FYI- this is one of those dealerships that tacks on thousands (almost right at 10k to be exact) over MSRP because of “market adjustments” — aka they can now get away with absolutely gouging people, so they’re going for it. Don’t let them talk you into believing that all dealerships are doing this- they aren’t. Shop around.Yes, there’s a chip shortage and yes, covid. But several (more respectable) dealerships are not engaging in this practice.Do yourself a favor and just don’t bother. I will personally never do business with them.
Bought a Kia Forte that I had leased. Very Good service and friendly staff. Then I had a small service request, I was told they could NOT get to me until January 2022! They didn,t even try!!!! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH KIA IN OVER 10 YEARS! SOMEONE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO, Ed Voyles Kia Dealership in Lithia Springs, Georgia.
These folks are great. Just bought a new CRV and heard rattling noise in the front end. The found some front end suspension bolts that was not tighten to factory specifications. If not found in time the outcome could have been catastrophic. Prior experience with Ed Voles for service and highly recommend them to service your vehicle.
For the most part, this establishment has been great. With the exception of my last experience. I came in for an oil change in the evening 430pm, as instructed. I arrived @ 410pm. I pulled into the EXPRESS service lane as instructed. 2 service rep. Were present. Not one acknowledged me. Or even gestured . 7minutes passed and finally BRODY, whom walked from the other end of the shop to acknowledge me. I thanked him for his customer service . This gentleman has always demonstrated great customer service regardless of what he was doing. ( I believe its called multi- tasking) unfortunately some people are unable/ unaware of how to demonstrate this skill. Brody, you may have to give a in-service on how to be effective and efficient. Thank you for representing the values that you have been taught.
I received a notice my car needed recall service. I searched for a dealer to do the service. I picked Ed Voyles and Im so glad I did. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I knew what was being done, how long it would take, and what differences the service would make in my driving experience. The waiting room was nice, comfortable, and it came with SNACKS! During the service, the staff was attentive, and appraised me periodically of where my car was in the process. I will pick this dealer for future service, for sure. You should try them, too.
This was a perfect experience throughout. I’m normally someone to overthink and stress out about the car-buying process, so I was very happy to walk into this spacious, organized and friendly facility. This was my first time ever leasing a vehicle and I received excellent customer service from everyone involved, but especially from my knowledgeable salesman Leo. You will not feel rushed or disappointed. It is worth the trip from anywhere in the area to go to this state-of-the-art Honda Facility!
Had some issues with my daughters Honda hybrid civic, its a 2012 model, we bought it orginally at carmax in 2015, she bought the extended warranty at the time, thank goodness, fast forward to present she needed a new transmission, carmax did not have the right equipment so they outsourced it to Ed Voyles, Honda, (Marvin Bushay was our service rep) Marietta, the service was very efficient and smooth. communication was excellent, better than carmax, overall very good experience .
The service department is excellent and is being very responsive to customer concerns and needs about safety during this pandemic. The sales people, on the other hand, are refusing to wear masks or social distance and are laughing in peoples faces when they ask for the mask to be worn. If you need maintenance, definitely go here - they really are excellent and and honest mechanics - but steer clear of any of the areas the sales people are working in.
Excellent customer service and care. Ive been going to the Ed Voyles group for maintenance since 2003, and am yet to be disappointed. Yes, Ive had some issues, but its been taken care of right away, unless a Hyundai or a Honda part failed totally. In those cases, Ive been given a loaner car and a friendly smile. If you go to Hyundai, ask for Ms. Stump.
Another deceptive dealership that presents an offer of sale for one price and then thinks they are slick by putting dealer add ons disguised as tax. Im curious how often that works for them. Its one thing when scam artists call you but contacting this dealer is like opening yourself to a scam.
Really great service department, just renovated so its large, open and clean. Once you drive in someones going to walk up directly and help you so you dont have to wonder about what you need to do. Spacious waiting area with a place for kids and large window so you can see when your car is back even though obviously theyll tell you. They also have an automated text message system to let you know updates. Staff is very friendly.
Ive been coming here since moving to the area recently and have used this shop many times for my vehicles . the staff is very friendly and helpful and they have always been able to get my vehicles in very quickly. They also offer a complementary shuttle if you live within a few miles of the area so its harder to find a reason not to get your car looked at. Ill be coming back soon Im sure.
We were in the market for a new car and Jackie from the Honda Dealership was amazing. From the initial phone calls to the experience at the dealership the whole experience was positive. Everyone was friendly and I thought it was a relatively smooth, stress free process. I live in North GA and have a number of dealerships to choose from and drive past frequently. I have no regrets choosing this dealership and dontmind that I drove 90 miles to visit them. Ill recommend to anyone to go check them out and tell them I referred you.
Great car buying experience. See Chris Jackson. Really cares and helps you find the vehicle thats right for you. Had some credit issues but he treated me like a person and not my credit score. Found me a great car. Process was quick and easy. Highly recommend this dealership.
Excellent Customer ServiceI received the warmest reception from Ron Thompson and Rachel in the service department on Saturday, 2-8-2020. Due to the snow, I didnt arrive as early as planned, but Ron still serviced my vehicle, checked for recalls and made recommendations of future maintenance. Its always a pleasure coming to Ed Voyles Kia!
Bought a car here and regret ever coming here. Theyll be super friendly and do anything to sell, but beware the quality of vehicle youre getting. Never ever will I go to any Ed Voyles again, horrible customer service from the used Honda guys when I had major trouble with my car only 7 months after buying it.
I would never go back. They want a premium for a car which is listed MSRP of 47k. They want 57k and most absurd is comparing to Land Rover and Mercedes. When was the last time anyone saw a premium for KIA or for that matter for any brand car. Unbelievable. Too greedy.
Brought my 21 year old Honda CR/V in for timing belt service. Service writer to mechanic all did a very professional expert job. Vehicle runs quieter and smoother with more power than it has since it was new. This was a complicated service with many belts, parts and fluids that needed changing. After a week there are no leaks or any problems that showed up after the service. Thank you Ed Voyles for a service dept that treats its customers well at a fair price.
This place is ridiculous. No one greeted us when we got there, the person who was assigned to handle our repairs acted as if we were bothering him when we finally tracked him down to ask him a question, and they never offered their shuttle service to us. He also lied and said he was trying to find us to talk to us before he dispatched our car for service but we were walking around. We were seated right outside of his office the whole time and he never did. We had to catch an Uber or wait 3 hours with no progress updates.
Had our 2013 SantaFe serviced yesterday. They found 2 front tires and rear brake pads needed to be changed. Will need to take car back due to left rear brake pads making a very loud squeaking sound when I apply the brake.Took our SantaFe back to have the rear brakes checked. Adjustment made and test driven. All good. Thanks Ed Voyles service team and Cathy S.
I called before I came in and told them what I needed and the time Id arrive, they said to come. However, when I got there they said the things I wanted fix would take too long. I asked if renting a car was an option so I could leave it overnight, and was told I would have to go rent a car on my own. Overall, I did not like the attitude of the service advisor and he was very unhelpful and dismissive. This was the worst experience that Ive had with a Kia dealership and Ive had my Kia for 6 years. It was a wasted drive and frustrating experience.
My car has 5 factory recalls on it, I set the appointment up, and the person tells me my car should be done by the next day.... in the process of dropping my vehicle off, I’m told that my car ACTUALLY wouldn’t be done until Friday...at that time I ask for a “loaner” aka “rental” car, for the time that the dealership has my car in their possession. The service advisor Sean explained to me that they only do rentals, and it requires my DL, Insurance card, and a $200 deposit.... I was immediately thrown off because in no other major dealership have I been asked to give money out for “factory recalls” that were mandatory to be fixed. So I explain that I didn’t have $200 of liquid money to be held at the moment, so if my car would be ready by Friday, I would be cool with a ride to my house and avoiding making it an issue. Fast forward to Friday and I don’t receive any status updates on when my vehicle would be ready, so I decide to call the service center to see when I could pick my car up, and they didn’t answer, so I left a message at about 2:45. I wait 2 plus hours and call again car 5:15, where I’m put on hold multiple times only to be put on the phone with my service advisor THAT did not return my original call, and he then tried to explain the same rental policy from Tuesday which I explained I was not liable for, and he then put me on hold, to be eventually disconnected.. no return call still... 30min later. I asked for corporate numbers, which were denied, and I asked for upper management, which Sean said doesn’t exist for the issue I have. So I DONT RECOMMEND anything done at all at ED VOYLES anything! Dodge, Chrysler Jeep and any other subsidiary should be ashamed to be represented by a company with this type of customer service or lack there of !
The best Hyundai dealer in Atlanta!! This crew listens, serves and respects the customers needs. No pressure just a great experience from the cells tap all the way to management it was a wonderful experience. And they will work with you to get the very best price possible
SERVICE! AMAZING Service! Polite, cheerful Service Writer, always with a funny, and appropriate comeback! ...The Best party of the service was learning that They Found me a discount... ?Or Two? YEAH!!! THEY KNOCKED $180 OFF MY BILL! thats more than 50% - - - you can surprise me like that and Ill keep comin back!
I always go here to service my car. Ive had nothing but trouble out of these guys since the day I purchased my vehicle from them. When I was in the process of purchasing my car, I decided I wanted leather seats and a sunroof added to my 2015 Honda Accord Sport, so after the paperwork was finished, they told me to bring it back so they could install those two things. Well, I brought it back to them and they had to send it to their guys for it to get fixed. In the process of transporting my car, it was involved in a wreck. They called me up and asked me if I wanted to take this up with my insurance. I said, NO, it happened on their terms and not mine, therefore Im not at fault here nor should I use my insurance for something they did. That goes against me. Nevertheless, I had to talk with the GM and fight with them for them to take care of the damages. They took care of it, but I went through hell doing so. One more thing is a couple of weeks ago, I went back for them to check my car out because it wasnt cranking. Before I went here, I went to AutoZone for them to check my charging system and battery on my car, they deemed the battery was bad and I needed another one. I tried to crank my car before leaving there and it wouldnt crank. They had to jump me off from there for me to get home. I have been charging my battery at home ever since, so it cranks. Anyways, I took it to Ed Voyles Honda, they checked my car out which was $70 dollars for them to do and they said everything is fine. My car is under warranty, but because the battery test was good they would not change it for me. Im done with Ed Voyles Honda. Ill never go back to them, Ill never buy another car from them and ill never recommend them to anybody.
So this review is based on going to both the kia and Hyundai lots. Let me start by saying that we went to just look at vehicles to get a feel of what the interiors look like in person. This ended up being way more difficult then expected due to the lack of vehicles on the showroom floor also due to the vehicles that where on the floor where dead so you couldnt get the trunks open with out getting someone to hook up the battery to a charge box. Overall just didnt have a good experience with Ed Voyles.
Just not happy. First took our 2014 KIA SOUL EXCLAIM that had 15,000 miles on it, to be looked at because the battery was draining after a day or two setting. They never found the issue. So we waited and researched what new car we wanted, and finally decided we wanted a KIA NIRO TOURING. We were hesitant about buying a var from this location. And we should have listened to our guy instinct.Overall, the service and the salesman, was good. And we traded the KIA SOUL EXCLAIM and got what I thought we should get. But, the KIA NIRO that we wanted was at another dealer ship about 10 miles away. So they worked out a deal to get the car from the other dealership. The process, even though we paid cash, TOOK FOREVER.But they checked on us regularly. And they apologized for the long wait.We had to pick up the car the next day, and because we work here on productions, we didnt have much time so they brought the car to us. It was a cloudy rainy day, so we could not see the car with much detail. But when I pulled it into the garage after I drove the salesman back to the dealership. I looked at the car and it had Swirl marks everywhere. The front bumper looks as if they have parked a car just on the bumper and has small circular creases. The hood has what looked like a brillo pad used on it. I called the manager directly and I got hung up on the first time I called. The next day I called and he answered my call. And said very apologetic, that bring it in and they would make it right. So they did do a full detail. But the wax from the buffer is embedded into the trim on the drivers door. And I found more swirl marks even afterwards. And because I buy cars frequently and details my own cars, my Audis, BMWs, I got my by buffer and did the job myself. Basically, your treated like you are buying a KIA. And dont expect anymore. I will never ever buy another car from this group. Ever. And I highly suggest you dont either. If you like your new car like new when you get it.
Unfortunately I experienced very poor and neglectful service here. I had to ask a sales person for help because they were all hanging out chatting with each other. I came in to test drive a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid that was not available. I was not provided information on where I could test the model I was looking for or when it may be coming in until I practically begged. After wondering around the lot, finally Dawn came to the rescue and offered to let us get in a few of the cars. Please retrain staff!
Recall Repair on Catalytic Convertor...Waited almost two months...for the part to come in...I finally called nyself...only to be told yes we have your part!!??...Went in for the repair...drove my car out of town...belt noises present...not sure what they did to cause that...will visit another KIA dealer for that repair...in the market for a new car but will not return to this location where I purchased the one I have now in 2012 brand new. Customer Retention...sadly a thing of the past!
Absolutely fantastic display of true customer service. Shah was very informative and worked very hard to not only get me into a car that fit my budget but my personality , this was my first major purchase and I felt very relaxed and assured my money was being well spent. I have and will reccomend them to everyone I know looking for a vehicle.-Tristen(White ford focus se)
When I bought my new Pilot I was lied to by the salesperson, when I took it in for the first oil change, I was lied to by the service person. When I had the misfortune to use their collision center it has taken 27 days to now and they say it will be another week to repair the damage to both bumpers.I have found the people who work for Ed Voyles Honda to be incompetent liars.Needless to say I will never do business with them again.
My car has been in and out of this shop ever since they put their hands on it. Im talking about once a month to the point I have to fight, argue, and call multiple times about them fixing what they broke. Im headed here again today for the 5th time for the same issue.
Took my dodge here to get an oil change and general checkup. They didnt properly tighten the oil filter thus causing a leak all over my driveway and garage. Had to take it in a second time, leave it there and wait. Horrible service. You would think a dodge branded dealership would do a standup job, think again. No walk ins, appointment only and no quick service. Ill be driving across town to Landmark before visiting Ed Voyles again.

2018-02-23Me and my mom drove to Ed Voyles both in the market looking for a new car and knew we were at the right place as soon as we pulled in. Roxanne was our product specialist and was there every step of the way to make sure we were both taking care of in a professional way! She was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Mr Robert the Sales manager stepped in and made us feel very comfortable as well, from start to finish as we were treated with superior customer service and exceptional service! I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a team that will go above and beyond to get you driving who were very courteous and friendly. Me and my mom both celebrated our birthdays with fresh popped popcorn provided by the dealership and both delivered two cars in one day! Thanks Ed Voyles for all youve done to get us driving our dream!

2022-06-09A very well organized and efficient service center. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The facility was comfortable, and customer friendly. Dealership prices are usually too high, but I will be back for routine maintenance.

2022-01-14I would have gave them 4 stars if we did not have to wait 3 hours at the service department for an oil change, tire rotation, front and rear windshield wiper refill replacement and inspection of the car!The appointment was at 11:30AM and we got there at 11:05AM.Left there at 2:00PM, but everything was complete to my satisfactory!

2022-05-23We went to check out an Ioniq 5, that worked out great... but when we got a quote on ordering one for ourselves, the price was $8,000 more than another Hyundai dealer arrived at. Our salesman was exactly the stereotypical car salesman, couldve come directly from a bad 70s movie.

2022-06-08They were great. My car broke down on the interstate outside Atlanta and we had a problem finding a Kia dealership that would take it (they were all backed up for the next 30 days). Ed Voyles Kia took in my Kia Sportage. The service manager (Shawn) had no openings but he squeezed it in and found the Im sorry the dealership is not in my hometown because I would like to do business with them again.

2022-04-07Besides the owners being FSU fans like us, I enjoy the people at the Collision Center (Mark and Shontoria). They are very professional, friendly, caring, and a true blessing to my wife and I. Our Pilot looks new again!! We enjoy working with them and the new Car sales people (Rest in Peace Roy).Service (except David Manner) can learn from them. Appointments mean nothing as it takes the entire afternoon for an oil change even with an appointment. Why??Harry and Patricia McGinnis

2022-04-17My family has the best experience possible with Ed Voyles Collison Center in getting the best results with restoring our vehicle after an accident. The manager Steve is not only a superb manager but a great leader as well. He and the members of his team Heath, Mark and others were instrumental in resolving our problems. We never once made it across the lobby to desk or office without Heath greeting us and getting us to the proper person. In general weve had a better than expected outcome with the Ed Voyles car family and wed give them more stars if possible.Sincerely.The Caldwell Family

2021-11-16Came here for my friend to purchase a car. Worked with Sarah, hands down the best saleswoman Ive worked with so far. Ive been a service manager at the car dealership for almost 2 years and she was great. Also the finance manager was amazing as well. I highly recommend Ed Voyles Honda for your next car purchases!

2022-02-07This was my go to for Kia for Metro Atlanta until the last year apparently theyre so under staff that service appointments can be 6 to 7 months out even if they did the damage to the vehicle while doing just a regular service and recall inspection. Now theyre denying my service agreement even though they show that I have two more service under my original purchase agreement for my 2021 vehicle. Found a new Kia dealer over in Douglasville they seem to have their service department much more together.Just to let you know what the loss is Im on my fourth Kia. Most likely not my last one. But will not buy anymore from Ed Voyles.

2021-08-01Great dealership service so good we ended up picking a Volvo.
