Rented a car while our family SUV was being repaired. Made reservation short notice online. They had no issue honoring my husband’s state employee discount. We received great service. Employees were very helpful and when my husband mentioned that the car I had received was not clean inside they were quick to give a discount and an apology. No weird charges, no accusations of damage, no “bad attitudes”. Just good service. We would have no issue with using them again if needed.
LAZY & VERY UNPROFESSIONAL JERRY OR WHATEVER THE GUYS NAME WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER NEVER BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN.he was late to work and the only one there and was rude with my reservation even though he said to come back the car was still not there nor ready. i wasted gas and time and cost me A LOt OF MONEY because of this and he never even apologized.
Very bad experience with this company do not return calls. Very hard to reach them to discuss your rental fees but continue to charge your account and dont send any receipts explaining the charges once they debit your account. Was told the branch manager will get with me before they finally bill no call but my account were debit anyway. The rental was due to me being in a car accident.
Posting for my retired mother and elderly grandmother:Please do not waste your time here!!I drive a Tahoe regularly but reserved a mid-sized sedan on December 6th for a short family vacation that my elderly mother and myself would be taking on December 20th.When I arrived at the front desk on December 20th as previously agreed upon and confirmed by Enterprise and myself, the attendants attitude was lackluster at best. He unapologetically stated that my reserved vehicle was not available. He was unable to explain why every other vehicle on the lot was “spoken for” yet my reservation 2 weeks prior was unable to “speak for” a mid-sized sedan for myself and my mother; Nor was I informed prior to my arrival that my reservation had been mishandled and they no longer had any mid-sized sedans available so that I could make alternate plans. We drove from out of town specifically to pick up our reserved vehicle, so a forewarning would have mitigated additional time/gas spent. The attendant did however offer to up-sale me a more expensive vehicle than the one we originally reserved. I’ve never been to a business that would allow the customer to pay for a mistake made by the business.After refusing his offer to have me pay more money for an Escalade, he persisted that I just “go ahead and fill out the rental documents” with my personal information/insurance information/emergency contacts anyway. I informed him again that I did not budget my Christmas vacation around an Escalade rental that was more than 3 times the amount of the sedan we had reserved. After offering a few more vehicles on the lot for an increased fee and my refusing multiple times to fill out the paper work and give my credit card, I walked out of the office with no rented vehicle. I understand that I could have asked for a supervisor or manager, but at that moment and since I’ve lacked confidence in any company/manager that would practice such behavior. I feel as though the service I was provided was sub-par, dishonest, and downright perfidious based on my age and gender.After reading the other horrifying reviews on this business, I will never be returning. I urge others to learn from my mistakes and read reviews prior to using any business, no matter how large/well known. I’m confident the only reason this location has not yet been closed is due to lack of competitors in the area.
I reserved a intermediate SUV, went to pick it up and had no vehicle. The only thing they had was a Ford Ranger truck and a 4 door mini Cooper. I called the reservation center and all they could do was apologize. I had no problem with staff, they were very nice in Bainbridge. The service center is my problem, they told me earlier in the week Thomasville had a SUV, the next Thomasville called me and said they didnt have one. SAD!!
Giving this location two stars due to the customer service recieved have during a phone call. I called to ask about exchanging a rental that I feel unsafe driving. The agent who answered the phone made me feel as if she was eager to end the call, as she interrupted several times to explain away problems with that Id barely begun to explain. After 2 minutes of typing with no communication, she offered me a number to a different location. I strongly feel as if the situation could have been handled much more pleasantly.
Another worthless Enterprise location. I rented a car one way from Norfolk, VA to Bainbridge, GA to help my mom with my dads funeral. I turned in the rental car on May 30, 2019. After I turned over the keys the lady says thank you and have a nice day. A week later June 6, 2019 I get an email saying that the car was damaged and they want me to make an insurance claim. There was nothing wrong with that car and if there were something wrong why did it take a week for me to be informed? I have a phone but Enterprise sends me an email a week after? So, I called (again a week has gone by) to dispute and no one seems to know what the damage is or where the damage is at. They transfer me to some other office and the whole office is closed for lunch and then I get hung up on by a computer. I thought Enterprise in Hammond, Indiana was garbage hoping that was just a bad location but it seems to be a nationwide problem. Do not rent from these crooks. Go with another company or take a different means of transportation. If you absolutely have to rent from Enterprise then take pictures of the car bumper to bumper and side to side at the time of delivery or they WILL try to scam you or use you to cover up there own screw up.
Totally unprofessional .not only that attitude wasnt its best....i booked a car a week in advance . On the day of pick up they inform me that they did not only have the car I reserved but can they put me in a mini van . I specifically reserved a compact suv.. the person at this location name was Greg.. he gave me & my mother n law bad service & his attitude was unacceptable..i will never book with the location in Bainbridge Ga again .. Ill take a chance on booking in other close states like Tallahassee fl or Dothan AL. This service was not 5 stars not even half of a star! Disappointed highly
If they treat you like family, I hate to see their enemies. 🙄 You call and stay on hold for 12 minutes and then get hung up on- several times. But.... They are sure quick to run that debit card through when they want to instead of when the car is returned. Then its crickets you hear when you have a question. Very very poor service. AND if you call corporate, all they do is transfer you back to the location. I would rather walk in a flood zone all the way to Hell than rent another car from them.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END AND AFTERWARDS!!! I dont know what kind of training they have if any. I was given the keys. Directed to where the car was. And the African American little boy went onto the next customer. They kept my $200 deposit. The little boy said to me while we were doing the paperwork that HE HAD FAILED HIS AUDIT THREE TIMES, WOW ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? HE ALSO FAILED TO GIVE ME ANY PAPERWORK. WHEN I ASKED FOR IT HE TOLD ME IT WILL BE ALRIGHT!!! INFORMING ME THAT IF SOMETHING WENT WRONG TO CALL THIS NUMBER. And handed me a business card. I called the corporate office over a three weeksspan about the $200, my paperwork and the HORRIBLE customer service.four times. All they could do was enter my information into the system. I was told by all four representatives that a supervisor would return my call within 48 hours. GUESS WHAT SURPRISE I HAVENT HEARD BACK FROM THE FIRST SUPERVISOR! I WILL NEVER CONSIDER RENTING A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!John , I just read a reply to a customer a couple of days ago. You said to email you and that you can try to make things right. THAT IS A CROCK OF S H I T!!!
I gave this location one star because there are no other options - they certainly deserve less. We made a reservation one week in advance for a mid-size SUV. In the late afternoon and one hour before we were supposed to pick up the car, I received a call from this location saying that unfortunately we dont have the car size that you reserved. That call should have been made much earlier in the day. Only option given to us was to rent us a small car, which is not what we wanted for a family trip nor what we reserved. What a waste of time. I dont recommend this location at all. Next time we will do business in Tallahassee or Thomasville.
Overbooked and canceled our rental the day before we were to pickup the car. Other locations were triple the price due to being a last minute rental and they said getting a comparable price from a sister location was out of their control. Extremely upset with this company and will be calling corporate over the matter. This trip was for a medical procedure with non refundable deposits and unless I figure out an alternative, I am out $1500 because of this company.
Didnt get to rent a car cause she ran my card with the wrong amount and they have a policy that only allows them to run your card once every 24 hours. My kids were sad they couldnt go to the aquarium cause I only have one bank account and she wanted a card from a second one. Who has two bank accounts at two different banks? Annoying
Tried to get a rental in Albany ga cause I hit a deer on my car .And come to find out I cant be rented a car from them because back in 2015 I suppose to let my daughter drive it and she wasnt suppose too .So when I took it back why I wasnt confronted about this then. I guess they got upset cause I called corporate on them for holding cars for them to drive on the weekend. But I wouldnt send anyone to this location .Poor service and bad attitudes .I wish I can take this one star back thanks for nothing. Barbara Screen
I sent a family member up there to get a car and the information that was told me we will be contacting corporate for the manager Greg. He’s unprofessional, the broke down car cleaner man was laying down in the chairs as customers walk in, and one of the employees was laughing as a customer was being told there weren’t anything available. Everyone up there is unprofessional and do not deserve a job. Will be contacting corporate.
Reserved a car for the next day pickup at 4:30 pm then 15 minutes later a girl called back and told me you might get a car tomorrow but well let you know by 4:00 pm, i said that was not acceptable the original person did not say that and either i do or dont have a car and that i cant wait till half an hour before pick up to know whether or not i get a car, so i called thomasville and i explained to them what bainbridge told me, they said that was not right and they would hold a car for me, the next day about 10 the girl from bainbridge said i still might not get a car and i told her cancel my reservation because the nice people 45 minutes away from me (vs 5 minutes in bainbridge) in thomasville held me a car, i then called thomasville to make sure and yes they still had my car and upgraded free, so i will never do business with enterprise in bainbridge, Ill drive the xtra time and go to thomasville

2021-12-23I called Enterprise and made an appointment. They called me before the time to let me know that they didnt have a regular car in but they would upgrade me for the same price as a regular vehicle. They were very professional and made sure the car was washed and cleaned up and then one of the employees came to pick me up.I have always loved the way Enterprise treated me. I will be renting again.

2022-02-25Dont bother renting here. Every excuse in the world they give. No customer service at all and dont know how to do a simple job. Waited to the last minute to tell me i couldnt rent there bc i have a florida dl. My house is 39 miles away from this location. Corporate office says if its within 50 miles

2021-06-07Customer service was and is horrible. who so ever is Mr. Parker was very unprofessional, he told us what ever we wanted to hear just to get us off the phone. the office is under staffed horrible. so what does priority pass even mean we were still made to wait until almost 5pm being that we got here at 3:30pm....

2021-09-09The worst experience I’ve ever had with Enterprise. I’ve been using this rental car service for 20+ years. The Bainbridge customer service is dishonest & unreliable. We made pick up reservation and after 2 hours, never heard anything from branch location and could not reach anyone by phone. Once contact was made, representative informed us they could not pick us up, we’d have to find our own ride to branch location. Once we “bummed” a ride from mechanic shop to location, we were then told there were no cars available. Unbelievable disaster! We’re stranded hours away from home. When if told initially at time reservation was booked, we’d not left our house until there was availability or we would have booked at a different location. Here I sit at the Bainbridge location in disbelief of unprofessionalism & extreme inconvenience.*branch manager also told regional that contact had been made with us informing us of situation, which was a complete lie. No missed calls or emails to confirm any effort made my the Bainbridge location to contact us. Complaint filed.

2022-01-31Ive rented here twice before and both times Ive had a hard time getting my deposit back. Custer service is rotten. A one star rating is entirely too much for them but I havent found a negative option.

2021-02-05I made a reservation a week before I needed the car to drive to the Atlanta airport to make sure we would have one. We arrived early and we were told that there was no car available even though we had a reservation and they didn’t know when one would be available or how they were going to fulfill our reservation. When we called and talked to the reservation center they said we will have someone call you in the next couple minutes with a fix and that never happened. What is the point of a reservation if the company isn’t going to stand by it? We will never rent from this company again after this mess.

2021-10-31I have rented cars in several locations. I have to give this Bainbridge GA. location a 100 and 10 per cent. Xavier McGill & Kiara Crawford were very knowledgeable and explained every detail to me. They were very respectful. I will drive the 50 miles to rent from this location and so will everyone of my friends and family. Again kudos to the Enterprise in Bainbridge GA.

2021-03-03Reserved a mid-sized SUV 2 weeks ahead of time to be picked up at 8AM. On the day of, the vehicle wasn’t available because of a “snag.” The representative told us the car would be available if we waited 30 minutes. We returned an hour later to find that the vehicle still wasn’t available. We lost half a day of travel time. I will not be using Enterprise again, and I recommend that you don’t either.
