So first start by saying this, and they know who theyre dealing with after this review. I order my child tie and blazer to pick up in store I sent dad to pick up they turned him away saying to wait for a call when order is ready. No one we never called. A week later received an email saying order status was changed to ship. Now they sent my order with post office and ended up in Hartwell Georgia to Tennessee. I called but they never answer as usual he text instead saying its with post office its out their hands now. Now I paid for pick up then turn around saying an error mustve occurred in your system but thats not my problem. Youre taking money from parents for uniform even when its on back order or dont have but u guys to disclose that before hand. Youre very rude and condescending.
I have had consistently positive experiences with this store. Patricia worked with me this past summer and now at the beginning of the new semester to make sure my son has what he needs-trading in unused pants with tags for larger sizes as he has grown. She has gone above my expectations with her friendliness, helpfulness, advice, & prompt delivery. ***The best customer service from a uniform store I have experienced in the 13 years I have bought uniforms for my kids.
I wish I could rate this place lower than one star. The manager or the owner whoever he is, the meanest, rude person that I have ever seen or met in my life. I ordered 8 outfits for my kids at the beging of July and I should have received the package from two weeks ago. I called the store and the nice lady told me that it would be delivered to my house in two days. I called back after a few days , the phone was off and the message that is on the answer machine stating that they are so busy and cant answer the phone. Finally, I left a message and that man called me back telling me that he doesnt know where my package is, and I am wasting his time talking with him asking about my package and go to the store to get a refund for most of my stuff that he couldnt find and it is not his problem that he lost my stuff and he asked me to not talk about what happened because it is in the past. I was shocked hearing all those phrases that he really definitely does not care about his customer , he doesnt care about the 3 hours that we spent in the store to order the uniforms. 10 minutes later, he called me telling me that he found my package and he asked me to come and get it because he is not sure if I can receive it before the school starts. I went next day to get the package, he gave me the box and I asked him to count the items to make sure it is correct, he said I dont count items!!! I opened the box and the jumpers were not there , he found them and he put them in the box. I complained to the school that recommend the company and they already replaced the store with another company. I am very very disappointed and definitely will not go back there or recommend this place to anyone.
I was desperate in search of a cardigan. Educational Outfitters of Atlanta had what I needed. Their customer service is outstanding and if the need arises again this is my go to store. The lady, Ms. Elizabeth (Queenie) was a tremendous help in finding exactly what I needed. I highly recommend Educational Outfitters of Atlanta
I won’t lie, I read the reviews and became scared. My experience wasn’t like the ones described. I placed my order online and screwed it up, the owner was kind enough to call and let me know about my screw up prior to just filling the order as ordered. My life is busy, so I wasn’t there when I said I would be, but no worries, they shipped the items for me. Some of the items were wrong, but the owner was kind enough to figure out what happened and fixed the problem in one business day. He shipped the items the day they were ready. I took the incorrect items back and the kind woman provided an item to me for free for driving back to drop off the wrong items. When it comes to uniforms or custom orders, I appreciate someone that pays attention to details and this location definitely does this. I hope this helps future buyers.
The owner was rude. His very friendly sales rep told me to ask him if I would be able to receive our shirts today. The owner replied that he wasnt just going to cut off whatever he had going on because we needed something today. I politely replied okay thank you and left. This was my first and last time visiting the store. We will not be back. We ended up going to Uniform Source in Kennesaw. The drive was longer, but it was worth it. The staff was extremely friendly and I was able to get what we needed today. All of their inventory was fully stocked .
This was one of the worst uniform buying experiences ever! We placed an online order on 8/7 for a few items for our son. It’s is now 8/27; a full 20 days later and we still have not received our order. I’ve called the store several times (no one will ever answer the phone so you have to leave a message) and they finally called back but will kept providing excuses why our order has yet to ship. To add insult to unjury, the gentleman who called us back is extremely rude and unprofessional. If I didn’t HAVE to order through them I would NEVER deal with this company again. Educational Outfitters -Unreliable, Rude and Unprofessional!
The owner is a total jerk and you know what else. He would rather argue with a customer than correct his own mistakes. And he has no problems with disparaging a school. After reading reviews, I noticed that other parents had bad experiences with this company. Schools should stay far from this place!!!
I ordered my daughters school blazer online. I waited almost 1 month for the blazer to arrive only for it to come plain WITHOUT her schools name! Why did I wait a month? There is absolutely no customer service line for online orders. I am highly disappointed, and I cannot wait to share my experience with the others parents at our next PTA meeting.
I went there this afternoon to buy some shoes for my son. I bought a pair last year and it worn out, this sales person told me that I was the first person to return shoes. I met one of the worst customer sales person I have have ever seen. I have a 5 yrs, he wants to use the bathroom, I am asking this lady if they have a bathroom? She didnt didnt even speak or say a word until the lady she was attending. Ask her again if they had a restroom. She waited for about five minutes before she could show us the bathroom. The other sales lady who was there was so friendly. She treat everybody with diginity and respect. I will return all purchase items.
I cannot say enough good things about Educational Outfitters! As administrator of Kings Way Christian School, making the decision to partner with them has been a great decision. You will not find better quality with even better customer service. Our parents love Educational Outfitters!
SUPERB SERVICE!!I dont know where to begin. So let;s just take it from the start. As soon as you walk in, you are quickly greeted by the staff. A young lady by the name of Patrice helped me. She was just fantastic with my kids, and they are not always easy to handle. She was even more helpful to me as she could see that they were driving me nuts. This place is new to our school and by FAR THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER GOING TO A UNIFORM STORE to shop. Fully stocked, with product already logod for our school, no waiting for our school shirts!!!! Who is a happy Mom?....MEHer knowledge on sizing made it easy and flow nicely for my kids as they hate trying clothes on, but she sized them RIGHT the first time and then placed us in a fitting room. The store was pretty busy, so as soon as she took care of me, she was VERY POLITE in asking me if it was OK for her to check on other guests while my kids tried on their uniforms. I of course said yes, and she promised to return to check on me. GREAT SERVICE. She didnt forget about me. One by one she came back and checked on us. I could go on and on, check out was even smoother, she remembered what I needed to order and was extremely speedy. The store was neat and clean as well as the staff. I am happy to have a better place to shop for my childrens school uniforms. IF PATRICE CAN SEE THIS... I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU. YOU HANDLED THE CHAOS WITH GRACE AND CHARM, and YOU LOOKED LIKE YOU WERE HAVING A BALL. BTW: if your kids are good they get a treat from Patrice as well. Thanks again
Seemed helpful at first but when I changed my mind on buying a dark green shirt that had white lines in it his attitude was very nasty. He said he didnt want to open anymore packs. hu?Dont sell them individually then. Was it because Im black hmmm? I could careless ha! He was not that friendly on the phone when I needed directions. He answered by saying its u again because I had two call twice. Then I still purchased one shirt,handed him my master card and he returned it by slamming it down on the counter. I work st a school. I could have mentioned his business or I could have spent more money because I need several more polo tops. NEVER GOING BACK. HE WILL NEVER SEE ANOTHER DOLLAR FROM ME!👎You sure didnt please me. Treat your customers with respect. Not my fault you had to dig through boxes. You wanted to make a quick buck but had a problem with giving me a shirt without lines in it when you had several others. The one I purchased didnt have packing lines(so u call it). I buy what I want not what somebody thinks I should settle for. Rude to sit somebodies card down instead of handing it to them like it was handed to you.
Horrible service!!! 3 weeks and still no uniform yet they charged my card $75! When I call they refuse to answer and have not returned calls! They say someone in the company is sick so why not hire a temporary person to assist with handling orders? If you are short staffed and know the order will be delayed why charge my card?
My children were accepted off the waitlist at a school requiring uniforms a couple weeks into the school year. I was very frazzled trying to secure everything they needed for their first day. I expected to have to go hunting through racks to see if they had anything my kids needed. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a friendly woman who knew all the requirements for my childrens new school. She took me through it kid by kid and made sure we had the correct sizes and everything we needed. She was a pleasure to work with and put me at ease. It made a stressful situation easy not difficult. They were even able to monogram the school emblem on a few pieces that needed it as I waited. We will 100% be back when the weather cools down for fleeces and pants!

2022-08-20I had a nice experience getting my sons uniforms here on short notice. Staff was very familiar with the school requirements and were able to embroider the shirts next day for me. The embroidery quality is very nice, certainly not some iron on application. If I can suggest one thing to the ownership, it is too improve your communication. My wife called multiple times with no answer. Her email was answered within a day but did not address all her questions. On the plus side, I very much appreciated the text informing me my shirts were ready. I prefer this business over the much closer uniform supply option sure to the inventory and quality of service.

2022-08-02Using this place is a must for our private school due to uniform requirements… but that doesn’t mean we have to LIKE the business. The employees are just rude most the time. When I went in to get my daughter new skirts for the school year they had the nerve to tell her that “maybe she needs to lose a little weight to fit into smaller skirts” because they were out of her size!!! Like what?!?! She isn’t overweight, at all! Who says that to a kid?!

2022-07-19My experience wasn’t not a good one for a first time visit you would think first impressions mean everything! I was greeted by a nice employee who was trying her best to help me when she noticed that the school my son attends times weren’t in their “system” she asked another employee who was straight up RUDE and DISMISSIVE! I explained that school has this company listed as their vendor and that other parents from that school has been as well! She straight up got defensive with an attitude and told me she will not do any outside embroidery even though the school is listed as a vendor of theirs she was just so rude about it even after the first employee asked what if the school called to verify she got mad with the employee for even offering that option to me and she shut that down too! I called my sons school and the staff couldn’t understand why my service was denied but I’ll tell you what I would never step foot in this establishment ever again!

2022-08-05I put an order and contacted the team to switch one of the items. honestly with a big corporation it was impossible to make that fast turn around and do the change without any extra effort. Thats why i appreciate these close contacts to small businesses. Thank you again

2022-07-18Too busy to care about customer service. The first time I went they were spot on but now they are overburdened and persnickety. I won’t be going back. I wasnt given the chance to even see the stores inventory in relation to my childs school. I was pushed aside and told they didnt have time for us.

2021-11-10I received excellent customer service from Mark at Educational Outfitters. I ordered two embroidered fleece jackets. The order was fulfilled right away and mailed to me. When I received the package, there was only one fleece jacket inside even though my shipping confirmation indicated two were shipped. It appeared the package had been tampered with in and was resealed in the delivery process through the USPS. I contacted Mark and he immediately mailed a replacement jacket which I received within a day. Im very grateful for his quick response to the issue - especially since the problem stemmed from the post office delivery.

2021-11-18I have ordered many items from Educational Outfitters and have not had an issue. This last sweat shirt order came quickly but after two weeks the seam in the shoulder slipped out. I contacted them and they immediately got back to me with a great solution. Wonderful Customer Service

2021-09-27The ABSOLUTELY worst owner operating a business in the planet. I honestly feel bad for his employees because they hold the business up. He called me to tell me I was wrong for choosing the wrong shirt color that his employees presented to me. When I told him, I just followed protocol by his employee, he threw them under the bus and said their just college kids who know nothing. As I’m explaining to him that it’s not a big deal & I can choose the correct color, this man wanted to argue. Told him I’ve never experienced a convo with a business before like this, he said I’d obviously haven’t dealt with all the businesses in the world. I really hate that I spend so much money with this business but I’m definitely filing a complaint with our school about this experience. This man is a walking time bomb. Never again. And will never care if customers dislike what he dishes. Beware. Oh and it took about 2 months to get everything. I would wait & be fine & come back if the owner wasn’t so mean. (Update: I did not use my real name in protection of my kids and I. The owner sounded crazy. So yes, you wouldn’t recall the call because 1. You do this all the time (look at your reviews. 2. You don’t have my correct name) do better

2021-09-14The service here is absolutely terrible. I ordered online and ended up going into the store to follow up on the order after two weeks. I had initially looked for a confirmation email with a tracking number. There was none. I thought maybe my order didnt go through. So I tried to call. I got a message saying that their voice-mail wasnt working and that text was the best way of communicating. I texted multiple times but got no reply. Finally, I made the hour long drive to check at the store in person. The gentleman I dealt with was completely rude and condescending and told me that I needed to be patient and asked me why he would send an email if the order wasnt ready. I just wanted to make sure that the order had gone through since I never received a confirmation email and wanted to check the status since my daughter needed the blazer for an upcoming school event. They told us they would finish the blazer that afternoon and to come back later. When my daughter went to pick up the blazer she found that they had embroidered the wrong school logo on her blazer. So we ended up having to make yet another trip the next day. I would recommend going anywhere else than here if you have a choice for school uniforms.
