Ed Voyles Hyundai - Atlanta in other cities:
Gabby is one of the few sales people that has the right balance of qualities to make me want to do business. She made me feel that my business was relevant and appreciated. In times while supplies are low and demand is high, it is very easy for many to not pay enough attention to the purchase potential of the customer sitting in front of them or to disregard the customer that has visited the showroom, can buy but did not on previous visit. Many dealers act as if the focus on the customer is Not too important. I assume that is because it is so many people buying and such limited inventory available. Gabby was the only salesperson that did not treat me this way. I find that the true spirit of a go- getter salesperson is becoming extinct. However, it is very much alive in Gabby. She is excellent at what she does and a pleasure to work with. Her ability and drive strongly suggest that she is an asset that a dealership would tremendously benefit from in higher positions than the just that of a salesperson. Her ability has proven that she will serve any customer well. If a car is needed, then Gabby is the only person to see. I will be recommending Gabby for sure.
Ive always wanted a car where the paint would peel off like a banana peel on its own, and Ed Voyles Hyundai delivered. I had to wait an entire 3 years and 43k miles, but it finally happened! I was worried the dealership would try to do something preposterous like offer to fix it for me without cost for some silly reasons like the fact I purchased the car brand new from this location and followed the recommended maintenance manual exactly by having the dealership do all services, but luckily the sales manager kindly pointed out where in my contract I could find the fine print that exempts them from having to do that, and letting me know that they wont do that. They didnt waste my time by asking me to come in for them to look at it or anything. Great car quality, and great customer service.
We had a fantastic experience. Our sales rep was the best. Super nice and personable but kept things moving and appeared to have a sincere interest in our desires and satisfaction. Our only hesitation with giving 5 stars was the finance department. There was some vagueness and fundamental miscommunication during the entire contract signing/payment process of the purchase of the vehicle. They called us the next day to say that we didn’t sign a credit report disclosure form. That was neither true nor relevant after the fact. We wrote a check for the car and they had possession of the check, our trade-in and $3,000 in credit card payment. What was the point of calling? We live over an hour away. Why not first ask us how we were loving our new car and IF signing this form was so important overnight it to us with an explanation of their oversight?
My service appointment was great. I arrived 5 mins early and was greeted and invited into the customer lounge. Shortly after Robert Reese, my service advisor called me in to get some additional info. He displayed excellent customer service from start to finish. He was attentive and kind.
Took my car in to be serviced. Got there and someone was there to greet me and give me directions where to go. My appointment was showing in their system, but the service consultant was patient with me as I tried to recall what service I was getting done. The price wasnt reasonable as far as dealerships go. Everyone was courteous when engaging me and they had me out of there in an hour. Not sure if this is what all my experience at this dealership will be, but I do hope so.
I would give a five star because when your car is done being serviced it’s 5 star work. I gave a four star because the time frame of work getting done is horrible. They kept my car for up to 5 months. With no loaner available.Other than that the actual work is top notch. Customer Service it good. You just can never get service providers on the phone. Till I started staying on top of them. Only the service manager would be available at the time. He always had better knowledge on what’s going on with the car.
Thank you to Ed Voyles Hyundai for making this a very smooth car-buying process for my husband and me. We worked with both Bryan and Gabi - I spoke with Bryan on the phone and over email about the car I was interested in during the week. Then, Gabi took over when we came in on Saturday. We purchased a used vehicle and were able to get the entire transaction completed in about 2 hours. Gabi and Bryan were great to work with. Then we also really enjoyed our time with Bob in finance. Thanks for helping make this car-buying process efficient and seamless! We are very pleased with our new (to us) vehicle!UPDATE 04.27.22My husband also ended up having to purchase a car because he got into an accident. We looked several places and ended up back at Ed Voyles where we were, once again, treated with excellent customer service by both Gabi and Bob! They remembered us and helped us get into another great car. The car ended up needing a little service work done on it which was covered under warranty, and they helped get us in a rental car which Hyundai is covering. Gabi went so far as to drive me to three different Enterprises on a Friday evening right before closing to help us get a car so he would have one over the weekend. Cant say enough about this dealership and their excellent customer service. Ive never raved about a car dealership before - most of them give me headaches - but Ed Voyles Hyundai continues to exceed all expectations and certainly stands out.TLDR: This dealership is one-of-a-kind when it comes to quality & customer service.
Sales Reps Chris and Tyler were awesome to work with, they answered every question and concern I had. I was please with Ed Voyles Hyundai entire staff that I came in contact with, great customer service, very friendly staff, and great place to do business. Im was so pleased with the level of service I received from them. Also Im loving my new vehicle.
The sales person, Gabby was very helpful. In this tight market its hard to get the car you want, however she went out of her way to track each delivery and immediately notify me when a suitable car was arriving. Other folks in the showroom were very personable and always greeted me with a nice hello and smile! Thanks!
I will like to thank my car saleswomen Gabby for helping me find a great vehicle, my brand new Tucson 2022. Gabby is an awesome car salesman. She really took her time with me making sure that I was comfortable with the decision of the right vehicle of my choice and she also made sure that I got an excellent deal on my new Tucson. For anyone that are in the market for purchasing a new vehicle I definitely recommend you go pay Gabby a visit at the Ed Voyles Hyundai Dealership in Marietta, Ga. She will definitely help get the best vehicle within your budget and she has such a great personality and she will definitely make you excited about your new vehicle purchase.
5 freaking stars. My boyfriend & I were left disappointed by the lack of customer service Mercedes gave us earlier that day. My boyfriend had less than two months left on his lease and decided to car shop…Mercedes was hopefully going to be our first and last stop… it was our first stop and we will probably never go back. We were treated so poorly, so I called over to Genesis.. Shannon, a manager, said we will be taken care of.We arrive and we were created by our Sales Consultant, Gabby. Gabby went down to business, got our numbers, and we started the process.Unfortunately we ALMOST left because the price wasn’t quite right for us… until the finance manager chased us down and made the price right. We are beyond happy. So happy. We have a 2022 G70 😍
Just bought our new Palisade and had the pleasure of working with Zo. He was such a nice guy and very personable. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions we had. I didnt feel pressured to buy anything and had a wonderful experience with everyone we spoke with at the dealership. I highly recommend Zo and Ed Voyles Hyundai.
Ed Voyles Hyundai is the best place to go if you need to purchase a new vehicle. The customer service is excellent. I’m one who use to hate the car buying process. Edward Keith and Paul Bringuez are so professional, patient, informative, and helpful. I got the vehicle that I wanted and I wasn’t talked into looking at other cars. My husband and I will be back when it’s his turn to purchase a new car.
Nnena is a wonderful sales rep!! From the day we met up until my final purchase was made, she remained very personable & professional. She was able to put me at ease throughout the lease end process & provided great suggestions on the way forward.I am convinced that she does look out for the client’s best interest. She’s a joy to work with.10/10 would recommend her!
I was picking up a friend at the dealership. A salesman came out and asked me how I liked my palisade. He noticed I had a large gash in my driver side front tire. He immediately went back to the service department to see if they could get me a new tire. The service department worked me in and got me out within an hour. I feel like the tire was dangerous and I’m so glad they helped me. Wonderful service
I have had so many challenges servicing my vehicle which has not been a positive experience. However, I would like to recognize Cathy Stump for her consistent professionalism, willingness to help and doing her best to go above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied. She has been my advisor for the past nine years and truly is an asset to your company.
Ed Voyles Hyundai is a well oiled machine! The staff is amazing! They offered coffee and tea and it’s Starbucks! The offices clean and they follow all safety protocols! The signing of new car documents were seamless and they explain every document! A happy work environment and positive vibes! This is the place to get your new car today! Jasmine is the best sales agent! She was so patient and kind! Keith is an awesome manager!
My experience was very good. The staff was supportive and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the dealerships are the most expensive place to get your vehicle repaired. There was a offer for a service at $169.00 that I can get for &39.95. but I was satisfied with the one I received.
Check the invoice they give you! Theyll bill you for items you declined and over charge you for repairs that take minutes. The service advisor did remove the extra charges, though if youre not paying attention, youll end up paying way too much for repairs. If the mechanic doesnt know how to fix a specific issue, theyll tell you its supposed to work like that or I couldnt find anything wrong with it. - referring to the thermostat temperature displayed on the dash and the climate control adjustment issues I was experiencing.
My place caught on fire and I lost my key fob in order to start my car. I called everywhere and I was told that they were backed up on a lot of service car and I wont get a appointment until April to program a key fob. I called ED Voyles Hyundai and they were backed up as well but Kathy and Lisa was able to squeeze me in the same day or 2 days after. I was impressed on how caring they are and on how they take care of you when its definitely needed. I will recommend Ed voyles Hyundai to anyone who owns a Hyundai model car and need to get it service. They will take care of you. Thanks Ed Voyles Team.
I have never had a bad experience. Shannon Cooksey has the skill set to get you through the process seamlessly and in a timely matter. As a manager she is very knowledgeable and doesn’t need to constantly get up and ask someone else for answers. She has the answers!!! Bottom line… I was out of there in less time than I spend at the Apple Store getting my phone fixed.
I had to travel a bit of ways to get to Ed Voyles Hyundai because the service center near my house didnt have an available appointment. I am so glad I made an appointment here! They were so generous, kind and efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes and they had a great waiting room for me to get work done in in the meantime.
I went in for a typical service/maintenance visit. Everyone was really nice. Communicated well and didn’t try to get me to buy extra stuff. The visit was quick as well. They seemed to have a very efficient check in and out process, which was great. I’ll definitely be going back for my regular maintenance visits.
I’ve always had a problem with my car shaking on the right side. Everywhere I went would tell me they couldn’t find the problem, that I didn’t need an alignment. I knew that there’s was more and I mostly likely did. The shaking became unbearable, especially on the highway when I pushed 60. Ed Voyles Hyundai - Atlanta was able to find out all the problems wrong with my car and fixed it immediately. My car run so smooth now. It don’t shake anymore. I am very pleased.
My spouse brought her car to the dealership and according to the service agreement the car should have received a wash and that did not happen. Long story short the service here is unacceptable and the techs need more training. After they installed the breaks the brakes began to rattle when stopping, the pedal reaction time was delayed, or the brakes would not engage. The tech also put the wrong size tires on the car. The service dept waited for my spouse to call at 5pm knowing the car was sitting in the driveway. Then the ignorant service advisor named Phil Laugh at the whole debacle and thought it was FUNNY. No bad service compensation or remedy was ever offered to due to the danger and inconvenience my spouse was put in. Ed Voyles should do better lets see if the GM responds to my spouses email.
Never had a more frustrating experience with purchasing a car. When I went to the dealership on June 11th, the car I initially wanted to look at was not there. Decided on another one and was told that my car would be delivered on June 29th, possibly earlier and that they would keep me updated. Was not updated once. Called last week and they said it was still scheduled for the end of the month. Call today because I had not heard anything and was hung up on. Received a text not even 5 minutes later saying that it would now be delivered the end of July! Unprofessional, do not keep their word. I feel like they don’t care at all about customers, they will lie just to get money
Do your own research on top of what this dealership informs you, especially when purchasing and service maintenance. Question every single thing that they’re “giving” or “including”, most of it is already factored in the price of the vehicle and/or something they’re adding on the end. I’ve been tricked twice with two different vehicles and I’ve officially learned my lessons as of today.Complimentary is VERY limited and of course can be miscommunicated about what’s covered and what’s not covered. I trusted this location to be honest as I’ve been a loyal and consistent customer since 2015, with multiple referrals who have purchased and/or leased vehicles with businesses and personal investments. A simple conversation or update over 3 previous visits could have prevented a bigger issue that has now inconvenienced my time, my patience, and now my loyalty with this brand overall.Visit another location before this one, at least. No one attempted to rectify my issue at this location and frankly did not care what was told to me prior to driving an hour to get serviced. I am very disappointed.
The Ed Voyles Hyundai team is amazing. My rep Gabby made sure I had the vehicle I wanted and more. I have been doing business with this dealer ship for at least a decade. I love the Ed Voyles family. Thanks so much Gabby for the amazing help and thanks for being patient with me.
I took my 2016 Elantra GT to Ed Voyles Hyundai-Atlanta for a recall service (software update) and replacement of my tailgate lock. Service Advisor Maria Maldonado and the dealership provided me with shuttle service to and from a scheduled appointment location, and my car was ready for pickup when I returned. I soon arrived at home a happy customer. Thanks to all at Ed Voyles Hyundai-Atlanta for providing such excellent service.
Car dealers have a reputation for being scammy, this dealer takes it to a whole new level.I am in the market for a new SUV and contacted Ed Voyles because I liked that they had the Ed Voyles price listed for every vehicle and I didnt have to guess what a dealer would be charging. Their price seemed reasonable so I went back and forth over text with Nigel for a week asking what the final price would be and for a cost sheet. He avoided my questions and tried to get me to come to the dealer to talk about a car that wasnt even on the lot. I was finally able to get him to send me a price sheet which revealed the actual base price of the car was $5000 more than the Ed Voyles Price listed on the website due to market adjustment, not to mention the additional almost $3000 in dealer installed options that werent listed. I understand there is a shortage of vehicles right now and you arent going to get a deal, but every other dealer I spoke with was up front about this instead of hiding behind a false price until you repeatedly hound them for the correct one.
Literally need my car serviced ASAP like I haven’t had a/c all summer and my horn hasn’t worked in over a year… minimal problems….. but now my cars HEAD GASKET is almost completely shot and they “can’t see me til October “ that’s over 2 months from now. And offered 0 other solutions. Zero stars
Yes, there were a few hiccups here and there and I spent more time than I would have liked waiting but It was so worth it, in the end. I drove away in a car thats perfect for me and my new family. I fall in love with it more and more each day and Im sure I made the right choice. Thank you to Jazmine, who was simply amazing and the Manager who worked with me in ensuring I left with exactly what I wanted. Try them out; you wont be disappointed.
SCAMMERS WHO LOVE A GOOD OLE BAIT AND SWITCH. 1st I call to confirm if they have a car in the lot. They say yes. My husband arrives to check it out for me while Im at work and upon arrival they say they actually dont have it on the lot, but its en route to arrive on 6/7. One salesman says we can put a hold on the car for $1000 and it is absolutely refundable if I do not like the car when it arrives, and all I would need to do is come in to discuss price and place the hold. I rephrase on the phone to get confirmation and say, so if it arrives and I hate the color, I get the $1000 back? He says YES!They have a sale price (not MSRP) price on the website and on their financing partners website (Capital One) listed the same price. I do my pre qualification with Capital One and head to the dealership. I get there, and all of a sudden the car has a $10k surcharge due to limited availability, and the $1000 is no longer refundable.I walked out within 10 minutes. I will never work with an Ed Voyles anything again.
Overall, ended up with a decent deal at Ed Voyles. In the current environment, dealers want to tack on extras for addl profit. Nigel worked out my deal to remove most of those. So, in the end, satisfied with the deal and the car I purchased. I would recommend working with Nigel and Bo (finance)....
Showed up to get pricing on a vehicle in-person because the rep on the phone told us your presence is your leverage. Then, the manager proceeded to tell us that it was not worth going over pricing if we werent serious about putting a deposit down on a car right then (even though they didnt have one to view). What kind of place tells you to come in and then wont tell you much their products cost? Bizarre.Frustrating waste of time for us. Highly recommend going elsewhere.
Super shady people. I was sent the sales price for the car I was looking at ahead of time with the OPTIONAL protection packages. I get there and suddenly the car is 10k more and the optional packages were not optional, I apparently had to purchase them. It was a 50 min trip so I did not appreciate the bait and switch. They even have ready to go sales slips of over random cars to convince you that other people were paying 10k over too. When I asked the manager why I was told I had to buy the optional packages, he told me they were option but it was their final discretion. So- not optional.
I wish I could rate them 0 stars. Do not buy from here at all! They sold me a brand new lemon! I have had my 2021 sonata for less than a year and the engine is overheating, this dealership said that it was nothing they could do and they couldn’t look at it for a month the car is sitting as we speak and they won’t provide me a rental. The service Manager Jared refused to help and Told me call corporate. Andrew Nguyen said the same thing nothing he could do. Its a disgrace how they take your money and could care less about the service afterwards
Tyler was kind and courteous and guided us through the purchase. He kept us well informed during our purchase of the Hyundai Sante Fe. In fact we had ordered a Toyota RAV4 from a dealer who kept changing our delivery date for a hybrid and was the reason we changed our mind in the purchasing if a new car. We owned Toyotas for 20 years but are very satisfied with our new car.
ASK TO WORK WITH DOMINIQUE! I visited the store today and he showed me the Palisade and Santa Fe. Im pre-gaming for the lease end on my Mercedes and Im looking for something a bit bigger. He did a great job building value (he mentioned both the OEM warranty and the included maintenance with new vehicle purchase) and hes obviously a product expert as he was able to rattle off the differences in tech & trim levels without hesitation. When I mentioned I was also researching the Kia Telluride he walked me next door to the sister store and introduced me to a Salesperson there. If I do end up choosing a Hyundai model, I will DEFINITELY head back to this store and work with Dominique.
Nenna is hands down the best automobile salesperson I’ve ever worked with. She completely understood what my wife and I wanted and how much we could afford. Nenna worked tirelessly to find us exactly what we were looking. Sue was enthusiastic, professional, passionate her profession, and just a wonderful person. I would recommend her without reservation to anyone looking for a car.Jim Campell
A dealership just looking to rip people off. They made me an offer I could refuse...26% ($14,000) over MSRP. I countered at 6% over MSRP, and they ghosted me because, apparently, that wasnt worth their time. General Manager literally told me they sell that high to keep the lights on (thats lesson two in the How To Be A Bad Salesman book)...after telling me he just paid $100k more on a house than he should have (money rolling in but cant pay electric bill?). He also implied that they dont care if they rip people off because they can and no one will stop them. Greasy sales folk here. Avoid them at all costs unless you enjoy paying BMW prices for a Hyundai. We were repeat customers, but will never be back.
Reid Glenn is by fair the best in customer service, he made the journey into being a new car owner very pleasant. The dealership is very clean which is a major plus. I never felt pressured and Id definitely buy a car here again. Chris in finance was very pleasant and professional as well.
I am giving them a 1 star for a few reasons:1. Took 10+ hrs for an oil change with an appointment at 830am! My guess is since I dropped it off and couldnt wait, they pushed my name back several times2. They refused to change my oil or do my service since I was over a certain milage even though they gave me the sticker to come back at that milage levelThe experience Ive had with this dealership have convinced me to find another one to conduct my services
A great experience with the Service Department at Hyundai Elantra on Monday. Had a blow out the of right passenger tire. Called ahead and I think Peggy, is her name, she greeted me with kindness and understanding. I was able to be worked in and have the tire replaced within 3 hours. The wait was comfortable with Starbucks and snacks that were available.
I took my car in on a recall. I dropped it off at 8:45am. They said it would be 3 hours. They never even bothered to call me to tell me they had abandoned working on my car to work on a sales car and my car wouldn’t be finished until 10a the next day. I was stranded with no car to get to work. Unprofessional and unreliable.
Just bought a new 2022 Elantra. Nnenna was great and searched high and low for our new car, finally getting one that was exactly what we wanted! Despite all the problems the shortages and such are causing for the car industry and car buyers, Nenna kept the process smooth and kept us informed about what was going on. Highly recommend!
Came in to fix my driver side panel which developed cracks within first 2 years of ownership and a malfunctioning driver side window switches. The manager had the audacity to say the cracks were somehow my fault and said the window switches can ONLY can fixed if I paid for a new panel. Just ridiculous, scam warranty.
I was in the market for a Tuscon Hybrid. I spoke with a salesman and he told me that he had one that was presold and another that wasnt. Cool. I drive an hour away and he says well the one that is not presold is on the truck and will be here May 18th. Im a little annoyed at this, but since the 18th isnt that far off then fine. We sit down. The sticker for sel was about 35k and the market value was about 39. Which was fine. Then there was 3k added on for ceramic and 2k added on for some insurance scam thing. The Total was over $49k! When I said I do not want the ceramic or the insurance scam, he said we couldnt take it off. So lied to get me down there and tried to scam me when I was in there. smh. I end up going to Sutherlin Hyundai in Athens the next day and buying a 2022 Santa Fe Hybrid on the lot for a little over 50k for the premium edition!
Unprofessional staff, terrible service. We had to call them to get an update on the car and had to leave 3 messages. When we finally spoke to someone we were given a song and dance about them being backed and it would take 2 months to service the car!!! But they had not even looked at the car to determine what if anything was wrong with it!!!! We would have bought another car had we been treated right but now there is no way in hell that we would use them for service or ever buy anything from them!!
I made an appointment to test drive a Santa Cruz. When I arrived, I was told both the Santa Cruzes that had been there were already sold earlier in the day. Neither was still on the lot, so I could not even view them. It would have saved me 90 minutes of driving time and gas money if they had let me know neither car was still available.
Another Hyundai dealer charing WAY OVER MSRP. If you are going to charge so much over MSRP, why not be transparent in your online price? Its a shame dealers like this are taking advantage of Americans even though Hyundai themselves warned against such practices. I would never do business with this dealer even when things eventually calm down again. Hopefully, Hyundai will move to the Tesla or Ford model and cut out these sleazy dealers.
I was at another Hyundai dealership on Thornton rd no one came outside as I was looking at a Suv I got out of my car look at suv inside and out no one came so I left and found another Hyundai dealership ….Ed VOYLES HYUNDAI… as I pull in get out my car a Tall Black Young Good Looking man Greeted me by the name Zoey ( I hope I’m spelling your name right) he had a customer now that’s SERVICE. —— He introduced me to Gabby Ivey MY SUPERWOMANI TOLD HER WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR (KIA )which was next door …SHE GAVE ME ANOTHER OPTION TO TRY Hyundai TUSCON this Suv got some power I LOVE MY RECLINING BACK SEAT /SUNROOF Gabby took the time to explain everything about this TUSCON I had to get this SUV——I WANTED A KIA BUT FELL IN LOVE ❤️ WITH HYUNDAI TUSCON THANK YOU GABBY your the Best
I have always been very happy with the service department here. I typically wait while my car is being serviced. Unfortunately this trip I was unable to wait because my engine had to be replaced. (Yes, I had one of those Hyundai Sonatas.) I was completely satisfied with the service I received and my service rep, Cathy, was wonderful to work with. I will continue to have my car serviced there.
Every time I bring my car to be serviced, I’m greeted with a smile from Cathy and the team …any questions I have are always answered with courtesy and professionally, I’m never disappointed with how my vehicle is serviced and how the team provides exceptional customer service
I am very unsatisfied with their job. They do not have a good manager-technician work coordination.I had 8:30AM appointment and got there a couple minutes before. Service Consultant, Rachel V., took my key and got my information. One hour later I was told to sign and finish my paper work. But, it turned out that the technician picked up the wrong car. I had to wait for another hour and still didnt hear from them. I had to go check up on my car, then they said they will look into it, and it was done.So frustrated and disappointed at their job thats done. Waste of my Saturday morning. I guess that kind of mistake could happened, but I was not happy ...
We had been looking for an Alto Genesis GV70 with no luck, Dominique and Tyler let us know they had one coming in a few weeks with everything I wanted. We put money down to hold it and they called us as soon as it came in. We love our new Genesis! Before leaving, Nigel made sure we knew how to work everything. This is the 3rd vehicle weve purchased from Ed Voyles and we couldnt be happier with the team we worked with.
I’m on my third vehicle from Ed Voyles Hyundai because the buying experience has been excellent each time. I continue to visit because of my sales rep Dewayne and service rep KATHY who continue to do their best to make sure I am happy as a customer at all times. The Hyundai product continues to be good from the purchase of the vehicle to the servicing of it.Just completed 60,000 service and new tires, car seems to be still running like new. Kathy was exceptional as usual, in my book her shoes will be difficult to fill! Always the highlight of my Ed Voyles service visit. Enjoy your retirement!! :-)
*Update** I picked my car up on Dec 22nd after Ed Voyles had it for months. I was not pleased, but tried to remain pleasant as I had established a rapport with the manager Joseph. He assured me that he would take care of me. He did not! Today my boyfriend took my car to his mechanic because now my AC isnt blowing cold air. The mechanic popped the hood and finds screws just sitting and a missing part. Of course I called the dealership immediately only to find that Joseph is no longer there, so I left a message for the new manager Glen. I messaged the service rep Cathy who also assisted me. I just want to cry. I cant believe that ED Voyles would do this. Now Im questioning if I even received a brand new engine and what work was actually done especially because they had my car for months and I had to return my car to them twice for issues. I wouldve never known that I had a missing part nor screws under my hood because I had no reason to pop my hood and not only that but I trusted Josephs word. Im sorry I would not recommend at all. If I could put NO STARS thats exactly what it would be. Unfortunately I will have to take my car back to them because they have to correct their mistakes.I had my car towed to Ed Voyles Hyundai in May 2020. Waited weeks & weeks to receive an approval for a loaner car. After spending $400 plus on a rental car out of my own pocket, no reimbursement from Ed Voyles Hyundai, I was advised that my car was on recall for a new engine. The communication throughout the process was lack luster to say the least. I even requested to speak with a manager, and he returned my call on “speaker” mode, how rude and unprofessional. Months & months went by. I picked my car up on September 30th after paying $240 out of pocket for an air filter & etc. Not even 10 minutes after driving my car off the lot, a light (the wrench) symbol comes on from the dashboard. I brought my car back (2011 Hyundai Sonata-Hybrid), the mechanic said he looked at my car for codes and everything is fine. Drove my car again, this time the wrench and the engine light come on. Two days later, October 2nd, my daughter & I are driving on the highway on the way to her birthday photoshoot and my car display says “Check Charging System.” I called the dealership in a panic, my car stopped on the highway. Thank God, it started back up and I was able to get it to the dealership with the loud dinging noise and “Check Charging System” displayed on the dashboard. My car continued to cut off driving down Cobb. I’ve been completely polite and beyond patient with Ed Voyles-Hyundai. I’m now being inconvenienced again without a car and waiting for approval for a loaner and repair?? I’m confused as to how or why a dealership would have my car for 4 months, spend $400 on a rental, pay $240 on repairs, I get my car back and it’s still not working properly and I have to wait? First lets address the fact that my daughter & I could’ve lost our lives on the highway. Then a mechanic allegedly checked my car. It’s not normal to have lights flashing on your dashboard after a new engine. Obviously something wasn’t done or I would not have had these issues. I hated to leave this review but unfortunately I have not received good customer service from Ed Voyles-Hyundai at all. The experience has been the worst I’ve ever encountered.
My experience here with Paul and Nathan was amazing. Paul knew I needed a car bad due to an accident and he made sure that I was leaving that lot with a car and with something I actually like. Nathan stepped in and provided great customer service with letting me know all the steps and details that was happening and he went over the car in thoroughly. Recommend 100%.
This is the second Hyundai that I have bought from Ed Voyles. I had been in a car accident in December and my Elantra was totaled. Due to my Husband passing away, my credit was not the best. I did a credit app online and a salesman Curtis Sinahamu reached out to me!My Boss had been chauffeuring me to and from work for a week and on Friday afternoon, I had him take me to Ed Voyles!I went in and told them my story! I was very honest because I did not want to waste their time nor my time! Curtis was very kind and courteous, along with Mr. Bob, in finance! So, lo and behold I have a new used car with a payment that I can afford! After I picked up my car on Saturday, the brakes were making a funny noise! I called Curtis and he said to bring the car back Monday morning, which I did. I was given a ride back to work that morning and when my car was ready, Curtis brought it to me! Ed Voyles Hyundai will be the only place that I will ever buy a car!So, if you need a car please head to Ed Voyles and ask for Curtis and Mr. Bob! They will make you a very satisfied customer!Bev RichterWoodstock, GA
Gabby is without a doubt the best salesperson I have EVER worked with. She was personable and empathetic. She’s knowledgable and so courteous. I didn’t feel like a client/customer. I felt like a friend. The rest of the staff was incredibly gracious. Especially Curtis, who came over to congratulate me on my car. Chris in financing was quick and efficient and as friendly as could be.
The sale and service Dept is great. Had to buy a new use car do age on my older one. There is Minor issues on the new one that as I go thought the tweaking process to it home. it will work out. But over all Had a great experience with John and his sales crew. I Will always buy a car with them. As long as i live in the area. JB
Gabby was great in helping us find a car. She kept us informed as new inventory arrived and her timely notification of the car we wanted arriving on a truck that morning was the only reason we were able to quickly get to the dealership to negotiate and purchase the exact Elantra we wanted. She was knowledgeable and made sure everything was taken care of to enable us to drive the car home the same day it arrived at the dealership. In a time of reduced inventory, if it wasn’t for Gabby we’d still be trying to find a car for possible delivery weeks or months from now instead of enjoying our Elantra for the past week.
In the market for a new Sonata and with the shortage right now, its pretty difficult to find a specific ext. and interior color combo. I reached out to Gabby Ivey at EVH, she checked what was inbound and gave me an ETA on the car I wanted. The car ended up coming early, she texted me immediately so the wife and I got down there and purchased it that day. The car had some cosmetic damage during transport and was repaired, Gabby and Edward Keith were very upfront and transparent about this, and bettered the deal to reflect this issue. Im a car guy and the repair work was perfect. I came to Ed Voyles because I was tired of being abused at another local Hyundai dealer. I havent tried the Service Dept. yet but Gabby and the sales team took care of us.
Our sales experience with Dominique Lewis was excellent! He was very patient with my wife and I as we discussed our requirements for our next vehicle. Despite the rainy weather, we went through a full test drive. HIs knowledge, and the rest of Ed Voyles Hyundai staff, gave us the confidence that we made the right decision in purchasing a 2022 Hyundai Palisade. Weve had the car for 1 week and couldnt be happier.
On Saturday I made an appointment to trade in my car. I didn’t really expect to get anything, let alone a BRAND NEW car. I meet with Tyler Stevens. I am big on customer service and Tyler’s service was impeccable. He really took the time to listen to my wants and needs. Made me feel welcomed and really took good care of me while I was there. He helped walk away with a Brand new 2022 Hyundai Elantra. Tyler gave me a great deal and not just one but MANY great warranties for my car. Please stop by and ask for Tyler Stevens. He is the best of the best. Thank you so much Tyler for all your help. I love my new car.Sincerely,Derrick. C
Dominique was absolutely AMAZING! He was able to provide detailed information about each vehicle my wife & I were interested in and was really a main reason why I chose a car at Hyundai. I truly appreciate his assistance and will be referring my friends and family to him in the future! Dominique, thank you for making my experience so exciting and fun!
I have had a very good experience since I bought my car. Im very satisfied with the service that Ive received from the dealership. Personally the service and the attention that I got from Cathy Stump has made all my visits and the care for my car very easy. THANK YOU CATHY. A satisfied customerPhyllis Gray.
I don’t know whatever happened to being able to purchase a new car at the MSRP listed on the vehicle. My wife and I have bought several cars over the years but haven’t ever had an experience quite like this one at Ed Voyles. The mark up on these vehicles are just shameful. The vehicle we were wanting to purchase sticker price was advertised 55,220.00. After going back and forth between our salesman and finance manager, the final price being 68,494.72! According to them the market value has to be 61,220.00. Everyone is marking up all their cars is what I was told! This is just the old bait and switch tactic being used again. This practice also tethering on false advertising. Buyers definitely beware!!
I was in a car accident and had to unexpectedly purchase a new car within a short time frame. After searching and visiting multiple car dealerships Jazmine at Hyundai was the most refreshing experience. She didn’t try to immediately make me buy a car, she listened to my “must haves” and my likes that I wanted in a car. Within 5-7 minutes we were already test driving cars that could possibly fit my budget and safety feature requirements. After running the number the first cars didn’t quite meet the price I had in mind. She didn’t rush me or get upset after I said no to those cars and left, for she kept an eye out and found me the perfect car within a week! She sent me photos of the car, list of features and the price to match it. She truly made it a smooth transition and easy yes! She also went an extra mile and got me a bow to put on my car! Thank you again Jazmine I truly appreciated your patience and kind personality.
Reid worked with me. I had a very limited budget; but he and the sales team there were never discouraging. I had been to places where they told me I was delusional for wanting to be able to find a decent used car at a reasonable price in this market. They made it happen. They dropped the price on my car to make the deal work within my budget and the car was more than what I ever expected to be able to get. I would fully recommend this dealership and Reid especially.
Curtis was the most top-notch salesman I’ve ever done business with. His communication wasn’t too much or too little and that’s important, especially in the car sales business. He was honest and upfront about costs and kept to his word. I’d purchase from Curtis again when I go to purchase a vehicle from Ed Voyles Hyundai in Smyrna, GA!!! Thanks again!
I enjoyed my experience with Ed Voyles Hyundai! The drop off process was extremely easy, someone contacted me early in the morning to clarify the needs and start the process, and I had prompt communication and an above average level of information communicated to me. It was fantastic. The only thing I can think that might make the service better is if they have a drop off/transportation service (pipe dreams) and if the car wash was working that day (it just so happened that it was not available on my day of service). Phenomenal customer service and work on the car- I will definitely be back!!
Extremely pleased with the customer service and attention to details from Nigel and the rest of the Hyundai team. Edward Keith is the most professional and accommodating sales manager we have worked with. The team provided Great service with no pressure to purchase. After test driving SUV’s from Audi, Lexus and, dodge; I was never completely satisfied. I test drove the QV80 and I was immediately pleased by the appearance, luxury, powerfully smooth ride, and price. Thought I took a few days to think about it, I was sold at first site.
I bought my car from here 3 years ago. Its always a long wait to get work done. And always a long wait while they do the work. This time I called to get my brakes changed, an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived the day of appointment I told them my brake light was out because my light was on on the dashboard. They then proceeded to do the work, Rachel came to talk to me and said that they didnt recommend doing the brakes and that the brake Pads were fine. I knew my brakes needed to be changed due to it vibrating when I would hit the brake. She then said the rotors just need to be scraped down, no I wanted the rotors and pads done but they just didnt want to work so I went somewhere else and they said my rotor was being cut into and they recommend doing the totor and pads all at once. Im over this place! Also not only did I take off work to come that day I had to come back to get a brake harness put in that I waited 3 hours for them to do!!
Gabby was exceptional! I came in and talked to her about the vehicle I was looking for. There were no vehicles available at that time and she said she would keep me informed of new vehicles arriving that I would be interested in. She kept in contact with me the entire time and we found the right car and bought it from Gabby.
Bought a truck there month ago and have yet to get tags . I have been calling for 3 days and had to leave 7 messages so far and no one will return my calls about my temp tag expiring and its not like i can just scoot over tgere seeing that im 2 hrs away. I have been able to get ahold of the sales lady and she has tried to get a manager to call me or email me but no one will. I highly suggest if your looking for service after the sale to look elsewhere. The sale process went great but that was the only part. Buyer beware.
Jazmine was my sales person and was great! I never felt pushed to purchase the car. The dealership didn’t have the color car I wanted but went out of their way to get it from another location. I deducted a star because I wish the finance manager would of explained the paperwork more thoroughly. I ended having to go back to go over the paperwork & get a document that I didn’t receive. Overall, I would definitely recommend.
Cathy and the service department did a great job. They were ready for me when I arrived. They completed all the services requested for a reasonable price and my car was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The process of getting and returning the rental car was easy also.
I bought out my lease September, 2020 and had a friend 6 days later come in and trade in two vehicles and then purchase a brand new Elantra. I told him I liked my buying experience and that Hyundai has been a good car to me thus far, so he agreed to go and do business here.I was told that because I was responsible for buying out my vehicle (when I couldve left and gone somewhere else for a vehicle) AND responsible for my friend trading in two vehicles to buy a brand new vehicle that I would receive a $100 referral bonus. Its June, 2021 and I havent received it yet. At this point its not event about the money. My life will go on without it. Its more the principle behind them promising me $100 and not following through even though I was responsible for this amount of business in less than a week. To me, thats deserving of $100. Ive contacted my sales rep and he doesnt know whats happening (and I believe him that he doesnt), but its so frustrating. Sure, they sell and trade-in/buy used cars every day but I put in some work to get them more money and feel disrespected. On top of this, when I bought out my lease I needed new batteries in both of my key fobs thinking they could throw that in with my purchase. Instead, they wanted to charge me $36 ($18/fob). I went to Target, bought the batteries I needed for $4.69 and had both batteries replaced in under 5 minutes. How do they justify $36 for this? This is why I wont go here for maintenance... ever.
Rachel in the Service department is Amazing! We started going through my engine recall process in September 2020. Even though Hyundai changed their criteria in the middle of my consumption test. Rachel still delivered immaculate customer service and did what she could to help me. Finally everything was taken care of May/June 2021. I thrive off of good customer service and would recommend this location, because of Rachel in Hyundai Sales. Everyone else I came in contact with, was nice too but I solely worked with Rachel.
My car was in the service department 7 days before they told me that the issue was just my battery. The battery for a 3-year old Sonata cost me $350, which is absurd. The next day, my car wouldnt crank again, and it took them another 5 days to replace my starter. Because it was so close to the holidays, I wasnt able to rent a car to be with my family for Christmas. I was without my car for 12 days!
I had been having an issue with my car for some time but whenever I could get an appointment, the check engine light would go off so there wasnt much that could be done. I was told to just come in without an appointment as soon as I saw the light come back on. I did and when I got there Ed Voyles team did an excellent job in setting and exceeding expectations. Robert acted as the advisor and he was awesome! He handled each customer with care and a sense of urgency! I no longer live near this location, but will gladly pass others to come here and get continue to get great service! Thank you!!
I responded to an online discounted offer. I had already researched the vehicle I was looking for and received an offer that my salesman didnt know was available even. Turns out that car was sold, but Ed Voyles had the same vehicle with an upgrade for the same price. The agreed to the trade in price I was asking and made the sale very simple and straight forward. Great experience.
Nothing exceptional. I came here in 2013 to buy a car. I left b/c I didnt like the way the Sales guy was treating me and I bought a Honda from Carmax the same day. Since then, I come to this Service station for all of my car services. The customer service is not great, however I continue to come to this dealership because it is close to my office and I want to ensure that Honda is responsible for maintaining my vehicle.
Mr. Nigel Hughes my Sales Rep was very knowledgeable, professional and a well groomed young man 👨🏾 I highly recommend him to anyone who will visit Ed Voyles Hyundai - Atlanta. It’s like the moment he contacts you by phone 📞 to the moment you walk in he’s working hard to get you in a Car or SUV of your choice; I mean this when I say this, he’s a guy on your side. Everybody @ Ed Voyles Hyundai-Atlanta was nice and friendly, I had a wonderful experience! Thank You, Thank You NIGEL HUGHES A MILLION TIME OVER! YOU’RE TRULY A NICE SALES REP…
Mrs. Cathy is ALWAYS so professional and sweet. She always gives it to be straight. If my car requires a service, she explains why or why not it is imperative. For instance, she explained how my hybrid brakes work and that they are perfectly fine, but if I was able that I should receive a tune-up. I went in for one thing that didnt need that service but I did need something else. I will drive across 4 counties just to have her as my Hyundai professional.
Buyer beware! They advertise on their website prices at or below MSRP. When you actually engage in price negotiation, they raise their prices by $7,000 over MSRP! According to Georgia’s Protection Division, they may be involved in false advertising. This matter was referred to Georgia’s Protection Division for Investigation. Any dealer can sell their vehicles for whatever they can get, including over MSRP, (basically the buyer will lose immediately in depreciation), but advertising on their official website one price, then increasing the price substantially when you either go to the dealership or ask for a buyer’s sheet, is unacceptable practice. We’ll see how Georgia’s Protection Division rules, although this may now be common practice in the car industry. Do your homework!
I have been going to another Hyundai dealership for service for years. The customer service there has been horrible. I decided to try Ed Voyles Hyundai for service instead and the customer service was great. I will now drive past the other dealership to get to this one every time I need service. The waiting room was clean and had a great set up. I could work on my laptop comfortably while waiting for my car. Which I was in and out in less than an hour.
Compared to the not-so-pleasant experience with our local Hyundai dealership, working with Hakim and Ted at Ed Voyles Hyundai was a pleasure. There was absolutely no hassle and we negotiated a deal that made the 300-plus mile trip to purchase our new Santa Fe well worth it.
My rep Curtis was amazing!! He kept in touch with me sending links to new vehicles I might be interested in. We must have driven 5 cars. He was personable, understanding, accommodating and not pushy.Finance, Bo, made time for me days after the sale when I had questions.
We initially went to Ed Voyles Hyundai for a specific car for my daughter, but after our Sales Associate, Zo, listened to our discussions and concerns, we ended up with two cars - one for her and Zo helped me find a vehicle to fit my needs also. Excellent customer service.
Cathy is the best at her job and always provides exceptional service. Many dealerships are having a difficult time getting cars repaired but Cathy was gracious and reassuring and I knew that the wait was unavoidable but I had confidence that she would get me out as soon as humanly possible
We had excellent service with Bryan on Monday September 6 2021.He is an outstanding salesman who is very professional. He was very nice and very attentive to our needs for what we we wanted. We were only going to buy 1car and instead bought 2 cars!!Thank you Bryan for your excellent service
Making an appointment with Ed Voyles for service was easy and efficient and provided loads of options. I was greeted pleasantly when I arrived, and my service adviser met with me almost immediately to confirm the reasons for my visit. As the technicians were finishing up with the requested services, the service adviser told me that they would recommend new wiper blades which I had thought were needed as well. They added those to the service, and all was completed in a timely way. The charges were those I deemed reasonable for the work requested and performed.
The experience was wonderful. The sales people made me and my family feel very welcome. The manager was very kind and helpful. The manager, the finance manager, and the sales person Jasmine; worked digently at trying to find out exactly what we wanted, and getting the price to where we were completely satisfied. If you want to find a car you love, be happy about the price, and walk out of a place feeling satisfied, than visit Ed. Voyles Hyundia in Marietta.
This review is exclusively for the service department. I understand the pandemic has impacted several businesses and continues to do so. However, taking accountability for certain things is a must. I do not think it should take 30-60 days for a simple oil change. No matter how short staff the service advisors are, this is not feasible. The previous Service Manager Joseph was the BEST. He communicated and let customers know what was going on with their vehicles in a timely manner. The new Service Manager Jarrett doesnt even return phone calls. Totally unacceptable! I hope when its time for my next oil change it doesnt take 30-60 days.
Im not sure if the policy is to vacuum a vehicle once it has been serviced but at previous dealerships that I have been to they have always vacuumed my car. Also it seems that the windshield fluid didnt have any detergent in it like it usually should have. It came out as detergent on the back window but not the front. Otherwise the representative that assisted me was most helpful and understanding and worked with me according to my budget. He is highly recommended.
I had been researching the Palisade for months before I began tracking one down. I followed the inventories of dealerships in the area for a month before I finally purchased this one. I tried desperately to get it from any dealership other than Ed Voyles but simply had to buy it from them because they were not available elsewhere (We have been wronged by Ed Voyles in the past with more than one vehicle...).So... I had been in contact with a salesman who was very helpful, I saw that one was in transit and he told me what the price would be. I told him I would be by to look at the actual car and start the paperwork. Standing in the dealership, suddenly the car is the agreed upon sticker price plus $2450 for the “ceramic protection package”, plus $900 for a “vehicle inspection fee”. I was told this ceramic package, although nowhere to be found on the sticker was “already on the car” and that I HAD to buy it. “It’s already on the car, we can’t take it off.” The inspection fee, not on the sticker either, was to be paid by me because according to the sales manager Mr. Nguyen, “well, we have to inspect the cars when they get here”..... I walk out to get in my car and am chased down by the salesman. Now we are back to the sticker reflecting the actual price again...Part of the reason I chose Hyundai was because of their self-purported “no-hassle price”. These dishonest salesman chose to do it the Ed Voyles way instead... I called Hyundai corporate, and surprisingly they know nothing about a ceramic protection package. I guess Ed Voyles is just really looking out for their customers by offering cutting edge products and services 😂.....Also, after I bought the car ( I had to no other choice in this case) I realize that they didn’t install the antenna or remove any stickers from the interior exterior, I think I removed a pound of stickers. They didn’t even wash my new car before they handed me the keys and now the exterior is covered with sticker residue, lol.... Maybe if I paid them the $900 inspection fee they would have paid attention to those minor details.Update: I called the dealership to inform the GM, John Higham, of how we were mistreated. His exact words were; Well thats how weve been doing business for years....... 😂🤣👍
This dealership is truly horrible. They only want your money for the sale and then do not care after... They screw up paperwork and want to argue about it.. I have requested several to.es and left numerous messages for the general manager and even went to the dealership and they refused to let me speak with someone. Save your time and money and go elsewhere...I cant even get my replacement windshield for my car. Bottom line Hyundai is the bottom of the line and this dealership is the bottom of the barrel.
Experiience was very good. I appreciate Cathy Stump as a service advisor. Always friendly and helpful.I was disppointed to learn that you are no charging a fee for use of a credit card. When i went to check out, i was told one amount ($416) and when the credit card was used in was $424.32. I asked why a different amouint and was told that it was a surcharge for using my credit card.
I’m not a 5 star kind of woman, but my whole experience was beyond my expectations. C Stump kept me informed regularly, answered all my questions in the simplest way, coordinated a rental for me and even took the time to meet me in person when I came to get my car. I told her “Ed Voyles for life” Although my car was there over a month, it was all the little things you did that made the process truly beyond my expectations. Thank Cathy and Ed Voyles!
First time Hyundai owner and have never been to this location, but the service and parts department were extremely helpful and understanding. I made an early appointment since Im high risk, but Cathy and Glenn took great care of me and answered all my questions. So very appreciative of their help and was able to get everything done quickly!
Removing stars because I have been trying for nearly 3 months to get my Georgia title sent to Florida to register my car here since we moved in May. I have gotten varying stories about the status, so really dont know at this point where the title is.Although this is more of a reflection on Hyundai Motor Finance, I did reach out to the dealership where I bought the car and got no help. My second temporary tag is getting ready to expire and Florida is saying they wont extend again, so I will likely not have use of my car until who knows when. Service after the sale is definitely wanting.
The best customer service experience. They serviced my car. I went in the evening to collect my car. I couldnt recognize my vehicle. They washed it, polished it. Dang!! Couldnt recognize it. 😍. There were snacks and comfortable seating in waiting area. My favorite Hyundai service spot.
Curtis and Bo were awesome! I had a great first time buyers experience with them. They are both very nice and very helpful. I will be recommending this location to friends and family who are looking to purchase their next vehicle and I will tell them to ask for Curtis and Bo 😊
So this was my first time purchasing a brand new vehicle. And when I say the process was smooth lol. Mind you my credit definitely isn’t the best but all I can say God is good and my sales person was amazing. When you go to Ed Voyles ask to speak with Dwayne. Also a big thank you to the finance manager Mr. Keith. 👍🏽💪🏽
I just visited yesterday 1/28/2021. I was in and out within 20-30 minutes. I was treated nicely by all staff members I came into contact with, and the facility was clean. They also had adequate spacing to adhere to COVID guidelines. I gave four stars because the other Hyundai location that serviced my vehicle did a quick complementary vacuum on my driver side (I’m the only one who rides in my vehicle, so it’s not dirty). Other than me expecting that perk, everything was great!
After much thought I am writing to retract my previous review. This business actually deserves 0 stars, but I have to pick at least one to post this review. They have had my car for almost 4 months and have not been able to successfully replace the engine. They tried to put an old part on a new engine, which sounds like theyre trying to cut corners. I dont feel confident that theyre going to have my car ready anytime soon and at this point I dont trust that the work will be done correctly. I cant believe I have been strung along all this time - since November 9 and they still say they dont when the work will be completed. I am making payments on a car I dont have! At least they have agreed to reimburse me for ALL my car rental expenses and now have loaned me a vehicle from their fleet. But its causing anxiety to have to drive a rental for so long. They need to do better than this!
Nigel & the whole crew were awesome!! This was my 4th Hyundai purchase, which has never let me down. They listened to what I needed & wanted… I come from a car dealer family & have always been hesitant dealing outside of our family. Very happy with my new Tucson!! THANK YOU ALL AT ED VOYLES HYUNDAI
I had the most pleasant experience from Ed Voyles Hyundai. Compared to the many others I’ve simply walked out of due to predatory pricing and scummy marketing tactics, here was relaxed, low pressure, and very reasonable on pricing. I would recommend Liz any day. She took the time to hear what I was looking for and show me any and everything that fit my criteria. She did not push me over budget or aggressively push financing like everyone else does.
My car was towed here after it wouldnt start. They were able to diagnose the problem with my car and perform the needed work (in warranty). I was very happy with the service that I received. While I was happy with the work they did on my car, upon entering the building I was very upset to see that employees there were not all following COVID safety measures, and two employees of the 3 I interacted with were not even wearing masks, nor were they requiring customers waiting to wear masks.
Ed Voyles Hyundai is the absolute BEST! Dominique was the salesman that we worked with, and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was always accommodating and served us so well. We ended up buying a car later in the evening during dinner time, and he offered us food (literally, chicken wings!!) while we waited because he knew we were hungry!! Amazing!! The finance department also did everything they could to fit our budget PERFECTLY. Never did I imagine that I would ever buy a brand new car, but they made it happen! 100% recommend!!
This is the second time I have bought a Hyundai from this dealership, and every time I came in there and with every person I spoke to… I could truly tell that they had my best interest in mind, that they were trying to make me satisfied with what they could offer me, and that in the end, I felt like they really worked with me to get me a deal that I felt happy with.I would highly recommend anyone thats looking for a Hyundai to come to check yall out. Every single one of your staff members is incredibly friendly and was always looking to help me out.
The Staff there, especially Kathy Stump (Service Advisor) are the most competent, kind and professional Ive had the pleasure to see and work with since I purchased my vehicle 5 years ago - and Ive been to several. It was my first visit to that particular dealership and service department. It will be going forward my primary choice!
This was the best, easiest...when I tell you the smoothest experience I have ever had buying a car. I did was not even there to purchase a car. The service from my sales Rep was so chill I was not even mad that I made the purchase. He was not the normal pushy sales person he had a great attitude and vibe. That was a factor that helped me make my decision. He was outstanding. The finance gentleman he was very welcoming. I really enjoyed purchasing my new car.
When it came time for my lease to end, I wanted to explore my options. Paul put me in touch with Edward Keith “Keith” in finance to run numbers, etc. I decided to buy my lease out and Keith saw me through the process every step of the way. He answered any questions I had, always responded quickly and really took care of me. This is the third Hyundai I’ve owned and I highly recommend the team at Ed Voyles Hyundai.
Dropped in at Ed Voyles Hyundai a few weeks ago and had a great experience. Dominique L was a true professional and patient as I test drove SUVs and weighed all of my options. He was very responsive to my email inquiries...even sent me a video tour of a car I later saw online. A few days later, I went home with a 2020 Santa Fe and I love it! The sales manager (Edward K) and finance manager (Bo T) were helpful and kind as we worked through finalizing the deal as well. Thanks to Dominique and the whole team at Ed Voyles Hyundai. Im loving my new ride!
I visited Ed Voyles in order to compare the pricing of a new Hyundai Tucson to the deal I was quoted at another dealership. My intention was to visit the lot and gather my info without the assistance and help of a salesperson, but Zoe caught me in the lot and answered my questions, took me on a test drive, educated me on the vehicle and wrote up a deal. I did not purchase that night but did seal the deal later the next day. I visited three Hyundai dealerships and found that Ed Voyles offered me the best deal, a good amount on my trade, and an excellent customer experience. If the vehicle had been within $1000, I had already decided I was still going to choose to work with Zoe regardless. It is very important that I spend my money where I am comfortable. I ended up with a Tucson Sport in the color I wanted, two trim levels higher than I intended to purchase. With 3 years maintenance, 7 year interior protection, a 100,000 mile warranty, BlueLink complimentary for 3 years, it was a no brainer to stick with Hyundai, as I was originally interested in a higher brand vehicle. I purchased an additional warranty for electronics and the rims and tires. Thank you for providing me with an excellent sales experience and even the finance department called to get a lower interest rate than I came in initially prequalified for. I would absolutely purchase again from this dealership and of course, I will continue to get my maintenance done here.
Although I did not purchase a vehicle from this dealership, my sales associate, Gabby, helped me an immense amount. She kept me informed of the inventory coming in an out knowing that I was looking for a specific car. She gave me phone calls on situation updates and just honestly helped so much.
I saw a car I was interested in online. I texted the dealership about my interest. Mr. Nigel Hughes responded. He set me up for a test drive, and was there to greet me immediately upon my arrival. He did a complete walk-around of the car with me and completed a test drive. Nigel made every attempt to rectify any issues I had with the car. In short, the deal went very smoothly. I am completely satisfied with the vehicle and the service I received. When I buy another vehicle, I will make sure to contact Nigel first.

2022-01-24Nathan was a huge help in getting me the car I wanted, I began to think there was no way I was going to be able to afford or find the car I wanted which was a hybrid. However thanks to Nathan going the extra mile his manager was able to find one car available in another dealership which agreed to let Ed Volyes Hyundai transfer the car and sell it.What stood out to me the most was that Nathan is really passionate and knowledgeable about the cars. I would definitely recommend Nathan to any of my friends/family to buy a car.

2022-01-11I bought my first big girl car here. A hyundai tucson 2022 hybrid. If youre going to buy or are thinking of buying a car here use GABBY. When I tell yall she is so patient, accommodating, and kind I mean it. I am very wishy washy and changed my mind multiple times but when I texted her she would reply within minutes. As soon as tucsons were shipped in she would let me know what kind had come in. Then of course id change my mind but she was still patient. She would even send me pictures of the car in and out when I asked withong minites. She answered all questions i had even on days when i was stressed and wasnt the nicest she responded so kindly. She also wasnt pushy like most car salesmen and worked hard to the end to make sure I was approved and my car went home with me. She also was never in a hurry to push u out the door. She treated me like the only customer shell ever have and made me feel valued. She even took pictures of me with my new car and a big red velvet bow. Very top tier. Thank you GABBY.

2022-04-29My husband visited this dealership after working with other dealers to find his perfect vehicle. We were getting discouraged in his car buying journey until we crossed paths with Gabby. She was a breath of fresh air to his car buying journey. She provided insight on getting his previous car sold and helped him navigate to exactly what he was looking within his budget. She was not pushy like most sales reps which is what we loved the most. Gabby was such a pleasure to work with that I returned to her a few weeks later and purchased a new vehicle as well. Just like our first experience she out did herself and provided us with exceptional service that we’ve never received from a dealership before. While everyone at this dealership was very nice and professional we would definitely recommend working with Gabby for an unforgettable car buying experience!

2022-04-12I started taking my car to this dealership a couple years ago when Hyundai had the recalls. At the time, it was because they provide exceptional customer service. That all went to hell last week. I dropped of my car on Monday because the air conditioning was out. First thing Tuesday, I get a call from Paul, implying that my car needed a lot of work, and in his words, Its all a safety hazard. I asked him how this could have happened when I was just there in January and no one mentioned that anything even looked worn at the time. He couldnt answer my questions but insisted that it all needed to be taken care of immediately. A bill I was expecting to be around $800 ballooned in $3200.I started asking around with friends and family (some of whom are licensed mechanics) and they ALL told me it sounded like this dealership was trying to scam me for more money. When I go to pick up my car, they inform me that it wont be ready until Friday. (But cant even give me an ETA when) Inform me that they will not offer me a loaner.I ask to speak with a manager who was beyond rude and condescending. His explanation as to why all of these things needed to be performed on my car? I said so. I know more because Im certified to work in a dealership. When I look at the itemized bill? my fender supposedly needed to be replaced? When I asked for some type of proof? Im telling you it did.I will never be bringing my car to these arrogant shysters again.

2022-05-18Great team, fast, comfortable waiting room. I arrived early to drop my car off to get an issue fixed covered under warranty. They were quick to help diagnose the issue and routinely updated me on other preventive maintenance I should do but asked permission before doing (I declined as they were minor and did myself). This is the second time I’ve taken my car to them for major issues. They have not tried to rip me off once and I appreciate how they do business.

2022-02-05Just purchased a car from here! We were greeted from the moment we stepped out our car and everyone we spoke to was very nice. My sales woman Gabby was amazing. She kept it real and was very knowledgable about all the cars. She knew the ends and outs about the car buying experience and was genuinely excited when we completed the process. She even made sure that I knew about the controls of the car before riding off! Ask for Gabby when you go here, you wont be disappointed.

2022-03-30I worked with Dominique and he was so great!!! He was not pushy at all, like some car salespeople have the reputation of. He was very knowledgeable, was always available by phone and truly was all around a joy to work with! Trying to buy a car in this market is super overwhelming but the people at this dealership made the process great! When the specific car I wanted had already sold, Adam (sales manager) did not hesitate to get the same car to their dealership within days! Truly every single person I came in contact with at this dealership was so friendly! They took great care of me and I am loving my new car!

2022-04-09Beware of John Higham. He is the problem his sales associates and finance managers are working hard to give Hyundai a bad name. The price for a 2022 Kona at there dealership is $$23,100.00 MSRP. The advertising price is $26,500.00 on the sticker at Ed Voyles. Bongani Tshuma marked the car up to $29k. They took about 6k down payment money from me and my children and are telling me I will pay at the end of the term, $45k for a Kona. Please save yourself the headache John invited me to meet with him to laugh in my face. He then called the police to create a false report on me after I shared my experience with a customer. He tries to take away any humanity that a person has. You are money to John you are not a person. He has no respect for his customers or Hyundai. They say contact Hyundai Motor Finance and Hyundai has told me to go pick my down payment from the dealership. I dropped the vehicle off the same day. They didn’t give me any documents when I paid them. John is money hungry he does not believe in customer satisfaction or the standards held by Hyundai. John refuses to return down payment of returned vehicle. I am waiting on a response from the owner Valery Voyles. I do not believe it will be much better after speaking with John and Adam.
