It has taken me four days to write this review, because I really want to make sure that I do give honor where is due. With this said, the I title this review, We Value Our Customers. I have been a customer of Edible Arrangements over 30 years. Seen many changes, but they were always in favor for their customers. Every basket sent and purchase was of high quality never once a complaint. However, welcome to 2022, where no one wants to work due to the danger of the virus. The fear has cause the quality and value to almost vanish from the earth. Please know I do understand for I do not want to go out of my home. I received a basket from the Fayetteville, Ga branch February 15. No one rung the doorbell nor did they call me. However, they placed it on my porch in the heat of the day. When the woman, that sent the gift called me and said please go to your door, I was excited and disappointed at the same time. The fruit had gone bad. So, I called the next day with my bubbly voice and told the manager the problem. Immediately, was told I will make another one send to you. The drive got to my house at 8:50pm and called me. We meet at the door, but once again I was excited and disappointed. It was hot. I said, this is hot. His response was, yea I know. I laughed because this is what I do. Then he replied, you can keep it and I will tell them what happened. I wanted to say no, but I understood his job was to deliver, as he explained. So, I called the next day and gave my spill of the incident to the manager once again. This manager greeted with compassion and love. Apologized for the error and redid the order. This manager never made me feel if though I did not matter. Remember this is during the Love Day and they was still doing orders. I expressed that my daughter work right across the street from them if they could give it to her and it was hand delivered. This manager deserves a raise to the highest. When I say, value the customer. The job was done with love, quality, customer service experience, and thoughtfulness. I am very pleased with the service. I feel like a queen (lol my name is Victoria) Keep up the good work. The best Edible Arrangement location that I have ever visit. Thank you for your service.
Edible Arrangements you always are the perfect compliment to any occasion. I was in Georgia for a Funeral and you served a dual purpose to brighten the heavy awkward moods, and most importantly something that we never think about is a light delicious treat when no one wants to eat. Doesnt matter where I travel to you are everywhere. 🤗
Thank you Michael for taking care of the problem I had with an arrangement I received. You promised you will take care and make your customer happy and you sure did. The arrangement my niece received today was the bomb. She was happy and enjoyed her fruits for lunch. That was great customer service. Came in for a pick up at 11:00. Passed a gentleman outside who was on the phone and smoking a cigarette. Stood inside for about 5 minutes with no one at the front. Finally stepped outside to the gentleman and asked if he worked there... just looked up from his phone call and said someone will be right with you. Informed him Ive been standing there for 5 minutes with no help. I had to ask him if would please come inside and assist me... Customer service not at its best...
VERY INCONSIDERATE!! I was on my way to get my order but the highway was shut down. I had to re-route and go a different route(much farther out). I looked up the store and it showed the store was still opened, not knowing that the times were incorrect. The store was closed. I explained my situation to customer care explaining what happened and if I can get a refund. He said he would reach out to the Fayetteville store about a refund for something out of my control and I would hear something in 24 hours. Well two days passed—no phone call/email. When I reached out to the store I was informed that the owner decided not to give me a refund due to a Hwy closure. I needed this item for THAT DAY, not a remake or a store credit. It would be helpful if management correct their hours on Google ( even though it says UPDATED BY BUSINESS) or remove the hours and have some type of consideration for things people cannot control. Also CONTACT the consumer to explain why they cannot get their money back.

Horrible service!! I made an order in October for my Dad’s Birthday to be delivered. Over $150 I paid! No delivery!!! I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone to get a refund and never can get anyone on the phone!! I live out of state so I can’t just pop up at the store!! 😡😡😡😡 Actually I give them ZERO stars!!!
My experience was not as good as Id hoped. I ordered an arrangement on Wed to be delivered on Fri to a business. This is a business that is a Mon-Fri 8a-5p. I was called on Fri at 6p and asked are you still open for a delivery....what...Im not the business, but Im sure they are closed by now. That day was very important to me and it didnt get delivered on Fri. The person I spoke to offered to add a box of chocolate covered strawberries to my order and I have no idea if that happened, but I suspect not. My order was delivered on Monday and I was told it was very nice. I certainly hope so. Id ordered a very large arrangement that was over $100 and was delivered on the wrong day....very likely I would not use this location again. I was not offered any other compensation for the problem on the delivery date. Hope others have better luck, Ill be doing something different in the future.
The edible Arrangements in Fayetteville is the worst. I ordered a 86.66 fruit arrangements on 2/26/22 for my daughter s 30th birthday. I arrived at 4:19 to pick it up. The doors were locked. I called the store at 4:22. No one answered I called corporate office. They called the store. No one answered. This guy calls me at 4:55pm and said he saw something from corporate stating no one was there. He claims he was taking out trash. I told him I had left and was at home.I still have not received a refund and never received the arrangement.I never heard from the store manager. This business is not professional. I am calling my lawyer.
Highly disappointed. I’ve been craving and ordering EA for over a month now. The quality and freshness was what kept me coming back. However that wasn’t the case today. The driver literally rung the doorbell and dropped the order on the porch. It was not kept cooled and the chocolate had become soft. The box of dipped fruit was turned on its side emptying its content inside. The fruit and cheesecake had a funny taste. Which is scary. The presentation of the dipped fruit was very amateur. I guess this killed my ongoing craving. I believe this is my 2nd order from this location. The first order was great. Not sure what happened. But before I receive subpar products, I’d rather not do business.
I ordered from this store while on vacation in Orlando. They called to let me know that their drivers would not make it back in time to deliver my order on that Saturday. They would be able to deliver it on Sunday as well as remove the delivery charge and add an extra gift. They were very nice and pleasant to me and apologized for the inconvenience. If I’m in the Orlando area again, I will definitely use this store!
A Great Gift for any occasion. I have ordered Edible Arrangements for graduations, sympathy, get well soon, etc... It is easy to order online, not too expensive and the customer service is right on time. Ive also received arrangements and the delivery drivers worked with me to get my gift even when it was inconvenient for them.
The star rating that I gave is for the store manager Mike.Based on the experience that my family had I would give the store one star.My son recently turned 16 and his beloved grandparents had plans to come up and surprise him on his birthday, but they fell sick and were unable to come.Since they couldnt come they wanted something very special to come in their place by way of delivery on his birthday. They chose Edible Arrangements and spent well over $100.To make a long story short the delivery never showed up. We waited and waited yet there was never a delivery. Not even a phone call to either the grandparents or my wife who was the secondary number they were supposed to call in a situation like this.My mother-in-law called and emailed several times to get some answers, but did not hear from anyone.I went to the store the next day to get to the bottom of the situation. I felt it only fair that my son receive his gift and that the grandparents get a fair partial refund.The store was very busy because as it turns out they were doing the work for two stores. The other nearby store was sending all their business to them because they were understaffed because of illness. The very polite woman in charge told me that the delivery truck had broken down, and that is why my son didnt get his delivery. The delivery driver said that he called all of the deliveries that he wasnt able to make, but clearly that was not the case. ( numbers can be written down incorrectly by mistake, so I made sure that the numbers they had in their system were correct)The woman in charge offered me a refund, but was not authorized to give me what I wanted. She told me that the store manager Mike would be in the next day if I wanted to come back.I went in the next day to talk to Mike, and surprisingly it was a very good experience. Not only did Mike get my mother-in-law the proper partial refund that I felt was fair, he also had a fresh Arrangement made up, and then Mike himself delivered it to my son the very next day!A very sincere thank you to Mike and his exemplary customer service skills. Because of him we will definitely give Edible Arrangements in Fayetteville another shot when we need their type of services.In a world where good customer service seems to be a thing of the past, manager Mike at Edible Arrangements is keeping it alive and well. Give that man a raise!
Edible is my go to vendor to thank my clients for purchasing a home through my company. I love the online services and the flexibility in dates. The fruit is always fresh and the cookies are amazing! I dont have any pictures because when I receive an edible I eat it right away!
This is my go to company for special gifts for clients and friends. Love the quality and timeliness. Also love that there is no delivery feefor next day delivery! I have better success when ordering from other areas . My local store in NE Atlanta has disappointed me with slow deliveries and poor communication when there are questions.
This location is unprofessional. It took 2 days to finally get my order delivered. I spoke to a few people before it was finally delivered. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again from them. This time the order was delivered with one ballon instead of 6 and when I told the driver it was incorrect she simply replied that is what I was given I just deliver. I called the store and sent a picture to the person I was speaking to. I was promised a new deliver which didnt come until the next day of course so it was after my childs birthday. I even emailed the owners with no response.
Edible arrangements never let you down Ive been working with them for years for birthdays anniversaries or just because gifts it always puts smile on peoples faces. The fruit is fresh they always get what you request they never mess up the notes and the deliveries are always on time
Edible arrangements at the Fayetteville locationAre doing their best at making sure that every guest leaves happy! Never seen a manager so compassionate! COVid has affected this location tremendously but Ali seems to be taking care of all the curve balls thrown his way! Ali made sure my order was completed and delivered within a timely manner! Thanks again Ali, wouldn’t know what they’ll do without you!
I had a terrible experience!!!! My husband ordered a birthday gift box scheduled for Saturday 12/12 and it was not delivered until Sunday 12/13 at 8pm!!! It was delivered by a driver who was smoking in the car!!!! My entire birthday gift box smelled like smoke!! Ugh! It was disgusting and very unprofessional. i could not even eat it because the smell of smoke was embedded in my box! My husband and i would like a refund!
This store CLEARLY has no concern for customer service. I placed a same-day delivery order for an edible arrangement, balloon & personalized card to be delivered to my mom for her birthday and was NEVER contacted that it would not be delivered. I ended up calling to make sure everything was fine as it had not been delivered yet, the store rep informed me the order was ready and waiting but their driver had an accident so they were trying to get a new delivery scheduled, no problem right? WRONG!My order WAS NOT delivered on the scheduled day (which I paid for the rush delivery) and upon calling the store on the next day, I was told that they use DoorDash to deliver (which I dont understand since they have their own store vehicles) AND DoorDash wont be able to keep the food refrigerated properly before delivery. Apparently the person did not know when it would be delivered.This is absolutely unacceptable! I asked for a partial refund and to confirm that it would be delivered ASAP - she then offered to add chocolate covered strawberries but no refund & my order still has not been delivered!!!!Customer service, timeliness of delivery and even the service recovery is ridiculous! At this point my mom has not gotten her birthday surprise and I am completely dissatisfied with my experience with this store.
I ordered from here for my mother who father had just passed. I spent almost $100.00. For them to give it to my mothers neighbor! I called the store and they told me the lady waved at the diver from the back yard and she walked up and just gave it to her( not my mother) so the man said they were done for the day and she couldn’t get another till tomorrow. So I told him my mother was leaving could he please have them delivered by noon. He agreed and said he was sending extra strawberries for the inconvenience.The next day they didn’t deliver it till after 2pm and my mother had already left and the didn’t even send the extra strawberries as promised. I called the store and told the gentleman that we received the arrangement but it was late and we received nothing extra he said there was nothing he could do for me that a manager will contact me and I still haven’t heard nothing sooooo edible arrangements thanks .... but no thanks !!!
I am very saddened by this location. I am not from Georgia but my father lives there. So I wanted to surprise him with a nice gift for FATHERS day. Well that didn’t go as planned! The edible arrangements melted because the delivery driver who showed up at 8pm didn’t ring the doorbell like I specifically asked on the “special instructions” option. So my dad never knew they were outside! Then, I ordered a balloon that was supposed to say “HAPPY FATHERS DAY” and instead my father got a “Your on my mind” ballon. You can imagine the look on his wife’s face once they received that. Extremely inappropriate for a gift to your dad!! None of this went how I wanted. His gift was ruined…..I guess it’s the thought that counts?
Ive used Edible Arrangements two times this year 🎂🎉 birthday celebrations. The arrangements arrived on selected date, in good condition, nothing missing. I also received an Edible Arrangement on my bd in January. No complaints. I look forward to using EA again in the future.
Obviously they must have gotten their stimulus and PPP since they dont care about orders or dont need customers. Paid for an order for delivery for a Birthday, they didnt even bother to do anything. No urgency to contact that they couldnt fulfill, deliver or whatever they were doing.If you dont want your orders to get delivered that would be the place for you to go purchase it. Dont do business selling service that are time and date dependent if you dont even bother to do the work.Never will use this place again, go with Sharis Berries they deliver unlike Edible Arrangements
Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this location. It was my wife 57 Birthday and she is a fan of their chocolate covered strawberries, pineapples and bananas. On 10/29/2020 I had ordered what I thought would be a Beautiful arrangement with a Bundle of Balloons.I had to work this day and my wife works from home, so I knew she would be home to receive her gift. During that morning I had a uneasy feeling about this delivery and sadly I was not wrong. Due to a storm the night before phones were down and I couldnt contact the store, but the store was open for normal business.After numerous attempts to contact the store I attempted to contact Corporate throughout the day with negative results. The Only way I was able to reach and contact a Live operator I had to call the number as if I was placed a new order. Any other means of getting assistance the phone would disconnect every single time, which occurred at a minimum of 10+ plus times.Subsequently, after waiting majority of the day almost 4pm in the afternoon for a store, which was assigned to make the delivery was less than 6-8 miles from my home. Which is why I choose this store/location due to the proximity and convenience. I was wrong !As, my wife had errands to run I apologized for the delay and advised her to go about her day. As soon as she exited the garage she was met by the delivery man. He had her my alleged gift with one Ballon.Upon my wife opening her gift 🎁 to her surprise the chocolate and vanilla covered fruit was all over the box...damaged! I ordered and paid for a bundle of Balloons he delivered One Balloon. She texted me the photos of the delivery because I was still at work. I was devastated! I was helpless because I was still at work.Due to the fact I work in Law Enforcement Im unable to be on my phone for long periods of time while on duty.Finally, I was able to reach a young lady in the store via phone who listened and understood my problems and concerns with the order. I requested to speak with a manager, but she advised he had left for the day. I questioned could she call him so I could rectify this situation. I was advised he was unavailable until the following day. Young lady whom was polite and professional advised me she would remake the entire order. I advised her I would pick it up after I get off of work because I didnt want Mr. Speed Racer/Driver to damage the second order and loose a few Balloons. Also, the personalized Birthday card was missing also.I was able to make it to the store before closing. The manager eventually call me the following afternoon with a not so sincere apology, with no incentive or offer to appease this unhappy customer for at least a repeat business opportunity. So, I suggest this location hire a new driver/delivery person and possibly employees who take more pride in preparing their orders to retain future customers.Due to this mess I had to go out of my way to purchase extra Birthday goodies to make up for the lost time for sitting in the house all day.Im hoping this was just one of those days nothing went write....Moving on....😐
I called the Fayetteville, Georgia Edible Arrangements from Massachusetts to place an order for Mothers Day. The destination was an assisted living facility in the city. It was very important that the order was correct and delivered in a timely manner. It was! The delivery brought a smile to my 92 year old aunt. Thank you!
If you’re ordering for pick up this location is good, but if you’re ordering for delivery beware. Your order will most likely be delivered in a regular car which means the fruit will be hot or room temp. When dealing with food it should be in a temperature controlled environment and last I checked they have company trucks so why aren’t they using them? My stomach was upset after I ate a couple pieces of my order. This company is setting itself up for a lawsuit with doing things like this. You don’t mess around with ppls food.
I pre-ordered an arrangement for my wifes birthday. When we arrived for pickup the order was totally wrong, and they charged me an additional $5 to fix it. Because I was in a rush and it was late at night I just agreed when I shouldnt have. The next morning when I got a real good look at the fruit, it was terrible. So bad I didnt even present it, I ended up running to the grocery store to buy a cake. This is the second time in a row Ive had subpar service from this establishment there wont be a third. To the manager and owner, you can definitely do better
I came by Friday April 16 just get information. No one was in the front but the door buzzed when I entered. Waited for 10mins no one came from the back to see if anyone was out front. Just trying to order Birthday gift of chocolate strawberries nothing big. May next time someone will be there.
Excellent Store and Service! I made a last minute order on a Friday afternoon and had a request of Monday morning delivery and they delivered! I am appreciative and thankful. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and professional and I will continue ordering from this location. =)
I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my wife on Wednesday to be certain that my wife would be extremely surprised. She was so happy with how pretty and delicious it was. The driver was very prompt and she was so polite. Im impressed with the customer service and work of the arranging. Keep up the good work! Ill be raving about your store to my friends and family for sure!!
I placed an order for SAME day delivery, paid 14.99 for shipping, and my mother did NOT receive her gift. I received an email stating it was delivered at 7:31 p.m. but it was NEVER delivered. This the SECOND time this has happened with them and my mom will not be home tomorrow so I wont be able to get anything to her on or before her birthday. Thanks for NOTHING edible arrangements.
I have used this store several times to deliver arrangements to my Mother who lives in Fayetteville. Never had a problem until this October when I wanted to send her something for her birthday. And of course, with COVID19, things are weird. I placed the order online several days in advance but still my mother never received her arrangement, a call or any note despite a claim that the delivery person had been by twice. So I requested a refund. I give the store credit for investigating, determining that the driver did not do as he/she should have, and no extra overtures were made to my Mom to complete delivery that day. Apparently, with COVID, the store is using DoorDash to help with deliveries, and well, DoorDash. So, while Im not happy that her arrangement was never delivered and better effort was not made to assure she got it, I do give props to the store for issuing the requested refund in a reasonable amount of time. Like I said, three previous times, the store came through without a problem.
My wifes birthday was Oct 21st. The order was supposed to be here that day. I called at 4 to inquire about the order they promised I would get it by end of day. No delivery no call no customer service at all. Called next morning they again promised it will be delivered. It is after 10pm no email no call no delivery no customer service!!!! My wifes birthday was RUINED and I will call tomorrow so give them a class on customer service. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!!!!!
Very dishonest store. Ordered an anniversary arrangement including balloons for my wife. Order arrived late in the night, with one balloon busted and the other deflated. Of course it was rejected. Received email that order will be redelivered. It was never done. Called store on 2/8/2020, 4 days later, and asked for a refund. No response. Called store again on 2/13/2020; first person said attempt was made to deliver on 2/12/2020 (LIE). Again asked for refund. Spoke to a second person who said delivery person was assaulted the first time delivery was attempted (LIE). Said to expect call from the manager. Waiting. Thank God for cameras. Will keep post updated.2/24/2020.Still no call from anyone at the store. Arrangement ordered was not delivered and still holding on to my money. You will think the honorable thing to do is to provide a prompt refund. I will wait until the end of the week, if no resolution, I will contact the investigative team at 11 Alive and other local TV stations to run a story on this store and expose their scam, as a first step. More to follow.
I ordered a Edible Arrangement for a young man who attend my church, who was in a serious car accident. We thought rather than send flowers, it would be better to send something a young person would like. Edible delivered as promised the young man was very pleased the Fruit was Fresh and Good.
UPDATE 3: Unbelievable! Still no arrangement... I called the store this morning. Asked to speak to a manager. I was told he’d be in at noon. I asked for an update on my arrangement. I was placed on hold then the associate returned and told me my arrangement was delivered?! Ummmmm NO! She told me the driver wasn’t there and wasn’t answering the phone for her to confirm but another associate told her it was delivered. I called back to speak with the manager and was told he wasn’t there and wasn’t coming in today. 🤦🏽♀️ The store is no help! Corporate is no help. At this point I just want my money back. TERRIBLE experience!!UPDATE 2: I contacted the store this morning because ofcourse they didn’t contact me. Requested to speak with a manager and was told there wouldn’t be one in today. Go figure... I was also told that there was a delivery attempt made yesterday around 4p. My parents were already advised to be on the look out because the arrangement would be delivered again. They live in a small 3 bedroom house where a bell and a door knock can be heard throughout. After reading some of these reviews I don’t believe for a second that there was an attempt made. You know I will be back to share rather that arrangement was delivered or not.UPDATE1: Location is closed for the day and my mom’s arrangement still wasn’t delivered. Ofcourse, I still didn’t receive a phone call or email to alert me eitherI ordered an arrangement for my mom who’s birthday was yesterday (Halloween 10/31). I called several times to get an update or an idea of when she could expect it. I was told each time that the driver is out and they didn’t have that type of information. It was a surprise but I eventually had to spoil it and tell her about the arrangement because she had to leave home for her birthday celebration. My brother had to stay behind and miss because someone needed to be there to receive it.Not only was the arrangement not delivered, I didn’t even receive a phone call or email to update me of the delay. I called the store the following day and was told that the their driver was about to deliver it?? Like my moms birthday is over and you’re bringing her a day old edible arrangement?? I voiced my disappointment and asked how they would correct this. I got an apology... I contacted corporate and got another apology and a promo code for $6 off my next order??I’m not pleased with how this was handled. We love Edible Arrangements and I understand that they are franchise but this experience has distorted my trust in their business model. All around bad experience. 🙄
Love love love!!! I placed an order for an arrangement kind of last minute but Lauren was more than happy to help and answer any questions I had. She double checked everything with me and had me in and out in a timely manner. She was courteous and very professional. Also when I received the arrangement it was well put together and looked amazing.
I was so pleased with my arrangement. I ordered an arrangement for a friend and she was so pleased. Her and her husband raved over how fresh the fruit was and the arrangement was so neatly and beautifully arranged. The ordering process was easy and the workers were timely and efficient. I will be ordering from here again! Keep up the great work!
Times have been troubling and as a teen trying to get her momma just something special for her birthday, these people are so amazing. This the second time I’ve gotten an arrangement from them, and both times they are so amazing. I come from peachtree city to use their service. The kindest people, and are truly working for you! Thank y’all for the balloons!
I recently placed an order for an edible arrangement that was somewhere in the $60 range. I thought it would be perfect for the person who has been so helpful to me. Turns out the lady I sent the arrangement to sent me a pic of it when she got it and unwrapped it. Wow! It looked nothing like the item I ordered. It was much smaller and looked sloppy. I felt so ripped off and disappointed. I was trying to show my thanks to this person by pleasing her with a beautiful edible arrangement. I was so upset at what she actually got and how different it looked. I called the location and asked for the manager. A female employee answered and said the manager wasn’t there and she actually gave me her phone number, told me to send her the pic and I did. She said she would have the manager call me back and low and behold... never got a return call from anyone. Needless to say, never ordering from there again.
When I showed up to pick up my online order on 8/29/20, the store was locked and closed before the hours posted for the business. Store did not pick up their phone. After repeated attempts to reach them on the phone, I contacted their corporate offices in Atlanta who reached out to the location with my complaint and still no response from this location. Basically they received money and did not deliver any product. It is beyond me how a store can have an order they did not fulfill and make no attempt to contact the customer. If they would look at their records, they would see I have been a loyal customer to this location since 2009 through several owners. It is sad it had to end like this.
My daughter ordered a dozen chocolate covered strawberries along with a few other non-edible items. The strawberries were soggy and the chocolate was melted completely off of the strawberries! Called management, he was very friendly and offered to correct my order. Requested a refund and had no problems refunding.
My daughter ordered from Va online a edible arrangement for my bday on Sept.26 to be delivered to my address in Fayetteville Ga ,I never received it we got confirmation it was delivered.Monday Sept. 28 went into the store to check on order I was told by the employee someone called in and gave their information and changed the order to pick up for his girlfriend he gave rhe same last name and was given the order, Iet the employee know I have no knowledge of this person being the original order was placed by my daughter in VA online. The employee said he would replace the order and have it door dashed it never came. I need to know the policy of who can call and make changes to an online order and pick it up without verifying with the original person who placed the order. My daughter will be filing fraudulent charges to report this person.We are concerned of this person who picked up the order and how he got the information.I would like for management to follow up with me in getting this manner taken care of.Day 2: I called the employee this morning he told me the manager will be in at 1230, he said he would give me a call, my concern is I need to know how much of our private information was given to this person who received the order my daughter paid for online and if the cameras can be ran back to start the fraudulent investigation. I was told the store is going to start their own fraud alert on this person, but I cannot get anyone to call me to help us with this situation being they allowed a strange person to change the order and pick it up without any identification, order number or anything. I am not sure if the owner even care what happened. I will be calling the Corporate store next, I just need some communication from management to let me know what they plan to do if anything and not untruths or not answering my calls.
Order at your on risk you may get it delivered on time or you may get a message saying they are loss in your area. I will not use the Fayetteville store again.To your response; time is important for events like (birthdays, wedding anniversary) so if you cant receive it on are in the time frame it defeat the purpose.
Chocolate covered strawberries were delicious. Delivery was very late in the day and the Birthday balloon was missing!!! Store Manager contacted me immediately and explained delivery routing and apologized for missing item. He has made arrangements to correct this error. I am very impressed with the integrity of this business.
I went to this location for the second time. The first time, I ordered a fruit arrangement for a gift and it was okay. I went back weeks later to purchase some of the treats that look so tasty on the pictures. The chocolate covered strawberries had moist chocolate on them where you could visibly see the moisture sitting on the chocolate in the case. The employee did make one fresh order but insisted that the others were made today and basically that was our option if we wanted some more. I also ordered a smoothie which tasted horrible. I ordered a fruit cup which looked nothing like the advertised picture, and was lined with rotten grapes on the top when I opened the container. I brought this to the employee’s attention and he insisted that this was made fresh. I’m not doubting that it was made while I waited, because we did have a very lengthy wait and were the only customers in the store. I am complaining that the fruit cup was made today with rotten fruit! The strawberries in the cup tasted bitter and horrible. I was very disappointed in the quality of products that I received from such a prestigious organization. I reached out to request a refund and I will not be returning to make any additional purchases from this location. I would have never gone to this location if I had only read the recent reviews before heading there!
If u need any arrangement in a hurry, please use this facility. Even though the Riverdale location is an affiliate, dont go there, they r so rude! Go to the Fayetteville location. Mike is awesome and so professional and very helpful. He made 3 birthday arrangements for me in less than 2 hours. My aunt and 2 sisters said the fruit was so juicy, sweet, and so fresh.
Terrible experience. Ordered my grandmother an edible arrangement for her birthday. Placed the order the day before, before noon. Order was not delivered until after 8pm on the expected delivery day and because of my grandmother living in an assisted living facility, she did not receive it until the next morning at 7 am. I tried to call the store multiple times the day of, no answer. I sent a facebook message and am still awaiting a reply. I will definitely use the newnan store next time.
If I could leave ZERO stars I would. PLEASE GO OUT OF BUSINESS. My delivery location was 1 hour away (so I called at opening time to make sure it would work). At 4pm I get a phone call saying they cant deliver it to the business, but they can deliver it to my house. What?!So I call back, and they hang up on me 3 times. FINALLY, they offer to bring it to me the next day -I requested a refund instead, and she tells me our manager will be here tomorrow if you want a refund.Apparently only the manager can issue a refund?????POOR POOR POOR BUSINESS. BEWARE.
On 11/3/2020 Leslie at the Fayetteville, GA location was more than friendly, efficient and helpful in every manner. In this climate of uncertainty we must take every opportunity to say Thinking Of You - Miss You and definitely Happy Birthday. I knew I wouldnt be able to be home for cousins birthday and she is so thoughtful to always remember me - well Id lost track of the date but the Fayetteville Store Rep made sure my assortments and flowers were delivered that very morning. Ordered a “Birthday” arrangement for my husband to be delivered to his place of business on his birthday. Order status NEVER updated through out the day, called once before lunch and was told the order was being completed and would be out for delivery soon. Called again at 4:15 PM and was told it would be out for delivery soon. Called again at 4:50 PM and was told it should be going out to to be delivered shortly. I explain to them that his business closed at 5 PM and they had no answer for me only more excuses. One would think if you have orders to be delivered to a place of business you would prioritize those for delivery during business hours. It’s common sense! Very disappointed in tbis location snd their service!
The birthday gift I ordered arrived nearly six hours later than I requested. I had to call the store to find out it would be late. When it was delivered, some of the fruit was spoiled and the rest soggy. The manager was actually unapologetic and took on a tone of anger because I called to complain. This is my third failed order. I will not use them again.
They canceled my order saying that they wouldnt have time to deliver it for the day I needed . They still called the person I was going to have it delivered to asking if they had received the arrangement . Of course she didnt , because they canceled it. I had to call 4 times to ensure that I received my 70$ back. When I finally got ahold of the manager michael, he didnt apologize once or offer any solution . I order an arrangement every year for a birthday. Save your money order from newnan edible arrangements. Its not worth the hassle.
The last 2 times we have ordered from here the results have been terrible! On Mother’s Day we ordered a fruit platter for my mom and when it got here it looked like half the fruit was eaten. There was more platter showing than fruit! We paid a lot of money for that fruit platter. I wish I had asked for my money back then but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered chocolate covered bananas for my anniversary. When they arrived they looked amazing and arrived on time. Everything good ended there. They were not fresh at all! The bananas tasted like cardboard. They had to have been freeze dried or something. It was inedible. I literally spat it out. It’s like they freeze dried them for COVID so they wouldn’t take the loss for the fruit. Now that COVID is settled down a bit they’re selling them as “fresh.” Again we paid a lot of money for this. I’m giving them a call and asking for a refund as soon as they open this morning. I DO NOT recommend going here EVER! Just go to Kroger or Publix and get some actual fresh fruit and dipping chocolate and have at it. It’s way cheaper and more heartfelt than this place.
They suck professional wise. I placed a order wednesday to be sent out Monday. Its 4:50 and I didnt get any notification that it had been delivered so I called. They informed me that Door dash (a 3rd party company) had a problem with the address and it had been brought back to the store at 1pm. Why didnt they call the recipient if they ask for info. I told them they had 10 min or I wanted my refund. So the driver of the company called my mothers business and ask if she could deliver it to the house cause she had to make a delivery to Lagrange. Peachtree is closer to Fayetteville, so why would you skip my mother to go to a longer distance place when you already messed up once on the order that day. why didnt they call me to inform me. Not professional at all. Now Im having a problem getting my refund.
I ordered a large arrangement last Thursday to be delivered on Friday. I received a call Saturday morning that the driver had been in a crash and wasnt able to deliver the arrangement. He kindly suggested that he would charge me for the cost of a small and deliver the large for the inconvenience. Sunday comes still no delivery. Called delivered the small via doordash and it smelled like cigarette smoke. A week later I have requested a refund ad I havent received a call back.
I am so disappointed that we still have not received my family pre valentines gift. I placed the order on 2/11 with a delivery date of 2/13. I called on 2/14 and was told they tried to deliver 2/12. No one contacted me and promised delivery for 2/14. I called @11 on 2/15 and was promised yet again delivered. To date, no call and no show!
Not at all happy. Order was placed, granted late for same day delivery, I had to call them to find out it would be delivered NEXT day. Then I was told it was delivered to wrong address and would be redilivered first thing Monday morning. The manager Micheal, would deliver it himself, his words!. Well guess what? Not delivered and he is off today! I do not like being lied to and this is such bad business. No problem taking my money, but huge problem getting delivery! Will never use again!
I ordered on a Friday, for my moms birthday the following day. The person on the phone had an old address , I corrected him with the current address. He read the current & correct address back to me, all was set for delivery the next day. Saturday comes round, its 3 and my Mom still hasnt received her delivery. I call the store to see if its on the way to her, followed by a lady telling me it was sent that morning and given to a man, but the man wasnt expecting anything. She reads me the address and its the wrong address....?! I tell her so, she tells me to take it up with the manager on Monday?!?!? I let her know this is not my mistake this was your employees mistake and my moms birthday is sat not Monday. So after going back and forth with the lady for about 10 mins she says she will send one finally ... I call the following week to talk to the manager about what happened and he was just as helpful as talking to the lady... He pretty much said sorry it got delivered so whats the issue?!?! I will never go back for ONE- the way I was treated by the enployee and manager and TWO-the massive mess up on address and delivery. I highly suggest not using them
I want my money back right now! Called these people all day trying to contact them. No answer. They pop up at 9:45pm and outside my door asking the other driver should we ring the doorbell? We open the door and this child says “sorry for the appearance. It’s been in the vehicle all day” LOOK AT THIS! Give me a refund right NOW
Absolutely love this place. I have sent multiple arrangements. They are always fresh and even though its not guaranteed that you will get the containers pictured online. They ALWAYS give me exactly whats pictured. Love this place. I always give credit where credit is due. If your customer service and food are good its a WIN WIN.

This location is the worst. I ordered an arrangement for Valentine’s Day for my wife to be delivered at her job. It was 5:30PM and my wife didn’t get it. I called them and they said they would deliver it to our house that day but never received it. Then they said they would deliver it the next day. But I told them no because she only went to the office on Tuesdays and thursdays and she worked from home on fridays and we live in Stockbridge. Then I called the next morning and asked to speak to a manager to get my money back but no manager. Then they said they would deliver that day and I gave them the address to our home. Then it was 5:30 and no arrangement. So I called again and they said what was the address again? The arrangement finally arrived at 8:00 PM on February 15th the day AFTER Valentine’s Day and what was worst the strawberries were going bad. And they tried to cover it they used the bad strawberries and dipped them in chocolate. And the 2 chocolate popsicles looked like they melted and then put back in the fridge. This place is the worst do not know how they are still in business. I strongly advise people not to use this location. I spent $148.00 for bad strawberries.
Don’t be like Lauren.Lauren is an employee who “serves” customers, but undoubtedly lacks customer service skills. If you visit this store (702), avoid Lauren at all costs. She will drain you with her incompetence, miserable mood, and negative energy. Lauren is not helpful. Lauren is not kind. I don’t believe that Edible Arrangements is an establishment that would allow this type of behavior from someone who serves their patrons, which is why they should assess Lauren’s performance. Of course I called corporate to detail my experience because I made time for it today. Store policies are understandable; terrible delivery of those policies from miserable employees (like Lauren) is not. Lauren gives the excuse of a busy environment to justify her lack of manners or common decency. Lauren responds very rudely to basic questions that customers ask. Lauren lacks compassion. Lauren lacks competence. Lauren lacks the likelihood of me ever returning to this store to deal with her again.Don’t be like Lauren.

HORRIBLE experience and customer service. They ruined my wife’s Valentines Day surprise, by failing to deliver her gift for Valentines Day despite the order being placed several days in advance. I called the store to follow up, but was meet with attitude and total disregard. Thanks for ruining this special day for my wife.
I big shout out to ANAM who helped me with a mothers day arrangement that we could never get delivered to my Mom. I live in California and placed the order; we had to keep rescheduling the delivery and the staff here and ANAM were kind and considerate when we learned my mother was not home at the time of delivery. We rescheduled 3 times. WOW... This is what is called Great Customer Service and because I have family in this area; I will always use this business. Thank You so much for being wonderful, nice, considerate & amazing! My family loved the fruit basket and the fruit was very sweet!
I placed an order with them for Tuesday delivery to a school. I called the store from noon til 6:30, which I then started calling the 800 number. I leave messages with the store to call me and they never did til this day. I just called the store again today and finally I was able to speak with someone. She was rude and short and I will never order from them again. I didnt even get Im sorry or I apologize for the order never getting delivered.
In addition to being the rudest people i have ever dealt with, they delivered chocolate covered ROTTED fruit to my Mother. It was a full day late and it was a list of excuses why. I have pictures and proof of the rotted, spoiled fruit they tried to pass of as fresh. The woman i spoke with was an insulting arrogant witch. No point in dealing with them, MasterCard disputed the charge. I hope they try and fight it.
I didnt actually visit this location but I did contact this location after having problems with the Hampton location. So, I would recommend Fayetteville to anyone and Hampton to no one...I think the other reviews about the Hampton location speak for themselves...Thanks Fayetteville!
If I could give no stars, I would. I shelled out $60 cause it was for my grandma and I was completely disappointed with it. It honestly made me cry because I was hurt that I had to give my grandma something so ugly, terrible, and overall pitiful. I will never ever come back here again
Ordered my wifes Valentines present from them to be delivered to her work checked the status throughout the day not delivered tried from 10 am till 600 PM to contact store no answer also left several messages with no response . My wife walked in and they said they could not handle the volume and the owner declined to give any compensation for their negligence... I have ordered there several times but never again!!!!!!
I ordered chocolate covered strawberries and a teddy bear for my wife for Valentine’s Day to be delivered at my wife school and it wasn’t delivered in time but edible arrangements in Fayetteville,GA apologize for the mistake and offered store credit for the same value as what I ordered...I always order from here and never had any problems so this being the first time something went wrong and they corrected the problem immediately is very satisfying to me.

2022-04-01Ordered this on 3/30/2022 to be delivered on 3/31/2022. And it never showed up. When I called and asked what was going on, they said the driver was too far away and they offered to set up re-delivery. So it was supposed to be delivered first thing 4/1/22 and it still never showed up. Thankfully we live near this particular branch so we stopped by on 4/1/22 at 11:45. Out arrangement was sitting in a cooler. So even though the Status said “our for delivery,” it was literally still at the store. The cashier at the counter had no clue what was going on, even after explaining the situation. So we picked it up and this is what it looked like. So clearly it had been sitting for a while. Will never use this branch again.

2022-06-26I wish I had read the reviews first, I will never order from this company again. I ordered an arrangement for my dad for fathers day, it said it would be delivered between 8a-2p and that they use a delivery truck that has a cooler in it. Well my dad sat around until 2:15 and it never came, he called me at 7:20p saying the guy just showed up, I asked was the guy in a delivery truck and he said no he was in his car and the arrangement wasnt cold. My dad sent me a picture of it and you can tell the fruit has been sitting for awhile so I just wasted my money on garbage. My dad also asked the driver what took him so long and he said it didnt have anything to do with him and that I needed to take it up with the shop. Update: so you can where they responded back for me to call or email,well I called the number and cant through, email them and no response back.

2022-02-21I ordered a bouquet over a week ago to be delivered to my daughter at work. We ordered early since we are in another state and explained it was her workplace and needed it delivered during the day. The business is closed now and it was not delivered. They called her and she had to go back to an empty parking lot to meet them to receive her gift! I find this practice so unsafe and ridiculous. Why dont you deliver to businesses first and homes after?! I should have been told they will not guarantee delivery during business hours. We would have simply gotten another gift. We will never order anything from this store again.UPDATE: When my daughter finally received the order, it was not what we ordered. It was a much smaller item that did not include the 12 bouquets. So I called the next day and it was explained to me that the item we ordered should not have been taken since they were only taking Valentines order for the month of February. This seemed ridiculous to me since there is more going on in February than Valentines Day. I was assured another order would go out and I stressed it needed to be delivered by 1 pm. It was delivered a little after 2 and was in a plain white container not the $137 butterflies and bouquets we ordered but at least it was complete. The response below asked us to call. I did call and it is a number to place an order or check on an order. I hung up because I will not be ordering from here again.

2021-09-25I had a great experience today. I would highly recommend this location for exceptional customer service. Michael was awesome, he made the experience enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable of the products and services. He is a definite keeper, I would love to have him as a part of my staff.

2022-06-05I would give a zero if that was an option.How can you claim to have delivered an order that was never received? Then, yet charge the customer and ask the customer to “call corporate” and corporate says “call the store”? So that the customer paid for goods AND service (we also paid for delivery!) they never received.Never received.And the customer service? An absolute travesty.What is worse is that this is the third bad experience; the initial good review a year ago was when one of the stores first opened and we ordered several corporate deliveries in one day.Since then, there have been three bad experiences- two from the same initial store.Never again will we patronize any store with this franchise’s name on it.

2022-06-22Dont do business here. Go elsewhere! I ordered a mothers day arrangement and the wrong order was delivered. A cheaper arrangement was delivered than the one I paid for. Additionally, there were more regular strawberries than chocolate covered ones which for the price of the arrangement was just a rip off. I reached out to customer service the day of delivery and was told that a manager would be in touch within 48 hours. I was told that if no one contacted me then I would be given a refund. 48 hours later, no contact and no refund. I reached out again to customer service probably about 2 weeks after and was told that a manager again would contact me the next day but no one did. Will not be doing business with this company nor will I recommend to anyone. Absolutely appalling. They will take your money but have no care for customer service. Very poor.

2022-03-08Placed a order to be delivered Monday, received a email Monday night that the order was attempted but not delivered. Called the location to make sure they were going to deliver fresh product and make sure it got to my elderly grandmother. Woman interrupted me multiple times while trying to explain the situation with the utmost respect. But unfortunately it wasn’t a very nice conversation. No care. Lack of concern. Disappointed with the situation. She seemed like she had no idea it was supposed to be delivered… odd.

He suggested a healthy smoothie to go along with my birthday box and made sure I was happy with my service before I left. When you go to this location, ask for Mr. Mike. He will make sure you are a satisfied customer!
