Absolutely amazing service. These guys are top notch , they’ve taken care of me twice already and I’m coming for a third time in the coming weeks for my other car. Both my cars are Toyota Avalons and they did really good on one so far, my 2006. They installed a Sony Stereo with Apple Car Play and then I came in today (a week later) to get a back up camera installed. Next is my 2013 Avalon Touring and I can’t wait to see how that one comes out. Incredible work. SIMPLY THE BEST!
I went there back in November to fix my autostart. I called a few other places but they were not authorized dealers for my autostart. When I called they were very nice and said I could walk in. They were very friendly and professional. They gave me a price up front, no surprises which I was very happy about. I waited for an hour to get it fixed. I was very grateful they were able to fix my autostart. And as a bonus, I got two free multicolor pens/stylus which I LOVED.
I don’t even know where to begin. My Bluetooth speaker in my Ford Focus 2012 was broken and Naheed at Electronic Master’s is the absolute best and went out his way to make sure my speaker got fixed . When it came to my car getting fixed he always made sure to get me in, he always communicated with me well when it came to parts coming in for my car. It was the best experience I had. They have really great customer and are so sweet and kind. If you need parts fixed on your car when it comes to radios , car remotes or anything. Omg this place is amazing. My front speakers went out in my 4Runner so I brought the car in. The problem was more complicated than speakers. They were great at diagnosing the factory system and letting me know what went wrong. It was the factory amplifier. They repaired it and got me back up in no time. I was so happy with the outcome. My SUV is older with the original boring head unit. After looking around I decided to replace that too. Electronics Masters did all the work. Making my old car new. Now I have Bluetooth and CarPlay. I love it. I would definitely recommend this place. I am very pleased with the outcome.Thanks Guys.

I had an issue with my BMW 750 audio system and I knew right where to take it. I have been bringing my business to Naheed and his staff for over 10 yrs and it is always a pleasure! This place was great! My son needed his car speakers fixed before he left for college and they fit us in the same day and got it done in just a couple of hours. The owner was so personable. The price was reasonable and the speakers sound fantastic and they have a life-time guarantee. We will definitely use this place in the future!

The radio went out a few weeks ago. So, I gave the Electronics Masters a call. Like clockwise, I was quoted the price for a basic radio w/ Bluetooth for hands free, told to come in at such and such time, they installed an Alpine ncely and efficiently, and my wife is happy. 😃 As long as mama is happy, Im happy. Appreciate you guys looking out for us during multiple transactions. 👏 Also, I found out they can fix flat screen LCD TVs. 👍 You are definitely my first choice for all things electrical. My experience with these guys was beyond expectation. Went in today to get my cluster repaired on my GMC Sierra and they completed the job in the same day, really in a hour. Just got A radio installed on my 05 honda accord and it sounds brand new, they were very helpful and understanding with my situation and provided me with a quality and very affordable system. I refute my feedback on this place! I got my radio done by them on Feb.14!! TWO weeks later March. 2 my radio shut off I have signals kept flashing thinking ok its something wrong with my car i went to autozone got a new battery yesterday and signals went off but radio did not cut back on mind you my radio was bought 1 week before i went to take it to EMC ! They don’t want to take the responsibility for my radio. They said its inside the radio ! But the radio is new not from ebay , amazon, BEST BUY!!! “Boss is a cheaper radio” i paid 300$ for the radio im confused on cheap where? When i brought the radio in it was “all fine ready to go we fixed everything” now its a cheaper radio he told me everything else wrong but nothing about a bad radio now its not they fault. They do not honor their 90 days warranty .But best buy does & if they tell me nothing wrong with my radio we gone have a problem. Never going back !

Very knowledgeable, great experience. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars. 2004 Nissan Quest, too many electrical problems to list here, these are known for that. I was overall pleased with my experience here. When I first arrived the manager seemed a bit pushy and ina rush. I nervously handed my keys over and waited for my car alarm to be un installed. It took less then an hour and everything was in working order, he also programed my original key fob to the car and I spoke with the owner, hes very nice, hes just a very busy guy. Hence the feeling rushed at the beginning. But after speaking with him he seemed like a knowledgeable guy. I will return.
Thanks for the quality service. I took my daughter car to Electronics Master Car Audio to have a radio installed two days ago. Everyone was friendly, polite and helpful. She was unable to get her music to play from the BT and someone came out to help her get it setup. Also the price for the equipment and have them install it very reasonable. I forgot to mention that they also put a radio in my Infinite 2 years ago and we are still enjoying ours as well. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I took in my 96 C4 corvette for an instrument cluster repair. I also had the team at Electronics Master replace the existing radio. Nahid and his team took extra care of my car by storing it in their shop while awaiting for a new part. In addition to repairing my instrument cluster, they also changed the color scheme from Orange (default) to a nice Red color that matches the car. They also installed a new Alpine cd player (with all of the bells and whistles) with a new set of Pioneer speakers for the rear. Nahid is a true professional who will ensure his customers receive the highest level of service achievable. Highly knowledgeable team of experts that I certainly recommend. This will be my one stop shop for all my future car audio and electronics needs.

I’m so grateful to Electronic Masters. I went to two different shops and they told me that my s550 radio couldn’t be fixed and was trying to charge $3000+. I brought it here with my fingers crossed hoping that they could be saving grace and they were! I payed a third of the price that the dealer and independent shops were charging and they had a real quick turn around. Now my Benz is pushing out sweet tunes from the speakers and my backup camera is back working! Thanks again guys you have a loyal customer!!
After going to 2 different shops who werent able to help this one was highly recommended by Honda. Truly an amazing experience. Employees were very professional and understanding/helpful. Good Morning,It is a real joy to finally find a true professional place of business that actually delivers on what they claim to be and do. The level of their customer service and personal approach of communication was very impressive and way above normal interaction that we want to experience when we need any type of service performed. The cost for my repair was adequate and reasonable as it pertains to what they were able to resolve for me. I felt a great friendliness from all people working there through their desire to make sure I understood what they could and would do to resolve my electrical problem with my car CD. I will return to them if I ever need anything of this type of service again and highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical repairs in their cars. I bought my car stereo from them and had them install it. I am so disappointed in the end product. First I had XM Radio on my last stereo but not on this one. Was told it would be an extra hundred and something dollars to hook it up to my new one. Why? Where’s my XM Tuner? My old stereo? They threw it away. And I’m not too sure on the proper way to do it but the USB hook up is running out of the dash compartment. Now it won’t shut properly. Wanted to charge me another $300 to do front speakers. All this $700 later. Yes...$700! You’d think for that price everything would work. Not to mention the unprofessional attitude. I will not go back here again that’s for sure. I feel as if I’ve been ripped off.
Great place. Good people. Fixed my damaged factory radio in my 2017 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring. Owner didn’t give up when it got difficult to find the exact radio which was only made out of Japan which cannot be purchased. Honda dealer wanted 2000 for refurbished u it. I’m so thankful for this place. I will be returning.
This business is truly a blessing!! I have an Lexus IS250 and thought I would have to go through Lexus($2900.00) to get it but found his card in a car I bought from someone who did me wrong. He welcomed me in and started on it right away. And charged me substantially less. Under $1k. Truly a blessing and the customer service and wisdom learned from the owner was second to none. Thanks Naheed for being a person true to his word and tech did a fantastic job and only took him about an hour & a half. I will be back for some more to my car and will keep in touch!! Best electronics repair shop hands down. Forget going to the dealership for car electronics problems. This place will do the repair at a fraction of the cost and save you the headache of dealing with the dealership. Nahed, the owner is easy to deal with and does what he says he is going to do.
We came here after riding around all morning for someone to just come out and look at our car radio and tell us why it wasnt getting power. Came here and got great service and helped us out with our blown fuse . Great work guys and keep helping people and having good customer service . We will be back 😊
My tein edfc (electronic dampening force controller) had a cut wire due to it being stretched to much, it caused the controller not to work and had my coil overs stiffness stuck at being all the way stiff... which btw made for a terribly unpleasant daily driver as I could feel every little pebble under the car as I was driving it. I took my car over to their shop and they only charged me 20$ to splice the wire back together! It took them a total of about 5 minutes to do and it completely fixed my issue. This place has very good pricing and was able to get me in same day to do the fix.( which most shops had told me they had a wait list till January or by the earliest in two weeks) this shop had it done in a very timely manner and had a very friendly staff. I can not recommend them enough. I plan on going back to them for an ampAnd double din radio for my car. I don’t let a lot of shops mess with my car, but this shop is definitely one that I would trust with my build!!
This is the only place to take your car. Nahed and his team are professionals. your vehicle comes back looking exactly like you left it only with the new item installed. You can trust them with any vehicle you have and the end product is amazing. Whatever you want he has or can easily get... And within a matter of hours theyll have it installed looking factory.Ive also had my wheels and tint done there and its as good as the electrical work.Recently had installed a rear dual smart stream entertainment system and tinted my windows. The first place I took my car after leaving the lot was to electronic masters.

I came here because my car sound, cigarette lighter, Bluetooth were not connecting. Payed $400 and my Bluetooth and charger port still not working. The son was rude, but the owner is nice. I advice you take a man with you because they will try to get over on you. Will never go back.

Returning customer here!! The owner has been in this line of business for 30+ years, so he knows his stuff. I found this shop thru a Google search. They installed my LED headlights and dome lights perfectly. I went back to them to have a remote start kit installed. The owner and shop technician knew the products backwards and forwards. I was dead set on a particular kit and they simply wanted to provide me with unpressured information on another unit that integrates better with my vehicle. They were able to tell me what each does and doesnt do with precision and clarity. I went with their recommendation and am so happy I did. It works exactly as it should. I will definitely go back there as needed, I trust these guys to get the job done and at a very reasonable price.

I was referred to Electronics Masters for my radio in my Lexus GS350. In under an hour they were able to diagnose the problem and provided me a solution that saved me over $700 dollars vs the Lexus dealership. I went to this place to get my pioneer speakers installed for front and back door and also the receiver. I called in advance. I came all the way down there just for the guy to tell me $450 for an INSTALLATION! Lmao I got charged $485 for a reciever, all 4 speakers, and the connections at another spot in duluth but this place is talking about $450 for a simple installation??? A blind blonde girl can see that is a total rip off! The guy at the counter was cool though.

My car was having an issue with a battery draw related to the radio unit, and it was seen by two mechanics, one of whom was the Acura dealership. I was told it would cost at least $500 and take a minimum of 3 weeks to fix the problem. I brought my car here, and they fixed the problem in under 2 hours at a fraction of the price the dealership quoted me. Will definitely be back for any future radio needs for my car.

Just got a new car and needed (actually wanted) a remote start. Dealer wanted $914. Electronics Masters did it for more than 50% of the dealer price and it works like a champ!! I do not get into a hot car anymore. They did it timely and knew their stuff. Go there - you wont be dissappointed.
The MOST professional and HOSPITABLE stereo store I’ve ever worked with. Had systems in my car since I was 16 years old and I’ve never received more fair and kind service than here. Dropped the car off for a few hours with my (2) children and decided to take the kids on a long walk to an arcade, the staff VOLUNTEERED to come pick us up and give us a ride. Wow! Also there seemed to have been a minor issue with installation so I brought it back the next day and they IMMEDIATELY fixed it and were completely empathetic and helpful. 100% satisfaction!!

I had no sound from my BMW 650 convertible and got a quote for over $3k to get it fixed.. i called several other shops and finally another shop referred me to Electronics Masters! My bluetooth and radio were not working in my car. My auto dealer recommended Electronics Master Repair to me; so I went. My experience could not have been better! When I need a repair in an area I know nothing about, I really need to feel they are credible. I can state without hesitation the owner and staff are credible, knowledgeable and professional. The work they did for me is perfect and I will defiantly be going back for some accessories to my sound system.
I highly recommend EMR for any of your car audio repair needs. My audio went out in my car some months ago...just cruising along and suddenly no sound. I researched for months but was not happy with the suggestion to send my stereo all the way to NY or to risk someone not being totally upfront with the diagnosis. Thank God for Ty at T3 automotive where I have my car serviced that he was able to recommend Nahed at EMR. They are located in Duluth but when I tell you I was beyond pleased with every aspect of the service I received would be an understatement. Turns out it was my amplifier...EMR diagnosed within minutes and gave me several options in regards to price. I made my decision and returned after my part arrived. The service tech was awesome and did an amazing job. I couldnt be more satisfied and I am extremely particular when it comes to service. I’m more than pleased with the service I received from Electronics Masters! I highly recommend this place. My backup camera on my 2013 Range Rover Sport needed to be replaced because it no longer worked. Nahed and his crew went above and beyond to put my mind at ease, as the fix was more involved than initially anticipated (Range Rovers almost ALWAYS require something extra). In the end, the new backup camera, with the new sensors, on which I had become totally dependent upon when parking, is working LIKE NEW! They will be installing a very nice audio system in my 95 caddy that I’m restoring real soon. I’m looking forward to doing future business with Electronics Masters! Wish there were more stars to give....!
I am very satisfied with the work Electronics Master Car Audio and Tint did on my Honda Civic. I had to get all new speakers, rebuilt my Radio AMP connections and get my windows tinted. I dropped my car in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon and the price was very reasonable. Thank you!

The dvd screen in my van wasnt showing the pictures so I went in to get it checked out. They were able to diagnose my issue then order a replacement. The replacement came in less time than they told me and they installed it very quickly. Their level of customer service was amazing and they communicated with me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them.

He has repaired my dash cluster in my car and also my computer in my vehicle and done stereo installs too.. Nahed is awesome! He is honest, inexpensive, and excellent at what he does!I had an electrical issue in my Hyundai Sonata, I took it to several shops that diagnosed it as a bad computer. When I brought it in to Electronic Masters they ran a diagnostic check, changed some fuses, relays, and sensors which cost me about a 1/4 of what it would have been to replace the computer.Bring your car to him for stereo installs, ECU’s,, alarms, electrical issues etc. He is fair and honest!Great business!!!!

They did an excellent job on my wifes car replacing her radio unit in a car we had just bought. We went there with out daughter and she wanted to get food and the owner was nice enough to even let us take his car while they worked on my wifes car so that we could kill some time and grab some breakfast. The work was of good quality and Ill be back soon for a radio replacement in my car as well.

If you are like me, you usually check reviews on business establishments before spending your hard earned dollars on rewarding yourself with a new system for your car.After many references, and reading some pretty great reviews I decided to give these guys a shot. I would just like to say WOW I was seriously impressed. These guys were absolutely amazing!First off, working in retail I tend to be very observant of customer service, for a shop like this to display such excellent manner and professionalism it sort of threw me off. Honestly Im so use to being rushed and intimidated by sales rep trying to push their products on me.But this was not the case, the staff here were extremely educated about just about everything when it came to my questions and concern.Second, I loved that they went above and beyond for me.(I wont go into what exactly happen its too long) but These are redeemable qualities I look for when doing business. Truly made my day knowing that Im not just leaving my main vehicle in the hands of some strange place where literally anyone can do malicious things like stealing parts or rigging my whip.Last off, the quality of the products here are some of the top tier products on the market, and I love that they dont. Charge me an arm and a leg for it. Way to stay true to great quality and being a great contender with your competition.In conclusion I was very impressed with my service here. As a media personality, university business professor and brand endorser, I know first-hand how important customer service is. Saturday, March 4th, I had one of the most unprofessional interactions via phone call with one of Electronic Masters employees. It even seemed threatening. Multiple missteps have taken place since my car was serviced by Electronic Masters...none were my fault. Ranging from incomplete service, part not on time, disconnected ac and more... I explained to the employee that I was an upset customer. I never used profanity nor raised my voice. The employee wasnt only rude to a customer who had every right to be upset, he ended the conversation by telling me to bring the car if I want to (in a threatening manner) and hung up in my face. I am having my assistant bring the car tomorrow morning as requested by Mo (due to my work schedule). My radio unit is to be changed and my AC restored from whatever happened last time. Lets hope the next experience is a good one...its best for all parties involved. If the experience tomorrow is professional and appropriate I will update my rating, update this post and not take it any further. My request is simple; courteous service and respect.
Walked in from a previous visit to check on an install and get a scheduled time. Got there they had the Nagvigation Unit for my Lexus IS250 on hand and replaced my old unit with a refurbished one in less than an hour....THE WINNER was its working so far so good and received a year warranty on the unit as long as no physical damage is done...I HIGHLY recommend these guys...

Had a mobile lock smith fix reprogram my key fob and charged me for a replacement transponder chip. The mobile mechanic never changed my chip, hustled me and also when working in my ignition housing; scratched my electrical control module. Took it to electronic masters; not only did the do full diagnostic, clear codes, replace and reprogram my key. They are very knowledgeable and honest. Fair pricing and straight to the point. My car has been running flawlessly since and now I know you get what you pay for. If you want a professional install team I definitely recommend all friends in family to electronic master repair. I highly recommend EMR for any of your car audio repairs. My grandson inserted coins and a business card into the CD player which shorted out my radio. Had some work done here the other day and was very please. Had to replace a DVD player for the navigation on a 2003 Acura MDX and they jumped on it. If I ever need anything mechanical done in a vehicle, I definitely will go back. I also have to give a shout out to the owner, super nice guy.
About two months ago in November, 2019 my BMW f01 mechanic replaced my car battery. When I picked up my car the sound was silent. I mean no radio, CD, USB, Auxiliary nor telephone sound. I went back to have him fix it. He failed. I’ve since then taken my Bimmer to at least seven electronics repair shops with no success. The local BMW dealer suggested that I buy a new $2250.00 sound amplifier. So instead I got one used for $400.00. My mechanic installed it, but nothing worked. So today out of frustration I took the Bimmer to yet another radio repair shop. After three good hours of struggling they gave up. They refunded me the $70 diagnostic fee. As one of the shop workers drove my car out of the shop, he secretly told me to go to Electronic Master Repairs in Duluth, only fifteen minutes away. I got there at 4:30 pm without any appointment. They were working on several cars. A few minutes before closing they took my car in. Within 10 minutes they told me that they had found the problem, which was that the sound system needed reprogramming to the ECU. Man I was so happy I was laughing and giggling at the same time. These guys took great care of my 2015 Mustang after another car audio place did some shoddy work and installed some horrible speakers. Their work and the speakers they recommended thoroughly exceeded my expectations. I must admit I was skeptical but my factory system sounds 1000% better. Found Electronics Master when our DVD player in our vehicle broke. Nahed and his crew tried to repair the DVD player but it was beyond repair. They installed a far better player for a much better price than our original and made it happen in a short amount of time. Excellent service, decent prices, expert knowledge - all in one place. I needed to fix a Prius 2008 GPS and spent weeks trying to find somebody in Atlanta, GA who could do it. Alas, pretty much everybody wanted to replace the whole unit with a used one for an a overall cost close to $1,500. Until I found EMR. For less than a third of this price within one hour they replaced the screen, and voila - working very well. Most warmly recommended!

Terrible service, they over charged me for an alarm system, they installed a radio for me, they didnt have the correct kit the first day, the second day they couldnt figure out how to make the kit work with my radio and the third day the radio stopped working. I cut my losses and went to a better PROFESSIONAL SHOP. On Jimmy Carter Blvd. Lower prices more selections and guick service done right the first time

Mo will get you right.... i brought in my 2014 chevy camaro here to get my sound system replaced. After the chevy dealer tried to make me pay 1000 for another ugly factory radio. It took a lil time to get everything perfect but mo worked with me and gave me a great deal on a set of kicker subs and the pioneer 4200nex. Even threw in some additional pieces for me have all the features. Great place and even better people.. if youre in Lawrenceville or Duluth and need to get your music or anything with your car right come here. Great customer service
Great guys to deal with. Had a remote start installed on my wifes sequoia today very fast and clean install. I will be returning to have them do one on my Tundra. Very fair prices on everything with lots of selection to choose from.....(I posted this above text on Facebook a while back) since then I have had the tundra done and still feel the same way. A year later both vehicles working perfectly. Definitely will use these guys for anything I need and refer people as well.

Waste of time and very expensive, to my 92 civic ECU for repairs and it took 5 days for them to get back to me with an a estimate of over $350 for the repairs. Got a replacement from RockAuto for haft the price.
Even though its a drive for me, they really did an awesome job installing a remote start for my scion, they even found a spare key to my car inside the dash. Glad I came here for some custom service
Electronics Master did an excellent job with a subwoofer installation on my 2015 Mustang, fixed a bad cable at no cost and they took great care of my car.Im extremely happy with the sound, clean install and Electonics Masters recommendations for sub and amp. I will be using them for future installation of the additional interior speakers.
Did a great job installing the aftermarket backup camera and video monitor/mirror. Routing of cables was neat, clean and professional. They are not the cheapest place in the world, but they do a quality job! Would go there again.

Scam artists!!!!!!!!!Dont go there!!!!!! I was lied to and riped off for 300 dollars. Guy says he ll fix my old radio so i said ok. Comes back says its fixed n Charges me 480 bucks i get in the car n i see somebody elses used radio thats worth like 120 bucks. So there goes his mother!
Highly recommend! My screen on my Prius blew out and I thought I was going to have to replace the entire thing. They fixed it like new and saved me a TON of money.
When i tell you that i am a very skeptic person, please believe me. But on this day, walking into Electronics Masters location and speaking to the professional staffs led by the owner..Naheed himself you get a sense professionalism at best. I took my mercedes benz g63 Braubus edition to them and this guys at Electronics Masters went above and beyond to install a remote starter, a drone/gps starter, change my entire wood interior and steering wheel to an entire Carbon Fiber all in 1 day. Believe me when i tell you that seeing in believing... i was overwhelmly so so satisfied with the outcome. Now all my friends want them to do the exact same to their vehicle. I just went there and I was quoted one price for installation of a system with DVD screen and back up camera. Back in Dec But now they are exaggerating the labor and time it takes to install and are doubling the price for the same system. I have been wanting to purchase since before Christmas. Now I have to find either the Koreans or Vietnamese shop for a better real price.

This will be my first ever Google review and i hope it helpsThe team of people were great, however the results were not.A gentleman was getting his truck worked on at the same time as me and they ended up messing up his xm radio where the truck no longer recognize it even existed. His words were it wont show up, not even on the screen like it never exsisted. Which made me worry because my truck was still in back.They pulled his truck back, tweaked it it worked he left. 5 mins later he comes back and now his digital gas meter is not working on his dash it was telling him that he truck was on E.When I got mine back, the guy pulled up and it sounded good. I went in to pay and camr back outside, when I turned the car back on no sub was booming. Just a pulsing sound from the subs every 10 secs or so. So they brought it back in, tweaked something and eventually it sounded good again brought it back out. Once the guy opened the door he said hold on, and the brand new subs they put in blew.They again pulled it back around and somehow I get blamed for turning the bass all the way up on my system. Keep in mind after siting in the store for 3 hours I was only in my vehicle for 5 mins tops out of the (two times they brought it back out).So again they took it back a 3rd time swapped the speaker/sub and it was working again. I tested everything. Lowered the base and drove home fine. 30 mins later hop back in my car to run an errand and that same pulse is back.This time I wanted to check everything. So I started panning my system and listening. Turns out my left front dash speaker is blown my factory bass only plays when panned in the right zones. I have a factory 7 speaker bose system. Which only 1 is blown and 5 others are working. Yes that means 1 speaker is not working (my center dash speaker)I will be returning on Monday to receive a full refund for my system.They are nice people but I was not satisfied with the service.Please excuse any typos I wrote this in my phone

This is an extremely expert level car audio and repair shop they told me things about my car that i never knew and helped me gain an understanding that only people with years of experince dealing with multitudes of electronic issues could possibly know. If i could give them a 10/5 stars i would but its simply not available.

Beware, these guys are scam artist. I sold these guys a used navigation to replace one of their customers cars they broke via ebay. They filed a false report with ebay for a return and they they kept the navigation I sent them and sent me back the broken unit. If this is how they do business on ebay just think what they are doing to their retail customers.I shipped the working radio to your address.

So I went in to have my car stereo enhanced On my 2020 equinox with adding sub woofers to my factory systemThey Quoted Me how much is gonna costI let them do the work long story short I get my car back theres a lot of interference coming from the Sub woofers When I took it back to them the already knew what the problem was they tell me all you need another device which is going to cost about $300 but we will do it for you for half price I do feel like it a scam to get more money from me The device that I neededonly cost $39 And when I research the Amplifier that they put in mcy car I could have gotten much better and cheaper had I just ordered it myself they overcharge me big time.Ok day 2 I took my car to some real professionals And have them to inspect the job that was previously done by these people hereImmediately they found several things that was wrong with the install the audio jacks was tied into the speaker wires that was used was corroded on the end he took it out he showed me the power cord it does not match the same size as the ground wire installed the amp and overall he said is just a poor job The owner was real upset about this review that I wrote Did he really think I was gonna bring my car back to them.!!!
I was told by tiger glass tinting that they were as good as monster custom but my gut said something was off but tiger glass and my family been in biz and friends for while so i trusted them . i wanted to get my two 12 kicker comp r subs and kicker amp and my capacitor they said was gona be 3 hrs it turned into over 5 hrs and still wasnt done right i had to bring it back 3 times to have issues fixed and then the last time the owner had attuide because i gave him audio advice on wat i say on google for my car and it went down hill from there the son who works there is a cool dude if he had his own show and not with owner i would go but i asked for refund he told me to leave and got in my face like he wanted to box but did nuttin but rant and rav . the store is a joke and over priced save your money go to monster or car tun. there store set up is stuff layin all over floor like a flee market and glass displayes with lights and wireing hanging around . there waiting room is size of a shoe box and has weird stuff on the tv everytime you go there magnet phone holders are way over prices they charge 50 when there online for 20 . and the are middle eastern they dont care about any of there custmers i got my money back threw my credit card thank god saved me from small clams court

Poor customer service I went in the store ready to buy head unit for my Camry told the guy what I was looking for and he told me that the guy l needed to talk with was in the restroom so the first guy went in the back 15min later nobody came back upfront to assist me when my wife and I walked out of the store the first guy came back out to the front counter if they didnt want to serve me they have told me when we first walked in

2022-02-26I called to see if I can get a new head unit installed, the phone was picked up quickly, the person speaking was very professional and nice. They worked me into their schedule because I needed the unit installed that same day and it was done quickly and carefully. They did it for a good price as well, and Nahed was nothing but nice and welcoming. We had a great conversation and overall it was a great experience!

2022-04-10Great people! Took my 2013 Mercedes c350 to Electronic Masters after taking it to another shop previously who did no help. My car was playing no sound at all no radio no Bluetooth no aux nothing! The shop I previously took to BEFORE Electronic Masters had my car a whole Month and still didn’t fix the issue. Once I took my car to Electronic Masters they quickly had my sound working and a new screen installed in a very timely manner within a few days. The people their went above and beyond and were very friendly and always fixed any issues I had. Even with my car being a fiber optic running system they easily took care of the issues! 2022-04-16The guys here are very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. Brought my fiancés car here after I installed a aftermarket head unit. I wired the steering wheel control module incorrectly and did the same with the back up camera that I purchased for use on the car. The reverse lights stopped working after I installed everything thing. I didn’t know what the problems were so I contacted EMR for help and they said to bring the car to them and they would diagnose what the problems were. In less than a day they had the problems figured out and quoted me a very reasonable price to fix all the problems. They had it done the same day that I brought car to them. I would highly recommend them. I will definitely go back to them for any electronic or car audio issues.

2022-02-17Absolutely love this place ! I tried to get a new radio installed a whilee ago back and the person was unprofessional and did not know what he was doing . My original radio in my car just recently went out so I took my car to the Electronic Master Shop and he told me off bat that the man messed me up. He gave me fair prices , and honestly did not seem like he tried to get over. Prices so fake i went back the same day just to do a diagnostic he came back after look and told me he is going to fix everything right now and the prices was reasonable considering what the other guy messed up ! He is also very nice and works fast & efficient take your car here !!!!! I will be back to get a rear camera installed soon !!!

2022-05-13My 1983 El Camino had a bad wiring problem with the lights; nobody wanted to work on a car as old as mine. Electronic Masters diagnosed and had the majority of the repairs done in a day. Also found a problem with my brake switch, and cleaned it up without charge. I now have LED lights on the car , and it functions great. I will definitely come back to them.

2022-02-04Quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue with my Lexus not playing any sound which is unfortunately not heard of - but the pricing was more than fair compared to the research Ive done. Plus the owners are so very nice!

2022-06-18Sham company. Referred by my mechanic. Owner bragging about the cost of 1100.00 to get a refurbished command unit was a deal. Taken advantage of because I am a woman. Jonathan never returned my cds in my old unit. GPS wasnt updated. Owner asked for more money to update. They have an road assistant driver from Mercedes working on your vehicle.Refused to keep giving money to owner. I will never recommend this place.

2022-05-19I was referred to this place by a Colleague in regards to Auto Parts and Accessories installation I had them put on a Hood, Head Light Assembly kit, Apple Play and Android Radio blue tooth system,After the installation was completed there were I 🤔 thought very important details not completed in addition, they would not remember some things that were supposed to be however, over all the work was pretty good I just wish they would follow thru on everything thats agreed upon. And Hold everyone accountable for paying attention to detail.

2021-07-13This place is amazing. I highly recommend you to come here if you need a touch screen radio put in. My car is a 2011 Toyota Camry and he made my car look amazing now. This place can fix anything from radios, lights, cameras and speakers. He basically can fix anything for your car. He will hook you up with anything.
