Spent almost $200 ordering for my grandmother in honor of my deceased grandfather’s birthday. Withered small blueberries that no one wants to eat and white, hard, bitter pineapple! I ordered from the location in Aiken, SC and Columbia, SC several times with no problem. This is unacceptable. All they want me to do is come in the store when I told them I live over 30 mins away and I work 12 hours 6 days a week! If I could come in the store I wouldn’t have ordered delivery! Never again!

I was very disappointed with edible arrangements on Broad Street in Augusta. I ordered a birthday arrangement for my daughter which looked nothing like the picture. It was missing certain fruits and the pot was solid white instead of the pretty green with flowers shown in the picture. I called the store and the manager was very rude and told me that they don’t always look like the picture and it should be the thought that counts. I will never order from edible arrangements again and deal with this one in Augusta.

Ordered for my parents and order was delivered a day late. Requested a refund of my delivery fee of 14.99. Still waiting. I only asked for $14.99. Person who answered the phone never even apologized for their mistake of failure to deliver. If I get a refund in the next few days I will continue to do business with this company. If not, you just lost over $2000.00 a year for your company nationwide due to bad customer service.

The tray was pretty enough n my girlfriend said the cupcakes n cheesecake were delicious,what bothered me is that the manager was out of orange juice for the smoothies,so she couldnt fix any smoothies,it is advertised that the make the smoothies in store! I wont use this franchise again! This store on Broad Street -never again! I will spend my money elsewhere☹️Good desserts/negative on the service n the smoothies 🤨🤔

I ordered my moma the the “Mother’s Day Musical Collection” she did not get the digital music download and the fruit wasn’t that great. I have tried to contact the store and no one answered after delivery. I will be diluting this transaction for not as described. Had to pay $20 in delivery fees too. The delivery fees and half off of the arrangement would be fare. Paid $114 for no answer and not the right order.

Very unsatisfied I had order my stuff a week before picking it up. When I showed up for my arrangement. I was told it wasnt ready that it would be a hour and I was okay with it at first bc I know they would be busy for Valentines day and then I come back a hour and 20 minutes later and was told that it still wasnt ready and that it would be 20 minutes more. Plus while I was sitting in my car I know I saw between 20 to 30 people come and get with their arrangements!!!! I think that this place needs better management handling the orders!!!!

A Mothers Day platter was delivered to me on obviously Mothers day yesterday. The platter was missing grapes and some of the strawberries that did not have chocolate on them were not very clean. Upon speaking to someone they offered to give me a new platter because of the issue but when I arrived at the Edible Arrangements here on Broad Street they were only going to give me six large chocolate covered strawberries and they threw my platter away that I had brought in from the delivery on yesterday. The manager said that she is only going to give me the vi strawberries because the customer service rep assumed I only ate one or two strawberries from the platter. When I let the manager know that that was unacceptable being that they had thrown my platter away and only offered me six strawberries for the price of $89 which was originally paid for minus tax the platter. Then the manager told me that she could get my platter out of the trash and give it back to me! I asked her why she would say that she said she was saying it sarcastically and it was a joke I told her you dont joke about things like that and that is unacceptable. She offered a full refund for the platter and said that it would be deposited back into my account within two days of today she did not provide a receipt for the refund so now all Im doing is waiting.

This was the first and last time I will order edible arrangements for anyone! I ordered my mom a Mothers Day arrangement almost a week in advanced to be delivered to her. It was promptly delivered but some of the fruit had what looked like dirt on it. Being in catering I know things like that are hard to get every time especially during busy season. So I called after the driver said she would report it to see if I could get a discount on my next purchase or something. Spoke to a lady named Alyssa and she said she would send out a smaller arrangement to my mom that day at no charge. It has been day 2 and she still hasnt received her arrangement. Its one thing to not catch a piece of dirt or leaf on a piece of fruit, but to promise a replacement arrangement and not to show up with it is another! Im going to corporate! That was very unnecessary to do to my mom on Mothers Day! Ive posted a picture as well! I never really complain, but when it comes to something like this I will.

This is what I received on Mothers Day 2020. INEDIBLE FRUIT WITH FUR GROWING ON IT. I can only imagine what is under the chocolate. They refuse to return the delivery fee even though I had to drive an hour round-trip to return it. They insisted I bring it back to the store and justified keeping the delivery fee because it cost their delivery driver gas. It also cost me gas and time but they refuse to compensate me. Alyssa B. Offered no apology for the rotten fruit or inconvenience of returning it. She didnt even bother to examine the fruit in my presence. I guess there was no need to confirm what she already knew (INEDIBLE ARRANGEMENT).
