from them in the future.

2022-06-13The staff and cars were very clean. We went with no appointment and was helped by Ty and Terrance as well as Chris with two test drives.No pressure. very calm buying experience. These are people i would buy from again. They were will to transfer a car to Marietta from their Duluth location so i can take a look at it.i went just to see and end up buying a car. So far so good. Their extended warranty is the best I have seen vs competition.We took advantage of adding it to our purchase. We had an issue with our bank but the team was very patient until we got it worked out.i recommend this dealer.

2021-10-20Austin was amazing! I’m always skeptical when it comes to car lots and car salesman. I went with my little brother to purchase his first car on his own and acted as the pit Bull to make sure I got him the best deal and to make sure he wasn’t taken advantage of! Echo park was absolutely fantastic. It is no haggle which was annoying, however, when I looked up the KBB value of the cars, they were priced lower and with clean car faxes. The process was extremely smooth and easy! I will definitely be sending others to this location! Thanks Austin and the EchoPark team!

2021-07-18Overall experience was excellent. Nice place, lots of good looking low mileage vehicles, great prices. We worked with Deshrick and he was very responsive and took great care of us and kept us in the loop through the whole process. Not pushy, answered my questions and worked to get us a good deal.Our trade appraisal was extremely low compared to other offers, we ended up going an hour south to Lagrange and sold it to a dealer for almost $5k more than they offered, then came back for our excellently priced 2020 Ford Explorer. Best price we found by a long shot. Overall the experience was awesome other than that!
