Enterprise Mill was a very nice venue. It was ready when we arrived and very clean so where the bathrooms. It wouldnt hold a large party but I would say we had 50-60 people . There was plenty of room with some to spare. Holds maybe 125 plus table and chairs. It also has a small kitchen if anything needs to be prepared. I will recommend to others(not just wedding venue. Available for your choice of event)

Heather and staff were great, this was a fantastic place to hold a wedding, the loft that is now available for the Bride and Bridesmaids to get ready was the best, they did a great job on it. Food was pricey but worth it. We had a blast

I booked my wedding here in 2018 and the venue required full payment within a month or less of booking. I had an increase in my guest list size and needed to change to a different venue. It was almost a year prior to my event, but Enterprise Mill would not give me any of my money back. It was as though they were trying to force me to have my wedding there. I spent months going back and forth with them causing me great stress and health issues. They have no compassion or sympathy for their customers and only care about money. If considering booking this venue, just beware of the contract as I am sure that they have not changed it. No refunds are given for any reason! I am curious to know how they handled the wedding cancellations due to COVID-19 this past year.

Good day,I am extremely disappointed in the service my fiancé and I received from Heather Bowen at Enterprise Mills Events. Planning a wedding during this pandemic has been extremely stressful. When we researched Enterprise Mills Event, we were extremely excited for our tour and hopeful we found our wedding venue. Unfortunately, the pleasant individual via email was not who we met in person. Heather did not respect us enough to greet us. She did not take the time to introduce herself to us. She did not even bother to ask for our names. When we entered the building we were addressed with “ how many people are you expecting?” I was not prepared for us to experience that level of degrading and unprofessional service. She thought that little of us to not be courteous and professional but wanted to ask how long we were engaged. She appeared to be uninterested in showing us the venue space as if she did not want our business. We were informed the rental hours are 5 hours for decorations and 4 hours for the event. When my fiancé asked the cost for additional hours. She was extremely dismissive and made it known that the bartender rate would be higher. She did not provide us with the additional fees by fiancé was asking for. The level of service from Heather Bowen was extremely disappointing and insulting. We were not treated with the respect and professionalism we deserve. It could have been due to her personal biases/prejudices or just her true personality towards everyone. However, she is a poor representation for this organization. I am a registered nurse, and my fiancé and I both work for the federal government. We both know the importance of professionalism and respecting individuals. Our veterans are the reason we are employed. My fiancé is also a veteran and proudly served our country. Our wedding planner is fully aware of the situation. I can assure you; this type of poor service does negatively impact businesses.

As a professional Wedding Planner from a much larger city, its always interesting to work with venues in smaller cities. Often times, they are outdated, or not up to par. Enterprise Mill however is a DREAM. I wish that it was closer to Nashville, so that I could work with them more often. The staff is friendly, you have the space for the entire day, which in venue world isnt always the case, the space itself is stunning, and the food is incredible. Its clean, well kept, has great AC, the lights are on dimmers, they have tables and chairs available... its a WIN WIN WIN WIN all around.We work with clients all over the country planning their big days, and it makes the entire process so much better when the venue is willing to work together. They are 5 STAR in our book! We cant wait to work another wedding in Augusta, and they will remain at the top of our preferred vendor list for our Georgia market.Well done, Enterprise Mill! We hope to work together again soon!

Went to a wedding there, and it was beautiful :) Nice ceremony in the outdoor brick-enclosed area, and beautiful indoor reception right next to it. Theres a lot you can do with the room to decorate it how youd like. Only drawback was that the bathrooms werent close to the room. But otherwise great!

We held a massive presentation at Enterprise and are thrilled with the experience. It was wonderful from the prep, when Heather and her team worked tirelessly to make every detail perfect, to the execution, when the food, atmosphere, and technology all worked perfectly. At a very nerve racking event, this team was who I wanted beside me! I would highly recommend this event space!

Best venue EVER!!! From the minute I saw this venue I knew this is where we would have our wedding! It was perfect!!! Heather was amazing to work with and willing to help in any way. The food was fantastic, everyone kept telling us how much they enjoyed it. The service was amazing, they truly went above and beyond!! Everyone that worked the wedding was very professional, experienced and super nice. I didnt feel like I had to ask for anything because it was already there. We booked the loft for the guys and the Starch room for the ladies to get ready in and it was perfect! I am in love with the Starch room and cant wait to come up with an excuse to have another event there!! Enterprise Mill was the perfect venue for the most magical day!! Thank you all so much!!! I love the pictures you posted!! Worth every penny!!! You truly get what you pay for, I couldnt be any happier. Cant wait to find an excuse to use this venue again!! Im thinking baby shower.... 😃
