If you need to rent a car and you need the BEST service, look no further. The attention was superb, the staff is amazing specially Mr. Collin Jones. He helped me rent a car for almost 2 months after an accident and he was checking up on me every week, he gave me the best deal and assisted me until the very last day of rental. He even called 2 days after the rental period had ended to confirm I was doing good in my new car. Its really great to deal with people that enjoy helping others.Thank you so much for a truly remarkable experience !!!
Today May 2019I love these guys..... Deontrae Lashawn Hicks is awesome .... He knows his stuff and we always leave with a smile 😉 .... Great ServiceHorrible! (From a few years ago)They screwed up my previous reservation but I got over it and thought that they would be better this time. I go in the day before my reservation and I speak with them, just to make sure everythings OK. Im promised my pick of the vehicles because the whole parking lot is full and I tell them what I want. Theyre nice to me and they just keep saying good things and how happy Im going to be. I left feeling blessed....I drive all the way back to Brunswick to pick up my vehicle and they only give me the options of two nasty old vehicles that smelled. They were reject vehicles... what kind of customer service is that!!!!! Im promised one thing and then handed another!!! This is a very special trip and they ruined it and I cant stand them and Ill never trust him again!!! They are obviously idiots with no customer service skills or integrity... if I was a customer they’ve never waited on it’s bad but when I have been a loyal customer for years .... what does that tell you... They don’t care!!!! Never AGAIN!!!😡😡😡😡
The staff greeted me immediately. They were very nice and professional. I had reserved a car online. I asked about GPS/ Navigation and was told most of their available cars did not have that option. A few minutes later another representative came up to me and said they had just gotten another car in that I might want instead of the car I had reserved. It was a Mercedes SUV which was just my personal car that I was leaving w my daughter for my trip to St Augustine in rental. The car was being cleaned and he took me to see it. It was more expensive than one I rented but he gave me a discounted price on it. I was thrilled. Being more comfortable in a car that I was familiar with. I waited just a few minutes and he brought it around. We did the walk around and I confirmed it had GPS/Navigation. He said it did. I didn’t need the navigation for drive to St Augustine. I knew that route well. I need it for in and around St Augustine for a home search. Well, after getting to St Augustine and stopped to put in my locations - NO MEMORY CARD for GPS. Yes the car had a Navigation system BUT it was inoperable without the chip to make it work. My trip was very unsuccessful. I did use my phones GPS but it was much more difficult w signal problems. I saw half the places I needed to see. Waste of extra money.
Calling the toll free number or going on line to book a rental isnt always the best choice. Sometimes a last minute or unexpected return happened and that puts you in that needed rental. That yellow and black company only gives you limited mileage. The Big E gives unlimited so you can go and do what you need to get done.
I was having issues with a rental and other locations were not capable of helping me. Jacob went out of his way and above and beyond to take care of the situation. Not only was he polite and professional he paid attention to the new rental to make sure that it met the Enterprise standards.
Ive rented cars from over 10 years with this company never had problems before until now. Pick up my rental from St.Mary my rental was for a week I returned the rental on Wednesday to Brunswick location which was noted by manager to be ok. They charged me a 100 dollars drop off fee.
Like most Enterprise locations, this one was super fast and friendly and they really take the Covid seriously! We rented for a month and renewed the car in Ohio. We were able to return it to Brunswick with no hassle at all. I really miss them not picking you up any more but I understand why and other than that they are great to deal with.
Great service. Curbside service worked out just fine...picking up and dropping off. Employees there very friendly. Liked the new compact car I drove (Nissan Versa). Only had 243 mi.(?) on it when left lot, but unfortunately racked up 1,924 mi. Thank goodness for unlimited miles option! I will definitely rent from them AGAIN! THX Enterprise for my making my road trip from Brunswick, GA to Indianapolis, IN to see my youngest daughter so very enjoyable and comfortable. So much better than messing around with airlines! Takes longer but do much more better!!!!
My first experience renting a car with enterprise was not very good (it was a different location in metro ATL). The gentleman in Atlanta was rude and didnt make me feel good when I asked questions. In addition the car was incredibly uncomfortable on a 6 hour drive. When I called the Brunswick location to ask questions about potentially swapping out vehicles, Brittney Garcia answered the phone and she such was a tremendous help! A night and day difference in customer service. She provided several suggestions to the problem I was having and I walked away from the conversation feeling much better about the situation.
I reserved a Tahoe to drive 13 hours to see my family for Christmas, and the day I went to pick up the rental, they informed me they did not have a vehicle for me after I arrived at the Brunswick, GA rental site. They offered no help. I then left and called the Enterprise corporate number and the agent I spoke with told me she couldnt help either. She told me she would have a manager call me for a resolution, but its now 6 days later and Ive still not received a call from them.Update 12-31-2020: The corporate call group finally contacted me about my review and said they would have a manager call me about the issue for a resolution. A week later the same useless agent at the local branch called me saying he was told to call but offered no resolve and only made the same excuses. Why do they even post numbers for help if they dont offer any assistance?
I have used Enterprise for years and have always received exceptional service! The staff is always friendly and anxious to assist and make each experience great. The cars are always new, shiny and clean as if they were fresh off the new car lot. I certainly recommend them to anyone who is seeking to rent a car for any reason...I give Enterprise 10 stars!
I have rented vehicles twice from Enterprise. First time everything went very smooth. Second time was a little less smooth but Jay worked with me and made me feel better about everything. When it was all over with Jay went above and beyond to make me feel better about my experience! He was a huge help and made everything right. He was very helpful and sensitive to my needs and concerns. Thanks Jay for all your help!
Everytime I schedule a time to rent a car, At Brunswick ga location is always super fast and convenient. No problems, no hassle in and out the door. The supervisor/manager Mr.Trey who works the inside always there when I book I thank him for the excellence in operating the place keeping his customers satisfied. I had one issue and they didnt make it a headache for me. It was resolved immediately. A place where you can be sure to have no problems during your rental. I love renting from this enterprise because there is fast pace, pleasant smiling faces and understanding.
Very friendly staff. My only problem is, they say because of COVID, they dont offer a shuttle service to their location and you are forced to take an Uber from the airport. They should offer to reimburse you for the Uber ride. At least I was able to drop my car off at the airport when leaving.
Booked a rental a month in advance. Get a call the evening before, telling me the car is unavailable. They offer me a class below, which doesnt work for the space needed on this trip. They didnt offer any help in finding one or transferring. Get told theres nothing they can do. Transferred rental to Jacksonville, then go down there to be told the same thing the day of our trip. Enterprise will fail you on your vacation/business plans, and this location is a joke.
I always rent my rentals from enterprise rent a car! This last time I rented a full size SUV, first of all they didn’t have it, then after waiting 45 min they actually brought it to me filthy! Grease on passenger door on the inside, dirt on floor boards I told them it was unacceptable, so I waited another 15 min. For them to clean it, not very well but I could wait no longer, so disappointed..... I’ve never been treated like this at this location, but it is the only enterprise car rental I know of in the Brunswick Georgia area!
Exceptional experience. Made my reservation online. Enterprise called to confirm and even offered to have my car ready early! Arrived. Picked out a car, as there were options. Completed paperwork and off I went. My return was no different. Very efficient and smooth. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again and recommend to my friends!
Effortless pick-up, with good instruction on the car before I left. Drop off on the one way trip was done in 10 minutes, there were two people in front of me, and that is how fast they do the checks. Car was comfortable, clean, and drove well on my 300 mile one way trip.
Very friendly service, cars are very clean, the cars are nearly all very new, all the staff are very helpful. I usually get in and get out pretty quickly. They have gone paperless, which is great. After you do the walk around the car for damage, youre done. They send the rental agreement to your email account. In Brunswick, you can drop the car off at the airport! No need to go back to the office. Be sure to ask in advance about where to drop off the car and keys though because it isnt easy to find. Their drop off location is in a separate parking lot from Hertz, Avis, etc.
EXCELLENT customer service! Best rental experience I have ever had when renting a car. Enterprise employees were competent and fast at the counter getting our paperwork completed. They came and picked us up at the airport within 15 minutes after we called for them. The driver was friendly and polite. Car was clean and we had no problems with the vehicle.
The first car they gave me was dirty with food in between in the seats. Smelled like smoke. Also had a nail in a tire. I had to return the next morning because of the bad tire. Next car was pretty new but again all tire pressure was 30 when should be 36 psi. They filled it for me....to 41 psi. Which is way to high for long highway drive. They are also closed on Sunday when I wanted to return it. So had to pay an extra day to return on Monday.
Everything was great with the car it self, and the rates were excellent. However I made my reservation 5 days ahead of pick up and the car only had a half tank of gas and the outside was filthy. I do expect to receive a clean car and a full tank of gas, especially with five days notice. The other compliant I have is that I reserved the car with a major credit card well in advance, and the store place a hold on the card not only for the rental price but also a security deposit. Are you kidding me? I could understand if someone was renting using a debit card, but to place a security deposit on the car for more than the cost of the rental is ridiculous when using a major credit card.
Collin who works at the Brunswick Altama Enterprise Code 2672, has been constantly helpful in renting vehicles from this location. The Brunswick, GA Enterprise staff never disappoints! I have been a customer of theirs for years and always receive friendly professional service from every employee at this location. I do not use any other rental company and highly recommend Enterprise because of their consistent 5-star service provided from the drivers and the front desk staff. The awesome team of employees at the Brunswick location helped me tremendously with renting a car and sorting out all of the insurance information after wrecking my own vehicle. The employees at this location truly assist their customers to make every rental a pleasant experience!!!!
I’m a loyal Enterprise customer. This location is convenient and has a good selection of cars, trucks, & vans. My only complaint is this location doesn’t answer the phone. I called multiple times over several days to inquire about availability which the website instructed me to do. I called Savannah and they said they would msg the manager; still no communication. I ended up going to the location. The whole experience did not meet the high expectations I have for Enterprise.
My car was ready at the appointed time and the salesperson was very helpful. When I returned I had the same professional help within minutes after I came through the door, they asked how my trip was and if I had any problems with the car. The car was checked out and I was on my way. A very pleasant experience. Thank You.
The staff is fantastic. I had a very nice chat with the young lady who picked me up. The rental agent was very very professional, I have rented from them before. He didnt even seem to mind when I decided on another car. The car, what can I say about an Altima, it was fantastic.This is a location that Enterprise should be made aware of, they are all so professional, dedicated and so willing to help. The rentals was fast efficient and when the car was returned it was the same thing.I would definitely recommend this location and Enterprise to anyone needing a car.
I rented a Kia Optima for a trip through the south east in late July. The Kias air conditioner did not work properly and I ended up driving 6 hours home from Atlanta in a car that was so hot that I had to roll the windows down for the drive home. The kicker is that when Ive tried to get Enterprise to make this right, they have ignored and avoided me. It is almost as if Enterprise thinks I dont have plenty of other choices for car rentals in my area.Edited to note that although the owner posted below that he or she would like to look into the matter, and left an email contact, after contacting that email, letting them know of my situation and giving the information that was requested, I got no response from Enterprise.
The service that I received was very good. They were out of the full size vehicle that I had reserved so they put my in a very nice F150 King Cab. It had plenty of room and the gas mileage was descent. I would say that they only reason I wouldnt give five stars is due to the truck being fairly dirty on the outside. It seemed liked they washed the truck with dirty water. Overall I had a great rental experience.
I will never use Enterprise again! I was told by Olivia they would text me or call when a car was available today.They did not call.I called Geico and Enterprise LIED and told Geico I did not show up for a car at 9 am.I was told by Enterprise when speaking to MATT that everyone extended their rentals.APPARENTLY LIES ROLL OFF THEIR TONGUES.At least keep your LIES straight! At this point I refuse to ever use Enterprise even though my Insurance company will pay for one
Ordered a rental online, when I arrived I only waited about 15 mins before the car was ready. The car was clean and drove fantastic. Great experience dropping off. The salesman met me at the car before I was able to get out of it good. I was checked in and ready to leave within 5 mins. I was even asked if I needed a ride somewhere. Overall great experience and will rent from them again.
Brunswick Enterprise was one of my best car rental experiences. I asked for a pick-up at 3pm and the driver was there exactly on-time. The car was great and zero problems with driving over 3,000 miles in a little over 3 weeks. The counter agents were experienced and very polite. I would definitely rent from them again.
Enterprise sent me a note and asked for a review. They should probably be more careful with that. I had a two day rental last week. It was promptly billed for 3 days. I have called the location on 3 different occasions over the past week to have this resolved. Each time they have assured me that the bill would be revised and sent to me right away. My car was booked through my company, and we do extensive business with enterprise. I would not use them again if I were not compelled to via work. I am putting the bill in to dispute with American Express, as calling is no longer worth my time.
Very Friendly, Professional and Understanding! Josh and Collin are very good people persons! Also the young lady I cant remember her name but they all are a good team,! this is the best team so far! Ive been renting here since I was young to rent cars! Love this Store, in Brunswick Ga ROCKS!!!!
The staff at Brunswick took special effort to accommodate a last minute change in my reservation and provide a perfectly timed pickup. The car offered was an upgrade from what I had ordered and made a long trip more comfortable than it would have been.I have been very happy with all my rentals with Enterprise.
I made a reservation only to find out that they did not have a car. Called customer service and got nowhere. Made a second reservation. Still no car. Called customer service and nothing. I took about 4 hours of frustrating interaction to get a vehicle. Im deeply disappointed. Take your money elsewhere. This place sucks.
Bad service. District manager was absolutely no help and seemed not to care about my concerns. Instead of speaking to his employees directly he transfers me to speak to the same employees that couldn’t help in the first place. What’s the point in being a district manager? At least ACT or pretend like you want to help. From the DMs voice, it sounded like he had his feet propped up with a robe and slippers on and I was interrupting his favorite episode of the Golden Girls.
I rent a car from Enterprise every few months to travel from Brunswick, Ga to New Orleans, La to work and visit family and friends. Trey with Enterprise always helps me and is great to work with. I feel like he cares about the car I drive and is always so nice to me. The vehicles are always dependable and I have never had a problem, Enterprise is a dependable fair company.
Had a reservation for an suv. I had to change my time from 11 am to 5pm. I changed it at 10:30 am. But at 2pm I get a call and they, not only do they not have any suvs, but they apparently have zero cars at all. Super frustrating. Had I showed up at 11 and they wouldnt have told me I would have been even more mad.But still frustrating they had no way to honor the reservation Id had for 3 days. Then there was no cars available anywhere else.I definitely wouldnt recommend enterprise and I wont ever be making a reservation with them.
What a joke we went there to rent a car in a family emergency situation. We stood there for 15 minutes not one of the staff said a thing to us. Only one person was in front of us. There was 4 agents sitting and playing on their phones. Didnt even ask to help us. Never will rent a car from them again... At least Hertz went out of their way to help us. Enterprise customer service went down the toilet!!!!!!
I have to rent cars for work travel one to two weeks out of the month. I have been doing business with this Enterprise location for six years now. I have met many wonderful associates there and have always been met with polite and friendly team members. I have seen several of their managers be promoted from this location over the years and it was always well deserved.This location has earned my business and I will continue to use them whenever I need to rent a car. Kudos to the Brunswick Enterprise team.
I was provided a rental care from Enterprise while my car was in the shop having body work done from accident damage. I found my experience at Enterprise to be very satisfactory and enjoyable. It was especially nice to have them pick me and deliver me back to the body shop I was using so I didnt have to call on and inconvenience a family member or friend. Every employee I talked with at Enterprise was friendly, helpful and professional! A very good experience!
We always rent with Enterprise and generally the experience is excellent. The latest car rental was an upgrade, which was nice (due to not having our first choice available) but the vehicle was not well cleaned. Dog hair all over the back of the back seats, and nobody had washed out the drink holders in the front doors etc. I suggest the cleaners open everything and clean it all!
Every car Ive ever rented there has been perfect for my needs. I feel taken care of and enjoy the customer experience. I think its bs that they charge me $50 deposit for renting a vehicle on top of the daily charge. I do not use their insurance plan because Im an insured motorist, they get paid for the entire time I rent the vehicle, so why do they require a deposit?. That is almost enough to make me find an alternative to renting.
I had a great experience renting a car at this location. I was stuck in GA and desperately needed a vehicle to get home to FL. The customer service was excellent. Brady was very friendly and extremely helpful and understanding of my situation. Everyone else was super friendly as well.They did all that they could to help everyone. They even had donuts in the lobby :) I highly recommend this location!
Worst experience I have ever had with an enterprise. We were rear ended and need to put our suv in the shop. We spoke to enterprise a few days before the scheduled pick up date and they told us they would give us a bigger car then they had originally planned due to we have 3 children, 2 in car seats. We get to enterprise and they refuse to put us in a bigger one without US calling the insurance company. We ended up sitting in the waiting with a small child trying to get thru to the other persons insurance. Instead of just making it right and giving us an suv they made us do all the work stating they couldn’t put us in anything else. The girl at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever spoken with. She tried to say the license wasn’t valid because it was a temporary license but yet would take a piece of paper from the dmv. Finally after sitting there and sitting on hold with the insurance company they finally decided to put us in a van. I will never use this enterprise ever again.I am going to continue my review with the drop off of our rental car. I called enterprise to ask them if they would have someone available to take me to the shop where my car was at. I was told my Veronica that I could actually just leave the rental car there and they would come pick it up directly from there no need to come to the office. Great. I get to the shop and call enterprise again to let them know and talked to Morgan and she told me no that they wouldn’t come pick it up and I needed to bring it to the. Once again she was very rude. My wife called back and talked to Veronica and she said that it was no problem at all that I could leave the car at the shop and they would come pick it up. The girl I spoke with is just rude and needs to find another job maybe not dealing with the public seeing that she can’t seem to treat customers the right way.
We love renting from Enterprise in Brunswick!! We love that they will pick you up and drop you off. The automobiles are always well taken care of. And we use the Enterprise Plus plan for free rental days. The staff is always polite and helpful with answering questions. We will definitely rent with them again. Thank you Brunswick Enterprise!
Felt very discriminated against me because of my color. People waited on before me even when they arrived after me. Didnt get the car I wanted and was told take it or leave it. Rented vehicle they had left through Saturday. Could not get to them on Saturday by noon but dropped off on Saturday at 3pm and put key in drop box. They charged me for Sunday and Monday even though they re rented the vehicle on Monday. An extra $100 + . Be careful they are not trustworthy
Very nice experience, all perfect , the trade was made very quick and with little interruptions but made it, I was so happy to drive a Mustang 2020 for my trip , definitely recommend you guys to try Enterpsrise, the staff is extremely nice and you feel like they are your friends , all my appreciation to Britney and Jay from Brunswick,GA you made my trip feel so easy and awesome , they picked me up and dropped me off , what else do you want ? It’s all I needed and beyond my expectations, thank you !!!
I had to rent a car after my involvement in a multi-car accident that totaled my car. I was injured and under much stress. The staff was very pleasant and sympathetic to my needs and had me in and out in a quick, efficient manner. I use Enterprise religiously for personal use, and was ecstatic when I found my auto insurance did as well!
Ive rented from Enterprise for over 20 years either for business or pleasure. I have NEVER been disappointed in their customer service or any of their vehicles. Recently I have had the pleasure of renting from the Brunswick store for about 4 months consecutively, and I am seriously considering the option of renting permanently. I wont use anyone but Enterprise, they are the absolute best!
Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Brunswick is the most professional car rental place by far. I have used every known car rental place in airports as well as brick and mortar offices. The Brunswick office has been nothing but helpful in every situation and made our car rental experience a breeze. In particular, Colin has gone over and beyond accommodating the pick up and delivery of our vehicles.I recommend Brunswick Enterprise for anyone in need a car rental.
My only issue was Enterprise was supposed to pick us up at 900am, as were had meetings at 930 am, but representative didnt show up till 917. Needless to say we didnt make meeting on time. By the smell the representative had to take smoke break to deal with customer. Otherwise return service was easy, no hassle and we got ride from very nice young man named Josh.
I booked this rental car about a week in advance, and was told that they would pick us up at the campground because we drove a Motorhome and needed a rental car because we didnt tow a vehicle with us. We called on Monday after arriving Sunday. I called and they wouldnt pick us up because of Covid-19. We had to rent a taxi to take us there. They did give us a discount equalling the taxi expenses. Problem evaided.
My last experience with Enterprise in Brunswick, GA was terrible. I made a reservation for a business trip, when I went to pick up my car, they told me they didnt have a single car to rent out. I dont know how this happens, especially when I made a reservation ahead of time. I checked back with them about 45 mins later, and again in another 30 mins. Still no cars. I had to cancel my trip because I waited so long for them to get a car, that I didnt have time to make it to my destination. Completely unreliable.
RUDEST EMPLOYEES EVER. Entitled, condescending, disgusting customer service from the employees. I rented a car from VA that had a maintenance light turn on half way on the road, brought it in to exchange it and they simply wouldn’t. They inspected the car and found nothing. They said it had a scratch on it which is there from before I got it and even the center I rented it from confirmed that. They then started finding ANY excuse to not take the car in. They started being rude, disrespectful, and straight up liars. I am so disappointed In the service I received as to my expectations were much higher. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Also, the place had a HORRIBLE smell! The entire store reeked of the smell of a toilet. To add on the random accusations, they later accused us of smoking cigarettes in the car! I have kids and one even suffers from asthma, so how could I have possibly smoked with in a 2 foot vicinity from her? Overall, I was not pleased and completely let down with the service. DO NOT go here! They will try to undermine you!
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! I arrived at this facility after being involved in an incident. A boulder hit the rental I was driving, busting the entire windshield. The staff regretted to look at my contract. I was told I had to provide my insurance information and pay a deductible before I could receive another car. After 1.5h, I contacted my HR dept. They told me I was misinformed. After the Enterprise personnel spoke to my HR, he apologized for not seeing a check in the box that my company covered any accidents. 5 minutes later, I was given a p/u truck after reserving a premium. There were premiums available, but this site didnt offer any. Customer service...HORRIBLE!! After encountering a busted windshield, glass everywhere, you would think someone would have asked if I was ok. Instead, I was given more stress because of their lack to follow protocol. No one should have to experience this. I have called Enterprise several times to complain. No call back from the escalation dept. only from the Enterprise I initially rented from. A claim has now been filed against my personal insurance. That should never have happened. Brunswick Enterprise said they would contact my insurance to cancel the claim. Never did! I see why AAA deals with Hertz. Avoid Brunswick Enterprise!!!
Definitely not the same enterprise experience.i had a few days ago. Super disappointing this place is hit or miss and definitely depends on who you are dealing with. Both Assistant managers dropped the ball and decided to blame the error on laziness and each other. Proceed with caution. I’m definitely disappointed in the lack of care and follow up with the office.
Adan Powell, the manager at the local branch in Brunswick, GA is simply one fine young man. He has helped me for a long-term rental since January of 2018 and he and his entire staff are very professional, friendly, and go out of their way to accommodate the customer. I could not be more pleased.
I want to thank mr. Tray for going above and beyond his job title, always having a smile on his face, so friendly so kind so outgoing, Texas job very serious, we feel right at home when we do Trey he is phenomenal. Looking for a nice car truck SUV minivan, good prices good rates good reviews go to Enterprise and Brunswick they will treat you right. When you come back you will love the vehicle that you rented, you will say that was most comfortable smoothing trip that you have had. Thanks Trey for going above and beyond your job title.
Make sure you have buffer in time schedule as we needed to be picked up from Hotel at 900a.m. so we could meet someone at 930 a.m. but the Enterprise agent was 15 mins late picking us up and not even an apology. The enterprises is approximately 7 mins from our hotel so it wasnt like traffic was so bad that it was the cause for the delay. So please make sure you dont make same mistake I did thinking leave yourself some extra time. The staff on Saturday were very friendly and professional.
I have used Enterprise exclusively for 4+ years while in the military in the central US with no problems and excellent service (5 stars!!!!). My recent move to GA (and a new Enterprise region) necessitated me having to show multiple proofs of residency before they would allow me to rent a vehicle on my USAA debit card. Of course I wasnt told this until the day I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Had to run back home to get recent bills to verify proof of residency!!! Which put me an hour behind schedule - lucky I wasnt catching a flight!. (Silly policy, because if I were to steal the car, its not like Id keep it at my house; Im just saying. Which was the argument the counter clerk gave me....). Anyway, I finally received a 2016 Chrysler mini-van with 2000 miles on it... Which overheated and shut down completely while on a New Orleans causeway. Enterprise called AAA who responded within an hour (I called the local Sheriff who NEVER showed up). AAA was very courteous and helpful (5 stars for them!!!). We were towed back to New Orleans where we were quickly swapped out with another mini van at Enterprise in New Orleans. All went well thereafter (over 3000 miles put on the vehicle). Enterprise knocked off $200 from the bill when we finally returned the vehicle. Ok, Enterprise, you lose one star for vehicle maintenance and one star for the aggravating regional policy. As a loyal and consistent customer, I expected better. Well see how well things go next time....
Got everything set up on line, went into store and was told only then that they dont except cash payments. NOT ONCE ONLINE OR ANYWHERE ON THE STORE WAS I TOLD NO CAS PAYMENTS(I had a card for the deposit, but had taken out the amount for the payment) when I go to put cash in the bank. They tell me Ill need to refill an hour of paperwork and start a new contract. But they had to deal with 3 people first. .....They were actually laughing in my face when I told how I couldnt waste the extra time.I was in and out of uhaul in 40 minutes, 20 minutes before the time I would have been done refilling out paperwork for these incredibly entitled group of plastic people working there.
This place is poorly managed. My insurance made us a reservation and said Enterprise would call me within 15 minutes. No one did so called them. We get there the next day and they said they had no date or time in their system for our reservation. Seriously? We waited an HOUR for a car. We had to hurry and bring someone to the airport. It shouldnt take an hour to get a car!! Half the time no one was even in the building! Isnt it supposed to be someones sole job to sit at the counter to provide service! I will never use them again. We only did because our insurance didnt give us a choice.
Very professional and courteous. Took awhile to get the car ready, but not unexpected coming off the weekend. Wish I couldve gotten credit for filling up the gas tank, but the car dealership had my car ready faster than I thought they would. Overall, a good experience.
Overall I was very happy with my rental experience. The only thing that I didnt like was the surprise of a $200 deposit. When I made reservations online, I saw nothing about a $200 deposit. The staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I would rent from them again.
The location where I rented the car is psychotic. I booked a rate of $59 for a one-day rental with a $50 drop fee. The location cooses at 12PM. I called and asked if I could pick up the car after 12 and was told no, in fact to come early because they want to go home. I wanted to return the car at 1 PM, so they charged me an hour early pickup and an hour late return.As if it was my fault that they close early. Not a good experience!
We had arranged for a pick up as soon as possible after 8:00 AM and confirmed this with two phone calls. When no one showed up, we called the Brunswick office and were promised that someone would be there asap. Still, no one came. We finally arranged to be taken to the office by a friend who volunteered to drive us. It was 9:30 AM before we were able to get the rental car. We had over 600 miles to drive to drop off the car in Gloucester,VA before their 6:00 PM closing time. We did not make it and had to drive over 40 miles the next morning to drop off the car. This was not a good experience!
Were a touring band from Buffalo, NY. Our van broke down in Brunswick and we were stranded with a trailer full of our gear and no vehicle to finish out the tour, let alone get us back home. After realizing there is no way for us to finish the tour we decided to cut our losses and use every dollar we had to rent vehicles to get us home. The gentleman that we dealt with went above and beyond and helped us out tremendously. We cant thank enterprise and the staff at this location enough. Thank you again.We HIGHLY recommend this location
Very disappointed. Needed a car early. By 8am than got a call 10 min before 8 saying they couldnt have it ready until 10. Got here to find out that we had to wait again because car was not ready. Also didnt not get car that we where told. 7 people waiting here now on trying to get cars. Upper corporate managment needs to find out whats going on here.
On a Monday I was on my way to Brunswick to return my rental. I had plenty of time under normal circumstances. I did not factor in the three car pile up on A1A nor the severe thunderstorm with lightening as I entered the city limits of Brunswick. I called the car dealership, where I was going to purchase a vehicle, and asked them to call Enterprise and tell them I was trying to get there by closing. The Enterprise woman told the dealership they could not promise anyone would be there, but that I could drop the keys in the box and my vehicle would be counted as retuned on that day. I pulled up right at 6:00. I got out in the heavy rain with my paperwork, but the door was locked. There were several people inside. As I knocked on the door, the lights went out and a woman ran towards the back. I got back in the vehicle as the dealership salesman arrived to pick me up. I grabbed my things and left. On Wednesday night I remembered I left two pairs of Croc shoes with receipt in a box on the floor board behind the passenger seat. I called at 8:00 Thursday morning to inquire about my shoes. I know the policy of Enterprise is they take no responsibility in anything left behind, but they should be honest. I called and the vehicle was cleaned on Tuesday morning and rented. I know someone found my shoes with my name and information on that receipt, yet did not do the right thing and turn them in to lost & found. I spoke to the manager; all he said was that he was sorry, but Enterprise is not responsible. Someone at this Enterprise is not honest and trustworthy.
I looked at earlier complaints at the Brunswick office. Seems that telling customers that theyd pick them up and dont show is a regular occurrence at the Brunswick store.... kind of a bait and switch... you get to the pickup location at the time and place agreed and they wont come unless you call them again. Dont they understand that their customers may have a life, too?I called the local manager about the problem and he confirmed that they made appointments they intended not to keep. In my case, they figured Id have to do paper work with the body shop and theyd send someone for you when the body shop called, never planning to be when and where previously agreed. Id made all my arrangements with the body shop a few days before and simply took my key inside, locked up my car and waited.... and waited.... and waited. Finally I went inside and asked the body shop to call Enterprise. They finally showed up 36 minutes later and when I got there, they didnt have any cars ready. I walked back to the body shop and retrieved my car and will get it fixed later. The manager has the customer care skills of a cape buffalo.
AGENT LEFT US IN MIDDLE OF TRANSACTION!!! The agent (Collin) left us waiting outside in 95 degree heat (COVID restrictions on entering building) and Im in a foot cast with a knee scooter. After taking our info (drivers license, etc) he said hed be right back with our Suburban (there was only 1 on the lot). Meanwhile, other customers are being served and TWENTY MINUTES later--there goes our Suburban driving away! We were told Collin left for lunch!! WHAT?? Yes-- he LEFT!- didnt enter our info, didnt refer us to another agent, never said anything. I reported this to Enterprise and they have not even responded!
I am a Benefits Counselot, and travel throughout the year with a large brokerage company. Since I am gone for 4-6 weeks at the time and drive to my locations, starting the trip with the least amount of stress makes for a better overall experience! Joe and his staff at the Brunswick Enterprise REALLY know what customer service means! They are phenomenal!
The employees at the Brunswick office were great . they were busy but were able to keep eye contact with everyone wating,which is a great skill.The car I recieved was clean and ready to go , I had to keep the car a few extra days and it was very easy .Well skilled team. Jim
I had reserved a compact car a week before my trip, but on the morning of my departure was told there was nothing but a huge Dodge Ram 1600 pickup available. Because it was last minute, I had to accept it, so I had to drive a vehicle I was totally unfamiliar with and my fuel cost was twice what I had budgeted. Other people with reservations in line behind me were told there were NO vehicles available. This is a travesty...Enterprise has computerized reservation and inventory systems...why accept and confirm reservations when the vehicles will not be there?!?
The people are great and the cars are too, I rent from them very often. The only problem I have is that every time I rent from them a few weeks later they are taking additional money from my bank account. I call to find out why and the local office tells me that after they close out my rental there is nothing that they can do so I have to call the central office. They never answer at the central office and when you leave a voicemail they never call back. Its discouraging to even continue renting from them without an explanation as to why that is happening. Im looking into finding another company to rent from, my money is hard earned and shouldnt just be taken way from. For that reason I give only 3 stars.
This place is the complete worst. The goofy man working behind the counter didnt know what he was doing the other man working there was to busy talking about his wife that left him for his best friend and I didnt get any service. Mind you I had just been in a car accident and the person who hit me was at fault so her insurance company made reservations for me to pick up a car so when I got there they said I needed a major credit card, and they couldnt accept my wells Fargo debit card. Complete waste of two hours!!
Once picked up, the service met my Enterprise expectations. However, the requested (and confirmed by a call from Enterprize) pickup was a half hour late.My other disappointment with this outlet is its failure to honor the discounted weekend rates offered by the company.
So my car was involved in a wreck on 09/04/17 and I have USAA which has a contract in place with this rental company. Well instead of them insuring I had a vechicle they didnt. Also when I called to check why I had no car I was informed they had no cars left smh. Worst experience ever
Horrible service. Talked to the most moronic guy Ive ever spoken to. He told me he could give me a reservation for today, then never calls back or picks up the phone. What kind of business doesnt pick up their phone? Because of this guy Im completely carless and had To spend $80 in taxi rides today. They need new management and people who know what theyre doing. Theres no excuse for how unprofessional they are.
Second time reserving a car only to stand there almost an hour before I was able to get a car while plenty of cars are sitting on the lot but not the exact one that had been assigned to me. I was the fourth person waited on with ten people after me. All of those before me and the ten after me were gone before I got my car.
Buyer be where!!!! They over book and dont mine inconveniencing you even when you call and confirm your reservations. The branch manager, Adam Powell, is very disrespectful to customers when its his faught. He tries to put customers out of the business when they protest about being late or their not giving customers enough notice that they wont have a car available for rent even if they have reservations. I was down for training and getting my rental on semi short notice for the weekend/week was a headache, but staff here especially a particular African American gentleman that set me up in a nice fusion... but I digress... the staff were wonderful and were more than willing to pick us up from base even after close of business to get us in our vehicles.
Rented from here a few times. Recently had a confirmation number, rented during business hours the day prior, and then showed up the next morning on time to get my car and they said they had no car for me. Said they tried contacting me. Phone never rang. Seriously inconvenient.
I had a great experience at the Enterprise on Altama in Brunswick, Ga....the staff was courteous, professional and all genuinely seemed like they wanted all guest to be satisfied and it wasnt a burden to rent a vehicle to you (like so many other places appear)....i will definitely use them again and again on my travels

Made a reservation and could not get in touch with the office at all in order to be picked up. I called 3 hours straight for the automated service to put me on hold for 5 minutes, get the sound of a fax machine, and hung up on. Even a customer service representative from the 1-800 number wasnt able to get in contact. Very disappointed with the service.

2022-06-20Excellent customer service at this branch, Im a frequent business traveler (10-14 days each month) and I always have a great experience. My vehicle is always ready and check in is always quick. Im on the road in no time which is very important when youre traveling as much as I am. Cole, Tariq, Amanda and Jacob are an awesome team, I will continue to utilize this branch and recommend anyone looking for a friendly, efficient, reliable rental service to do the same.

We have always had excellent service at the Brunswick location. I have to say that Ryan has been one of the best associates at Enterprise that we have dealt with so far but they have all been great!

2022-08-09Very friendly staff, professional and respectful to customers; Ryan the manager, Tarniq, Amanda to mention were very helpful and made extra efforts. They however need to pay attention to the cleanliness of the car , I have to tell them how dirty the exterior was then they cleaned it when mentioned. Please give extra efforts to orient customers to the car’s features as these can create anxieties to unfamiliar use of different cars.

2009-02-19Enterprise told me and others they were out of cars after confirming reservations that morning.The long holiday weekend of Feb 13th till 16th 2009 my self and about 15 others had reservations with Enterprise and when we got there they were OUT OF CARS. Everyone of us they called to confirm in the morning and they said they would have a car. When we left FLETC from building 1 they were 20 min late picking us up and only half of us made it into their shuttle the other half was left behind. We then were taken to their office on Community Rd where we stood there for about 20 min till someone in the line asked them if they were out of cars and a manager named Chris then confirmed that. They said there was nothing they could do. Im not sure how this happens but they did not make any effort to find us a car. Luckly someone had an i-phone and we were able to look up some other rental car numbers at the near by air port and we called AVIS and we were all able to get a car. Thank god too because I was 2 hours late picking my wife up from the air port and Enterprise could have ruined my whole Valentines day weekend plans with a trip through Florida.

2022-04-21Imagine being broken down on a road trip from FL to RI. Imagine it is coming up on a long weekend. Imagine its 9 oclock at night. Well it was an everything gone wrong sort of experience. Imagine you hop in a hotel for the night and luckily book a rental for a van. Great price too, so we were able to get a restful sleep. Next morning, after dropping off our vehicle at the Chrysler dealership, I walked in to Enterprise and after that welcoming Georgia greeting with a smile from Tariq, it suddenly went down hill. BC I booked the rental through a 3rd party, they couldnt reach me to inform that although I was given a confirmation for the rental, they didnt have a vehicle available! 😬😬 HOWEVER, Tariq and the management team did COME THROUGH by accommodating me with a rental... It appears that they intended to send a vehicle to the body shop for a small ding on the tailgate, but in my opinion, the team WENT OUT OF THE WAY to offer the vehicle to me. We were able to have a wonderful Easter weekend with our family. So a BIG THANK YOU to Tariq and Cole and the team at Enterprise, Brunswick GA! Southern hospitality at its finest! ❤❤

2022-03-30Gave me the okie doke...Talking bout call this number because you need to update your profile...In actually; wouldnt rent to me due to an unpaid balance of approximately $100 in which I called to make payment over the phone and the Male Agent kept me on hold then hung up...Still willing to pay but now Enterprise wanted me to call another number to make payment instead of accepting my payment right there at the establishment...Im not going to keep calling to give them money...its okay: I went to a car lot and bought me a car. Thanks Enterprise for the motivation!!!
