Our family were looking to relocate from CA to Atlanta, and after hours of research, we decided to go with The Esther Chong Realty Group due to their raving reviews. This turned out to be the best decision we could have made as first-time home buyers, as we were matched internally with one of their best agents, Daniel Min. He is hands down one of the most personable, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive people Ive ever dealt with.Even though our home buying process started right at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic with the long-distance component tacked on, Daniel alleviated all of our concerns and was able to accommodate all our requests. He set up a list of all potential homes he thought would be a great fit for us.We fell in love with one in particular, centrally located in a very desirable neighborhood with multiple offers already in place. We told Daniel we HAD to have this home, and he was able to beat out other offers while still remaining within our budget. The seller accepted, and we were in escrow within two days of the listing going live!Fast-forward a month from the start of it all, we are now proud first-time homeowners!Overall, we are delighted with our purchase and we are so happy to have found the Esther Chong Realty Group at Keller Williams. They will really have your back and I wouldnt hesitate to work with them and their Esther Chong Realty Group again.
Esther Chong Realty Group do what they do best. They are super responsive even at late hours and during the weekend. We had so many questions throughout the process and they were able to respond quickly and help us understand everything. They made selling our home easy and NOT stressful. I rarely leave reviews, however when service is provided so far above and beyond expectations while purchasing a home, I have to compliment Esther and let others know that this type of service is actually attainable. In this type of a market, it’s hard to actually retain the attention of the firm because of the dearth of good values, it’s just a hot real estate market; but Esther and her team actually worked lock step with us and the professionalism, attentiveness and service are just absolutely refreshing. No matter the time, even for someone as detail-oriented as I, there was always someone there to answer my questions, and in detail. This time, while looking for various things for investment in the US, a close acquaintance introduced Esther Jung, CEO of Atlanta. For two years from 2019, he introduced me to various things and gave me various real estate information whenever I moved from Korea. There is someone who is this professional in the United States, not Atlanta, seeing how he introduces 20-30 commercial items without getting tired for a long time of two years, always kindly guides them and points out key points of investment from a professional point of view. I thought I wanted to. Daniel and Andy, who I work with, are also very professional, so I think that they are the best Korean realtors in the commercial world. I hope that Esther Jung Realty Group will continue to discover good things and provide the best service to good people.
If there are people who say that an acquaintance is buying a house in this neighborhood, I think I can introduce realtor Jeong Hyerin without worrying about anyone. The part that I was most satisfied with was that when I inquired about a certain matter, he did not forget even the smallest details and gave me feedback, and I think he was a really fast and accurate realtor that I have never felt in America. And, above all, in the position of not buying many houses, he showed me the houses here and there and honestly explained the pros and cons of each house in detail, helping the buyer to choose a house with an objective eye, so I trusted him.
I chose this property after reading the reviews from Duluth, and I have no regrets. There is a reason why it has a higher review rating than most restaurants. I closed with realtor Jeong Hyerin, and above all, the feeling of working on the buyers side was really strong. We ask the builders what they want or want to ask right away, and they dont just deliver the words in the middle, but they represent us from the buyers point of view as if they were on our side. The reason I am writing this review is also that I want other people to be satisfied by reading my review and choosing here.
I worked with Esther Jeongs real estate team, one rental and one house purchase, and recently bought a house. I had a lot of experience moving from place to place in the meantime, but working with Esther Jeongs team made me feel very experienced and skilled. First of all, I wasnt showing the houses here and there, but instead showing them in advance to suit my needs, I was satisfied with all the houses I saw, and I was able to save a lot of time. He had a good relationship with the builder, and he had already made several transactions, so communication with the builder was smooth and the requirements were well reflected. We checked the price negotiations, the details of the house, the paint, and even the small defects and passed them to the builder and checked the details we had not yet seen, so there was little to say or add. It was much easier to decide to settle in a new area or new school by providing information about the school district, giving details about the elementary schools, secondary schools, and high schools in the district, and by driving to each schools campus together with information about the school. Even while living at home, he answered various questions and solved them. He informed us in detail how to repair defects that occurred while living, from problems such as where to buy trash bins, how to apply for utilities, and how to fix problems while living. I could not pass. I was grateful in many ways as I watched the many problems that I had been dealing with while moving around while working with an experienced Realter easily passing by. Prosper a lot in the future.

I bought my first house through Esther Jeong in 2005 and sold the house in 2021, so I got a lot of help from Esther Jeong. Since California is the current residence, there were a lot of things to do in the house after the tenant moved, but Esther Jeong-nims team meticulously invested a lot of time to finish it well. I am moving from out-of-state to Atlanta with a pleasant heart. Living out of the state and looking for a house to move to, I had to rely on Zillow or RedFin. And what... I also thought,Arent all these days searching for homes on the Internet? But when I tried to move by buying a house, not a rental, I had to get tricky looking at the house. When I went to Atlanta to see it all in person, I was so scared to see it, so I finally called an acquaintance. Then, for an introduction, the Esther Group was contacted by phone. With that one phone call, I thought how much time I was wasting...I think that Atlanta has a lot of acquaintances, so I think I know a lot about which neighborhood is good for school districts, which neighborhoods Koreans live in, quiet neighborhoods, and where new residential complexes are mainly formed. I did...He made a schedule with the boss and went around for a few hours to introduce and compare the house, but the time spent in front of the computer for a month or two was a waste. I liked the house that you showed me on the first day, the school district, and the neighborhood, so I signed a contract on the first day to see the house. The boss looked more closely than me while comparing it back and forth like his own house.Even after signing a temporary contract, there were many questions until closing, and because I was in another state, there were many frustrations. Whenever that happens, the office worked so well that I even closed without difficulty. Even after purchasing the house, if you contact us by phone or e-mail, I am very impressed that you always respond kindly and find out. Thanks to you, I am happy to prepare for moving. It didnt take too long for me to notice that the time she took to research and prepare was ample and with effort. She is knowledgeable of the market situation and professional in dealing with me every step of the buying processes. Those who have been in the industry for many years tend to be careless and overlooking, but Esther is quite the opposite despite her 30 some years of real estate experience. I am moving into our dream home in Buford city TOMORROW, and wouldnt have time to do anything else other than packing right now, but I still want to take my time to write this review to help anyone looking to sell/buy a house.Esther and her team helped me closing on a beautiful house last Friday (8/20/21), below the listing price in this inconceivable housing market. My husband (banker) and Esther have had an ongoing business relationship for several years, so I have heard of her impeccable reputation in commercial real estate brokerage for many years, but I didnt think that she could help us find a house of our dreams especially in this market. I have had relationship with some of top agents in GA, but I consider their services mediocre at best after my experience with Esther Chong Realty Group. We were initially looking for a house in Johns Creek/Alpharetta area, but she recommended Buford city considering the age of my children (0 and 2). She sat down with my husband for over an hour to lay out market prospects of the City and how moving into the City now could benefit us down the road. I know she has round-the-clock schedule day by day, but she really cared to spare that much time enlightening us with her valuable input and experience gained over 30 years. I have never thought about moving to Buford, but her advice was the ONLY reason I chose Buford city for our new home because I was 100% confident that she would always act on her clients best interest. She fought fiercely to negotiate the best price during contracting stage, so we were able to close $10,000 below listing. Once you become her client, all she cares about is you and your familys interest. I heard that her aggressive dealing in getting the best possible result for her client scares and impresses her counterparts simultaneously, and they often become HER clients later on.If you are looking for an agent who will fight for you, you MUST work with Esther Chong Group. I witnessed the Art of the Deal with my own eyes working with Esther Chong from start to finish. If you are currently dealing with an agent who is either incompetent, nonresponsive, timid, or reactive, its your time to back out of that brokerage agreement at all cost and choose Esther Chong Group. If you have ANY doubt in your mind that your agent might not be giving her best, you have to end that relationship, especially in this housing market. I guarantee you, you will never want to go back or look anywhere else once you work with her.
