I got my tire replaced and Katie, my service advisor was truly phenomenal. She was kind and courteous and really made me feel valued as a customer, although I was truly sad with having to spend money for a new tire, since Ive only had my car for literally two months and got a nail in the tire. Although I was extremely sad with having to purchase a new one, she tried to soften the blow by being personable and getting me in and out as she stated. I will definitely continue to get all of my services here. I only wish they had offered a discount. Ole well do they ever lol!!!
Katie Mair, my Express Advisor, was very friendly, and got my vehicle in and out of the service in about 1/2 the time (30 minutes versus 60!) promised - I was really pleasantly surprised! I will definitely come back for my future services with Ed Voyles. My only wish is that they offered coupons to promote dealership loyalty, since as customers we have many vendors where we can choose to go. :-)
Carmen is an outstanding service representative; Great attitude and communication. There are some issues behind the scenes, however, with the service department. A relatively simple weather stripping issue required months to get the stripping in (probably due to supply issues caused by Covid), and then I had to return a second day to get the correct stripping installed. Ed Voyles has a nice waiting area and offers shuttle service. A lot of good things to recognize, but coordination issues need improvement.
Im helping my friend with the purchase of a new vehicle since she had a bad experience and taken advantage of last time at the dealership she went to. We went by Ed Voyles Honda today and the whole staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and honest from beginning to end. Jackie was the sales manager and Leo was our salesman. They were very transparent throughout the whole process. The GM Pete Richards came over to greet us and shake our hand, the GSM Richard Wade followed up afterward on our experience and thanked us. I highly recommend the people and this place to purchase a vehicle!
I took my car in for 7am oil change. From the moment I drive in Mr. Spence greeted me with warm welcome. Mr Spence made sure all my questions were answered. Mr Spence has awesome customer service. He went above and beyond. He is very good at his job and very pleasant. Very nice person. Stephen also was very helpful and informative.
Their service prices advertised on their website are not what they actually charge you once you show up. I scheduled service through their website booking tool and went in for service. Once they completed service, which I think was a bit long for what I went in for, my bill was higher than expected and I showed the cashier their advertised price online, which was cheaper. She called the service manager and he quickly responded that they will not honor the advertised price on their website. In my opinion, you should honor a price you have listed or either take it down. Its not good business practice and Ive had my last visit to Ed Voyles Honda.
My experience was very good. The advisor was courteous and friendly. Was knowledgeable about my auto problems. The waiting area was clean and equipped with necessary electronic outlets and table space. Access to computers & TV was available. Ive been dealing with this Honda location since 2004. This is the first time Ive ever encountered a vehicle that had the costs I incurred for a Honda vehicle in all my years of ownership. Im wondering if the quality of the vehicle is in question!! I had an Odyssey 2007 and kept it 10 +years with close to 400thousand miles when I purchased the 2020 Pilot. Never had the high expense before putting 25,000 miles on it. IJS. Have a safe blessed 2022.
Had a bad experience on my last visit to Ed Voyles Honda to service my car. At check-in, the service representative was NOT pleasant/courteous. Did not even greet me and seemed pretty rude.Work promised by Ed Voyles Honda and paid for by me was not done! I took the Weekender Special that included Oil and Filter Service, Tire Rotation, Front Wiper Blade Inserts, Fuel and Oil Deposit Control And Courtesy Multi-Point Inspection. The work report mentioned that there should be a new service minder sticker placed. After the service was over and I reached home with the car, the first suspicions thing that struck me was there was no new service minder sticker. After every service in the past from here and from other places, they would put a new service minder sticker stating the current date of service and the next service date. Also the old sticker from the previous service would be removed. The old sticker was still there and no new sticker was there this time. There was no sign that anything had been done at all on my car.Growing suspicious, I decided to check whether the wiper blade inserts had been changed. As I had suspected, indeed it had not been !I have no way of knowing whether any of the other work promised that I paid for was even done or not. There was no new service minder stickerThe old sticker was still thereWindshield wiper inserts replacement was not done as was supposed to beExtremely unhappy about this dishonest conduct. Ed Voyles Honda lost my trust. However, I do appreciate the smooth check in and check out (in spite of the unfriendly service representative) and the complementary Lyft rides to drop me off at my place and pick me back up.
Shannon Price provided an excellent customer service. She was able to schedule an appointment for my vehicle rear camera in a timely matter. Her attitude and care, provide a service beyond expected. Definitely, we will continue visiting and promoting your shop. Thanks :)
Marvin was absolutely awesome with communication explanation of my options. Really appreciated how he took the time to answer my questions and give me a full rundown of the details around the state of my car. Service is always top notch at Ed Voyles. For several years, I had tried more local automotive shops. But they all fall way short of customer service when compared to Ed Voyles. Also, I thought that Ed Voyles would be more expensive than smaller automotive businesses. But Ed Voyles is actually very competitive when it comes to pricing - actually paying about 40% less for an oil change as I did with Cooper Lake Automotive.
For the longest time Evan was my service provider but I guess hes no longer at the location, so I was reassigned to Stephen. I dislike change but it was a pleasant experience. He made sure my wait wasnt too long and offered accommodations like a complimentary Lyft to the mall or somewhere. It was like I hadnt changed techs at all! They didnt get to my complimentary car wash though because it was scattered showers that day. Otherwise, it was another great visit
Justin was outstanding. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He kept us informed about the delivery of our 2022 CR-V, and once it arrived, he informed us very well about the features of our new car. Thanks Justin, and Ed Voyles Honda for making my wife and I extremely satisfied customers.
I could not have been please more with my service advisor. He kept me well informed as to the status of the repairs, and after the repairs were accomplished, he listed all of the services rendered for my review and reference. The service advisor acted as though he gave a rip. This is not always the case in the automobile service industry. I trust you will pass to him my sincere thanks! William Turner
I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. This is by far the worst dealership in Georgia. I had no problem paying their ridiculous $4000 markup on a new accord, but once I arrived to the dealership I was discriminated. The sales director saw that my license was recently issued and thought I was committing fraud and identity theft. I signed all documents and provided my insurance upon arriving to the dealership. I had my cashiers check for the full amount sitting at the table. I gave them time to do all the verifying they needed, but told me that I am not allowed to buy the car. There is nothing I need to prove to you when I am sitting there with with a check that has money already withdrawn from my bank account. Ive never in my life had a problem like this at any other dealership. It would not have happened if I was the same color as them though. I do not recommend any black person or foreigner to come to this dealership.
I appreciate Honda they really take care of my van, they keep me inform on what need to be done to keep it running before it break down. They customer service department is wonderful, they really take care of you, they let me know if there is an issue with my car while they are still working on it and I want to thank you. Shannon is wonderfull she really keep me inform.
I brought my Honda Insight in for an oil change on a Friday afternoon. The oil change was complete within a few hours. In the meantime, I took a walk and then came back to their spacious, cool, comfortable waiting room until the car was ready. The oil was changed (I know because I always check the dipstick after an oil change), and mission accomplished! Thank you Ed Voyles Honda...again.
I wanted a quick oil change and David was the customer rep. He knew I was going to be waiting there and was out in 45 mins like he said. They did a break pad check (which I am glad they did) as I have to change them on my next appointment. I purchased my first car here in 1984 and when I do come to town, I try to utilize them as it feels like people taking care of you.
Took my Honda CR-V 2015 to be serviced. My Service Consultant, Marvin Bushay is the BEST!! Servicing info was explained clearly and I was updated along the way. My vehicle was inspected thoroughly, and everything was explained to avoid future problems. . My vehicle was done in a timely manner while I waited. The cost was very reasonable compare to other service centers, plus Marvin found coupon that gave me even a much better price!! I will not take my vehicle to anywhere else. THANKS. MARVIN!!!
I was glad that everything about my car was fix the same day which is something I could have not get with other Honda Shop they were all booked up and couldnt give me a sooner appointment until weeks. My only issue is not getting a call back from the service advisor person on what was wrong with my car, I dropped it off at 7am and I decided to call you all at 2:30p since the service advisor guy told me they were closing by 4pm. I didnt want to have to leave my car overnight or in the shop plus youll doesnt have a loaner anymore and I dont mind if I needed to Renta car if is the case. But I was able to ask what was going on with my car after and getting it taken care of.
It was a pleasure working with Sarah. with the lack of inventory the nation is facing, Sarah kept me up to speed with what I was looking for. As soon as the vehicle arrived at the dealership she had it prepped and ready to go in record time. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable of the Insight. The entire team at the dealership were very professional. I would defiantly recommend, refer and purchase from Sarah.
Terrible! No update on my car what so ever. 7am-4pm and they did absolutely NOTHING to my car. Tod is very rude! Customer service here is poorly. The pricing is ridiculous and even in manufacturing warranty and extended warranty COVERED!!! They still come up with an excuse of trying to have me come out of pocket. Save your time of the day and go elsewhere. They are ridiculously slow here ! Only good part of my experience was the shuttle driver Mr.Charles. My car is back in service here once again and no updates nor a courtesy rental..
I have been taking my car to be serviced here at Ed Voyles for over a year now and each time Im treated with courtesy and respect. No pressure to add services thats not needed, mechanics are upfront about any issues and customer representative Shannon is very nice and willing to work with you.
Our car broke down while on a weekend trip to Atlanta. Ed Voyels Honda was completely booked but squeezed us in and fixed our car. Shannon was so nice and explained everything thoroughly. My only complaint is that the cashier was not very friendly at all. I would definitely return if I lived locally.
It is nice. extremely kind during these times to get the added discount. But I will say at Ed Voyles Honda the service has always been great. I’m very grateful for the professionalism, quality service and prompt service they offer. Miss Coleman was a pleasure to work with and upheld your standards.Francina Blackwell
Service Team Member Gregory and the team at Ed Voyles Honda Cobb Pkwy provide first-class service. Gregory got me in with my last minute call. I was out within the hour for my 35,000 mile service. A special thanks to Spence for assisting me with tag issue. Keep putting your customers first and you will stay on the winning team! :)
I brought my 2017 Honda Civic Si for what I thought was a slow leak in my left rear tire. I was assured that after many tests, this tire and the other 3 tires were fine, and had another 20,000 miles to go. I did not have to pay for this service, nor did I have to purchase new tires! And my car also was on the receiving end for a courtesy multi-point inspection. Thank you, Ed Voyles Honda!
Always professional, courteous and constant communication with the process of the stage of service of my car via text! Usually, I just show up for service and they never turn me away but calling to schedule an appointment is easy as well. They even wash my car after the service is completed!!
Prior to going on a long road trip, I went for an oil change and tire rotation. Upon completion, I was told that I need a $300 brake fluid change and agreed to the service. What they failed to tell me is that the mechanic broke the clasps on my wheel covers. I tried to get more information and get the wheel covers fixed that day; however, I was told that I had been there long enough. During my road trip, I lost 2 wheel covers. I tried to contact Honda to see what needed to be done. I was told that whoever balanced my tires put on too much weight, which caused the wheel covers to break; however, it was the manufacturer who put on the weights, which had been a non-issue for 2+ years. I kept trying to get an appointment with Honda to no avail. The servicing manager didnt even return my call. Long story short, I brought my car to Sams. They replaced the weights for free. Ironically, I was told that they used the same amount of weight as previously used.
I made an 8:00 appointment for simple maintenance. Eight o clock means eight o clock. Been sitting here for 2 and a half hours. I don’t care if you’re behind, that’s not my problem. What is the point of making an appointment if I have to sit and wait for 2-3 hours? This place is disorganized as hell. I do not recommend this dealership and will make that known to anyone that asks. Avoid this place if you don’t want to waste half a day waiting.
This was my first vist to EV Honda and the service and staff were EXCELLENT!! The work was done in a timely even on a Friday. Ms. Price was my Advisor and she was kind and courteous. The waiting area was immaculate and well as the restrooms. I will continue to service my car at EV Honda.
I was very pleasantly surprised with how fast my service was on my last visit. Gregory was very helpful and was able to get me out of the dealership with enough time to make it to work on time. I really appreciated all that he did and the questions he answered for me!
Purchased a 2012 Honda CRV Saturday, February 5, 2022 and our salesman was Damon Carter. Damon provided excellent customer service, easy transaction and price was matched through CARFAX and was spot on. A great experience all around! Thank you to Ed Voyles Honda for your service, your kindness and in making sure we had the right car for my daughter.Highly recommend Ed Voyles Honda!
Overall, Im a satisfied customer. I would have given the purchase of my 2019 Stinger a five star rating if not for one issue. After a lengthy drive, I discovered that a front wheel alignment is needed. I would like to believe that this would have been checked and corrected during the process of servicing the vehicle prior to a sell.
Service was great & the waiting area was pretty clean. There was a smoky smell to it in the main area, but I sat elsewhere to work on my laptop that didnt smell like smoke. The service rep was helpful in conveying what all would be done for my car and an approximate time it would take.
Never again would i bring my car for service nor buy a car from Ed Voyles Honda. I should’ve took my car to Curry Honda instead . I brought my car to Ed Voyles Honda because i just moved to the area and seem like it was a good dealership by the ratings. I brought my car to service about four times regarding the same issue . The car was hesitating and all the lights came on the dash .the vehicle had no power and only drive a certain speed . When i brought it in the first time , they said they would take care of the problem and i would never have to worried about the issue no more . That came out of Todd mouth the service advisor . But for some reason my car just kept getting worse. Every time i brought it back to them to fix the issue it just kept getting worse and they was giving me the run around . I know they messed up my Honda Accord . Even the other Honda dealership said the same thing cause it wasn’t sitting well with me what was going on . They definitely messed my car up but didn’t want to tell me but It’s cool 😎 . I won’t ever go back there ever again . Waste of money and time . Now I’m stuck with a damaged Honda Accord thanks to them. Thank you
Excellent customer service from driving up to the bay until I went to the cashier. Since it was my first time at this Honda service location. I appreciate all of Mr. Marvin Bushay’s assistance and explaining everything about my service needed. He treated me as if I was a longtime valued customer of this service center. Thank you!
Ive been a customer since 2020 when I bought my Honda CR-V. David Morson was my salesman. Now, I would like to give a big shout out to Manny for his efforts in assisting me. Ive decided to get a car somewhere else due to the high finance but I dont blame him or Ed Voyles because of the high prices. 2022 is now a different world now due to inflation. You are going to find this issue at any dealer around the country so be patient with Manny or any other salesman since the recession is beyond their control. Expect that theyll provide you with the best service that they can possibly offer. Im hoping that Manny will soon become manager due to his good work ethics and transparency.
I came to Ed Voyles for transmission problems and needing a new starter. My service coordinator, David, and the shop manager, Stephan came up with a plan to troubleshoot the transmission issue and got it fixed with minimal expense. David worked directly with my extended warranty company and made the entire experience easy and stress free! Ed Voyles will get all my service business going forward!
1) Service manager assigned wasnt very courteous. Felt talked down to. Poor eye contact. Curt responses and just rude behaviour (no hello, no how can i help you, just a what do you need?). Name was Todd. I believe he should treat ALL customers will the same level of respect and courtesy, not profile people based on age/race/etc. Didnt see him treat the other white customers that way, just saying.2) Was told 2 hrs for an oil change even with an appointment. What is the point of an appointment if it estimates to 2 hours for an oil change. Car was ready after 3.5 hours. 3.5 hours for an oil change is excessive.3) Cashier was SUPER discourteous. This service department needs to be less profiling on people. As it stands, I find the handling of the customers completely rude and racially disrespectful.4) Asked previous service work to be verified and visually inspected to ensure it was done correctly, as the same rattle noise was showing up (right next to the oil filter) while performing the oil change. This request was NOT noted down by Todd and just ignored.Advice: do NOT show times available if an oil change is going to take 3.5 hours. I can do it myself in under 1 and thought this would be more convenient. The wait time was ridiculous. Todd (service guy) and your cashier both needs a talk to about being racially/age discrimination towards customers.I wanted to keep coming back to this dealership as it is the closest one, but after this, I will gladly take my car across town to the next honda dealership.
I made an appointment and was seen right away when I arrived at the appointment time. They even got me a free lyft ride to go get some food while I waited for my car to be serviced. Staff was friendly and helpful and the service was done before I finished my meal. I would recommend having an appointment. Overall it was an easy experience.
Purchasing this car was pretty pleasant! Timing was not long winded at all. Test driving was fun, finding the right car, right price, with the right salesman, that had a great attitude all the way around was even better. Even the financial advisor was cool. He made sure that I was straight as well. My family and I are very pleased. Highly recommend Ed Voyles Honda-Marietta for purchasing your new vehicle. Thanks guyss!! 🚙 💨💨 💨 🙏🏾💯🦾😇✌🏾
I have been coming to Ed Voyles since I bought my car in June 2021. I originally bought my vehicle from Nalley Acura a little ways up the street and upon getting the carfax for vehicle saw that it had only been serviced at dealerships Acura/Honda prior to me being the owner so I wanted to keep that up. The very first time I scheduled service with Ed Voyles the beginning process of scheduling was so easy to do it took no time maybe 5 mins. When I brought my vehicle in the people at service were so nice talked me through everything that would be done and even had a shuttle service to take to work. When I took it everything was seamless when they called to let me know my car was ready they advised somethings that needed to be done and these are things I wasn’t surprised by because there’s always something else that maybe needed. I did some of them one at time never felt any pressure to get something done and the pricing for these things were not astronomical. A lot of time repair shops take advantage and try to tell you need this done when you don’t and that you ended getting taken for a ride. In previous car a repair shop tried to get me to pay $500 dollars for a battery when I went to dealership and paid that for the battery and alternator in that particular vehicle maybe 2 years prior and they actually broke the wheel assembly on my car on purpose. I recently had to get my battery replaced in my Honda that was newer and it was $250.00. When I come to Ed Voyles I don’t feel like I’mbeing played and the waiting area is nice and calm as well as everyone who works their is super friendly and helpful. They even called me a Lyft to make sure I was able to get to work on time this past Friday when I took it in for service. There has never been a problem anytime I’ve taken my vehicle in for service I will continue to be a customer of Ed Voyles service. I also love that they give the car a wash before you pick it up and they keep the car super clean it makes me feel good seeing my car pull up after service.
Being from Miami and having to stop for an emergency service is not fun, but the entire team, from check-in to check-out made it just amazing. Josiah, my service repair specialist walked me all the way thru the process and was with me til I left. I wish I had this Honda Service closer because I would never go to another place! Thank you for making me feel even better than at home💕
I am giving two stars because I feel most one star reviews get ignored and I want people to read this. I had bought my Ridgeline about 10 months prior when the window seals became very sticky, almost like the plastic was deteriorating to a point where the windows would pop when I rolled them down due to them sticking. I went to ED VOYLES service and asked about the warranty. The service person I had was very abrupt and said that it wouldnt be covered. The truck had less than 5000 miles on it, and being that this was my first Honda, I grew concerned about Hondas warranty reputation. I asked to see a manager, who seemed very annoyed that I would bother him. I showed him the issue and he stated that the warranty was void because I must have sprayed something on the seals. After 5 or 10 minutes of me trying to assure him that I had not, he pretty much insisted that I must have, that I was lying, and he wouldnt cover them.I left, and as I was contemplating selling my truck and never buying another Honda, I decided to take a detour around 285 to Curry Honda to see what they had to say. I drove into the service department, they looked at it, told me to come back in three days (they had to order the seals)and they would have new ones installed. No issues what some ever.Today I am very happy with my Honda....No thanks to ED VOYLES.
Marvin Bushay was such a great help! He was knowledgeable of the service needed for my car and very transparent to make me equally knowledgeable. Car was serviced within a reasonable time and amenities available in the waiting area made the experience comfortable. Thank you Marvin!!!
Update after buying a second vehicle. Unfortunately, while our sales person was excellent, finance told me my interest rate would increase without an extended warranty. A common scam. I was also lied to about the price of the warranty. The entire experience was very uncomfortable, and not what I would expect when buying a $40,000 vehicle.
Believe the negative reviews. This is my second attempt at giving these folks a chance … it’s a scam at this point. Dropped my car off at 8:40 … currently on hold waiting for the gentleman who gave me his card and directed me to call with any questions. (Customer service gimmick) . No one answers the phone. And as one review stated , you most likely won’t get any answers until you show up. It’s a year later and Honda still hasn’t given me the answers i need . Go support your local mechanics ! These corporations take for granted hard working regular people simply trying to pay the same bills they do .Update: Was on hold for 7 minutes just to be told my car hadn’t been seen yet . Going to pick up car now. Lol
Booked an appointment online for oil change and a tire rotation. The price quoted online for the services was incorrect, the oil change price had increased, but the website was never adjusted. Due to situations like this, I screenshot the online price when I booked the appointment, but when the cashier provided my total due for the services, it was a higher price and the price online, even with the screenshot, was not honored. WARNING! Dont trust the prices on Ed Voyles Hondas website, they are not correct, and they will not honor whats posted online. After reading reviews from 2 months ago, this continues to be an issue with this dealership. BEWARE
Do not take your car here.. I’ve taken my 2020 Honda Civic in three times over the last year for a standard oil change and tire rotation, and have had issues afterwards every single time.1st Visit: Waited over two hours and they did my oil change and didn’t rotate the tires, even though it said tire rotation on my invoice.2nd Visit: Waited over two hours and they tried to over charge me for a 20k service package, and once I spoke to another service technician they said that employee was completely wrong on the price quote. Plus they forgot to reset several tech things on car, which caused several warning signs on my dashboard.3rd Visit: Waited almost three hours and the technicians forgot to screw back in the undercarriage cover on the bottom side of my car. So halfway through my trip I start hearing scraping noises and see the cover hanging on the bottom. Not to mention the technicians never answer or return calls if you have questions about your car. It’s ridiculous how much I’m paying for the service each time, just to have issues that require me to take my car back.
I was visiting Atlanta when my oil light came on. I was happy to get a Saturday appointment but neglected to explore service practices there. My home service department handled oil changes as separate device this not in the same que as other repairs. Thus I was not prepared for the two hour wait. The device tech did not complete the computer log out and the tire pressure was low. We were on the highway when this happened, stopped and check tire air pressure which was fine but the ride home was still somewhat anxious. My home service department was able to log out appropriately to remove the tire pressure warning. My wish is that your tech would have remembered to do this.
Our salesman, Justin Astin, was professional and efficient. The wait to get our new car was somewhat expected due to shortages of various supply chain issues around the country. What we didnt expect was the 2-3 week delay once it arrived in Georgia. The car is beautiful and were very happy with our new CVR!!
I have been a customer of Ed Voyles Honda for 18 years. Their service department is the gold standard. They are transparent and up front about auto service requirements and costs. The team is always polite and considerate. I always drive away confident that my cars are in top operating condition.
Lengthy wait time and had to overnight my recall repair but I got baby Bleu back riding like silk. I also would have liked if the middle aged caucasian cashier attendant was less of a negative Nancy. She made for an unpleasant wait time. Poor customer service at checkout. But loved the work on the car!
I bought my car for an oil change and a battery check. Marvin Bushay was very thorough and professional explaining all the details of the service and the results of the battery tests. He ordered my courtesy Lyft rides in a timely manner making it easier for me to plan my busy day.
We were traveling - from Las Vegas, visiting Atlanta - and ran over a piece of truck tire in an interstate. It knocked loose a protective shield on the underside of the car. Ed Voyles Honda took us in as a priority because of our travel status, and got everything fixed in an hour and a half. Very friendly, VERY helpful, and charged a fair priced for the repair.
I want to say how much of a pleasure I had coming to ED Voyles Honda here in COBB location. The team I met and worked with Calvin Palm and Steven Goins/ Stephen Rideg. Made me feel special and welcome. I would tell any one of Friends to come here and purchase from them. They all were very informative and kept me updated on the entire process. Special shout out to both Steve for making the deal happen.
The service, amazing and done quickly. They worked on my car when I popped up with no appointment and where still able to take car of me, thankful. UPDATE: Worst!! Wish k could give a zero. They tried to take advantage of me on financing. I got the car affordable and better APR with Carmax. I went for oil change and transmission flush. The swapped out my battery gave me a old one and broke the battery cover. Had the nerve to say they didn’t. Two years later, I returned to do another oil change and transmission flush Good Job. They steal my engine cover and break my wheel bearings. Only to tell me to come fix it with them. I just wanted my Oil change and transmission flush. Why did they touch anything else? I took to pep boys for them to show me a hammered Wheel Hub, WHY? This should be illegal for a car dealership to Tamper with other areas of the car. Won’t ever go there again, I promise to make sure EVERYONE a knows how bad this dealership and service center is. They keep switching part on people someone will eventually die.
Came in today for the first time for an oil change. The express service was easy to find. However, they could have made the cone with the sign telling you to pull forward a little larger and brighter. Very easy to miss the sign if you don’t pay attention. The check in process was fast and painless. The waiting time was average. I only needed an oil change but it took an hour to get it done. Perhaps ‘express’ wasn’t meant express. The staff was friendly but not as welcoming like at Lexus or Acura dealerships. Maybe it’s a Honda dealership so can’t ask for too much in that regard. Overall, it wasn’t too bad like some of the reviews they had about this dealership. I was a little worried I might end up with a bad experience. In the end I am satisfied with the experience here. Next time I’ll check them out when I’m looking for a new car.
This is the first repair shop thatI would call trustworthy. The service you get here is A++I have been to all the Honda dealers around me as well as owned other makes and models. As long as they have the service team run by Ed Price and Jody Voyles I know I will be taken care of not taken advantage of. For a woman that gives me a lot of comfort.
TLDR: Stay away. Not a true Honda representation. Terrible customer service, dishonest, and incompetent.--------------------------------We recently took our 2000 S2000 in for an issue with a loud squeak coming from the rear driver side wheel. When we dropped it off, we explained the car needed to get hot to hear the noise and that it needs to be driven for at least 30 to 40 mins before you can reproduce the issue. We even offered a video we captured of the car making the sound when we drove it, but no one was interested in seeing it. Two days later, when we heard the recommendation to fix an engine belt, we questioned why, even asking our rep Marvin Bushay what if this didn’t happen to fix the issue- he said it would fix the issue. A couple of days later, we found the issue persisted when I was on my way to vacation. 40 mins into my drive, I had to return home and change vehicles. Terrible to not have the S2000 at the beach for spring break! Same sound as before. We even have before and after videos to prove it! Not only did they misdiagnose the issue, we missed an opportunity to take our car on vacation. On a second try, Jody Voyles (the service shop manager) at least rode with us to hear the noise. After 8 hours with the vehicle, he called to tell us that they believe it’s the brake caliper and wants $1400 more to replace the both calipers and brake pads in the rear brake system, with no guarantee this will solve it either. When we asked if the $650 we paid for the prior repair would be credited toward the caliper replacement because the issue wasnt fixed the first time, Jody said that is not possible. He said he credited us $600 for the labor it took to diagnose the issue for the 2nd time which is reflected in the $1400.00 estimate. When we disputed this, he said the time taken to diagnose the problem is not something they normally do, they dont do test drives for vehicles for 30 mins, and they went above and beyond for us to try and find the issue. The standard $150.00 diagnostic fee wouldnt cover this kind of work. We then asked if this amount of work was needed to diagnose the problem and its something that is not covered under the standard $150.00 diagnostic fee, then why were we not told this when we brought the car in the first time after telling the representative the car needed to be test driven extensively before the issue will appear. Furthermore, after having the car for two days, Marvin never mentioned this kind of additional cost and labor to find the issue. We were basically told the tech did nothing wrong. He found a problem, and provided a solution to fix the found problem. Whether the fix was presented as the solution to the problem you were describing is irrelevant, that was then and this is now.The reasons why we chose a Honda dealership- honesty, expertise, and reliability. What the brand USED to stand for when my father worked there for 20 years! Now we are out $650 for a repair for an issue we have no proof ever existed and now worry where to take our precious car for further help, at further cost! Please suggest a fair resolution and someone who can actually help with our issue! We will not be returning to Ed Voyles Honda again if this issue cant be resolved! For reference, my father worked with Honda from the mid 60s to the mid 80s as a master mechanic and service tech trainer. He would not stand for this level of dishonesty, incompetence nor customer service.Follow up 5.7.22While I emailed the responder I never got a reply. I also went to Car Connex in Smyrna, highly recommended and would recommend anyone here to go see them! After further inspection for free!!) he diagnosed the issue we expected and for $300 our wheel bearing and hub were replaced. Do not go here!
When I first pulled up to Ed Voyles Honda, I noticed right away how bright, cheerful, and immaculately clean the entire facility was, both inside and out. It is clear that each employee cares about their products & their space. I did not have an appointment, but was greeted right away. I came only to do a test drive but turned out I was ready for a new car.Johnny was friendly, personable, helpful, and efficient. He was available for questions and ready with information, but gave me plenty of space to think, discuss with my friends & family, with absolutely no pressure. When I decided I wanted to purchase the Fit Sport off the floor, Johnny advocated to help me get an excellent price. Ryan took over from there and was very patient & thorough, and again gave me plenty of space to think about & discuss my options for financing.Between the facility and the staff, not to mention the ease of the process, I would not hesitate to send any friend or family member to Ed Voyles Honda. The customer experience is unbeatable. Y’all are awesome!
Mr. Price as Honda Representative was very professional, patient, courteous and knowledgeable about Honda services. Mr. Price also went above and beyond assisting me understand “Gwinnett Honda Hendricks” service program vs Ed Voyles Honda. Mr. Price strikes me honest man and representative of Honda.
This review is regarding DAVID, an advisor in the SERVICE DEPARTMENT, as well as EVHs diagnostics policy. My check engine light keeps turning on and off. I know the problem is electrical related, and I have the Fix Finder diagnostics report received from Auto Zone when the CE light first came on. I had an appointment with EVH service scheduled for this week, but thankfully I called prior to ask specific questions about my particular issue per the report. Long story short is David advised (when asked) that theres a 50%/50% chance EVHs diagnostics reader would NOT be able to pull up the code since my CE light is currently not on. And EVH would not even consider the FF report I received from Auto Zone to help start the process of diagnosing my electrical issue. This is all fine if this is EVHs policy. What is unacceptable is when David confirmed (again, only when asked) that I would be charged the $150 diagnostics fee for a tech to take 5 minutes to potentially tell me that EVH was unsuccessful in pulling the diagnostics code and they couldnt fix my car. Whats up with that, Ed Voyles?! Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment since the check engine light is currently not on. Thank goodness I asked the right questions BEFORE taking the car in. The issue with DAVID is that during our conversation he was arrogant and he repeatedly spoke over me (despite my pleas for him to stop,) rudely acting as if he didnt have time to help me understand the process.
The end result was great but it took all day to get me a valet key made. Marvin was able to give me a fob key and a valet key in the end so I was very happy about that.I was not happy about having to drive all over town to fine a Honda dealer with a working key machine.
The service was great. Unfortunately, this damage should have been acknowledged by the Collison Center months ago. It took my own money to drive in randomly for full service and acknowledgement of issues. Anyone with any integrity would own up to mistakes made (Ed Voyles Collison), fixed the problem and moved on.~ Mary Davis
Always appreciate how forthcoming the service department is and they have earned my trust after not pushing unnecessary repairs and have often recommended alternate courses of action to avoid pricier repairs. I will not bring my Honda any where else for major service work.
I called on a Thursday and scheduled an appt for Saturday morning at 7 am. When I arrived they did not have any record of my appt but Carmen made sure to get me taken care of right away as if my appt was properly booked. I was kept updated every step of the way and am really happy with the quality of work. Thanks Carmen, I really appreciate you!
Took our Honda Accord here for an airbag light. They pretended to “diagnose” it. They saw saudered wires (splicing around connector) and immediately assumed the side airbag seat was the problem.Did no real diagnostics and quoted us $2300+. We fixed the “problem” and it did nothing. Diagnostic fee to do no more than i could have in two minutes in my driveway, and were apparently comfortable enough with their work to tell us we needed 2300 of repairs that would leave us at square one.
Went to do an oil change i stood there for 28 minutes only for one individual to come and ask me if i had an appointment. I didn’t and i would have appreciated if someone told me as soon as i got there. The individuals on their desks are on their screen are not even looking to see and acknowledge a customer. I have been going to this place for over 10 years and their service has gotten worse when they got bigger and expanded. Time to look for another home.
Think before coming to this service center. They messed the hand break which was perfectly fine after service hand break ia going at 90 degree and still break is not properly getting. When I asked to fix they said to book an other appointment. This mess was done by their mechanic and now to fix that issue I again need to come. Cost is also too high for everything Highly disappointed
Express Service center takes way too long. Scheduled an oil change a day in advance. 3-4 hours and $64 to change my oil? Are you kidding me? Blows my mind that they don’t have someone who does just express work : fluids, oil, brakes. The price used to be $40 which made sense because oil is $35 from any auto parts store.Heck, Id even pay just to do it myself and use one of their lifts.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ! They have broken used cars for sale on their lot! I purchased a 2016 honda civic around 12/22 from Damon which included in the purchase the repair of cosmetic issues before officially picking the car up (bumper dented, wipers in working condition, and a clean car). When I returned to pick up the car, the repairs (in writing) were not completed to satisfaction. There were crumbs all over the place and the cup holder had a sticky film among other things. In addition, there was a damaged rim and tire as well as massive stains on the backseat. Damon disagreed with the validity of the issues, and passed me to AM David Reynolds, who said they would make it right. He gave me a written work order to refinish a rim, detail the car, repair a tire, replace wipers, and clean the stains out of the back seat which were horrible. Upon returning to get the car a second time over a week later, the repairs STILL were not completed and the car was not detailed. I was again dismissed with the issues, and at this point chose to take the car off the lot as it would cost me less time, money, and frustration to have them fixed myself. They treated me condescendingly as if I didnt know what a refinished rim and detailed car should look like and clearly wanted to pull one over on me. As a last ditch effort, I contacted GM, David Pilgrim, who assured me the repairs would be taken care of and they would have a loaner sent to me after the weekend to pick up the car for repairs and he seemed very helpful at first. I was very appreciative and expressed this. I had the car for a total of 3 days before i saw that the trunk was filling with water and the back seats were soaked through when it had rained. The stains on the backseat turned out to be, you guessed it, due to severe water damage that clearly had been going on for a while. Thankfully I had none of my things in the trunk that would have been damaged. I alerted the manager of this and he assured me he would fix this when the other repairs were made. Ed Voyles kept the car and stalled for almost 2 weeks giving me the run around after me calling multiple times before calling to tell me they couldnt fix it. They told me that I would be sent a check in the mail that day for a refund. I told them I would pick up in person. They to date still have not disclosed what was actually wrong with the car, so I can only assume it was in totaled condition. The tone of the call was a complete 180 from the treatment I received by this David P. thus far, as I could tell he was agitated that their dealership would be absorbing a significant financial loss. Although I was appreciative to receive my money back, I was never offered an alternative solution. I was told multiple times however that we dont even need to be refunding your money. It is simply not good business to add insult to injury. I was not offered a different car to trade in for purchase to keep my business, nor an apology for having that car on the lot for purchase in the first place. I need a car for transportation to work and do not have a backup to use interim, which they were aware of. Instead, I was left with no car, and still am currently car-less as I am taking my time to make a new purchase. In addition, Im financially in a hole to date almost $700- cars back and forth to the dealership, paying a month of car insurance when I had the car 3 days, cancellation fees, and car rentals. I have lost endless hours of my time, and put under immense stress that I would wish upon no one, and you cannot put a price tag on that. No one has cared about satisfying the customer, and keeping my business, or a positive reputation of Ed Voyles. At no point was an apology issued for having the car on their lot in the first place. The inspections department that cleared it for sale is the root of the problem, not a customers fault for finding issues within 3 days of ownership. I am appalled at the way I was treated and that this dealership continues to operate with such shady practices.
I have had 2 services here that really disappointed me. The first one I went there to change a light and wait a lot then when the lady brought my car back I turned the light on an still the same light without any change. She was saying i am sorry I will fix right now. The second problem was now last Monday ( March 14, 2022.) i was there to replace the battery because i was having a lot problems to start starting my car. I had an appointment 8:30 am , i was on time and they just took my car 9:00 am. I waited until 10:30 to get back my car. I did pay $ 98.75 . Today is March 16 ( (1 day after repair) and I have the same problem, i am sure they just collect my money and did not fix.
Ed Volyes Service Department has always taken great care of my Hondas Right now, I have 2017 and 2019 Civics that run very well. I have tried other dealers and places, but no one takes the time to review my cars service history like these folks do. I appreciate that I can trust their recommendations.
Ed Voyles Honda is amazing! I purchased new tires and oil changed. They had the best prices with fast and friendly service. Ed Price was very nice as well as David Manner. Also, the cashier (I didn’t get her name) was extremely professional and nice. There was a line of people but she didn’t rush me through she made sure everything was correct and I received the right paperwork. I work for Wellstar so I know customer service is very important and these guys are great! I recommend them over any other place!
Ed Voyles Honda ( Service dept ) Let me tell you about my experience - I came in for recall on the hood of my Honda pilot 2017 From the moment I entered the service department - The first representative was not welcoming no hello welcome to EV HONDAjust said go down to the end and someone would come to you. I waited like 2 minutes. I then got out asked another rep he said someone will come to youI decided to walk over to one rep at their desk They greeted me and I felt welcomed. Carmen Coleman was awesome. Took care of me and my wife and addressed any concern I had about the recall and on top of thatI inquired about an oil change. She was like why wait 200 miles. Can get it done now. I processed it and decided to get it done. If the attitude was not right I wouldnt have done it. I had to return again because someone took my recall part. So she asked could I return tomorrow I said ok. She was sorry I have to come back again - even offered free oil change - I moving 📦 so that wont happen. My wife said she liked the way we were treated and would buy a car from them or tell others bought their service. Nice and clean last the service dept ( Brandon who worked on my car ) was helpful to point out show how to take spare tire off and where the recall the part would go. I appreciate thatSincerelyDre Vin Sanders
I am totally satisfied with Ed Voyles Honda service. I took my car in for regular service and was told I had a recall on it. I was scheduled for the next week and it was done efficiently and fast. I also told Dan who was my service representative about a noise I was hearing and it was diagnosed and the part ordered. The part came in faster than expected and now my car sounds and runs great. Great service. A great team working there. I will definitely keep taking my car there.
The team at Ed Voyles Honda met my every need without exception regarding a repair and a recall for my 2018 Honda Pilot EX L. My car was repaired as well as the part on recall replaced in a very timely fashion and to my expectation. It is so reassuring to know that customer satisfaction is still their number one priority!
Shannon my service advisor goes above and beyond to make sure I’m 100% satisfied. She’s completely honest and knowledgeable of the Honda vehicle. She communicates effectively and efficiently. She’s always in great spirits and always willing to go the extra mile. Thank u thank u.
Pretty satisfied with the service department. The waiting areas were fairly nice as well. There was a quiet room where I spent pretty much the whole day. I spent the whole day there because they didnt have a loaner available and I wanted to be close in case any other issues came up that I needed to attend to. The service rep and the technician were accommodating and got done with the work with a realistic time frame so that I had no liabilities going out the door. They also added up different scenarios in case I didnt do this or the other. Todd was of great help in explaining where and why recommendations were made. Even though there wasnt a loaner, Todd was also checking to see if my status had changed and if I needed to be somewhere. Sometimes you dont get that at all. Give them a shot and see what kind of service you get. This experience was a pretty good one.
My 5-year-old Honda CR-V would not start after I stopped for a break in Atlanta, on my way home to Florida. I wanted a Honda dealer to find the cause and fix it. I had the car towed to Ed Voyles, where they quickly found I had a dead battery. They quickly replaced the battery and sent me on my way. Everyone from service staff to the awesome shuttle driver was wonderful. I am completely satisfied and SO GLAD my Honda was taken to Ed Voyles Honda. Thanks to all!
If I could give a negative, it would a better score than one star. The sales team is amazing but service department is the worst Ive ever experienced. Calling a booking an appointment for service was easy enough but arriving there was the main issue. Before I even said hello, the service rep advised me there was a 2 1/2 hour to a 3 hour wait. I graciously declined and left.1. What is the point of making an appointment if there is 2-3 hours wait?2. If there was a delay, why not express that during the phone conversation?3. Rep rudely turned around and completely ignored me once I expressed that I was not will wait that amount of time. Are all reps in Ed Voyles Honda trained the same way?4. I called the manager 3 times and have left 3 voicemail messages requesting for a callback with no callback. Is this how managers attempt to rectify any situation?5. The mechanics at Ed Voyles Honda could be absolutely amazing but I will never know simply because I will never return to Ed Voyles again.Simply put, please rethink your choice in service. They should shut that whole area down, fire the management team, staff and start over again.
I appreciate the routine, prompt and efficient service of the employees at Ed Voyles Honda. Specifically, Gregory is attentive, honest and helpful every time I bring in my Honda. The option of calling a Lyft to take me where I need to go and bring me back when my car is ready is the most helpful experience I have ever received from a car service center. Thank you for being reliable, consistent and friendly!
The mechanic did an excellent job with identifying the problems and fixing them. I appreciate the thorough job that Ed Voyles mechanics do and feel confident that the issues are resolved. Carmen also did an excellent job in keeping me apprised of updates and was very accommodating. Thanks
Another great experience from the service department on yesterday!! The advisors always great you with a pleasant attitude and the waiting is always extremely clean and comfortable. I would recommend this location to any of my friends and family the own or drive Hondas
My car buying experience was fast and efficient. My salesperson Sarah was really kind and responsive. She was upfront and transparent about costs and fees prior to my in-person visit as I requested. She thoroughly explained every part of the process and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car and quality service.
This is the second time Ive used Ed Voyles Honda Service Center for a large and complex car repair. They are quite professional and the service consultants are extraordinary. Ive had top notch mechanical work done with warranty parts. The paperwork is orderly and comprehensive.
Carmen’s, the best service advisor I have ever had to work with for a vehicle brand. Always, considerate, even when I’m not there, and / or waiting! Never, over selling services, but making recommendations when needed. Guys and Gals, ask for Carmen Coleman when scheduling services for yourselves or your family and friends! You will be happier with visiting a service department! Thanks Carmen and Happy holidays to you, and the family!
My experience at Ed Voyles Honda was great, we went in almost at closing time to just “look” with no intentions of buying something so soon. Our product specialist Cody was great, he was very patient and answered all our questions and didn’t make us feel rushed. Later we met Steven who was also great and answered all our questions. We walked out with great peace of mind and with reassurance that we picked the right place to get a car.
I have Acura and been a customer to Ed Voyles Acura for many years but I start to come here now because its closer and a difference in saving. Dealer is also much cleaner and newer than any Acura dealers I have been to. In addition, I came in with expectation of a wait. I told the rep I’d give you 3 hrs but got done in half the time. Work out just fine.
Absolutely the best experience at a car dealership I have ever had! The sales rep, Terence, was knowledgeable, helpful, and he really listened to what I wanted, including my budget. He wasn’t pushy at all and he didn’t waste time with things that didn’t suit my needs. There was no back and forth negotiations, he came out with the best price right from the start, and things only got better from there. The manager and our rep were even able to help me with my current lease- end on another make and saved me money on my new lease with them. The dealership is comfortable and welcoming, the staff is friendly. They made getting a new car a fun and enjoyable experience! Can’t say enough good things about Ed Voyles Honda!
Oh my goodness Ed & service member David M were the biggest blessing. I was having trouble with my fuel injectors & needed assistance from American Honda. I couldnt get anyone to return my call at American Honda for over a month. I took my car to get service at another dealership 1st, after not so good service, I called & spoke with Ed himself. I explained to him what was going on & he forwarded all necessary documents to speed up the process. I got a call back from him the same day stating the paperwork had been sent over. Ed & his team kept me up to date on my situation & had my car repaired in a week! Ive been blown away at such immense service of the entire team! You guys are first-class ❤
We had a great experience at Ed Voyles. Calvin Palm, our salesperson was absolutely the best. He was knowledgeable and kept in contact with us from the time we came to the dealership until we came back to pick up the vehicle. It was a very pleasant transaction! Steven , the financial director, was also a very warm and personable individual. It was overall an awesome car buying experience.
I am new to the area, in the past 4 weeks alone, have had three bad experiences at Ed Voyles Honda. Dealing with them has been a complete waste of time. It is impersonal, an assembly line of representatives, cars and customers. Initially I was impressed with the production and organization, but I was wrong. On separate occasions, two different service reps never returned my call initiate my car being serviced (despite giving me their business card, and inviting me to call them directly since they were familiar with my cars needs.) I had to wait a day each time, call back several times, and finally request a new representative in order to schedule an appointment. When my car went in for service, they kept it all day. No one communicated with me, I had to call to find out the status, and pickup time. The part needed was unavailable (front struts), and I was told that I would be purchasing the part on that day, for the future repair. When I got home and reviewed the receipt, they never charged me for the part, instead charged me the diagnostic free, which would have been waived if they did the work on the car the day it went in for service. The rep encouraged me to call every couple of weeks to check the status of the parts (but he never returned my calls) and the part was never ordered. Upon further review of the receipt at home, I realized that the mechanic identified two separate filters as needing replacement, but the representative didnt bother to convey this to me, or do the simple job while my car was there (ALL DAY). This omission resulted in another appointment and another all day trip to the shop. My two scheduled visits resulted in my car leaving without being serviced. I am done. I cancelled my third appointment. As I stated, this super busy shop, with an assembly line of cars and people. But there is no follow through. In my case, there were no answers either. I have had my car serviced at another Honda dealership (out of state) for the past 5 years, with zero issues. My car has had genuine Honda parts and service since I purchased it. After this experience, I now take my business to a local small auto repair, and already, after the first call it has made a world of difference. The new repair shop asked me stop into the shop (close to my house) to check my oil level until my scheduled service appointment early next week. Ed Voyles Honda could never extend that type of personalized service, and if they did, good luck getting your representative on the phone.
This dealer was amazingly honest and straight forward, no games. Once price was agreed on (which was pretty quick) over the phone, I went to pick it up and was financed and out the door in an hour and 15 minutes. Unheard of in the car industry. They were truly ecceptional, and I dont say that lightly. Ive many miserable car buying stories.
The alignment of my car was off (Thank you Atlanta Potholes.) My car drives better. I was able to book the appointment online with Carmen. I love online booking appointments. My car is a 2018 Honda CRV. The appointment was set at 2 pm, and I was finished by 3:30 pm. I would recommend them for service and maintaining the car.
My husband and I was in need of a second vehicle because of the total loss of our previous Dodge Grand Caravan. So we were on the road and wanted to check some of the dealerships out. We made a few calls different places, but what caught our attention to Ed Voyles dealership in Marietta, ga. was the friendliness that was shown toward us over the phone by our salesman “Rainbow.” The great service he rendered started on the phone which is what bought us into the dealership. We believe in great products but if the customer service isn’t great also then it’s no deal for us. We have to love and enjoy who we are getting ready to do business with. We told him what we were interested in, wasn’t even planning on buying that day, but we enjoyed “Rainbow” so much that we decided to go on and get what we wanted. It was a very, very smooth experience and it didn’t take all day to get the the deal done. We were in and out in no time at all. What a great experience!
I got everything I needed done at a fair price, the staff was friendly. They did offer me more services than I had come for, trying to upsell me and not explain why those other services were necessary. Overall positive but almost got scared into getting a lot of things I didn’t want.
Wife and i had a great experience buying our Honda CR-V at Voyles Honda. Vernon was our sales conductor, he was very knowleged and helped us all the way through the process with ease. No hassle, no waiting, pointed us in the right direction to pick the right vehicle for us. Thank you Vernon!!
I arrived extra early for my appointment because I was driving on a spare, and they took care of me right away instead of making me wait until my allotted time.I think I waited in the indoor area for *maybe* an hour before my car was ready. Todd was the person who helped me and he was really, really nice and made sure I understood exactly what services were being preformed and how much they would cost. The lady who helped me check out when the service was completed was really nice and friendly, too.The indoor waiting area is big, clean, and quiet. There’s coffee available and even outlets for people to charge their devices while they wait. It’s also conveniently located near a lot of restaurants, so you could walk to one nearby to get food if you’ll be waiting a while. This is my first car that’s all my own, and I’m glad I had such a great experience with my first time needing maintenance. I’ll definitely be coming back here for anything else my car needs!
My sales representative, John Rainbow was phenomenal! He worked really hard for me, found the right car, and gave a lot of personal and professional attention to my purchase. This was a pleasant experience and I couldnt have had a better salesman. John cares about his individual customers and made the entire experience seamless. He certainly set the bar high in customer service and satisfaction. Thank you John Rainbow for your hard work, passion, and dedication to your profession and customers. You represent Ed Voyles Honda very well!!. 🙂
I brought my car which is under warranty into Honda at the recommendation of a honda employee who thought there might be a recall on the vehicle.I was charged $150 to clear some codes; I did not give approval to incur these charges- the honda service department did it without approval.I believe if you are bringing in a car that is under warranty to check if a part is recalled/defective there should be no charge. However at the very least prior to incurring any fee Honda/ Todd Howard ( Honda service Writer) should have called and asked me for permission. I approved the free multipoint inspection but not the clearing of codes/$150 fee.
I walked in early on a Sunday morning looking for a new vehicle. I have only ever bought used cars, so this was my first time looking for a new one. Alex introduced himself to me and we went right to work looking for a new car. The dealer was under construction, but that did not slow us down. They had a great selection of cars with many colors and trims. I was able to see my options and prices with ease.Overall, I recommend shopping here. Alex was friendly and helpful. Even after purchasing my 2017 Honda Civic, he is available and willing to answer questions. They take care of their customers. I look forward to working with them more. Thank you Alex and Greg!
Good service, but it took longer than usual, longer than what I thought would be a good time to just replace a battery. Also, this was a replacement for a 100-month battery that failed after only about 4 years. I thought it would be under warranty, or at least partially/prorated. They informed me this wasnt the case since this had already replaced another battery that was under warranty. In my experience, these batteries that Honda uses never last what they are advertised for.
My overall experience with Ed Voyles Honda service was great. My express advisor was Derell Gardner, a very helpful young man. He was very professional, listen to my what I needed. During this time he was in communication with me. Overall I would recommend this location to family and friends, will return in the future for service. Derell, thank you sir for making this 1st time experience a GREAT one. you made the different Thank you Sir.
Brought in a car for engine light/repairs. Marvin was excellent in explaining my options. When I commented I think the car isnt worth fixing, and that I would need to replace it, he agreed and let me know where I could go to get the best offer for it.Its a dealership, you know what to expect in regards to pricing and time. That said, the people here were incredibly friendly and made the experience of finding out my car was not worth repairing less painful.
I have had 3 services here and all 3 have resulted in issues for my 2016 Civic Ex. The first time I went, I was having an issue with my air conditioning and explained it clearly. They claimed they fixed it but they never tested it so I had to take it somewhere else to get the problem solved. The second time, I got new tires and an alignment. When I took the car somewhere else, they said it was horribly out of alignment. The third time I brought it there, I needed new brakes. I approved $530 of work for resurfacing rotors and new pads. I brought the car in because the brakes were squealing, and they said this would solve it. When I went to get the car they told me I owed $980. They couldnt explain how the price we agreed on nearly doubled. The next day, I take the car out and the brakes are squealing just like they had been. Ive been trying to talk to a service manager for every week who has been in a meeting all four times that Ive called. They seem extremely uninterested in making this right and it looks like Ill have to go somewhere else to figure it out.
Working with Shannon Price was an absolute pleasure! Shannon is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision regarding the issues and service I needed on my car, and most importantly, a professional - who knows Honda cars inside and out. I highly recommend you talk to Shannon if you are considering getting your Honda serviced at Ed Voyles Honda.
Communications and updates on repairs were satisfactory, however, I visited the site on day 2 to pick up some items I had left in the car, and mentioned that I felt that the transmission was not shifting correctly. The representative said that he was not the service coordinator assigned, but that he would add that to the ticket. When I went to pickup the car the next day, the assigned agent said there was no note on the ticket about the transmission. I’d have to schedule another visit. Disappointing.
Todd at Ed Voyles service was immediately able to diagnose and fix the cause of my front end bobbing up and down. It took just a transmission fluid flush and replace to restore normal performance. Others who had examined the car were unable to recognize the symptoms. Experience and training are both important.Anthony
I took my CRV in for a recall, an oil change and tire rotation and general service. MyMy service manager was great, friendly and informative. He completed the work in an hour less time than anticipated. The lady who checked me out was also very customer friendly. It was a good experience from start to finish.
I brought my honda on January 28th to get a new power steering pump and not only is my car not fixed i brought it back for them to fix because it was leaking they told me that power steering fluid is normal to boil and IT IS NOT NORMAL FOR IT TO BOIL! THE MANAGER IS NO HELP. I will not ever bring my car back here!
I am writing to share the AMAZING experience I had working with Jackie Herndon recently. As of the beginning of August, I suddenly became in the market for a new car. I had been driving a blue 2005 Honda Civic since, well, 2005. I loved that car. After having a less impressive experience with another dealership, I gave Jackie a call on a Sunday afternoon, and she immediately started working with me to find what I was looking for.I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the effort she put in to help me get the car I wanted. She was so great to work with, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone I know in the market for a new Honda. She made an otherwise daunting process easy to understand. I love my new car, and I am SO HAPPY that I still get to drive a blue Honda Civic - just with a lot more bells and whistles than my 2005.
Calvin, is an amazing salesman he made my purchase smooth and swift, he’s extremely knowledgeable of his products!Don’t let me get started with Ryan in finance, he’s definitely Godsend, he was extremely helpful and patient with everything!I have nothing but great words for the guys at Ed Voyles Honda in Marietta! Definitely recommend them for your car needs! They are very attentive and make you feel like you’re the only client, they bend over backwards to help you with everything you need!

2022-07-15Inflated Invoices, Poor Job-Quality, Predatory and Vulnerable payment Methods. In details:Inflated Prices: I was charged over $33 USD for a “convenience fee” on Oil change that I never received. Please find pictures.Poor Customer Experience: I waited 50 mins to be checked-in. Also, Paper floor mats and sweaty seat covers were left in my car upon pick-up.Predatory and Vulnerable Payment Method:I was required to pay over the phone without a chance to review my padded invoice. Else, I do not get the car for 36 hours without a courtesy vehicle in the interim.Non-ethical hackers, take note.Service Department Team 07/09/22:If this was a roadside-mechanic, I would understand the desperation to be corrupt. But this is a whole branch representing Honda. Now I know NOT TO TRUST this branch with a major repair. Those leaving 5-star reviews probably got a new car or did minor maintenance.

2022-02-11I started researching the new 2022 Honda Civic Si after it was announced in the fall of 2021. I started calling local dealers to see what I could expect to find as far as availability. After a few different options I luckily stumbled upon Vernon Young at Ed Voyles (Oct 2021). He was extremely professional and personable. Im a car guy so I had already completed most of my research on pricing, accessories etc.Once I settled on the vehicle, Vernon came up with action plan for me to get the car that I wanted at a fair and reasonable price. He was more that willing to work with me over the phone, via emails and text messages, and happily addressed any questions or concerns that came up along the way. I can not stress how refreshing it was working with someone who set expectations, while being completely transparent and honest with pricing! Due to the pandemic / chip shortage I knew there would be delays for the delivery for my vehicle. Vernon kept me informed and up to date for almost 2 and half months right up until delivery.Steven Goins the finance manager took the time to come greet me and make sure all of my needs were being met. I picked up the keys on (12/23/2021) and he helped me through the final buying process.Unfortunately due to the pandemic the extra accessories for my car were backordered. Once again Vernon stepped up to the plate and kept me informed of expected delivery times.Once the parts arrived I received notification from Vernon that service Advisor Carmen Coleman would be reaching out to me to schedule my service. She arranged for me to have everything installed on (1/31/22)I dropped the car off and picked it up later in the afternoon.Upon retrieval of my vehicle Joey Brown (I think he is the Parts Manager) came out to make sure everything was satisfactory and personally thanked me for my patience in working with them.As long as this entire process was, everyone that I interacted with was personable, helpful and extremely friendly.Outstanding service across the board and I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a new Honda to come to Ed Voyles.

2022-05-11I am waiting for parts to come in to complete the service on my 2001 Honda. I asked for a bulb to be replaced in the interior of the car. It still doesnt work. I also had my car detailed but wax was still on the mirror and the black trim not cleaned. Everything else was fantastic. I know they will correct this when I take it back. Everyone was super nice. Just need to pay a little more attention to details.

2022-04-04Manny gave us exceptional customer service and just meeting him was life changing! We received great advice and insight on the purchase. He was very patient when answering all of our questions and not pushy at all. His attention to detail and also being helpful after the purchase were greatly appreciated. Manny made the process so seamless and my daughter has been so excited about her car. Thank you so much!

2022-02-19The services that my wife and I have been provided for over 7 years has been outstanding. The work is always top notch and timely. Marvin Bushay has been our service manager from day one and has always worked to give us good service at a fair price. We would also like to thank the mechanics that perform maintenance on our vehicles. Keep up the great work!!! Thanks for your quality services!!!

2022-05-23It almost feels a little too pleasant for a car dealership. I went in to have my car serviced on a Saturday morning. The people were nice and relatively swift. I didnt leave feeling like I had been taken advantage of nor my time wasted. The entire facility is clean, the waiting area is spacious, and they offer free coffee.

2022-01-13I bought a new 2022 Honda Civic Sports at this dealership last Saturday 1/8/2022. My salesman Calvin Palm was professional, very knowledgeable concerning the car products and their promotions. He made the experience go as smooth apossible while getting me the best price possible. I had done my research and talked to dozens of sales people before buying from Calvin. Calvin provided me with world class service, so I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a new car. I found his honesty and transparency very refreshing and knew that he was someone I could trust. My wife and I are currently enjoying our new purchase!!! Wed like to thank Calvin Palm again for all his outstandingly service, kindness, and knowledge he showed us!

2022-06-23Positive experiences.Friendly staff.Online scheduling.I really liked the text to update feature. David kept me informed as to the progress of my maintenance and responded promptly to my questions. My only critique (if were looking for improvement) would be to make sure the parts needed are available when making an online appointment. I understand that would be challenging to implement, but it would be something to think about.

2022-04-15Mr. Greg assisted me with my oil change. Great guy! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He knows customer service and I can appreciate that. I definitely prefer this location over Curry (which is where I purchased my vehicle). Much friendlier staff here at Ed Voyles.

2022-04-25I wont waste my time writing this review complaining about the poor customer service I received when I first arrived to the dealership. However, I will share my deepest appreciation for Ashley (Service Department receptionist) and Katie (Service Manager) for completely turning my experience around. My expectations were high since this was my first time bringing a vehicle in to a dealership for service. I brought my Accord in to have someone look at my malfunctioning tail-light and see about getting it fixed - Katie made sure it happened and with a smile. Thank you so much again Katie!
