I would definitely rate this Enterprise franchise as a 5++++ rating. I usually get anxiety when I go to places where people are trying to make a sale. Because usually all the shady stuff is used on the unsuspecting customers, I did not get that feeling here. Everything was no pressure purchasing. Ms Diandre Clarke was very pleasant to work with, and if I may add she’s an established author “cutting chocolate “. As I was waiting to sign the paperwork I noticed her book. I am currently going through chemotherapy and I had just come from a doctor appointment and was hoping not to have to deal with fake car salesmen. Mrs. Clarke restored my views about selling cars, I am thankful for my husband and I crossing paths today with her and I pray for a healthy birth for her new family edition just waiting to experience this earth journey. I will tell others to visit if they want to buy without the drama and deception. Again thank you

Bought a vehicle a Total lemon… please do not trust anyone from this place… they say one thing and turnaround and do another. Racheal Bennett is a typical sales representative that tells you what you want to hear until you sign and doesn’t return a call if her life depended on it. There has to be a way to hold people accountable for this kind of theft. Do not trust anyone in this establishment they are all crooks with a smile…
I Was Sold A Car With A Bad Transmission. I’m Sure It Was Known By The Salesman Based Off The Whole Encounter, But He Said What He Had To To Get The Sale And The Car Gone. No Accountability Was Taken. Only Repeated That The Car Was Serviced Beforehand And That The Carfax Could Be Shown. I Checked Myself And The Only Thing Serviced Was The Oil Change And Not The Date That The Service Manager Says. Managers Never Gotten Back With Me After I Left The Voicemail About The Car Getting The Transmission Code. Though I Received Multiple Calls About The Bad Review I Left On The 7th Day Of Having The Car. Week 3 And My Car Is Just Now Approved To Be Serviced And No Rentals Are Available. Not To Mention I’ve Had The Car Less Than 30 Days. Between Enterprise And Nissan Dealership Runarounds I Am Very Annoyed, Disappointed, And Regretful Of My Purchase.UPDATE: Area Manager Kelly Burrell Is Amazing! She Made Me Feel Much Better And Did Everything Possible To Help. If I Could’ve Started The Process With Her, The Whole Experience Would Have Been 100% Better.

I went to the enterprise sales location at 3050 satellite Blvd today, and I will be the first to say that the entire team is awesome beyond words!!! I was online Friday looking for Chevy impala, and got a call from Kareem Lopez. Now this young man should seriously be recognized for his dedication for making you want to purchase a vehicle from enterprise auto sales! We chatted for a few minutes on Friday about the impala and he told me that the vehicle was already sold. I was somewhat disappointed and he must have sensed it, and while we talked he saw something online and told me there was another one for a cheaper price at another location and said he would pick it personally and have it at the dealership Saturday! A true man of his word. And let me tell he came through like a champ! 10 star service!!! No joking! We test drove it and man that is one of the best purchases of a used car I have ever made! Now mind you Kareem did his thing, professional, polite, fun to talk with. No pressure whatsoever and was truly honest about everything! Now even though Kareem did his part, his teammates were just as awesome! They made me feel like they were welcoming me into their homes. The gentleman that helped with financing, was just as awesome, and there was a young lady who gives out great hugs! Now that reminded me so much of how we greet people back home in Louisiana! Had a great experience buying a car from Enterprise car sales. Ms. Houston was right on point to listen what I was looking for something that adjust to my needs and budget. She came with three cars to narrow my search and allows me to test drive. Even if it was late after hours she stayed and get all my paperwork done so I can get approve, next day she called me and give me the good news that she have everything ready, went to dealer to seal the deal and Mrs. Stacey is very professional, exellent service and go above and beyond to meet my expected montly car payment but also worker hard to get me the best APR% even if my credit was not to great to work with. I strongly recommend this location in particular personnel very professional, nice, great customer service. Our recent purchase of a used vehicle from Enterprise in Duluth, GA was handled smoothly and professionally. The vehicle was in excellent condition as stated and we had access to a CARFAX report prior to visiting the dealership.A minor but safety-related issue which was not apparent during our initial inspection arose, and Enterprise had a third-party service technician at our house first thing next morning, who rectified the situation to our complete satisfaction with zero inconvenience or expense on our part.A big shout out to Rachael Bennett for handling the transaction and resolving the issue with skill and poise. I can recommend Rachael and Enterprise without reservation. They will be our first stop when we buy another vehicle.

I’m so happy that I chose to purchase my car at The Enterprise Car Sales in Duluth, GA. I had a horrible experience with a dealership next door to them and then had a wonderful experience with Enterprise. I called and Shareef took my application over the phone. He got me pre- approved within 30 minutes and scheduled a day to come purchase my vehicle. He was very helpful, courteous and loved his job. He made me feel like a VIP customer when I arrived, he offered me food and water, very patient with details on what car I wanted to buy, and the whole process was smooth and quick. Shareef even helped me return my Enterprise rental and followed me to a gas station to put gas in my new car. I would recommend this Enterprise location and this great salesman, Shareef to anyone I knew and I also plan to return for my next vehicle purchase in the future. I purchased a vehicle at this location back in 2016, I wasnt disappointed with my experience being that I was a first time buyer. I decided to trade in for a newer model. I knew what I wanted, which was an SUV. I test drove a few, and ended up purchasing a 2020 model SUV, the experience was a little different but I was very happy with the outcome and Diandre C. Was amazing, she took good care of me, and made sure I left happy. I would recommend to family and friends looking to purchase or trade in a vehicle.

Wow.. I had no idea it would be this easy going into this. When our 2nd car gave up, we started looking at Enterprise car sales because we have rented vehicles from the Atlanta Hwy Bogart store for 3 yrs now. I had spoken with them several times about buying on of their fleet cars.Well, the day came and we looked on line and found several cars I wanted to see. I called the Duluth branch and spoke with BreAnne Stephens, told her what I was interested in and she had 2 of the SUVs from Marietta store bought to Duluth and set an appointment for me to come over. When I got there, she sat me in her office and asked me questions like What is your budget?, What are your must haves in a car? things like that. She is all about YOU and want you need. Then she pulled keys of cars they had on lot that matched me. We test drove 3 of them. I picked my favorite.Then Devin Anderson came into play.. He rocked it. He got me a GREAT interest rate with a good FICA score. He was very personable and went over everything with me. I had an amazing experience initially buying the car, from follow up, to help in choosing color and what works best for me. As soon as the car was purchased, customer service went to 0 stars. They are more concerned about making profit than executing the remaining tasks. I was going to school in GA, but was a DE resident. They sent my title work and tag registration to DE. After about 2 weeks, I would call to get an update, and they would say, “we’ll call you back.” This lasted for 12 weeks and they would never call. I would have to call consistently to hear back from them. They would leave me on hold for hours at a time, and still no resolution. I would have appreciated if they were honest that they did not have the answers I was looking for and that they were still trying to figure the situation out, instead of promising me dates and times. The first temporary tag that they handed me was in some random guys name, I could have had a serious issue if I got pulled over. Until the very end, it was a complete mess. Once I got my mother involved, then they wanted to apply pressure, 5 months later. I have worked with Enterprise car sales in the past at other locations, and had exceptional service, even after purchasing. I DO NOT recommend the Duluth location, you are looking for hell.

She is an asset to Enterprise. she went above and beyond to make feel my purchase is what I really wanted and that my price was what I needed and deserved. it was the best and quickest service I have experienced in a car for myself.

I literally noticed a handprint on my car in passing and Kellye would not let me leave without taking it to the car wash for me. That was very kind of her.No business is without flaws, however.There were a few hiccups along the way: my car did not arrive at the time they promised, which they were apologetic for. I had to call countless times to rectify some issues with my purchase order to the point Kareem just got tired of hearing from me, it felt like. They’d promise to call back but I’d hear nothing. That was a bit frustrating and I almost changed my mind.In the end, I ended up purchasing from them because they went out of their way to compensate for my frustration. I was very grateful for that. That’s the best you can hope for in a car dealership. An attentive team and that alone made me stay.I would advise that you keep the contact info of your personal salesman so you can contact them directly with any issues you have. Great experience. I thought my total was a bit high for one week and a day and the rep was professional enough to double check everything. Not that the total was wrong but I was able to switch from a daily rate to the weekly rate which saved me money. Very pleased with the service and car.

My car came with issues that were noted at purchasing. But since I could not take it to get fix within two weeks of buying bc I travel for work, enterprises refused to fix it afterward. Bad business but sales reps were amazing and tried their best to help even though management refused

So, pulled the trigger after much research and ultimately a recommendation by my son. I am now the VERY proud owner of a 2020 Mazda Grand Touring CX-5.Yep, I had virtually bought a vehicle over the internet! Now I still had to sign all the paperwork after I took it for a test drive. So had I hated it, which I knew I wouldnt, I was not obligated to complete the transaction. So it really was not as hazardous to do as it sounds.I was going to go to my credit union for financing. However on speaking to Ashley Mattison on the phone, she encouraged me to do the online application. They use multiple lenders. and in less than an hour she called me back to tell me I had the financing at the rate of 2.68%, beating my credit union rate of 3.89% !I can highly recommend Enterprise for purchases. The vehicles are excellently maintained and well priced. Mine was a good deal below the Bluebook Value. Ashley was an awesome young lady and made this the most enjoyable car transaction I have ever had.

My sales experience at Enterprise Duluth, GA was, overall, low pressure and pleasant. The agent working with me, Myron Miles, was very helpful, for the most part.The sale was quick and quite effortless and the paperwork and financial end was relatively painless (which speaks volumes if you have had the misfortune of doing it in a dealership).I was also looking for a second vehicle for my wife, and actually found one I really liked, out of state. While discussing transfer progress, it was sold out from under me. Disappointing.

The only problems we experienced were on our end with my insurance changeover. She was so patient with me. And my 2015 Dodge Charger is simply awesome! We enjoyed our car buying experience with Enterprise Car Sales in Duluth,GA. I met with Xavier and told him the make and model car we were trying to find. He found our car a 2017 Jaguar XF in Miami. I made arrangements with him to transfer the car to Duluth. We found the car to be in immaculate condition. We test drove it and my wife loved the car. Xavier helped to make this an enjoyable experience and I would certainly recommend Enterprise Car Sales to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. I called before going about a car I saw online. That car was waiting for me at the front door area cleaned up and with a tank of gas. Upon arrival though I found something I liked better. My sales person was excellent. He addressed my questions and walked me through the lot multiple times. When I made a decision he completed the purchase process quickly and kept me informed along the way of the actions being talken to clean and gas up my car. He presented it to me with a shiny bow and took pictures. I was pleased with the entire process and my car feels like it belongs to me and gets great gas mileage. I would highly recommend Enterprise.

2021-11-13This was the best experience ever in buying a vehicle. The staff, Kelly, Blaze and Mitchell were so helpful and friendly. They quoted and stuck with their very fair trade in prices for a down payment. They treat you with the upmost respect unlike any other car dealer. Ive NEVER had such a positive experience.
