My sales rep Carde Pennington was so helpful and had all the patience in the world. He answered all of my questions and made the experience a great one. Also the manager Devin unfortunately I dont know his last name was super helpful too. This was my first time financing a car so I was nervous going in but now Im really happy I went through with it. I got a great deal and a car with really low mileage. I definitely recommend going to them if you want a good deal also make sure you print the ad for the car you are interested in. Prices will drastically vary based off of the city where the car is located.
If I could give them zero stars I would, this place is so lazy . The man that helped me acted like I was bothering him & did not treat me like a customer ... I was not satisfied with the customer service so instead of getting the correct documents I chose to take my business elsewhere ... seems racist .
I was in a rental for about a month and a half due to a vehicle accident. The first vehicle was a car. Since I was used to driving a SUV, the car was a bit too low for comfort and I asked for a small SUV and was able to change vehicles the next day. Clean car, low mileage, nice staff. Thank you enterprise for a great rental experience.
I rented a vehicle there were already scratches on there. The lady pointed it out to me. I had some scratches of my own when I return the car which I took full responsibility for. When the damage report came back I was over charged in addition to the $200 deposit not being applied to the damage cost. I would not recommend renting a vehicle from 3255 satellite blvd. They do not do a thorough inspection when you’re renting the vehicle only when you return it. I had to point out a couple of scratches during the inspection. I’m assuming she didn’t put it in the check out paper.
Had a terrible experience renting a car from this place. They had only one car available, and was definitely not clean given the current COVID situation. On top of that they overcharged me. Every time I called this location to discuss was put on forever hold. The enterprise customer care is just as useless. The matter was “escalated to the area manager” and never heard back, so I assume area manager is code for trash bin. They get business from car dealerships who don’t always have loaner cars available. But if you have a choices, avoid this place at all cost.
The employees at this location are super friendly and ALWAYS greet you with a smile. Each time I visit they seem to be properly staffed which ensures quick service. I often pick up my rentals during my lunch break and I still have time to grab a quick bite. The employees always ask if you are satisfied with their service and the vehicles. If you have an issue they address it immediately. I am very pleased each and every time I visit this Enterprise location. I would highly recommend this office to my family and friends who need rentals.
My experience with Enterprise was excellent! The rental vehicle was brought to the collision body shop, where my vehicle was being repaired, so I could get right in and head to work! I mentioned no SUV, but received an SUV, which turned out to be fine, good gas mileage, so all was well!
The associate that was helping did a great job. She was courteous and informative. Knocked out one ⭐️ due to when I got there my car wasn’t ready and I had to wait. I don’t get off of 3:30pm so the person I was on the phone stated she would put me at that time but arrive anytime after would be fine.Hence, they said it wasn’t at the location because I didn’t show up on time...oh ok. I think the solution would’ve been the same if I arrived on time. 🤨
It is hard to express how outrageously horrific my experience at this enterprise location was. I had to waste half of my vacation (I only had two days to begin with) to come back to enterprise twice in one day due to being given two vehicles in an inoperable condition (one with dead key batteries, the other with really bad breaks). On my second visit back, I was ignored at first (shouted at across the lobby to get in the back of the line and not even allowed an opportunity to explain the issue). After expressing some frustration about the car problems, the inconvenience, and the disrespectful treatment, the employee approached my husband and said, to him, completely ignoring me, “I will not speak to her anymore, I will only talk to you, but you will have to wait in line”. When tried to explain once again that this was our second time back in one day and we could not wait anymore, we were threatened to be reported to the police for stealing the vehicle if we tried to leave (which had been completely lawfully issued to us at this same place earlier that morning!!!)...we did finally get a drivable car another hour later...To sum up my experience: half my vacation waisted due to incompetence, threatened, disrespected, and diminished as a woman and as a human being, let alone as a customer.
Requested to rent a minivan for a family trip. Enterprise did not have one available. However, they did accommodate us with a large SUV to hold our six person family. It was 5:00pm when we received they vehicle, just prior to them closing.What bothered me is that they charged us an extra day of rental because they closed their facility down early at 5:00pm. We dropped the vehicle by full of gas, and put the keys in the drop box at 6:00pm. So Enterprise could not have rented the vehicle until the next day because they closed early, but they charged me another full day. That is just wrong in an otherwise good rental experience.
It was a great experience, the young lady that took care of me was the best. She was well dressed pleasant and very professional. I shouldve remembered her name because she was so nice to be honest I thought I was dreaming because people really dont care about giving good customer service anymore. She smiled and was very friendly because of her customer service I will definitely go there again. The manager was awesome also I guess he was the manager well dressed and truly professional. They made my trip the best, the car was great they really took good care of me. I will definitely tell others about my great experience there.
Prior to coming to this location I listed all my information on the reservation. I also listed that I would be using a debit card. I was running a little late I called and spoke with the manager Ian. I told him I would be running late. He looked at my information and said no problem. When I got there I stood outside for 15 minutes while he stood inside talking. Then he told me I needed additional documentation with my address. I provided him the declaration page from my insurance (which he said was acceptable considering I was unable to log into Georgia Power) once he saw that he asked for additional information. I rent from enterprise all the time all my information is on file there. He was really just looking for a reason not to honor my reservation. He was very rude and unprofessional and should not be managing anything!!!
I agree with several of these reviews, I just wish I would have read them first! My husband dropped his truck off at a dealership and was recommended to this Enterprise location....now Im wondering if there is some kickback for them?? Upon arriving things were going ok until my husband said he was going to use his debit card to pay for the rental, why put a couple hundred of dollars on our credit card when we can just pay for it. Yes we are aware there is a deposit held, that is understandable. That is when things went south! Now all of the sudden he was treated like a second-class citizen! The entire attitude completely changed! He was then informed that he must also have two utility bills showing he is a resident of Georgia. Making him feel like he was going to steal the car, that is absolutely absurd! We have rented cars all over the United States and have never been treated so ugly! We have credit cards that we could have used but after the way we were treated there was no way we were going to spend our hard-earned money with this location! Now that I have read the reviews I also see that the Manager at the location, and/or the District/ Regional Managers do not handle customer complaints. All of the reviews are directed to a care website. I guess its just another example a big corporations passing the buck and treating customers as a drop in the bucket! But eventually if you lose enough drops the bucket becomes empty...... we would definitely recommend going to another place!
I usually have good experiences with Enterprise but this was by far my worst experience. I arrive to pick up the car and wait in line 30+ minutes. When I finally get the keys to the car and go to do the walk around...the first thing I notice is the hub cap sticking out like crazy. I instantly asked for another car but the gentleman said they were sold out. We had to notate at least 6 to 7 issues with dents and dings around the car. While I have the car the airbag light continues to come on and flash. I was almost embarrassed to drive the car to my destination as I was picking up others. Usually when you return they ask how was the rental. No one asked so I simply returned it. I totally felt like I didnt get my monies worth and no one cared.
I booked online. I went there to pickup and i am running late to work. Car was very dirty so i told them how i sign the paper because of dirt i cant tell is there is any scratches on the vehicle.Manager came outside and he told me he will come with me so he can clean the car but i told him i have to go to work i will clean latter and you can give me refund.Manager got mad and he said i am going to cancel your reservation. I requested him to drop me home i live 2 miles away. He refused and told me to arrange your own ride.I ask for corporate number and from there i connected with supervisor and he help me out to arrange another vehicle.First they told me another car is coming. But after waiting foelr sometime manager gave me the same dirty car. It leaves me no choice to accept.I informed everything to supervisor he told me he will not going to charge and also he offers me free upgrade for future rental.First time i ever receive that horrible service.
I have never posted a comment about a business, until now.I rented the smallest class vehicle they offer this past Saturday. I incurred my first flat tire in the history of me renting from Enterprise. I notified their roadside assistance, mounted the spare tire, and per their suggestion, proceeded to their airport location so as to exchange the vehicle for another one. I did not conduct a walk around inspection of either vehicles and neither did the branch attendant.I proceeded back to this location so as to return the vehicle from the airport in exchange for my original class size. At which time the attendant discovered abrasions upon the vehicle that I did not notice, nor was & was not noted on my paperwork. The manager then informed me that he would need to submit a damage report as well as submit a claim against my insurance, despite having no record supporting that the damage observed had not occurred prior to my possession.In addition, due to me being in need of another vehicle, and all the neighbouring branches were closed, the branch manager blackmailed me by refusing to exchange the vehicle for my original requested class unless I allowed him to charge my card my insurance deductible of $500.00. To make matters worse, the manager proceeded to lock the doors of the vehicle I returned as I was removing my belongings, causing the alarm to sound while I was on the phone with the corporate office; very unprofessional.I reported the matter to their corporate office and was assured that I would receive a call from a Regionl/District manager, but I have received no such call. I attempted to contact the regional manager directly by his mobile, but got his voicemail and no return call.Under no circumstance would I advise anyone to rent a vehicle from this location. This is by far the worst branch I have rented from to date. If you are faced with needing to rent a car, go to Avis near by and thank me later.
Today I had the worst customer service experience that I have experienced in some time. I rented a car from Enterprise because of an unexpected need. I had no idea that I would need the car for an extended period, but life is full of surprises. Last week, I was told by ERAC that I have had the rental for more than 30 days and that I would need to come in to close out the old lease and start a new one. They said is was just administrative and would only take 15 minutes. Not only did it take close to an hour, but they increased the rental rate by a significant amount. I was taken off a lease at $135/week, and for the same car, placed on a new lease for $192/week. Needless to say, I felt tricked. And, to top it all off, when I tried to explain that I had been calling in extend the rental as I say that additional time was needed, I was told that it was I who had been negligent towards the 30-day policy. Until last week, I was not aware of the 30-day rule and none of the paperwork I was provided had indicated nor suggested that there was such a rule.I absolutely feel like I have been taken advantage of because I still need alternative transportation and I had not choice but to accept the new terms. Its deplorable when Policy and Profit are placed People and real Customer Service. My day is complete shot. - Thoroughly Unhappy
Ive rented here several times, but this last time I was blown away by the customer service of this team! The manager (or who I presume was the manager) made my life easier by being attentive to my needs. I was a little disappointed about them not having a specific vehicle in their fleet, but what he suggested was more than perfect! I ended up keeping it an extra day! Painless and wonderful! Ive been to other locations, but nothing beats this location! Awesome work guys!
The second time in a row they have charged me for days I didnt have the car. So if you leave overnight make sure you call them SOON they open so they can close your rental agreement if not they will put the return in the system late and you will get charged for days you didnt have. Overall picking up customer service was great
The associates here were respectful and considerate of my time. I had expressed that this was a reservation made An insurance company as a result of an accident and that I am an Uber/Lyft driver and needed to be able to work in the rental car. They chose to go the hard route and decline this (I recognize it’s under their discretion) so I called the insurance company and we squared up with another rental company that would let me work. After being on the phone with the insurance for thirty minutes in the enterprise lobby and making another reservation for a different company the “manager” told me that they would let me use the car for work. This was rude and felt like a slap in the face since it was clearly at their discretion and didn’t seem to want to have a conversation about it before I had to include a third party. They lost a reservation because of their choice to communicate ineffectively and providing a false sense of cooperation. Note I asked to speak to a supervisor or someone that could answer my questions but the request was ignored initially and when they were gonna take me to pick up the car I reiterated my request. No one, although there were SEVERAL individuals grouped at the front desk, was able to help me.
Jimelle Jackson was fantastic. He was patient, informative, & addressed every customer that walked through the door. He did a thorough inspection of the car with me and he was clear when explaining coverages as well as additional options.Monique also provided fantastic customer service. She was cheerful, welcoming, and offered me a cookie as I waited. (She did check to see if I had any allergies first.)
Have you met David? Mr. David Jones made my day and my birthday weekend.... He worked magic to get me a nice upgrade at a very decent price. His customer service skills are unmatched. Patience and understanding are his forte! He took the car to get washed up in his suit and tie.... Talk about above and beyond! My return of the vehicle was quick and easy. They even took me home in the , so I could say good bye to the car that helped create beautiful memories during my savannah trip. Thanks guys
Me and my family went to Orlando for 4 days and it would have not be the perfect trio without the perfect vehicle. We got a Cadillac sedan and it was so comfortable. The perfect ride for a perfect vacation. When we went to get it there location was full but they worked fast to efficient to satisfied there customer. I would recommend them and we will be using them again for sure.
Had an insurance rental & asked the Enterprise employee how long did I have and stated that the insurance company didnt put a date, but would let me know when they assigned one. Never heard anything & checked back still nothing. I received a threatening call from the Manager stating that it I didnt return the car that they would report it stolen within the next hr or 2. I felt violated & mishandled! I was appalled! The District Mgr did return my call & did allow me to return it later in the day. But this kind of aggressive behavior needs RETRAINING & it also put me in a bind which I didnt have any extra money to pay & I did advise the employee that so I would know when I had to return it. That left me with a hefty balance which was beyond my ability to pay. Think I was hustled & I used to recommend people to this location all the time. Now theyre not even an option. THEY SUCK!!
I reserved a full size car on a Saturday and requested it be ready first thing on Monday morning. The car was ready when I got there. The service was excellent at the 3522 Satellite Blvd location. Returning the car was even easier (I even received a small refund). Nice work guys!
This location needs more staff to service customers. They rushed my process, gave me a vehicle with no gas in tank and have charged me for a rental that is covered by the insurer of the at fault driver. Called them at 9:05 Saturday a.m. and have been waiting to speak with someone...its now 9:55 a.m. Needless to say the promo playing while on hold does not align with the service received. Note to self..big name co does note equate to quality service.
Great customer service but terrible at keeping records or recording changes. I reserved a standard vehicle almost two weeks in advance and two days before I had to pick it up I needed to upgrade. I called enterprise and spoke to one of their representatives who was able to get me a bigger car for only $100 more and said he locked the price so no other agent could change it. I called the next day to confirm once again and another agent told me to just head to enterprise the next day and it was going to be taken care of. I show up the day off and they apparently had no records of the price change or upgrade and wanted to charge me almost $300 more for the vehicle not much bigger than the one I already had. GET A CONFIRMATION EMAIL! was not pleased at all with the vehicle I received.
Just a terrible experience; signed up for damage waiver coverage for 2 days just to get used to the car. I came in the 3rd day to get it removed! Guy came out did a walk around and wrote a note said it was removed. But when I returned the car I was being charged for damage waiver for all 10 days I had the car. Called to dispute the charge today and spoke to Scott! He said there was no notes in the system showing I had canceled the service and they wont refund me! Now I forgot to take the receipt out of the car compartment when I returned the car but was expecting these guys to be honest and refund the money; turns out I was wrong!
Wasted my time. Augustus me they had a a Ford expedition for me. I clearly told him that I get off of work at 5pm & will be there by 5:30pm & he said no problem. I get here by 5:20pm and Augustus was off work already & the vehicle was given to somebody else. This was a reservation made through my insurance company. Definitely going to have to contact corporate for this as this is absolutely unacceptable.
Although the associate that helped me was friendly and did her best to get me into a car I was very disturbed by the fact that there was no car ready for me, especially since my reservation had been made over a month in advance. After having to wait for her to find a car for me and another 10-15 minute wait for her to touch it up I was put in an old car that was filthy and smelled like smoke with almost 30,000 miles on it. The car clearly needed some type of maintenance as I felt uneasy about taking it on any trips longer than 30 minutes because it made a weird noise and felt like the transmission was slipping at times. There were many cars on the lot and I even over heard an associate tell her not to take certain cars because those are reserved, but I should have been on that list since I also reserved a car. I rent with enterprise mostly, so much so that i am a platinum tier member. Even upon returning the car another associate described the car as oh, the old impala when I made the complaint about how it drove. This was my 1st time at this location and it will absolutely be my last. If I wasnt so busy I wouldve demanded to switch the car out but I had no time during the hours they were open.
They service by those running the location was very good. However, the vehicle did not come with a full tank of gas. I had to drive across the street to fill it up.Im use to receiving a rental car with a full tank.. Also the power outlets (two)for plugging in my phone and GPS did not work. Nor did the USB port on the dash; this was annoying since I drove 800 miles. Next time I will rent a full size SUV and not a mini-van.
I purchased a car June 22nd 2019 it is now August 23rd 2019. First I went through Myron and ended up finishing with Phil and the owner Kelly or Kim can’t remember her name. The process started find like the usual money hungry sales person. Long story short I pressured in a car I was not comfortable in and ended up bringing it back at the time I should have just paid the 200 and went bout my business. Being I needed another car ASAP just totaled my other car and my murano was having issues so it made since to have a good car on deck. Through the process I was getting calls follow ups and etc... Now the 2018 Altima won’t start when I attempt to push the start button. When outside the car it will start however once in the car it dies if you push the start button. After hours of me trying to see what’s wrong I get the car to start but now won’t go out of park. I called the office was told the car sales wasn’t open, I emailed Philip and also Myron and no response. Note: Do not waste your time or money with this office they do not sincerely care like they claim to once there!!!
Placed in a rental car by insurance company while personal vehicle was in the body shop. Enterprise rented me a car with bald tires and no gas, and had nothing else to offer me. When I called back at a later time they still said they were out of rental cars. I found this to be unacceptable, especially with the level of poor customer service that was provided. In addition, they charged my card $295.00 after I called and discussed my concerns with the store manager. I was then told they would work with me to rectify the issue before charging my card. I will never rent from enterprise again!
I had a horrible experience from the start. For a place with a slogan the company that picks you up they dont! The branch manager then proceeded to blame others for their mess ups. The enterprise down the road is so much better! Its bigger, wonderful customer service and they have a better selection. They went above and beyond. But, the manager at this location also promised to email me a coupon or discount of some sort for their horrible service and never did. Dont go!
My horrible experience at this location was enough to make me never want to use Enterprise again. I reserved my car ahead of time. The day of the reservation, they called me at 8:09 am to tell me that they wouldnt have a car ready by my 12 pm pick up time, and theyd call me as soon as they had a car for me. At 5 pm, still no call from them, so I called them. Surprised that I even called at all, I was told by William that oh yeah, there was ONE car, an Altima, that had JUST become available, however, they were closing at 6 (at 5pm, Im just about an hour away). He said theyd wait for me to get there, so I high tail it and get there at 6:15 (TONS of cars in the lot, btw)...walk up to the door and the young man says, CLOSED. I told him what I was told by William, and although he let me inside, he was rude, confrontational, and even suggested that my utility bill had a past due balance. Ended up putting me in a Hyundai, because guess what? They had no Altimas in their full lot. The story didnt end there. They really should be ashamed of how poorly they treat customers.
This team is phenomenal! From the customer service to documenting the small dings and dents. This team is dedicated to find solutions to any problem you might encounter at any other location. They have made me a customer for life! Keep up the great work and thank you guys treating me like family.
I tried to get a car at enterprise and I have never witnessed such poor personal and public relations I would not advice anyone to rent first m this company. The car that I was offered was filthy had a lots of dents and scratches on it. It needed repairs badly and should not be offered to the public for the purpose of renting. Next time I need a car it certainly will not be Enterprise. Consider a good brand like probabably National. This experience made me sick.
Most inconvenient and uncomfortable! I secured a Minivan days in advance from their website, which showed availability - other locations showed unavailable. When I arrived, I was given a Pathfinder instead of a Minivan. I mentioned to the associate that I secured a Minivan, not an SUV. He politely mentioned that the two are in the same class because they both seat seven people. That is ridiculous!! Seven or eight small people taking a day trip in an SUV is perfect; however, the same amount of people taking a 3-day trip out of state for a funeral, a MINIVAN would have been perfect! Minivans are rented for comfort, spaciousness, and storage. I understand the SUVs have storage racks on the roof of the vehicle, but if youre expecting a Minivan youre not prepared to utilize a rack. We were forced to fold a seat down to create more storage room, which in turn made it extremely uncomfortable for the other passengers. In my opinion, your same class policy needs to be reassessed. I dont think the company should determine what type vehicle a customer should get, especially based on the amount of people the vehicle seats. Why? 1. The company has no idea the amount and size of the people riding. 2. How much storage is required. 3. The CUSTOMER is PAYING for it.On the other hand, I had no problem with customer service. In fact, the associate informed me that I was initially assigned a Chevy Equinox, however, he upgraded me to the Pathfinder because it was larger. Additionally, I was told I did not have to return the vehicle full because the gas tank was at 1/4 of a tank when I received it.This was not my first experience with Enterprise, however, it was certainly the worst.D. We were involved in a hit-and-run accident in our rental van and they were willing to stay open until we got there.Amber and Sarah did a great job taking care of us on both occasions.My wife and I would definitely recommend them and we will use them in the future for our personal vehicle rental needs.
This was the worst most unprofessional, unethical experience I have ever had with any company ever! I returned the car with only 30 miles driven. This was recorded when I dropped the car off. I prepaid $50.00 for gas and was shocked to find they had charged my card $28.00 at $2.45 per gallon. When they sent me my receipt it said I drove 90 miles!!! All of this was done at the Geico service center by the way, which I had to use since the man who hit me from behind had that insurance. After calling Enterprise multiple times, emailing the person who rented me the car and speaking to Geico, I have yet to have this resolved!!! Not only do I NOT recommend Enterprise, but I also do NOT recommend Geico!!
This location gets a low rating from because I was not informed that if I returned the car on Sunday that I would be charged for Sunday because they are closed. I specifically asked the young lady that was assisting me based on the memo that was taped to the counter if I should return the car to the location on the memo. She stated that I could either return it to location opened on Sunday or leave it at this location and put the keys in the dropbox. She NEVER once mentioned that I would be charged. I NEVER knew to ask that question Im yet to receive a refund for this neglect.
This location has earned my busuness! I had rented from enterprise Berkley Lake (I dont recomend) and they put me in a vehicle that was dirty and the floor boards were worn. This was my family vacation, drive from Atlanta to Omaha, Nebraska. Im talking 1000 miles one way with a week long stay there. I went to the nearest enterprise location and was warmly greeted by Tyler and Jonathan who immediately took care of me without questions and without advanced notice I was coming in. They met every need, got me into a upgraded vehicle, it was clean and comfortable and made sure I knew the features of my rental. This ensured my vacation was enjoyable. We had a great time on vacation. Upon return I had left my DVD player in the backseat. Went by 3 days later and they had my DVD player at the front desk. Exceptional service is hard to come by these days. I would like to express my gratitude to the team at Satellite Boulevard for a job well done.
Made a reservation on 7:30am, and went to pick up my car around 7:25.rep went out of office after told me to wait for few seconds which lasted over 20 minutes.meanwhile, two walk-in customers came in and left with same class i reserved within 10 minutes.i complained. another rep gives me bs about how it is important that the car needs to be ready.well i expected a car to be ready b/c aint that what a reservation is for?i waited waited waited and left with car around 8:20.got stuck in traffic. shouldve made reservation for 6:30. my bad
Had a reservation and when I arrived took my drivers license and credit card. Asked me to wait while the agent drove down the street and bring a car back.As we checked and marked down the damage areas , signed the agreement and process my credit card. It was declined and I mention she ran it already. Her response was only verified the card. I immediately call my cc company and said the card was declined cuz it already was approved the first time. While on speaker phone with Tyler, Amx said it was approved the first time and was run twice. He refused to acknowledge what AMX was saying it was charged already and approved. He REFUSED to do anything about it and threaten to call police if I didnt leave. I will never rent a car from enterprise and will spread the word to as many of my business clients I can. Budget and Avis does a better job.
If I could give zero stars I would! Reserved an 8 passenger vehicle for my family trip. I called in the morning to verify that the vehicle was available and they confirmed. I got to the rental location before my 5pm rental time, and one of the enterprise associates told me all they could offer me was a 5 passenger Dodge Journey. Enterprise put my whole trip at risk! It was so upsetting. Luckily I was able to go to Hertz and find a larger vehicle.
I have always used enterprise for my rental cars. I recently booked a full size car vehicle and was told I would be able to fit 7 people in a standard suv with a third row in it. via an online reservation specialist for the company. So I booked the vehicle. When I got to the office at 3522 satellite blvd Duluth ga. Looking at the vehicle there was no way I was going to fit two adults and 5 children in it. So I was put in a GMC Acadia. Which did have a third row but I’m only able to fit comfortably 4 small children in. There was a full size suv on the lot that was reserved for a customer showing up at 4pm. I asked if I was able to get the bigger vehicle if the customer did not show up or cancelled. The employee Gus told me if they were not there by 4:30 I could have the vehicle. So 4:30 comes around and I called the location three times looking to rent the suv because the customer did not come pick it up. Gus was helping another customer when I called so somara I believe her name was stated that the vehicle is there but the person who rented it said they would be there by 5:15. Well at this point I was highly disappointed because I was told I would be able to rent the vehicle if the customer did not show up by 4:30. So after hanging up I called right back again to get put thru to Victor who I believe is the branch manager and he told me the truck was no longer there. It just disappeared off the lot a minute later strangely enough. He explained that his employee never should have told me I could have the vehicle, because there are other people who have reserved those types that I was trying to upgrade to. So after the mistake was made by his employee I would think one would compassionately try and help me find something to accommodate me or be a little more helpful other than a sorry we don’t have any of those vehicles or my employee never should’ve told you that. Now I’m stuck driving to Jacksonville Florida hopefully being able to return this vehicle and go with another company who may have a larger vehicle on this busy holiday weekend. -Alexandra J
The entire staff at this location are truly amazing. They are extremely knowledgeable and they always super exceed my customer service expectations which is very hard to find in this very corporate world. I have been a loyal customer to this location since 2010 and no matter what side of town I live on, I will always come back to this location because you will never get a bad experience with them! Hey renting a car for Amazon and we can do to return across Tuesday in which I did at 4:35 p.m. at a different location from where I picked him up I was told its okay if I was to drop it off there and then the next morning I get an email saying that I just returned the car at 7:00 a.m. which is impossible because I was at work at 7:00 a.m. and Enterprise doesnt open up until 8:00 so they decided to charge me an additional $52 late return fee because somewhere at the lilburn location decided to process the paperwork late and they penalized me for it Ill call Enterprise later that morning to get everything straightened out and I got the runaround and then I finally got in contact with area manager Orlando and he had assured me that he was going to take care of everything and that I would be credited back that $52 that I was charged and has been 2 days and I havent received any chargeback I made a $200 deposit and I was supposed to get back the $200 when I returned the card they decided to only give me back $150 I am highly upset I went through a lot of headache and frustration just to get in contact with someone who assured me that they was going to resolve the matter which they never did I do not recommend enterprise to anyone Ive been a long time customer of theirs and I am truly disappointed and how I was treated I was not treated fairly I was I treated like my issue matter.
Customer service was great but the vehicle cleanliness was terrible...the windshield was filthy inside & out....no washer fluid so night driving was terrible. Also the vehicle had an add engine oil indicator that kept coming on which is the last thing I wanted to worry about during my 11 hour drive
Worst experience I have ever had with Enterprise. First car dropped off had a bad tire on it and they had to bring me another one after I pumped up the tire with a bicycle tire pump. second one was a small suv, cheap piece of junk, not a full size car like I requested and was paid for by my insurance.
I always thought Enterprise is best when dealing with their customers. But first time felt Enterprise is not worth it. One day they will say that they offer unlimited mileage and next day when you go they dont offer that and also manger was very rude and he will say that he dont know who said that but he wont do that. Thanks for being hostile
Great customer serice. Very friendly staff. I didnt have to wait long to get a car. I appreciate the fast service. This location is the best enterprise rental place so far. I advise people to stay away from the enterprise on 3050 satalite blvd. At that location the customer service is terrible.
They picked me up and dropped me.off, I got my car in and out, they missed a few things when they first looked at the rental but they double checked and things were fine, they even apologized for missing it. I got in and out and the car they gave me was amazing and gas friendly, they did good work and were all nice.
This location is horrible... bad customer service. I returned my vehicle on 12/18/20 and didn’t get my deposit back. Then when I called the next day they said they “processed It” then the day after that I called then they were trying to say the adjuster only covered the rental till the 12/17/20 but when I called the adjuster they said they covered all the days. I been dealing with enterprise returning my deposit back for a week and still have not received my full refund. They then said my refund was actually processed when I brought my issue up to corporate. I had to call them to give me a receipt of the refund. I asked for that cause they were being petty and only processed $4 into my account and said they split up my refund... like $4 isn’t even half of my refund idk why the payment was even split in the first place. Like they were trying to be petty and nasty when it’s their fault for not giving me my car deposit back till a week later. Will never use this location again.
When I originally pick up the car, everything was fine. I took a Cadillac because they were closing it was compact. I traded this for a different car, that tire went flat on Impala. After that I swapped for Dodge Ram that smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. By now this is my 4th car and I am pissed
They trashed all my belongings!!!Nightmare on satellite street! My rental from this location was impound, after it was released back to Enterprise on Satellite Blvd it was then cleaned out.All my personal mail, my clothes I had just picked up from dry cleaning, my truck Keys to my vehicle, my Title to my vehicle, a pair of burgundy Air Jordans, my iPhone charger, my Vacation parking permit from PCB, my spare apartment key all thrown away.I paid them what I owe, and was told I could come get my belongings once it was there which was 7 days later, but I had 30 days to do so..They even told me the rental was at another location and that I would need to go there so I asked where was it they then told me it was at the tow company, however the tow company said they released the truck 3 days ago... Its so much more they lied about! Be careful!!
Horrible experience. Stay away from this branch or Enterprise. Staff is awful, especially Tyler Garmany, who is particularly horrific. Rude to customers, misrepresents information and not quite sure what is going on. Company needs to remove him and not tarnish their customer service reputation.

The guy at the location walked around the car and pointed out the damage but didnt notate it like he said he would. The other location on satellite picked the car up and charged me for damage that was already there. I tried to get the manager on the phone and they left me on hold for 20 mins just to tell me that theyre too busy and will need to call me back. Did I mention they gave me a car that had left over condiments and food stains?
I got my reservation..but I told them the wrong day....they fixed it...no problem...I only had a few minutes to pick up the car or I would have been late to work...they had the car ready and I was on my way in ten minutes....they made the experience quick and pleasant..... always enterprises for me!!!!! I had a rental and a rock hit the windshield. They charge me $310 dollars for a rock hitting the windshield. Plus I waited awhile to receive a car because the girl said she needed to get gas which I waited an hour and she brought back the car with only a 3rd of a tank. Started out very rocky because they have a new manager who is not familiar with me so he was not aware that I rent with them very but often,I had just moved a week prior and had no utilitiy bills unfortunately and could not produce anything but what I was given from my utility company when I had everything turned on however after an hour of proving to him that I had moved he finally accepted the documentation that I had.Shane is very nice and also the gentleman that helped me when I arrived back however I would tell the new manager that you should not argue with customers in front of other customers,as a manager you should always listen let the customer vent then say what you have to say without being argumentative also the cars are never clean when I get there,so I end up having to wait however they usually compensate for that.Other than those things the customer service from the reps is ALWAYS on point here .
I am a enterprise plus member and I rent at least twice a month . In all cases I have never driven a car without a wireless entry remote but this week I did . The premium car I rented , I was only given a single key so and whenever I locked the vehicle , the alarm will go off every time I opened it . This may have been a valet key I was given .
This time only 1 star ....they give me a suv smaller then what i want ...even i call make sure before 2 day ....the bumber on the right broken i tell them but they said its ok ....on my way vacation i have to keep my eye all time .with a little worry on my trip ....the girl working on my case ...she not do good job ....
Very poor service. I had a 4pm reservation at the location on Beaver ruin rd. When I got there they no longer had any of the full size suv like I had reserved a week before pick up.instead after waiting and hour and taking other customers in front of me they finally ask me to drive to another location . When I got there once again I had to wait for 20 mins although the young lady helping me was very nice still I was running late on my travel. Later on when I stopped for gas I then saw a huge defect on the suv tire the suv was all over the road due to this huge knot on tire I had to drive slower then speed limit in order for the car to Handel and not jump . I was an hour late returning the suv on Sunday . The store was closed I dropped off the keys in drop box but the next day I was charged for an extra day. It was unfair and very unprofessional to charge me an extra 150.00 just because I was and hour late returning . But yet when I picked up car they were an hour and a half late giving the car to me. I have called 5 different times trying to talk to the manager they always tell me he is either not in or with another customer. I leave my number but he never calls me back to fix the issue. This is at the satellite Blvd location. Im Gwinnett Ga. Very unprofessional. .very unfair..and a poor suv. I am not happy at all. And will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN. I WAS SCARED FOR THE SAFTY OF MY FAMILY DURING THE TRIP.

2022-05-11Excellent service! After leaving your car at the dealership and not knowing what’s about to happen with your car. I walked in not really wanting to talk, I just wanted to go home and eat everything that’s comforting (FAT FOOD) and watch a movie! The service guy, asked me for my information, walked around the car, I signed the contract and was in my rental. The service was GREAT and there system is AWESOME! He was pleasant with a smile on his face and with that energy he put one on mine. Thank you! 😊

2022-04-09The car rental was seamless with a great experience. I was picking and returning the rental car at United Collision where I took my car (twice in past few months) for a repair.It was great to work with Ben, who totally takes care of the customer with his PROFESSIONALISM and KINDNESS. The second rental car was not a good fit for my body (my back started to hurt), so upon mentioning it to Ben, he offered an exchange of the rental, which ended up being an upgrade at no additional cost.This is most definitely a GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.THANK YOU!!!

2021-07-14So where do I start, two days before I got my new car, my old car got hit, upset I went to enterprise in Duluth and simply asked the amazing Blaze, if It was possible to trade in my car for a future date. Long story short Blaze got me my car the same day, asking questions and I was able to leave the lot with the car I wanted for 0 Down !!!! Not only was his sale a miracle for me but his customer service is out this world! He works really hard at getting you the car you want as well as finding you the right prices! THANK YOU SO MUCH BLAZE !!!!!!

2022-06-17If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I have had my reservations for a couple of weeks. I was told I would be picked up at the collision center where I had dropped my car off for repairs. Long story short, that did not happen. I had to Uber to their office. When I got there, there was no car available. They sent me to another office, which I also had to Uber to or wait 1.5 hrs. When I arrived the car was not there. That office had an assistant that drove me to another facility, where I eventually picked up a car. Total havoc and wasted morning. Plus the added expense of 2 Ubers. I would NOT recommend them at all.

2022-01-26I was given a new 2022 toyota corolla, it was brought to me at my local repair shop. There was trash in the car! Used tissues, fries, and stains can be found. I thought you give nice clean cars, I went to a local carwash and had the car detailed inside and out. Never coming here again!

2017-04-25Worst experience ever from renting @enterprise. Rented a car at this location in the luxury category, it was not clean but there was no other option, so I ended up renting it. I was told that I can swap the car from other location. Other locations were not welcoming after listening that I need to swap the car because this car is not clean enough and renting location should have taken care of it. I tried couple of other places including airport but no luck. Called the customer care couple of times and they said some regional manager will contact me to resolve the issue.. 3 days later no response. They have set a bar in terms of neglecting the customer.For now, I will just drive this car with the sign on.#enterprisesucks #neverrententerprise
