Be weary of hidden fee’s and scams. I recently saw a brand new 2022 Kia Forte on their website that was accurately priced at MSRP. I called the dealership to confirm the sticker price and proceeded to test drive. I asked the salesman, (Bryan Wright) who I spoke to on the phone as well prior to coming in, to provide me with a purchase order so that I could take it to LGE for financing only to find a number of hidden dealer fee’s besides tag & title. The only explanation I was givin for the $1,800 ceramic protection and $800 VCG charges (non-optional) is because they’re selling the vehicle at MSRP price and in order to turn a profit they have to unjustifiably raise the vehicles price or add additional fee’s of supposed customer benefit to cover the inflation. The internet and sticker price both show $20,740, and after tag & title I expected roughly $23,000 if not less. Imagine my surprise when I see a final price of almost $27,000!!!!!! Money hungry salesman and I won’t be returning to this dealership unless the price on the window sticker plus tag & title is what I pay. If you have to raise vehicle prices well beyond their worth when I’m in store but not bring up this information BEFORE I arrive that is an outright SCAM. Any additional incentives, benefits, or add-on’s should be at the customers request, not the dealership looking to milk it’s consumers for a higher commission payout. Car salesman are the worst and only care about lining their own pockets.
Liz what else can I say, I cannot find anything wrong in her customer service delivery from her greetings of the customer since we visited the dealership to a detailed follow-through. She was excellent if there was a better word I would use it. Kia dealership is lucky to have her as a sales rep. It’s the follow through and attention to detail.
I showed up to look for a new vehicle to purchase. I found one within minutes of walking on the car lot. The dealer though it was sold because the keys were checked out. The next morning I got a got a call that the vehicle WAS available and they would hold it for me. I was over four hours away at that time. They kept their word and I spent less than two hours at the dealership filling out the paperwork. I am very happy with my Kia Telluride. Their customer service before and after purchasing the vehicle has been top notch! I highly recommend buying from Ed Voyles Kia of Smyrna.
Excellent customer service, especially by it being my first time there for car service! I forgot the guy name who helped me, but he was a young guy with braided up dreads. He was super nice, and very knowledgeable! He gave excellent customer service, and he was funny. He was very professional, as well.

I had a nice experience. Rashi took care of my car. The wait wasnt long. It took about two hours to get my car serviced for regular oil change and tire rotation. They also reset the computer for me, because the screen had been going black in my new Kia Rio. They even washed and vacuumed my car, which I didnt expect! Great service!
After having my car towed in for a diagnosis, I was definitely surprised and thankful that Ron & Quincy took care of me in Services!! Being that the average running time was about 4-6 weeks, I was not looking forward to this wait time. I was called by Quincy actually letting me know I needed a new engine and it would take about another 4-6 weeks. Well I received a call in 2 weeks from Quincy telling me my car was ready. I truly appreciated the professionalism and great service.
This was the first time buying a new car alone and Jack Stricklin was my sales associate. He made the whole experience very easy, stress free and helped get my monthly payment as close to my budget as he could to ensure that I get the car that I had been waiting on since December.I highly recommend this dealership and if he is available, you definitely want to work with Jack!
We bought a traded in Toyota Sienna in February 2022 at Ed Voyles Kia in Smyrna. Our salesman was Stephen. If you are interested in a used vehicle here I would suggest you keep looking. They put this car on the lot without checking any of the major components and kept saying it was well taken care of and was a great buy. This car was on the lot for some time and they had the time to give it a thorough check. When getting ready to hit the road for a test drive the car wouldnt start. They didnt perform a fresh oil change on the car either so we bargained $200 off for a new battery and oil change. 2 weeks later on a road trip to Texas we discovered the AC wasnt blowing cold air. Our car is at the mechanic for the third time trying to figure out whats wrong with the AC. After paying $400 paid on a faulty sensor, the air still didnt work. Now they are saying the COMPRESSOR is bad!!! Lets see how much more $$$ I need to spend. You know what they say, looks can be deceiving. If you feel so inclined to visit this dealership, do yourself a favor and take the time to check everything out thoroughly because they definitely dont!!! Yes, check that AC in the dead middle of winter, too. This car would not have sold with a broken AC if it was on the lot in the spring. They badger you with messages for a Google review, well here you go. Avoid!
WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!!!I have never bought a vehicle from a dealership before. I was disrespected and mistreated so badly. So many unfilled promises from Ed Voyles. Repairs that were done by them was installed incorrectly. It took them 3 different times to do the repairs that were promised to me for them to try and get it right. Yet they still did a horrible job at it. I will never recommend them to no one I would protest in front of the store if I had time and did not live 1 hr. 45 minutes away.
I’ve had a wonderful experience ! They were able to stay within my budget. I booked appointment for used minivan. To my surprise sales guy said they don’t allow test ride if you are not buying today because it will add millage to the car.I asked him to inform same on phone when we book appointment because how do you decide without driving the car.To my surprise I received call after 15 minute to come back and take test ride.Don’t go there with expectations of good customer. Service and if you are planning to go than make sure to confirm test ride before going to dealership otherwise you will waste your time.
Working with Will to purchase my new vehicle has been an absolute delight. I live in Alaska and could only find my dream car in Georgia. Starting this process 5000 miles a way was nerve-racking but moments into speaking with Will he assured me of a smooth and easy transaction. My salesperson, Daidrean, was a pleasure to work with. Although the vehicle I had originally scheduled to test drive was already sold the previous day, he was able to provide me with other viable options. He was very knowledgeable and very honest with his opinions. There was no pressure to purchase or to commit to anything. It was a very pleasant experience. This was not my first time buying a car. In fact, I have bought 13 in my driving life.If you are looking for at least a runner up for the worst dealership, this is your place. Call and ask questions about a vehicle, you will get the I will have to call you right back spill and you will not get a call back. Unfriendly, unprofessional would be the 2 words I could best use to describe. Proof? Look down through the bad reviews. Do you see responses to show that they even care or make any attempt to make things right?Consider yourself warned to shop elsewhere.
Service was great! I regret I didnt get the young gentlemans name, but he was excellent. I had to make an appointment for an oil change, but it was ok because I know theyre busy. It only took about an hour and a half, but that was better than the 2+ hours I was used to. My car was washed and vacuumed so I really appreciated that. Ive learned not to complain about things, just seek out the good enjoy your life. 😊
Do what they sayI brought my 2012 Sorento in for a small repair.Ron in the Service Department gave me a cost estimate and a time to complete the work for my consideration.I approved and gave him my keys.The vehicle was completed per the time estimate as well as the cost estimate.I was very satisfied and can recommend Ed Voyles Kia Service to anyone.DE
Be aware of buying used cars from here. I made the rookie mistake of trusting the dealership and have them deliver the vehicle. 1 day after receiving it, the vehicle was at the shop. Very unsafe for my family to ride around a vehicle in those conditions. Vehicle still has vibration problems and dealer won’t even answer now. Would NOT recommend.
My experience two times now with the service department has been mediocre. I have been trying to call and email for 3 days now to get a status on my vehicle with no success. My car has been sitting at the dealership for over a week with no information on the diagnostic. Two years ago I had to go directly to the dealership to get any information. I suspect I’ll have to do this again. Love KIA cars but don’t love the quality of service at this pointUpdate: 5 days later and I have no update despite calling and being told they’d get back to me. I am giving them 1 star because they did give me a rental car when I brought my car back for the third time with the same problem. My car has been at this location five times for the same engine problem. I emailed the GM and received no response as my car is still in the dealership after my engine almost caught on fire again with my family inside! My wife was informed earlier this week (05/23/22) that my engine would be replaced. Now I received a call this afternoon from the same tech stating that my car does not fall under warranty and that I needed to pay $8,000 up front. Mind you I just paid over $3,000 for the same issue four months prior. I was then informed that that service was covered under a 1 year 12,000 mile warranty. Then as I am explaining the situation to the new tech because the old tech no longer works there he tells me I dont want to talk to you anymore and I responded but you want me to pay $8,000 dollars to you over the phone though.I believe this dealership is either improperly diagnosing vehicles or over charging and lying to customers regarding the same issues and not fixing them. Now the dealership is claiming that my engine is out of warranty after over the past year I have brought this car in for the same issue.If you have experienced the same issues with this dealership service center please reach out to me because I believe that this dealership is knowingly releasing customers vehicles back to them while only doing patch work and not truly fixing the problem. I will reach out to Kia corporate as well as wait until the GM responds to me to see if they will take ownership of their error.Now I am working on a lawsuit to get Kia Motors to issue a recall just like they put out for the 2011-2014 engine recall. Obviously they have not fixed their manufacturing issues and I believe this dealership knows it as the dealership has continued to charge me each time now they are demanding $8,000 before they even start work. I have a faulty engine problem regarding my 2016 Kia Optima and I hope Kia does its best to correct it.Best.
Lost the engine battle with another Kia dealership in kennesaw, GA. Ed Voyles Kia in Marietta stepped up and replaced my engine at no cost per the Kia engine recall. I was reimbursed for the rental I had used while my Kia Soul was in the shop. Thanks to service tech Dequincy Adams of Ed Voyles Kia for keeping me informed during the entire process. I would also like to personally thank Maya with Kia Corporate for her patience and understanding during the process as well. There were only two small things that could have made the experience even better. I was sent home with a dead battery and low tire pressure in all four tires as the car had sat for a while at the dealership waiting for the engine to be replaced. Again a big thank you to Ed Voyles and his staff for doing the right thing when it came to replacing the engine. The car runs like a new one. I’m one happy customer. Thanks again.
My experience with their management (bald guy with a beard) wasn’t helpful or good unfortunately. It seemed like they did not want me to buy a vehicle with them. It was a pain even though I was already pre approved on a loan, credit score 750+ and I was ready to pull the trigger. I’ll do business elsewhere in this case.The only positive is that I worked with Will Davis and he was great. That’s the reason the review received two stars at most.
This is my second time having my vehicle serviced at Ed Voyles KIA and both times were pleasant experiences. The technicians were nice and professional, the service was completed sooner than promised on both visits, and my car was washed and cleaned up nicely before they brought it out to me. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return. Thanks Ed Voyles KIA, for outstanding service!
I brought my Kia Sportage into this location for recall service for the terrifying your car might explode recall notice. Setup an appointment 2 weeks in advance, delivered the car that day to the dealership for service. At the time of this writing, they have had the car for more than a week, with zero contact. I cant get get anyone on the phone, no-one responds to their own text-based status system, when I call I get shuffled to voicemail-box which is full. Cant even take a message. Terrible service. Lots of Kia Dealers out there, go literally anywhere else.
Awful experience!!! I went May 27th to schedule an appointment because the check engine light would come on/off. The lady at the service department said You dont need an appointment for that - I thought it was odd but she worked there. I returned May 31 and the service attendants asked if I had an appointment - I said no, I was told by an employee I didnt need one. They said I needed one - 1st availability was 6/15. At drop off on 6/15 service manager said well contact you within 48 hours. That didnt happen so I called; service manager had me waiting over 15 minutes - I could hear background noise but no one was on the phone. SM called back with no news about any analysis done to my car after 2+ days. Picked up my car with nothing in exchange for all the time I wasted.
Our experience was amazing! From the initial customer service calls with Shannon to the sales experience with Everald to the end with the Chris the finance manager. I dont anticipate needing to come back for another car next week but I will certainly point anyone I know in the market for a new car to Ed Voyles Kia.
Jonathan Parks is amazing! He worked with us from phone to driving off the lot. He listened to our needs and helped us get just what we wanted. I told him over the phone about our financial needs. And once we were in person he made sure to do everything he could to make us comfortable and get us a great deal. He was friendly the entire time! Highly recommend anyone looking for a car go straight to Jonathan. While Jonathan was amazing the man who helped us close the loan was atrocious. A believe his name was Chris. In the back office closest to the wall. Very rude and misogynistic. He was attempting to sell the gap insurance and the way he went about it was nothing short of frustrating and in some ways hurtful. The first deal offered was not within our budget. When turned he turned to my husband pointed to him and said well this is on your credit so Im asking you. After my husband turned him down he offered a better deal. My husband tried to make it clear with getting upset that it was my decision and he again cut me out the conversation. The only part he included me in was when he said You need it cause you know youre going to hit some curbs. As if me being a woman meant that I would hit curbs and not be able to handle an suv. If not for Jonathan Parks I would give this place one star because of Chris horrible attitude.
Went there on scheduled appointment for an issue with my vehicle that’s still under warranty just to be informed that they need to keep it a week just to look it. Furthermore, they do not offer loaner cars. None of that was mentioned when I scheduled the appointment so I wasted hours driving for nothing. However they offered oil change and routine maintenance on the spot (because it’s paid and not covered by warranty)…next time just say you don’t wanna perform warranty service on phone instead of dragging me out there. I will be filing a complaint with Kia Corp. I avoid mechanic shops just to avoid scammy behavior just to run into it at a freaking dealership…
I have been here three times. Every time I’ve had an issue, being forgotten even when I was scheduled to be there ( happen twice) and the waiting periods exceeds two hours every time.I understand that they can be backed up on orders or lack of personal/mechanics.Besides the issues the place itself is good and the people are very nice and hospitable.

Bryan was very helpful and made my experience simple. I traded in my 2 year old Kia Telluride for a brand new one (just the color and trim I wanted) and Kia offered me nearly the same as what I paid for mine. It was a great experience and Bryan was there every step of the way. Love my new Telluride.
If I could give zero stars I would. Women BEWARE !!! First off I go online schedule a test drive for a car that is advertised at 16,999 . That’s not the car they show me cool fine. I told the sales man that car was in my budget. He shows me another car a year newer with twice as many miles. I assume he’s helping me stay in budget . He comes back with 22,000 listed to finance full of bogus stupid ceramic cleaning fees . Then I leave , the manager follows me out to my car (made me very uncomfortable) , tried to convince me that I should finance with car at 18800 with 1500 down. If you want to be treated like you’re stupid and can’t do math go here
The day before we came here, we went to Toyota in Kennesaw and had a horrible experience. So when we went to this Kia we were wary. But everyone was so nice and willing to help. Our sales rep (I think his name was John) was super friendly and welcoming, and got us our dream car within an hour and a half. We love our Kia Niro!
Literally THE WORST dealership I have ever come across. I have given this dealership chance after chance and they have failed me every single time. I only come to this place because it’s 5 minutes away from my home. I was waiting an hour for an oil change for the man to walk over to me to tell them that they haven’t even started on my car and the workers went to lunch. He didn’t even care at all and they made me super late to get to my duty station! The salesman here are pathetic, they just want to put you in the car to gain a sell and don’t get my started on the service department… TRASH! Not to mention my brand new 2022 car had an electrical issue that took a month to repair. Beware and please just go somewhere else to save yourself the headache!
I am a disabled veteran that made an appointment on January 7th to get a car service. Let it be noted that at my appointment I was told that “an appointment is only to drop off the car not to get the car into a bay”. So what is the point of making an appointment you may ask? Well when you figure out that answer I’d love to know also. Anyways, while I was at the appointment on January 7th, I specifically asked this location’s service provider to check my brake pad levels. Three weeks later, my car started making screeching noises when I pressed the brakes. I returned to this location on February 4th for appointment at 11:15 am. I arrived at 10:49 am and dropped my car off for the service (to change my brake pads). They stated that I’d have to also flush the brake fluid all for a total of about $800. No problem. The problem that I have is POOR customer service and POOR communication. My car was at the shop for 4 hours with no update. I had to uber myself back to the location and when I arrived the cashiers and the service provider were rude and still provided no estimated time as to when my car would be finished. My car was finally ready at 5:00 pm. This location is unprofessional, untimely, and inconsiderate. They need new staff that conduct themselves professionally and provide updates to their customers.
Jack Stricklin is my guy! I know these folks job is to sell cars, and yes my payment is alot higher than I wanted. BUT I also got an almost better car than what I went in for. I sincerely appreciate this team for their professionalism and willingness to help. Keep it up!
After having an awful experience at the Chamblee location I was beyond happy with the service provided here at Smyrna. From the first phone call to finishing fixing the issue with my car, David was the absolute best! 100% deserves a raise for his excellent customer service.
My car buying experience was amazing! I went to this dealership looking for a certain vehicle and it ended up not being what I necessarily wanted. Bryan Wright is the car salesman working with me. He suggested another vehicle that had what I was looking for in the car I initially went looking for. He allowed me to test the vehicle he suggested and I loved everything about it. Price gouging!! Once you see a car you like for the price online, when you get in the store since they didnt help you find. The dealer /manager and sales agent go up on the price for a sale, thousands of dollars over the msrp. The way the sales rep explained the detailed breakdown he covered up how the car was priced, making me believe that the MSRP of the car was being honored. I dont recommend unless you want to pay about 10k more than the asking price. Customer service was decent, guess thats how they trick you. I traded my car, it was like the money they gave me for the car they added to the new car. Total RIP off!
I bought my 2022 Kia K5 GT from here last June and now only have 10,000 miles on my car. Last Sunday, March 13th my car wouldnt start so I had to jump my car off Sunday and Monday morning. I called the service department, explained everything to the girl that answered the phone, she then told me that they couldnt get me into service until April 24th, I said to her so Im supposed to jump my NEW car off everyday until then. Her response was YES! unless you want to take your car to another dealership. I wasnt happy with her response and called back, pressed 0 to speak to ANYONE ELSE but her! The guy that answered took my info down and assured me that he would get this to someone who could help. The next day my salesman from June called to explain that there was nothing that they could do before April 24th and that I needed to call other dealerships to take of this. I wasnt happy that I had to call around to get help for a new car that was 100% still under warranty and shouldnt have to be dealing with this at all with a car with 10,000 miles on it. I had to take valuable time away from work to call around and around to other dealerships to get them to take care of a problem that Ed Voyles should have been going over and beyond to take care of for me because it was bought at there lot and already had a bad battery. Thank goodness that Calavan Kia West was able to fit me in the next day to run the diagnostic test and replaced my battery in less then 2 HOURS, yes thats all it took. Left me wondering why Ed Voyles couldnt have taken that little of time to make this right. Im very disappointed with the lack of customer service.
From the very first time I set foot at this dealership, which was early May 2022, they have been nothing less than superb. The customer service, the knowledge of the Stinger, several employees owing the same type vehicle to fully understand my issue, the extremely quick turnaround of my vehicle!!! Have to say I was not happy with response from next door at Used Car Honda from someone. At all . But D’Quincy In Kia Service was absolutely the best !! He communicated everything to me . He was nice kind and professional. Everything thing he said was the way things happened. I also got a great sense of trust with him!! Also thankyou Kia.I wish I got a hood of DQuincy sooner and next door one guy would have been caring and helpful. But Kia Voyles came through big time. I talked to many Kia places in last 6 months couldn’t get them on phone on hold and nasty. Not YOU GUYS DQuincy and the service girls!! Even the young man that got my car for me outside was amazing!!! Thankyou you guys YOU were great . Beyond great! So happy to be back in the road. You guys did it right and on time and even sooner and honest . Communication was amazing. Thankyou .
We had a great customer experience with our salesman Jack Strickland. He was very attentive but not hovering, which we appreciated. The only thing that was disappointing and confusing was that the MSRP price given, was not the same price quoted online. When asked why was that, they stated because it was Saturday. You would think incentives would be added due to the increase.
Quick. And resolved quickly. Online scheduling was easy and good. All compatible on iphone too. They see you as soon as you arrive. They knocking on your door before you get ur seat belt off! Free Lyft up to 10mi is awesome. They took me to work and back. Everyone was honest. Looked for best discounts I could get. Recommended for you car within warranty. Due to costs after warranty period you may try to find another place since prices here and any dealership really are usually higher but it is OEM stuff they fixing with.
We ordered the part, then went to pick the part, we were stock at the counter for over 35 minutes to get the part and pay for it, there is absolutely no care or concern for customers time, the staff particularly in part and cash register perform extremely slow and of course they are short staff and knowing that no team work is obsrvabal.Will look elsewhere for our part and service need.

They literally say ”Yeah you need to pay 15000$ for mandatory dealer add on if you want the Kia EV6”. I understand there is demand and all, but 15k is 3 times the maximum something like market adjustment should be. Do not let them take your hard earned money for nothing and do your business elsewhere.

First off I was on my way to see my family in Atlanta Georgia so we had some pretty bad whether so we had car trouble so I barely made it to the dealership and RASHI CHEVALIER came to my rescue on a holiday and last minute! He said 10 -15 days he made it 3 days thank everybody to make it home in the D!
Buyer beware of a car salesman named Jon. not only did he refuse to look at my trade (even though he gave me a value for it) he told me if i wanted to get the actual trade in value for my car i should go to car max or any other dealer needing trade ins. you would think kia would at least make an effort to LOOK at the car before saying it’s only worth $x! didn’t answer any of my questions. honestly felt like he was just looking for a quick deal.
Kind people! Willie Davis took care of us well and made the process easy. Kept us updated everyday as we waited for our car to come in! Told me as soon as my car pulled in the lot. Very friendly! My husband and I were pleased! Wish our Car was filled up with gas, as I have gotten used to from other dealerships, but all in all great experience.Thanks Willie!

I am new to the area and need an oil change after drove my vehicle from San Francisco to Atlanta. I couldn’t book appointment anywhere within 2 days but Ed Voyles KIA was able to scheduled appointment within 48hrs. Service was impeccable. You won’t be disappointed. Top notch service
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was originally scheduled for a Monday, but was happy that KIA was able to accommodate my needing to move my appointment up (due to a change in my military schedule). If you’ve ever scheduled a service appointment with them, then you know they stay booked, so I was grateful for them fitting me in earlier! The serviceman was nice and professional! The waiting lounge was clean with a tv, water, coffee, and snacks. The service took about an hour, which was expected. I was satisfied with the service and the amount of time it took.
I cannot speak more highly of Zack M. He was incredibly patient and forthcoming with details necessary to complete my purchase. As a single woman entering the dealership (we all know the tales), I felt so comfortable and able to express my concerns and needs without feeling pushed. Zacks kindness and care made the sales experience worth it. I am thrilled with my purchase and excited to forward his information to someone else looking to purchase. Thank you, Zack!
Brittany made this process so easy. I couldn’t believe how fast she got me in and out of there! Amazing! Anytime I’ve been to a dealership in the past it takes an hour or 2 to get the deal completed. I hate sitting at dealerships or anywhere for long periods of time. I was literally there for just 15 minutes. Brittany had all of my paperwork ready from the previous day we spoke. All I had to do is come in and sign my paperwork and test drive. I can’t stress to you enough ask for Brittany!!!!!!!!!
Save yourself the pain and don’t EVER buy a Kia. If you have a Kia already, do NOT get it serviced here. It took me 9 months to get an issue fixed that I told them on day 1. This place doesn’t deserve even a single star. Cannot believe the hoops I had to jump through to get my Kia fixed with them. The sales side of Kia has good reviews and I’m sure they are awesome, but they leave you out to dry once you need it serviced. Summer 2019 my cylinders were misfiring. Got it fixed, not really an issue with service. Fast forward to Feb 2021 less than 2 short years later and the same problem happens. I make an appointment and their first available is April. So come April I take in my car, tell them what’s wrong, but the check engine light suddenly turned off right before I got there. Charged me $70 but told me they couldn’t fix it because the light wasn’t on. So I take it home, the light turns right back on and keeps misfiring. I make another appointment and this time they can’t get me in till July. I come in, I tell them again that the cylinders are misfiring and they completely ignore me and diagnose it for something else. But they don’t explain to me that it was completely unrelated to the cylinders misfiring and just tell me that they have to order a part, that it’s covered under warranty, and that they’ll call me when the part is in. So I thought great, this is the thing that it needs, the part will come, they’ll fix it and the nightmare will be over. No. I wait a month, call a few times, and by the time I get ahold of someone the part has already been there for 2 weeks and no one called. So then I try to make an appointment to get it fixed. I left DAILY voicemail messages for the service manager and never received a response back. Finally I was able to get ahold of someone and make the appointment for their first available which was October. So now here we are Oct 13. We didn’t hear from them until 4:30. They said they replaced the warranty part and that “oh! Your cylinders are also misfiring we need to do a fix on that and that will be $575.” After some discussion he offered to fix it for $410 and told us it would be done by 10 am the next day. We didn’t hear anything the next day. I called around 4:30 pm to see what was happening. The receptionist couldn’t tell me. About 10 minutes later she called me back and just said, “your car is ready for pickup”. This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership EVER. To sum up: poor service, poor quality product, poor management and communication skills. I will NEVER buy a Kia again and will tell all my friends the same. If you do happen to have a Kia already, get it serviced somewhere else.
Came looking for new car in a bit of a pinch. Great service from everyone. My salesperson was Bryan Wright. He was very informative and patient as we test drove a few different models. Came in with a budget and a good idea of what I was looking for, and they didnt disappoint.
Worse experience with a Kia Dealership I have ever had! My service advisor, David never called me with an update, I had to call him 5-6 times before receiving a call back. Only for him to tell me that my car had been assigned a tech but after a week of sitting there, it still had not been looked at. I took it in for a recall issue! At one point David placed me on hold while he was suppose to speak with the tech assigned, but he never came back to the phone. After 35 minutes I hung up, called back, and was told David had left to run an errand. Still no update on my car that I dropped off before Thanksgiving on the 18th, and today is the 1st of December. I will never bring my car to this Kia again.
Great Service! I had a flat tire and tried to contact the service department but couldnt get through on the phone. Online appointments were more than a week out. I drove to your dealership. Quincy, my regular service advisor, was at lunch so a very tall gentleman (Scott?) jumped in and took care of my problem very quickly. In a very reasonable period of time the tire was repaired and I was back on the road. Kudos for a job well done..

I spoke to Everald on Monday December 20 . We set a appointment for Wednesday 22th for a test drive. I told him what I wanted and he could go ahead start shopping for my car. I had to postpone that appointment until the following Monday. Then I thought better of that and reset the appointment for the same time. But then our oldest son died and we rushed to the hospital to view his body. So we arrived at dealership hours later. Because I really needed a new car without delay. Mr Everald went over and above through my crying breakdowns to make what I needed happen. He did that! He deserves a bonus reward and his name in lights. Thank you so much for your service.
They dont honor advertised price. I found the car online for 30,000. Called the dealer to make sure they still had the car so that I could test drive and purchase. They informed me that they made some up grade to the car so it would be more. I have no problem with that. When I get there the car was exactly as it was advertised for and the so called updates were same a the listing online. When I asked about it they said they didnt update the website and pricing. So they had the time to update the pictures and the feature of the car and not the price. 2 days after I walk out of there, they update the site but still not the car that I wanted. Everything is still the same.
I think I called 2-3 other dealerships trying to get an appointment for my 60k service, and couldnt get through to the service department. I get it - right now everyone is short staffed and things are moving slow in all industries.I was grateful when I not only got someone on the phone, but that they could get me in the very next week. Aside from a minor snafu when I arrived (my appointment wasnt showing in the system), everything went smoothly. They were able to fit me in despite being slammed (do these guys even have time to eat? Theyre working SO hard!), and I spent a few hours in the lounge working on my laptop while they worked on my car.They got it done half an hour earlier than estimated and vacuumed out my car. I got a list of items Ill need to fix or replace and estimates on when Id need to get them done to keep my car in great shape. Since I live on the road and drive everywhere, I really appreciated that extra touch of what to keep an eye out for (read: start saving for).All in all, a pretty painless experience. Car maintenance is never really fun, especially when everyone is overworked and understaffed. But my experience here was great, and Id take my car back any time.
We were helped by Lizbeth during the entire process. She made it super easy for us and answered all of the questions my wife and I had. They were also the only dealer who had the Niro Plug In Hybrid in the trim level my wife wanted in the Metro area. Had to drive my vehicle last minute for vacation to FL but my car needed a quick service first (oil/tire rotate/air, etc.). Quoted 90 minutes-2 hours but they got me in and out in 60!! Fast service and I felt comfortable my car was ready to tackle the long trip. Thanks!!

Oh my goodness!!!!! I would give 100 stars. I was nervous when I arrived with my daughter. Liz gave me an appointment the same day. Even though it was late she took her time and NEVER rushed me. I truly appreciate that. I even returned for classes on how to use functions on my Kia. I recommend her to anyone. Especially women who may feel intimated. Awesome customer service. I was over an hour late for my service appointment, 1000 miles beyond the required service time and heading out of town again in 48 hours....and there were no other available appointments for at least 2 weeks.Quincy and his team NEVER mentioned that I was late!!! They checked me in with a smile and finished my service in less than 90 mins. Its such a joy to experience this type of service nowadays. I will gladly drive the 40 mins to Ed Voyles Kia moving forward. Thanks again!!!!

Excellent service from the seller, but the dealer tricked me into buying a sorento, he asked me for an initial $3,000 to maintain a business and insure my car for 15 days and after 3 months they returned my money, because according to my car never arrived and every month they told me the following week, they gave me devalued money, it was a total deception.

I was assisted by Bryan W., who immediately assessed my needs and gave a realistic option- which I am quite satisfied with. I told Bryan before hand what my past experience was with a dealership was and it like it was his mission to make it 20x better. I was also given an AMAZING deal for my trade in. I got in the dealership at about 6:45 pm and left at about 8:30 pm (because I was a chatty Kathy) but that is world record time for me!! I came in with my financing already settled so it was a breeze. The gentleman in finance (I believe his name is Bob, I really hope I’m right) was VERY kind and helpful as well. So I know what you’re thinking, with all the great things I have to say, why not 5 stars?! Well, I emailed a few times the night after I left about a few items I left in my trade-in and I never received a response. Realistically my rating is 4.75 stars but it won’t let me put that. Bryan has called me since the visit but I was at work and failed to remember to mention it. I would definitely buy from him again
Let me tell you how easy this process went. Droppes off my vehicle the night before, keys placed in an easily accessible envelope and then dropped in the mailbox, filled out the form on the envelope, requested a call before service to check prices. Got a call first thing the next day with prices and to confirm service. Got a call back with diagnostics and prices. Had to pick it up after hours. They left my keys with sales as requested. EASY PEASY! This was one of the BEST experiences I’ve ever had getting service done on my car. I didn’t buy my 2014 Soul here but when I’m ready to get a new one, I know where to come! Thank you guys!

Thoroughly pleased with the attitude and knowledge of the staff when I took my Soul in for a recall issue. I’m sure it’s beyond the dealership’s control but I’m constantly disappointed at how expensive dealerships are with everything from lightbulbs to filters to tires. I wanted to give them my business but the prices are just too high.
My car been in the shop almost a year today I received a call from Quincy the service manager who have been one of the people telling me that everything were being handled.. Today I received a call from him appearing to had forgotten about all the lies he was telling me.. now I’m responsible for the repair because my warranty ranned out..I can’t believe this billion dollar company would take advantage of a single mother that have been struggling to pay the car note while my car in the shop . I never even really got to drive the car because another dealership had sold me the car knowing that the motor was going out.. it’s a pandemic I can’t believe how women are still being taking advantage of by billion dollar companies at such a distress time
I was able to knock out several service issues including a recall matter in 1 visit. I didnt want or could not wait for vehicle to be ready, so dealer called me a Lyft to take me back home so I can work. Come to find out they needed to keep car 1 more day anyway. Service staff was polite & had can do attitude. Quincy was the bomb!
Brittany was my sales rep throughout the process. I live out of state so Most things were done through email calls or text message. I let her know what I was looking for and what I didn’t want and she helped me get a great deal on a brand new vehicle. I drove 4.5hrs to make a trade in and all of my paper work was ready to go. After going through finance Brittany took me out to my new car and walked me through all the details and set up for everything.
The services I received were done great. The lounge is ok for the size building it is. I like the fact that they have started back washing your vehicles but whoever washed it just wet it & didn’t really clean it. If you’re going to provide service for your customers. Then you should actually do it to the best of your ability & not half step on that service. Or just not do it at all.

Jack Stricklin was the man! Very honest and upfront with us. He got us in and out in warp speed compared to others. Jack wasnt your typical run of the mill sleezy car salesman either. Dont let the surfer boy look fool you, he knows what he is doing. I appreciate the way he handled everything start to finish. He even took the time to help my wife set up all the electronics before she drove it off the lot!
After they sell you a lemon that needs a whole new engine after 50k miles, they will be completely unsympathetic and unhelpful as they tell you they have no courtesy/loaner vehicles and that they will only reimburse you for 1/3 the cost of what a rental vehicle runs for these days. The manager even had the nerve to try and sell me a new car while I wait up to two months for the lemon they sold me to be repaired. Before this experience I was planning on buying other Kias in the future. Now I will never buy another one and will tell anyone who will listen to steer clear of this location.
I usually have a good experience here, but today, not so much.I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation, which turned out great, but there were a few things that popped up during multi point inspection.I was told that my break light was out and it needed to be replaced. I was also advised it would be $40 to replace ONE break light. I asked the service advisor why it cost so much, he proceeded to tell me that it was due to labor. I felt the price was a bit high, but I wanted to be safe, so I paid for it.I called another Kia dealership close to my home, they told me that they dont charge to replace break lights and they would inspect the light for free.I feel like I got ripped off.
Every time I come to the service center there is ALWAYS an issue. One time they blamed me and said I “must have put water in my washer fluid.” Another time they broke my antenna in the car wash at the dealership and couldn’t fix it for 2 months. Lastly they said I didn’t book correctly and couldn’t service my car until late June. On top of all the issues this place is never nice or helpful. I’m finished bringing my car here even though it’s very convenient.
I went in to Ed Voyles Hyundai not knowing what to expect from their sales staff. I have use their service side of the business before and have been very satisfied in their level of care. Buying a new car can be so intimidating and personally I am always on the defense not knowing what is trustworthy. I was pleasantly surprised. Tom was my salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest and polite, even when I berated him with questions. The sales staff and business office from both Hyundai and Kia were nothing but pleasant and patient although I had them there after their regular business hours. They made sure that I got into the car I wanted. I left extremely giddy. Totally satisfied with my deal. Very happy with my NEW VEHICLE.
Unable to get my car in for diagnostics for 7 months. Whatever they are doing in the service department is not working. I emailed and called and eventually spoke with someone who didn’t care in the slightest that my car needed fixed (a known issue that had a service bulletin out and was under warranty) and that continuing to drive it would have caused irreversible damage to the engine.
Original: James and Will are great. They are responsive and professional. Their price is very competitive. It was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend anyone whos in the market for KIAs. I mean I would do another business with them for any future KIA vehicles. Im a happy customer.Update 11/13: I realized there are already over 2k miles on the car I bought yesterday. I shouldve made sure I checked out the car properly (I needed to leave for an appointment asap at that time). Today, Will clarified my questions, but still the purchase doc I have indicates 24 miles. It wouldve been better if this kind of thing was clarified up front more clearly. I still think it was a decent deal, and the price was fair even with the mileage though, but I hope this could improve next time I visit.
Ron Thompson is by far one of the best Service Advisors that I have encountered at the Ed Voyles Kia of Smyrna. He is always polite and takes the time to explain what maintenence issues needs attention on my vehicle, Ron, along with the rest of the staff are the reason I continue to come back to this location time and time again.The customer service is top tier. As long as I have a Kia, my car will be serviced nowhere but here. Thanks Ed Voyles for hiring the best! Ron, you are great asset. Keep flourishing!!
Zack was my salesman. He is 5 out 5 stars!!! Absolutely fantastic guy and will go above and beyond for his customers. I have bought two cars from him now and would buy every car from him. His customer service is fantastic. The GM sales manager is the worst! All he cares about is making a sale no customer loyalty, or anything else. Luckily I didnt have to deal with him much and wish I never had to interact with him. Fortunately I dont think most customers do which is good for the company because they would probably lose a lot of customers if they had to deal with him. Another down side is the paperwork from the finance department. It takes forever! Definitely plan on being there for at least 3 hrs just for that. If you are looking to buy a car give Zack a call he is fantastic! He made the car buying process easy.
Thanks to Jack I had a great experience and was able to drive off with my one of my dream cars. I initially came in with my heart set on something in particular and ended up leaving with something even better. Jack was extremely patient and helpful throughout my entire visit. Was a great experience until we got to the finance manager to sign the paperwork. I have purchased a lot of cars. I mean... a lot. This finance manager by far was the most high pressured sales on the extended warranty and gap insurance that I have ever experienced. 15 mins or so pressuring me to get all of the extra extended warranty and GAP insurance. It almost caused me to walk out without purchasing the vehicle. Otherwise, the sales rep and sales manager were excellent. I will return and would recommend this location. Just be prepared for a 15 minute drill with the finance manager.
I wanted to thank Brian for a great buying experience and service with the purchase of the Soul. It was the quickest for buying a new car with all my experience buying cars. I wanted to thank the manager who approved to match the lowest price I had from another dealer. This vehicle was for my Dad, who needed a newer dependable car to take my brother, who recently suffered a stroke, to his physical therapy appointments. Appreciate the customer service, and I will remember this when Im ready to upgrade to a new Sorrento or Telluride.

It was so convenient that I was able to make my entire deal via text. It only took a few minutes to have my deal approved by the sales manager and at a price that beat 3 other dealerships on the same vehicle. The finance manager was also very nice and even funny but I had to wait in the dealership for over two hours to sign papers. That was a ridiculous amount of time to wait considering all things had been previously negotiated. Other than that, no complaints. I would use them again. Ask for Stephen.
I purchased a used Doge Ram and within a year I find out paint damage was hidden with a cover up paint repair and I had undercarriage damage that forced me to hav to remove y step up to get into the truck. I went to Kia and got the most rude response and I was told “We didn’t inspect the under carriage so how would we know”? Be careful purchasing a used vehicle! I have them two stars because the customer service was decent.
II was ushered to a comfortable waiting room with coffee and snacks. The service advisor was courteous and the service was very prompt. They even offered to give me a ride, but I declined. I left in less than 2 hours with my car running very well. Overall, I am very satisfied.
I just want to share the experience I had at Ed Voyles Kia on Wednesday. My Sales Associate was Will Davis and I have to say that it was the easiest and best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Will greeted us with a friendly wave and asked if there was anything specific my wife and I were wanting to look at. My wife, mind you, did not want to deal with a pushy salesman but Wills approach was soft and courteous as it should be. He immediately got the keys to a vehicle we wanted to look at and opened the vehicle. We wanted to see some different models and politely obliged and took us to several to look through. We still not seeing what we wanted asked to see some other models. Again, he politely obliged us with that request. We took a vehicle out and he waited for us to return and had already got the keys and vehicle ready that we asked to drive next while we were out test driving. When we returned we saw exactly what we were looking for and asked to drive it instead of the vehicle he had got ready for us while we gone. And yet again without hesitation he got the keys and off we went. Will Davis made everything as pleasant and easy as possible. He never once tried to sell us on anything. He allowed us to think and sell ourselves on our new purchase. He is a total professional and we will purchase our next vehicle from Will and Ed Voyles Kia I am sure of this. Also the Finance Manager was as easy going and friendly as Will so the experience was totally satisfying. Thank you Ed Voyles for a great Sales Team experience.
I came in for an oil change after thinking I had scheduled it online. after arriving I realized the online appointment had not gone through but they were able to work me in and get my oil change done in a reasonable amount of time. which was great. I thought it would take a lot longer. Thank you for the great service.
Poor experience , if they’re going to exceed the time my vehicle should be ready, to work on another vehicle, they could at least provide me with transportation home even though my 11 miles isn’t within the 10 mile limit. They don’t provide any update status and when I ask, “shortly” and “not much longer” is what I’m given although my vehicle was already supposed to have been done.
Recently I have an on-going issue regarding my Kia Forte. I called be-cuz my car was not driving as usual. Something was very wrong. So, I had to put my hazard lights on driving abt 40 miles... I was close to Caravan Kia in Lithia Springs so I stopped there to hav someone check my car. The service I received from them was very good. I had to leave my car there for service. Kia brought me home. However, Ed Voyles Kia where I bought the car said,we would not be able to service your car until January. Really? I needed help because I was afraid to drive it home. I said Calavan Kia was close to me while I was out making errands, otherwise, I would have brought it to them since I bought it there. The lady on the phone said, it was good I was there because they couldnt ln d not help me until next year! THIS NOT THE WAY KIA DOES BUSINESS! I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR ALMOST 10 YEARS. I HAD A KIA RIO AND KIA FORTE. KIA SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS IS ALWAYS, EXCELLENT. I am very disturbed about my experience with Ed Voyles Kia!
Expensive and rude. I got a new Kia and called to have an inspection. I was sent to three voicemails and had to keep calling back. When I finally got someone, they told me its $150 for a general tire/brake/windshield inspection. Ive had cars through Nissan and Ford and they do inspections for free. Other places will do them for $50. I spoke with Quincy when I called and he was rude, said thats how they choose to conduct business, and hung up on me. I am surprised thats how they treat new Kia owners. I would not recommend this dealership and especially would not recommend working with Quincy.

2022-02-22I had been searching for a new to me car for about a month and I found the Sorento I wanted in their website. I applied for it and was contacted immediately. I went to look at the car, found out I was approved and received the deal I was hoping for without any haggling. John was my salesman and he was friendly and easy going. He answered all of my questions and dealt with my impatience like a champ. I drove away owning my car on 2/19/22 and I am extremely happy! Everyone was friendly, helpful and accomodating. 2022-05-30Absolutely great service! My salesman, Jack, was very knowledgeable on the model I was interested in and he was very efficient in the paperwork as well. I was quite impressed how professional he was. Also, the Finance Manager, Andrew, was really nice and sharp and covered everything clearly and thoroughly. Ed Voyles has a couple of good employees with these two. Id be back to by another car from them for sure!

2022-01-24The dealership overall did a good job. In particular I thought Jack (sales) and Andrew (Finance) went above and beyond to take care of me. Jack in particular went out of his way to make sure my wife and I knew about all the features of the vehicle even coming to our home to walk through the features, since only one of us could be at the dealership to sign the paperwork. Andrew did a great job of working the service options to fit my needs (high amount of mileage/year). Thank you Jack and Andrew.

It is imperative that you must schedule an appointment to get service on your vehicle. Quincey, Service Lane Manager, A real stand up gentleman. Easy to get a hold of if not leave a voicemail and he will return your call In a timely manner. Will definitely come back.
